McDonald's in Lübbenau/Spreewald

McDonald's generally doesn't deserve more than one star. I would give it two if at least the staff got along somewhat. But the store is a perfect fit for Lübbenau. We had to complain about getting water instead of Sprite. Apple turnover came after 20 minutes. The M (I don't know if it generally tastes that bad) was the highlight... the McDonalds in Beuchow was always not the best. The outside of the drive always smells like feces.

The whole room was very dirty, there were napkins on the floor everywhere and tables weren't cleaned. When asked about this, you turned around and left. The worst house we have ever seen.

So my citizen looked like an experiment and he was totally cold.

Wrong order received, overwhelmed staff

Were there today was so shocked the tables were dirty with sauces smeared on them, as was the floor. Then you don't get the food you ordered or you don't get everything. Furthermore, we ordered coffee with coffee cream and you get Capri Sun, the burgers came to the table cold and then the packaging of the castles were completely smeared with sauce on the outside knew where to touch and when you said something to the employees you weren't understood because they didn't seem to understand our language (German) properly

Before I went there, I read the reviews and left with a bad feeling. Maybe I was just lucky, but I can't confirm the negative comments here. I used the drive-thru counter on a Saturday evening. The employees were friendly and the food was quite good. It's just a Mccs and not a 5 star restaurant. Definitely keeps up with any Mccs from Berlin.

Super disappointed!! Burgers are always missing and today we even had hair in the Double Big Mäc!!! This is so gross. Given the prices, I expect more hygiene and, above all, what was ordered and paid for in the bag!! And it's too cold inside.

The furnishings were beautifully done, but some were also really dirty. The service person at the counter barely understood German and forgot to pack a few things that you had ordered and even if you pointed it out to the person, you still forgot something. The taste is exactly the same as other McDonalds.

McDrive worked excellently. I had a lot of jalapenos on my burger.

I ordered fries twice and other things. After ordering, I drove home where I wanted my fries. They weren't in there, but the 4 sauces were cheeky and the store was completely empty

The burgers are usually very dry, something I don't know from other branches. It would be very good if the burgers had a little more remulade or something similar.

The branch itself is nicely furnished, but due to the many tables it is quite cramped in places. When we were there it was pretty full, which probably explains the many tables. The children's play area is a joke, way too small with very few options. The bathrooms smelled disgusting, so unfortunately everything was lost. The staff on duty was very friendly and committed, but seemed overwhelmed by the many guests.

Had no problems, eat quickly and completely. The parking lot is actually always quite full and, above all, narrow... The two edges when you drive in front of the entrance are really bad.

It's a shame that you don't seem to understand German. And doesn't understand the meaning of the double chance of winning. Just work on customer service!!!

As we entered I could smell the burning oil and unfortunately my guess was correct. After eating a double hamburger sandwich, I had severe distress because I believe the hamburger was either leftover or spoiled. I am always a fan of McDonald's and hope that the superiors of this company visit and inspect this branch

We were there late in the evening 2 weeks ago. We placed our order and paid fine. Unfortunately we had to wait a very long time (20 minutes) until we got our order. It dragged on because the staff were busy with private conversations. That doesn't work at all. Sigrid Steglich

Order take away and when you get home you see the burgers are missing. It can't be that hard to put together an order. Underground.

Her food is always delicious. The staff is mostly very nice. The restaurant is mostly clean. It is of course difficult to keep everything clean during peak meal times when the staff struggles to keep up with workload. But outside of the Amsturm it is quite pleasant to dine there. McDrive has always worked great so far.

I actually only go to McDonald’s for coffee or the toilet when I’m on the highway. Otherwise, I avoid McDonald’s. Because the things, the goods and the food are much more of a disaster, both in production and preparation and not to mention the health aspect

I'm actually a fan but the food wasn't as usual. The cheese at Bigmac was still cold and solid, which would be understandable if it was at night, everyone was tired or the shop was full. But I was there around 2 p.m. The shop was almost empty, but the food was still so bad 👎🏻

We waited ages for the food, it had nothing to do with fast food. Employees were extremely overwhelmed.

