One of the best and most beautiful McD branches I know within a 💯 km radius!

The Chesburger was OK this time

We felt like having an iced coffee and then spontaneously got one there because we wanted to try it anyway. The service did its job, but wasn't quite as friendly. The iced coffee is definitely way overpriced at over 4 euros and unfortunately there are a lot of ice cubes in it, so you pulled on the straw a few times and the drink was empty.

The wrong food was given out several times at the “drive in” and then the burgers were poorly topped..

Everything was clean and so far everyone was friendly. Eating doesn't take long either.

We got food 7 times and 7 times (i.e. every time) at least 1 thing was forgotten That's not normal

I've held back from writing a review for a long time.. but if something is forgotten a total of 7 times after getting food from the mcdrive, then that's enough... I always pay for the entire meal and there's always at least 1 item missing from the order.. Please Just look carefully at the PC that shows you everything!!!! It really makes you angry so slowly!

I received the wrong food and didn't receive any parts at all. Still paid a lot of money for mushy burgers.

A small fast food chain burger restaurant. The service is friendly, helpful. Good for a little break.

Blazing heat in the restaurant, air conditioning apparently not working. We wait 25 minutes for a tasty Happy Meal. My daughter is drenched in sweat and whining because of her thirst. After 20 minutes I ask if we could at least get the drink now, because it's cheap and hot. Instead of at least handing the child the drink, the Eastern European employee (older, short, blonde hair, painted eyebrows, seems to have something to say) insults me directly, asks me if I have no eyes in my head and what I want, when I go to the Mc on Saturdays. Regarding the problem with the air conditioning, she says (original sound) “What do you actually want from me? The technology is informed”. Is this what customer service looks like??? Yes, it's unfortunate that the climate isn't working, but if you've been making people wait so long in the heat you should at least hand out the drinks sooner. This isn't the last, it's the VERY LAST shop there. You simply notice that the lack of competition leads to a high degree of arrogance. In the future we will drive 5km more and go to Gr-Umstadt.

Clean and cozy. Easily accessible. But it's very hot inside. Air conditioners do not work or there are none.

The Big Mac is a little too dry. I ate it right there in the parking lot. The meat portion is becoming less and less.

At first it was said that there were no more ice cubes. Then they were brought to my table. 😍

Idea: instead of making McDrive customers wait in the designated waiting places 1-3, they send them to the parking lot. This means that the long waiting time is not noted in the system and the head office is happy. The service staff is not particularly interested in the fact that the customer is not happy because there is no free parking space at the front. The main thing is that the waiting time is not recorded with the video camera.

Incompetent people confused work with holidays. I do not recommend!

At MC Drive you will receive quick and friendly service. Sometimes the MC Chicken lettuce is old and brown. It just depends on how long they've been there.

The food is as usual, but today I noticed something. We were sitting outside with our 2 small children and while our children were playing and eating, I kept telling the waitress to close the door from the terrace to the street because children might escape She also responded to my request, but only once and then I had to keep getting up and closing it In one unobserved moment it happened I saw my little child running to the door and me right after her but I didn't catch her. She ran all the way to the street and when I finally grabbed her she had almost run into the fast street That was a shocking moment and all because of an employee who simply didn't respond to our caution. There is a terrace with children playing there and 25 meters away there is a highway. I think you have to be aware of how dangerous it is to leave an open terrace door open There are children running around and playing So please, McDonald's Michelstadt tell your employees to always close the door behind them so that children don't get run over there

Very clean, nice and simply great McDonald's

Orders are often incomplete and then they are ALWAYS sent from the McDrive to the parking lot (not a value area), even if there is not a single other customer there. You are sent to the parking lot so that the gentlemen can dawdle, because customers are not allowed to wait long in the waiting areas and for Mcs it looks like the customers are finished... What's also really annoying is that in the store, when the order is ready to be picked up, you want to pick it up, you get run over and say it's not ready and they call!!! Somehow they make their own rules...and these are no exceptions.

