McDonald's in Krefeld

While the rest of Krefeld rolls up the sidewalks on Saturday afternoons, you can still get something to eat here.

Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing visit. The staff were unfriendly and seemed annoyed from the start. But the absolute shock came with the food: There was a thoroughly cooked insect in the fries. When we politely pointed this out to the staff, instead of apologising, we were treated unfriendly and assumed the incident had happened at our table – meaning it was basically our fault. This is definitely not how you treat customers. Very disappointing and absolutely not recommended.

A bit long waiting times, but otherwise okay.

Does the place actually have a manager or boss? I've ordered there several times after 10 p.m., and every time I get a bag handed to me!!!??? I ordered food here... I have to share my food either alone or with a friend! I don't eat like that at home either! I take a board or plate there!! What's wrong with this McDonald's? Very hygienic!!??? Trays aren't handed out at this time! Just so you know, I pay for them! 19% VAT is charged for eat-in food, while only 7% is charged for takeout food. This distinction is required by law and must be applied correctly by restaurants. Even if I ask nicely, I don't get any more! Is this standard at McDonald's? What kind of service is this? Whether during the day or in the evening, a homeless person stands there and wants to collect money for opening the door! Why isn't anything being done about this?? Public order office??? It's just annoying! After 10 p.m., you're only allowed to sit at selected tables; the rest are blocked off with red chairs!! The employee then comes right over and says, "No dining here!" How am I supposed to know? You're only allowed to sit on the right side of the wall. You're open until 2 a.m. or 5 a.m. 😮😲 That's not customer service, and the products aren't exactly cheap either. I really don't feel comfortable there. So why isn't anything being done about it?? And this game has been going on for MONTHS!! I'm going to avoid this restaurant too!! Maybe the instructions come from the manager or shift supervisor! I've never seen anything like what we saw here in Krefeld... When I see the homeless person from a distance, I'm fed up... Am I disabled, or why is he always standing there? Are you guys paying him? I can open the door myself...

The worst mc I have ever seen in my life and I have seen quite a few travelling around Europe. Benches dirty with spilled cola, dirty tables, dirty bathrooms and terrible service there is not a single person who spoke English or they were pretending (I don't know) the fact is that they brought me the wrong order and then when I pointed it out they calmly took the tray to the correct table where there were children without worrying about the fact that I touched the food packages mistakenly thinking that the order was mine. The food packages that arrived at the table were greasy and dirty!

I didn't get any Minecraft accessories even though I paid for them.

Unfortunately, something was missing from the order and the handling of the ready-packed food (for the suppliers) also left a lot to be desired.

I went here once to eat and will definitely never come back. Homeless people who deny you access and demand change. If you refuse, you will even be yelled at. Rarely have I experienced such a rotten McDonald's - it could be the worst location in all of Germany.

You don't expect much when you decide to go to a McDonald's in downtown Krefeld. But what I saw there today shocked me so much. The lady at the checkout seemed unkempt and her sweat was dripping from her face, the girl who brought the food to the table didn't understand a word of German and was extremely unsympathetic. The food, a happy meal and a cheeseburger... we didn't eat any of it. Apart from the fact that everything was COLD, the food was definitely not properly/freshly prepared. I also mentioned this on site, but the wet, dripping lady at the checkout was unable to have a decent conversation, let alone find a solution. All in all... terrible, even for the location and the snack bar, this was just subpar!

I was in Krefeld with my school class, we went to the cinema and then we had some time where we were allowed to walk around freely (in groups). One of them scolded a 20 nuggets and he wasn't feeling well at all. One of the others had a burger with chicken and he had no complaints The rest had burgers with beef, we all had complaints and one had to go to the hospital, a very bad McDonald's, my other classmates were at Bürgerking, nobody had any complaints. It's best to go to Burgerking, it's the safest

“Unprofessional behavior shortly before closing time” I was recently at the [insert location/address] branch and ordered a burger 30 minutes before closing time. As soon as we entered the branch, the situation seemed unpleasant as the employees were already busy cleaning up. The atmosphere was uninviting and I had the impression that orders were perceived as more of a disruption. What was particularly disappointing was that the fries I received had clearly been sitting on a tray for some time rather than being freshly prepared. In addition, I originally wanted to order nuggets, but was stopped because the employees looked at me strangely because I ordered something so close to closing time - in the middle of the week. These looks and behavior from the staff made me feel like I wasn't welcome. The handling of my order was also rude: I thanked him politely, but was just looked at without saying a word. My number was not called, the food was simply placed on the table without a word. The entire situation was very unpleasant for me and did not meet the usual standards that I know from McDonald's. I expect that the quality of service will be maintained until the end of the opening hours - both in the preparation of the food and in the behavior of the employees. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression and I hope that such incidents are avoided in the future.

Zum dritten Mal war kaum Soße auf dem Mc Rip. Fast trocken das Weißbrot Wird gespart oder lernt man das Personal nicht richtig an. Es kann auch sein, daß manche Leute zu dumm für derartige Arbeiten ist. Aber immer passierte es in Krefeld, Dießemer Bruch 98.

