Habe mir gerade das neue Eis mit Magnum geholt..... mhhhh irgendwie ist das Softeis auch nicht mehr so lecker wie früher. Oben drauf waren so ekelige künstlich schmeckende Streusel.... Würde es nicht nochmal kaufen

Zutaten auf dem Burger fehlten und Papierservietten war auch nicht dabei.

Wir haben bei mcdrive bestellt und die haben Pommes wieder vergessen, das passiert schon zweimal. Schade😣

Immer neue Leute arbeiten. Immer wieder fehlt was von Bestellungen. Mann muss immer bei Happy Meal aufpassen ob man ein Spielzeug bekommt. Gerade zu Hause gekommen und es gibt's nichts da. Man muss jeden mal überprüfen ob alles dabei ist, bevor man nach Hause fährt. Ist nichts viel aber mein kleiner hat sich über Bowser gefreut und zum Schluß zu Hause kein Spielzeug dabei. Schade.

Ich möchte ein riesiges Lob und ein herzliches Dankeschön an Tatjana im McDonald’s aussprechen! Sie ist einfach eine unglaublich herzliche, freundliche und professionelle Mitarbeiterin 🌟 Tatjana hat mich von der ersten Minute an so warm und aufmerksam empfangen, dass sofort gute Laune aufkam. Besonders schön war für mich, dass sie mehrere Sprachen spricht – darunter sogar meine Muttersprache (Russisch). Das war wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes und hat mir direkt das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein. Dazu kam noch, dass sie mir so viele nette Komplimente gemacht hat, dass ich das Restaurant mit einem echten Lächeln verlassen habe 😊 Sie hat mir bei allem geholfen, alles unkompliziert geregelt und dabei eine so positive und angenehme Ausstrahlung gehabt, dass man einfach nur begeistert sein kann. (Ohne genervt zu sein..oder so..) Ganz ehrlich: Genau solche Menschen machen den Unterschied und prägen den Eindruck von einem ganzen Ort. Dank Tatjana habe ich McDonald’s in allerbester Erinnerung behalten. Von solchen Mitarbeiterinnen sollte es wirklich viel mehr geben – herzlich, aufmerksam und mit echter Freude bei der Arbeit. Ich bin absolut begeistert! ❤️

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend

Bringt bitte den Mitarbeitern lesen bei! 3 von 3 Bestellungen unvollständig! Edit 19. März 26: sind jetzt bei 4 von 4 und schlecht gelaunt oben drauf. Die haben glatt nen 20er vergessen. Den habe ich nachgekommen, aber in einer der Burgerverpackungen war nur ein Patty mehr nicht ....ja wirklich xD

Zack war das Essen da. So schnell hatten wir nicht damit gerechnet. War lecker gewesen. Sanitäre Anlagen waren sauber und haben nicht gestunken.

Das essen ist ansich ganz gut, nur manchmal lieblos zubereitet. Oft kommt es aber dazu, das Bestellungen unvollständig oder Falsch zusammen gestellt sind.

Wir waren abends dort,es war proppenvoll.Was soll man über ein Schnellimbiß groß schreiben?Das Personal war freundlich, das Essen war warm.Sehr sauber dort!

Langweilig und teuer, wie mc Donalds halt ist

Schmutzig, nicht abgeräumte Tische, genervtes Personal, das WC lässt zu wünschen übrig. Dann lieber einen Döner !

Vorort etwas zum Abendessen verspeist, online gekauft am Tisch gesetzt und Service in Betracht genommen, im Restaurant war es überschaubar leider mussten wir dennoch 15min warten bis die Speisen kamen, um dann festzustellen das dass Essen lauwarm war, aufgefallen ist uns dann das kein MA herum gelaufen ist und den anderen Kunden den Tischservice angeboten hat. Jeder kunde musste seine Bestellung selbst vom Theresen abholen, jetzt ist die Frage ob unsere Bestellung auch dort ewig stand wahrscheinlich, zu guter letzt fehlte dann auch noch etwas... Service note mangelhaft, bisher mir noch nicht untergekommen das der tischservice nicht angeboten wird obwohl es vorhanden ist... Personal war freundlich. Sauber nuja es ging... Parkplätze gut vorhanden... aber für die Zukunft werden wir ein anderes Restaurant aufsuchen sehr schade waren vor paar Jahren dort da waren es nicht solche Zustände...

