Burger King in Gronau (Westf.)

No wonder these reviews. Employee Christian completely unfriendly. Asked customers why they came up with the idea of ​​getting food 30 minutes beforehand. Eating on site is not permitted 30 minutes before closing time. So you had to take it with you. Because a drink was wrong you had to go back in 15 minutes before closing time. Doors already locked. Luckily there were still customers inside so the doors opened. Honestly, with employees like that, the store will simply close.

Stood alone in the drive & waited 10 minutes for 2 standard burgers. Thank you, these were cold, wrong & so disgusting that I threw them both away.

Better Burger King with a 30 minute wait than trash from McDonalds in Gronau. I had to wait a maximum of 15 minutes at Burger King, but at least it tastes better. Over time the store will become more structured and things will work more quickly.

Very fast, delicious food and friendly staff!

Food is OK , most of the time your takeaway order will have missing stuff inside even though you payed . Never order + stuff for example extra cucumber or else because they not putting it inside,also staff there most of the time is lost or don't know where are they,especially on weekends or late at night on workdays. Overall decent place.

In the drive you sometimes wait 5-10 minutes

If I offer a drive in then you should be able to use the drive in counter. Card payments are also often canceled. The food has actually always been okay, but lately the employees haven't really been able to get anything done. :(

It is the best Burger Kunk restaurant with the best food.

I always enjoy driving by after work. The employee Krystian is great, friendly, helpful, quick, customer-oriented and professional. I'm happy every time he's there. Unfortunately he is rarely on site, but when he does, all guests can be happy that he is there. Hopefully he stays in service for a long time.

Before we ordered our ice cream, we asked whether the ice cream machine was working, and an employee even checked and said it was working. We then ordered ice cream and then heard that it wasn't working. We still haven't received the money we paid for it back after more than two weeks. It doesn't work at all!!! We were there for dinner today with 6 people and waited 35 minutes for our food - after 35 minutes it still wasn't ready and I wanted to ask why it was taking so long... The employee tried to get the food ready and left the burgers on the cold tray for 10 minutes - then I complained and wanted my money back! On a Sunday there were 3 employees in the kitchen - that's not normal!!!! Never again 🥵

We ate here for the first time today. Unfortunately we saw that all the tables were dirty and smeared with food. The floor wasn't clean either. Update: Unfortunately we were just there again and ordered via DriveIn. 2 kids menus. The nuggets were an imposition!! The fact that you dare to put something like that in a CHILDREN'S BOX is really poor! They were kept warm for what felt like 20 hours and fried at least twice... I can't explain the dark color and the mushy consistency any other way... I just don't feel like going there again. Otherwise I would have thrown the thing on their counter. Of course the children stayed hungry. We remain loyal to the competition with the yellow one... Never again. 1. REVIEW 1 car in front of us in the drive and we still waited easily for 15 minutes. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers without onions and cucumbers, which were still topped with cucumbers and I have never seen worse fries anywhere... wobbly, soaked in fat and sometimes almost black. We could only see 1 single worker who was taking care of the drive and the restaurant. Doesn't work at all...

Food is fine, but you need patience! Waiting more than half an hour to get your food is not something I go to a fast food restaurant for! Not to be repeated!

The food was ok, but the cleanliness of the store leaves a lot to be desired. We were the only customers sitting in the store for two hours, the employees were bored but no one even thought of cleaning the tables, emptying the tray carts or cleaning the floor. Restaurant quite ok. But tables are always dirty. Drive in takes so long ("slow" food instead of fast food) that it's better to go to a restaurant on the North Sea. You would be full faster. Orders are often wrong. Just not ok.

Better menu options than in the Netherlands, the prices are also slightly better. The burgers were tasty

I was actually looking forward to the Burger King in Gronau to get some variety during my lunch break. Unfortunately, the waiting time is really too long (almost 12 minutes for a simple menu), which is why I only visit other locations. Admittedly, the experience was a few months ago, but based on what others have said, it doesn't seem to have improved yet.

Just eat quickly. When things have to go quickly.

We stood in the drive-thru and were not served after more than 5 minutes. There was no other car in sight in the McDrive. We then drove into the parking lot and ordered food to take away. Waiting time over 20 minutes for 1 menu and a burger. The restaurant was not well attended. It was only after the shift change that we noticed that we had been waiting for over 20 minutes. The McDrive time is not taken into account. I have never seen worse service anywhere. The crispy chicken also had no salad and hardly any sauce, the burger was just dry.

