A complete disaster! This store is in absolute chaos – no one knows what the other is doing. The processes seem completely uncoordinated, and you get the feeling that no one really has a clear overview. What's particularly striking is how poorly orders are processed via Lieferando or the app. Waiting times of three to three and a half hours are not uncommon here! In addition, orders are often lost or incorrectly prepared. If you ask, often no one knows, and instead of a solution, you only get a shrug. Communication with some employees is also difficult, as many speak little or only broken German, which further increases the risk of misunderstandings. Overall, a very disappointing impression – neither the organization nor the service is up to scratch. If you're hungry, you might want to think twice about ordering here or choosing another branch instead.

In my opinion, the products are not stored according to McDonald's regulations. That means... Pre-packaged products in the hot food area are left there for too long... And the employee training definitely leaves a lot to be desired, and it's not just the regular employees, but also the shift supervisors, who also have absolutely no clue. Current update: Order 10/4/2025 / 1:39 AM The products are getting worse and worse. I ordered a Royal TS hamburger, and it was completely oversalted... I don't know what's going on there, what kind of people work there, burnt fries, completely oversalted meat... So, I won't be going there in the future.

Unlike many other McDonald's, it's almost cozy here.

I visited this branch for the first time last night, and I will definitely visit again. The staff were very nice and friendly; it took barely five minutes for the food to arrive with a wonderful smile. The burger and fries were hot and delicious. Top-notch restaurant and great staff!!

Children's birthday party for an 8-year-old with a total of 11 kids: a table set with porcelain plates, napkins, and plenty of Smarties – even for the adults. First-class service with super friendly table service and top-notch organization – everyone was more than satisfied! Food and ambiance 4 stars, just to highlight the exceptional service. 1 star!

Back then, the shop was truly one of the best in the area. I don't know what exactly happened. Their quality has declined so unbelievably. They can't get the orders right; they take far too long, and they're already extremely overwhelmed with just four burgers. The best part, though, was that the burgers I ordered weren't right, so I waited a good 20 minutes for the wrong burger, especially at breakfast time.

Well, the food wasn't bad, but we ordered two happy meals, but they weren't complete, and the rest of the order wasn't complete either.

Pickup orders have never been complete, and the staff have been very unfriendly. The burgers were cold, the salad on top wasn't fresh and tasted like it was from yesterday. The fries were also cold and undercooked. There's either too much salt or none at all. Simply not recommended!

We went to McDonald's at 8:50 p.m. and ordered two meals. We got home via drive-thru. No burgers. When you call, no one is available. What's that all about? There were only fries. 🤬🤬

I ordered and paid for the food online and picked it up. After picking it up, I realized that all the sauces were missing. So, I can't recommend ordering online from McDonald's in Lingen, as you won't get any sauces.

Unfortunately, I've never been so disappointed with a meal. The quality has gotten worse and worse, and this time it's exceptionally bad. The meat is extremely thin and dried out, and inedible compared to other McDonald's branches. You can tell they're obviously trying to cut costs. The Drüse branch is no different to other branches. So, I don't recommend it.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. When I ordered a happy meal, they were out of toys. The staff even opened the display case with the toys on display so my son could get the toy he wanted.

Catastrophic! After waiting for over 30 minutes, nothing happened – only after we complained was the food even prepared. And then? COLD, DISGUSTING, and absolutely inedible! The staff was rude, arrogant, and completely overwhelmed. For a restaurant that's supposed to be "fast," this is a disgrace. Never again McDonald's – a complete waste of time and money!

What a disappointing experience at McDonald's Lingen. The restaurant is currently undergoing renovations, which means a large portion of the menu is unavailable. That's understandable, but then you at least expect good service. We waited over 30 minutes without receiving our food. When we asked at the cashier, it turned out that our order had simply disappeared because the receipt had been thrown away. Meanwhile, several employees were standing around chatting rather than attending to customers. After another 15 minutes, we finally received our food, but even then, half of our order was missing. Truly poor organization. For a chain like McDonald's, this is absolutely unacceptable.

I'm very happy with this branch. The food tastes good, the fries are hot and delicious, and the staff is super friendly. 5 stars well deserved!

Edit August 2025: Everyone has the chance to ruin a good impression and scare away regular customers, and McDonald's in Lingen has now done it. We waited half an hour for a coffee, a chocolate muffin, and a hot chocolate, while those at the next table, who arrived after us, received their coffee and the rest of their order much earlier than us. Furthermore, the sugar and cream we ordered were missing, and after asking twice, we were asked, "Which fries?" Keep it up, but without us, we're out! I can burn my money elsewhere, at least not at McDonald's in Lingen. Edit 2022: You know what it tastes like, try it once, and there are no more surprises. They could work on the cleanliness, but unfortunately, you can't hold customers accountable for their behavior. Edit October 2024: They seem to have replaced the customers! Very clean, and the staff is very friendly, nice, and helpful. So it's really fun to come to this McDonald's again.

It was really delicious. My mom asked if she could get new fries. They immediately said she would get new ones. The staff were really nice.

After over 2 hours our mc fluffy was finally delivered to us. As expected, after two hours, they were completely liquid and had nothing to do with ice. It's a shame, €4.50 plus delivery fee, 2 hours waiting time. Was the last time for us with McDonald's!

Been there for the second time on my lunch break. Waited almost half an hour for food, people who came long after me finished faster, lunch break was almost over. I wanted to have the money paid out again and was told that the order would be placed immediately. Another 5 minutes later the food came. Cold and the burger was almost in pieces in the bowl. If I had had time, I would have gone in again. So never again during the lunch break.

One of the most beautiful McDonald's!!! Super nice. The service is incredibly nice and accommodating. We were very surprised that we were served so politely. Absolutely great atmosphere. This huge couch invites you to linger. Everything was super clean and well maintained. Highlight: Orchids on the toilet. I'm thrilled.

Branch manager came. The current coupon was not accepted, as he said, even by the 3 cars behind us. I had a discussion with him; as a branch manager, he was not able to enter the price manually. To top it all off, a waitress around the manager came out with a false: I need you somewhere else... out of the conversation. Mecces Lingen? They don't care about customer satisfaction!
