Today, after a long time, I went to Burger King. I tell you, never again. Apparently this store makes its money by blatantly ripping off customers. You don't get anything of what you order. You should avoid this shop! An absolute joke.

Waited 30 minutes for 1 burger + fries. Patty was burned. There were plastic bags in the urinals, some of which were filled. Some of the employees were eating in street clothes.

So Burger King usually has good food. Just now, I ordered two menus for myself and my girlfriend. I have to say the burgers were good as always, but the fries were absolutely not tasty, the smell, the taste, some were rock hard. After a few minutes of waiting, he took over, but disappeared again without a word. Minutes later we called in to see if we could see the receipt. It finally became apparent that our order had been taken incorrectly. Ultimately we were asked to pull up and wait again. The food tasted okay, but both the meat and the rolls were partially burnt. There were five micro pieces of lettuce on the Plant Chicken Burger. Last but not least, the ice cream was only half full. Total failure.

The store is filthy and dirty. Whether furniture, floor or windows, everything is dirty. The service was more than catastrophic. Our family order was missing more than half of it, two portions of fries, no drinks at all, ice cream, sauces, the toys in the happy meal. We had to laugh at first, we've never experienced anything like that before. Then the fries and drinks were delivered to us, but as a small portion and not as an XXL menu as ordered. They didn't have any mayo there, no toys either. The store is unbelievable. Just don't go there, BK is simply too expensive for that now.

There is plenty of parking space in front of the door, easily accessible. After ordering, the food is quickly prepared. I think it's very good that the burgers are prepared in the way you're used to with the quality from Burger King. You can't report that about every branch. This second visit was also my last, you don't need this experience! I also rate cleanliness as poor, floor partly. sticky and tables not wiped down. So avoid this branch and leave your money elsewhere.

Unfortunately the shop is very dirty, almost all the tables were dirty...crumbs, leftover sauce etc. stuck to the tables and benches...you lost your appetite 🥴 Some of the employees are also very rude and have no interaction with the customers (no eye contact when speaking, busy with other things at the same time......).

We wanted to give Burger King another chance after a long time, but we could have saved ourselves. Burgers were very carelessly topped and arrived almost cold. Fries and drinks were ok. What wasn't okay is the waiting time, we waited 10-15 minutes for our order since ordering, others do it much faster. Unfortunately, the atmosphere doesn't invite you to come back because there was trash everywhere and the carts weren't emptied, which is probably due to the few employees. Finally, we each ordered an ice cream and had to wait another 10 minutes for it. What's more, the ice cream really didn't taste good because it was simply more Smarties than ice cream. Therefore we really cannot recommend the store.
