McDonald's in Lingen (Ems) - Telefonnummer, Reservierungen, Bewertungen

Absolute chaos. Received an incomplete order, was incorrect and waited almost an hour for it. It seems like almost no one on the team is fully trained and has experience. Edit: Efforts have been made to do so, but something like that shouldn't happen - what happened there today.

I am very disappointed with this McDonald's. Breakfast is never completely finished, the cheese isn't melted and the wraps fall apart. I often get wrong orders and the tables are always dirty. Things only go well when a certain employee who has been working there for years is there. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated recently and I don't like going there anymore. What a shame!

Always delicious. Unfortunately it became really expensive. For a while there was always something missing. So that in the parking lot, despite the Mcdrive, you first checked whether everything was okay.

Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Schott, who is very friendly to the guests. People are always happy to order from him. He always treats the guests in a friendly manner, even if it is stressful or there are unpleasant guests. He always remains friendly. The food is also good the service in general is also good. You can sit there very well and spend your time there.

I can not complain. Of course, not everything can always go perfectly. Especially during peak times, you can't keep up with cleaning 100%. And, the employees have to listen to nonsense often enough, or have to be treated like dirt (by guests, because McDonalds MA are stupid as fuck)🤣. Respect runs in two directions!

Bad service I had to wait 30 minutes for my food

The food is typical McDonald's, so you know what you're getting into. Everything's o.k. BUT! Basically, you have to wait forever in the Dive, no matter how busy or busy it is. You always have to park on the side and wait (not a large family for one or two people). Then you forget to look in the bag and once again something is missing, you then notice it at home and sit there with your hunger! There is always something missing, always! If you notice it on site, great, otherwise bad luck! You pay for a large fries and the bag of fries is almost empty. Just a disgrace! McCes is no longer cheap these days, but even then you know what you're getting yourself into. Simply a disaster! Not to mention the hygiene, we haven't eaten at the tasty tables on site for a long time and the rest is now taken care of!

Food as usual, quite good. The entire store was dirty, the tables and floor were full of trash and leftover food. If the dining room looks that bad, I really don't want to see the kitchen. Rarely seen such a dirty shop.

Of course the friendly staff also tastes good,😋 recommend.....

Just not good, there were no toys in the happy meal, everyone forgot Mayo and there wasn't even much going on, I'd rather have private conversations. Neat is something else, tables are dirty. Why when there are hardly any customers?? We were there last time!

So the atmosphere is really great for a McDonald's BUT ☝️ the team is not well-rehearsed with the McDonald's rules and technology. Completely overwhelmed at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday without any real guests there, everything went wrong, we ate the wrong food and waited 28 minutes for a coffee with MC Muffin Egg Bacon. The few other guests apparently had a similar experience during this time.

Absolutely underpaid employees, very overwhelmed and unfriendly at peak times. Bad management since Eckstein took over. The preparation of the dishes greatly exceeds the waiting time and is also delivered cold. In drive, the performance is also more adequate than satisfactory. Waiting customers are ushered into the bay quickly after paying so that they are not captured by the camera system for long. In the bay there is often chaos as to who owns which order. The restaurant is tastefully decorated.

Waited 38 minutes for 2 menus on May 17th around 11 p.m. The staff does a great job and is absolutely understaffed at such peak times. The mistake here probably lies with the management. Respect to the employees for even working under such stress.

Daniel is the very best employee. He is always friendly and accommodating. Best guy and my role model, you need an employee like that in every McDonald's branch!

The right place to satisfy your hunger at any time. Basically, the hamburgers here aren't really that tasty. Yogurt ice cream is delicious

If I could, I would give this shed zero stars. Meppen isn't much better. Since the change of ownership, savings have been made in the wrong corners. Staff simply rude except for a handful. Fraß generally arrives late at the table in Lingen, but in Meppen it usually arrives a little quicker but cool. Simply bad. Slow food rather than fast food. Colleague waited over 40 minutes for a mini shake. We had to wait even longer for cold menus. And the scam of turning off the displays at the output area is just plain sneaky. If you turn on the displays you can see the number in green (ready for pickup) immediately after ordering, but only a bag of air is ready for pickup. By the way, that’s how it works at most Ecktein restaurants…

Absolutely not recommended. For the 4th time, something is missing from an order and as soon as you try to call, no one answers. When you have questions at the terminal, the employees are extremely unfriendly and in a bad mood. You can save your money and eat somewhere else.

