McDonald's in Limburg a.d.Lahn

The drive-in has gotten better and orders of reliable quality have gotten better overall. The quality and freshness of the food is better again and the service has also improved. All in all it has become tidier! Therefore one more star than before.

I ordered an iced caramel latte but was given a lukewarm coffee without caramel.

forgot 2 things outrageous (incompetent)

It took forever (30 minutes) until we got our dry and cold burgers. I don't go to McDonald's for that. The indoor playground alone was good for us. The area simply needs to be improved sound-wise.

Ordered 3 things and only received 2. You really have to be careful that you get what you paid for

If you're looking for the "good old McDonald's feeling", you won't find it here. The only thing that catches the eye and comes out of the mouth are bad fries, a lean, carelessly folded burger and a cola that doesn't taste like cola - but you don't need much to make a customer happy there. Service and ambience are as you know and expect.

I got a box of 20 nuggets and unfortunately discovered that I was missing a whole 3 nuggets. I find that very disgraceful.

Unfriendly staff and I don't even want to start eating the nuggets full of sinew and cold At the castles, the cheese is at least several hours old, the fries are unsalted and much more, definitely not recommended. Better go to KFC and treat yourself to chicken heads in a coat They'll never see me again

That was absolutely disgusting today I've never experienced anything like that before I don't go here anymore

So I'm totally dissatisfied that I don't have these Minecraft figures anymore, even though there were probably 500 left. Well, that's the least of the evils. The staff on the MC Rib were 100% unfriendly, the old onion was old, the Sicy Chicken was as dry as the Sahara, the nuggets were totally soggy and not crispy, the fries were unsalted, the sauces were forgotten and there are no more lids for the reusable cups, but oh well. #you have to know for yourself

A 24/7 McDonald's with a very sparse interior. Otherwise it was fine.

Typical McDonald's with a standard program. Very busy and loud inside, there is plenty of seating both inside and outside. The facility looks pretty shabby. Some of the furnishings were broken, the toilets in the men's toilets were partly broken, the door handle was "glued" with scotch tape. The ambience doesn't invite you to linger, just come in, eat and come back out again.

They took Waffle Fries off the menu. Destruction

There are never milkshakes because the machine is broken. Unfortunately, the burgers were often already cold.

Service is very important here, super nice service who brought the food to the table for us.

The clearance is permanently closed. Far too small for highway use.

I was there for breakfast around 8am. At this time the entire restaurant was dirty. No tables wiped, no floors mopped. This was only done around 8:30 a.m. It would be nice if the tables were wiped every now and then. Although there is table service, the tablet is simply placed on the dirty table.

Carelessly thrown together burger and clearly old warmed up french fries. One of the dessert bags was already an hour over the holding time, the sticker on the second was removed (it is to be expected that this one had also been lying around longer than McDonald's allowed). The branch was (average clean for McD standards)

It's a convenient McDonald's next to a gas station. However, it's very crowded. I'm ok with that. The problem with this one is that it's severely understaffed. The workers are not able to keep up with the demand and it's not their fault. Process is also broken, the screens were not working, I waited 45 minutes for my food and I had to argue to get it. They kept telling me that it's not ready yet. although my number was 270 something and they were delivering 290 something already. They told me to wait more. I don't know when fast food became that slow but this branch of McDonald's should fix the prioritization of the queue. If an order stays 20 orders behind, it should be the first one to be prepared next. But workers have no way to understand this because of the manual process of receipts flying around sometimes falling onto the ground. If no one picks, your order is doomed. Ps: my order was a happy meal and 2 big macs hence not that hard.

It's just a normal McDonald's but the new Asian employee is really funny and makes this McDonald's special.

The slowest MC drive I've ever been on. Processing takes a minimum of 3 minutes per car, which is no longer normal. The criticism expressly does not refer to the staff, who are exceptionally friendly, but to the owner, who apparently saves money at every turn.

In this McDonald's there is still an option to order the food you want at the counter and not at the machine. This is a great relief for older people who cannot pay with their cell phone etc. and are not very comfortable with computers. The service is very nice, friendly and quick. The women's restroom could be better maintained. The food is as usual and freshly made everywhere and delicious.

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food from my live stay. I just didn't get it. Staff is overwhelmed, unfriendly and unqualified. Short conclusion: Unfortunately you have to give one star. We (unfortunately) visited this cucumber group of incompetent duds while passing through. Price/performance speaks for itself.

It used to be a cozy place where people enjoyed spending time and eating with friends. The food was still of good quality and the atmosphere was nice. Like a meeting place. Now after the renovation.... Cold... Unattractive and fast food is long food.. You wait forever.. You need patience and eating is an imposition... Crushed burgers, some cold fries... It's a shame what has become of it.

I have rarely waited so long for my food. Complete understaffing resulted in incredible incompetence or indolence; the employee ensured that I had to wait 30 minutes.

Toilet and restaurant were both clean. Fast and friendly service.

Very slow. I asked her to make two cappuccinos to take with her, but she made one for herself instead. She forgot about me and is drinking coffee. I asked a second time and said it was very slow. There is a queue, waiting for her to drink coffee. The administrator reprimanded me, not the employee. Dear administrator, Me and my money are your salary!!! Boor, behaves like a Russian. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Everything was fine, the waiting time for table service was a bit long.

