Food was a bit cold (french fries🍟 and cheeseburger🍔)

Actually a normal McDonalds, but the fact that there are no play areas for children doesn't suit McDonalds. When I asked whether the play tower could be opened, I only received the answer that it was closed today. My grandchildren weren't happy.

Update August 25, 2024 The cardboard lids are placed on the deposit plastic cups instead of the matching black plastic lids. These lids don't fit! As a result, I and the driver's seat were once again completely soaked in cola. This time the sauces were missing again, so I had to drive again while my family ate the food without me. Of course my food was cold when I got home with the sauces. IT'S SIMPLY NOT POSSIBLE THAT THINGS KEEP MISSING FROM THE ORDER!!! Unfortunately 3 stars deducted today. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------- Everything has been going well here lately and the orders are usually complete. Update: unfortunately something was missing again today. We had 1x fries too few in the bag... Again 2 stars gone. Update: the last few times everything was fine and nothing was missing... again 1 star more.

Unfortunately, as with almost all McDonald's branches, there are some deficiencies here too. The fries tasted “weird”. The burgers (cheese burger and the new M) were ok. What I found very bad was the condition of the store. It smelled disgusting and was very dirty.

I loved this time spent with family at the McDonald’s in this city. The McDonald's was very very clean and the staff very nice. I recommend this McDonald’s, it is better than those in France. We got it for €52 for three people. Very warmly. Sylian.

As always, I wanted to order chicken burgers, only after ordering was they told there were no more. Since points were at stake, they could only offer cheeseburgers. It's really unfair for people like that who only eat chicken meat. At least remove the things that cannot be ordered from the order list.

AGAIN my order was incomplete. Either the system is with you or no one can count to two. Why is it so difficult to add 2 salads to 2 menus? This isn't the first time this has happened. IT'S ENOUGH FOR ME, YOU CAN'T SEE ME ANYMORE, rip-offs!

I felt like eating fast food again! It tastes like McDonald's, you shouldn't expect anything great, mixed green chopped salad with 3 slices of tomatoes - I remembered it differently/better. Unfortunately, the sauce on the crispy chicken wasn't my thing at all, and the fries weren't hot, unfortunately. Overall price good, for 3 burgers, 2 x fries with 2 sauces and salad. The drink / 500 ml Adelholzner apple spritzer is very expensive at €3.95! Unit price in store approx. 85€ The service person at the checkout was very stressed and unfriendly, we should move aside while we wait - ... without please could you... Working with my bare hands and without gloves while assembling the burgers shocked me! ! 😬 In food production? Hopefully good hand disinfection beforehand? I think they wanted to save plastic? 🙄

I ordered an ice cream with twice chocolate sauce and smarties, then I got an Oreo slapped into my ice cream. Then I pointed it out to the staff in a friendly manner and I wasn't taken seriously at all and my ice cream was shoved in front of me in an aggressive way, saying that I had probably chosen Oreo. They didn't understand it at all and ignored it. Maybe you should hire more people who understand German and would have made a new ice cream. Largest manure shed in Bavaria. no recommendation. 👎🏼

Food is just MC, that's a matter of taste. The staff is unfriendly and you can tell they don't want to work. For us it was just a question about getting a straw or receiving the wrong food order. Cleanliness is out of place, neither at the tables nor in the toilet. When it's busy, I understand if you can't keep up, but with us you could count the people on two hands. That's why we give this rating. We'll avoid this MC next time we're traveling through.

MC Donald is no longer what he once was. Were there today, took away food. Firstly, something was missing again. Then we ordered a burger, but there was another one in the packaging🤨 My husband has had a bad stomach ache for hours... unfortunately the quality has really deteriorated. We won't be going there anymore . I can only praise the employees who really try hard and are always nice.

Everything was perfect when I ordered, but it's a shame the toilets are far too narrow and there's almost no space, how can that be done when people with disabilities have to go to the toilet

I always struggle whether I go or not. And every time it doesn't feel good. The service really wasn't good this time - it took me 20 minutes to get to the order counter in the Mcdrive until the food was handed over, even though there was nothing going on. Food was mediocre - only the price was okay.

Considering that I have also worked in a McDonald's restaurant and know how it is and how things are done, I can say that what is wrong with McDonald's is the fact that they serve old potatoes, you can see when they are not fresh and meat that it is already old and its time is up and it shows itself again. I don't like it when you take the food as a package, you don't get napkins... you always run out of napkins... otherwise the service is very good and fast. I don't say this as a negative review, but as something that can be improved and given more attention. If management wouldn't eat something old, why should we?

I was very surprised when I received my burgers. No spilled sauce or other rubbish in the box and so very well prepared. Something I rarely experience with MCs. There is space to sit on the ground floor and on the 1st floor. The toilets were also very clean and pleasant to go into. What I have often experienced differently in others. If I came to Freilassing again I would definitely eat there again.

The entrance is a bit inconspicuous when you come from the parking lot, but otherwise everything was fine.

It's better to drive across the border, the Mäccis are better. McChicken is a disgrace, not even pressed meat, it's something pureed, baked and bleached.

We came especially from Austria. Great staff, great veggie nuggets, lots of ice cream in the cup, quick service, simply 10/10 The only minimal criticism: a little more caramel sauce and a little more chocolate beans

Ordering took quite a long time, all 4 sauces were forgotten, the wrong burger was brought… an attempt to get the right food was in vain. The employee didn't understand me. Mind you, there was nothing going on.