Waited half an hour for a small order and people who came later and ordered significantly more got it sooner.

We have almost 1 1/2 hours!!! waited for food. The only "waitress", even though the shop was packed, snuck more than walked and looked for the right table number. searched the store and the outside area three times. Various people who came after us had their food before us. It wasn't just us either. Many surrounding tables waited just as long and complained. At some point there were probably 15 people standing at the front who wanted their money back. When taking orders, people almost stepped on each other's toes and one didn't know what the other was doing. When we finally had our food, half of it was still cold 😤 no wonder, considering how long it took to get to the tables. The emphasis here is on FAST FOOD... that was the last time!

The fries were lukewarm, almost cold, the hamburger was exactly the same, so it was also lukewarm, so very bad, I would like a hot hamburger and fries. The coffee was hot and also large, something of a "soup bowl" size. At first I thought it arrived with soup, but that turned out to be the coffee, from now on order small cups or "tasse"!!

Hui from the inside, yuck from the outside! We had 2 Iced Coffee Shake Choco, the first time there was no chocolate sauce on them and they tasted absolutely bad. Like dishwashing liquid, kind of sour, just bad. So in, the store manager redid them, but didn't really apologize, just said, "But they looked normal." Second round exactly the same. Thrown away and €8 for nothing! Update April 20, 2024: Bought in a McDonalds from us today. It tasted great! Also had a different consistency. There was definitely something wrong with the recipe here!

Mc Donalds Lingen sucks. Waited half an hour in the restaurant for two orders. Employees preferred to chat. It was also noticed when serving the burgers that many of the burgers were served by an employee without gloves.

McFlurry was watery and didn't taste anything like it used to. Milkshake too. Incomprehensible given the prices. I also remember why I usually avoid the store :-D

It was very nice here, even though it was pretty full we didn't have to wait long for our order. Clean and modern furnishings, great activity opportunities for children.

Waiting time far too long Dirty Only foreigners work there

I was in McDonald's Drive, unfortunately my order was completely wrong, but I couldn't check until I had a suitable sized parking space with a trailer. I can say a few things about the food, it was cold, the burgers were all poorly made and carelessly thrown into the bag, instead of two full boxes of fries there were two, almost a lesson (an impudence), cold, wrong food, careless packaging, little to no parking space, bad service All in all, one more reason not to eat something in this McDonald's.

No employee in the kitchen wears gloves. The food is taken out and prepared by hand. In the meantime, people throw food at each other. Absolutely wrong.

Standard Mc. Donalds with clean toilets and very friendly staff. Unfortunately again with an automatic ordering machine.

Hallo, gestern hatte ich mir ein Rösti Menü bestellt. Leider war die Pommes sowas von alt. Die wollte ich reklamieren und ging zur Theke. Irgendwie hat mich keiner wahrgenommen obwohl mehrere Mitarbeiter in der Nähe waren. Dann sprach ich die Lobby Dame an, die versprach mir frische Pommes zu bringen, dauert 2 Minuten. Als ich meinen kompletten Rösti aufgegessen hatte, sonst wäre der dann kalt, brachte sie mir dann die Pommes, ohne irgendein Wort, kleines sorry, ganz geschweige von guten Appetit, das gab es auch nicht beim Tischservice. Alles in einem fühlte ich mich wie ein Störfaktor, der nervt. Schönen Tag noch

Der Herr am Drive sehr unfreundlich. Zu Hause angekommen - Pommes kalt. Falsche Soße zu den Nuggets.

