One of the most beautiful McDonald's!!! Super nice. The service is incredibly nice and accommodating. We were very surprised that we were served so politely. Absolutely great atmosphere. This huge couch invites you to linger. Everything was super clean and well maintained. Highlight: Orchids on the toilet. I'm thrilled.

Branch manager came. The current coupon was not accepted, as he said, even by the 3 cars behind us. I had a discussion with him; as a branch manager, he was not able to enter the price manually. To top it all off, a waitress around the manager came out with a false: I need you somewhere else... out of the conversation. Mecces Lingen? They don't care about customer satisfaction!

It's crazy, if you order via the app you can even pick up cold food. The app says when it arrives your order will be freshly prepared. I'll try that at home, I hope I get the fries as well in the cold fat, and the patties on the cold grill are well done. At least it saves a lot of electricity 🤣

Ordered to take away here. Ordered 2 vanilla milkshakes and 5 peanut cookies. Two different products ordered were once again disappointed. Unfortunately, the Pecan Nut Cookies were out and there was only one left in the assortment. The bag was then simply filled with Choclate Cookies without even mentioning anything to me, the customer. Of course, I observed everything that was put into the bag and confronted the bag packing specialist and the “shift management” about why no prior notice was given. I was able to order at least 5 cookies of the same kind and there were no strawberry shakes to order either! The milkshakes we ordered were handed out without a straw - straws sold out! How does something like that work??? The milkshake was so frozen that the cup had to be warmed up before it could be consumed; it would not be possible to consume it. Then stop selling milkshakes completely!!! At least for this day/evening. Should I lick the contents with my tongue or what??? I was then helped with a disposable wooden spoon which I had to get when I entered this restaurant again.

Simple and brilliant! Why can't you copy the good stuff that works great for them...no one knows. Hello, unfortunately normal nuggets are still being released here instead of Plant Base Nuggets. It is the Plant Base packaging but unfortunately there are none in it. I've tried it several times now. Once or twice we got the right nuggets but often they were the wrong ones.