Thanks to the manager & the waitress from lunchtime today. The birthday party was well organized. The food arrived quickly, the service was great. People kept asking if everything was okay and if we were still brewing something. Super nice and very warm service! I would like to thank you again for the great day. Definitely recommended... We waited 20 minutes - 2 coffees, 11 am - the workload was small! When they made a remark, they were rude and kicked out of the room!!! The administrator and the seller are rude and incompetent people!

Stopped here briefly on the way home and ordered some food. It's all ok.

Big problems with the order machines: On my last three visits I wanted to redeem a coupon, which was also accepted by the machine. But then the device got stuck. At the checkout the coupon was then marked as already used. Customer service could be effective here, but it isn't. Today I was smarter and went straight to the checkout or placed an order with a person. After waiting for a while, I was unable to redeem a meal coupon because a side dish was no longer in stock. The store is often very, very full and the waiting times are sometimes enormous. If I couldn't fill up with natural gas at the nearby gas station, I would 100% avoid this branch.

Very clean toilets and we were helped very friendly. Restaurant was tidy even though it was busy. Cheap gas station next to it is also great, haha.

Dirty toilet. Going to get a coffee after refueling. we chose the cappuccino regular as there are 3 types: small, regular and large. But regular is larger than normal so an unnecessary upsel. Atmosphere is very boring and very impersonal. Nasty place to get a coffee

Large selection of food, order on the display with table service, park directly in front of the macces, nice staff, unfortunately very full and the tray trolleys were completely overcrowded, you couldn't put your tablet down

Rude in the drive-thru. You are not greeted, everything takes a long time and when you arrive at the pick-up window you are asked to “drive up” so that the automatic system registers your departure so that it thinks you were able to hand the food to the customer quickly even though you were further ahead wait!

Very busy on a Saturday. Conveniently located via the A3 motorway and a meeting point for going to clubs from there. When we visited, someone was always around, wiping the tables, cleaning dirt from the floor, and emptying the tray carts. The customers were served quickly so there was no long waiting time.

Food tasteless. Cleanliness zero. I'm stuck to the floor. Almost all the tables were full of rubbish and dirty. We preferred to eat in the cold car. Employees... why are people hired who have absolutely no interest? Conclusion: Never again!

Mc Cafe has very good coffee and the chocolate cake in particular is highly recommended. What struck me positively about this restaurant was the extremely friendly and helpful service. After we tried to combine a latte macchiato with the chocolate cake in one menu when ordering electronically (you have to order the cake first and then you can combine the coffee, it will be difficult the other way around), the very friendly employee spoke to us and offered it to us Ordering at the counter, which worked out just fine. That's customer orientation, chapeau!

A big compliment to the morning team at McDonald's in Limburg an der Lahn! The employees are consistently friendly, attentive and strive to fulfill every customer wish. The restaurant is always clean, you receive a warm welcome, and the customer focus is outstanding. This team deserves real recognition: not only do they do fantastic work, but they are also competent, helpful and reliable. Every single person on the morning shift listens, responds to the guests' needs and does their best - they all more than deserve a raise!

Just McDonald's. What can I say...99.99% of the population knows it. Healthy is questionable, but you can satisfy your quick hunger there. At least briefly Update 7/28/19 After the renovations took place some time ago, food can be ordered via touch screens. Very impersonal. There is only one counter where you can order in person. Since three touchscreens were broken that day, many ordered at the only remaining counter. The queue was correspondingly long. The guests wait in the waiting area like in a train station hall. It wasn't clean either. Also, my burger was luke warm... It used to be nicer. Update October 19, 2024: You can tell from the date that I don't go to McDonald's often. I feel like it's getting worse and worse. Now you can order impersonally via touchscreen, you get a piece of paper with a number, but monitors are out. The staff calls out the numbers like a barker. Then you get the order and a part is missing or wrong. You really just have to read the display and fill the bag... and with the crowds of people walking around there, it could be cleaned more often...

1 star is just too much I ordered a B-Max I only get fries with a salad which I didn't even order People just do your JOB how can you forget something like that why don't you just look at the orders and see what's on them it's just shameful!! !!! Wouldn't recommend going there. Heilihenroht is actually much better!!!!!!

Slow service, a new employee at the checkout who has no idea. Instead of 5 pieces of chili nuggets, we simply ordered shrimp. I discovered it on the receipt because I had to wait for my food until my number came. When I asked why the wrong one was given, he told me there were no more. I'm sorry, what????? Then please say so at the checkout!!!!! Six nuggets and four mayo were thrown lifelessly into my bag as an “apology”. When I was outside and was finally able to eat after such a long wait (almost 30 minutes) I was only disappointed, old cold fries, shrimp that I didn't order at all, the only thing that was okay was the burger for my dog. Hamburger without anything, just patty and bread. Well, it wasn't that difficult to prepare. Thank you again.

The food was okay, although the junior menu was missing the apple pieces and the drink. Books on the junior menus were randomly exchanged.

A usual Mac, but everything was very quick, everything was clean and my food was freshly prepared!
