There are even people who speak Spanish and you feel like they do everything they can to make you feel good. But unfortunately people always forget to give you the entire order. It seems like they want to rob you or something. It is impossible for them to always forget or to always be so forgetful. Today, April 21, 2024, they forgot to give us 6 nuggets and since I bought it to go, I saw the lack while I was at home. Beyond the money is the disappointment. Please be more attentive.

April 2024: After 50 minutes still no food... Ordered at 6:16 p.m. Went to the front around 7 p.m. According to the employee, the order was deleted 🙄 huh??? Then waited forever for the order... Got food around 7:20 p.m. 🙈 Next time I'll go to another McDonald's or to Burger King across the street 🤷🏻 April 2023: Tried McDonald's again today. Staff a bit friendlier today. Complaint about a chai latte that tasted watery was dealt with easily and friendly by the employee 👍🏻 Edit March 2023: Employees who put the food on the table without saying a word (not even “hello”), spilling the overflowing Fanta on the tray and making a grim face.... 🙄 Man, people. Look for another job or try to be a little friendlier. So I'm thinking about going to this McDonald's again.... 🤔 The tables were wiped down in between. 2019: Modern (rebuilt) McDonald's. I think the self-service ordering terminals are great (=take your time to look and choose) and food is brought to the table (if requested >state the number). Cleanliness could be a little better (wipe tables more often, roughly clean the floor...). Our food came quickly, was fresh and hot (Sunday 5pm). Some employees need to work on their friendliness!!! But an "older" employee was very friendly and helpful. Nice outside area to sit. Slide/climbing frame ("stylish", but) not recommended for children :-( [not for smaller children who still need support from parents]. The old slide in the Ahauser McDonald's, on the other hand, is "unfashionable" but better suited for children. Parking spaces too tight. Overall, this McDonald's is "okay".

The guys are always cool, service is running smoothly, even in the middle of the n8. Food was edible.

Clean, cheaper than NL and tasty too!

I ordered food with delivery. After 3 hours i had to go there to myself and take my order. They want to keep delivery cost for themself. This is joke mockery.

Never buy food from this store again! Brought hamburgers and cheeseburgers 1000 times at 6.30 in the morning but this time the "nice employee" didn't want to prepare them and kept telling me that they didn't serve anything like that. As I can see, it's very relaxed to work here, if you feel like it you do it, if not then you say "nope" and goodbye.

Disgusting place. Trash everywhere. Bins overflowing. Dirty toilets. Tables sticky and dirty. A mess.

We took a small breakfast to pick up at the counter and were spontaneously offered service to the table. Very nice service ladies there.

Restaurant was super dirty. Fries and the like on the floor. Tables not cleared or wiped down. Bah!!

Ate at McDonalds in Gronau Germany. The MC rib and the big rösti, very tasty, but the prices are now no longer nice in Germany, in addition to those in the Netherlands.

Stefan macht den Unterschied! Ich musste einfach eine Rezension für diesen McDonald's schreiben, weil Stefan hier wirklich den extra Meilenstein setzt! Sein freundliches Lächeln und die prompte Servicebereitschaft haben meinen Besuch zu einem absoluten Highlight gemacht. Stefan kennt nicht nur die Speisekarte auswendig, sondern geht auch auf individuelle Wünsche ein und sorgt dafür, dass man sich als Gast besonders geschätzt fühlt. Die Bestellung war nicht nur schnell, sondern auch genau nach meinem Geschmack zubereitet. Danke, Stefan, für die positive Erfahrung – du machst diesen McDonald's zu etwas Besonderem! Fünf Sterne ohne Zweifel.

Soms een fijne tussendoor onderweg naar een vakantiehuis in Duitsland

Decent McDonald’s location. I travel on that route quite often and the service is exactly as expected. Clean toilets.

