A big compliment to the morning team at McDonald's in Limburg an der Lahn! The employees are consistently friendly, attentive and strive to fulfill every customer wish. The restaurant is always clean, you receive a warm welcome, and the customer focus is outstanding. This team deserves real recognition: not only do they do fantastic work, but they are also competent, helpful and reliable. Every single person on the morning shift listens, responds to the guests' needs and does their best - they all more than deserve a raise!

I feel like it's getting worse and worse. Now you can order impersonally via touchscreen, you get a piece of paper with a number, but monitors are out. The staff calls out the numbers like a barker. Then you get the order and a part is missing or wrong. Slow service, a new employee at the checkout who has no idea. Instead of 5 pieces of chili nuggets, we simply ordered shrimp. I discovered it on the receipt because I had to wait for my food until my number came. When I asked why the wrong one was given, he told me there were no more. I'm sorry, what????? Then please say so at the checkout!!!!! Six nuggets and four mayo were thrown lifelessly into my bag as an “apology”. When I was outside and was finally able to eat after such a long wait (almost 30 minutes) I was only disappointed, old cold fries, shrimp that I didn't order at all, the only thing that was okay was the burger for my dog. Oh, you older lady (cashier) put her fingers in the french fries counter and nibbled on the fries, not bad, but I found it disgusting when I started licking them and then reaching in again. And one of the service staff couldn't even pronounce the number we ordered.

The order was placed at the terminal and picked up at the counter because we didn't feel like table service today, so the table signs at all terminals were removed so that the customer wouldn't get the idea to do this. I ordered a MC Chicken Classic Menu. The burger had almost no toppings at all, the drink (Cola Zero) was non-carbonated and warm. So not recommended.

In order to make the processing time look good in the statistics, our order for 2 iced coffees placed at the terminal was displayed on the monitor as “ready for pickup” within 30 seconds. When we wanted to pick up the order, we were rudely told that we would be called when the coffee was ready. After another 8 minutes we got the water with a few ice cubes and a little coffee flavor.

The personalized burgers were perfect, as were the fries. Unfortunately the drinks were lukewarm and without ice. Otherwise everything was OK.

I recently visited the McDonald’s restaurant in Limburg and was overall happy with my experience. The restaurant is centrally located and easily accessible, making it a convenient option for a quick meal. The restaurant itself is clean and tidy. What struck me particularly positively was the cleanliness of the entire restaurant area, including the sanitary facilities, which were in perfect condition. Eating at McDonald’s is of course the main reason you come here and it was as expected. The burgers were freshly made and the fries were nice and crispy and hot. I particularly liked the Big Mac - the quality was consistently good and the taste reminded me of the typical McDonald's classics. There's also a wide selection of drinks and desserts, and the McFlurry variety I tried was a welcome refreshment. The service was friendly and efficient. The employees were attentive and tried to process the orders quickly and correctly. What was particularly pleasing was that the team seemed calm and organized during my visit, even though it was quite busy. The waiting times at the checkout and for the order to be prepared were reasonable. A small suggestion for improvement would be to perhaps pay a little more attention to the quality of order acceptance, as minor misunderstandings can occasionally occur. In addition, the digital ordering station could use maintenance from time to time as it does not always work smoothly. But these points are really just small details and did not significantly affect the positive overall impression. In summary, my visit to McDonald’s Limburg was pleasant and satisfactory. The combination of familiar fast food offerings, friendly service, and a clean environment make this location a solid choice for a quick meal. Für die Preise, die McDonalds mittlerweile veranschlagt, sollte man eigentlich erwarten dürfen, dass das Essen heiß oder zumindest noch warm ist, auch wenn man es im Drive holt. Die Sauberkeit, vor allem auf den Toiletten lässt auch oft zu Wünschen übrig. Scheinbar getreu dem Motte: Wo gehobelt wird da fallen Späne. Schade. Dennoch hat es mich heute so sehr erbost, schon wieder kaltes und matschiges Essen zu erhalten, dass ich es diesmal nicht unter den Teppich kehren wollte, sondern nun eine entsprechende Bewertung da lassen muss. Ich bin echt nicht zimperlich, aber heute hat es mich echt angewidert. Wenigstens ist das Personal immer freundlich.
