Mauer Kebab in Berlin

Früher haben wir öfter beim Mauer Kebab bestellt und es war lecker. Leider hat die Qualität hat stark abgenommen. Wir haben eben einen Dürum und einen Seitan Dürum bestellt. Das Fleisch vom Dürum war teilweise roh und somit der ganze Dürum nicht verzehrbar. Auf dem Seitan Dürum war kaum Salat drauf und mehr Brot als alles andere. Und das für 9,50€. Echt Schade und enttäuschend.

Der Mauer Döner ist genau das, was man sich von einem klassischen Berliner Döner wünscht. Frisches Gemüse, hervorragende Qualität und alles schmeckt frisch, knackig und voller Geschmack. Das Personal ist außerdem sehr freundlich, was das Erlebnis noch angenehmer macht. Ein toller Ort für einen echten Berliner Döner in der Nähe des Mauerparks. Absolut einen Besuch wert!

Ich liebe es, ihren Döner XXL zu bestellen und ihn dann zu teilen – viel zu groß für eine Mahlzeit, aber absolut köstlich.

Sie weigerten sich, mir Salat in meine Dönerbox zu packen. Außerdem gibt es keine Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Kebab selbst ist in Ordnung.

Ein typischer Berliner Döner-Imbiss mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Der Döner schmeckt gut! Der Laden selbst liegt direkt an der Straße und lädt nicht unbedingt zum Verweilen ein. Tipp: Einfach den Döner mitnehmen und im direkt gegenüberliegenden Mauerpark genießen. Das ist vor allem im Sommer deutlich gemütlicher.

Einen Döner muss man eigentlich immer vor Ort essen aber ich liebe es hier zu bestellen. Schmeckt super & die Lieferung ist so schnell! Toll, weiter so! Dieser Laden ist die Ausnahme was das Bestellen von Döner angeht. Würde ich nirgendwo anders machen außer hin! Bravo

Sehr guter dönerladen und nettes Personal

Sehr, sehr gut! Exzellenter Service. Der Döner war köstlich; wir bestellten einen normalen und einen XXL-Döner, beide mit reichlich Fleisch. Die Orangensauce – ich glaube, sie hieß Joghurtsauce – hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Es gab trockene Feuchttücher in der Tüte, nur eins pro Person; zwei oder drei wären schön gewesen. Positiv war aber, dass es auch Feuchttücher gab, was definitiv ein großes Plus ist. Das Personal war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren begeistert von unserem Besuch.

Die Jungs machen einen guten Job! Endlich mal wieder ein Laden, wo es passt, wie bei Wusiala (Wirtz+Mousiala). Brot. Knusprig. Salat. Frisch. Fleisch. Angemessen. Sauße. Unauffällig. 7€ ein volles Paket. Geschmacklich so rund, Schweizer Uhrenhersteller wären neidisch. Gleichzeitig freundlich und nett. Ich habe mich gefühlt als hätten sie verbal meine Hand geschüttelt. Schaut vorbei wenn ihr Bock auf ein gutes Produkt habt. Auf einen guten Berlin Döner. Viel Erfolg euch Jungs!

Essen war gut, hatte den chicken wrap er war gut aber nicht umwerfend. Wartezeit war auch etwas länger leider.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The kebab was full, the fries crispy, and the service was friendly and helpful. I think the kebab was the best I've ever had (I don't have much experience with it). The meat was juicy, the ingredients fresh, and the sauces were phenomenal. Definitely worth a try.

A very friendly gentleman and excellent kebab! The currywurst was great too!! He even spoke to us in English (we're French speakers!) and the prices are very, very reasonable. I highly recommend it!!

Best doner kebab I've ever eaten!

I wasn't expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. The doner kebab and the halloumi/helim sandwich were very good. The server was very friendly and patient. There are no tables inside, only one outside for sitting and one standing table, but we were lucky; the tables were free and the weather was lovely.

I was here earlier on the recommendation of some Berliners. What can I say? It was by far the best doner kebab I've ever eaten. The quality is breathtaking. The service is incredibly friendly and personable! Top-notch. What you get for €7.00 is unbelievable. I'm from the Ruhr area, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that the doner kebab here at Mauer Kebap feels like two doner plates back home. And back home, a doner plate costs almost €13. Keep up the good work!

I came here because of the good reviews and I wasn't disappointed! A very tasty doner kebab with veal for €7, a great meat-to-bread-to-sauce ratio, and noticeably fresh vegetables. The place has a large selection of drinks, but no toilet, and seating and standing tables are only available outside. The service was very friendly. Definitely recommended! :)

Of course, an authentic Berlin döner kebab was a must on our city trip. So Mauer Kebab was our go-to spot. And what can I say? It was exactly as I'd imagined. The ingredients were all fresh, the bread crispy, plenty of delicious meat, and the sauces were amazing. They even threw in ayran for free. Highly recommended. We visited for the first time today and were absolutely thrilled. What makes this doner kebab so special is the incredibly generous portion of meat. They don't skimp on the ingredients. My doner was at least 50% tender, perfectly seasoned meat. The bread was light and crispy, and the price was more than fair for this quality and quantity. On top of that, the service was warm and attentive. You can immediately tell that customer satisfaction is their top priority. A friendly chat and a smile are standard here. The special extras completely won us over: a squeeze of fresh lime, an extra pinch of seasoning, and even a moist towelette were included. Highly recommended.

The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the meat was truly delicious, something I've never tasted before, the salad was crisp, the sauce was delicious, there was grated cheese instead of the usual slices, and the squeeze of lime to top it off. We shared a dürüm for two. Magnificent. Best doner kebab of my life, with this one, you don't even need fries, they would be superfluous. The delicious flatbread, the perfect meat, the raw vegetables, the sauce, everything. And bonus, the staff is so cool!!! I recommend it 10,000 times over.

Unfortunately, there wasn't much meat... the first three bites were just bread. (The meat didn't slide down either.) It was delicious.

Best Berlin Kebab! Don’t think twice!

The food was really really bad, it should be illegal to sell it. And it’s döner, how can you sell bad döner, it’s on every corner in Berlin. But the bread was one month old, it was like a stone. It was so bad that I couldn’t believe someone actually used a bread like this. Had to get the meat out of the bread and throw the bread, but then the meat itself got me food poisoning!! Update: Instead of apologizing or asking me what I ordered, the owner of the place is claiming I am a competitor when with just one look at my profile, he’d find that I don’t even live in Berlin. So not only he makes very very bad döner, he’s also unprofessional and impolite. Amazing, you lost in everything, food and manners.

My absolute favorite kebab shop in the Prenzlauer Berg / Mauerpark / Gesundbrunnen area. The taste is truly amazing, and for €7 for a regular kebab, the quality is also top-notch. You can collect bonus points and get one free after 10 kebabs. Very friendly service, and it's right across from Mauerpark. I'd happily go back.

The doner kebab and doner box were very tasty, the meat was cooked well, the fries were freshly made, and the salad selection was classic and standard. There were three different sauces (yogurt, garlic, and spicy). The staff was very quick and efficient! :)

Was here today shortly before 12 and had a kebab (€7) and ayran (€1.50) to take away. The kebab was very cool, especially for the price, and one of the best I've eaten. Portion size was also sufficient. Overall 5/5.
