Bad service, overwhelmed, unfriendly, cold food, salad strangely under the M burger, carelessly thrown together, dirty restaurant...even though there was a lot of staff running around. Just on the highway...

Always too full to visit, the staff (sometimes works according to the motto: I won't come today, I won't come tomorrow either) People often forget to personalize their burgers. Ordered again today, November 8th, 2024, picked up and (you trust a market like this) again the problem of forgetting to put the toy...

I actually only go to McDonald’s for coffee or the toilet when I’m on the highway. Otherwise, I avoid McDonald’s. Because the things, the goods and the food are much more of a disaster, both in production and preparation and not to mention the health aspect

Ordering away from home…a complete menu was missing

I'm actually a fan but the food wasn't as usual. The cheese at Bigmac was still cold and solid, which would be understandable if it was at night, everyone was tired or the shop was full. But I was there around 2 p.m. The shop was almost empty, but the food was still so bad 👎🏻

The coolest poppy I've ever seen. Many memories with this place. Only the ketchup was expired (I vomited)

I rarely eat there, but when I do, there's always something missing! The tables are not wiped down and the toilets are absolutely substandard. Unfortunately, none of the employees speak the local language to clarify any concerns.

The burgers should have the same shape and quality in every MD restaurant... you don't meet that. My husband had the wrong burger - went back, my burger was cold went back... the quality was catastrophic, the burger was thrown together and the new burger pattie was cool, bacon was cold, cheese wasn't melted... sorry, that's different... ..only the lattice potatoes were as they should be. The tables and floors were dirty, the return cart was overflowing, the service station was incomplete, the toilets were unclean and without paper... and there were enough responsible specialists on site.

We waited ages for the food, it had nothing to do with fast food. Employees were extremely overwhelmed.

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. There's always a lot going on at lunchtime, but you have to deal with the fact that every bag is packed incorrectly or something is missing. The lady at the counter can't even pronounce the numbers in German, which means absolute chaos. So it's best to head to the next MC.

The food was good, except for the fries, which were lukewarm. And the fact that the employees couldn't manage to turn off the deep fryer after 5 minutes.... This beeping, which became more and more frequent, was really getting on your nerves. Otherwise it was ok.

The quality has completely deteriorated. Just a drop of sauce on the MC rib. No lettuce or tomato on the cheeseburger. Like being a cardboard box 🤷‍♂️

Such a mess, my 150kg wife (rubber doll) had to wait 30 minutes in the Mcdrive with me for a God, shitty Mcflurry with chocolate sprinkles on top. After that I had to please her cheese puss until I could enjoy my Mcflurry never again!

This is the 6th time in a row that I have had an incomplete order. And thanks to McDrive, I only noticed it when I got home. This borders on fraud. Once I forgot a Fanta, then a cheeseburger, etc. and now “the M” is missing. If this wasn't the only McDonald's nearby, I really wouldn't come back.

The guy who took the order was a disaster, completely incompetent...there were a few mistakes, but the worst was that I received chicken nuggets instead of the plant-based version. Thanks for nothing 🙄🙄🙄

I ordered 1x chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and got curry sauce I ordered 1 vanilla milkshake but only got a strawberry shake 💀

McDonald is now too expensive as a fast food/snack bar...for that money you can safely eat in a restaurant with several courses. 3 stars for service because all the tables were extremely dirty and there was no service staff in sight. The toilets looked the same. It's a shame for such an otherwise beautiful atmosphere. Please urgently improve cleanliness/hygiene.

Right at 11 for lunch. Ordered via the panel - the ice cream was forgotten in the drinks, once there were not enough fries, almost no sauce on the McRib and the toy in the Happy Meal was also missing. No one understood the complaint and request for change except the branch manager. We've been here several times and the service has gotten worse over time.

Food was as expected. Unfortunately, only 3 of the 4 kiosks were running. Overall service was a bit slow, but all of the food was delivered to the table.

