I've been there several times. Every time, my order was not processed correctly. Either something was missing or they were the wrong burgers. Despite few customers, the waitresses were severely overwhelmed. A lot definitely has to happen.

Burger King for the first time in years... Cold burgers. Complained. Got the wrong burgers. These were cold too. To do this, I waited for about 15 minutes in the almost empty drive. Staff unfriendly. After so much bad press, how can you still screw it up so badly? Learned nothing. Just close the shop! Never again Burger King.

I ordered food here and it came hours later and was cold and all the burgers were dented and crushed. The lettuce was also super soggy on the burgers. There is plenty of parking space in front of the door, easily accessible. After ordering, the food is quickly prepared. I think it's very good that the burgers are prepared in the way you're used to with the quality from Burger King. You can't report that about every branch.
