Everything good, clean inside and fast service

Actually it was perfect. We were here in the late afternoon and it wasn't too crowded. There were enough parking spaces in front of the door. Since this restaurant is right next to the A3, it is ideal for a stopover. The food was prepared quickly and was flawless. We were able to observe that an employee was cleaning the tables and the floor that had just become free. The toilets were also sparkling clean.

I like eating kfc. The product is always as good as it should be.

After a year I was back again. Ok now finally for the last time. The store still looked bad, there was stuff everywhere. Ordered online. Put HotWings and normal parts together. Class. 50% of the normal chicken parts order was missing. Because he didn't understand the position of 2 chicken pieces twice. Now go back again? Chicken wings are cold and consist of 80% breading. Fries disgustingly greasy. And 33.00 euros for that? A joke.

So I told my boy to please stop asking me about KFC! The one in Limburg is soooo disgusting! Again! The man behind the counter has ultra greasy hair on the power supply. And I'm sure people here don't wash their hands after using the toilet! 🤢 So yes, everyone has a different standard! But that should be stipulated by law so that there are certain rules in the restaurant!

On the way back home from vacation, my vacation group and I were hungry. After we were excited about the vegetarian options at KFC, we went out to Limburg. The first thing we noticed was the tense atmosphere in the restaurant. A general dissatisfaction among the guests was immediately noticeable. We approached the terminals to order our food only to discover that any vegetarian versions of the popular dishes were priced at an exorbitant rate. After consulting with the staff, there wasn't a single one of the many coupons for the vegetarian versions... This caused enormous disappointment in our group. Because from all other establishments we are used to offering environmentally friendly food at a reduced price. After all, KFC also uses Tesla chargers to promote more environmentally friendly mobility. So why not when eating too? Then it was the vegetarian bucket for us, which was then brought to the table by the service-oriented staff. Finally, we would like to express our clear wish that in the future more environmentally friendly dishes will be linked to financial incentives for guests.

All of the six order terminals were switched on, but two were deactivated, so we had to stand around and wait in the full store. Two other terminals did not have paper to print the receipt (which is required to pay at the checkout when paying in cash) after the order was completed. Of course, only after I had twice looked for our order for three people in the confusing menu... Then we had enough. McDonalds was happy...

Food was quick, hot, service friendly

Good simple KFC, what you expect.... Good, quick and tasty food. A few of the machines weren't 100% functional but the food was good. Good for a quick break from the highway. There are also a number of Tesla Super Chargers in the parking lot for electric car drivers.

I got the wrong burger and after I told the staff, it was difficult to have a conversation with them anyway because of their lack of knowledge of German. They were like “yeah, that’s the right one”. I thought to myself ok, maybe I'm stupid. I typed my burger into Google and a completely different one came up.

The employees are rude and slow, the waiting times are sometimes endless and the food is often cold when it arrives after a 20-30 minute wait. Plus a price that makes it quicker to drive home and cook yourself. Products are often not available, but you will usually receive information about them, if at all, only when the rest of the order has already been put together. All in all, an unpleasant experience and not recommended. There is a McDonald's right next door, which is much more reliable and cheaper, and therefore better suited for quick hunger.

Sorry, gutes Personal ist leider schwer zu finden. Ich bin selber Dienstleister. Leider kann ich die Filiale in Limburg nicht weiterempfehlen...

Food was lukewarm, chicken bites weren't even crispy anymore. Corn with butter was served without butter, fries were soft and not fresh. The cleanliness of the tables and floor left something to be desired and ALL urinals in the men's toilet were out of order and covered. You don't have to eat there.

After a ten-hour drive from Austria, we were craving the Zinger Burger from KFC and the KFC branch, located directly at the Limburg-Süd motorway junction, came towards us. Very rude when dealing with guests who come with dogs. They say it's not allowed but it's not signposted. When you ask about it, they just say we know it was torn down. Then damn it, do something again when it's known! Instead, you are asked to bring the dog into the car or wait outside in the blazing heat. But when the car is parked, the air conditioning is off and nobody cares. The store is very rude and regressive! Not much in terms of seating and uncomfortable chairs. Food was ordered to eat here. Of course I was now denied that. Food is just as you know it at KFC. Apparently the air conditioning is broken. Door to the outside broken. Order display is not working properly. Disabled toilet broken. 3 of 3 urinals covered.

Ordered at the machine, didn't get a receipt with confirmation. The staff informed that it should be taken care of, but it was not implemented. The guests after us had the same problem. Unfortunately there was no chance of anything else missing at the table without the receipt. Long waiting times, for us it was about 50 minutes despite the low level of activity, others had already waited before us and were still standing after we left.

KFC is a chain, so I thought the food was the same in every branch. 2 points in advance: - kfc in America, England or Saudi Arabia tastes really good and is no comparison to kfc in Germany - and still I think kfc in DE was even better 5-10 years ago than it is now... But this place had really, really good chicken!! I can definitely recommend this branch.

Typical KFC store, nothing special to be mentioned related to the food served. The good thing is that the restaurant is excellently accessible from the nearby motorway. However, with relation to the hygiene in the washrooms, this is a different story. Both urinals in the men's room were blocked and overflowing from urine. On my complaint to the personal, only a chair was positioned in front of the door to block access. However, nothing else was done. People were climbing over it to get inside what is another security issue. Disgusting at all, never again.

After reading all the reviews, I can only confirm this. We came in with our dog (we were on holiday in several KFCs with a dog) were only going to pick up something, but were told in a nasty way that the dog was not allowed in, ok That's possible, but that's the way it is done. I just waited outside, actually I wanted to go to the Mac next door, if only we had done that, fries were cold and limp and the chicken wasn't great either, the puree had no taste either. The printers at the ordering terminal were empty, so you didn't get a receipt and didn't know your order number. Advice to the staff was ignored. The table we sat at was totally sticky. So when it comes to cleanliness, this branch leaves a lot to be desired and the staff are not all friendly, no smiles, no hello, it seems like they don't want to do their job.

So in the full, hot and quite loud room I was only able to take my order after about 25 minutes when I asked.
