Selten so gut bewirtet worden und das Essen... EIN TRAUM! ​5 Sterne sind tatsächlich zu wenig... ​Ein Muss für jeden, der auf klasse Essen steht... ​Weiter so! 👍

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend, super netter Service und geschmacklich war von A bis Z alles fantastisch. Genau dafür gehen wir gerne essen. Danke liebes Sachte-Team für den kulinarischen Hochgenuss! Wir kommen mit Sicherheit bald wieder, reserviert haben wir schon. 😊

Habe nun schon mehre Besuche hinter mir und bin jedes Mal wieder begeistert. Entspanntes Ambiente, sehr freundlicher Inhaber (?) dem man anmerkt, dass er mit ganzem Herzen dabei ist und stets leckeres Essen, egal, was ich bisher ausgewählt habe. Ich bin eigentlich nicht der Typ, der sonst in etwas "schickere" Restaurants geht, aber es wurde mir und meinen Begleitungen noch nie das Gefühl vermittelt, wir seien fehl am Platze.

Für dieses Essen müsste es noch mehr Sterne geben. Die Küche kann richtig was. Zudem wirklich qualitativ sehr gute Getränke! Lasst euch einen Cocktail empfehlen!!!!! Unbedingt auch Dessert!!! Gemütliche Atmosphere, guter herzlicher Service. Ein absolutes MUSS in Dortmund.❤️❤️❤️

Kleines, aber sehr feines Restaurant. Nicht günstig, aber jeden Cent wert! Superfreundliche Bedienung, stehen mit Rat und Tat sowohl bei der Essens- wie auch der Getränkeauswahl zur Seite!

Entspannt-lässiger dabei hochkompetenter Service und das Essen schlichtweg eine Offenbarung! Chapeau.

Wie immer war Sachte top. Natürlich sind die Preise nicht niedrig, aber für die Qualität ist es angemessen. Wir waren 1730-1900 da, es war extrem ruhig.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich mehr als fünf Sterne geben! Einmal im Jahr, zum Geburtstag meines Freundes, kommen wir hierher. Jedes Mal ist es etwas ganz besonderes. Das Restaurant ist toll eingerichtet und mit saisonaler Deko abgestimmt. Der Service ist toll, sehr freundlich, sehr schnell und hilft gerne mit einer Wein- und/oder Essenempfehlung. Die Speisen haben mich total überzeugt. Insbesondere die Vorspeise mit Kohlrabi und Ziegenkäse hat es mir angetan. Mein Freund war begeistert von dem Brot, welches Ihr als Vorspeise gereicht habt. Hauptspeise und Nachtisch waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Unfassbar gutes Essen und zwei wirklich tolle Inhaber, die den Laden persönlich schmeißen!!

Toller, zurückhaltender aber immer präsenter Service. Hervorragendes Essen, geschmacklich klasse und natürlich Espresso aus einer wunderbaren Siebträger-Maschine aus Bohnen von einer Dortmunder Rösterei (KaffeeLoft). Preisniveau für das Gesamtpaket angemessen. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Abend im Restaurant Sachte. Der Service war großartig. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Die Gerichte waren eine wahre Geschmacksexplosion! Jeder Bissen war perfekt abgestimmt, kreativ komponiert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Ein Ort, an den wir definitiv sehr gerne zurückkehren. Absolute Empfehlung!

Erneut ein toller Abend: obwohl ich den Tisch fälschlicherweise für den kommenden Tag reserviert hatte, machte das Team für uns alles möglich und wir konnten bleiben. Das Tages Menü allen voran die Cevize- war hervorragend! Vorab natürlich ein fantastischer Cocktail auf Gurken basis: gurk?- sehr speziell, besonders und lecker! Das Sachte: ein echter Gewinn für unsere Stadt.

Ein Restaurant mit einer erkennbaren Handschrift – sowohl in der Küche als auch im Service.

