Highly recommended, very friendly staff

Well, the "rolls" turned out so small and the roll for the Mac Ripp (no idea if that's spelled correctly 🫣) was totally soft, it slipped past the toaster

Please put someone at the cash register who understands German well. My order went completely wrong. I didn't want to cause any trouble with the shift manager etc. but it should work out on the next visit. Regards

It was scary to wait half an hour for a milkshake and in the end I didn't get anything. My order number was not displayed and prepared. After about half an hour I left.

The prices are unacceptable for the food you get. A small Mc Samurai costs around €7 and isn't filling at all. The large fries I got weren't even half full, meaning they're like a small fries for the price of a large one. The employees make you wait at the checkout until you're fed up and just want to leave. Furthermore, most of the employees are unfriendly, especially the older ones. We found most of the tables dirty (covered with sauce and leftover fries on the floor).

Dead store, absolute scam. My crappy burger tasted like a sandwich, dude, what €10 for that sandwich? Don't go here or to any other McDonald's. Absolute garbage, absolute scam. I've always loved going to McDonald's, UNTIL TODAY. Subterranean prices with disgusting food. Stupid store, real talk. Give me my money back, I'd rather go to the competition from now on. My potato wedges were even topped with fries, dude.

There's little focus on customers and service here! I was openly yelled at in the sales area, asking why I didn't pick up my food myself at the counter! Impossible in a franchise system like this. The prices are high enough; I can also use table service if I want!

I was there on July 19, 2025, around 10 p.m. The neon sign (the large M plus sign on the building) was already off, making the branch difficult to recognize, or one assumed it was already closed. That shouldn't happen with such a well-known brand. Another negative was that the men's and disabled restrooms were blocked. At least the McFlurry and shake I ordered were fine.

On July 15, 2025, at around 9:00 p.m., I bought two Bic Macs and two fries at the McDrive in Waren an der Müritz. When we got home at 9:45 p.m. and opened the package, we were somewhat surprised. Weak, flavorless fries and two Bic Macs that contained neither cucumber nor tomato. The so-called meat patty was an unidentifiable piece that didn't appeal to bite into. After a few attempts, we threw the rest in our trash. An enlightening dining experience for a mere €21.17. A real bargain!

I don't like the new chicken burger recipe at all. The sauce is way too spicy, and the burger gave me diarrhea.

As locals, we've visited the restaurant several times. We often take something from the MCDrive. But beware: 9 out of 10 of our orders were incorrect, or items we ordered and paid for were missing. With larger orders, it's not always possible to quickly check this in the car. Wrong burgers in the right boxes, wrong ingredients in the MCFlurry. None of this is uncommon. So be sure to check your order immediately!

I can still remember a wonderful time and the joy of eating at McDonald's. Unfortunately, it's no longer like that these days. Employees are often rude, the food is cold, incomplete, or you're forced to customize your burger to the way it should be. It's also louder than it used to be and often dirty. It's a miracle if you can find a clean seat.

As a native of Waren, I have many childhood memories associated with this restaurant. Children's birthday parties, etc. I always enjoyed eating there, but things are getting worse and worse. It's dirty, loud, and the service is terrible. The employees are unfriendly. Table service cards are only given out upon request or not at all. The burgers are cold and dry. Even when the food is okay, something is missing. It's a real shame...

It's simply horrifying what's been going on there for the past few months. As a local, I've known the store since it opened. "Almost" doesn't mean anything these days. Waiting times of 20-40 minutes aren't uncommon, at least every second order is missing something, and the front staff are completely lost. Asking questions doesn't help, or often requires a translator. But if you're the top dog, anything goes. The store is still always packed. Noise, dirt, and poor service are simply included in the price.

I thought I'd go to McDonald's to get something to eat—not to do an internship in patience. I stood at the checkout line for 10 minutes like an NPC, and no one came. No eye contact, no "almost there," not even a hint of sympathy. Just ignored like a vegan burger in the refrigerated section. Then I thought, "Okay, be smart, order online." 20 minutes later, I had the same order—only in my imagination. And yes, it was busy—but anyone who's seen your "organization" knows: A bunch of drunk penguins could have handled it more coordinatedly. Service? Dead. Communication? Never born. Speed? On vacation. What can I say—thanks for nothing, except for a new personality disorder called "French Fries Trauma." Never again with this circus.

