Few staff and long waiting times.

Unfortunately, it was cold again. There was nothing going on, and it was still just terrible. I won't be back. Enough for now.

I'm always very satisfied at Burger King. My order is always ready quickly, the staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and they have a large selection of plant-based products that simply taste great!

All food ordered from the vending machine was out of stock, but the staff only informed us of this after completing the order and paying. The outdoor area was heavily littered, the soap dispenser was empty, and the overall decor was very unkempt, and I wouldn't recommend it.

Ordered food via Lieferando. It wasn't delivered. Called several times, but no one answered. ⚠️ Warning: This is a rip-off! ⚠️

I have to say that the food is normally good BUT today I ordered via the app at 3.22pm and waited for an hour until I wondered where the food was, so I looked at the app which only said "being prepared". In the end I had to wait 2 hours 30 minutes for my food until it finally arrived. By that time the buns had turned to bricks, the cheese had gone hard again and the sauce had dried into the buns and I still had to pay the full price because nobody answered the phone when I called. I prefer frozen pizza, next time that happens, if you only have the option of ordering from Burger King then go to MCs or somewhere else instead of ordering. Kind regards <3

Absolutely terrible. Long wait times at the drive-thru and poor customer service. The food tastes absolutely terrible, and orders are often not made correctly; half the order is often missing.

Simply lousy, one star is way too many. I order again and again, and every time my order arrives several hours after I placed it. The food is usually already eaten or sometimes not even there. The food is cold, and you can neither cancel nor track your order. And when you call the restaurant, the staff are so unfriendly.

We ordered online for collection. I think that's always the best test. When I showed him my order number, the absolute helplessness on the employee's face was indescribable. After two minutes of aimless wandering around, he showed me several receipts with different names on them and I chose mine. The employee suddenly stormed out of the restaurant and across the parking lot. Apparently, my order had already started its city tour and left the parking lot with squealing tires. The employee came back into the restaurant and started completely aimlessly at my receipt. I assume that he wanted to try to put the order together again. A few minutes later, two other employees appeared. The tour guides for my order, I assume, and suddenly my food appeared as if by magic. As I checked the order, an employee came out of the store and handed me another bag with the items that were supposedly still missing. This will later turn out to be a nasty trick. This deliberate diversionary tactic... The check should be interrupted so that the remaining missing items aren't noticed. So the bottom line is: 1. Is a simple order via the counter enough? No chance. I mean, my food was already gone when I arrived at the premises! 2. A €60 order, of which a rough estimate of €25 was embezzled by incompetent people for Bürgerking. So cheating and then covering it up is quite a feat! But I won't forget those stupid faces, so it was also funny. XD So thanks and never again....

The intercom has been broken for a long time, and the store is constantly understaffed. Bad. Not recommended.

Unfortunately, our visit wasn't so pleasant. The high chair was sticky, as was the changing mat. I also wasn't told that Daim was empty, so my King Fusion was simply refilled with caramel sauce for €4.09. All in all, not a particularly pleasant visit. :(

Better not give it any stars at all! That was the most unfriendly service I've ever experienced at Burger King. It felt like 40 degrees Celsius in the store, trash cans overflowing, tables greasy and dirty. The food was okay! And there was only one customer sitting outside. How can Burger King tolerate this!? The best part was the service... She probably didn't quite understand my question, and after a long pause, all she said was a tired...huh? That was the last time!!!

Very unfriendly and bitchy employee. The store is absolutely filthy, and there's no soap at the sinks in the restrooms. The store has always had a lot of unfriendly employees, and the managers were never friendly either. This store in Krefeld should finally be closed.

We were there at 11 a.m. on a Saturday. The fries were cold, the staff seemed annoyed, and preferred playing on their phones to serving us. Upon entering, the place smelled of toilet cleaner. Apparently, they significantly overdose on the cleaning agent. We had to wear a jacket while eating because the place was so cold. Maybe just a snapshot, but it's more than annoying for the price you pay for cold food.

Unfortunately, the worst and slowest Burger King I've ever seen. The fries were soggy, and the chili cheese nuggets weren't crispy. Unfortunately, the food was really bad here, even though it wasn't busy.

