They only had half a chicken, otherwise everything tasted like old oil and they mixed new fries with old ones; that was a bad experience.

Unfortunately, the burgers are too dry.

The food there used to be better; the hamburgers and fries were a McDonald's imitation, just as sticky. It tastes better freshly prepared, and you can actually get it elsewhere. P.S. My husband really enjoyed the chicken.

Ordered takeout, which took a relatively long time, but that's no surprise. One employee was working, and two were just standing around. Then when I got home, half of it was missing. Some of the sweet potato fries were still raw. Absolutely not recommended.

They're all totally overwhelmed here. I waited half an hour for fries and croquettes. The woman did everything by herself. Hire more people.

Never again. The cheeseburger is wet and tastes like someone else has eaten it before and spat it out. The fries are soggy and drenched in ketchup, making them even more inedible than they already are. In any case, the restaurant is in a clean, modern condition. This proves that the company is making way too much money from this terrible food. Please tear the place down and build a Burger King.

We ordered food delivery from there today for the second time, and definitely the last! First of all, the food was delivered too early. Why do they specify a time? The food was cold, soggy, and the delivery was incomplete. We ordered for three people and paid €43! It's unbelievable what you get for that!

If there's one thing I can recommend at Kochlöffel, it's the half chicken. So juicy and so delicious. We love them.😋

Everything was delicious, but the ladies didn't speak English, much less Spanish 😂 We couldn't communicate very well. They should at least know English.

It took a long time. The lady seemed very stressed. She accidentally gave my daughter meat instead of vegetarian and started an argument about how it would have been a waste to throw it away. She refused to correct her mistake. It's a shame, I won't be going there again. Too bad.

It's definitely better here than at Lookentor; you can sit outside and enjoy the surroundings. I don't need to say anything about the food, everyone knows that.

Unfriendly and Racist Employee We wanted to go to Kochlöffel with friends today. We're teenagers (dark-skinned) and behaved perfectly normally, didn't bother anyone, just thought about what we wanted to order. Before we could even order, we were approached in a very unfriendly tone by an employee (a bit shorter and fatter, blonde (with two pink/purple highlights). We were immediately told to leave; we weren't even asked whether we had ordered anything or not. After we said we were just thinking about what we wanted to get for dinner, she accused us of not getting anything and again told us to leave in a very rude and disrespectful tone. She also made a racist remark (religious comments about Islam), which was too much for us. After that, we decided to spend our money elsewhere. We actually always enjoyed the food, but unfortunately, one of the employees made sure we won't be coming back. What a shame!

Tried wooden spoons for the first time. Lives up to its reputation: mediocre fast food at normal prices. Personally, nothing motivates me to return. The churros stood out: unfortunately they weren't edible; crumbly, soaked in fat and tastes like an old deep fryer. Really a shame!

Many customers are overwhelmed by the ordering system and staff are unhelpful. Customers need to help customers. You can also delete the word “fast” food. It takes a very long time for the order to be ready. The staff is trying to get things done quickly. But the orders for the delivery service cause quite a bit of chaos. It is also extremely annoying when the order number. “roared” through the bar. This could definitely be organized better. Since many older customers decide to leave the restaurant without ordering, this should be something to think about. Maybe customers should have the choice whether they want to be served personally or not. It's sad how things are going now. I have been a customer for many years.

Unfortunately, I don't understand at all why this "restaurant" offers outside sales. The older lady on the other side just looks at you as if you were sitting on the wrong side of the window of the monkey enclosure. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this "fast" dress restaurant at all, but you have to know that for yourself. There are also a lot of anti-smoking stickers on the outside. Very doubtful.

Fast food but with a slightly different formula. Had onion rings with a drink, it was fine. Could be a bit neater and cleaner, but apparently the place is being overrun.

Just disgusting. The burger had lumps in the meat and the toilets were disgusting. When you enter the store you think that no one has ever swept or even mopped here. I thought this chain had improved but unfortunately it went in the wrong direction. The worst thing is that there are 8 people behind the counter and most of them are really just standing around. I wonder why no one cares about the conditions in the store.

The worst cheeseburger I've ever eaten. Meat croquettes always taste great, but are far too expensive for this size.

Great fastfood restaurant. The Currywurst is delicious, just like the fries. The hamburger had been laying there for a while, that was a pitty. The toilets are really small and smelly and it wasn’t that busy.

