I don't understand the comments. Unfortunately, it can happen that it takes a little longer or you don't like something, but then you can always call the store and complain. We've ordered there several times and never had any problems. I also ordered pasta with salmon recently; it was delicious. I'd happily order again!

For the first time ever, I am so disappointed with the delivery. The delivery person didn't ring my doorbell and then called me to pick up my food from outside the front door because he was on the third floor and I didn't open the door. But he didn't ring my doorbell and if someone is in the hallway, you can't hear them unless you ring the bell! Then the delivery person called and said he would leave my food outside the door because I didn't open the door and he wouldn't come back up the stairs. I asked him why he didn't call when he was upstairs or ring the bell or knock, and his answer was: it's as if I take my cell phone with me and knock on doors or ring the bell!!! I've never had such problems with XPO. The driver yelled at me so much even though he didn't ring my doorbell.

We order there often, and the food is ALWAYS really good and tastes absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the Real Madrid Pizza; it's the best pizza! It's very tasty, and the delivery people are always super nice :)

Had to wait a long time, my colleagues had already eaten, their delivery was very quick and there was a lot of food for the money. I have eaten much better. However, it must have been very busy there. Very positive: the food was still very hot and the delivery person was very friendly and the boss or employee when I asked where my food was. He was very friendly and apologized that it was taking longer due to the high volume. I can't comment on the atmosphere as I had it delivered.

Top-notch service. They always cater to your needs. The fastest delivery service; I've never waited longer than 30 minutes. The quality is always consistently good. Great store, good food, friendly service.

I've ordered from here several times, and the value for money is simply unbeatable. The pizza bears almost no resemblance to a traditional Italian pizza, but it doesn't have to. The pizza is large, well-topped, and tastes excellent. Plus, delivery is always very fast. The last time I ordered was on a Sunday afternoon, and the pizza arrived in 12 minutes! I was completely confused when the doorbell rang. I've never had a problem with the shop, I've always been satisfied. I can't find any criticism here; all in all, it gives it 5 out of 5.

Rarely have I eaten such bad food. Mini spring rolls consisted of 90% breading and the noodles with beef were inedible, noodles totally overcooked and had no taste!

I don't know what overheated fever dream happened in the kitchen, but that "wrap" was a culinary crime on every level. Dry, tough like an old eraser and tasting somewhere between cardboard and desperation. And then came the carbonara. What the hell was that? A greasy puddle of cream, some puny pasta that had apparently been tortured in the microwave, and ham that was so limp that for a moment I thought it was going to run off again like the pig itself. If that's supposed to be a carbonara, then a frozen pizza is a 5 star menu with a side dish. The whole thing destroyed not only my appetite, but also my trust in humanity. Whoever serves this should get an international arrest warrant from the culinary police. Never again. Not even in nuclear winter.

I ordered 8 pizzas there today. The pizzas were disgusting and my son vomited after eating them. None of us could finish the pizza. 70€ thrown in the trash. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't order pizza here. The health department will definitely be notified!!!!!

Hello. I can't recommend the pizza, it's not baked. It's sour and really not good.

By far the worst food I've ever ordered or eaten in Krefeld! Almost €13.00 for a gyro box with ribs. 3 ribs, a handful of gyros, and 2-3 cevapcici. Gyros NEVER come off a skewer (more like pan-fried gyros). This is simply a rip-off (and yes, I could count the individual products, there were so few of them). The fries were also only a small portion, so you can't really go wrong (thanks for that). The pizza rolls are simply disgusting. Imitation cheese is all well and good, many other suppliers use it too. But this was simply disgusting, as if it was cooked through on the outside and raw on the inside. The best part was actually the pre-packaged salad (a big thank you to the manufacturer who apparently makes this). Service was at least good, a really super nice delivery person. But the food was simply an unbelievable disgrace, they should be sued for fraud. NEVER AGAIN! A little over €30 poorer and one experience richer.

