We had Gemüse Döners here and couldn't have enjoyed them more. Friendly service and a delicious sandwich. Would definitely come back.

I've enjoyed coming here for years. I used to come here for lunch after work, but now I come specifically to enjoy one of the best kebabs anywhere. Homemade sauces, always fresh salads, and you can even get them as a sandwich. Great place!

For me, this is the best kebab. As a vegetarian, you get a great alternative with grilled vegetables that I haven't experienced anywhere else. And the staff are always super friendly, and you really get the feeling that this shop is a passion for everyone.

It was so so tasty I've had to get myself another one. So yeah Ive eaten two. The bread and meat were super tasty, veggies were fresh what do you want more, right? And the staff is also top class. The girls were smiling and very nice, it's worth adding that they were very pretty. :)

The best vegetable kebab I've had in Berlin so far. The bread is crispy and fresh, the meat is perfectly seasoned, and the sauce is simply delicious. It's a typical snack bar, so you won't find any ambiance there, but you know that beforehand. The tables could use a bit more wiping; with so many customers, they start to look a bit less appetizing. But otherwise, it's great; I'll be back next time I'm in Berlin.

Very, very good kebab, really big and different from what we have in France. The meat is excellent, as are all the vegetables. The price is €7.20. I recommend it when visiting Berlin!

I admit that visiting Ruya was much more enjoyable than visiting Ruyam Kebab. The food was much tastier, there were fewer people, and the atmosphere was slightly different, but still similar. Despite all this, we had to wait longer in line than at other locations, as the place is often frequented. The downside is the price, which is completely unjustified – last time I paid €7.20 there, and the standard at other locations was €6 for a kebab. Despite all this, I recommend coming here over the more popular branches. :)

We were there once last year. The day before yesterday was the second time, and the kebab was absolutely amazing again. Top 2 kebabs in Berlin. Our tip: Put everything on it (except the hot sauce), because everything (bread, sauces, meat, vegetables, and toppings) is incredibly delicious! Service is top-notch, they always clear up, and you don't have to wait long (even when the place is full)...

Crispy bread, tender meat, and flavorful sauces – all in all, a truly delicious kebab. For my taste, a little more salad or vegetables wouldn't have hurt; the potato portion was a bit too high for that. Nevertheless, I would definitely come back. The service was friendly, but you should plan on waiting about 20 minutes.

The best chicken doner I've ever eaten. All the ingredients are top-quality, and fresh lemon juice is squeezed onto the doner at the end. The meat is extremely juicy, flavorful, and tender. I usually prefer veal, but I'll gladly make an exception for Rüya. The prices are also reasonable.

A very busy vegetable kebab, everything with chicken in various variations. The prices have been raised several times. It's very crowded, and you get a number, which can vary in length. The kebabs are tasty, but there's relatively little meat, in my opinion. There are three different sauces to choose from.

Once upon a time, in 2014, I discovered this kebab shop in Schöneberg and fell in love! Back then, I happily recommended the amazing Rüya kebab with grilled vegetables, feta cheese, and fresh herbs as an insider tip! The team was super cool, very friendly, and worth a small but generous tip on every visit. Today, unfortunately, it's the opposite. The sauces are standard at best, the meat tastes cheap, and the bread isn't worth it anymore. I say "thank you sooooo much!" to the owners back then, and to the current owners, all I can say is "sad what you've made of it"...

Wonderful Kebab! We actually arrived here in error as we thought it was a second location of the Rüyam Kebap we had tried earlier in our trip. It was a wonderful mistake as this was equally good and we loved the flavors. This place takes card and it was very convenient. Highly recommend!!

A good sandwich, filled with fresh salad and döner (more potato than meat, but tasty). The place was packed during lunch, but I waited at most 15 mins for my order. Perhaps because of the popularity, the price has gone up quite a lot. When I checked the reviews, I expected to pay €6.70, but it is now €7.70, with two increases in a year. I enjoyed my sandwich, but will probably not be back.

Rüya is for chicken and vegetable doner lovers the equivalent of Spirited Away for film buffs – pretty mainstream, but quite rightly so. There's nothing that needs to be changed about the tried-and-true formula. There's not too much of anything, and not too little of anything. A pleasant salad-to-sauce-to-meat ratio is wrapped in very crispy bread that can be enjoyed with an oldie pop banger in the background. The painted walls have a low-key, post-zombie-apocalyptic feel, but that has its charm. The only flaw I could point out is that the mass of ingredients oozes out of the bread. But then, someone who's thirsty wouldn't complain about too much water. My picky, allergy-having girlfriend liked it, too.

The food was amazing. I'm from Herne and have never eaten such a delicious kebab before. I'll definitely stop by again when I'm back in Berlin. Keep it up, guys! Thumbs up! See you soon!

I arrived at 2pm on a weekday and found there are still some people queuing. I waited ten minutes for my food which is not too bad. The Gemüse kebab was completely stuffed with fillings to the extent that I struggled not to spill things out. The bun is crispy and flavorful. There was some raw onions but they mixed quite well with other things. On the meat you could see some nice crusts. I came here as a Berliner told me this is the best doner kebab around. I have no way to verify this but it was among the best I had so far.

Delicious kebab for those who like vegetable kebabs. The homemade bread was extremely tasty. We specifically followed the reviews and were not disappointed. The sauces are very well distributed. All in all, it's amazing. You order and then get a number, which you see on the screen when it's ready. You can sit inside or outside.

I've been to Rüya a few times (mainly for my colleagues), and the kebab wasn't really a highlight. Since I live and work in Charlottenburg, almost all the kebab shops in the area are far better than Rüya. I recommend Crispy Döner next to the Deutsche Oper or Mustis Döner right across from Charlottenburg Town Hall! I understand that many people go there because it's close to their workplace or apartment, but for a good kebab, I go either to Mustis or Crispy Döner or the newly opened kebab shop at Richard-Wagner-Platz. I think the name is "Göltz-Kebab" (Warning! The kebab there is tasty, but the prices aren't exactly inviting you to eat there every day!) As for the service, well, that's very subjective on my part (okay, opinions are always subjective XD), but I really like the gracious "thank you!" Charming at first, but over time, you start to cringe, because I mean, what's the point of a "thank you" if it's hollow and lacks any real sincerity? I'd rather have a rare but sincere expression of gratitude than a forced one! For a quick lunch break, I'd recommend the two Chinese restaurants in the area, Chen's Wok and Tu Long! Absolutely avoid the Konoba; everything there tastes like it's from cans!

We come here very often. We really enjoy the vegetable kebab, but unfortunately the quality has declined considerably. The ingredients are unfortunately no longer fresh, and the bread tastes very dry and has been sitting in storage for a while. The amount of meat has also decreased. It feels like we only eat salad and sauce. It's a shame because the prices have risen significantly, but the quality has declined. We've been disappointed several times now and have decided not to come back and no longer recommend the place to anyone.

For me personally, this is the best kebab in Berlin. Great bread, great sauces, top-notch salad, and top-notch meat. Friendly staff, and the wait time is reasonable considering the popularity of the place.

The doner tastes extremely good and has that special something. 👌👌 The service is also very good. You get served quickly, card payments are accepted, and tips are rewarded with a loud thank you from the team. The ambiance is okay. I found the large booth a bit loud while waiting, but that's just complaining at a high level.

I don't know what's in it, but I'd smear it on my shoes and eat it. So good. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or just craving something fresh—this shop proves that kebabs don't always need meat to taste legendary.
