We ordered bratwurst with fries and a fried fish roll from the lady. Then she started to whisper and mumble something like “oh no”. You should have left straight away with such unfriendly service. The food was good. We won't go here again on our next visit. This store is really embarrassing! 7.9.24

Disgustingly unfriendly staff! September 4th, 2024, 5:30 p.m.: When I asked the waitress in a friendly manner whether there were still fish sandwiches available, she insulted me in a completely exaggerated way: "Anyone who can read has a clear advantage!" and pointed to a sign saying “Bread rolls are freshly prepared”. I have never experienced such unfriendly treatment. We actually wanted to eat there with the family after the boat trip, but after this treatment we went to another restaurant. How can you hire such mentally retarded and business-damaging staff? Is the shortage of skilled workers really so great that nothing better can be found? A look at the other reviews shows that this is not an isolated case and that these ladies seem to pamper guests on a regular basis... this shop is probably stuck in the Middle Ages when it comes to customer friendliness. The owner(s) just seem to let things go that way. Very embarrassing for the Spreewald, people like that don't shed a good light on the area. Luckily, the waitresses in the surrounding shops were very friendly and behaved like civilized people.

This snack bar isn't even worth a star, something so unfriendly just wanted to eat something small for the harbor festival and we were given a mushy answer that they couldn't do that anymore that evening. Close the shop if you don't feel like having tourists, you just forget that if we didn't exist you could all close down.

I didn't read it on the menu but apparently a bit of unfriendliness is part of the menu

The food is not seasoned at all compared to the prices. Everything we had didn't taste good. Not recommended.

Had a delicious beer there for the European Championship game. I didn't eat anything there. The innkeeper was super nice. The landlady not so much...

Hafen Snack, I have never experienced such unfriendly and incompetent staff. The lady who served at the left counter on June 25th, 2024 at around 12.30 p.m. slapped us the fish sandwich, which made it stop at the window frame. I told her you can't throw it down like that, it's unhygienic. They don't have a container where you can put the rolls in. She looked at me with a grim expression and actually said in a tone, "You don't have to buy anything here," I'll never stand in line there again. One store further behind the column you will receive polite and courteous service.

Despite the many people on the holiday, the staff was very nice. Special requests were also taken into account and there was an extra one for the children. We recommend.

First of all, when you rate, look carefully at who you want to rate. There are 2 shops next to each other that have nothing to do with each other. This one is on the corner and is called Hafen-Snack and the service is super unfriendly. The other one is full & tasty, super tasty, nice service.

We took the liberty of getting a rag from the counter to clean the table a little, which was asking too much of the good woman behind the counter because her reaction was very derogatory, but the food is bland, tasteless and lukewarm definitely inexpensive. After we got another drink, we and all the other guests were asked to leave the tables because we wanted to get off work, regardless of whether we were eating/drinking, we had to get up... This is not a flagship for friendly gastronomy in the Spreewald

A very nice excursion destination for young and old. Also a nice range from sweet to salty. Service is very friendly. The food tastes good and is inexpensive.

Honestly, that was the last thing. I ordered a schnitzel with cream sauce and mushrooms. Unfortunately there were no more champions. They gave me one euro back (from 12.90). Fried potatoes were lukewarm and sticky. Overall really not good. When I brought this up there were only mushy answers. If I had known that beforehand. Please go somewhere else!

Ich hatte zwar nur ein ganz normales Käsebrötchen, aber das war unterirdisch schlecht, dass es mich verwundert hat, dass ein ganz normales Käsebrötchen so schlecht sein kann. Das Lachsbrötchen meines Freundes war in Ordnung aber auch nicht wirklich gut. Also leider nicht nochmal hin, war halt wegen der Lage das nächstbeste.

Das Essen war grottig und teuer. Eine Currywurst mit den Pommes zusammen heissgemacht war mit sehr harter Pelle, die Pommes waren nicht knusprig und die Portion sehr klein. Dazu ein Teelöffel mit Majo für 20 Cent. Gesamt 8,00 Euro ist schon eine Frechheit.

