So richtig in der Natur und direkt am Wasser ...Essen mega und die Bedienung voll auf Zack und lohnt sich definitiv..gerne wieder ❤️

Wir kamen mit dem Fahrrad. Was für ein toller Ort mitten im Wald! Der Service war sehr freundlich und das Essen köstlich. Anfang Juni war es noch nicht so voll; ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es in der Hauptsaison extrem voll ist.

Super Organisation! Wir haben ohne Vorstellungen einen Tisch für 6 Personen erhalten (Pfingstsonntag und vollem Haus). Danke an das Team

Für uns war der Service gut - Flink und freundlich. Das gewählte Essen (Nudeln mit Linsen und Käse) für uns leider enttäuschend. Ambiente am Tag unseres Besuches ok: Schöne Lage. Trotz ordentlichem Andrang genug freie Plätze Am Tag unseres Besuches fanden in unmittelbarer Nähe Bauarbeiten mit ordentlich Lärm statt. Dies trübt das Wohlbefinden zusätzlich ein - obwohl wir vom Wetter her sonnig eingestellt waren😀.

Den Spreewald stellt man sich genau so vor. Sehr schönes und uriges Restaurant mitten im Wald. Super Essen und nettes Personal. Riesen Beirgarten. Sehr gerne wieder.

Ein typischer Treffpunkt für Touristen, die mit dem Boot unterwegs sind. Normalerweise hängen an allen Tischen Reservierungsschilder, und je nachdem, mit welchem ​​Boot man fährt, kann man sich hinsetzen oder nicht. Es herrscht ein ziemliches Durcheinander, mit Tischen für 8-10 Personen. Wir bestellten Fischsuppe, Gurkensuppe – was will man mehr? 😁 – und Blutwurst mit Kohl und Kartoffeln – typisch Spreewald. Alles war gut, nur bekamen wir statt Gurkensuppe Spargelsuppe 🤷. Die Gerichte waren lecker; es hätte etwas mehr Fisch in der Suppe und etwas größere Portionen sein können. Insgesamt ein guter Ort für ein Mittagessen nach einer anstrengenden Bootsfahrt oder Ruderpartie. Bisher ist es der einzige Ort, an dem ich einen Gurken Spritz 🍸🍹 gefunden habe. 💲 Kartenzahlung möglich. 💳 Die Toilettenbenutzung kostet 0,50 €.

Essen war gut, ansonsten hat man das Gefuehl einer Massenabfertigung. Viel zu viele Tische hinter-und nebeneinander. Da die Kähne nicht lange dort verweilen, ist huschi haschi angesagt. Dadurch leidet der Service mit den Kunden.

Das Restaurant ist sehr idyllisch gelegen. Hier kommt man nur zu Fuß oder mit Boot hin. Leider vermittelt das Ganze den Eindruck einer Massenabfertigung der Touristen. Der " Oberkellner " befahl einem wo man zu sitzen hatte und mit wem. Die Preise hatten es in sich..Überteuert, für kleine Snacks. Bedingungen waren zwar nett und zügig aber das hat den 1.Eindruck nicht positiver gemacht. Für die Toilette sollte man auch noch bezahlen, obwohl man dort etwas verzerrt hat.Man wurde da freundlich drum gebeten.

Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe, mit Fahrrädern, unterwegs. Nach kurzer Zeit war der Kellner vor Ort, hat die Bestellungen aufgenommen. Die Getränke und das Essen ließen auch nicht lange auf sich warten. Kurzum, wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war auch freundlich, schnell und für einen kleinen Scherz zwischendurch zu haben. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben nur einen zwischen stop eingelegt, dafür war es aber sehr, sehr schön.

Schönes altes Gasthaus mit großen Biergarten mitten im Nichts. Trotz dem großen Andrang hat das Personal alles sehr gut im Blick und man wartet nicht lang. Auf Grund der Menge ist das Essen eher etwas Grossküchen Charakter. Trotzdem immer einen Ausflug wert wenn man im Spreewald mit dem Boot oder Fahrrad unterwegs ist.