On carnival Saturday I ordered from my neighbor there and then carnival was over for me the gyro plate plus stuffed rolls with cheese the fries were half raw which is why I didn't eat them the gyros weren't that great either but because I hadn't eaten anything until then I ate them that night I woke up with a really extreme stomach ache and then I couldn't get out of the toilet for a few days either it came from the bottom or the top so I won't eat any more of the stuffed ones I also threw away pizza rolls because they were burned on the outside and not on the inside. Sorry, there is no good rating from me. I only clicked on the stars because otherwise I can't post the post

Unfortunately, they used regular spaghetti for fried noodles, the fried rice was slightly burnt, the peanut sauce lacked consistency and was not a hit in terms of flavor, the duck and chicken were very dry, and the crust was sometimes mushy and sometimes hard as rocks, but the food was hot. We've had worse in Krefeld.

At least it's close to the university and the pizza is edible

I have no idea how they manage to make the pizza cheese almost burnt on the outside and runny on the inside. For my taste, it's more disgusting than delicious. I have to say the pizza looks good, but looks are deceiving. The delivery people were all nice and friendly. I ordered three dishes, one of which was edible, and the rest was trash. A big thank you to the idiot on the morning shift. Telecommunications were also nonexistent.

Unbelievable! We waited almost two hours. Paid €40 for COLD FOOD, COLD FRIES, AND PORK RIBS YOU COULDN'T EVEN EAT! The kids are so sad, and now we have to order somewhere else so we can get something to eat. When we called and asked, they said the manager left early. The staff couldn't manage. A €10 voucher or another hour of waiting for a new order... NEVER AGAIN!!

We ordered this twice, and this time it was probably the last time. The food arrived after two hours. The driver replied, "I just saw it." The fries were rubbery and cold... the gyro had hollandaise sauce (it was cream sauce), the pizza rolls were still raw in the middle... and the burger buns were burnt. Extremely disappointed.

Pizza was delivered with ham even though vegetarian was ordered!!

Not recommended. Totally disorganized. Order still not arrived after 2 hours. When I inquired, I was told the order was lost. Not normal. Delivery received, partially charred!!!!!

I have to say, I haven't experienced such good pizza and such excellent service as at Pizza xpo in a long time. They were quick to reach by phone, and my order arrived within 20 minutes. Therefore, I give them a 5 out of 5.

My girlfriend and I ordered pizza from XPO yesterday (November 4th, 2024) via Lieferando. The delivery of the food took place exactly as Lieferando had told us. Unfortunately we didn't get what we ordered because the sauce in one of our dishes wasn't what it should have been and my friend's gyro wasn't well, I would say, processed. In addition, the fries weren't that good either. We then called XPO and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. I have rarely experienced such friendliness and customer focus as here. Our "problem" was taken seriously and we were immediately offered that we could get new food if we still wanted. In any case, we gave it another chance and picked something new. Within a very short time the food arrived and it was great. No problems, no nothing. I give Xpo 4 stars here because of: Customer focus Customer service Critical ability And kindness. Conclusion: We would be happy to order from XPO again. In addition, everyone should be given the opportunity for a second chance. Greetings

We order there often. Today we tried Jägerschnitzel and a large spring roll. Unfortunately, by Jägerschnitzel I mean something different... the sauce was probably more of a Chinese sweet and sour sauce with a few mushrooms... unfortunately not recommended. We thought the spring roll was 100 times better

Pizza is really good. You can hardly eat the rest. Chinese is often tasteless. The worst was a Jägerschnitzel. It was simply a gypsy schnitzel mixed with canned mushrooms. Super sour and almost inedible.

Unfortunately, the pizza wasn't that hot anymore, but the ingredients were fresh and tasty. Supplier was nice too.

I called there after 1 1/2 hours because my order hadn't arrived. Unfortunately I was informed that it was on the way and I waited another 20 minutes. Although it is 6 minutes away by car... Unfortunately the food was cold and therefore really didn't taste good. The sauce we ordered was so little that it wasn't even enough for a plate. It's a shame because I actually liked ordering from there...