Everything was ok in the MC Drive, it went quickly, I'm satisfied 👍

Worst mcdonals double bigmac burger but only got 1 bigmac

Almost everything was fine today. Although there was a lot going on, the processing went quite quickly, but was barely lukewarm. If it was dirty somewhere it was cleaned immediately. That was really a plus point. It's just a shame that you first have to explain to the shift manager what the complaint was about. ‐--------------- One star for the chicken wrap and one for the salad, but two MC ribs without cucumber and almost no sauce is not possible. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home and didn't feel like going there again. Good thing I still had cucumbers and BBQ sauce at home. Unfortunately confirms again that you have to check everything in the parking lot. A pity

Food as expected, the restaurant was clean and tidy and the ladies were nice and friendly. However, once again I have NOT received my complete order. Since it was take-away, I didn't notice until I got home that the 9 nuggets weren't there. Unfortunately it's happened to me a few times, I hope there's no system behind it.

Terribly cold food, unfriendly staff

Not all McDonalds are the same. But at this McDonald's the burgers don't look like they've been run over by a car countless times. In my opinion the best McDonald's: top service, friendly and attentive staff and the food tastes quite good for a McDonald's. Google Reviews; Unpleasant reviews are deleted by Google on the false grounds that they have violated the guidelines.

Staff is nice and quick, I ate there, everything was fine. It's always nicer to give a good review ;) Not every restaurant can do this today :)

Mcs is okay, relatively standard, but you can't get there on a motorcycle!!! Unless it's 1000000% legal. It was shut down :(

The food is always perfect and the service is very good

The cleanest and most dedicated branch we have ever visited. The delivery service to the tables was very friendly and extremely quick. What I noticed was that a lady was constantly busy cleaning the tables and the floor. The food was very hot. Unfortunately, very few branches have this. Thanks to the nice team for this!!

We eat there every now and then for the sake of the children because they want it. Today the service was subpar again. A total of 3 Fanta were included in the order. Since the syrup was probably empty, we were brought non-carbonated water. A service person should be able to see whether a cup contains transparent liquid or yellow liquid. Especially when you check the order again before it goes to the table. Every time there is something else to complain about. Sometimes there are only 18 out of 20 Chicken Mc Nuggets. Sometimes there are no sauces for the nuggets. Sometimes the toys from the Happy Meal are wrong. Sometimes there are only warmed-up burgers. The owner deliberately brings in foreign staff. Sometimes people don't understand you there. It was definitely the last time we were there.

I don't even understand what the problem is. It doesn't matter at all when you eat there. Why are the burgers always cold or at most lukewarm??? Even with special orders, which automatically have to be made fresh! Always the same. It's no fun at all anymore and I've completely lost my appetite. Do you leave the finished burgers lying around forever or do you save electricity or something? Finally learn to serve hot food again!

Years ago it was the best McDonald's in the area in terms of quality/freshness/taste and attention to detail! The orders are usually Mc Drive incorrect. The burgers are often served cold and left for a long time, despite requests such as without cucumber or tomatoes, the burgers are often cold! The burger buns don't taste fresh, the fries sometimes don't taste well done and have almost no salt and are often soggy and cold. Annoying with a menu for 12€ where the fries are always cold, soggy or not cooked through, and the burgers are cold and not freshly prepared and you can just throw the food in the trash can - that's great 👍 Warm food would be really great! As the cheeseburger doesn't cost 1€ but almost 3€ you can at least expect fresh, warm food, but unfortunately you're in the wrong place here.

McDonald's, many know it. There's nothing great to write about there. Everything was well organized here and it was quick. just as I hoped. Everything is fine 🍀

Absolutely catastrophic, I recommend hiring a boss or branch manager with a clue! Coupons supposedly don't work despite the app being a rip-off!

The chicken burger was not good. Even the appearance was not good, it touched my stomach. Also, although they looked big in the picture, the burgers were tiny. But the employees were very nice. The view was also good.