Super nettes Personal , heute hat meine Tochter ihr Handy dort vergessen . Eine weitere Anfahrt ist für uns nicht möglich, das gute Stück wird uns jetzt zugeschickt. Dankeschön

Erschreckend. Ich wartete auf meine Bestellung und durfte zusehen wie ein Mitarbeiter die Packung öffnete, den Burger mit den Händen untersuchte ohne Handschuhe,ihn wieder zu klappte und ihn an den Tisch bringen ließ. Meine Bestellung war teils in der Tüte aber die Cheeseburger fehlten. Das ganze dauerte sehr lange und dann wurden die Burger in die Tüte gelegt. Daraufhin sagte ich,dass die restlichen Burger die 10 Minuten in der Tüte warten mussten jetzt nur noch warm seien und das stimmte auch. Das Personal ist völlig überfordert und der Ablauf ist eine Katastrophe.

Unglaublich schlecht gelauntes und langsames Personal. Wartezeiten ewig lang. MC DONALDS ist ja qualitativ eh minderwertig, aber dort ist es wirklich noch einmal eine andere Liga von unterirdisch. Immer kalt, alles fällt auseinander und wirkt nur dahin geklatscht. Sprachlich verstanden wird man auch eher selten.. nie wieder

War sehr unfreundliche Bedienung und der Burger hat nach Pommes geschmeckt

Ich möchte mich Beschwerden, wir wahren gestern da und haben was bestellt zum mitnehmen. Zu Hause haben wir fest gestellt das was fehlt, darf rief ich da an und schilderte das. Der Mann an Telefon war sehr nett und sagte mir wenn mein Sohn gleich hin gefahren kommt, bekommt er eine extra große Portion. Das war aber nicht der Fall. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht da die Portion fast 5 Euro gekostet hat. Ich denke mal nicht das irgendjemand was zu Verschenken hat.

Zum wiederholten Mal fehlten Artikeln bei der Bestellung. Zukünftig wird vor Ort kontrolliert ob alles vorhanden ist.

Die hälfte vom Essen hat gefehlt und man musste die Sachen dazu kaufen. Geht garnicht zumal alles auf einem Bon steht wo man nur ablesen muss.

Heute zum fünften Mal hintereinander nicht das bekommen was wir bestellt haben. Zwei Burger fehlten, der Baconburger ohne Bacon, falsche Saucen und und und. Man muss anscheinend wirklich vor Ort alles auspacken und kontrollieren.Ich kann mich leider nicht mehr daran erinnern, wann das letzte Mal das bestellte Essen ohne Beanstandung war!!

Ich verstehe ja alles, aber das ist jetzt schon das zweite Mal, dass wir Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt haben, und zum zweiten Mal wurde etwas nicht dabei . Das nervt schon Sonst ist alles gut

Wrap mit McPlant-Nuggets + 9er McPlant Nuggets bestellt. Der Salat und die Sauce waren okay, die Plant Nuggets widerlich. Völlig eingefallen, zäh und trocken. Das Innere dunkelgrau, eingefallen und kleine Fäden, die Schimmel hätten sein können. Wirkten wie vom Vortag oder doppelt frittiert. Ergo nicht gegessen. Auf die Rückmeldung und Nachfrage, ob ich neue Nuggets haben könnte, folgte nur eine kurze Nachfrage, ob es das Wrap mit Honig-Senf-Sauce war, dann in die Küche verschwunden. Die Interpretation, dass etwas kulant nachbereitet wird, war falsch. Plant-based Burger ist nicht mehr im Sortiment, Schoko-Kuchen auch nicht. Für Vegetarier und Veganer kaum geeignet, außer vielleicht man will Pommes. (Diese habe ich nicht probiert)

Nettes Personal, Essen typisch mc donald

Heute Abend eine absolut unfreundliche Bedienung am McDrive gehabt. Hatte nicht mal die Gelegenheit mehr zu bestellen, wurde regelrecht abgewürgt an der Sprechanlage. Für mich definitiv ein weiterer Grund diese Filiale zu meiden, wenn das so bestehen bleibt.

