I visited the pantry for the first time in October of this year for a wedding. The ambience is really great - such beautiful rooms that are great to look at in the sunshine but also in candlelight. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the food was delicious

On September 20th we said YES to each other and then ate and celebrated with you in the Dortmund pantry. From the first minute we were looked after and advised warmly and professionally. You were always available and put a lot of energy into planning during the preparation period. Since we come from the industry ourselves, we really appreciate this commitment. Special requests or short-term requests were also dealt with perfectly. The Dortmund pantry itself offered us a perfect place to celebrate our wedding. My wife and I were able to celebrate and enjoy our wedding in the pantry and what can I say... it was fantastic! We and many of the guests have never experienced such service. We were all addressed by name, never had an empty glass and were treated very respectfully at all times. The team's attentiveness and the way they treated the guests was remarkable. Not only the food itself, but also the preparation was top class! The ambience of the pantry also makes you feel at home. From the first meeting to the end everything was very honest and professional! Dear Dominik, dear Bianca and to the entire pantry team that evening... thank you very much! We were able to celebrate our wedding in the pantry in April and were absolutely thrilled! Everything was perfect thanks to the great service staff! We weren't able to try the food beforehand, but we were more than thrilled! Everything was fried to perfection, the serving in the kitchen worked great and the presentation of the starters was also excellent. We had guests reloaded and everything worked perfectly here too. On August 17th, 2024 we celebrated our wedding in the pantry. It was such a wonderful day for us and our guests. The food is incredible and of a very high standard. The service is simply unbeatable. The staff were very attentive and very friendly. We and our guests didn't miss anything. We are incredibly happy that we chose the pantry. Our guests all gave us very positive feedback about the location and the evening. The staff was also very uncomplicated during the planning phase and we were able to communicate everything in a very relaxed manner, which also made us very happy.

It was a very nice evening, I was very, very satisfied, the food was great, the small disadvantage was that the food served was good, only that the staff had to go through the same corridor to bring the used dishes to the scullery, which I didn't like the service staff that much If everything is always taken off the table so quickly, you should simply give the guest more time. Otherwise, the service staff were always in a good mood, funny, very friendly and accommodating. The facility was in great shape. There were a few small flaws, you need to reconsider the outside seating, it was very nice but very immobile. Stay the way you are, you're great, Peter.

We were invited to a wedding reception here. The ambience is very nice. The service staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was also very tasty. The entire premises (including outside) are super clean and well maintained. I can only recommend.

On April 26th, 2024 we were guests at the wedding of our daughter and son-in-law in this unique location. Everything was just right. And the bride and groom and all their guests couldn't have had a more beautiful day. The ambience, the staff, the food, everything was perfect. We celebrated our wedding in the pantry in July 2023 and it was simply beautiful! Dominik and his team really delivered. We celebrated our outdoor wedding in the courtyard and the collaboration between the pantry and the We Do crew for the decorations worked really well! We had our perfect pantry wedding with 65 people and were very pleased. We would like to give more than 5 stars. Communication with Domenik Schön always worked great and on the day itself the service was very well organized, friendly and not intrusive (many thanks to the team!). All guests felt comfortable and raved about the cocktails and the food. At first we were worried whether there would be too much stock in the kitchen - that was very unjustified and everyone felt well looked after. When we arrived in the evening, the starters were laid out on the tables and were immediately impressive. The main course was then served in the kitchen and dessert again at the table. The good weather meant we were able to use the outdoor area, so after dinner we relaxed outside and celebrated inside. After the meal, individual seating groups were set aside and everyone had enough space. Tip from us: With the club next door, it was possible to use the rooms for childcare by arrangement. We are also deeply grateful for that. We still look back on the day so fondly, thanks to everyone involved :-)

We celebrated our wedding with 61 people in the pantry on December 2nd, 2023 and couldn't be happier. From the first contact to the farewell that night, everything was perfect. Afterwards, our guests asked us several times about the great location and the fantastic food. Traurig !! Habe vor mind.2 Wochen eine Anfrage geschickt um meine Hochzeit bei euch zu feiern. Bis auf eine automatische "wir antworten zeitnah" E-Mail kam bisher nichts an. Hab Versuch mehrmals anzurufen jedoch ist die Leitung immer besetzt. Bin sogar hingefahren und auch da ist keiner vor Ort. Frechheit wenn man nichtmals antwortet.

Wir haben Anfang Oktober in der Speisekammer unsere Hochzeit gefeiert und waren restlos zufrieden. Seien es Wünsche oder "Probleme" im Vorfeld gewesen, so war das Team der Speisekammer immer erreichbar und Stand mit Rat zur Seite. Am Abend selber war die Location super eingerichtet und wusste mit einem tadellosen Service und Essen zu begeistern. Dies wurde nicht nur von unserer Seite so aufgenommen, sondern auch von zahlreichen Gästen am Abend selber oder danach bestätigt. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal auf diesem Weg!