Ständig unvollständige Bestellungen Einfach nur nervig dort etwas zu bestellen Man muss Angst haben ob man überhaupt seine Bestellung bekommt und nicht die von jemand anderem

Freundlichen schnell und hilfsbereit

Snelle service. Schone tafel. Je kunt bestelling zelf ingeven. Aardig personeel. Parkeerplaats voor de deur.

Zum wiederholten Mal fehlte ein Teil der Bestellung .Wartezeit trotz online Bestellung 45 min für 2 Menüs

Dreckig und die Leute sind unfreundlich

Personal spricht teilweise kein Deutsch und ist mit Kleinigkeiten überfordert. Fast jedes mal ist die Bestellung unvollständig

Ich habe essen bestellt und es war nach 40 Minuten da, alles war noch heiß und vollständig.

McDonalds gronau hat sehr stark nachgelassen. 4x drive in - und jedes Mal fehlte etwas! Schlechte bestellaufnahme und Umsetzung. Teilweise etwas zu lange Wartezeit

-De milkshake had met aardbei moeten zijn maar ik vermoed dat die nog geplukt moeten worden , er zat geen smaak aan. -Aan het einde van de wekdag is het misschien moeilijk om vriendelijk te zijn maar dat lukte niet. - Vloer en tafels waren te vies om er te gaan zitten.

Es gibt leider immer etwas zu beanstanden. Entweder fehlt etwas bei der Bestellung, die Burger sind fast kalt oder Tische draußen nicht sauber und nicht abgeräumt. Das Kinderspielgerät draußen macht auf mich keinen guten Eindruck mehr und das Personal ist oft muffelig und wirkt lustlos.

Das Personal war super freundlich. Leider musste ich trotz Vorbestellung und Vorabbezahlung mit Paypal ziemlich lange warten. Zum Ambiente kann ich nichts sagen, da ich im drive in war.

War dieses Mal nicht so dolle, die Pommes fehlten, und sehr viele Tische zugemüllt, was den total überfüllten Rückgabewagen geschuldet war.

Halt nen McDonalds nh. Bisschen komisch gelegen und das Personal war bissl lahm. Aber sonst recht standard McDonalds. P.s. es gibt tolles Vogelgezwitscher aufm Klo

Betere burgers, en meer keuze dan in NL

Hier is het altijd goed, snel klaar en het personeel is vriendelijk. Het lijkt wel of het team hier heel goed op elkaar ingespeeld is, je hoeft daardoor bijna niet te wachten. En echt vers! De sfeer in het restaurant is ongezellig, maar dat vindt ik eigenlijk van elke McDonald's vestiging, daar kan het hardwerkende personeel hier niets aan doen.

Wieder die sauzen vergessen 🤬 Das x-te Mal! Genau wie die kalten Burger

Sieht aus wie jeder McDonald's aber ein kleines Highlight haben die kleinsten Gäste. Es gibt eine Spiel Ecke/Raum wo das Warten etwas erträglicher macht.

Slechte service. Eerst krijg je geen cola bij je menu en dan merk je bij thuiskomst dat er niet 1 zakje mayonaise in je zak zit. Terwijl je er 5 besteld hebt. Patatjes zijn slap en koud. Geen aanrader.

24 Stunden McDonalds... superfreundlich und frisches Essen. Könnte jedoch ein wenig schneller gehen im Restaurant mit der Bestellung.

Ich wollte ein kupong einlösen und eine Frau die dort arbeitet schreit mich an und nimmt mein kupong mit

Mein letzter Aufenthalt bei McDonalds war definitiv zufriedenstellend. Das Essen kam schnell zum Platz und die Bestellung war vollständig. Das Essen war zudem warm und für die gegebenen Verhältnisse auch sehr köstlich. Leider war der Tisch, den wir besetzen wollten noch dreckig von unseren Vorgängen. Demnach nur 4Sterne für das Ambiente. Insgesamt perfekt um sich schnell satt zu essen. Ich komme gerne und bestimmt wieder.

Mc Donald's ist halt Mc Donald's. Das Essen war wie erwartet. Draußen ein Spielgerät für die Kinder.