A pure disaster... not served until 10 minutes in the drive-in. Then waited 20 minutes in the empty shop for 2 burgers, a fries and a drink. Working at that pace should be banned.

6 crispy chicken ordered 1 chilli cheeseburger and a few fries! The fries were raw and a crispy was missing and at home I noticed that the chilli cheese was a nuggets burger! The store is empty and they still can't manage it? How about reasonable staff? Instead of the leader sitting at the table with the girls?

Vanavond (donderdag) voor de eerste keer hier geweest. Het was mooi rustig rond 18:00. Bijna het hele restaurant was leeg. Ik moest zo’n 10 minuten wachten op mijn bestelling, dat is prima. Burger was goed warm, frietjes waren al lauw. Rest was prima in orde. Ik ga liever naar de McD maar ik vind deze Burger King wel wat fijner zitten.

Przyjechalam dzis o 23.30 aby zlozyc zamowienie. Drzwi byly zamkniete choc jest otwarte do 24. W srodku byli klienci. Pojechalam na drive. Powiedziano mi, ze maja jedynie chickeny. 30min przed zamknieciem taki cyrk. To nie jest pierwszy raz. Jesli pracujecie do 24, to otwarte dla klientow jest do 24. Nie do 23.30. To byl moj ostatni raz w tym miejscu.

Ich war weltweit in vielen Burger Kings, der absolut schlechteste ist in Gronau. Unfreundlich und inkompetent!

Die haben keine Sterne verdient am liebsten 0 Sterne habe eine Bestellung über 90 Euro gehabt die Leute hatten echt Probleme gehabt das vor zu bereiten habe ungelogen 1std drauf gewartet und als es angeblich fertig war nach einer Std fehlte trotzdem noch die Hälfte zuhause angekommen festgestellt das ein Burger mit bacon war da ich kein schwein oder speck esse BurgerKing nein danke nie wieder !!!!!

Ich war der einzige Gast im Restaurant. Das Essen war ok. Habe gesehen wie mir frische Pommes zubereitet wurden und die älteren entsorgt wurden ( was positiv war) . Allerdings war erst der vierte Tisch sauber, den ich angesteuert habe. Habe nur zwei Mitarbeiter in dem Restaurant gesehen,die nach meiner Bedienung mit dem Handy beschäftigt waren anstatt mal die Tische zu reinigen. Ansonsten ein schönes neues Restaurant.

Sauberkeit im Essbereich ist Durchschnitt, Toiletten sind nicht so geruchsarm und dreckig. Das Essen schmeckt immer frisch und ich werde immer wieder dorthin zum essen.

Dieses Mal wurde mir schlecht, weil ich einen Hamburger gegessen hatte. Das Fleisch roch auch nicht besonders gut.

Alles einwandfrei. Essen kommt schnell und ist warm.

Neue Bewertung: Da ich nun häufiger beim BK in Gronau war, muss ich nun leider meine Bewertung anpassen. Ich hatte bei einer Bestellung eines Long Chickens keinen frischen Salat auf meinem Burger. Das ist auch soweit alles geregelt. Nun war ich danach nochmal dort (mein Fehler!) und habe bei der Bestellung extra darauf hingewiesen, dass ich einen Long Chicken mit frischen Salat haben möchte. Ich wurde regelrecht angegangen von dem MA der Filiale. Man unterstellte mir, ich würde Lügen und solle aufhören mit sowas. Ich wollte einfach nur mein Essen bestellen mit dem Hinweis. Das ist asozial seine Kunden derart anzugehen. Selbst als ich die Fotos des vorherigen schlechten Salats gezeigt hatte, sagte der MA, dass das nicht dort gewesen sei. Und dass jeder normale Mensch in die Filiale kommen würde, um das zu reklamieren und nicht direkt an Burger King eine Beschwerde weitergibt. Entschuldigen Sie mal, ich möchte das Essen zu Hause heiß verspeisen und öffne es eben erst dort. Da werde ich nicht an Ort und Stelle die Frische des Burgers prüfen. Ich setze sowas voraus, dass der Salat frisch ist. Der MA war einfach unverschämt. So geht man nicht mit Kritik und auch nicht mit Kunden um. Alte Bewertung: Zuallererst: ich war zunächst äußerst skeptisch den Burger King in Gronau zu besuchen aufgrund der Vielzahl an negativen Bewertungen. Dieser negative Eindruck konnte meinerseits nicht bestätigt werden. Im Gegenteil, es lief alles perfekt. Ich war heute (09.11.22) in der Mittagspause im Drive In. Es war wenig los und der Mitarbeiter war äußerst freundlich. Meine Bestellung (Long Chicken & Chicken Nugget Burger) wurde frisch zubereitet. Die Bestellung war vollständig, Extrawünsche wurden berücksichtigt und auf den Burgern war frischer Salat und die bestellte Sauce. Es gab keine unübliche Wartezeit. Gebt dem Burger King einfach eine Chance. Ich denke, die vielen negativen Rezensionen resultieren aus anfänglichen Startschwierigkeiten. Diese haben sich aber nun gelegt. Und das sage ich, als sehr skeptischer und pingeliger Mensch :-).