Sehr nette Bedienung, für die Menge an Sitzplätzen im Aussenbereich hatte ich eher simple Ausflugsgastronomie erwartet, aber es werden hochwertige tatsächlich frisch gekochte, schmackhafte und schön angerichtete Gerichte serviert.

Sind mid dem Paddelboot angekommen und ne Kapelle spielt das Steigerlied... für diesen Empfang alleine schon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Das Boot auf der Wiese geändert, minimaler Fußmarsch, haben aber nur in der letzten Ecke Platz gefunden. Und trotzdem war sofort eine Bedienung da, Essen und Trinken kam flott, Preise voll okay. Aber voll ist die Bude schon, also das nächste Mal schon um neun da sein oder so...

Im Rahmen des 24. Spreewald-Marathon / 7 km-Wanderung Zwischenstopp eingelegt. Kleine Brause-Erfrischung + Plinsenimbiss im Außenbereich genossen. Für diesen Halt war für uns alles perfekt. 😃 Herzlichen Dank.

Tolles Ausflugslokal. Angestellte super nett. Toller Service. Wir hatten eine Plinse Special. Anstatt mit Kirschen, mit Eierlikör und Apfelmus und eine mit Kirschen. Mega.

Ein wunderschöner Ort...der verzaubert.

Sind heute mit dem Fahrrad gegen 14:30 Uhr in der Wotschofska eingekehrt. Da es ausserhalb der Saison ist und das Wetter heute eher bewölkt war, war recht wenig los - entsprechend schnell sind wir bedient worden und haben auch sehr schnell das Essen bekommen. Das Personal war dabei mega freundlich. Die Preise fanden wir gerechtfertigt. Die Lage ist des Biergartens ist natürlich traumhaft, wir waren aber froh nicht in der Hauptsaison einzukehren, da es doch sehr viele Tische hat.

Besticht durch die tolle Lage, eine schöne kurze Wanderung von Lübbenau bzw. Gut mit Boot zu erreichen. Essen ist in Ordnung, kommt zügig und schmeckt. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in meinen Augen trotzdem nicht mehr. Meine Empfehlung: Quark mit Kartoffeln, Plins mit Apfelmus Würden wir nicht nochmal bestellen: Gurkenteller, Plinse mit heißen Kirschen

Das Gasthaus Wotschofska ist am Wotachofskaweg 1, in 03222 Lübbenau /Spreewald gelegen. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr gut und das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön. Unlängst habe ich dort diverse Biere getrunken und eine Rinderroulade verzehrt. Beides war sehr delicious. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, sozial kompetent und sehr wertvoll. Massenabfertigung. Lieblos auf den Teller geklatschtes Essen zu überteuerten Preisen. Leider eine komplette Enttäuschung, obwohl sich das schöne Gebäude in idyllischer Lage befindet.

Sehr leckere Speisen und Getränke. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tolles Gebäude und sehr schöner Biergarten.

It's a really beautiful place with friendly and attentive service. It's great that you can't actually arrive by car. It's an essential part of any visit to the Spreewald. However, I'm deducting one point because the food itself is geared towards catering to tourists. Overpriced and just okay in terms of taste.

A wonderful old pub/restaurant in a very refined atmosphere... Located in the heart of the Spreewald forest... Surrounded by waterways... Beautiful hikes are possible in both summer and winter... Boat trips to Lübbensau and Lehde are even available during the winter months... Therefore, highly recommended!

We were out cycling and stopped at Wotschofska. This rather old building is worth the trip for its looks alone, and the grounds around it are very lovingly maintained. The outdoor seating area was set up with blankets for guests. Inside, it's incredibly cozy, and the service is very friendly. The cake was simply delicious—homemade, of course—and the cucumber spritzer was just the thing in the glorious autumn weather. Because we were so impressed, we went back for lunch two weeks later after a lovely hike from Lübbenau. We weren't disappointed. The venison goulash was superb, and the service was perfect! We'll definitely be back.