So... got screwed by XPO again today. Order was repeatedly not delivered. Yes... you try, but you don't succeed. XPO used to be a good and reliable delivery service, but today none of that exists. Just embarrassing... Do something else... After 90 minutes, the driver answers, obviously without any local knowledge, and asks for the address, which has been known to XPO for many years. To clarify the matter, you then call XPO and are insulted because of a legitimate complaint. You can't judge what's going on because of the European Championships. Of course, we understand that, but not for the repeated failures of this company. I have drawn my conclusions from this and will no longer take XPO into account when placing orders. The order was placed under the name Kaeten Rustemeier and the address was also confirmed by them over the phone...listed with them for years and the name was also mentioned in the subsequent phone call! Your answer allows further conclusions to be drawn about your business practices. Lying your way out is extremely embarrassing...

Ordered food last night and it was delivered within the specified time, so far so good. Unfortunately, we discovered that one of the things we ordered was wrong and we reported this by phone and the correct dish was to be delivered later. Unfortunately, the dish we promised afterwards didn't arrive and the shop was already closed. Unfortunately, I don't understand how, after the promise, nothing was delivered in the end.

We have ordered here a few times in the past year to have food delivered to us. Overall we are satisfied. The pizza has a very tasty dough and is not baked to death like some others, but deliciously juicy. The pasta and corresponding sauce are also delicious, as are the filled pizza rolls. As for the topping, there is enough cheese (very tasty). Other toppings are also okay in terms of quantity. But you notice a lot of savings on meat (probably because of the price) - sometimes you have to look for the meat on the pizza :/ We also ordered fried noodles once. They were quite small in terms of portion size and also not our taste at all. We haven't had any other dishes such as fries, gyros or schnitzel etc. and can't say anything about them. Otherwise we are satisfied. The delivery time was mostly okay. And the drivers are friendly. Overall, a recommendation and the price/performance ratio is okay. Deduction for the small amount of meat on the pizza. If that changed I would increase it to 5 stars.

I ordered tomato mozzarella salad but got a completely different one with fish, ham and egg inside. It's good if you don't eat meat.

Hab heute über Lieferando bestellt. Essen kam dann nach ca 3 Stunden, und mehrfachem nachfragen an. Mein gebratenen Reis mit entenfleisch war nur lauwarm, fast schon kalt und die Xhicken Nuggets kalt und labrig. Werd nie wieder da bestellen

Sind super zufrieden mit dem Service, sehr leckeres Essen, das beste Champion Schnitzel was ich bisher in krefeld gegessen habe.

Wir haben 3 Gyros Gerichte bestellt. Einmal Gyros mit Pommes, Zwiebeln und tzaziki und zwei mal Gyros mit pommes und hollandaise. Geliefert wurde aufgewärmte pappige Pommes und aus Gyros wurde ein speckiges Schnitzel was mit hollandaise und Käse überzogen wurde würde gerne 0 Sterne dafür geben und das für 46,- Euro haben anscheinend den Letzten Rest bekommen echt schade obwohl wir die Pizza mal dort sehr gerne gegessen hatten so kann man sich leider darin täuschen...! Nie wieder..

Stornieren über ubereats eine Bestellung von sich aus behaupten dann über über eats wir hätten storniert liefern dann aber die Ware trotzdem aus kassieren das Bargeld und wir sollen über über eats die das Konto eingeschränkt haben den Betrag nochmal bezahlen weil wir ja angeblich storniert haben ...wie nennt man sowas xpo****

Normalerweise echt alles top bei euch, aber diesmal hab ich online bestellt und statt Mozzarella sticks calamares oderso bekommen sowie statt Mini Frühlingsrollen eine große:( . Die Frühlingsrolle ist auch kein Problem gewesen aber das mit den mozarella sticks ist halt schon echt doof,da bleibe ich beim nächsten mal doch lieber bei der Pizza.

