I wanted to order breakfast at McDonald's. We had already ordered via the kiosk and were about to pay at the register. An employee told me that breakfast wasn't offered. All the menu boards and the kiosk were listed, and since it was breakfast time, only breakfast items were available. However, these items weren't being sold, and the employee explained that ordering breakfast wasn't possible. This is the first McDonald's where I've experienced something like this – being told there was no breakfast during breakfast time. It's incredibly disappointing. I hope the owner will make the staff more customer-friendly. It's really sad. Luckily, I don't live nearby, so this was my first and last visit.
