Everyone was admitted. When I asked if they had special status, the employee told me that it was an order from the boss. This is not correct as we all have to take our breaks or are on the way to work. I was very dissatisfied and would have liked to ask for my money back. *Conclusion* The quality of the food was good, but the organization and prioritization of certain customers was unacceptable. I hope the company learns from this experience and improves its processes.

Wow, I haven't had a vegetarian Dürüm this good! No wonder people lined up until outside of the main entrance. Also nice how the staff praise any tips given 🥳. Highly recommended ❤️

I ordered a dürüm locally 2 months ago and am now speaking from my experiences. The dürüm was very tasty from the meat to the sauce, salad and bread, but it's still not 5 stars for Berlin standards. If you now consider that I waited 40 minutes on a Thursday at 8 p.m., that's obviously quite intense. You can do it once, the prices are still okay, but often you have to decide for yourself whether this is the best and wisest decision. LG King of Berlin

I stayed in Berlin for two days and i have seen a döner bufe almost at every corner, i was close to this restaurant and i gave it a shot the sauces was perfect the amount of meat was huge i tried the durum kebab with cola, the serve Turkish tea for free also. You have to try this place I won’t disappoint you. The seating area was fine for a fast food place but the music was so loud and i would prefer if the play sone Turkish or Turkish- German music . I payed 8,2 € in total.

So, yesterday I finally got lost in the store again to grab a kebab - after a long time. And what can I say? Not only was it worse than expected, but it was so far removed from the kebab I remembered that I almost thought I'd gone to the wrong place. But okay, the positive sides: The people there are super nice, the store looks nice and the ordering goes smoothly. But then comes the really important part – the kebab. And here I unfortunately have to say: 0/10, seriously. The chicken was so over-seasoned that I almost thought I was biting into a spice rack. And as if that wasn't enough, it was floating in a lake of oil that probably had more calories than my entire weekly shop. The salad and sauces - spicy and garlic - were simply unpalatable because they were buried under a layer of oil and spices. Conclusion: I'll never come here again unless I want to ruin my evening eating kebab in the future.

I came here based on a recommendation and was absolutely thrilled! The combination of fresh bread, meat, delicious sauces, and cheese was truly perfect. Plus, they offer free tea while you wait.

I recently visited here, expecting a good meal, but instead, I left frustrated and disappointed. Despite arriving well before closing time, I was outright denied a Döner Teller because they wanted to “make the meat last” until closing. A restaurant’s job is to serve customers, not ration portions like it’s the last meal on Earth. This kind of service is unacceptable. If a place advertises a menu item, they should serve it as long as they’re open. Denying paying customers based on some arbitrary decision is a terrible business practice. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated fairly.

A crowded, noisy but friendly place with a strong boss mark. I recommend taking all the sauces and vegetables, i.e. the so-called set.

I happened to be in the area and went to the restaurant based on the good reviews. The Dürum was one of the worst I've ever eaten. Any kebab in Neukölln is way better. The salad, the meat and the Dürum as a whole really didn't taste fresh and tasted like stale fat. The store just seems overrated. Definitely avoid it if you want to eat a good kebab. I feel bad for eating there.

As the saying goes, you can't argue with taste, so I'm writing my personal experience..!! You can't complain about the taste of the kebab itself, for me personally it's just way too expensive. The other thing that really annoys me is being shouted (DANKESCHÖÖÖN) after every tip..! In addition, there is far too much sauce, even if you order a little extra sauce, which destroys the bottom and makes the kebab inedible. For me it was my last visit, as there are better and cheaper places elsewhere. I have the feeling that it gets more and more expensive every visit. With that in mind, THANK YOU for nothing

Fast service and very, very tasty kebabs! Absolutely recommended! There is also a good price-performance ratio: a vegetarian kebab costs 6.20 euros, a kebab with meat costs 7.20 euros. There are three sauces: herbs, garlic, hot. And the garlic sauce also tastes intensely of garlic. You can also add spicy powder in three intensities. Overall, absolutely fantastic!

I wanted to try the original again. It was okay after all these years but unfortunately it was no longer the big highlight. Nevertheless, I would always prefer Rüya (connoisseurs know what I'm talking about). The kebab is better and it's simple, nicer, quieter and cozier.

I checked the reviews and I expected really nice doner but it was not. And the restaurant was not clean, and the workers were not friendly. I don’t know how this restaurant got this nice reviews. Any another döner places are way better that this one.

Even though this is obviously “inspired” by another shop, the food here is really delicious. The portions are fair and the staff is friendly. There may be longer waiting times during peak times.

Best kebab I ate in Berlin, tasty, full of veggies and I loved the small potato cubes inside. The place was a bit crowded but the service was very fast, the place was clean. We eat outside on the terrace, I will 100% recommend this place for kebab. They also have veggie options.

Super cool shop! Go here every now and then and the people are so nice! I ordered 4 doner kebabs today and discovered (when they were almost ready) that the order wasn't vegetarian despite the information stated - I have no idea whether I made a mistake or whether it was an oversight at the checkout, but in any case they were super nice and understanding and made me 4 vegetarian ones! I was allowed to keep the others and handed them out at the party where I was! So lovely people and such delicious kebabs <3

Overrated hype. Not convincing in terms of taste. Sauce only at the bottom, not spread throughout the kebab. Rolls completely soggy due to too much sauce on the bottom and contents fall out. Waiting time relatively long for no particular quality. In terms of taste, the kebab was more bad than good and expectations based on the reviews were very disappointed.

Cheap imitation of Rüyam! The food is more expensive and there are only 8 menu items on the menu and no fries! So disappointing in terms of value for money! The only thing that's remotely better than Rüyam is the music, because it's a little quieter and you can have a better conversation. But there is free Cay, thanks for that!

Die besten Döner Saucen und das beste Brot! One of the best kebab places in Berlin. Great sauces and bread (crunchy), with delicious vegetables (also available as a sole vegetarian option). Prices are pretty regular for nowadays. Inside it's a bit cozy and can eat loud and crowded easily, but it also speaks for the popularity of this place. Great kebab. A must try if in the area.

I'm severely disabled and can't walk. I honked and a lady came out. I said I can't walk, I'll pay it in advance and I want a doner kebab and then she says to me you ***have to come in** I mean, why do I honk and why am I talking about the car when I can walk myself? Such RUDE..