Ich muss jetzt mal, nach mehreren Bestellvorgängen, eine und zwar gute Rezension schreiben. Wenn es geht, würde ich 10 von 5 Sternen geben! Das Essen schmeckt, die Lieferung kommt immer schneller als angegeben. Es ist immer heiß, wenn es ankommt und nichts verbrannt, verkohlt o.ä. Die Vielfalt, lässt auch nicht zu wünschen übrig. Alles in allem zu empfehlen!!!

Hallo ich hatte viel zu schnell eine schlechte Rezeptionen abgegeben die Lieferzeit war wirklich 2 Stunden lang. Wir haben von dem Namen meines Freundes bestellt. Aber das Essen war trotzdem sehr lecker.

Besuche den Laden seit dem der neue Inhaber da ist. Ich muss sagen sehr nette Mitarbeiter, danke dafür ! :) Des Weiteren ist das Essen immer lecker und das wichtigste für mich ist , dass man einen sogenannten „Helal-Messer“ hat :) !! Sprich auf Nachfrage wird das Essen mit separatem Geschirr bzw.Messer welche kein Kontakt mit Schweinefleisch hatten zubereitet ! Musste ich hier unbedingt erwähnen weil viele kein Rücksicht darauf nehmen :)

Als Stammkunde kann ich sagen, Essen immer Prima ,sehr lecker, Qualität gleichbleibend Top!

Sehr leckere Gerichte bestelle schon sehr lange da und war bis jetzt immer zufrieden.. Sollte mal etwas falsch gewesen sein haben die sich sofort drum gekümmert und schnellstmöglich nachgeliefert.

Ich war dort gerade essen. Es war sehr lecker. Es sind alle freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Steak war super und der Salat sehr lecker. Gerne komme ich jetzt öfters. Seit dem 01.08.2022 ist ein neuer Besitzer dort.

Ich mag diese 🍕 Pizzaria Echt Lecker 👍

Wir haben heute ein Abendessen für uns dort bestellt weil unsere Stammpizzeria zu hat. Wir bestellten Vorspeisen, Pizza, Pasta und eine Kids Box. Die Speisekarte ist sehr groß und beinhaltet neben Pizza und Pasta auch asiatische Gerichte sowie Salate, Burger und Baguettes. Unser Essen kam nach etwas mehr als einer Stunde. Die Pasta wahr "ganz ok!" lt der Dame die sie verspeiste. DieKids Box beinhaltete ein Spiel von Ravensburger, 92,3 g Pommes die nur anfrittiert waren und ganze 3 Hähnchen Nuggets. Diese bestanden aus ca.0,5mm Formfleisch in geschmackloser Panade.Die Wan Tan waren Conveniance, lediglich die Sauce war geschmacklich ok. Ich hatte eine Pizza Frutti di Mare,28cm für 5,70€. Die Pizza hatte die Form eines Footballs und durch einen Gitterbandofen gegart (deutlich am Muster des Pizzabodens zu erkennen. Die 7 Extra Oliven lies man sich mit 0,10€ je Olive bezahlen. Es fanden sich sehr unregelmäßig 4 Mini-Kraken, etwa 10 Tintenfischringe in Eheringgröße und 3 Muscheln auf der Pizza. Oregano fehlte ebenso wie Knoblauch. Der Boden war weich und geschmacklos und ihm fehlten gut 3 Minuten. Die Meeresfrüchte hingegen waren steinhart vertrocknet und nicht essbar. Ein absolutes Disaster! Vor gut 1,5 Jahren habe ich dort schon einmal gegessen. Damals war das Essen deutlich besser. Ich habe bereits mehrfach in meiner StammPizza Frutti di Mare gegessen. Noch nie habe ich Probleme gehabt. Diesmal habe ich sehr heftig reagiert! Ich musste Allergie Tabletten nehmen weil ich dicke Quaddeln und starkes Jucken bekam. Diese Bude ist wahrlich nicht zu empfehlen.
