Ordered at the machine, didn't get a receipt with confirmation. The staff informed that it should be taken care of, but it was not implemented. The guests after us had the same problem. Unfortunately there was no chance of anything else missing at the table without the receipt. Long waiting times, for us it was about 50 minutes despite the low level of activity, others had already waited before us and were still standing after we left.

Eating takes forever even though there is no business. The toilets are very dirty. Has gotten significantly worse over the years.

The waiting time in the drive-in is such a catastrophe, you can really understand why most people drive to the competition when I could make my own food quicker in that time

We were there on a Friday evening, it was quite busy but there were few staff or only one person at the checkout. When we had ordered and we had already waited 10 minutes, we were informed that our chicken pieces needed another 20 minutes Conclusion: we asked for our money back and went somewhere else

Today we were there for dinner. Despite the failure of an oven to prepare the chicken pieces, the team reacted calmly and courteously. Although we had a longer waiting time, I was happy to accept that. We haven't had anything like what happened there in the last 10 years. The most important thing is that it tasted good again. I just had to write this review. KFC is a chain, so I thought the food was the same in every branch. 2 points in advance: - kfc in America, England or Saudi Arabia tastes really good and is no comparison to kfc in Germany - and still I think kfc in DE was even better 5-10 years ago than it is now... But this place had really, really good chicken!! I can definitely recommend this branch.

Never again, the employees are so rude, they can hardly speak German and as soon as you say something they almost finish you off out of nowhere, the foreman is trying to get his compatriots to get the news... he says something in his language that I don't understand, How outrageous, I have nothing against people who speak a foreign language, it's just that that's not acceptable in front of the customers!!!!!!

The worst KFC I've ever been to, terrible food, soft and cold chips that looked like they were made 2 days ago. first, dirty environment and staff minding their own business. Continue to stay open just because of good location...will try the McDonald's across the street

Typical KFC store, nothing special to be mentioned related to the food served. The good thing is that the restaurant is excellently accessible from the nearby motorway. However, with relation to the hygiene in the washrooms, this is a different story. Both urinals in the men's room were blocked and overflowing from urine. On my complaint to the personal, only a chair was positioned in front of the door to block access. However, nothing else was done. People were climbing over it to get inside what is another security issue. Disgusting at all, never again.

This KFC won't see me anymore. Waiting 15 minutes for my food, the employees don't wash their hands after wiping the table and go straight back to eating. The meat was totally dry and not really warm

Very dirty, two bags of potatoes were not included in our order. The chicken was placed with bare hands. Unsanitary conditions! The staff is not polite!

The technology didn't work, we didn't get a pickup receipt and the display of which number was currently being processed and was ready wasn't up to date. We still got our food after a very long wait. The staff spoke better English than German, was friendly but overwhelmed. The shop was dingy to dirty. And the food was okay to good, but too expensive compared to other fast food chains.

3 items were missing... from 3 menus

Do not come to this place. You will wait for your food for more than an hour just to get 1 order. This place sucks!

After reading all the reviews, I can only confirm this. We came in with our dog (we were on holiday in several KFCs with a dog) were only going to pick up something, but were told in a nasty way that the dog was not allowed in, ok That's possible, but that's the way it is done. I just waited outside, actually I wanted to go to the Mac next door, if only we had done that, fries were cold and limp and the chicken wasn't great either, the puree had no taste either. Staff could sometimes take a course in guest orientation!! Kfc one point from the Netherlands!! ☹️

Terribly dirty! Don't eat here if you care about your health. Told the workers that this is not normal but they just laughed and said they are trying to accomplish a world record most disgusting kfc.

Unfortunately too few staff, often wrong food. We ordered fries and mashed potatoes and received coleslaw instead of fries - without any information. After realizing the error, we drove back and asked what went wrong with our order. The employee replied that the fries were out, so we received a coleslaw instead - we would have liked to have had the choice of which product we received instead of the fries.

Good food, clean toilets. The drink dispenser was sticky that day and drinks spilled everywhere.

The staff was friendly and the order came quickly. Afterwards, I discovered that there was no soap dispenser in the toilet, not even a spare bottle, which might explain why I was drinking my heart out for two days 18 hours later. All the fun cost me €30 (right?). But at least I was on sick leave for two days and the bites were really tasty, hence 2 stars!

The place was really dirty and disgusting, the doors were broken, there was a door missing, there were mice outside and of course it was dirty outside, the toilets were dirty and it smelled like kaka and the employees weren't friendly Really not recommended

A series of disasters. Heaps of orders, the staff stands around and can't process the order because there are no trays available. After waiting for 3 quarters of an hour, I asked for my money back. Never go there again.

The printers at the ordering terminal were empty, so you didn't get a receipt and didn't know your order number. Advice to the staff was ignored. The table we sat at was totally sticky. Where you get drinks the whole floor is wet and sticky. The container where straws and servings are full of crumbs. So when it comes to cleanliness, this branch leaves a lot to be desired and the staff are not all friendly, no smiles, no hello, it seems like they don't want to do their job.

This was one of the worst KFCs I've ever visited. The service was an absolute disaster, they were more concerned with themselves than with the customers.