Seit geraumer Zeit sind enorm lange Wartezeiten einzuplanen obwohl es relativ leer ist. Und dann bekommt man trotzdessen nen kalten Burger und oftmals noch den falschen. Irgendwas geht meistens schief. Die Tische werden viel zu selten gereinigt. Und die Kommunikation fällt sehr schwer.

Burger werden rein geflagt wie ich eine Spinne weg klatschen würde und hab heute ein Chickenburger bestellt (mit zwei Chickendingern) und es ist nur eins drauf... Hatte aber auch schon ein Vanille Milchshake der nach Kaffee geschmeckt hat aber das ist eine andere Story. Bin enttäuscht und Herz gebrochen💔

Ich bin überrascht über die Bewertungen (überwiegend negative). Ich war sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war gut, für mich das beste McDonald's in Deutschland.

Also an dem Tag eine absolute Katastrophe. Ich war noch nie ein wirklicher Fan,aber wenn man auf ein Getränk 45 Minuten warten muss, und dann bei der Wartezeit mitbekommt was da alles schief läuft.Alle Kunden waren unzufrieden,falsche Bestellungen oder nicht die richtige Anzahl.Und während der Wartezeit schaut man sich um, von der Sauberkeit ganz zu schweigen. Ich nicht mehr....

Die Nuggets waren wohl etwas zu lang in der Fritteuse. Die Pommes sehr stark gesalzen. Der Rest war typisch für McDonald’s.

In unmittelbarer Nähe 4 Schnellladepunkte mit bis zu 300 kW . Wir mussten uns beeilen, da von 17 - 100 % so schnell erledigt wurden

Alles wie gewohnt bei MCDonald's. Burger ok, Service ok, Einrichtung ok.

Ich weiß nicht was in letzter Zeit im Laden los ist, die letzten Bestellungen gingen alle falsch es fehlte immer irgendwas. War nie ein großer Freund von McDonald's in Waren aber mittlerweile ist es nur noch schlimm.

Also die "Brötchen" sind ja so was von klein geworden und das Brötchen für den Mac Ripp ( keine Ahnung ob das richtig geschrieben ist 🫣) war total weich, das ist am Toaster vorbei gerutscht

Please put someone at the cash register who understands German well. My order went completely wrong. I didn't want to cause any trouble with the shift manager etc. but it should work out on the next visit. Regards

It was scary to wait half an hour for a milkshake and in the end I didn't get anything. My order number was not displayed and prepared. After about half an hour I left.

The prices are unacceptable for the food you get. A small Mc Samurai costs around €7 and isn't filling at all. The large fries I got weren't even half full, meaning they're like a small fries for the price of a large one. The employees make you wait at the checkout until you're fed up and just want to leave. Furthermore, most of the employees are unfriendly, especially the older ones. We found most of the tables dirty (covered with sauce and leftover fries on the floor).

Dead store, absolute scam. My crappy burger tasted like a sandwich, dude, what €10 for that sandwich? Don't go here or to any other McDonald's. Absolute garbage, absolute scam. I've always loved going to McDonald's, UNTIL TODAY. Subterranean prices with disgusting food. Stupid store, real talk. Give me my money back, I'd rather go to the competition from now on. My potato wedges were even topped with fries, dude.

There's little focus on customers and service here! I was openly yelled at in the sales area, asking why I didn't pick up my food myself at the counter! Impossible in a franchise system like this. The prices are high enough; I can also use table service if I want!

I was there on July 19, 2025, around 10 p.m. The neon sign (the large M plus sign on the building) was already off, making the branch difficult to recognize, or one assumed it was already closed. That shouldn't happen with such a well-known brand. Another negative was that the men's and disabled restrooms were blocked. At least the McFlurry and shake I ordered were fine.

