Please look in the bag when ordering to take away. There is cheating here - out of 4 orders, 3 were wrong or missing! I can't tell whether this is due to the stupidity of the employees or whether it's a calculation. so - watch out!

Terrible! Ordered coffee, got a coke after a long wait. Coke was exchanged for coffee, they said. But it was brown, undrinkable ditch water! What a drama! Never again ordering something here while loading my car.

I would prefer not to give any stars at all. A lady who works at the condition insulted me in my native language without knowing that I understood her. McDonald's isn't what it used to be... No attention is paid to cleanliness, friendliness or freshness. We as a family will no longer visit McDonalds...

Plumbing is a disaster! Dirty and broken toilet. No soap available for men and women. Napkins and wet wipes (McRib) not included. Eat as usual.

Totally overwhelmed staff, unfortunately only speaking English. Chai latte was made with coffee. When this was told to the manager (the staff couldn't understand me), the manager had a new chailatte made. There was no apology, but there was an annoyed look from the boss. Never again MC in Mettmann

TRIED to order on the drive today. The lady didn't understand anything about the system at first and was told to drive up to the counter. When she gets there she asks again and again doesn't understand anything. How can you schedule someone on the drive who doesn't understand anything!

Disappointing visit to McDonald's restaurant Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied on my last visit to this McDonald's restaurant. There is no table service, which significantly reduces comfort. I've had it several times now that I was asked for more money at the drive-in than was originally shown on the ad. Here you should always ask for the bill and pay attention to every euro.

Today my daughter and I went to McDonald's in Mettmann. We were really hungry and ordered a few burgers, including a cheeseburger 🍔. But before I could take a bite, I spotted a long, light hair in the burger - and I immediately lost my appetite. So I went to the manager hoping they would respond quickly and sensibly. Unfortunately, I was totally disappointed: the managers were annoyed and almost unfriendly. After 20 minutes of waiting, they brought me a completely different burger, without any filling. I was so pissed that I threw the burger in the trash can right in front of them. That's when I decided that I would never go to that store again.

Die Preise für Pommes sind so frech - 3.79 € für eine mittlere Portion ohne Sosse! Was soll das? Alles andere als kundenfreundlich, da gehe ich in Zukunft sehr gerne woanders hin :-)

My previous experiences with the McDonald's in Mettmann have been consistently positive in terms of order processing. The orders were always served correctly and completely. Unfortunately, I have to criticize the hygiene in the restaurant. The interior overall appears neglected and does not live up to average standards. The toilets are particularly noticeable here - not only are they dirty, but they also seem to be less well maintained. I can't say much about the outside area at the moment, as I only picked up food or ate in the restaurant.

Breakfast at McDonalds was typical of the chain and the cashier was very friendly. The cleanliness of the restaurant corresponds to the lower standard of McDonalds. The toilets weren't very clean, there was rubbish and cigarette butts outside and the tables hadn't been wiped down.

The food is exactly what you expect at McDonald's. The service was fine. Unfortunately we couldn't clean up our waste because all the waste bins were packed. An extensive menu.

Normally I don't have any problems with branches, but this one in Mettmann was an absolute negative example. Customer service and friendliness should urgently be improved here!

It starts with the staff, standing with their hands in their pockets and understanding almost nothing. The store was empty and we spent 20 minutes on three cheeseburgers. We have to wait. Today I'm really angry...among other things, I bought an apple turnover, which comes with a delivery time. I just heard an employee say to his colleague, make some new apple turnovers, while he was at the warming box I took out apple turnovers. I thought I was getting something fresh. A fast-food restaurant (with a small playground and drive-in) that was modernized after renovation in July 2019. The same standard products but regular special promotions - also via app, regularly changing, lots of young staff, a cross-section of all social skills among guests and employees, as is always the case in many other restaurants. There are around 20 parking spaces in front of the door in a dedicated parking lot. Very crowded due to the time of day, and the outdoor areas can sometimes be very dirty in the summer.

We wanted an ice cream or a milkshake after a walk in the Neandertal. It was almost impossible to communicate this appropriately and we almost didn't understand the service staff. The order was also incomplete. When I had to pick up the last item, I was able to wait with a group of McDonald's employees, all of whom were quite happy and smoking and enjoying their [long] break next to the drive-in counter... I didn't understand them either. Absolutely not recommended!

As always at McDonalds, you can no longer get breakfast from 10:30 a.m. due to a delay of less than 5 minutes. I find this really ridiculous for a weekend, very petty and just burgers before 11 a.m. just unacceptable!

Das Essen war wie immer gut. ABER in einer der 2 Damentoiletten waren Servietten anstatt Klopapier und die Papierhandtücher waren so voll gestopft im Spender, dass es unmöglich war, da heil welche heraus zu bekommen. Die Toiletten ansich waren nicht wirklich sauber. Aus dem Bestellautomaten kam kein Papier mehr heraus (unser Essen haben wir problemlos bekommen). Es hat sich aber keiner dem Problem angenommen oder es behoben. Auch der Bildschirm mit dem Bearbeitungsstand der Bestellung war aus. Alle Tabletwagen waren übervoll. Hinter der Theke recht viele Leute, die scheinbar Privatgespräche führen, aber niemand schaut mal wie es außerhalb der Küche aussieht. Ich persönlich werde diesen McDonalds nicht mehr aufsuchen.