I don't know exactly what to say, let's come over and take something to eat, the chicken was totally dry, the citizen tasted like plastic, the coleslaw wasn't anymore either, I know you can do it better, take a look at the things that have been lying around for more than hours throws away

Unfortunately, not everything we ordered was hot. The employees at the checkout seemed a bit demotivated. But the meal was good overall. Prices cheap. Restaurant was clean.

Never again at the drive counter, it took over twenty minutes with three cars and when it was my turn I was told that my product still had to be freshly prepared and that it would take another five to eight minutes when I asked for my money back The cashier was really cheeky and told me never to come back and gave me all my money back in small coins. Extremely expensive! A small squashed burger for ~7€, then the fries were old, cold and without salt. It's just not worth the money, what a shame!

The staff is friendly and always trying hard. Unfortunately, the "goods ready for collection - monitor" is not being operated. So in the full, hot and quite loud room I was only able to take my order after about 25 minutes when I asked. The employee tried to explain to me that he had probably called my order number several times, but I didn't respond. If you don't hear anything, you can't react... . It won't happen to me again.

07/14/24 I will never set foot in there again. The food itself is not great. What bothers me the most, however, is that I ordered a Pepsi and the only thing that came out of the dispenser was water. The cashier noticed this and called to the back, “Have you refilled your Pepsi?” Then I thought, okay, it'll be filled up soon, then I'll drink water as long as it lasts, but nothing was, nothing was refilled, not even an apology that it was empty. Never again!

If there are no more fries at 7:30 PM on the weekend. Then that is bad preparation. And then they wanted to offer us a jar of mayonnaise instead. Because you don't get money back. What are you with sauce without fries!!!

There was no soap in the women's toilet. I told the person in charge, but he said there was no soap. How can there be no soap available in a catering establishment!!

After waiting for over 5 minutes at the drive counter, the employee didn't answer and we went to the bakery opposite, which is recommended.

Wanted to eat something and use the toilet as part of a charging stop at KFC. Unfortunately the entire toilet area was a disaster. Toilet clogged, not functional, no paper towels, but the entire wash basin was contaminated with paper towels, I didn't use the toilet or eat anything there.

There's really nothing positive about this branch, ok... maybe the location right on the A3 (will probably be the reason why there are still customers there at all. Bad quality (burgers completely cold and some already rancid (salad). The operator at the drive counter was definitely the colleague who spoke German best (note the irony) Price policy is ridiculous anyway (21 € for 6 pieces of chicken, half of them small thighs and both versions 50% breading 50% meat It was actually only there because the card payment at the MC opposite was broken. I will definitely never go there again.

Ordering was only possible over the counter as all terminals were offline. The employee behind the counter was not amused! Eating took an unusually long time for a fast food restaurant, but the fries were cold! We had to eat the chicken wings straight away in the restaurant because we had to wait for the new fries. They were then given to us, even upon request, after 15 minutes, when we had basically already finished eating. No apology, no explanation, just nothing! We then went to McDonald's opposite with the children! There was the usual good quality and smiles from the employees. NEVER AGAIN KFC !n

Hello KFC, after I only received a standard answer to my polite customer inquiry, I have to clarify this again: 1. Ordering at the terminal was not possible due to a defect - the employee then became very annoyed when taking the order 2. Waiting 15 minutes for chicken nuggets, 2 burgers and large fries 3. Fries were cold - went back - waited another 10 minutes - this time fries were almost burnt, but at least warm 4. The nuggets were so small and so over-fried that the taste of meat could no longer be tasted The burgers were good, the customer service was terrible, the cleanliness of the dining room was poor, and the service behind the counter was disgraceful. The customer service on the Internet is so bad, incompetent and superficial that I should write another 10 lines about it! Since there is an MC Donalds next door, I will never eat at your place with my family again. Thank you for this unique experience!

Me and my friend actually really enjoy eating at KFC, but unfortunately the one near us (Limburg) is and has never been very good... It was finally renovated, which unfortunately doesn't change the cleanliness. Tables are almost always extremely dirty, the drinks station apparently only gets cleaned when it closes and the floor might need to be swept every now and then while it's still in operation. The staff is often overwhelmed and overworked. If the whole store is full but there is only one poor employee at the front and maybe 3 in the kitchen, you can imagine that they are not in a good mood and are always taking it out on the customer. I work in the customer area myself so I feel for them. I could also be annoyed by incorrect orders, which happen 50% of the time. The staff gets quite rude when you talk to them, but as I said, I don't want to blame the sellers at all, they're simply far too understaffed most of the time. Anyways, long story short. Maybe prioritize staff training, hire more staff and think about English training for those who are taking a detour from the long motorway journey ;)

The toilet was clean and the sauce (originally packaged) was very tasty. And that was it. The outdoor area is unkempt and overgrown. Everything was tasteless… it all tasted like nothing or like water. The drinks were paid for by the guests and only air came out of the dispenser. After complaining about this, a half-full cup of worthless something was put there. Just sad 😞 It's a shame about every cent that was spent...

The employee simply poured old goods onto the new goods and resold them. The machines beep because they have some defects. I consider it impossible to sell the “old” dishes as “new”.