Every time you order to go, something is missing. Just drove away again and then noticed that two cheeseburgers were missing. Real juice shop

A McDonalds like the others, friendly staff

A few days ago this branch had technical problems, but instead of apologizing for the problem or offering a solution, I was told that I would have to wait a bit again (in order to use coupons that can only be used via the app (statement from employees)). He wasn't interested in the fact that the error messages on terminals and the cash register said otherwise. In response to my complaint about this, the response from the Mc-Donalds Bergstrasse franchise entrepreneur showed that he doesn't care about the customers either, because he neither addressed the problem nor the employee's behavior, but rather indirectly accused his employees of being incompetent and that they were Shift manager should request... who I think was the one I spoke to. Thanks, but there are other alternatives in the Odenwald.

The taste was ok, but I've eaten better at McDonald's. After ordering, there was a message on the board ready for pickup. So I stood there to pick up my order. Was I annoyed and asked to move aside because it wasn't finished yet? Then why do they call people?! I asked that and got no answer.

I have to give this 5 stars! Really very good McDonald's. Cleanliness and service leave nothing to be desired! I would like all branches to be like this. But unfortunately this is not the case everywhere!

Hello Mr. Winter, Unfortunately you can't change anything. I have no complaints with you that could be investigated. The only reason why I withheld a star is my personal(!) taste. There is a competitor (not local) whose taste I just like a little more. So it's purely a matter of taste. Very rarely used, but when it was, everything was fresh and in perfect order.

Service is OK. However, the nuggets I received tasted very disgusting. €10.99 for the bin… I can't describe it exactly, but in my opinion they tasted a lot like "old" fat. My burger was very tasty.

Ich brachte meine kalten Pommes zurück und die Angestellten schüttete meine kalten Pommern zu den frisch en heißen dazu , sorry sowas geht garnicht , einfach nur ekelhaft

Traurig in der heutigen zeit, das es hier nichts veganes im Angebot gibt. Da ist die Konkurrenz klar im vorteil Laut google: Der McPlant® ist ein Produkt mit einem pflanzenbasierten Patty. Da er aber mit Schmelzkäsezubereitung, die Milch enthält, garniert wird und die Patties auf dem gleichen Grill wie das Fleisch zubereitet werden, ist er nicht vegan und nicht vegetarisch.

Essen ist wichtig. Ich habe hier essen bekommen.

Wir haben ausversehen falsch bestellt Die haben zwar kulanterweise dann den 2 Burger gebracht ,haben aber die 6 stk Mc Nuggets zürück gewollt und dann in Müll geschmissen, Was für eine Verschwendung und finde waren sehr unfreundlich

Ein Meckes wie jeder andere. Essen ist ok. Aber das wars auch schon. Liebes Meckes Team, Etwas Geschmack in Patty und Soße würde dem ganzen etwas gut tun. Wenn Tomate, Gurke und Zwiebel den meisten Geschmack bueten gibt es leider nur großzügige 4 Sterne.

Essen schmeckt wenn man Fast food mag. Hält halt nicht lange an. Dazu hohe Preise.

Ich habe am Terminal bestellt mit Tischservice. Das Essen kam sehr schnell, leider war statt Mayo und Ketchup, zwei mal Mayo dabei. Deshalb gab es Punktabzug. Auch die Zugabe bei der Kindertüte war nicht wie ausgestellt. Bücher gab es keine mehr, dafür gab es etwas von Schleich. Dafür müsste ich aber zum Schalter.

Sehr kleine Filiale ohne gesondertem McCafé Bereich. Die Mitarbeiter verfügen z.T. über keine bzw. schlechte Deutschkenntnisse. Dies dürfte durch die Bestell-Terminals nicht besser werden.Die bestellte und knapp 4€ teure Dark Chocolate Grande wurde trotz klarer Bitte eine große Tasse zu verwenden zunächst im Pappbecher serviert. Das Personal blieb im großen und Ganzen aber freundlich.