Disaster! It took two hours for the food to arrive. The food was cold. I ordered at 10:25 PM, and it didn't arrive until 12:30 AM. I'm definitely not ordering from there again – at least not through Lieferando!

First of all, I would like to give a big shout out to the young people who are doing a good job, they are currently understaffed but they are still working as quickly as possible. You also have to keep in mind that they eat at the same time for the kitchen and for deliveries, so I eat almost every day, it's always delicious. You work there voluntarily for a day and then you're welcome to judge it again. Give it to her and make improvements, but what can you do when there aren't a lot of people to choose from

Sorry guys, that's not possible, very dirty, extremely long waiting time even though the shop is empty, the waitress cleans the floor, 2 minutes later burgers, without washing your hands. Burgers were cold, no salad on them, etc. Again. Unfortunately, there are more and more BurgerKings like this, which was a shame for my favorite citizen.

I stood in the drive for 45 minutes and had 3 other cars in front of me. The fact that the lady couldn't use the card reader didn't make it any better.

I just went there and was looking forward to an uncomplicated BigKingXXL... what could go wrong... When I unpacked them at home, the cheese slices weren't even remotely warm... went there again and asked for my money back... I've known the shop since it opened about 25 years ago... You really can't give up anymore.

As if it wasn't enough that my order was late, my food was cold and my order was wrong. Unfortunately I was disappointed! The product and the quantity offered are too expensive for the price.

You don't have high expectations for a store like this anyway - but you managed to exceed even those. 30 minutes waiting time for a burger and six nuggets, and that in a completely empty store. That's not bad performance, that's refusing to work. Thanks for this prime example of what customer service doesn't look like.

Under no circumstances should you have it delivered, at least not via Lieferando! Ordered a delivery at 5:45 p.m. for 7:20 p.m., paid with a credit card (money is gone for now), from 8 p.m. onwards I tried to reach the “restaurant” by phone… no chance, no one picked up. The food came at 8:35 p.m. - I had already gone to the kebab shop and sent it back - AND THEN IT WASN'T EVEN COMPLETE. You can get the burgers somewhere else...! If you can't deliver an order placed 90 minutes in advance at least within an hour (and that's really... the minimum!), you shouldn't offer a delivery service. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the quality of the food - which I actually like from BK.

This store is just terrible. Employee totally overwhelmed and yells at me because the terminal at the front doesn't work. Food was cold. And that with 5 guests… not recommended and I will never eat there again…

About 20 minutes ago I ordered a menu consisting of krispychicke and extralong chillichees. I was able to enjoy everything except the extra long chillicheese. I lost my appetite and unfortunately it ended up in the trash because the chilli was simply left out. Thank you very much, 14 euros and your appetite gone

Ordering took a long time and ended up being wrong. Among other things, I also ordered a large cappuccino and received a small cappuccino.

I don't expect too much. But this Burger King isn't particularly good even by comparison. I ordered a drink in a deposit cup – unfortunately, I got a disposable one. When I wanted at least the €2 deposit back, I had to wait until the team leader arrived. She then gave me the €2 without a friendly word or even an "excuse the inconvenience." That could have been done much more politely.

After 75 minutes the food was delivered, paid in cash and a burger was missing. Called at June 20th and was informed that it would be delivered soon. Now at 9:39 p.m. the missing burger is still not there. It's really unbelievable and tomorrow I'll make the effort and get my money back!

This evening I ordered to my home from the BurgerKing on Alte Gladbacher Straße. After 120 minutes of delivery, about half of my order made it to me, but no one knows where the rest went. To my regret, the food that made it to me was also cold. In my experience today, it is advisable to eat locally if possible or to avoid such franchise stores. I paid my dues for today and hopefully learned from it 😅

I was there three times and was disappointed three times. The burgers were freshly prepared but very unhygienically (I could observe), I could hardly find the ingredients on the burgers. The waiting time was also too long even though there weren't many customers. Absolutely the worst Burger King in Germany in my opinion. I live around the corner and will never go there again.

