Very nice operation, good service

Unfriendly boss who was upset. At Mc Café, despite asking, the coffee was served in a paper cup. We should wash the cups ourselves because there is no staff.

Unfriendly staff. That much ignorance towards the guests is not possible. To pay you have to be patient until someone out of 10 employees tries to serve customers... Incredibly bad staff

The toilet is a NO GO this afternoon... sorry but that's probably not possible.

Like any other McDonald's. The only complaint was that ordering on the touchscreen didn't work. And the milk machine was broken.

Unfortunately, we rarely go there because it has simply become far too expensive for a family.

McDonald's employee (pink.......) she shouldn't have anything to do with customers. I have never experienced such unfriendliness and impudence... almost aggressive.... The food was as usual at MacDonald's, regardless of where you are in the world. But the restaurant itself was with dirty tables/benches and overflowing racks with trash. Tables were eventually wiped down, but all with the same cloth that was not rinsed in between. What was on the tables of small scraps was just pushed onto the floor or sofa!!!! Glad we were just passing through on a rainy Friday

The slowest and worst McDonald's I've been to. The hamburger tasted different than anywhere else, how can that be.

Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at. 2 menus with junior bags and nothing was right. Only one burger was right, the rest had to be collected with a lot of discussion and several attempts. It's not possible... Never again!

Do you want to see what the premises looked like 40 years ago? Or maybe wait an hour for food? It's all possible here! Stay away. It's better not to eat anything than to go there.

The preparation of the food took a little long (about 10 minutes). The table was not clean. Otherwise ok.

It was a bit chaotic and quite crowded, but the team couldn't help that. Otherwise everything was as you would expect from McDonalds.

Waited over an hour for food. My number was never called and apparently disappeared from the system. Paid, receipt, but unfortunately no food. Never again, thanks to the poor service and overwhelmed staff

It was nice, the order was put together very quickly. It took (quite) a long time at the checkout because a "grandma customer" didn't come out of the kink.

The service at McDonald’s Waren Müritz is excellent, the staff is always friendly and strives to provide customers with the best possible experience. The quick service is impressive, no matter how busy it is, orders are always processed quickly and efficiently. The fast McDrive is a big plus, allowing customers to enjoy their favorite meals conveniently and without waiting.

Most disgusting place I've ever seen, tables not clean, staff not only rude but also completely incompetent. I can't recommend this atmosphere even to my worst enemies. Of course there is no shortage of cold fries either.

Well, the employees bully each other, but here we are light years away from treating each other harmoniously and respectfully. I would never work here As for the food, normal Mcdoof Industrie ate as usual

Didn't get a receipt at the order terminal, was coldly ignored at the checkout for several minutes and then, after being kindly told that you wouldn't get a receipt at the terminal, you also got a stupid answer. The lady wasn't interested at all. Great job!

You can be sure that something is ALWAYS wrong. Order McDrive: a milkshake. Case 1: Price 3.79, given €50, change: 45.21? Maybe it wasn't entered into the cash register, there was no receipt. Fail 2: the cup was not filled to the calibration mark. Or you order to the table using the app and are then shouted across the store to the counter. Or the tomato you ordered is on the burger, despite the note on the box. Or the "service person" informs me that she doesn't touch burgers with meat. Aha. I was a good mcces customer somewhere else, but now I don't feel like going here anymore and I'm not going for pleasure but as an emergency solution or for the sake of friends.

Dear staff, requests are taken into account or even if you are an allergy sufferer it is accepted and responded to and implemented!!!! I would like to see such kind and understanding employees at Mc Donalds everywhere in Germany!!! The food is also super fresh and doesn't sit around for hours!!! Working quickly but loving each other!!! Clean restaurant!!! Overall, highly recommended!!!

You order via the app and the terminal with table delivery, wait and wait and then after 10 minutes in an empty restaurant you hear loudly “Table 25”. After we called our attention to signal where table 25 was, we were called out to come and pick up the food. After we were at the serving service and asked why they offered table delivery, one of the three standing, doing nothing employees cheekily told us that they were alone. After being loudly complained about, we took our €27 order with us and found out 10 minutes later that ordering a table for a guest for just one coffee wasn't a problem after all. Service and guest treatment are terrible.