Es ist ein sehr schöner und guter Imbiss das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und das Essen ist erstaunlich lecker 😋

Pasta was horribe. Pasta was overcooked. Tomato sauce was tasteless same goes for the sausage. Maybe they have a good wurst here beut don't order pasta or stew (also bad)

Freundliche Bedienung und man bekommt was man erwartet. Schöne Sitzplätze in der Sonne, rund um alles gut.

Für das was man bekommt ist es zu teurer. Schmecken tut es ebenfalls nicht so gut.

Es schmeckt immer gut ihr ,war schon in vorging Jahr hier. Ist echt zu entfallen.

Gutes, leckeres schnelles Essen. Hatten Soljanka, Kettwurst und eine Erbsensuppe und alles war mehr als ok :)

Ganz ehrlich, ich kann die schlechten Bewertung überhaupt nicht verstehen! Wir waren nicht das erste Mal hier und sind immer begeistert vom sehr freundlichen Personal und dem guten Angebot. Es sind halt Snacks und nicht ein 5 Sterne Restaurant, was wir an diesem Ort auch nicht erwarten. Die Auswahl ist wirklich groß und der Preis sehr angemessen. Es schmeckt auch alles super und ist schnell zubereitet. Es muss ja jeder seine eigenen Erfahrungen machen aber wir können nur eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen! Lasst euch nicht ärgern und macht weiter so!

Bratwurst geht klar Getränke sind gekühlt und sind somit sehr genießbar. Die Aussicht und Atmosphäre hier vor Ort ist okay bis schön allerdings ein Stern Abzug wegen den unsauberen beziehungsweise nicht abgewischten Tischen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker gewesen. Die Bedienung allerdings sehr unfreundlich. Sie hat wahrscheinlich noch nie was von Kundenfreundlichkeit gehört.

Uns hat es hier gut geschmeckt, Personal war auch total nett und hat bezüglich unseres Babys auch paar extra Wünsche erfüllt. Können wir empfehlen hier zu essen!

Großes Angebot, das weit über das hinausgeht, was man üblicherweise an einem Imbiss oder Snack Point erwartet. Neben den üblichen Gerichten werden z.B. auch viele regionale Spezialitäten wie z.B. Kesselgulasch oder Soljanka angeboten. Hinzu kommt eine umfangreiche Palette verschiedener Getränke mit und ohne Alkohol. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die selbst hergestellten Eintöpfe hervorragend und das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Das Platzangebot mit Tischen im Freien ist groß und man befindet sich unmittelbar am Haupthafen und somit im touristischen Zentrum von Lübbenau. Preislich ist der "Hafen Snack" übrigens erfreulich moderat. Für den kleinen und großen Hunger liegt man hier auf jeden Fall richtig. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Hier holen wir uns öfters heiße Schokolade im Winter. ABER seit der Quarkkeulchenladen geöffnet hat gehen wir immer dort hin. Der hat deutlich bessere Preise und Geschmack. Ich empfehle Sie folgen uns in dieser Unternehmung.

Geschmack ok für bissel Friteuse angedreht und gepressten Fischdreck zu lange gebacken... Backfisch halt. 5 Euro für Industrieabfall überteuert. Wichtig wäre noch für die Zukunft, bitte die Remoulade ins Brötchen und vollflächig penetrieren und nicht an der 0.79 Cent Aldiremoulade einen absparen und oben auf den Rand auftragen. Übrigens bitte auch ausreichend grosse Zitronenscheibe auflegen, eine die man auch ausdrücken kann, denn erst so schmeckt der minderwertige Abfallfisch ein wenig mehr nach einer leckeren Verkonsumierung. Achso in den 5 Minuten unserer durchlauchten Anwesenheit stolperten 3 Gäste über ihre nicht ordnungsmäss eingelagerten Sitzmöglichleiten. Eventuell stapeln sie die Stühle doch direkt mittig auf dem Gehsteig und bieten allen Urlaubern dadurch ein meega geiles Happenig und nicht nur wenigen Auserkorenen. Das wäre sicher ein tolles touristisches Highlight für den Ort. Hindernissparcourbackfischbrötchenverschlemmung.
