Wow!! We had a wonderful evening at Fortyone. The menu was designed to be varied and the kitchen implemented it perfectly under the direction of chef Thomas. All in all, the food was outstandingly delicious. The atmosphere was so excellent, not least because of the attentive service. We were deeply impressed by the extremely professional wine advice from the in-house sommelier Sascha. The ambience is extremely classy and cozy. The open kitchen allows guests to watch the kitchen team artistically prepare the courses.

fortyone fine food supperclub – this name stands for one of the most exciting culinary experiences in the city. What the highly talented chef duo Sascha and Thomas Mosbach conjure up is hard to beat in terms of creativity, and at the same time, it simply tastes great! I've often experienced haute cuisine trying to be innovative at all costs, but artfully "cooking past" the guest's palate: The main thing is "bed foam napping...", we all know that. At fortyone, I've seen - and tasted - even "simple" products like a celery root "glow" in a way that is almost impossible to describe. It's a mixture of total love and connection to nature and its fruits, coupled with a cheerful, cheeky sense of adventure that seems to drive these two newcomers. What they evoke in their guests: DELIGHT, fireworks, enjoyment, and more enjoyment! I'm already looking forward to their next and every subsequent menu!