Abzocke mit System beim Drive-Inn??? Mehrfach wiederholt haben wir wieder einmal festgestellt das unsere Bestellungen im Drive-Inn u damit zum mitnehmen nicht vollständig gewesen sind! Irgendetwas fehlte bisher immer! Mal sind es die Saucen, die Mayonese oder gleich ganze Pommes wie wieder einmal heute! 3,69€ einfach plus für diese Filiale in Lingen-Darme!! Man bietet wohl Ersatz beim nächsten Mal oder bietet an den Kurierdienst loszuschicken, aber bis dann alles vollständig ist, ist der Rest kalt... da es schon so oft vorkam u auch dazu andere Rezensionen vorliegen, bleibt der Gedanke an systemischer Abzocke...

Leider waren die Pommes heute kalt und auch die Burger nur lau. Schade!

Bestellung häufiger falsch und leider öfter kalt

Leider war das Essen nicht gut; schlaffe, ungesalzene und kalte Pommes. Burger war auch kühl. Lediglich die Toiletten waren i. O.

Bin nur wegen der Kinder hingefahren. Unpersönlich und Massenabfertigung. Aber wie es aussieht, legt die heutige Jugend darauf ja keinen Wert mehr. Schade

War sehr gemütliche Ambiente, nur leider wurden uns keine servierten gebracht, und die Sauberkeit ist Etwas mager so wie die Sitzbänke die schon alle auf geplatzt sind..

Sehr hübsch für einen kleinen Snack Zwischendurch. Essen war sehr schnell fertig und wurde sogar an den Tisch gebracht.

Tische dreckig, Tablettwagen zur Rückgabe voll , Drive In Fahrspur voll das man nicht zu den normalen feien Parkplätze durchfahren konnte - also rückwärts wieder raus und beim Möbellager ein Parkplatz nehmen.

Hab auf lieferando bestellt man zahlt 2 euro kosten und dann muss man selber die treppen runter gehen und richtig unhöflich ist man dann auch noch letztes mal das ich da bestellt habe

Der McDonald's in Lohne ist einer der saubersten, modernsten und schönsten Filialen. Auf den WCs findet man viel Automatik. Alles ist sauber. Die Bestellung und Zubereitung gehen schnell. Der Innenraum ist groß und hell und es gibt Bildschirme zur Unterhaltung.

Ist halt ein McDonald's. Ich verschlucke mich jedoch jedes Mal an den Eiswürfel weil kein Strohhalm hinzugepackt wird.

Unter Tags: sehr viel los, wenig Personal und kaltes Essen. Nachts: Zwar alles sauber aber die Essenszubereitung die reinste Frechheit, der Wrap sieht hier im ausgehändigten Zustand aus, wie schon mal gegessen. Richtig Lieblos...

Einer der besten MCs. Sauber, schnell, freundlich, frisches Essen

Sehr ordentliche Filiale. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und schnell. Die Burger und Pommes waren genau pass zubereitet. Positiv zu erwähnen ist außerdem der große Außenbereich mit Futterstelle für Hunde.

Finde die Sofas dort sehr ansprechend und da kann man sehr gut sitzen. Der Spiele Tisch ist eine spielerische Option sich spaßig auszutoben und spricht mich immer wieder an.

Habe via App bestellt und bezahlt. An der Kasse hatte ich dann noch eine Differenz zu zahlen. Zu Hause angekommen, fehlte der teuerste Burger. Die Anzahl der Nuggets haben auch nicht gepasst. Alles in Allem habe ich deutlich zu viel bezahlt. Desweiteren: Bestellt man online über Lieferando kommt das Essen stets kalt an. Bestellt man via App- oder Vor-Ort ist an diesem Standort die Wahrscheinlichkeit sehr groß dass irgendwas fehlt (außer man gibt sich mit einer kleinen Pommes zufrieden).

Tische nicht sauber Service mangelhaft, 45 Minuten auf Eis gewartet, erst auf Anforderung eis raus gegeben ohne ein Entschuldigung Katastrophe in lingen, obwohl nicht viel los war