This store is the absolute worst. You sometimes wait almost 45 minutes for your food, table service is canceled, the food is not complete and the tables are dirty. I've never experienced anything like that...

Waited 45 minutes for our order. Many who came after us finished before us. When I asked where the order was, I was shouted at... The staff was too young, too overwhelmed and grumpy... were surprised that orders "disappeared" from the processing display... of course, after 30 minutes they will also be finished

The cleanliness of the tables and return trolleys leaves something to be desired. Wipe the tables more often. Unfortunately, the Fischmäc is also becoming smaller and more expensive.

Insufficient. Usually already cold or especially with MC Drive, it always has to be checked because something is missing. I've had it often enough. But there are also branches where things are different.

The milkshake was only half full and not frozen and it was really slow and disgusting. Conclusion: just don't go there, rather go to Burger King

Fahren jetzt immer zum Drive in...geht schneller...als drinne. Nach dem neuen Konzept bei McDonald's mit dem Nummer u bedienen lassen,nicht mehr so cool,schade.

Essen war halt typisch McDonalds. Negativ war, das der Kaffee nicht von McCafe war, sodern der normale aus der Maschine für nen überhöhten Preis.

Essen ist halt Fastfood, wurde aber frisch zubereitet. Die Tische waren insgesamt sehr schmutzig, obwohl nur 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder anwesend waren.

Es war sehr voll zur Mittagszeit. Trotzdem ging es razi Fazit voran. Die nette blonde Dame, ich glaube Sie ist die Leiterin der Geschäftsstelle. Sie war sehr nett und hat den Laden im Griff. Es ging sehr flott, alles war heiß und frisch. Komme gerne wieder, bei so einer netten Bedienung.

Man fühlt sich wohl und das Essen schmeckt.

Gutes und sauberes Lokal, freundliche Mitarbeiter, aber ein Mitarbeiter har mir im DriveIn ein falschen Milchshake mitgegeben.

Super klassischer McDonalds! Immer wieder! Sehr Lecker! Immer wieder!

Habe leider nicht alles bekommen, was ich bestellt habe. Schade um das Geld. Und auch das Essen hat nicht besonders gut wie sonst geschmeckt

Das Personal war völlig überfordert, obwohl nicht sonderlich viele Leute, im Laden waren. Die Wagen für die Tabletts waren völlig überfüllt und es lagen schon Essen Reste auf dem Boden. Zwei Terminals waren desweiteren, nicht in Betrieb und es gab kein Tischservice. Das bekommen anderen Filialen, deutlich besser hin!

Über das Essen braucht man nicht berichten, Mc Donalds typisch. Man sollte die Bestellung aber immer noch einmal vor Ort prüfen, bei uns hat schon zwei mal etwas gefehlt. Aber dann von zu Hause aus noch mal fahren wollen wir auch nicht. Einmal in der Filiale haben wir es aber prompt nach bekommen. Personal ist nett, trotz Mitagsstress. Es wirkte auch alles sauber und modern.

Also als Erstes muss ich sagen: Das Essen war lecker und sogar der Big Mac war warm. ABER. Das Personal am Drive In war ja so unfreundlich. Also ich möchte schon noch nett bedient werden um 23:55 Uhr. Im Endeffekt hab ich ja auch noch mein Essen vor Ladenschluss bekommen. Zudem hat tatsächlich auch noch die Eismaschine um diese Uhrzeit funktioniert. Naja Essen hat geschmeckt. LG

Wir haben schon öfter da gegessen, jedesmal liegen die Burger regelrecht in der Schachtel. Es gibt keine Strohhalme mehr (nur für Shakes). Den double Big Mac kann man auch gleich neben dem Waschbecken essen weil man sich eh danach komplett die Hände waschen muss.