There's nothing wrong with the food, no different than other McDonald's. However, the atmosphere is no longer suitable, there are too many homeless people entering the store and begging the guests for change. Sometimes it even starts to stink afterwards. The dirtiest McD I've ever been to. Food was like everywhere else and even hot! But the rest... sucks. What a bad place this is. There is no other way to describe it there. The toilet room is a mess and it's very dirty there too. The staff speak German poorly/don't speak the German language and actually asked me how to make the iced coffee caramel. As far as I know, McDonald's has guidelines around the world about what to make, but probably not there. I won't be entering the store again. The McDonald's headquarters should check the "restaurants" that have such bad reviews. It would actually be in the spirit of McDonald's so that the reputation doesn't get even worse. One last thing, one star is still too many.

A visit to MC Donald's is always good, and there is something for everyone, but after eating and drinking, men/women have to go to the little place, it stinks, it's not well maintained and if someone can't tolerate something, they puke it next to it out of the toilet, all I can say is meal! In plain language, there is simply a lack of staff here, savings are being made in the wrong places, which is why I am deducting 2 stars from the rating.

It was extremely crowded. The ordering machine did not accept the displayed QR code or the code sequence of the app. It was so crowded that fast food is something else because you had to wait a comparatively long time. The Big Rösti was good because of the sauce, but it's getting more and more expensive but you won't be full for more than 10€ menu price...

Könnte man würde ich 0 Sterne geben, obwohl, etwas positives, es ging schnell. War am 17.1.24 dort, seitdem habe ich komischerweise Übelkeit und anderes. Ich gehe stark davon aus, dass es mit dem Besuch zutun hatte, beweisen ist natürlich schwierig. War der erste und wieder letzte Besuch seit langem. Werde das auch so dem Gesundheitsamt weitergeben.

Es gibt keine Bedienung. In der Küche wird ohne Handschuhe gearbeitet, und es ist nicht bekannt, wo ihre Hände waren und was sie gemacht haben. Die Arbeit ist nicht organisiert, die Mitarbeiter rennen herum und suchen etwas, sie wissen nicht, wo und was es ist. Es ist ein völliges Chaos.

Der Service ist eine Katastrophe. Man wird unfreundlich und sehr herrisch behandelt, des Weiteren hat man immer Fehl Bestellung seiner Bestellung. Und wenn man darauf hin etwas falsches, charmant abgewürgt. Und sehr asozial behandelt. Das Weiteren möchten wir über die Hygienezustände des jeweiligen Lokals gar nicht sprechen. Wir gehen mit unseren Kindern definitiv nie wieder hier etwas essen.

McDonald's ist persönlich überhaupt nicht meins aber die Mädels wollten unbedingt... aber was ist das? Man kommt rein, und der Boden vorm Tresen so glatt als könnte man dort Schlittschuhe laufen. Alles Ölig und Fettig so hatte ich das Gefühl, bei unserer Bestellung die wir vor Ort gegessen haben, fehlten zwei Burger die Anstandslos nachgereicht worden sind und als den Mädels noch ihre Cola runter fiel wurde uns Kostenlos eine neue gegeben und nachdem wir die Mitarbeiter informiert hatten gleich aufgewischt. Aber zum in Ruhe hinsetzen ist der Laden überhaupt nichts, meiner Meinung nach. Hier und dort hat der Boden stark geklebt. Nicht so toll, Pommes waren so lala und die Nuggets waren irgendwie mehr als Kross, schon tot frittiert. Der BigMac so wie ich ihn von früher kannte ist auch nicht das was er mal war. Ich persönlich meide so Läden ja generell aber manchmal kommt man einfach nicht drum rum. Ich fand's echt schwierig den Laden zu besuchen.

In letzter Zeit dauert dort alles einfach zu lange.

Ich hatte schon öfter von dem Restaurant gehört und musste es nun auch mal probieren. Erster Eindruck: bunt, hell, einladend. Die Speisenkarte macht auf Amerikanisch und versucht wohl, auf den aktuellen Burger Trend aufzuspringen. Ich habe diesen Big Mäck probiert. Sehr interessant und lecker. Komme demnächst öfter. Potenzial!

Also zum sich gemütlich hinsetzen znd essen ist dieses Restaurant definitiv NICHT zu empfehlen. Unsauber, schlechter Service und die Toilette könnte auch nach öfter gereinigt werden

Schnell und warmes Essen. Aufmerksames Personal. Relativ Sauber. Schnell wird Müll entsorgt. Tische regelmäßig abgeputzt. Toilette wäre sauber. Viele Mittarbeiter sorgten für schnelle Bedienung. Schlange hielt sich in Grenzen. Mit Rollstuhl würde man gut bedient. Stuhl wegschieben und man könnte an ausgewählten Tischen auch mit Rollstuhl sitzen. Zwischen den Tischen könnte man rangieren. Hochstühle waren vorhanden.

Laut, hektisch und alles andere als gemütlich. Einmal im Jahr reicht McDonalds allemal.