Bei der Planung der Veranstaltung wurde sich für uns Zeit genommen und auf unsere Bedürfnisse und Wünsche eingegangen. Das Essen und die Cocktails haben uns und den Gästen sehr gut geschmeckt. Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem Serviceteam, das sich total freundlich und aufmerksam um alle gekümmert hat. Dominik und sein Team haben durch ihre Professionalität und Gastfreundschaft unsere Hochzeit zu einem unvergesslichen Tag gemacht, an den wir uns gerne zurückerinnern. Wir können die Speisekammer nur weiterempfehlen!

Uns fehlen bis heute noch zum Teil die Worte. Alles in allem war es am 23.07.22 eine traumhafte Hochzeit in einer einzigartigen Location. Wie fühlten uns bei Dominik Schön und seinem Team von Anfang an aufgehoben und verstanden und konnten so zusammen das perfekte Arrangement für diesen unvergesslichen Abend schaffen. Wir haben letztes Wochenende unsere Hochzeit in der Speisekammer gefeiert und sind immer noch total begeistert von dieser außergewöhnlichen Location. Die Räumlichkeiten sind einfach einzigartig. Schon bei der Beratung und Planung in den letzten Montagen haben wir uns wahnsinnig gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Jederzeit wurden unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir durften beim Aufbau dabei sein und die gesamte Speisekammer so gestalten, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Abgesehen vom wunderschönen Ambiente und dem tollen Essen, haben wir noch nie so einen reibungslosen Service erlebt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Tag!

Wir durften unsere Hochzeit in dieser wunderschönen Lokation feiern. In Dortmund ist dies ein absoluter Geheimtipp - noch! Die Räumlichkeiten, der Kontakt, das Personal,der Service…einfach alles fantastisch. Stets sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend wurden wir bereits bei der Planung begleitet. Auch unsere Gäste waren begeistert vom netten und engagierten Personal. Besonders loben möchten wir auch das fantastische Essen. Jeder Gang war auf den Punkt und soooo lecker. Wir hätten uns nichts besseres wünschen können als hier zu feiern. Ich bin mir sicher, dass von unseren Gästen auch einige diese Lokation weiterempfehlen und für sich in Betracht zu ziehen. Wir durften in der Speisekammer unsere Hochzeit und somit eine mehr als perfekte Feier erleben! Das Ambiente war einzigartig, die Stimmung super angenehm und das Team war wirklich perfekt. Die Organisation & Vorbereitung, die Begleitung über den Tag und der Kontakt im allgemeinen hat immer super funktioniert. Das Essen war in jeder Hinsicht Spitzenklasse! Die Auswahlmöglichkeiten, die Qualität, der Geschmack, wie es angerichtet wurde. Auch spontane Planungen wie z.B. eine Band eine Woche vor der Hochzeit einzuplanen oder draußen eine Feuerschale für Stockbrot aufzubauen waren kein Problem und wurden vom Team super angenommen und unterstützt. Wir sind von unserer Feier immer noch begeistert und werden die Speisekammer und das gesamte Team jederzeit mit Liebe weiterempfehlen. Es war unvergesslich und wir würden alles genau so machen. Wir haben am 21.08.2021 unsere Hochzeit in der Speisekammer in Dortmund gefeiert und wir sind auch Tage später noch absolut begeistert von dem was wir da geboten bekommen haben. Die Location ist wunderschön, die Speisekammer mussten wir kaum dekorieren, weil die Räumlichkeiten für sich sprechen. Das Team rund um Dominik Schön vom Catering Manufaktur waren die perfekten Gastgeber. Der Service war einmalig, alle waren super lieb, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und das Essen war einfach nur extrem lecker.... Unsere Gäste haben alle von euch geschwärmt. Aufgrund von Corona hatten wir mal kurzfristig überlegt zu stornieren, weil wir nicht wussten ob man wegen den inzidenzwert überhaupt feiern darf und Dominik Schön hat sich die ganze Zeit menschlich und nicht wie ein Geschäftsmann verhalten, was in heutiger Zeit nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist und dafür möchten wir uns nochmal bedanken. Unterm Strich können wir nur sagen, dass wir bei euch unsere Traumhochzeit erleben durften. DANKE

Wir sind noch nie so zuvorkommend und unaufdringlich vom Servicepersonal verwöhnt worden wie heute/21.08.2021 auf der Hochzeitsfeier unserer Nichte.Ein Herausragendes Ambiente der absoluten Spitzenklasse mit perfekten Speisen und Getränken, dass es so was gibt ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Das ganze macht die Feier komplett und unvergesslich.
