McDonald's in Ochsenfurt

Unfortunately, I had bad experiences here during the Corona pandemic. Control back, control back, there is a different and friendlier way. It also looked very dirty, unfortunately I was refused food. I don't come here anymore.

The food is typical McDonalds BUT the restaurant is unfortunately very, very dirty. The dirtiest McDonalds we have ever seen. Tables disgusting, floor greasy and slippery, trays cannot be put down because everything is completely overflowing with old trays and garbage. The floor is littered with napkins and and and... And that with hardly any visitors... only a few tables occupied, lots of staff to be seen (at least 8/9 people in the kitchen) but no one cleans there! We preferred not to go to the toilet at all... really disgusting at McDonalds in Ochsenfurt and definitely not recommended!!!!!

I was hoping that the bad reviews were outliers or fakes... unfortunately not... Everything was cold... even the fries and even though I saw them coming out of the deep fryer seconds before they were handed over... the meat was not just cold, but burnt and rubbery.. it's a shame actually

The coffee is good. The rest is not tasty and unhealthy

Dirt Dirt in general, a disaster, no place to sit, fries without salt, general lack of work organization, manager should be fired

Ordered 3 MC Crispy Bacon TS menus. All 3 without bacon. 2 with cucumber and tomato. One without. After complaining, cold bacon was put on the burgers. Burgers were already in the cardboard box as a construction kit. Since the new boss took over, the place has been going downhill.

Were there today around 9:35 p.m. and ordered two menus to take away... Not only did it take 10 minutes for us to get our order, it was also incomplete because the fries were completely missing... Maybe you should hire competent staff because that wasn't the case the first time…

Unfortunately the food was lukewarm, the fries were mushy, it's a shame that things were going so low, it was always a good MC. Fries are constantly pre-filled, which shouldn't be the case.

It's McDonalds, the food was delicious and came quickly. Tables were clean and the staff was nice. I still eat pretty unhealthy

Cheeseburger not properly topped, just ketchup; no onion, no cucumber. Lukewarm to cold. Restaurant also too cold temperature, uncomfortable. Staff probably overwhelmed - shouting loudly in the kitchen/service area. Mr. Bohnet, you are making the wrong savings!!!

I'm feeling sentimental right now and wish I could go back to the days when the burgers in Ochsenfurt were still hot! The fries were okay!

Food was ok, partly cold. An ice cream was missing because they didn't have it. After complaining, he came... Our friends' order was missing a burger, a drink and all sauces. Only after repeated complaints was it considered. Staff seemed completely overwhelmed.

Wanted to enter an order at the terminal. The thing hung up and stopped accepting any input. Technology, OK, it can happen. After 5 minutes tried to get help from the staff. Answer: "It's slow". After another 5 minutes and trying to log in at another terminal (error message - you're already logged in - haha) I tried again to get help from the staff. No Chance - including restaurant managers, they don't understand you. Look away, at the floor. In the end there lies the solution. Neither. Again and again "it's slow", "go other people"... After 15 minutes of lost life, I drove to Kitzingen. Then I got something to eat. Simply unbelievable what has become of the store in Ochsenfurt.

Every time cold food comes or something is constantly forgotten, it's just not what it used to be in OCHSENFURT, and it doesn't look like it's getting any better. Time for a BURGER KING IN OCHSENFURT!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!

I don't know what happened, but recently I can't get my order right. There are always some other sauces in my bag or just some other drink. Too bad Instead of sweet and sour - sour cream in it👀 Instead of big mac dip - barbecue 🤢 Or simply instead of the new Sprite passion fruit, the disgusting one with popcorn My last 3 orders none were completely correct

Was there today on July 29th. The burger could have been a little warmer. The staff was extremely loud, talking loudly among themselves and laughing. The staff also made no effort to empty the full tray drop boxes. The toilets looked clean but the smell was terrible. There is a clear lack of leadership that takes action or competent shift management.

Salad was moldy The nuggets were pitch black, inedible. Coke lid didn't fit, whole car full of coke.