The best thing about the shop is the guys on the bike are always quick and friendly. Respect goes to you 🙏🏻 maybe swap staff who are keen and know how to prepare food

Were there on Saturday and ordered food for almost €50. 2 adults, 2 children. Children had their menu with a hamburger, which tasted very dry, as if it had been on display for a long time. By the way, mine is just as bad. The chicken burger was better, according to my wife. Unfortunately, the chicken nuggets were pretty soggy. The drinks were OK, you can't go wrong, just expensive. In any case, for that much money you didn't feel full at all. The citizens were a disgrace. Not again. Better make yourself a burger at home.

It can't be that you pay almost 50€ and then have to wait almost 30 minutes for your food, then what you ordered isn't made, you point it out to the staff and to top it off you get a veggie version that you didn't order either! If the staff can't even read the number 18 and instead wants to sell you 4 nuggets as 6, that's really a disgrace. You can only visit the store when the long-established staff is working.

We were here last night. Food was only lukewarm. Staff was very rude. After we complained it got a bit hectic because our order was made again. Apart from the food. No headgear, long hair was not tied back. The colleague who worked on the grill, according to regulations.👍 The colleague who made the fries is pulling his hair and ears without washing his hands, just disgusting!!👎👎👎 The colleague who cleaned the tables was very friendly, The rest of the team was very unfriendly. So for us there is no reason to come back.

Since Kochlöffel also has this stupid fruit ordering terminal, it takes an unnecessary long time to get your food. The employees are just under stress. This meant that Kochlöffel lost me as a customer

After a long time, eating chicken again at Kochlöffel. Now 12€ for the menu. Ordering is done via a terminal, I didn't know, it would have been nice if an employee had told me. After ordering, things went smoothly and the food came relatively quickly. While I was eating I was able to follow a staff meeting the whole time. There was a lot of laughter, but I found it not only disturbing, but also irresponsible towards his employees. You have to do this in a private environment. I then communicated my opinion to those responsible at the next table. He agreed with me, but continued the conversation. I guess I wasn't right after all 🤔

Great restaurant, we were there on Monday when the 2nd 3 course menu was free, we had to catch the train and were given dessert. Great, but make a reservation in advance.

The working climate is hotter than the fryer fat

We were warmly welcomed and served helpfully. Yes, you can do that at the counter when it's full, it takes a while, but the terminal isn't that difficult and the same questions are asked that are asked at the counter. The food was freshly prepared and was hot and delicious. We like to go as a family go there and even if something goes wrong, because people work there you can go there and the problem will be solved without further ado and you will eat happily. Don't forget it's not a star restaurant and I don't think it's fair what some people write here

Schnellimbiß, sauber und ordentlich. Um die Mittagszeit gut besucht. Wir sind gut satt geworden.

Seit einiger Zeit gibt es beim Kochlöffel mehrere gut schmeckende vegetarische Gerichte. Die Preise sind noch ok und das Personal ist immer freundlich. Wenn es hier einmal nicht so ganz sauber ist, sollte man bedenken dass nicht das Personal diesen Müll verursacht. Man kann ja nicht hinter jedem Gast her räumen. Aus meiner Sicht ist das einzig negative der Bestellterminal. Wenn ich am Terminal bestellen möchte, fahre ich zum Mitbewerber an der Rheinerstraße. Der persönliche Kontakt zum Personal war immer ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal des Kochlöffel, so sollte es bleiben!!

Habe gestern eine Rettertüte über ToGoodtogo für 4,50€ gekauft. Ein halbes Hühnchen war drin. Da fühlt man sich verarscht. Personal sehr unfreundlich. Höflichkeit im Service sieht anders aus.

Ich habe etwas anderes bestellt als ich bekommen habe, als ich darauf hingewiesen habe wurde gesagt dass das richtig sei, sie zeigte mir einen Kassenbon der von meiner Bestellung kam aber ich bestellte etwas anderes, bitte stellen sie Leute ein die auch richtig hören können. Danke! MfG

Mit dem neuen Bestellsystem , Katastrophe.

Ich war die Tage Mal in der Filiale gewesen und wollt was bestellen und würde drauf hingewiesen das ich den bestell Terminal benutzen soll . Der Laden war zur der Zeit leer und das Personal wollte per tuh nicht meine Bestellung annehmen . So bin ich wieder gegangen und habe ein anderes Lokal aufgesucht zum Essen . Man hätte mich gefreut die Bestellung 1zu1 abzugeben . .... Schade das es nur noch so dort vorgehen soll.......

Das war nix... Hamburger lag offenbar schon länger in der Heisstheke, der Bun schon hart und das Fleisch trocken. Die Pommes dagegen waren sehr labberig, auch hier zu lange Standzeit.