On July 15, 2025, at around 9:00 p.m., I bought two Bic Macs and two fries at the McDrive in Waren an der Müritz. When we got home at 9:45 p.m. and opened the package, we were somewhat surprised. Weak, flavorless fries and two Bic Macs that contained neither cucumber nor tomato. The so-called meat patty was an unidentifiable piece that didn't appeal to bite into. After a few attempts, we threw the rest in our trash. An enlightening dining experience for a mere €21.17. A real bargain!

I don't like the new chicken burger recipe at all. The sauce is way too spicy, and the burger gave me diarrhea.

As locals, we've visited the restaurant several times. We often take something from the MCDrive. But beware: 9 out of 10 of our orders were incorrect, or items we ordered and paid for were missing. With larger orders, it's not always possible to quickly check this in the car. Wrong burgers in the right boxes, wrong ingredients in the MCFlurry. None of this is uncommon. So be sure to check your order immediately!

I can still remember a wonderful time and the joy of eating at McDonald's. Unfortunately, it's no longer like that these days. Employees are often rude, the food is cold, incomplete, or you're forced to customize your burger to the way it should be. It's also louder than it used to be and often dirty. It's a miracle if you can find a clean seat.

As a native of Waren, I have many childhood memories associated with this restaurant. Children's birthday parties, etc. I always enjoyed eating there, but things are getting worse and worse. It's dirty, loud, and the service is terrible. The employees are unfriendly. Table service cards are only given out upon request or not at all. The burgers are cold and dry. Even when the food is okay, something is missing. It's a real shame...

It's simply horrifying what's been going on there for the past few months. As a local, I've known the store since it opened. "Almost" doesn't mean anything these days. Waiting times of 20-40 minutes aren't uncommon, at least every second order is missing something, and the front staff are completely lost. Asking questions doesn't help, or often requires a translator. But if you're the top dog, anything goes. The store is still always packed. Noise, dirt, and poor service are simply included in the price.

I thought I'd go to McDonald's to get something to eat—not to do an internship in patience. I stood at the checkout line for 10 minutes like an NPC, and no one came. No eye contact, no "almost there," not even a hint of sympathy. Just ignored like a vegan burger in the refrigerated section. Then I thought, "Okay, be smart, order online." 20 minutes later, I had the same order—only in my imagination. And yes, it was busy—but anyone who's seen your "organization" knows: A bunch of drunk penguins could have handled it more coordinatedly. Service? Dead. Communication? Never born. Speed? On vacation. What can I say—thanks for nothing, except for a new personality disorder called "French Fries Trauma." Never again with this circus.

I bought takeaway food. Unfortunately, they didn't check the bag. The staff forgot to pack half of it, and some of the rest was incorrect. I'll never go to that horrible store again. The manager coughed like crazy over the food. Horrible.

We travel a lot across Germany and often stop at McDonalds. And we haven't been to a branch where the staff was so friendly in years. The branch is lovingly decorated and it is clean and tidy. We were really positively surprised. It's nice that something like this still exists.

Staff not particularly friendly. Card payment is theoretically possible, but all of my cards were declined.

I waited 25 minutes for my order, they didn't put sauce on me, my food was cold.

Waiting over 30 minutes for food, not a word from the cast saying we're sorry or anything like that, I'm extremely disappointed

I was recently in this restaurant and was really impressed by the cleanliness and order that prevailed there, unfortunately I don't know that from any other McDonald's. Otherwise there is more rubbish on the floor and the tables are dirty. The dining room here was clean and well-kept, the tables were wiped down. Great! Fries and burgers were freshly prepared and served to the table in a flash. 👍

The food is the last shit. Everything just tastes like a flavor enhancer and is carelessly slapped together. With McDrive you should immediately check after handing over the goods to make sure nothing has been forgotten. This happens more often because the staff probably isn't able to put what's on the screen into the bag. For these horrendous prices, this is all really bad. McDonalds used to be cool and popular, but today it's just bad. In the future I'd rather get a kebab, I'll have more of it and it's probably healthier too. For me, McDonald's in Waren is a done deal after today's visit. Zero stars!!!