Wir haben gestern unser Büro-Neujahrsessen hier zu uns genommen. Ausgezeichnetes Essen, sehr schön auf den Tellern arrangiert. Dazu große Getränkeauswahl und aufmerksamer, freundlicher Service. Was will man mehr? Die Qualität hat ihren Preis, aber hier geht man wahrscheinlich auch nicht jede Woche hin. Für Dortmund eine kulinarische Bereicherung.

The food is very good, and both the presentation and the taste are reminiscent of Michelin-starred cuisine. The service was good, although we weren't exactly warmly welcomed or seen off. Unfortunately, the ambiance doesn't suit the restaurant. The room is very small, and the seating detracts from the overall impression. It reminded me more of a university cafeteria. If the owners read this review: please urgently address the chairs and tables. You have a fantastic restaurant, but the seating detracts from the overall experience.

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary here, just the two of us. The food was a 10/10. The ambiance and service were excellent. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a truly memorable and delicious dinner this evening to celebrate his birthday. After a very friendly and warm welcome, we enjoyed a fantastic grapefruit gimlet, and to stave off the initial hunger, there was delicious spelt bread with smoked butter. This was all topped with beetroot tartare with cheese foam and – to my great delight – a truly generous amount of fried capers. Accompanied by perfectly chilled wine and beer, we then had sea bass and lamb rump with very creatively prepared side dishes, all wonderfully aromatic. Simply marvelous! We are so glad we discovered this gem of a restaurant and will certainly be back.

In short: Perfect! Bar, service, and kitchen—thank you for this wonderful evening. The team was incredibly attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. One thing I must mention, though: I would have loved to leave a tip. Unfortunately, it's only possible in cash. Perhaps there's something I can do about that :) We'll definitely be back!

Excellent value for money. Highly recommended: Spaghetti Bouillabaisse or the duck dishes. Portions are very generous. A wonderful, surprising experience!

The service was exemplary and very attentive. The ambiance didn't appeal to me as much, as it was more reminiscent of a cozy café and, in my opinion, didn't quite match the high-quality presentation of the food. The dishes were certainly special in their preparation and combination. However, there was one component in both the appetizer and the main course that I didn't quite like. Nevertheless, I would visit the restaurant again to try more creations.

A culinary gem with Ruhrpott charm! Super friendly staff and a pleasantly casual atmosphere. You can tell that this is about the craftsmanship of good food, not just showmanship. The prices are a bit steep (€130 for two people with a starter and main course, two glasses of sparkling wine, and one glass of wine/beer), but they're worth every penny. The vegetarian dishes were truly fantastic!

We were really looking forward to visiting this restaurant, especially given the consistently positive online reviews. The welcome from the staff member at the front of the restaurant was extremely friendly and welcoming – high praise for that. Unfortunately, this positive first impression was not confirmed inside. A staff member introduced us to a dish that was not on the regular menu. We politely asked for permission to review the menu before considering additional recommendations. This request was politely made twice, but was met with an unexpectedly rude and patronizing response. We were told, in essence, that they needed to tell us now to avoid future complaints – even though the dish was also advertised above the bar. This behavior made us as a group feel distinctly uncomfortable. We felt neither welcome nor valued – which is something you would expect in an upscale restaurant. Ultimately, we decided to leave and go to another restaurant instead. It's a shame – especially given the positive online reputation. Unfortunately, our in-person visit did not meet these expectations.

Truly delicious food. We were very pleasantly surprised and will be back.

What a wonderful surprise. Absolutely outstanding food. Well-balanced, high-quality ingredients, and a team that knows how to cook. We're delighted to have discovered a new restaurant that's worth the long drive. If I had to complain, it would only be about the chairs, which don't exactly invite you to linger. But that's really nitpicking at a high level. We thank you for a very good meal and will be back.