Visited this branch for the first and last time today for the following reasons: 1. Cleanliness - rubbish spread across the floor throughout the restaurant, tables extremely dirty, trolleys for trays completely overloaded (with a lot of fallen rubbish around them). Women's toilets questionable, floors in the two cubicles were full of "water", no soap or paper towels available. 2. Staff annoyed and unfriendly 3. Waiting time was ok, but fries and chicken nuggets were ice cold.

Always the same thing as soon as you order more than 3 menus and half of them are always forgotten. You always have to go back and let them know or you get annoyed at home because something is missing again. Yes, but you can get rich that way too. Doesn't work at all.

There is a lot of packaging waste on the floor outside (not only to be blamed on the service, but above all on the customers who simply leave their trays standing), correspondingly trays with rubbish on the tables (basically not the service's fault, but it should be the employees' fault within). It may take about 30 minutes to remove this, especially since customers order everything via the terminals and this work is already done for the employees.) The sticky floor in front of the counter is just as nasty. Fast food is also nicer!!!

Absolutely bad behavior towards customers. Sunday 9:30 a.m. for breakfast: door closed. Drive open back to the car: started ordering in the app, after 10 minutes the door was mercifully opened, 5 minutes later AFTER entering the order someone came and explained with a malicious smile that there was only chicken burgers because there was a power outage beforehand... Well... hunger sets in and there's no breakfast, so we order a chicken burger. AFTER paying, the announcement: But that will take 60! minutes. Apparently they don't WANT paying customers there and are trying to make it as impossible as possible to get something to eat.

I ordered 2 coffees with whole milk to be consumed on site. Despite my request to serve in cups, this was refused multiple times and served in paper cups. There was also no milk. I complained and, after repeated reminders, only received the small containers of coffee cream. I specifically emphasized that I wanted the whole milk from the tetra pack. I was denied this several times! Only when I got really loud did I get the whole milk. On the display board it explicitly says “Free choice of milk, whole milk etc”. Went there today, but there was an animal on the fries and when I ordered, the fries were forgotten and I got the wrong milkshake in vanilla instead of chocolate. When we were finished, we ordered a second milkshake, one chocolate and one vanilla, but the wrong milkshake came again and not medium-sized as we had originally ordered. Instead of chocolate and vanilla, both vanilla, I wanted to have a substitute for the chocolate, but instead of replacing it, the gentleman simply put a chocolate sauce in it and then it didn't taste good at all. I now have a stomach ache because of it. I'm really thinking about getting the health department involved, because it's not possible to just put chocolate sauce in a vanilla milkshake. It was the last time I was there. So service is definitely different!

Very strenuous employee at the McDrive - giving out the 5-digit coupon was as demanding as solving a millennium puzzle - after 10 minutes the employee finally managed to take the order - when we got home we noticed that the order was incomplete - to the employee : You entered my hak but I forgive you because we are in Ramadan.

We went there for a bite to eat in the afternoon on Sunday. My son was playing outside and fell and his entire upper lip was bloody. He shouted like a man, it was impossible to ignore, except for the employees. Not a single employee came to us and offered help or asked if we needed a table or ice to cool things down. After a few minutes, an employee came and handed him a balloon. For me, absolutely unempathetic, borderline, ignorant and almost no help. We then drove to the hospital. Apart from the accident: - Burgers were bad both in terms of appearance and taste and had probably been drying in the display for hours - unfriendly employees at the counter - We'd better not talk about hygienic conditions there. It's better not to sit down and not touch anything. If you could give 0 stars, I would. The 1 star is for the super nice customer who was the only one who tried to provide wipes and ice cubes when my son was bleeding so much.

The employees would rather chat in a group of 5 people than take orders at the counter. You have to order every single burger from the machine. The employees' chewing gum isn't particularly appetizing either. Food is as usual.

We ordered 2 cheeseburgers without pickles and small fries. Strange that everything was ready after 5 seconds... fries ice cold and the CB with cucumber. Complained... I would have been unlucky, said the nice gentleman. I won't even start with the guest room. Floor completely dirty. Tablets on the tables everywhere because there were no trash rollies to be found.

The most underexposed people really work there. Given the simple work they have to do there, it can't be that difficult to pack everything.

Were eating there after years. Very dirty. The floor hasn't been mopped in a long time. Just like the tables/seating areas. Not to mention the toilets - broken and dirty. Why don't you close the toilets when they are clogged and dirty? Hygienically a disaster. It used to be better.

Ordered the Big Mac menu at the drive-thru. Also got a Big Mac on the outside, but it had Big Tasty sauce on it. Says it all.