Dirty, trash cans not emptied, staff don't understand German and are rude. I won't come here anymore

"On July 3rd, I ordered food around 10:30 p.m. Unfortunately, the cash register printer at the self-service terminal didn't work, which is why I didn't receive the receipt. I then spoke to two employees - none of them knew how to print out the receipt. Me was told it wasn't possible. I was surprised as I assumed the company was required to issue a receipt. It might make sense to train the staff in this area. After about 10 minutes I got the restaurant left without my required receipt Disappointing!

This McDonald’s has the world’s best employees. We have been to so many other branches, but none of them will treat you so kindly and courteously. Since I have twelve-year-old children, we are regular customers in Ochsenfurt. I think it's really nice that the employees always greet you at Mc Drive with the words: welcome to McDonald's, your order please. Firstly, it retains a bit of a retro feel as it always used to be that way but I haven't heard it in any other McDonald's before. Most of the time only one thing comes: your order please. You can tell that there is a great climate in Ochsenfurt.❤️

A wrap was missing. How difficult it is to work through the small list properly. When asked, the employee wasn't exactly surprised or even apologized. It was probably rather annoying that people asked.

Wow. It couldn't be more unfriendly. Table service is not provided here, even if you choose it. The number is called. When I went there to get the food and said that I had done table service, they just said, "You can probably get it yourself." But that was pretty much the only German thing you heard here. Staff mocks the customers in foreign languages, stupid only when the customer understands it. A child ordered something with his father and couldn't immediately decide on a toy. This was followed by an annoyed rolling of the eyes and another loud, annoyed question as to what it should be now. For the money you leave at McDonalds, you can probably expect a bit of friendliness and manners.

Hey, It's nice to hire new staff. Then please stay with the new employee and train him/her. Please never put someone at the checkout who doesn't even understand hello, please and thank you, let alone take an order correctly. You've recently hired young staff here who also can't even say please when serving what you've ordered. As the manager of this branch, you should seriously think about making some changes after so many negative reviews. Ambience is standard McDonald's. Food is the same as always, just steep prices these days. Service can't even say please. Update from May 22, 2024: Today someone “higher up” was on site and is talking to the staff. Let's see whether this also has a positive impact on the branch in the long term, which would be very desirable.

Parking space available, bathrooms also available without having to pay. It's a nice place with relatively clean tables and bathrooms. There's also an area outside for kids to play.

Most disastrous Mcdonalds in Mainfranken. Waited 25 minutes for a small breakfast and the shop wasn't even 25% full. Hot drinks were already cold when the food finally arrived and of course some of the food was cold. No apology, consolation prize or anything else. It's interesting as an Ochsenfurt resident that I have to go to Kitzingen to get a decent breakfast! You still have a lot to do!!!

The employee at the drive-in doesn't speak German. Doesn't know the alphabet and the numbers don't look any better. If you offer to pull up to the window so she can type it out, there's no cheeky answer. As I said, she can't handle the numbers either, which is why the change didn't work straight away. The nice, friendly manner rounds the whole thing off perfectly. But the order was correct, so there is an “extra” point.

Once again, I forgot half of what I ordered. I wanted to give these MC another chance, but thanks no...

Meat quality is getting worse and worse

Very pleased with the food and how the people serve.

Every single time something is missing, the prices are not right or coupons from the app are not implemented correctly. There is friendliness, but sometimes there is little competence.

Chill atmosphere, family vibes from the service people and everything you need in a McDonald’s including the broken milkshake Maschine but who cares :) oh and there’s a charging station for EVs

The staff can't speak German properly, they can't give change properly and a milkshake from a cardboard straw tastes like dirt! That was the last time.

Der Tisch war dreckig und klebte im Getränk waren schwarze Krümmel echt ekelig Mitarbeiter war unfreundlich der Boden war sehr rutschig habe mir fast das genickt gebrochen!!!!!!! Würde ich nicht empfehlen dort hin zu gehen 😡

Burgers are getting smaller and smaller, you have to look for meat on them. For the 4 mini hamburgers 🍔 I would have gotten two kebabs and would have been full... Service is tried hard.

