Very nice, clean, well-stocked McDonalds!!! The employees are consistently attentive and friendly... the blonde lady at the checkout and distribution!!! Super helpful and your eyes everywhere whether anyone else needs or is looking for something!!! Really fun coming out here!!!!!!!!!!!!

For a quick service restaurant it's pretty good.

Mostly clean and the food is usually warm. At the drive-in you have to check immediately whether everything is there. Something was forgotten a few times. I never got a replacement because it wasn't checked directly.

Food OK Prices Utopian And very impersonal since these old order displays. Unfortunately, every registration always takes minutes.

Every time you drive into Mc Drive you are sent to the parking lot, where you may have to wait 20 minutes for your food. The food, which is no longer fast food, is of course not complete in most cases. Either the drinks, fries or whole burgers are missing, of course you shouldn't forget the orders with special requests, pure catastrophe.!! When you ask the employees about the missing food, they sometimes look in the cars to see if we haven't hidden food somewhere and want to get a free burger. Are you crazy?! I don't even need to start with the napkins and the sauces, 80% of them are actually missing.

It was very cold, it's no fun eating in a thick jacket.

We arrived with three people just in time for breakfast (approx. 20 minutes) and placed the order at the terminal in the branch. After approx. It started after 5 minutes, various breakfast items were no longer available (e.g. mini pancakes) so a change was made, that's okay, it can happen, then it started every 2 minutes that you had to change the order because some things were no longer available is!!! You could also say that it can happen (even though my mood was already at its lowest point, I thought) Of course I'm a fox and asked for fries!!!! No, we can only offer in 3 minutes, was the answer. I didn't speak up, but I didn't know the answer either. A little woman who works there helped an employee (she asked him often) and we were able to order our fries!!!! A rogue who does evil thinks it's over now, NO, NO AND AGAIN NO We got into the car, my daughter opened the bag (didn't get what she wanted anyway) and got a croissant instead of a French roll, she put the bag back in, the man wanted to swap a croissant for a French roll, the little woman (always helpful and... friendly) probably poked the man in the ribs, so my daughter said she was allowed to keep both. The story isn't over yet, it would be too easy. We are now on the way home, the first thing we do is fries so that they don't get cold, I should have guessed it, not really cooked through, not really hot, not really salted. Screw it, I'm hungry, then to the MC farmers and whatever they're called, the order was also wrong. It was on October 8th, 2024, a Tuesday, my daughter had failed the theory test on her birthday. If she wanted to distract her a little, the distraction was successful, the day was over. The little woman who was there, a little older, if she could do what she wanted, she could also become something of your shop, otherwise close it!!!

Good drive two switches occupied. Fresh warm burger without a long wait. Expectations fully met.

We often get from Mc Drive.... we always check ~ something is missing or the right sauces are not... today everything was there!!! We still love it...!!!

The food was like any McDonald's, but the service was so bad. A coupon didn't work and they didn't even want to help us! After a long wait, a large french fry arrived that wasn't even half full... So the McDonald's failed a little

Why do I have to drive into the parking lot and not be allowed to receive my food at the McDrive counter??? Such a stupid idea. The customer is then allowed to maneuver in the parking lot in the dark so that your times are correct? You don't notice anything anymore.

The food was generally okay, as is typical for McDonalds. Only the accuracy of order processing leaves something to be desired! For example, at the HappyMeal the salad we ordered was without cutlery, the children's toys were simply forgotten and instead of the hamburger there was a chicken burger with hot sauce. So it was completely unfortunate...! I can't really say whether we'll stop here again... Maybe they just had a bad day...?! 🤷🏻‍♂️

Incredibly unfriendly employees who are also mega incompetent. Almost the entire order was missing and what was inside was totally cold and squishy. In the restraunt it was also totally dirty

Anyone who doesn't dare to look at the screen will starve there. I/we couldn't order anything verbally, it's a shame I drove a few 100 meters further and there I was able to order my food and drinks verbally

Recently bought again at the happymeals order board. The smurfs were available. Later when we picked it up it was announced that the smurfs had been out of stock for a long time. Was very annoying. To the employees: Then this option is deactivated when ordering if the inventory is not physically available. !!!!!! Check your stocks beforehand!!!!

We got 2 McPlant Burgers at Mcdrive in the evening. Unfortunately there were no “vegetable patties” on the burgers but rather classic meat patties. On our route we drove to the nearest McDonalds in Hanover and there was the usual plant-based patty on the burger. We won't be coming back.

Visited with two people on July 31st. for a well-deserved evening, which was very friendly and competent.