Teilweise kann man am Schalter zum drive in die MitarbeiterInnen kaum verstehen. Leider oft nur absolutes minimum an Freundlichkeit. Geschmacklich wie man es von MC Donalds kennt. Bestellt man vegan/vegetarisch muss man in 99% der Fälle warten. Bekommt es dafür immer frisch.

Service überfordert, für "fast food" definitiv viel zu lange warten müssen. Das ganze Geschäft voller Schüler. Chaos und extrem lautes Geschrei im ganzen Laden. Essen wurden nicht abgeholt. Dadurch hat sich der ganze Ablauf immens verzögert und das Essen war nur noch grenzwertig warm. Nur Pfandbecher verfügbar... nicht empfehlenswert

Ich war angenehm überrascht,wie sauber und ordentlich das Restaurant war. Sogar das Essen war heiss,sehr ungewohnt.Die Pommes waren heiß und total kross.Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend,ungewöhnlich aber mega.Wir kommen wieder.

Ja wie so oft fehlte Mal wieder ein Burger um genau zu sein ein BigMäc leider hab ich es erst Zuhause gemerkt . So viel war jetzt eigentlich nicht los hinter mir war Grad Mal 1 Auto im MC Drive. Auf dem Parkplatz waren auch noch einige Plätze frei. Ist halt schon ärgerlich Grad bei den Preisen heut zu Tage. Also werde ich jetzt wieder immer neben Ran fahren oder im Restaurant nachschauen ob alles drin ist. Geht wohl nicht anders. Das ist mir in den letzten 4 Wochen schon zweimal passiert

Nimmt immer mehr ab was essen anbelangt

Wiederholt hat in den, am McDrive bestellt und erhaltenen, Menüs mal wieder eine Kleingkeit gefehlt. Heute: die Currysoße vom Chicken McNuggets und der Ketchup vom McRib Menü. Und... die Äpfel vom Happy Meal. Leider hat man nach Erhalt der Ware wenig Möglichkeiten nachzuprüfen, ob Alles vollständig ist. Es muss selbstverständlich sein, dass die bestellte Ware auch komplett ist und das dies vom Mitarbeiter bzw. von der Mitarbeiterin an der Ausgabe, trotz Zeitstress, noch mal sorgfältig geprüft wird. Und das ist leider nicht immer der Fall. Hier sollte McDonald's nachsteuern und nachqualifizieren. Eine Mitarbeiterin bzw. ein Mitarbeiter sollte die Vollständigkeit vor der Warenausgabe auf Ihrer Vollständigkeit hin sorgfältig überprüfen. Dieses Problem mit der Unvollständigkeit ist in fast allen Filialen mit McDrive zu beobachten. Insbesondere auch extrem in der Filiale in Groß Umstadt, aber auch in Michelstadt, wie heute Abend.

McDonald's mit dem was man erwartet

An sich ein üblicher MCDonalds essen schmeckt soweit gut. Aber im Jahr 2023 keinen Lieferservice anzubieten ist dann doch etwas stark rückständig hoffentlich ändert sich das bald.

Bestellung kommt verglichen mit den anderen Standorten im Umkreis richtig an. Essen schmeckt wie überall bei McDonalds! Der Kinderbereich drinnen ist unspektakulär, aber die Rutsche draußen gefällt.

Sehr unfreundlich. Verstehen die Bestellungen nicht und burgerinnenleben werden vertauscht. Telefonisch beschwert, die führende Kraft war sehr bemüht den Fehler wieder gerade zu bügeln dafür 10 Sterne 🌟 aber die ausführende Kraft durch unfreundlichkeit eher minus.

Bestellung wurde schnell bearbeitet die Pommes waren etwas kalt aber sonst war alles okay

Ich habe gerade eine große Bestellung aufgegeben, bin nach Hause gekommen und in der Bestellung fehlen 6 Stück Chicken McNuggets und 2 x Curly Fries. Ich habe also so gut wie umsonst bezahlt. Nicht zu empfehlen!