Was here yesterday, the order wasn't complete despite what felt like 10 employees just standing around. It took forever and they didn't apologize to me for it, I won't be coming back here.

Unfortunately the food wasn't good. The burgers were placed quite loosely in the cardboard box. The meat was cold and the vegan burger didn't taste good. This used to be very good. The vegan burger has now been so improved that it no longer belongs on the menu in my opinion. The staff is unfriendly and the ordering process at the terminal was cumbersome. Or. Some panels didn't work and there were many queues at others.

I always enjoy going to the branch because the employees are always friendly, even when they are busy. Ps: Please keep a close eye on your current staffing levels because they are a very well-coordinated team that takes a particularly loving approach to the children. Although the staff can be replaced, they are not always as good.

The food was brought to the table quickly and was really tasty. The fries were hot and the burger was juicy. I found it a bit strange that there was no music or video playing. This made it strangely quiet in the restaurant.

The food at McD's is like the food at McD's. It was brought to the table quickly after ordering. Thumbs up. However, the table was dirty (ketchup and dried drink residue), and the floor had visible footprints.

Hatte 4 gratis pommesgutscheine die ich beim Monopoly Spiel gewonnen hatte u die heute ablaufen ,nur sind leider 2 Gutscheine durchgegangen. Die Mitarbeiter waren trotzdem freundlich u haben sich dafür entschuldigt. Denn die konnten ja nichts dafür, es war das Computerprogramm das die Gutscheine nicht angenommen hat .

Wir gehen gerne hin und wieder dort hin, leider wie man überall merkt wenig Personal. Daher längere Wartezeit am drive. Personal ist freundlich auch in solchen Situationen.

Endlich mal ein McDonalds der richtig sauber ist. Top. Das Essen wurde frisch gemacht und der Service war richtig nett und freundlich. Super und ein Lob an die Mitarbeiter.

Was soll man zu mc sagen... nötig ists immer... smile

Mitarbeiter rutschen in der Küche herum weil der Boden so dreckig und schmierig war. Außerdem wurden zweimal falsche Sachen eingepackt und bei Rückfragen hat der Mitarbeiter nichts anfangen können weil jegliches Deutsch gefehlt hat.

Das Essen ist leider immer kalt, habe dort noch nie einen warmen Burger bekommen

Ich kann mich nicht beschweren. Gestern dort gewesen.. Service sehr freundlich und sehr nett. Burger waren wie erwartet gut,und warm. Pommes waren knusprig, und nicht versalzen, und auch Heiss, und nicht lauwarm. Auf die Bestellung auch nicht lang gewartet 👍 bin rundum sehr zufrieden mit der Filiale

Bruder, ich schwitze auf GommeHD so krass in Bedwars, dass ich einfach mit jedem Atemzug 4 Euro verdien. Das ist wie Magie, Mann! Ich meine, ich hab mir mal die Zeit genommen, das zu berechnen - alle 6,9 Sekunden knallen 4 Euro in meine Brieftasche. Krass, oder? Aber weißt du, wie ich zu diesem unfassbaren Erfolg gekommen bin? Das war wirklich verrückt. Also, du erinnerst dich an diese Zeit, als ich jeden Tag 5 Big Macs verdrückt habe? Ja, das war der Beginn meiner Reise zum Bedwars-Gott. Aber das war noch nicht alles. Die Pommes, Mann, die habe ich nicht einfach so gegessen. Nein, ich habe sie gerochen - ja, du hast richtig gehört, geschnort! Es war wie eine offene Tür zu einem anderen Bewusstseinszustand, einer Ebene des Bedwars-Superheldentums. Ich weiß nicht, wie es passiert ist, aber nach dieser kulinarischen Erfahrung war ich einfach unschlagbar. Ich meine, wer braucht schon Koffein oder Energy-Drinks, wenn man die Macht der Bigmacs und der Pommes in sich trägt? Ich rolle auf GommeHD rein und meine Gegner sind nur noch Bauklötze, die darauf warten, von mir in Bedwars pulverisiert zu werden.