After a long hike, we received a warm welcome, and our thirst was quickly quenched. A roll with red cabbage and potatoes, as well as a unique schnitzel with mustard, sauerkraut, and pickles, topped with cheese, and served with potato salad, was excellent. For those complaining about the food, a tip: go to McDonald's instead, or make yourself a packet of soup; you'll be better off there! October 16, 2025

Good, but expensive and very slow. Be prepared to be there for a couple of hours if you are eating anything.

We visited the Wotschofska Inn again today after several years... it was already good back then and has gotten even better. Very friendly service, and if you're in the region, you should definitely stop there. We came by bike this time. The bridges were quite a challenge. It's easier by kayak. A very, very nice, authentic restaurant.

Gasthaus Wotschofska is located in the heart of the Spreewald forest and can only be reached by boat or canoe. The service was fast. The quality of the food was rather mediocre. It's just mass production!!!

Absolutely amazing how they handle the influx of tourists here. Despite so many people, the staff is super friendly and attentive, and you don't have to wait too long for your food. The location is also great, and the prices are reasonable. I seem to have just made a mistake with the dish (pasta with chanterelles in a cream sauce). Everyone else loved it, which I can't say I am. The pasta was way too soft, and the food itself was absolutely flavorless. You couldn't taste the mushrooms at all, and I had to add a lot of seasoning. If I go back, I'll definitely order something different ☺️

A great place that you have to visit when you are in the Spreewald.

We took a boat trip and stopped here. The menu read well, as did the dishes on the board. The waitresses were superb and took our order, but my anticipation was dampened. The schnitzel with "fresh" chanterelles was a hefty price tag of just under €27. So far, so good. The snack (brotzeit) was just under €20. The price-performance ratio for the schnitzel was absolutely not right. I know they're all about quantity here, but when the food was served after less than 10 minutes, I had a bad feeling. I'm really no gourmet, but this was nothing. It was very nicely presented, but that was it, unfortunately. I still sat up obediently because I don't want to waste food. The snack (brotzeit) was a completely different story. Everything was delicious. We would have actually preferred just dark bread, but that's just complaining at a high level. Next time, we'll stick to something lighter. :-)

Ideal for paddlers, boaters, and cyclists. Plenty of staff. Tables were quickly cleared and wiped down.

Some restaurants could learn a thing or two from this. Home-peeled potatoes, fantastic dumplings, goulash, blood sausage, and beef roulade are all delicious and, above all, homemade. Convenience is nowhere to be seen. If there were more stars, I would give more. Prices are extremely fair for a place that's only accessible by boat. TOP! KEEP UP THE GOOD SERVICE!

We ate there last week and the spinach lasagne tasted of nothing, and the consistency was pretty disgusting. I wanted to add salt to my lasagne to make it taste better, but nothing came out of the salt shaker that was on the table, so I turned it on. It was completely rusted and the salt in it was already brown. I mentioned it to the service staff three times. The first said she would be right there because I thought it needed to be taken away. The second turned the salt shaker back on and put it back on and said he would do it right away. The third did the same. I wouldn't be surprised if it's still there, so take a close look inside before you use the salt shaker on the table outside.

Nice place but the bike ride is hard because of all the bridges where the bikes have to be lifted over

Nice day-trip restaurant. I didn't like the food (dish of the day) at all, and my small request to have the sauce poured next to the pasta instead of on top was apparently not accommodated. But with pasta for €18, I should expect that. I found the prices too high for the quality. The place is still worth a visit.

We were there today; the ambiance was great and the atmosphere was friendly. What we didn't like was the children's ice cream parrot: we didn't think it was appropriate to pay €4.50 for a scoop of ice cream in a plastic parrot.

The inn is in a wonderfully idyllic location and cannot be reached by car. Yes, it is a tourist hotspot, and the food prices are quite high. The menu is quite extensive, but we can't comment on the taste of the food. We only had coffee and cake (which was more like a small tart). The service was excellent, as well as quick and friendly, even though it was very busy. There's a nice playground and plenty of space to park your canoes. A nice stop during a canoe trip.

It's become very nice compared to the old days. The waiters were very attentive but also forgetful. We didn't get a drink... but no matter, we weren't charged. My grandson also really liked the small playground. Keep it up.