There were 8 of us at Sachte and we were greeted very warmly upon entry - which set the very friendly tone for the evening right away👏🏻. A set menu was offered for the 8 people. We had various starters and everyone chose their own main course. The dessert was again uniform. The starters were extremely tasty; that alone would have made dinner a hit. I personally love octopus and eat it often. It was exceptionally tasty, cooked to perfection and was perfectly complemented by the wakame lentil salad. That will be my next main course😋. The starter will be the steak tartare. It was superbly dressed and seasoned. The main courses, wild boar leg, cod fillet and the vegetable celery steak were also excellent. Added to that, a delicious red wine from Antinori and it was a very nice "Christmas evening". It would have been even more comfortable with more comfortable chairs instead of the wooden ones. They may be "trendy," but they're not exactly inviting to linger at Sachte. In any case, thank you very much from the eight of us, especially for the very personal service throughout the evening.

Erster Besuch im Sachte. Wurden freundlich empfangen und die Jacken wurden entgegengenommen. Option zwischen 3 Gang Menü oder Speisen aus der kleinen aber guten Speisekarte. Getränke wünsche wurde zügig serviert. Das Essen war sehr lecker und wirklich gut angerichtet. Vorspeise, Hauptgericht und Dessert alles eine leckere, teils geschmacksintensive Erfahrung. Preislich im höheren Segment angesiedelt, was jedoch das Ambiente, das Personal und das Essen auf jeden Fall rechtfertigen.

A refreshingly beautiful dining experience in Dortmund. A well-stocked small menu full of delicious surprises, great service, great cocktails, select wines, and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere that reminded us of delicious boutique restaurants in Amsterdam.

Absolutely clear recommendation! The concept is right here: great menu with really, really tasty dishes and an adequate price-performance ratio. If you want to eat special, high-quality food in Dortmund, this is the place for you. We like to come back again and again.

Not cheap for Dortmund conditions (and for the location), but appropriate for what you get. Not for every day, but just right for special occasions! Extremely courteous service, pleasant atmosphere with not too loud background music. The most important thing: the food. Decent portions that fill you up, excellently prepared, absolutely flawless and simply delicious. Highly recommended!

I invited my boyfriend to dinner at Sachte for his birthday. We came with high expectations, which were then exceeded. We received a very warm welcome and received great advice on food and drinks. The first drinks came quickly to the table and when the food came we were thrilled. I have rarely eaten something so delicious. Both the vegetarian dishes and those with meat or fish blew us away. Everything was so delicately and beautifully prepared and the taste was perfectly coordinated. If we lived in Dortmund, we would visit the restaurant very regularly, but even so, we are determined to visit again. Thank you for the wonderful and delicious evening!

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker. Es handelt sich um sehr gut konzipierte Gerichte mit versch. Texturen und Geschmacksrichtungen. Die kleine Karte ermöglicht heißes und frisches Essen auf hohem Niveau. Jedes Gericht ist ein Genuss und jeden Eure wert.

I found my cod a little too dry. But everything else was excellent, just like the Sauvignon Blanc that was served with it. I have to say that I haven't had such good food in Dortmund for a long time and I thought it was absolutely right for the price.

We went here for dinner with a couple who were friends of ours. We agreed that the perfect balance between price and quality of the food was achieved here. In a star restaurant you pay significantly more and get even better quality and in a “normal” restaurant it goes the other way. So if you want to spend a nice evening with excellent food and great service, Sachte is the right place for you. Full recommendation!

Man kann nicht in Wörtern fassen, wie gut dieses Restaurant ist.

Fine dining in the Kreuzviertel. - This is how modern German cuisine should always be! Perfectly prepared dishes in sophisticated, surprising combinations. Smoked eel is just one example. This harmonizes perfectly with the apple chutney combined with it, making it a sensational starter. There are also excellent wines with appropriate advice, (craft) beers and cocktails in a feel-good atmosphere. Only the space is limited. A reservation is a must.

In 2024, I cannot think of a food experience better than Sachte. This is a MUST visit if you’re in the area.

Es war ein rundum toller Abend mit hervorragendem Essen!

Hervorragendes, phantasievoll zusammengestelltes Essen, extrem netter und zuvorkommender Service. Gerade, dass das Restaurant so klein ist und so wenige Tische hat, macht das Essenserlebnis sehr persönlich und einladend.

Ein kleines gemütliches Restaurant. Mit sehr gutem Essen und freundlicher Bedienung.