Wir mussten etwas länger warten aber ansonsten war alles wie immer bei einem Burger King. Von innen ist der Laden sehr modern und einladend. Das WC war von der Sauberkeit her ok.

Das Essen war gewohnte BK Qualität. Der Service war nicht gut! Ich musste über 15 Minuten auf einen Burger im Drive warten. Im Restaurant habe ich maximal 2-3 Personen gesehen. Im Drive war ich alleine. Wer schnell Hunger hat ist hier leider nicht gut bedient. Wirklich schade.

Ewig lange Wartezeiten, Zutaten fehlen nach Bestellung plötzlich. Dies könnte man ja direkt während der Bestellung anzeigen, ist besonders bei Zahlung im Vorraus ärgerlich und führt zu aufwändiger Rückerstattung.

Ich weiß garnicht was die ganzen negativen Bewertungen hier sollen. Ich komme eigentlich aus Münster und bin hier heute essen gewesen. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse (Eine junge Dame mit blonden Haaren) hat uns sehr nett und lieb behandelt und die Bestellung dauerte auch nicht lange. Ich würde mal sagen "bis zum nächsten mal"

Also ich muss sagen das ich jedes Mal wenn ich dort bin auf mein essen warten muss, was ich gut finde da ich weiß , dass es frisch zubereitet wird. Schmeckt auch 👍

Super langsam… 15 Minuten für zwei Burger und es war nichts los.

Kinder freuten sich auf das jr.kings Menü mit Spiderman Spielzeug... Beide bekammen das gleiche Spielzeug, weil nichts anderes mehr da war... WC riecht nach WC, - keine Seife mehr im Spender und der Trockenautomat ist einfach nur ekelig. Warum wird das WC so vernachlässigt... lüften und putzen wäre mal angebracht und ein tägliches Muss .... Mini Portion Pommes 🍟 4 Nuggets trocken als wären die von gestern Getränk nur noch Hohes C weil nichts anderes mehr da war... heute 19.06.2023 14.00 Desinfektionsmittel voll, aber ohne Funktion tut nicht mehr... Service, Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit sollten selbstverständlich sein... als wir tschüss sagten,- kam nicht mal eine Antwort... wir werden wieder MC besuchen...

Ein sehr schön gestalteter Burger King. Weil ich mich bis heute wie man es schafft eine Cola dermaßen zu verwässern dass die Kohlensäure bitter schmeckt und der eigentliche Geschmack kaum vorhanden ist.

Heute um 22:35 Uhr da gewesen…mein Verlobter und ich haben uns noch schnell was zum Schnabulieren geholt und wurden von einem herzlich netten Menschen empfangen. Der Typ ist der Grund wieso wir überhaupt zu Burger King fahren…er sollte definitiv mehr Gehalt bekommen.

It wasn’t awful but not even close to be acceptable. 10 min of waiting. The bacon on three Burgers was cooked not fried. For that not crispy. The french fries have seen better times. Did not finish the menu.

Hoogste notering voor een Burger King tot nu toe. Restaurant is schoon, zowel binnen als buiten. Personeel vriendelijk (spreekt geen Duits) en de bestelling in no time klaar. Allerbelangrijkste: de King‘s Harissa Beef Double was erg lekker.

Hier wordt altijd we wat vergeten bij de bestelling wat ik slecht vindt
