We enjoy eating here with our children, there is something for everyone. Cleaning up is quick and the toilets are always clean. :)

We visited this McDonald's restaurant. We ordered via McDrive, the order was very quick and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Our order was ready quickly and everything was included. We'd love to come back. Highly recommended

Been there for the second time on my lunch break. Waited almost half an hour for food, people who came long after me finished faster, lunch break was almost over. I wanted to have the money paid out again and was told that the order would be placed immediately. Another 5 minutes later the food came. Cold and the burger was almost in pieces in the bowl. If I had had time, I would have gone in again. So never again during the lunch break.

One of the most beautiful McDonald's!!! Super nice. The service is incredibly nice and accommodating. We were very surprised that we were served so politely. Absolutely great atmosphere. This huge couch invites you to linger. Everything was super clean and well maintained. Highlight: Orchids on the toilet. I'm thrilled.

Branch manager came. The current coupon was not accepted, as he said, even by the 3 cars behind us. I had a discussion with him; as a branch manager, he was not able to enter the price manually. To top it all off, a waitress around the manager came out with a false: I need you somewhere else... out of the conversation. Mecces Lingen? They don't care about customer satisfaction!

It's crazy, if you order via the app you can even pick up cold food. The app says when it arrives your order will be freshly prepared. I'll try that at home, I hope I get the fries as well in the cold fat, and the patties on the cold grill are well done. At least it saves a lot of electricity 🤣

Employees are treated like cattle, even with, for example, an almost broken foot, someone was forced to work. The restaurant manager has no idea about personnel management and drives people crazy (e.g. me). Sick time is not paid and vacation is withheld. How does something like that work??? The milkshake was so frozen that the cup had to be warmed up before it could be consumed; it would not be possible to consume it. Then stop selling milkshakes completely!!! At least for this day/evening. Should I lick the contents with my tongue or what??? I was then helped with a disposable wooden spoon which I had to get when I entered this restaurant again.

This isn't the first time we've experienced all of this here. About the service: We had to wait forever (over 30 minutes) for the food to come to the table. Other customers next to us were also worried about the waiting time. Not the first time I've experienced this either. Ambiance and hygiene: Things are getting worse here too. The tablets for children are so smeared that we bring hygiene wipes with us, and we also clean the tables beforehand because they are often completely greasy. Today there was a drink spilled on the floor in the children's corner and no one paid attention to it for ages. There were no towels by the sink as almost always. It's cold in the shop, it's constantly drafty. Conclusion: There is definitely a lack of motivated staff and cleaning staff here. This McDonald's definitely lost us as customers. It's a real shame, this McDonald's was the absolute best just a few years ago.

Especially the (Asian-looking) “boss” or what she wants to represent. She shouts at you when you order a car if you want to take a quick look at the menu. I wanted to change my drink when I was completing the order and she yelled at me that I couldn't do that, even though she wanted to go through the order, she continued to yell that I could make a decision at a moment's notice.