Heute mal wieder ein Schlüsselerlebnis, einen Hamburger runtergewürgt, eigentlich nicht als essbar zu bezeichnen. Da könnte man genauso gut eine Tageszeitung kauen, mit ein bisschen Salz. Einfach furchtbar. Für meinen Jungen sehr lecker, das kann ich beim besten Willen nicht verstehen.

Das Essen schmeckt, dafür das es ein Mc Donalds ist, doch ich fühle mich nach dem Besuch immer wie ein schlechterer Mensch. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich, aber meine Soße vom Mc Flurry war bereits Zwei Mal nicht dabei!!!!

Mein Bestellung wurde öfters vergessen. Ich bin nach 15 min immer runtergegangen und sie haben mir gesagt das es keine Bestellung auf diese Nummer gab. Nach kurzem reden gaben sie mir mein Essen und entschuldigten sich. Und das ist mir mehrmals passiert.

Man kann am Automaten oder an der Theke bestellen. Das Essen wird auch an den Tisch gebracht,wenn man will oder gewählt hat. Alle sehr freundlich und genug Platz

Leider waren die Toiletten komplett mit Kot voll aber dafür können die Mitarbeiter nichts.

Es ist ein Mc Donalds, das Essen ist wie man es erwartet und von anderen Mc Donalds kennt. Das Personal ist höflich und bemüht. Das Ambiente ist für einen MC Donalds eher im oberen Bereich anzusiedeln. Für ein Schnellrestaurant nicht schlecht.

Toiletten unglaublich. Geruch unerträglich und Papier überall leer.

Eten was heerlijk warm en we zijn goed geholpen.

Wenn der Standard eines McDonald's Burgers, egal welche Form, ob Big Mac oder Royal TS als Benchmark gesetzt wird, dazu die Pommes, welche ja ledigtlich frittiert werden müssen , so befindet sich dieses Restaurant bei 4 von 5 Sternen , da hier die Mahlzeit auch so serviert wird, dass sie noch appetitlich aussieht. Wenn gleich es hier durchaus tagesabhängig Unterschiede gibt. Der Service war bis jetzt jedes Mal freundlich und die meiste Zeit wurde hier sehr abgeklärt gearbeitet, die Abläufe stimmen soweit. Es gibt hier Terminals zum bestellen An sich ist die Position dieses McDonald's gut, das Layout ist in Ordnung, die Toiletten sind im Obergeschoss und sauber, der Parkplatz ist ausreichend groß. Die Tische sind sauber, man hat kein schlechtes Gefühl hier zu essen. Auch geschäftliche Unterredungen können hier an ruhigeren Stellen im Restaurant geführt werden. 3/5

Zweistöckiger Mc Donalds. Essen wie gewohnt. Service am Tisch war super. Bauweise sehr ungünstig. Staut sich alles im Wartebereich ( Kasse, Abholung, Bestellautomaten ).

Leider kein freies WLAN was es etwas schwierig macht die App zu benutzen

Das ist nen Mces wo man nix falsch machen kann.

Ich bin oft beim McDrive und habe nun seit einigen Monaten beobachtet, dass die Kartenzahlung nicht geht. Wieso kümmern sie sich nicht darum, dass es wieder funktioniert? Die Mitarbeiter an sich machen einen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Eindruck. Die Wartezeiten sind kurz. Im Restaurant gibt es genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die McDonaldsApp funktioniert einwandfrei. Kioskbestellung ist möglich. Das Essen ist leider manchmal nicht warm genug, aber in Ordnung. Es gibt immer Coupons in der App.

Wollten hier um 10 Uhr ein Happy Meal kaufen, allerdings gibt es erst ab 11 Uhr normale Speisen und davon ist das Happy Meal leider nicht ausgenommen. Finde ich sehr schade, da ein Kleinkind oft keinen McEgg isst. Andere McDonald's Restaurants machen speziell beim Happy Meal eine Ausnahme und man bekommt es schon am Vormittag. Ansonsten sauberes Ambiente.

Leider hat sich Mcdonalds in Zell am See &Saalfelden sehr runter gewirtschaftet. Das Personal in Saalfelden ist so motivationslos, nicht Hilfsbereit und oft launisch. In Zell am See ist es bischen besser nur das Personal spricht kaum Deutsch. Kann nicht rechnen und es fehlen oft Produkte wenn du im Mcdrive bestellst. Jedes mal müssen wir wir wieder zurück fahren .Traurig, seit der Führungswechsel ist es schlimmer geworden.

Alles gut, wie immer bei McDonald's

Wir haben heute was zum mitnehmen bestellt und leider zuhause festgestellt, dass mein Glas gar nicht und für meinen Sohn das falsche Merchandise mitgegeben wurde. Das ist sehr ärgerlich. Schade dass man sich nicht auf die Mitarbeiter verlassen kann, das nächste Mal kontrolliere ich vor Ort.

Fazit : der cold breew war Ansich lecker aber die Füll menge lässt zu wünschen übrig only 400ml mehr gibts nicht der Becher war aber nur mit 300ml gefüllt

War schon öfters vor Ort und habe mir (meistens) waa zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Häufig habe ich das Gefühl, dass vorallem die Pommes & McNuggets nicht gabz durch und noch leicht roh sind. Ansonsten ist es wie jedes andere McDonalds auch.

Das neue Design gefällt mir besser! Einfach klasse und es ist viel ruhiger bei dem großen Bildschirm mein Essen selbst zu bestellen. Sonst, ist das Essen immer das gleiche 😅 Die Bestellung im App ist Klasse! Noch besser als auf dem Bildschirm zu bestellen.
