Came here for Naruto, only after paying did it say on the receipt that they didn't have any dolls, paid 30 euros for disgusting food and no doll

The people here are completely stupid and have no idea what work is.. Waiting for an hour with six men on staff who just talk stupidly to each other and don't serve food NEVER AGAIN..!..

I had a really bad day. At McDonald's, my plant-based nuggets were swapped for real chicken nuggets, and then, as consolation, I asked for churros from Burger King. I was so excited for my warm dessert drenched in delicious caramel sauce, I was dismayed to discover that there was NO caramel sauce on the churros. On top of that, even though it was a Friday night, we were the only customers...

Very poor service, not customer friendly. Takes a long time to get your food!! They also give you the wrong order.

On July 3rd, I received the wrong burger at the McDrive. I complained politely, but the employees and store manager immediately accused me of being a liar instead of simply handling the misunderstanding professionally. A cancellation was declined, and a new burger was simply placed by the window – again, the wrong burger. Unfortunately, the way customers are treated is very disrespectful. There's a clear need for improvement.

Today, after much deliberation, we ventured into a Burger King again. And what can I say... it was a good decision 😍. We went there with zero expectations and were actually pleasantly surprised. The store was clean, and the employees were super friendly. The food was also good; everything was fresh, and we finally had fresh, hot chili cheese nuggets 🤭🤭 (just because of that, we wanted to go back to Burger King 😆) Highly recommended; you can clearly see that there's been a change in management here. Chapeau, this definitely won't be our last visit 👌 Keep it up 👌😁

On June 9, 2025, we waited a very long time at the Burger King drive-thru in Gronau for someone to answer our phone. We ordered 20 chicken nuggets, but were given 20 chili cheeses. Even after repeatedly explaining that we had ordered 20 chicken nuggets and not 20 chili cheeses, the employees refused to understand. They always replied that we had ordered 20 chili cheeses. We wanted either our money back or 20 chicken nuggets. According to the manager of Burger King Gronau, however, neither was possible. Therefore, Burger King Gronau doesn't even deserve one star. Customer satisfaction is unsatisfactory! Afterwards, we went to McDonald's in Gronau and received and enjoyed the 20 chicken nuggets we requested. NEVER AGAIN BURGER KING GRONAU!!!

Ordering at the terminal went smoothly, and the wait time was also acceptable. Despite specifically asking if the order was ours, several items were missing. After pointing out that a 0.5 liter Fanta was simply tipped into the appropriate cup. Instead of the fried pickle, we were given chili cheese nuggets.

Hi, I was here a few days ago, and I have to say, considering there were only two of them working, the place was super clean, and everything was nice and hot. Standards were maintained. Looking back into the kitchen, I can also say that everything looked very clean, and the fat in the fryer was new, which you could see and taste, so this B.K. is highly recommended.

Ordered Whopper with cheese and medium fries with 2x mayo at the DriveIn. Unfortunately I had to go somewhere else quickly because I realized that there were no fries with mayo in the bag. Bun from the burger was not fresh. Burger tasted bland. ☹️

Would have given zero stars. I've never had any problems at Burger King, I'm even a regular customer, but when I visited this branch they said they only sold Whoppers with 17 minutes to go, what nonsense is that? I've never heard that before.

No wonder this place has such a low rating. When I came in to order a children's menu, there were still toys from last season on the stand, they were in no hurry to put up new ones (04/30/2025), to my question “is there a new series of toys?” They took out three bags of toys; in general, no one needed anything. Next, ice cream - less than the norm, half a glass; Cola is less than normal... Disgusting service!!!

Food quality was good. Cleanliness very bad. Leftover food on the tablet, payment terminals on the order screens dirty (see photo), no soap in the men's toilet, no paper in the disabled toilet (hands washed with soap there).

What a disappointment. I don't know why it is, but you wait forever for a simple order. The cars pile up in the drive-thru and then in the end half of the order is missing and the other half was wrong, beef instead of chicken. Soon I'll take the detour to Ochtrup, so I'll be home quicker than if I go through the drive-in there.