Every time something is missing, today there were 6 chicken nuggets. The best thing to do is to train the employees.

The very, very last shop. 3 out of 4 terminals broken! After waiting 10 minutes for a condition at the checkout, the checkout took exactly 1 order (but there were 5 people in line) and told you to join the other 15 at the one ordering terminal. She also stopped taking orders. Without words!!!

Good for a quick meal. The restaurant is clean and the food is usually ready quickly. A McDonald's branch. :)

Everything full; toilets unclean; Nice service; Food is delicious; comfortable seats and benches; Good exposure; smells of urine in the bathroom and a toilet is broken.

Actually, we were “always quite happy.” However, what we experienced there today is not possible at all. Sure, it was rush hour on Saturday evening, so getting a table was difficult. Especially when some tables and chairs are laden with rubbish. The tray tray was also completely overcrowded and the tables were quite dirty. When I asked about a forgotten straw, it was slammed onto the counter in complete exasperation. At least the food was warm. 👌🏼

Unfortunately, the staff was unfriendly. When I asked if the sauce for my child could be exchanged because he had misplaced himself, they said no, but a new one could be purchased, they hadn't misplaced it and it wasn't their problem. Customer friendliness looks different.

Hey, I've lived here my whole life and I can tell you it's actually quite good, the employees sometimes forget something but sometimes they also add burgers or a mayo, it's just a shame that they don't have MC kebab

I researched my stomach pain for a long time and always thought it couldn't be that. But now it's very clear that I don't have to look for my stomach pain around the food there, but right there. What I experienced and had to endure painfully was no longer a joke. I will never order anything there again and since there are already several statements among my circle of friends, I will not deviate from this opinion. I will contact the health department next week. You're paying for hell here and that's slowly becoming unsustainable.

Lange habe ich meinen Bauchschmerzen nachgeforscht und immer dachte ich, davon kann es nicht sein. Doch mittlerweile ist ganz klar das ich meine Bauchschmerzen nicht rundum um das Essen dort suchen muss, sondern direkt dort. Was ich erlebt und schmerzlich durchstehen musste, war kein Scherz mehr. Ich werde dort nie wieder was bestellen und das es auch schon mehrere Aussagen in meinem Bekanntenkreis gibt, werd ich auch von dieser Meinung nicht abweichen. Das Gesundheitsamt werde ich in der nächsten Woche kontaktieren. Man bezahlt hier für die Hölle und das ist langsam nicht mehr tragbar.

Dirty tables, dirty benches, long waiting times, when the food arrived it was cold. Fries not edible / not cooked through. Overwhelmed staff. The burger had exactly what I didn't want on it (e.g. cucumbers). The order wasn't complete either and the wrong burgers were the ones that were ordered

Overall I can't complain, the toilets are clean, the food I've always had is hot and the people (service) were all very friendly. What I've experienced differently in other McDonald's was the food, service and toilets, but here it was ok - you shouldn't forget it's a fast food chain

The service is good, the MA tried very hard to ensure that the food for fast food was also tasty and freshly prepared. However, if you have brown hair or eyes, you should avoid this place, as the broad-built “Germans” there will unfortunately have a big problem with you. They will say stupid things to you, insult you, bump into you and make your food inedible. Perhaps it would be better not to visit these backworlders; contact with “strangers” still seems to disturb them at this point in their civilizational development. Hopefully, in a few decades, these citizens will not only be able to destroy burgers in no time at all, but will also be able to think independently and treat people with dignity. So it's better to have a few more rolls for the journey, it's going to be a long journey.

You can eat there, the prices are okay, but often when you take away a few things that you ordered are missing then you have to go back in, otherwise it's ok

The food came to us quickly and was freshly prepared and hot. Unfortunately, at 12:30 in the morning it was very dirty in the store. Tables stick and benches are dirty and the floor is not clean either. You could work on that