Disastrous, it's not possible to get something to eat quickly! In the drive in there were two cars in front of me and there wasn't much going on inside either. Still, it took 45 minutes until I got my order. And anyone who expected something fresh and hot will also be disappointed. Lukewarm is best with a lot of good will. Sure, the right order wasn't in the bag either. All together, everything went wrong. Of course not a word of apology or regret. But you get a stomach ache for free.

We had ordered a burger with an extra patty, which was apparently forgotten. When asked, they apparently simply added something that wasn't so dark. We had ordered and paid for recup cups, but received normal cups. When we asked, we at least got the money back. We had to hand in the receipt, otherwise I would have conveyed our impressions this way. The burgers were warm, didn't seem fresh except for the greens, and the fries were hard and almost cold. The tables were dirty, there was a pile of napkins in front of the counter that was probably supposed to absorb something. We checked on our advice, but nothing else happened. I hadn't been here for a long time and was actually looking forward to the food. I am now served for a long time.

First of all, the food arrived cold, then it was the wrong burger, the wrong sauce, the fries were a lump, absolutely inedible. Then I called Burger King, (the driver was gone for 5 minutes) they would send the driver back and he would take the order and give me the money back... nope, an hour later and still no one was there. Called, the driver is coming now, has delivered orders. Half an hour later, my cell phone number can no longer be answered, but my landline number does, the driver has to work and bad luck. Impossible behavior, definitely 0 recommended.

Good stars only for the plant based patties. I had it delivered. Delivery times are very long, no matter what day and time, could be improved. And also the quality of the burgers (fresh salad on the burgers and reasonable sauce on them). Otherwise OK and doable.

I gave the restaurant another chance last week after a break of a few years. Unfortunately this was in vain. After the first process, cold burgers and overwhelmed and unfriendly staff. For just under €30, I think as a restaurateur I can expect a little more from a fast food joint than what is offered here. Then it's better to avoid it.

Food cold, drinks warm, fries without salt. Parts of the order were missing, the service doesn't speak German. Broken toilets, feces and vomit everywhere you look. Not again.

I was with you 4 days ago and was there for the last time so I've already seen a lot but that was a huge disaster. I ordered 3 mystery citizens and 1 beef tortila so 1. The mystery citizens should be trained again on what mystery means because I was asked what I would like as a citizen. And when I got it, if you had given it to me unprepared I would have had more savings. The citizens were ice cold and weren't even really ready. With the tortila the wrap was completely wrong, no lettuce, tomatoes, nothing. When I confronted them, they just said yes, don't understand and just left then the branch manager came and asked them to make something new and bang same problem cold burger and wait time of 10 minutes really works for you.

The food is really delicious, but in my opinion it is not possible that the restaurant cannot be reached if you have any questions about delivery. In our case, I tried to reach the relevant restaurant an hour after the original delivery. I called 7 times until it automatically hung up. Another hour later the doorbell rings from the supplier. Sorry, that doesn't work at all. Of course I didn't accept the delivery because I had other supplies for us.

Ordered food for 18 Euros got 10 Euros worth of different food. Less worth and Not the good i ordered when i tried to call i was ignored. I ordered chilly cheese nuggets and long chicken for 18 euros. I got chicken nuggets and that was it. When I tried to report the error, they received my calls around 12:45 a.m. Not the first time that you have been cheated out of your money at Burger King Krefeld.

I've never eaten in such a dirty Burger King. My husband and I were the only customers (around 11 a.m.), which doesn't surprise me now. Nevertheless, some tables were still dirty. We don't even need to talk about the toilets!!!! You can see a "BigKing" in the photo. Really ridiculous! It's new to me that a BigKing only contains a whole + half a slice of meat and extremely dry, huge onions. Even the Long Chicken just looked slapped on. Never this store again! Sorry, but even one star is too many!

I ordered food here and it came hours later and was cold and all the burgers were dented and crushed. The lettuce was also super soggy on the burgers. So all in all, an unpleasant result for the money. Every time there was something wrong with the order and now it's just gotten to the point where I'll never order anything there again.

Absolute disaster. I've gotten food there twice now. The service is bad and the burgers are subpar. The burger is ice cold and the bread wasn't toasted either.