For decades, we've been going canoeing in the Spreewald with our family. Even during the GDR era, the prices at the Wotschofska restaurant were exorbitant. Recently, picnicking has even been banned there! The beautiful wooden tables with canopies are gone. Instead, you'll find several signs saying "Picnics Prohibited." Some families with children can barely afford to rent a paddleboat. And now you're not even allowed to bring a picnic basket. That's a real disgrace!!! There are hardly any other places to picnic, unless you picnic right by a lock. Unfortunately, there are no tables there. The Spreewald is increasingly alienating less well-off guests. Sad...

Delicious fish soup with plenty of whitefish pieces, but the portion could have been larger. The second course was a unique goulash with tender deer meat (from a local hunt) served with braised red cabbage and potatoes. The dishes were served efficiently despite the many people ordering and waiting during the cruises. The food was beautifully presented and very tasty. I recommend it!

We docked there with our canoe and ate them. I can't comment on the other dishes. When it's busy during the season, I imagine it can be a bit of a chore, as there are so many outdoor seating areas. Nevertheless, it's idyllic there.

Tourist trap. Extremely overpriced, prepared without love, mass-produced. I have no idea what the chefs are doing. The pasta is literally like it came from kindergarten, everything is soggy and soft, the tomato sauce is from a can... terrible. The grits sausage was way too salty, and I like salty food myself. The white wine was never semi-dry, and the red wine wasn't dry either; I have no idea what they poured for us. In the end, I got up the courage to say something, and we didn't have to pay for the pasta. The service was quick.

Our visit to the Gasthaus Wotschofska was very pleasant! We braved the long walk from Lübbenau with a stroller and a baby in a carrier. Once we arrived, we found a nice spot outside. The menu is simple with its specialties. It wasn't long before we were able to place our order. We were made aware of the daily specials…and we were very happy! I had the pork schnitzel baked with sauerkraut, horseradish, and Spreewald pickles plus potato salad, and my friend had the pasta with chanterelle mushrooms. I have to say, this combination tasted really good and was something different! Give it a try! The food, not to mention the location and ambiance, was the highlight. It was worth it! Keep it up! (We were there on a Wednesday during the week around 2:30 p.m., so it wasn't that busy, but I can imagine it would be very loud and hectic if several guests were there at the same time.)

Very friendly service and no long wait for the food. Great! Easily accessible by kayak, canoe, boat, on foot, or by bike. The facility is in excellent condition.

Poor organization, that's all there is to it. Sure, it's stressful, especially on a Saturday and at this time of year, but with good organization, it's less stressful and all the more enjoyable for visitors. The food wasn't exactly great either. It's a shame, I can only say. We'll definitely never go there again.

The ambiance was dreamy... we went on a boat trip. Everything was beautifully decorated, lots of flowers, everything very pretty. The food was very, very mediocre. A snack plate for €20... was very, very sparsely stocked. Everything was ready-made and overpriced.

This is truly a gem. I ordered cucumber soup. I haven't had anything this delicious in a long time. It was truly surprising and so well-made. Hats off to the kitchen. I fell in love with this place today; I felt so comfortable there. Thank you so much 😌

Unfortunately, it was overpriced for us, and not a good overall impression. The food wasn't tasty, more like... the beer was okay. No help getting off the boat. The entire "service" was the opposite of welcoming. I remembered it differently.

A beautiful inn where you can stop after a walk through the Spreewald forest. The service is very good, friendly, and competent. We had a Spreewald-style schnitzel, which was absolutely delicious, but at almost €25, I found it relatively expensive.

The price level doesn't match the quality of the food. Yesterday, we tried several dishes with potatoes. The season allows for early potatoes, but we were given gray, hard rubber "potatoes" – not even animals in a zoo would have eaten them. The water content in the quark increases proportionally with the price. The interior of the restaurant is reminiscent of a factory canteen from the 1970s. The service is Eastern European and behaves according to their pay. This place really doesn't fit into the ambiance of the Spreewald region anymore.

Very nice ambiance and a great location for a day trip. Unfortunately, the food here doesn't hold up. The quality and price of the food are comparable to those of many major tourist hotspots. Accordingly, the value for money is poor!