Difficult to judge, since the introduction of the ordering machines, significantly longer waiting times have to be expected (sometimes 20-30 minutes). The service is often overwhelmed, orders are incorrect or are not handed over completely. Everything seems very chaotic since switching to on-demand preparation. Ambiance is modern as usual, like any other Meces, hygiene is sometimes good and sometimes bad at rush hour. Staff appear uncoordinated during core times, which leads to errors and waiting times. The drive-in feels overwhelmed every evening, so you have to wait in the parking lot, often for longer than 15 minutes. All in all, in my opinion, it doesn't have much to do with fast food if you have to wait forever so that your lunch break is sometimes over. Edit: Ordered today, to go, waited 20 minutes, non-carbonated cola, burger was missing. Not so soon!

Rude employee at MC Drive, if these employees don't feel like working and don't know how to deal with customers they should stay home, I don't understand what kind of bad management MC has currently.

An update. There's not much going on at McDonald's right now. The order has already been completed via the app in advance. Still doesn't bring any speed. “Fast food” here basically means “slow food”. On 9/10 visits you are sent to the normal parking lot in McDrive. Waiting time between 5-15 minutes. .. In addition, the selected toy is not brought with me... I would have to point this out first only to find out that the selected one is no longer available. 2.(DriveIn). Waiting 20(!) minutes on the waiting area and then forgetting the nuggets and all the sauces. 3.(DriveIn) Of the last 10 times we were there, ten times there wasn't everything in the bags - you really have to check everything and it's not always just the ketchup etc... Today we were missing a BigMac and a RoyalTS... How difficult can it be to put a list from the monitor into a bag? Last but not least, put the fries so that they all slipped out. The McRib squashed and mushy...thank you very much! The next visits will only focus on what the children want!

I ordered at the drive-thru. Hassle-free, transparent ordering. The staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't rate the ambience. Was in my car.

A good McDonalds, the food was as expected, the store was clean, the staff friendly and the atmosphere...why did McD go from being a happy child to a depressed man in his mid-forties?

I noticed a few months ago that our McDonald's had dropped significantly. At first I thought it was a "slip". I was there three more times after that and I have to say that it gets unclean from time to time. The tables aren't washed, the floors are greasy and there are fries lying around everywhere. You really can't go there anymore.

I don't think you expect much from a McDonald's, but this one was much better. Something is always missing and then they need another 10 minutes longer and the rest gets cold, that has nothing to do with fast food. The staff is usually very nice, but unfortunately it doesn't help if the service is bad.

The restaurant was absolutely great after it opened! But it has degraded massively over the years! Partly very unkempt and dirty! Tables always feel dirty! Some of the staff are not at all on their toes and sometimes even unfriendly! The vouchers are the only thing that keeps me going! Mc Drive, keep forgetting the napkins and mayo too! Went here again today, it's still dirty! In terms of cleanliness I would give minus stars!

Seriously friends, been there twice in a week, two times there was a mistake in the order. Chicken nuggets instead of nuggets, today 2 burgers were missing (and no small ones). That really doesn't work anymore. Recommendation for those picking up: take everything out on the counter and count it out. There is simply no other way.

Nice, modern McDonald's with a large outdoor area and clean sanitary facilities. In the evening between 6 and 7 p.m. the entire McDonald's is very crowded, so you have to expect a bit of a wait!

My visit to McDonald's was pleasant. As expected, the food was prepared quickly and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was clean and tidy. It was a convenient option for a quick meal and I was happy with my experience there. I'm in a positive mood. 👍

Even 1 star is still too much. I've ordered there several times recently. Two Royal TS Hamburgers were forgotten during the last order. Could be clarified. Ordered again today, you forgot a Happy Meal. The service is really lacking. Sad. I won't be ordering there again for now. Fraud of €20 in a short space of time. Food always tastes good, but the server is sometimes so. Things are often forgotten, fries or sauces. This is very annoying.

My absolute favorite McDonald's branch. Staff very friendly, everything is always very clean and the orders come very quickly.

For us as a family it's the best McDonald's in the area.

The food was cold and inedible in Neustadt am Rbge., I've noticed that several times. Never, ever again (fish mac, chicken mac nuggets and cheeseburgers).

The citizens were cold, the meat tasted old, it was unbelievable what they sold there. A few years ago the food was really good. In Garbsen Berenbostel you still get good citizens. Neustadt is not recommended.

Extremely long waiting times, it sometimes lasted an hour and the wrong food was always packed. Extremely disgusting and annoying, despite the vegan order, meat was packed.

Unfortunately, the operators of this McDonald's did not understand the "Drive In" system! It doesn't really matter what you order there, you always have to drive to the parking lot afterwards to wait, sometimes for a very long time, for your food. If I wanted to park and spend a long time there, I wouldn't have driven into the drive. The waiting time for completely unspectacular orders is sometimes so long that you could leave your already parked car and walk to Burger King to get a snack while you wait.

