A quick breakfast after a visit to the Affoller flea market on Saturday morning.

I went to McDonald's again today and was shocked to find how unfriendly the staff have become. When I asked for a receipt, I was told that wasn't possible; the woman should be glad there was a note between us.

We wanted to order three double-pack meals via the app, but it didn't work. So we went to the checkout. There we were told that it's only possible via the app. In Bavaria, you can order at the counter without the app. But no problem, we'll just get kebabs now!

I ordered plant-based food and received meat.

Food just thrown together! Nothing appealing about it!

Got regular nuggets instead of veggie nuggets, incomprehensible how that could happen.

It's an average mc donalds but the staff are very friendly.

Mostly everyone is nice. Burgers are usually ok too.

It was clean, but a portion of fries was missing. After we reported it, we got them immediately. Everything else was fine.

The burgers are getting smaller and smaller!

I haven't seen it this clean and friendly in a long time.

I wouldn't recommend it, because out of four takeout orders, three were incomplete. That's extremely disappointing, and each time involves an additional wait. Sorry, McD, that's not acceptable!

The food arrives almost immediately after ordering! Standard McDonald's quality—nothing special.

All in all, very good. A lot to expect from a fast-food giant that sometimes serves 600-1,000 people a day, so it can happen that tables aren't wiped in time. But otherwise, the restrooms, for example, are pretty clean, as are the restrooms around the premises, and the windows are clean. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Ordered a vanilla milkshake, got one with half missing, the lid already open and dirty with some brown stuff. Truly disgusting these days.

I'd rather not give any stars, but one is already too many. Lots of new staff who are completely rude. My husband and I ordered a Big Tasty BACON and the burger came with nothing on it. When I pointed out to the employees that there was nothing on my burger and nothing on my husband's, they were very annoyed and moved the two burgers in the package from point A to point B, so that the rest of the food that was still inside flew back and forth. The remaining side dishes, such as the bacon, were then added raw and ice-cold. The rest was placed next to the burger. Never again!!! I wanted to give this place another chance after my last bout of food poisoning, but they've messed up now, too. More polite German staff would be more appropriate!!!

Oh, McD., WHY? I didn't check my to-go order ONCE and immediately regretted it when I got home: a McD Crispy Cheese Bacon with no bacon, neither of the dips I chose was in the bag, and a snack salad with two thick pieces of cucumber on top. That was awful🤷‍♀️. Once again, I'd say, sadly.

I went to the McDrive today because cooking isn't a concept for me right now. Emotionally somewhere between a tantrum and resignation, Jan appears. He asks what I want, and suddenly everything makes a bit of sense again. I spoke to seven people today, and six of them passively aggressively made my life difficult. Jan was number seven. And Jan was great. He said I could write something and yes, Jan, you're right. Have a nice evening.

It's definitely better than the McDonald's near the main train station. Everything seems to be fine, and it looks very nice inside. The restrooms are also clean. However, there are a couple of minor glitches that can happen now and then. Like the time I got sparkling water instead of Sprite.

Beautiful, large restaurant called "Zur Güldenen Möwe" (The Golden Seagull). We were there at night, just passing through. The ambiance is above average compared to other branches, and otherwise the quality is consistent, as is the case in the other restaurants. I think it's nice here 👍🏻.

We waited 1.5 hours for our Lieferando order, even though it was initially stated that it would take 25-30 minutes. I wouldn't use the delivery service again!

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a delivery over an hour ago and still haven't received anything. When I called McDonald's, I was just told to keep waiting—no estimated time, no apology. The person on the phone was also talking to someone else and couldn't give me clear information. In the end, all they said was: There are six orders ahead of yours. This is completely unacceptable. If you're overwhelmed with deliveries, please don't offer this service.

The new employee at the drive through is great👍🏻

I experienced perfect service and passion at the drive-thru this evening. The young (new) employee brings a whole new style, sense of humor, and absolute service. I asked if this was a new service strategy for the company. Unfortunately, it wasn't. I would have this extremely dedicated employee undergo training. Personal greetings, humor, offers. I've never experienced anything like this in so many years at McDonald's. Thumbs up, promote him immediately!

I think 30 minutes for a cheeseburger is pretty outrageous.

At 11:30 p.m. after a long drive, I went to the McDrive. Super fast, friendly, and professional. All the food was freshly prepared, nothing cold or stale. Great! Keep it up! :)

Fast food isn't really my thing, as it's unhealthy. For someone else's sake, I went to this McDonald's again after years. And I have to say something positive about the service and atmosphere. The ordering system is great. We ordered on the screen, and the menu was very clear. Although no slip came out at the end, I was able to remember the order number. And that worked perfectly at the checkout. We were given a table sign, and it's a nice, big design, and the servers brought us our food very quickly. We were thrilled with the concept. If you like going to McDonald's, then this is great.

Good Location,plenty of parking. There for breakfast, oh ya not the best. Toilets terrible, not looked after, no toilet paper, no towels for the hands.Sorry this was 10 o'clock int morning. So gave them a second chance, this time in the afternoon, ordered food for five persons, who lived outside of Marburg , so they could not deliver, ok accepted. So ordered , while waiting on the food, the manager ,on front of me and other customers, were correcting the employers,telling them that all small orders do first ,big orders have to wait. Well the guy was packing my bag. Got home and 3 burgers were missing, called and they said we had to come and pick them up. Got there and they said they were sorry and gave me the rest of the order. So what I got out of this visit, was the small orders come first and the big orders have to wait, which makes no sense, because I pay alot of money there to wait.So next time order small so I get my food faster,🤔.Second always check your order before you go out the door.