Ich wollte ein Salatblatt auf meinen Fischmac. Da man ihn nicht auswählen konnte habe höflich danach gefragt. Es wurde schnell abgelehnt da dieses nicht möglich ist. Ist Salat so teuer oder liegt es am System? Ich war sehr enttäuscht

Unfreundliche Bedienung im MC Drive

Wartezeit war nicht lange, das Essen ist auch in Ordnung... Aber die Kommunikation ist sehr schwer, da einige Mitarbeiter nicht viel Deutsch verstehen.

Wie gewohnt gute Qualität und schnelle Abwicklung

Mc Donalds ist nicht mehr das was es früher war besonders Geschmacklich sind die Standard Burger einfach geschmacklos.

Schlechtes Durchschnittsrestautant meist sehr unfreundlich, lange Wartedauer, unsaubere Tische

Fastfood eben. So wie man es kennt.

Es schmeckt immer wieder lecker 😋 Besonders das Eis 🍨

Nettes Personal leider versteht man sie manchmal kaum ( wegen anderer Sprache).

Leider waren die Mitarbeiter einfach überfordert. Anscheinend wurden mehrere neue Mitarbeiter gleichzeitig eingearbeitet. Die Nuggets waren total trocken und fade, schmeckten wie aufgewärmt. Und hätten wir die Mitarbeitern nicht darauf hingewiesen, das unsere Eiscreme schon fertig abgefüllt da steht, wäre sie restlos geschmolzen. Unsere Nummer wurde einfach nicht aufgerufen. Schade. Freundlich waren die Mitarbeiter.

Unsere Bestellung, bekamen wir recht zügig. Bei mir in der Ortschaft dauert es meist länger. Jedoch fehlte mir etwas die Kommunikation, ein Hallo, die Bestellung wurde einfach vor der Kasse gestellt ohne etwas zu sagen. Hätte sich jeder andere nehmen können, es wurde nicht mal kontrolliert…….

Den Kiosk zum Bestellen fand ich super. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und es war sehr sauber.

Double BigMac war aus. Keinerlei Hinweise darauf. Trotzdem die Bestellung angenommen und bezahlt. Ohne Nachfrage oder Informationen einfach einen anderen Burger auf das Tablet gelegt, nach dem Motto "vielleicht merkt's ja keiner". Erst auf Reklamation das Geld wieder bekommen.

Geht so schnelles Essen wie halt überall

Am Terminal bestellt, 20 min gewartet, obwohl der Laden nicht sonderlich gut besucht war. Unsere Begleitung hat Bar bezahlt, und wurde erst abkassiert, als wir unser Essen bereits hatten(trotz Hinweis an die Belegschaft, dass dort auch Leute warten). Ein wartenden vor unserer Begleitung an der Kasse verließ den Laden, ohne seine Bestellung. Unterirdisch. Bestellung war nicht komplett. Personal scheinbar überfordert für einen ruhigen Montag Abend. Um 21:45.

Falsches Essen bekommen, misstrauische Mitarbeiter und unglaublich lange Wartezeiten bis mal jemand zu den Kassen kommt. Erst den falschen Wrap bekommen. Nach 10min Wartezeit konnte ich dann endlich meine Apfeltasche bezahlen...nur um weitere 10min später zu erfahren, dass es nochmal 10min dauern würde, bis die Apfeltasche aufgewärmt wäre. Bin dann gegangen und habe mich am kleinen Mülltornado und den handzahmen Spatzen erfreut, nur um erneut enttäuscht zu werden denn: Wo Spielplatz? (siehe Abbildung 1) Abbildung 2: nicht vorhandene Apfeltasche

I know that the McDonald's vary in quality, this is more on the bad side, due to cummulated effects. - Rather long waiting time (staff was chatting a lot) - Old bun, tasted like paper - Bacon tasted very unusual, roasted twice? - One pissoir hanging off the wall, leaking, wet floor from that - No wifi (ie. no internet access) - Noisy (permanent peeping, nobody cared). I wondered why it was rather empty at noon, now I know that others refrained from visiting for a good reason. Staff or management issue?