I bought takeaway food. Unfortunately, they didn't check the bag. The staff forgot to pack half of it, and some of the rest was incorrect. I'll never go to that horrible store again. The manager coughed like crazy over the food. Horrible.

Staff not particularly friendly. Card payment is theoretically possible, but all of my cards were declined.

We travel a lot across Germany and often stop at McDonalds. And we haven't been to a branch where the staff was so friendly in years. The branch is lovingly decorated and it is clean and tidy. We were really positively surprised. It's nice that something like this still exists.

The best thing was the outside area where the dogs were allowed too

I was recently in this restaurant and was really impressed by the cleanliness and order that prevailed there, unfortunately I don't know that from any other McDonald's. Otherwise there is more rubbish on the floor and the tables are dirty. The dining room here was clean and well-kept, the tables were wiped down. Great! Fries and burgers were freshly prepared and served to the table in a flash. 👍

The food is the last shit. Everything just tastes like a flavor enhancer and is carelessly slapped together. With McDrive you should immediately check after handing over the goods to make sure nothing has been forgotten. This happens more often because the staff probably isn't able to put what's on the screen into the bag. For these horrendous prices, this is all really bad. McDonalds used to be cool and popular, but today it's just bad. In the future I'd rather get a kebab, I'll have more of it and it's probably healthier too. For me, McDonald's in Waren is a done deal after today's visit. Zero stars!!!

The very, very last shop. 3 out of 4 terminals broken! After waiting 10 minutes for a condition at the checkout, the checkout took exactly 1 order (but there were 5 people in line) and told you to join the other 15 at the one ordering terminal. She also stopped taking orders. Without words!!!

Good for a quick meal. The restaurant is clean and the food is usually ready quickly. A McDonald's branch. :)

Actually, we were “always quite happy.” However, what we experienced there today is not possible at all. Sure, it was rush hour on Saturday evening, so getting a table was difficult. Especially when some tables and chairs are laden with rubbish. The tray tray was also completely overcrowded and the tables were quite dirty. When I asked about a forgotten straw, it was slammed onto the counter in complete exasperation. At least the food was warm. 👌🏼

Unfortunately, the staff was unfriendly. When I asked if the sauce for my child could be exchanged because he had misplaced himself, they said no, but a new one could be purchased, they hadn't misplaced it and it wasn't their problem. Customer friendliness looks different.

I will never order anything there again and since there are already several statements among my circle of friends, I will not deviate from this opinion. I will contact the health department next week. You're paying for hell here and that's slowly becoming unsustainable.

Lange habe ich meinen Bauchschmerzen nachgeforscht und immer dachte ich, davon kann es nicht sein. Doch mittlerweile ist ganz klar das ich meine Bauchschmerzen nicht rundum um das Essen dort suchen muss, sondern direkt dort. Was ich erlebt und schmerzlich durchstehen musste, war kein Scherz mehr. Ich werde dort nie wieder was bestellen und das es auch schon mehrere Aussagen in meinem Bekanntenkreis gibt, werd ich auch von dieser Meinung nicht abweichen. Das Gesundheitsamt werde ich in der nächsten Woche kontaktieren. Man bezahlt hier für die Hölle und das ist langsam nicht mehr tragbar.

Dirty tables, dirty benches, long waiting times, when the food arrived it was cold. Fries not edible / not cooked through. Overwhelmed staff. The burger had exactly what I didn't want on it (e.g. cucumbers). The order wasn't complete either and the wrong burgers were the ones that were ordered

Overall I can't complain, the toilets are clean, the food I've always had is hot and the people (service) were all very friendly. What I've experienced differently in other McDonald's was the food, service and toilets, but here it was ok - you shouldn't forget it's a fast food chain

The service is good, the MA tried very hard to ensure that the food for fast food was also tasty and freshly prepared. However, if you have brown hair or eyes, you should avoid this place, as the broad-built “Germans” there will unfortunately have a big problem with you. They will say stupid things to you, insult you, bump into you and make your food inedible. Perhaps it would be better not to visit these backworlders; contact with “strangers” still seems to disturb them at this point in their civilizational development. Hopefully, in a few decades, these citizens will not only be able to destroy burgers in no time at all, but will also be able to think independently and treat people with dignity. The food was as usual at MacDonald's, regardless of where you are in the world. But the restaurant itself was with dirty tables/benches and overflowing racks with trash. Essen war halt typisch McDonalds. Negativ war, das der Kaffee nicht von McCafe war, sodern der normale aus der Maschine für nen überhöhten Preis.
