As so often, my visit to McDonald's on Dießemer was a huge disappointment; the employees take every opportunity to showcase their skills. I went to the drive-thru and ordered two fish and chips – after waiting for over 15 minutes, I still hadn't received my food. No notice, no apology, no information. After the police had their coffee in front of me and the colleague behind me had his cheeseburger... I finally decided to cancel on my own... The service was completely overwhelmed, even though it was barely busy at 2:30.... The employees spoke little to no German, which made communication extremely difficult. The intercom system optimized by B&O probably needs no mention. Even simple orders have been incorrectly executed or not processed at all in the past. You simply felt like you weren't being taken seriously or understood... even though the product range is manageable. When you order at the drive-thru, you expect at least a reasonably quick process and a functioning system – neither of which was present here. I ended up leaving without food, but with a lot of frustration. Definitely not a recommendation – unfortunately, neither the service nor the organization is up to scratch. If you're absolutely clueless and can't even get a fried fish stick, and you're also looking for a job, then definitely send in an application!

If you happen to be close watching a soccer or American football game at the stadium and need breakfast this is easy walking distance.

One of the best McDonald's I've ever visited, and the best in Krefeld. Everything runs quickly, the restaurant is very clean, and the employees are friendly—really great! 👏

According to the CEO, there should have been an offensive with the €5 menu. After about eight months of this 'offensive,' the price of the Smart Menus is now being significantly increased. The minimum price is now €6. There's no reason for this. The quality of the food hasn't improved. The employees aren't paid a cent more. Raw materials, operating materials, energy, etc., haven't increased in price. A comparison with BurgerHof is out of the question based on quality alone. Price gouging is greed.

Be careful, the billing isn't correct when picking up. I ordered an extra €1.50 for double beef, and there was only one on the burger. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I got home. Now you really have to check each burger individually when picking it up. It's annoying.

The drive-in often only serves cold burgers. Unfortunately, you'll wait forever for your food at the restaurant.

I was there once and I had a bad experience with the service. Sometimes it was rude. I felt like I was eating for free. When someone gave me food, I felt like a idiot. I just threw it on the table.

I ordered via Lieferando, but the order went through twice for whatever reason. I called McDonald's to explain what was already a problem. After a lot of back and forth, the lady said it was canceled. At some point, the second meal did arrive ^^ twice. I called again and spoke to another employee who didn't understand anything, which is truly terrible. I spent 5 minutes trying to explain to the gentleman what was going on, but he didn't understand anything. Your service and your competence are truly chaotic.

Lately, it's been a long wait for orders. Sometimes they forget your order. The quality of the food has also declined.

I don't know what's going on with you, but the mistakes keep piling up. Either there's no sauce on the burger, even though you ordered twice. Or you get things you didn't order. I was actually almost always satisfied. What's going on there at the moment is a complete disaster.

I agree with the previous posts; the drive-thru is sometimes a bit of a problem. After a few minutes of no response, I also drove to the window. A polite employee explained the problem to me, so everything was fine. The food was hot and fresh, satisfying.

You are by far the most disgusting and rancid McDonald's I've ever seen. The fries there could have just as easily been a potato, and I don't even want to get started on that "burger."

It can't be true. How often do you want to forget certain things? You really have to check the bags every time to make sure everything is actually in there. It's happened a lot now. You pay for something that actually isn't there. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!

I waited more than half an hour for the burger. There weren't many people there. It was dirty. The restrooms smelled disgusting.

Friendly staff, fast service, and standard food. An indoor and outdoor playground makes it ideal for small children.

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. Waited over 45 minutes for my order. Cheeseburger was unbearably hard. Never again.

The drive-thru wait time was inexplicably long, over 20 minutes for two simple McMenu items... and then, to make matters worse, I complained to the window that one curly fries was missing instead of one. Then, with the cashier's hands, both fries were pulled out and packed in full force, only to then, after apparently being overwhelmed by the missing curly fries, pour both portions into the two meal bags... one of the two burgers was cold, the remaining fries were completely limp and soggy, and not even salted. In short, a complete waste, just like the entire experience here today!

Ordered two hamburgers at the McDonald's Drive-Thru. When I opened the bag at home, there was a cheeseburger inside. Wasted money and got the wrong burger. How can you be so stupid? There's a reason why you work at McDonald's. Maybe you should focus for a bit.

An employee at the drive-thru counter today (June 1, 10:30 p.m.) simply yelled at my boyfriend and asked him if he was stupid after he'd stood in line for 15 minutes waiting for his order. And all because he didn't move up immediately when the person in front of him drove off. THAT'S UNACCEPTABLE! You can't let that happen to customers.

The staff are friendly and they offer fast service.

Recommendation: ALWAYS go to the store for takeout! That's what I've done on my few visits so far – and almost every time I use the "McDrive" on the way home, I'm handed an incomplete package – burgers I paid for were missing. It's difficult to open the rolled-up bag in the car and count all the items inside... like you can in a store!