Unfortunately, you can't give 0 stars. I was there with my daughter. The restrooms are very dirty. There's trash everywhere, pee all over the rim, and the other restroom was missing its entire seat. We had to wipe our hands on our pants because the paper towel dispenser was also broken. My complaint was dealt with half-heartedly. The tables and seating were also dirty. Unfortunately, this is a permanent condition there; the two times I was there, the condition was as described above.

There is always garbage everywhere in the parking lot

The staff is friendly, and the restrooms at this store are spotlessly clean! The electric car charging stations are also excellent. Highly recommended!

The store is simply a disaster... I've ordered and paid for it several times now via the app, then you wait in drive and everyone on drive 2 is taken even though you were there first... then you move on, you get the receipt and half is taken out and is missing. But the employees can't open their mouths and say what they're going to do, they look in at home and the things are missing... of course they're missing when it's empty but they can't make a sound... it's always the same there. If BKing Marburg wasn't so remorseful we wouldn't even go to you

What a dirty shop. I've never experienced anything like this!!! Everywhere, the floor, the tables.

Preparation is currently very good, but sometimes it takes a while. It's quieter upstairs, but very warm in summer. There's a room with a huge touchscreen in the table where you can play together, very nice for kids. Downstairs the tables are all next to the entrance area and the passage to the outside lighting, it is always very loud there when there is a lot of traffic. The outdoor area is very nice in the warm season. Just on the main artery, so loud.

I'm referring to a Saturday. It was quite full but I waited for half an hour and people kept taking numbers in front of me, sometimes with huge menus.

The food arrived quickly and was piping hot. The fries could have used another 1-2 minutes in the fryer. The burgers were placed crookedly, so you had to straighten everything before eating. The McDonald's looks fairly recently renovated, but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. There are leftover sauces and/or crumbs on all the tables. The staff wanders listlessly through the store, distributing trays without even looking at you when you put them down.

Very expensive for fast food. You can no longer order at the Teke and are referred to the terminals for small items. New and nicely furnished.

Had Big Mäc menu and a double pack menu and a hamburger. Fries only half full, cola barely carbonated, hamburger dry, ketchup and onions had to be searched for. Everything becomes more expensive, then you can expect everything to be fine.

The man at the drive-in window is absolutely out of place, I have never experienced anything so unfriendly. I wanted to have €29 for a cheeseburger and when I asked how that could be, he became very unfriendly.

At McDonald's on the Afföllerwiesen in Marburg it is "simply good"! After the conversion and renovation, people like to spend time in the fast food restaurant. Orders via the app or the order terminal are usually completed quickly and efficiently. So far I haven't found any errors. The “delivery service” to the table works reliably. There is a mandatory outdoor playground for children, which is in good condition.

Half of the order that has already been paid for is always missing. It's a disgrace because the receipt was torn up in front of our eyes but none can be reprinted. Seriously, check the contents of the bag yourself. Drive In has been unreliable for half a year. A year later, nothing has changed. In the meantime I should at least be compensated for two free meals. Unbelievable.

Well located with large parking space, wheelchair accessible. This time I had a large decaf latte macchiato and a piece of cheesecake. Friendly staff, clean environment.

Food was warm and the service was also good. Unfortunately there was no heating so we froze. That's why unfortunately only three stars, despite the quick delivery of the food.

I ordered a McPlant Sweet Chili and what I got was a disgrace. There was a slice of beef patty on the burger. When I called to report this I was boldly asked what kind of meat was on the burger. Sorry, but no meat has any place on my McPlant. The fact that the right sauce was on the burger shows me that this was probably done on purpose.

I would advise any German-speaking customer against this branch. German is a foreign language here. No thanks, actually there shouldn't be any more stars. The 3 stars for the service are only there because the Pakistani employee tried to fulfill my wishes despite the language barrier. A Cafe Grande is now a Cafe small (despite the notice you don't get a Grande). The burgers were almost cold (from the branch straight to the vehicle). If you get upset about it, the employees suddenly don't understand you anymore. This is another prime example of McDonald's inhumane behavior. It's not about service, just about profit.

1st of all it was requested to provide sugar and crème with the coffee…not given and I had to bring those from the counter.and secondly they give such a small plate for the cake,it was really tough for my son to eat from there. It is cold and drafty, making it very uncomfortable. The tables are dirty almost everywhere. When I asked to wipe the tables, nothing happened. We implemented ourselves. The toilets are not clean. The lady walked in circles with our order about 3 times until she found the right number. Doesn't exactly make the food warmer... disappointing.

Ordered from Lieferando for €80. The driver doesn't reach us once, we call back after 2 minutes and the driver doesn't answer the phone several times. After consulting with the branch and Mr. Mehmet Kisa, the order was simply canceled and no more orders were delivered. Refund should happen via Lieferando - he's fine. To be enjoyed with caution. Not proportionate for an order of €80.
