McDonald's in Michelstadt

Slow Food nicht fast food 20min gewartet

Es fehlt leider IMMER etwas. Nie ist die Bestellung komplett das nervt extrem. Gerade in Spd-Italien Nähe Manfredonien einen MCDonald in der Not angefahren und da wurde mir klar, ich gehe nur wegen diesem MCDonald aus Michelstadt so ungern bei MCD essen. Dieser Laden ist Rufmord für die Kette! Ich werde es nun nach einem Jahr nochmal versuchen und hoffe das die unhöflichen Damen aus dem Drive In nichtmehr irgendwo im Kundenservice arbeiten und bei der Bestellung mal alles was man bezahlt hat drin ist. Dann werde ich meine Bewertung ja vielleicht abändern können.

Leider wurde mein extra mit Punkten gekauftes Glas vergessen sonst alles Top

Ich habe heute keine vier Burger bekommen! Passt auf und überprüft eure Pakete!

Den einen Stern gibt’s nur weil ich keinen Stern nicht geben kann. Die Bestellung hat halbe Stunde gedauert und das Essen war eiskalt und die Hälfte hat gefehlt auf nach Frage kam nur Plombe antwort sehr unfreundlich und heute wirklich unter aller Sau bitte wieder kompetentes Personal einstellen Dankeschön

Ruhige Lage, ansonsten in Ordnung

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben einen kleinen Stop bei McDonald's gemacht. Überraschenderweise waren die Toiletten sehr sauber. Das Restaurant war in einem guten Zustand und das Essen war sehr frisch und lecker.

Innenraum ist in die Jahre gekommen, und nicht sauber teilweise!

MC Crispy ohne Bacon bestellt – mit Bacon bekommen. Extra zurückgefahren bei den Spritpreisen. Reaktion an der Theke: Lachen und „Kollege hat’s falsch gemacht“. Kein „Tut mir leid“, kein Entgegenkommen, nichts. Service geht anders. Spart euch euer Geld. 👍

Mcdrive, Pommes Burger werden vergessen. Wechselgeld stimmt nicht. Es wird leider auch nicht besser, Mc Drive stimmt leider keine einzige Bestellung mehr. Echt sehr traurig...

Selten wirklich sehr selten einen Mc Donalds gesehen der so sauber ist Und die Mitarbeiter so freundlich Hut ab. -Wenn doch nur alle so wären

Essen dauert oft ewig, auch wenn nichts los ist und das Personal könnte auch etwas netter sein ! Nach all den Jahren bzw. Jahrzehnten seit dem es dem MCs gibt, bieten sie noch immer keinen Lieferservice ! Jeder Dönerladen liefert und MCs bekommt es hier nicht hin....

Permanent wird bei der Bestellung etwas vergessen. Aber 20 Chicken Nuggets vergessen ist eine Bodenlose Freschheit! Beschwerde Email folgt!

Disaster! There's never a visit where something isn't forgotten. It can happen once in a while, but not every time.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially if you're unfamiliar with the ordering machines.

It's a real shame; the food used to be better, and while they did adjust the amount of filling in the wrap after we asked, it was then lukewarm/cold instead of hot. Furthermore, a very polite Asian-looking woman seemed to be constantly milling around. She cleared tables, swept, wiped down tables, emptied the tray carts, took out the trash, and even carried the food from the drive-thru outside when called. In comparison, the workload of the other staff seemed rather minimal.

No vegetarian/vegan burger options. Only wraps, so that was very dissatisfying

Good snack, but the staff refuses to serve anything 10 minutes before closing time.

Self-service checkouts are poorly functioning and take a long time to deliver your order.

It's just McDonald's, I only go there occasionally, like 2-3 times a year, so the staff is friendly.

Definitely check that everything is in the bag! Four burgers were missing today; we only noticed when we got home. Very annoying!

This has nothing to do with a cheeseburger anymore.

We ordered cheeseburgers and half of them looked like garbage, look at that… Never again (we'll be back the day after tomorrow).

Unfortunately, it's no longer possible to pay for orders placed through the app with cash. I don't think that's OK. I've uninstalled the app!

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed; the burger patties are almost always cold, and the toppings aren't applied properly. Other McDonald's locations do it better; here, the food is usually cold.