Alles hat gepasst. Sehr guter Service. Weiter so. 👍👍👍

Nachtrag: Nach dem Pächterwechsel läuft es nicht mehr rund :( Nachtrag vom 19.08.2023 Ich trauere dem alten Pächter nach. Da wars wenigstens sauber und das Personal war freundlich. Lohnt sich fast nicht mehr zu kommen. Tische schauen aus. Bestellungen sind nicht komplett. Auf Nachfrage, ob denn der Tisch mal abgewischt werden könnte, kam ein klares "nööö". Bin begeistert....Grüße von einem früheren Stammgast....

Not fine dining but a clean location.

Schöner McDonald’s mit 4 SB Terminals und netter Bedienung, beim Milchshake werden öfter leider die bestellten Saucen im Shake vergessen, was bei kurzen draufhinweisen aber ohne Anstand behoben wird und es wird sich auch für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt (sind auch nur Menschen). Was ich sehr toll finde für das Klima das es dort frische Blumen als Deko gibt im Restaurant sowie im WC welches immer sehr sauber ist. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl definitiv besser als manch andere McDonald’s Filialen wo ich schon besucht habe. Personal wie schon beschrieben sehr freundlich und schnelle Lieferung des Essens, egal ob im Restaurant Verzehr, zum Mitnehmen oder in McDrive sehr organisiertes Team. Die Eismaschine hat dort auch noch nie den Geist aufgegeben für alle die immer das Vorurteil haben die Eismaschine gehe bei McDonald’s nie. Kommen sehr gerne dort hin um einen kleinen Milchshake zu uns zu nehmen oder eine Mahlzeit da es immer schön aufgeräumt und sauber wirkt.

Augen auf! Essen schmeckt McDonalds-typisch. Aber hatte schon öfter die Erfahrung, dass etwas in der Bestellung gefehlt hat. Also auf Nummer sicher gehen und nochmal in die Tüte schauen.

Recht nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Freundliche Einrichtungen aber nicht mein Geschmack.

Ganz okay um was zu trinken zu holen.

Essen war kalt...es gab nur schlechten Baron auf dem Burger...ging zwar schnell ...reißt es aber nicht raus. Außerdem waren die Toiletten dreckig und der Boden auf dem Weg dorthin so voll fettigen Spuren das man hätte hinfallen können

Man kann kontaktlos bestellen und bezahlen. Die Wartezeiten sind kurz, das Personal freundlich und das Essen wie immer schmackhaft.

Das Essen war nicht so frisch, wie man es bei anderen McDonalds gewohnt ist. Und wir haben noch nie so unfreundliches Personal erlebt, wie in dieser Filiale

Man könnte fast vermuten, dass Absicht dahinter steckt... fast jedesmal fehlt was... mal pommes, mal Burger, mal Saucen. Ich finde es sehr bedenklich... über die Optik der Burger will ich mich gar nicht auslassen, aber warum sind denn die pommes meist nur zu 2/3 befüllt?? Man kann doch nicht jedes Mal reklamieren müssen... das nervt voll...

Gestern Abend haben wir auf dem Rückweg von Hamburg hier essen geholt. 2 Personen hatten Cheesburger, der Rest Chickennuggets oder Chickenburger, alle hatten dazu Pommes und jeder eine Apfeltasche. Die beiden die Cheesburger hatten bekamen unmittelbar nach Verzehr starke Bauchschmerzen und hatten auch heute den ganzen Tag über Bauchschmerzen, Übelkeit und Durchfall. Sry aber das kann kein Zufall sein! Um diesen Standort werden wir künftig einen sehr großen Bogen machen! 2 Sterne gibts weil der Rest ok war und offenbar nichts hatte.