Dieser Touchscreen Bestellung dauert zu lange, die älterer Generation kommt damit nicht klar, und gehen ohne Bestellung wieder nach draußen.

Bei der Bestellung haben paar Sachen gefehlt und mussten nachgeholt werden!

Bestellterminal ?? Macht ihr jetzt einen auf MC Donalds? Das ist der letzte Rotz an euren terminal zu bestellen . War definitiv mein letzter Besuch bei Kochlöffel

Wiedermal halben wir halbe Hähnchen geholt. Übrigens sehr empfehlenswert. Nur die Bestellung an den Automaten ist ganz ganz schlecht 🤯 ich verstehe den Sinn nicht dahinter. Ich möchte persönlich bei dem netten Serviceteam meine Bestellung aufgeben, mein Essen oder Getränk bekommen und bezahlen. Was soll das mit den Automaten?

We waren er rond de middag. Toiletten waren niet schoon. Om een onverklaarbare reden kon je niet bij de balie bestellen. En op het scherm kon je niet je eten personaliseren qua sausjes en toppings. Het eten opzich was wat je van fastfood mag verwachten.

In dieser wohl einer der ältesten Filialen kann man gemütlich draußen und drinnen sitzen. Ist es mal etwas frisch so gibt es kostenlose Decken. Mittlerweile ist auch Terminal oder App Bestellung und Zahlung möglich. Hier kann man auch prima über TooGoodToGo Lebensmittel retten. Bitte an den Betreiber: bitte mal die Sanitärräume renovieren

Personal ist nicht mehr in der Lage bestellungen aufzunehmen und verweisen auf den Automaten Theke war frei und die Bediensteten lungerten dort rum . War dort Stammkunde !!! Bis heute !!!

ab und zu dort wenn ich unterwegs bin halt durchstrukturierte franchise filiale seit ner weile dort mit neuem team. seit dem läuft es in dem laden besser man steht nicht mehr draußen und bimmelt wie blöd, sodern wird zügig bedient. sogar bei einer "außer haus bestellung" mit drei cheeseburgern passiert es nicht mehr, daß man ewig wartet , für ein burger der zubereitet wurde, dazu kamen zwei aus der auslage die schon länger lagen. so wie jetzt is ok

Toller Laden! Preiswert, lekker und ordentliche Portionen.

Sehr guter Imbiss mit sehr viel Auswahl und sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Preise dort sind auch sehr fair.

Mal wieder getestet und nicht für gut befunden. Mein essen wurde vergessen fertig zu machen, was nach der Reklamation aber schnell nachgeholt wurde. Durch das ständige nummern schreien der mit Arbeiter kann man nicht in Ruhe innen essen. Cheesburger war ok, Pommes für das bisschen habe ich als zu teuer empfunden. Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen!

Ich war immer gerne da was essen, bis ich sah wie das essen bereitet würde. Trinkbecher gefallen, wird neu genutzt, Mit Handschuhe Hühnchen anpacken, danacht mit gleicher Handschuhe anderes essen anpacken. Salat, braun und alt...nur das personal ist seht nett.

Immer alles sauber, und Beratung ist gut.

Kochlöffel ist die Alternative zu McDonald's oder Burger King - jedoch in schlechterer Qualität, zu noch teureren Preisen.

Super lecker und die Preise sind angemessen, da die Qualität auch sehr sehr gut ist. Früher habe ich schon immer gerne bei euch gegessen und heute immer noch. Es gibt kein Schnellrestaurant was für mich mithalten kann.

Häufiger Wechsel von Personal spricht nicht gerade für die Filiale... Häufig dauert es sehr lange bis man sein Essen hat.... Sehr oft ist der Gastraum nicht gerade sauber...

Die zwei Frauen an der Kasse waren sehr nett, die Nuggets und Burger waren sehr lecker. Punkt abzug weil Toiletten so eng und alt sind :(

Toll eingerichtet,sauber,Toilette ein wenig eng.wer schnell was essen möchte sollte viel Zeit mitbringen denn die brauchen verdammt lange.

Ich war kürzlich im Kochlöffel. Preislich war es eigentlich ganz ok. Qualität des Essens war gut. Portion war für eine Person ausreichend. Ich hatte eine große Pommes sowie einen Krispi Chicken Börger. Hilfreich für den Konsum vor Ort ist es noch den Covid Pass(App) bei zu haben Zudem die Luca App zur Rückverfolgung von Kontakten anderer Personen im Falle von CORONA Positiv. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfsbereit für alle Fragen. Ich wünsche dem TEAM alles Gute vor allen Gesundheit.
