The food was cold, the burgers were not freshly made, there were no toys with the Happy Meals, the employee used his private McDonald's for the points and then said he could no longer scan the QR code provided because the process had already been completed even though nothing had been paid yet . This branch really needs to be closed.

Something is always missing and then you are looked at like a fraud.

All 3 orders were cold, one with mayo was literally hoped for and my request was answered very rudely and I had to wait a long time, at least for fast food. Worst MCD I've ever been to.

Every time I drive to McDrive here and think okay, it can get any worse, it gets worse and something is always forgotten or done wrong. I actually don't know why I still eat here.

Fries are half filled. I had to go to the cash register to ask for napkins.

Unfortunately not very clean (dirty, greasy tables, leftover food on the floor and dirty toilets that smell strongly of urine). There is also a younger, totally inauthentically friendly lady who underlines her importance by asking customers to hold the payment receipt directly under her nose when picking up their food. That's fine, but the way in which this is done should be carefully reconsidered. I just found it glaring, annoying and unnecessary - this lady would be better suited to being a hygiene officer... That would be a win-win situation 🤔

There are many McDonalds, this one is one of the good ones. Clean ambience, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, there's always an assistant waving a broom or cleaning cloth around, the waiting time is actually always very short. Unfortunately, on our last visit, a new service was introduced, which was very inconvenient at peak times, as there were longer waiting times due to additional complaints (there was usually always an item missing), the person who was supposed to train the new staff did new service, with their harsh sayings, only became more nervous, which also had an impact on the customers. Despite everything, this McDonald is recommended.

Ordered coffee and received cappuccino. When we noticed the error and told the service staff. Were we treated like we were “stupid”. We didn't get any money back. Thank you very much, we won't be coming back.

The staff is ok so far. Unfortunately, the tables here are never clean. This runs through the restaurant. Remains of food and napkins fly around on the floor. I wonder why they don't clean here. I have zero sympathy for the visitors who behave completely wrongly and leave everything behind and can't put their trays away, but it should still be in the interest of the employees to pay attention to cleanliness here. Especially at critical times like the coronavirus.

The restaurant is run by pensioners and the rest of the staff is completely confused, no one knows what to do. The food gets worse every time and is always cold. The tables are dirty and no one cleans them, so my wife and I did that ourselves.

The leadership is very unsympathetic and trumpets their draconian ways. Waiting times tend to be longer than usual.

The staff at the McDonald's are so unbelievably unfriendly and incompetent. I was there and ordered at the machine and then went to the checkout to pay. After 45 minutes!!! I still couldn't pay and the people have already left. When I asked when we could pay and that we had already been waiting 45 minutes+, I was told to wait and be quiet and there were 20 orders all the time. Logical if you only use card payers and drive in. Never again. I don't have to put up with something so outrageous in an MC.

Received the wrong order once again this year. Ordered double royal, got normal one. Since the whole thing was takeout, just checked the number of burgers. Recommendation, also controls the content. Complaint about MCD Munich is ongoing. Let's see if there is a further answer from the branch this time. The restaurant manager answers once and then never again.

The new Bic Mac is much smaller and the sauce recipe has been changed. It just doesn't taste good anymore.

Fast food. Nice ambience. You can order cashless with a number and you can get it quickly. The food is often only lukewarm.

Visiting this McDonald's was more like visiting Jurassic Park, except that in front of the Golden Seagull restaurant, instead of dinosaurs, you could see tons of rats in the wild.

Food ok for McD. However, devices are often defective (milk shake, order terminals) and long waiting times.

Chaos ewig ,aufs essen gewartet

01/01/2024 at around 13:35, ordered a free Mc Sunday I won in the monopoly game. Manager lied about the ice cream being broken while 2 other people just got their ice creams. So now I lost my free ice cream with no compensation.

Also ich habe beobachtet, wie kollegial das Personal miteinander umgeht und da gibt es die ältere Dame. Ich glaube sie kommt aus Bosnien sie ist ein Restaurantleiter . Sie ist mütterlich streng zu ihren jungen Auszubildenden oder Mitarbeitern. Also ich finde diesen McDonald’s sehr sympathisch. Ich hol mir immer Kaffee

Das Fleisch schmeckte besser als beim letzten mal und der Burger sah auch etwas besser aus. Mit den Bildern in der Werbung haben sie aber echt nichts gemein. Da liegen Lichtjahre dazwischen. Die Preise passen schon lange nicht mehr zu diesen Dingern welche MC Burger nennt. Dafür kann man auch woanders besser essen.