The burgers should have the same shape and quality in every MD restaurant... you don't meet that. My husband had the wrong burger - went back, my burger was cold went back... the quality was catastrophic, the burger was thrown together and the new burger pattie was cool, bacon was cold, cheese wasn't melted... sorry, that's different... ..only the lattice potatoes were as they should be. The tables and floors were dirty, the return cart was overflowing, the service station was incomplete, the toilets were unclean and without paper... and there were enough responsible specialists on site.

I rarely eat there, but when I do, there's always something missing! The tables are not wiped down and the toilets are absolutely substandard. Unfortunately, none of the employees speak the local language to clarify any concerns.

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. There's always a lot going on at lunchtime, but you have to deal with the fact that every bag is packed incorrectly or something is missing. The lady at the counter can't even pronounce the numbers in German, which means absolute chaos. So it's best to head to the next MC.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired on the day of my visit. I was satisfied with the food.

Despite ordering from Mc Caffee, we only got paper cups and the cake was completely dry.

The food was good, except for the fries, which were lukewarm. And the fact that the employees couldn't manage to turn off the deep fryer after 5 minutes.... This beeping, which became more and more frequent, was really getting on your nerves. Otherwise it was ok.

Such a mess, my 150kg wife (rubber doll) had to wait 30 minutes in the Mcdrive with me for a God, shitty Mcflurry with chocolate sprinkles on top. After that I had to please her cheese puss until I could enjoy my Mcflurry never again!

This is the 6th time in a row that I have had an incomplete order. And thanks to McDrive, I only noticed it when I got home. This borders on fraud. Once I forgot a Fanta, then a cheeseburger, etc. and now “the M” is missing. If this wasn't the only McDonald's nearby, I really wouldn't come back.

The guy who took the order was a disaster, completely incompetent...there were a few mistakes, but the worst was that I received chicken nuggets instead of the plant-based version. Thanks for nothing 🙄🙄🙄

I ordered 1x chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and got curry sauce I ordered 1 vanilla milkshake but only got a strawberry shake 💀

McDonald is now too expensive as a fast food/snack bar...for that money you can safely eat in a restaurant with several courses. 3 stars for service because all the tables were extremely dirty and there was no service staff in sight. The toilets looked the same. It's a shame for such an otherwise beautiful atmosphere. Please urgently improve cleanliness/hygiene.

Right at 11 for lunch. Ordered via the panel - the ice cream was forgotten in the drinks, once there were not enough fries, almost no sauce on the McRib and the toy in the Happy Meal was also missing. No one understood the complaint and request for change except the branch manager. We've been here several times and the service has gotten worse over time.

Service slow but very nice. They forgot to deliver one item to the table, but after reminding us, we got it without any problems. It smells a bit outside and there have been a lot of biting bugs since the evening. The toilet is in ok condition, but it could be cleaner.

Food was as expected. Unfortunately, only 3 of the 4 kiosks were running. Overall service was a bit slow, but all of the food was delivered to the table.

I was there at 1 a.m. on Friday and shortly after entering the doors were locked. It was no longer possible to order even though it was supposed to be open until 2 a.m. The wrong food was delivered a week before. What was returned was then taken apart and used again. Not only was it unappetizing, but everything was cold. The request for a change to what was ordered and paid for significantly more was acknowledged with a rather unfriendly comment that I couldn't understand.

The worst and dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. Waiting 15 minutes for ice cream and then another 15 minutes for coffee speaks for itself in a fast food restaurant. For every 50 employees there are 2 Germans, the rest only speak German in bits and pieces, to put it nicely

The best thing is the direct location on the motorway and the charging options for electric cars. Cleanliness and service leave a lot to be desired. Not to mention the food.

The staff arrogantly walks past you ten times before you are served. Total chaos when processing orders and forever long waiting times.

It has become very impersonal. It used to be nicer. You could sometimes talk to the employees. Now the employees talk in their language and I find that rude to the guests if you don't understand the language. In terms of hygiene, it could also be cleaner. Wipe down tables or sweep leftover food off the floor with a broom.

I took a break here on a long journey for a meal. That day there was a problem with the cleanliness of the toilet. You can smoke in the garden next to the restaurant, which annoyed me. Hence only 3 stars.
