Nice, clean Burger King. Friendly service. When it's quiet, it can take a little longer because the burgers are made fresh. I don't understand why this gets such a bad rating. Coupons can be used on the German website. And better than that disgusting McDonald's or KFC where they always forget part of your order. Update 2025: Still very positive about this BK. Very clean and tidy place. Burgers are made fresh on the spot. Update 11-2025. No idea why it's not busier here. Clean, tidy place. Top-notch burgers.

A very friendly lady at the drive-thru today. I couldn't find the coupon quickly enough, but she knew the number right away and redeemed it for me.

The opening hours state they are open until midnight on Fridays, but we were sent out at 11:30 pm.

This store is an absolute disaster. I've been there twice so far, and each time large portions of my order were missing. I selected two coupons for two burgers each. More than half of my order was forgotten. Two large hamburgers were missing all the sauces and a fries. The first time, a burger was also missing. How do you get your money back if you pay so much for nothing?

On July 3rd, I received the wrong burger at the McDrive. I complained politely, but the employees and store manager immediately accused me of being a liar instead of simply handling the misunderstanding professionally. A cancellation was declined, and a new burger was simply placed by the window – again, the wrong burger. Unfortunately, the way customers are treated is very disrespectful. There's a clear need for improvement.

On June 9, 2025, we waited a very long time at the Burger King drive-thru in Gronau for someone to answer our phone. We ordered 20 chicken nuggets, but were given 20 chili cheeses. Even after repeatedly explaining that we had ordered 20 chicken nuggets and not 20 chili cheeses, the employees refused to understand. They always replied that we had ordered 20 chili cheeses. We wanted either our money back or 20 chicken nuggets. According to the manager of Burger King Gronau, however, neither was possible. Therefore, Burger King Gronau doesn't even deserve one star. Customer satisfaction is unsatisfactory! Afterwards, we went to McDonald's in Gronau and received and enjoyed the 20 chicken nuggets we requested. NEVER AGAIN BURGER KING GRONAU!!!

When I came in to order a children's menu, there were still toys from last season on the stand, they were in no hurry to put up new ones (04/30/2025), to my question “is there a new series of toys?” They took out three bags of toys; in general, no one needed anything. The cars pile up in the drive-thru and then in the end half of the order is missing and the other half was wrong, beef instead of chicken. Soon I'll take the detour to Ochtrup, so I'll be home quicker than if I go through the drive-in there.

The food is as you would expect from Burger King. But unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired, we waited 45 minutes for the food and got an ice cream as compensation 🤷🏻‍♂️. It wasn't very crowded either, so you can say that's why. Otherwise I think the restaurant is very nice.

There were four pieces of cold waffle fries. (See picture) Unbelievable! The real hit, however, was the king rib. Modeled on McDonald's and actually really tasty, this is an absolute joke. How carelessly can you prepare a burger? The BBQ sauce is supposed to be outstanding here, but where did it go? Bottle empty, savings measure? You don't know. Also onions, three measly rings, that's it. In any case, this location is not recommended for dine-in or take-away. Too bad! Unfortunately, very long waiting times are standard here, even when there are few visitors. By the definition of fast food I understand something different. What's worse is that there's actually something wrong with every order. Wrong burger, no sauce, or the quantity isn't right. If the whole thing was also ordered to-go, that's even more annoying. Employees seem to be trying hard, but they don't have the processes under control.