Similar to other comments here, we also had to wait half an hour for a pair of churros and a wrap. The sauce was forgotten and at first they claimed it was there. It's just stupid that it was on the receipt and obviously wasn't there...

Burger King Gronau, you can just forget about waiting almost 45 minutes for an order. Other orders after us were ready much sooner. Then after checking everything seems to be there. However, when eating at home, the wrong dishes were included. Please, what's the point of something like that when the store was hardly visited.

The food is as you would expect from Burger King. But unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired, we waited 45 minutes for the food and got an ice cream as compensation 🤷🏻‍♂️. It wasn't very crowded either, so you can say that's why. Otherwise I think the restaurant is very nice.

how can you screw up an order, I had 3 things and wasn't even busy. I had a large strawberry milkshake and got vanilla, I had Churros Daim and got them cold and without sauce, this company is worthless

When I first saw the reviews of the Burger King branch, I was shocked at how bad other customers' impressions were. Personally, I thought the ambience was very pleasant and eye-catching compared to other Burger King branches. The employee who served me was actually very friendly and accommodating. I seem to remember her name was Alena. A really nice and courteous young lady. However, only four stars because some of the fries were already cold. Kind regards Frank Hofmann

EDIT: January 2025 Unfortunately nothing has changed at this location. (Pictures belong to January 2025) This time we chose take away menu. Among other things, King Rib as a large menu for €4 more. There were four pieces of cold waffle fries. (See picture) Unbelievable! The real hit, however, was the king rib. Modeled on McDonald's and actually really tasty, this is an absolute joke. How carelessly can you prepare a burger? The BBQ sauce is supposed to be outstanding here, but where did it go? Bottle empty, savings measure? You don't know. Also onions, three measly rings, that's it. In any case, this location is not recommended for dine-in or take-away. Too bad! Unfortunately, very long waiting times are standard here, even when there are few visitors. By the definition of fast food I understand something different. What's worse is that there's actually something wrong with every order. Wrong burger, no sauce, or the quantity isn't right. If the whole thing was also ordered to-go, that's even more annoying. Employees seem to be trying hard, but they don't have the processes under control.

Coupons can be used via the German website. And better than that dirty McD or KFC where they always forget part of your order. Update 2025: Still very positive about this BK. Very clean and tidy place. Burgers are made fresh immediately.

Received the wrong order, but we were allowed to keep it. 4 customers after us it also went wrong. A total of 9 orders were open. Music a bit too loud, otherwise a burger king as we know it.

Apparently open until 2:00. Shortly after 0:00 the shop is closed 🤷‍♂️

The food was okay, but it took quite a long time for a fast restaurant and the service was completely overwhelmed in an empty shop. After I had eaten my food, I wanted to defecate in the toilet, but then discovered that both the men's and women's toilets were heavily smeared with feces.

Service very slow, overwhelmed despite the empty shop. Waited 30 minutes for 2 chili cheeseburgers. These were also different than usual. The toilet is inaccessible, the rest area is a luxury in comparison.

Third and final visit to this branch. 1st visit: Waited forever for my order 2nd visit: Almost everything was sold out. There wasn't even a simple whooper. 3rd visit: Waited again for a long time even though there wasn't much going on, then ALL the toilets were out of order, you couldn't even wash your hands???!!! The displays with the disinfectant: EMPTY!! Is a branch even allowed to be open if all the drains are supposedly broken? Where do the employees go to the toilet? How do you want to wash your hands?

We had to wait 28 minutes to order two menus to eat there... I then asked them to pack it up straight away because we had to move on. For the long waiting time, there was a small apology in the form of soft ice cream (which I found very nice)... on the whole, it just takes too long & the cleanliness of the tables/floor is not very sparkling either.

Even though there wasn't much going on in the finale, we had to wait half an hour for food. Everyone who came after us was served faster. My burger was still cold and the fries weren't tasty either, just luke warm. The floor was dirty under our table, there was water or whatever it was. The tables weren't cleaned. We always liked being here but now we'll only go to McDonald's. What annoyed me was the employees with a mood that was okay Not at all towards the customers, the order machines only worked for orders from outside. But luckily you could eat it in the branch.
