What unfortunately no one mentioned in the reviews: The portions are really small, and every dish on our weekly menu lacked a filling element. For example, I had shrimp with sauce, which I felt should have come with rice or something similar. I'm not a big eater, but I was still very hungry afterward. We ordered two baguettes to try and fill us up a bit. The taste was really good, and the amount of shrimp itself was great. It's a shame that it suffered from the lack of any filling element (which was already cheap).

Today on New Year's Eve I went to Da Kone Pizza. I went into the restaurant with mediocre expectations but was very pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is cozy and everything seems very familiar. I ordered my own creation of a pizza that I could put together freely using all possible ingredients. In general, there is a large and extravagant selection of pizzas here, all of which are highly recommended. Overall, as a recognized critic, I'm happy to give this place 5 stars, also because of the very nice staff.

Thank you so much for your hospitality! We booked pitches through roadsurfer and had a wonderful weekend on the meadow behind the guesthouse. The house has been revitalized with new ideas, yet still retains a rustic, rural feel. We really enjoyed it. Dinner was typically Dutch and very good. Delicious fries and good, regional beer. Small but nice place, wines are good and their descriptions are accurate, cocktails are all very good and consistent on the quality. The bartender is also an easy going but highly professional and knowledgeable dude that will help you find something that suits your taste. Bonus points : Some of their alcohols are made in the same street at Freytag. Prices are OK for Berlin standards, this place is a hidden gem in fhain. ( This is not a restaurant anymore but they do have homemade finger food that is OK for berlin average quality )

The burgers were good, especially the smoky note on the patties. The fries are a bit thicker, but nice and crispy and not greasy at the same time. It's a shame that the location had to be closed - I hope the Hot Chilli Boys can soon offer their dishes elsewhere in Hanover! The bacon cheeseburger was delicious!
