Everything was great, would definitely go back

It's probably the worst McDonald's I've been to in a long time. The ambience was terrible, everything was dirty on the floor/tables/sitting, leftover food and thick coverings of dirt everywhere. There was also a strong smell of urine in the far corner even though the toilet was far away. The food was tasty but even there I wondered what was wrong with the shop. I ordered an M Burger with 2x extra burger patties and 2x extra cheese but that was probably too much for the staff so they simply put 3 slices of cheese on top of each other on the first patty... Will not visit this McDonald's in the future.

I have never had such friendly and good service at McDonald's as here, one of the employees always handed out the trays + took them from the guests to take them to the way and in the meantime asked the guests if everything was OK, everything was top service. 👍

Everything's okay, unfortunately you can only order online - otherwise I would find it easier 😕 it's probably due to age 🤔

Sally's baklava tastes like cough syrup, which is disgusting. The King Nuggets taste like nothing at all.

Update 4/8/25 Since it has now gotten through to the last employee that they can/should also use the plastic lids for the drinking cups and not just for the coffee, everything is now in order again. Nevertheless, something like that shouldn't actually happen. The completeness of orders has improved greatly. Therefore, and also for the friendliness of the staff, there are now 5 stars again. Of course, the app is still extremely buggy and slow... but the branch can't help it. Update August 25, 2024 The cardboard lids are placed on the deposit plastic cups instead of the matching black plastic lids. These lids don't fit! As a result, I and the driver's seat were once again completely soaked in cola. This time the sauces were missing again, so I had to drive again while my family ate the food without me. Of course my food was cold when I got home with the sauces. IT'S SIMPLY NOT POSSIBLE THAT THINGS KEEP MISSING FROM THE ORDER!!! Unfortunately 3 stars deducted today. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Everything has been going well here lately and the orders are usually complete. Update: unfortunately something was missing again today. We had 1x fries too few in the bag... Again 2 stars gone. Update: the last few times everything was fine and nothing was missing... again 1 star more.

Small but nice. There are still nice staff there 👍

Food is booked as ready for pickup even though it isn't ready yet. The ice cream is made first and sits there for over 10 minutes. And then you get the wrong food.

Unfortunately, ordered burgers are always forgotten :( don't want to know how much money I "donated" to McDonald's ;( Today the employee was too busy having private conversations with a customer! Of course the order will then be wasted!

No sign of fast food. I waited 25 minutes at the McDrive today. The staff barely speaks German and is completely overwhelmed.

What a dirty place. I've never seen anything like it!!! Everywhere, the floor, the tables.

Fries were cold and oversalted. Chili cheese wasn't very good. Chicken was quite tasty but only lukewarm. The drink dispensers were just water.

Been disappointed very often! You definitely have to check the order.

As a shift manager, it seems you only need to be able to read and make good mistakes, as long as your hair is perfect... Sending the entire kitchen on break in a crowded shop is quite skillful. And we'll practice counting again, too: 4 is not 5.