Unfortunately the service is getting worse and worse. Either something is missing, or you have to wait in the parking lot when ordering drive-in and are attacked when you ask. Today when we ordered we had to say everything 5 times and he still didn't understand it. When we said something, it was said that the colleague was stressed. There was no car in sight in front of us or behind us. We were reprimanded again. Well, as a paying customer we don't feel like we're in good hands and we'll avoid buying anything here in the future. Sauber, lecker und schnell. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Das war einmal. Mittlerweile stark nachgelassen. Fast kaltes Essen, teuer und bei der Bestellung noch die Hälfte vergessen. Nur noch unterer Durchschnitt. Zukünftig gehe ich lieber Pizza essen.

Von McDonald's Neustadt wurde mal wieder die Hälfte vergessen. Bekommen nicht mal die einfachsten Sachen auf die Kette.

Bestellvorgang über das Terminal war nicht einfach, da man kaum etwas erkennen konnte. Wenn so etwas defekt ist, sollte man es austauschen oder stilllegen! Essen war warm und entsprach den Vorgaben. Das Essen kam fix, es war aber auch nicht viel los. Leider hat wie in anderen Filialen auch die Sauberkeit noch Luft nach oben. Essensreste begrüßten mich auf dem Tisch. Auf dem Nebentisch stand ein Tablett von jemanden der es wohl nicht geschafft hat, es wegzuräumen. Das sind die Kleinigkeiten, die es ausmachen. Personal war genug da, nur standen alle in der Küche. Früher ist mal ab und an jemand herumgegangen und hat so etwas erledigt. Daran wird wohl aber gespart. Also Taschentücher zum Tisch abwischen mitnehmen.

Seit ein paar Wochen ist aus MC Drive nach der Bestellung MC Park geworden.Was ist los bei Euch?

Kunden werden angemacht wenn man man darauf hinweisen tut das was fehlt ! Man wird auch noch als Lügner hingestellt .

Hat am Drive Inn länger gedauert als erwartet, da es eigentlich keine Schlange gab. Essen war trotzdem nur lauwarm. Normaler McDonald's halt. Nicht gut, nicht schlecht. Aber teuer geworden.

Also zum Essen brauch man ja nicht so viel sagen 😅 Is halt Macces… Der Laden an sich ist aber eig immer ganz sauber und die Angestellten auch immer nett

Puhh, das Essen hat sich echt verschlechtert. Personal lieb, aber Bürger oft wahrscheinlich wegen Zeitstress zusammen geklatscht. Pommes durch das dauernde abfüllen oft zu kalt. Bis letztes Jahr wirklich unser lieblings mecces, mittlerweile lieber vorher in Bispingen.

Ein sehr guter McDonald's! Sauber mit netten Personal! Wenn wir in der Gegend sind, halten wir gerne Mal an und genießen einen McFlurry! Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es kein Indoor Spielplatz gibt!

Bis lang einer der besten Restaurants der Kette, in punkto Sauberkeit auf nem sehr gutem Level,das Essen war gut, nicht so lieblos zusammen geschmissen wie in anderen Filialen. Klar wartet man dann halt nicht 10min sonder 15,aber mit dem Kompromiss komm ich super klar. Und das alles obwohl es genau so voll war wie bei anderen McD.

Nettes Personal der Rest normales Fastfood halt

Immer top Qualität! Ich esse gerne mal bei McDonald's etwas jedoch werde ich gerne von der frische und dem Service enttäuscht. Hier habe ich diese Problem noch nie gehabt. Wir fahren extra dorthin obwohl wir einen näher dran hätten.

Ich war beeindruckt, wie großzügig und aufgeräumt es aussah. Essen ist halt Mc Donald 😉

Ich hatte kürzlich einen fantastischen Besuch bei McDonald's! Das Essen war köstlich und frisch zubereitet. Der Service war prompt und das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Sauberkeit im Restaurant war beeindruckend, und die Atmosphäre war einladend. Ich freue mich darauf, bald wiederzukommen und erneut eine großartige Erfahrung zu machen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Kenne den McDonalds schon seit Ewigkeiten. Natürlich wurden hier in den ganzen Jahren auch schon Dinge vergessen, bzw Fehler gemacht. Aber alles in allem besser als jeder McDonalds in Hannover. Mitarbeiter meistens sehr freundlich. Essen: Man bekommt das was man von einer Fastfoodkette erwartet. Mc Donalds ist halt McDonalds. Für mich ein Daumen hoch. 👍

Es ist ein sehr schöner und auch relativ neuer McDonald’s. Das Essen war sehr lecker und auch ausreichend warm. Das Personal war sehr Freundlich und nett. Die Ambiente im Restaurant ist einfach nur Top. Also es ist einfach ein sehr sehr guter und auch schöner McDonald’s.

Der neue bigmac schmekt genauso wie der alte

Seitdem der Betreiber gewechselt hat wird es immer schlimmer,kein Service mehr,teilweise sehr dreckige Tische und die Wagen für die Tabletts sind mehr als voll. Als Allergiker hat man teilweise Pech,wenn dann eben doch Käse auf dem Burger ist,dann darf man locker 5 Minuten warten und der Rest wird kalt.