I haven't been to McDonald's in a really long time, and I'm totally disappointed 😞. The burgers have shrunk to a child's size, with barely any toppings, and they're way too expensive. You leave hungrier than when you came in.

Friendly service, everything very clean and well-maintained, charging station for electric cars, clean restrooms, professionally managed franchise.

On October 14, 2025, I received a burger with hair at the Stadtring 269 branch in Michelstadt. When I complained, I wasn't refunded because there was supposedly a "negative balance on the cash register." The employee was unfriendly and abusive and wasn't wearing a name tag. Very disappointing – unprofessional service and no respect for customers. I gave it one star just because I wanted to post it. NEVER AGAIN!!!

In addition to the usual quality, I must emphasize the friendly and helpful staff. This deserves an extra ⭐⭐⭐.

Fast food, what else? For a quick snack

There are twice as many staff as guests. You can hear animated chatter coming from the kitchen area... *wait 10 minutes for your food, even though NOBODY was there before me* !!! And when you get to the car, you realize that the items you've already paid for are missing!!! I only gave the stars so I could post! *Never again*!

Very varied, but very long wait times. They mix up their order or forget it altogether.

I feel like I'm in a waiting area. One server is always very friendly, but she's the only one. You often feel rushed, and most of them are very unfriendly. You should always double-check your order at the drive-thru.

Service 2 stars, because I can't enjoy my Coke without a straw because the ice from the drink gets in the way :-(. Not a good idea to get rid of straws.

Fries aren't salted, and the staff ignores you when you ask a question but still stares at you. Simply disrespectful. Never again in this dump.

This is one of the worst McDonalds I've ever been. They regularly mix up orders. Almost every time there is something wrong. If I would have allergies, I would probably be dead. Today I ordered a burger without cheese sauce & pickles. Just look at the picture.

Unfortunately, the employees are unable to close the door to the outdoor area/children's play area. Every time they delivered food to the waiting cars, the door was left open. I tried to speak to an employee directly about it, but she couldn't understand me. The speakers outside are loud, tinny, and shrill.

The ordering machine is extremely slow. The menu shows a picture of a drink that isn't included in the price. The filet o'fish was lukewarm, with half a slice of cheese that wasn't even melted. The chili double burger in the picture differs significantly from what's served there. It's not recognizable. Soggy, mushy, lukewarm. Fries were light, half-cooked, disgusting. Curlies were okay. The colleagues should take a course in the USA; the place would have closed down by now with that quality standard. Unfortunately, you can't give negative stars.

I ordered an iced chocolate coffee three times because the woman didn't understand me. I got a vanilla shake....

Curly fries were ice cold. Asked for hot curly fries replied they are not cold! Mcflurry has very less chocolate!

I've given up McDonald's. (At least in the Rhine-Main area.) Not so in Michelstadt. My first glance always goes over the tables, benches, and floor. Unfortunately, it's necessary today. Everything is very clean. Order as usual, not very busy, very fast, and everything is of very good quality. Wraps, burgers, even the fries. It's not rocket science, not many people can do it anymore. I don't judge friendliness. I didn't speak to any employees. Not even to pay. Conclusion: I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Almost always here, if you're in a hurry, this isn't the right place.

Food was bad. I dont think the kitchen staff is good. However the lady on the counter , i think her name was Camellia she was really kind and sweet and good hospitality by her.

It was on a carnival Sunday. The hut was full. There were enough staff and they had everything under control. Our order went smoothly and quickly. The ladies did a great job that day. There is a games room on site and small screens at the table for the kids.

Either the food is cold, or you have to check when you're at the car counter to make sure everything you ordered and paid for is in the bag. I ordered two cheeseburgers, fries and nuggets 30 minutes ago. But there was only 1 burger in it even though I paid for 2. Those responsible should ensure that the staff can speak German, read and count.

Personal is extremely unfriendly. It's not how I know McDonald's everywhere in the world.