Service slow but very nice. They forgot to deliver one item to the table, but after reminding us, we got it without any problems. It smells a bit outside and there have been a lot of biting bugs since the evening. The toilet is in ok condition, but it could be cleaner.

I was there at 1 a.m. on Friday and shortly after entering the doors were locked. It was no longer possible to order even though it was supposed to be open until 2 a.m. The wrong food was delivered a week before. What was returned was then taken apart and used again. Not only was it unappetizing, but everything was cold. The request for a change to what was ordered and paid for significantly more was acknowledged with a rather unfriendly comment that I couldn't understand.

The worst and dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. Waiting 15 minutes for ice cream and then another 15 minutes for coffee speaks for itself in a fast food restaurant. For every 50 employees there are 2 Germans, the rest only speak German in bits and pieces, to put it nicely

Food was good, unfortunately fries were very cold. The dining area is very dirty and Islamic prayer music was playing the entire time. Wasn't pleasant eating here at all.

The staff arrogantly walks past you ten times before you are served. Total chaos when processing orders and forever long waiting times.

It has become very impersonal. It used to be nicer. You could sometimes talk to the employees. Now the employees talk in their language and I find that rude to the guests if you don't understand the language. In terms of hygiene, it could also be cleaner. Wipe down tables or sweep leftover food off the floor with a broom.

I took a break here on a long journey for a meal. That day there was a problem with the cleanliness of the toilet. You can smoke in the garden next to the restaurant, which annoyed me. Hence only 3 stars.

I bought 2 McChicken Classik Burgers today. Unfortunately, both burgers were delivered with spoiled lettuce. Anyone who sells something like this should have their license to operate such a business revoked by the health department!!!

Coupons could not be redeemed because there was no internet at the terminal. I also expect coffee as ordered to be consumed on site in a cup and not in a paper cup. Unfortunately, my experience is not an isolated case; my fellow travelers had the same experiences.

Not recommended at all. Found a cockroach or other insect in fries and immediately complained to the employees. They then wanted to sell you new fries, but of course I refused them because you immediately lost your appetite. The only response from the employees was “yes, then we can’t do anything.”

Absolutelly terrible expirience. Never again. We order on the self-service counter, paid and there was not enough paper so I don't get number of my order. I decide to go to the cash desk and I try to explain what happend. The staff had a problem to comunicate in English so It was even more complicated. At the end they get what's happend and try to find my order. They don't saw it in their system so they decide to ignore me and go cleaning tables. Nobody talk to me since then and if I didn't already paid I would leave imediatelly. So I just wait there for 20 minutes and check every plate they serve looking for my order. I found it eventually and I was so angry by this whole experience that I just grab my food and leave imediatelly. There was like 30 people waiting for their food and min 3 people had some kind of problem with their order. The cashier wasn't on his place and some man waited there for 10 minutes to order! The staff on this restaurant is terrible, ignorant and the manager didn't know how to organize work so the service was terribly slow and they makes a lot of mistakes in orders. Please do something with it. It's horrible.

After 14 months in Lebanon, I came back to Germany. I lost a comrade and four were seriously injured. I landed in Berlin and then wanted to go home. After 14 months of diarrhea caused by Lebanese tap water and NATO bagged food, I wanted to treat myself again and eat at mcns. So I ordered a cheeseburger and 9 (nine!) chicken nuggets. When I opened the package, a chill shot through my spine. There were 8 chicken nuggets in the package. I risked my life for this, I served for this, and my comrade gave his life for this. The man was 24 and has a wife and child. This is how you are thanked. That was the last point that was missing. I will quit my job and tell everyone what happened today. A disgrace for Germany. If I could give zero stars, I would.

A highly popular McDonald's thanks to its convenient location near Lübbenau and the Autobahn. The staff is fast and friendly, but understandably struggles to keep up with the mess when it gets overcrowded during peak hours.