We ordered at the MC Drive-In and waited almost 30 minutes for a MC Chicken Classic and some nuggets. We only received our order after calling the restaurant.

The restaurant appears clean, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the food—burgers and fries—is always lukewarm, which is the fourth time in a row. It's a shame. I tried it again today, but unfortunately, there was no change. The food was still lukewarm, and now even the restrooms are awful!

The food was spoiled. Both the fries and the burgers were contaminated or moldy, and they certainly smelled very unpleasantly sour or putrid. We couldn't eat any of it.

Weekend scenario... On a Friday morning at 4 a.m. through the drive, you've never experienced having to wait 15 minutes because of "pedestrians" until you get to the ordering counter. Not only does someone order on foot, but you also have to talk to colleagues who are standing in the drive. At some point it was finally time to order 4 cheeseburgers, the whole thing took another 10 minutes to be served and the burgers weren't cooked through. Saturday evening gave it all another chance. Ordered from the machine at 10.20pm in the store and paid in cash at the checkout. Waiting time to pay 5 minutes is still somewhat ok, however we had to wait almost 30 minutes for 2 coffees (lattes) and after we asked politely after 15 minutes we only got a roll of the eyes and the saying it's one after the other (all the orders after us were processed beforehand) to be honest, your new system is more than modest and you can't manage to get 2 lattes ready is more than bad.....

Waited over 25 minutes for a latte macchiato, iced coffee and cola. When we asked, they forgot our order. Unfortunately, our cola also came with table service. Despite ordering from McCafe, the drinks were only available in paper cups. The McDonalds man in the white shirt apologized for his bad employees. The blame was shifted, that's not possible. Nobody needs a boss like that.

The food is fine, just as you would expect from MCDONALD'S. However, everything is super dirty and sticky. The toilets are really disgusting. The play areas for children were closed inside and outside.

Unfortunately, I was scammed. I ordered a meal with extras and didn't receive them. The waitress said they were out of stock, tough luck... if I had been informed beforehand, I would have ordered something else. No apology or consideration... well, and the fries were cold and the burger was soggy. Nothing could have been done to save it.

All in all quite okay. Order acceptance via terminals, self-explanatory. You can immediately see the available options. Cash payment is also offered. Do you have to wait a while until someone from the staff goes to the checkout. Then you get a printout with a number and then wait in front of the pick-up counter. This all works, but it doesn't have much to do with service. I had a Mc.Flurry. It was okay, a lot of ice cream for three euros. Of course it tastes much better in the ice cream parlor. There is an outdoor terrace, very cozy and very quiet without plants, right on Diessemer Straße (irony).

Quite normal McDonald's with average service. Check your order when you taking over it from employee. It will be best option to avoid all possible negative things

GOT FOOD POISONING!!! Had on February 28th. Ate nothing but a McCrispy meal from this McDonalds and got food poisoning. Incredible. Maybe it was because NO ONE was wearing GLOVES in the kitchen that day. Would have had to leave the store again if I had the opportunity. There are regulations right here in Germany. Unfortunately, I can't explain why no employee wore gloves in the kitchen. Apart from that, the ceiling in the store is gradually falling apart and in some cases only one employee seems to be in control of the cash register. The store is really rubbish but you can't expect any more quality from the chain...

Experience McDrive, otherwise there will always be on-site inspections and suddenly a lot of things didn't fit. One was missing ketchup and one was missing sweet and sour. The cheeseburger was missing from the junior bag. However, there were fries in there and a salad, even though there weren't supposed to be any fries. However, the salad had the wrong sauce instead of balsamic, which was Caesar. Next time please check again and be more careful.

I was at the MC DRIVE...., the person taking the order spoke very, very bad German, communication was hardly possible, counter 2, no customers in front of me, endless waiting time, when I got home I realized that not everything was in the bag and it was wrong was, called, complained, was able to come and pick up my "ordered" things. And, some time ago, probably six months ago, I picked up a salad right at Diessemer Bruch. The leaves were brown at the edges, totally limp and the rays weren't fresh either. The boss said that couldn't be done, I had just finished making the salads myself... well, I could have picked up a salad, but I decided not to.

No fast food! If I have to wait longer when ordering before the goods are handed over than I eat the ordered goods (2x McSmart Menu chicken burgers, 2x mayo with the 2x fries + 2x Fanta without ice cream), it absolutely cannot be fast food. Especially when I have to go to the parking lot when ordering and have to wait there for almost 5 minutes. And then the citizens are almost cold, which makes me a little pissed off. Although we eat them straight away in the parking lot. Sorry for putting it like that. So you should be hot for 2 minutes, or what do you think? Unfortunately I can't say anything about the ambience. I went in there ONCE because I wanted to order something and had to take a number or deal with some computer! But I would have had to stand in a long line for that. Purchased through the drive thru. A whole menu was missing. I called and was mocked on the phone. It doesn't work at all!

If you want food brought to your table, it makes sense to have to get what was served at the counter.