Ordered 20 pieces of Chicken McNuggets as a menu, she didn't want it without a drink but an extra portion of fries. She told her the colleague offered it to me as if I said without a drink. So I had to take the drink and an extra fries. The sauces weren't what I ordered in the bag. The fries were soggy and cold. The person who ordered and served them was very unfriendly. This location is not recommended

So the cheeseburger and the milkshake today were really great 😍 Just like the nice waitress with glasses and piercings who handed me and a friend the food at the drive-in counter 👍

Very disappointing visit to McDonald's in Michelstadt! It's not a problem that there are language barriers - you can always communicate differently. But if your employees don't know what can and can't be ordered and then become rude or even insulting, that's an absolute no-go! This kind of behavior towards paying customers is unacceptable. I hope that the management intervenes urgently and at least ensures respect in dealing with guests.

Staff is top. But the toilets are super tight.

Clean, easy, child-friendly, it is one of the pleasant locations in Michelstadt. Go there often at different times. Staff always helpful and nice.

The MC Donals in Michelstadt is really the best I've ever been to.

There is still a lot of room for improvement

I wanted a ToGo cup for the car, unfortunately no one here really speaks German, I now have a 2 euro plastic cup with a paper lid, if I want a plastic one I have to drive a lap to the drive in, absurd.

I waited 20 minutes for my order. He never appeared on the board; the women shouted my order number in German. I asked for a straw, the saleswoman rudely refused and said it wasn’t allowed 😅🤦

Drive Inn order negative because I repeated the order 3 times (the woman still didn't understand me) and I was annoyed and took something because I was hungry. I wasn't satisfied.

The seats and tables were very dirty (grease and crumbs) and the fries were cold. Too bad!!!

In Michelstadt everything works as it should. Staff very friendly, courteous, always cleaning. Pretty and friendly employees. What more could you want as a guest? Keep it up, you're great.

Very nice, well-kept restaurant with super friendly service staff. Fast service. There is only a deduction for the women's toilets: they are much too narrow. If you have claustrophobia, avoid it; a BMI over 25 is also critical. Maybe you can get into the cabin, but to get out again you may have to contact the local FFW. Addendum to your answer: If you read the review and didn't put standard text underneath it, you would be able to see for yourself what the points are being deducted for. There is a further point deduction if your interest in the reviews is only predetermined, otherwise such a response could not come about.

After receiving my order incomplete numerous times now, I'm tired of eating there in the near future. The problem has been known for several years and no effort has been made to change anything.

Best McDonald’s ever, three stars because I don’t indulge

The McDonalds in Michelstadt is very clean so far and the service is good. There are not too long waiting times when ordering. Overall it's a nice fast food restaurant. What's not good, as elsewhere, is that the prices are too high for a fast food restaurant. But that's the general situation at the moment.

If the man at the counter doesn't speak German or doesn't even know the name of what he's selling, he has no business!

It's nice that there is still a cash register where you can order in person.

I haven't been there for a long time, but I really wanted to try the M. I think it's really good and finally a real competitor to the Whopper.

Today was the highlight, mcdrive: when ordering, I waited forever until someone spoke to me, everything was clear at the first counter, the young man was busy with his cell phone and I interrupted him because I wanted to pay for our order. At the second window it wasn't really any better, our drinks were handed to me without a hello, without a friendly smile, just take it and eat it. It's getting worse and worse, either something is missing in the bag, the food is cold, maybe I have to send the vet over there, or you won't be seen as a paying customer. Just as a suggestion, if there are no more customers coming: you can close the shop.

durchweg sehr guter Service schon seit Jahren, gepflegtes Restaurant innen wie aussen, kleine Fehlerchen gibt's ueberall, gutes Management! wirklich nette und professionelle Langzeitmitarbeiter.

New team is better than before.

We felt like having an iced coffee and then spontaneously got one there because we wanted to try it anyway. The service did its job, but wasn't quite as friendly. The iced coffee is definitely way overpriced at over 4 euros and unfortunately there are a lot of ice cubes in it, so you pulled on the straw a few times and the drink was empty.

The wrong food was given out several times at the “drive in” and then the burgers were poorly topped..

Everything was clean and so far everyone was friendly. Eating doesn't take long either.

I've held back from writing a review for a long time.. but if something is forgotten a total of 7 times after getting food from the mcdrive, then that's enough... I always pay for the entire meal and there's always at least 1 item missing from the order.. Please Just look carefully at the PC that shows you everything!!!! It really makes you angry so slowly!