3x haben wir in dieser Filiale über Lieferando bestellt und 3x fehlte etwas bei der Bestellung. In dieser Filiale scheint man definitiv nicht in der Lage zu sein eine Bestellung vollständig auszuliefern. Telefonisch ist dann auch keiner zu erreichen. Das Personal dieser Filiale scheint überfordert und völlig inkompetent zu sein. Ich kann definitiv niemanden empfehlen hier zu bestellen.

Wenn man genau guckt ob alles da ust gehts ganz gut auch wenn die Burger "ordentlicher" sein könnten.

Leider - und das muss ich jetzt schreiben - riecht das WC wirklich (um es mal vorsichtig auszudrücken) "schlecht"

Dort kann man gut essen. Schade das ein paar Tische noch verdreckt waren. Auf einen großen Tischen ist ein LCD Bildschirm vorhanden für Kinder zum spielen. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Das Essen war schnell fertig. Saßen keine 5 min zum warten. Ey aber die Toiletten gehen mal garnicht Leute (siehe Bilder) sowas DARF einfach nicht sein das sollten Gastronomen ob FastFood oder nicht sehr deutlich wissen!

Aller Anfang ist schwer. Die ersten Tage war das ein oder andere noch nicht perfekt aber man gibt sich dort wirklich Mühe

Es soll ich sagen dieser MC liegt Verkehrsgünstig ansonsten wie jeder MC.

Ich war sehr positiv überrascht! Die Sauberkeit und der Service stimmten! Ich habe am Bestellterminal meine Bestellung aufgegeben und innerhalb von wenigen Minuten wurde die Bestellung mir zum Tisch gebracht. Die Qualität war sehr gut was man bei McDonald's in der jetzigen Zeit nicht so oft hat. Die Pommes waren sehr heiß und gut gesalzen, der Royal TS war frisch und schmeckte sehr gut. Ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen....

Ein klassischer McDonalds mit einem großen Parkplatz und Drive In. Mitarbeiter sind nett und hilfsbereit.

Trotz slow Food waren die Burger und die Pommes kalt. Das Personal ist unfreundlich. Das Restaurant ist nicht sauber. Überall Essensreste auf Tischen, Bänken und auf dem Boden.

Lange hin und her überlegt wie ich das alles in Worte fassen könnte... ich habe viele Fragen... liegt es an dem Standort, dass jedes Mal nicht ab und an, Nein wirklich jedesmal min 10-15€ an dem bestellten nicht einpackt ? Und selbst wenn man versucht die Bestellung zu kontrollieren, wird man gedrängt weiter zu laufen ... Es ist mega chaotisch und die Mitarbeiter sind meist unfreundlich auch wenn man Ihnen gut gesonnen entgegen tritt.. sehr schade...

Personal sehr überfordert. Es wird sehr unkoordiniert gearbeitet. Klar kann ich den Andrang manchmal verstehen. Aber wenn man was bestellt und man bekommt nur die Hälfte dann ist es wirklich ärgerlich. Statt eine Bestellung nach der anderen vernünftig abzuarbeiten werden 10 Bestellungen gleichzeitig bearbeitet was dort sehr oft zu Chaos führt und Kunden unglücklich macht die noch auf fehlende Sachen warten müssen. Essen... Halt mc Donalds Ambiente... Ich war zu Hause mit dem Essen.

McDonald's in Krefeld im Gewerbegebiet Mevissen bei Roller. Geschmacklich wie überall auf der Welt. Auch hier die gleichen Burger und der gleiche Geschmack. Falls man mal unterwegs ist, hat man immer eine Notfallmöglichkeit wo man hingehen kann. Wie gesagt der Geschmack der Speisen ist überall auf der Welt gleich.

Bepolsterung könnte erneuert werden und es funktionierten nicht alle Theken Monitore für die Bestellung bei meinem Besuch. Das Essen war schnell und heiß

McDonald's halt da gibt es nichts auszusetzen. 🥰

Unorganisierte Filial. Musste schon ein paar Mal sehr lange aufs Essen warten , trotz Vorbestellung und nicht viel Betrieb. Dann kam nur die Hälfte und man wusste nicht mehr , was ich bestellt hatte. Die unterhalten sich gerne miteinander, anstatt zu bedienen.
