I ordered my food over an hour ago and now I have to wait another 30 minutes

Half of the order that has already been paid for is always missing. It's a disgrace because the receipt was torn up in front of our eyes but none can be reprinted. Seriously, check the contents of the bag yourself. Drive In has been unreliable for half a year. A year later, nothing has changed. In the meantime I should at least be compensated for two free meals. Unbelievable.

At McDonald's on the Afföllerwiesen in Marburg it is "simply good"! After the conversion and renovation, people like to spend time in the fast food restaurant. Orders via the app or the order terminal are usually completed quickly and efficiently. So far I haven't found any errors. The “delivery service” to the table works reliably. There is a mandatory outdoor playground for children, which is in good condition.

Well located with large parking space, wheelchair accessible. This time I had a large decaf latte macchiato and a piece of cheesecake. Friendly staff, clean environment.

Food was warm and the service was also good. Unfortunately there was no heating so we froze. That's why unfortunately only three stars, despite the quick delivery of the food.

I ordered a McPlant Sweet Chili and what I got was a disgrace. There was a slice of beef patty on the burger. When I called to report this I was boldly asked what kind of meat was on the burger. Sorry, but no meat has any place on my McPlant. The fact that the right sauce was on the burger shows me that this was probably done on purpose.

I would advise any German-speaking customer against this branch. German is a foreign language here. No thanks, actually there shouldn't be any more stars. The 3 stars for the service are only there because the Pakistani employee tried to fulfill my wishes despite the language barrier. A Cafe Grande is now a Cafe small (despite the notice you don't get a Grande). The burgers were almost cold (from the branch straight to the vehicle). If you get upset about it, the employees suddenly don't understand you anymore. This is another prime example of McDonald's inhumane behavior. It's not about service, just about profit.

The food was cold to lukewarm. But after complaints we got new fries. The tables were dirty and the floor looked like a garbage dump.

You go into a restaurant and it's freezing cold. They urgently need to change something. I wouldn't recommend the mc restaurant in winter

1st of all it was requested to provide sugar and crème with the coffee…not given and I had to bring those from the counter.and secondly they give such a small plate for the cake,it was really tough for my son to eat from there. Itz 1st January 7:30pm … manager should take care of the matter.(if customers opinion is really matter for u )

Everything is always dirty, no clean tables available and they have forgotten something several times and are then rude and say that it can't be bad even though it was like that almost every time!

It is cold and drafty, making it very uncomfortable. The tables are dirty almost everywhere. When I asked to wipe the tables, nothing happened. We implemented ourselves. The toilets are not clean. The lady walked in circles with our order about 3 times until she found the right number. Doesn't exactly make the food warmer... disappointing.

Everything was dirty. The food was ready for 20 minutes but was not announced/announced. Of the 11 items we ordered, 6 were wrong, sauces were wrong, toys were missing, nuggets weren't vegan BUT we received 2 milkshakes that we hadn't ordered.

The presentation is bland, the advertising is overly correct and I simply liked the old advertising characters like Ronald and the Hamburger Stealer. Today the food is still good, apart from the burgers. It's best to do it yourself at home. What also bothers me is digitalization and the complete elimination of personal service at the counter. The app is OK, but data-wise it's a disaster. No matter, Meck Donnels.

Good Location,plenty of parking. There for breakfast, oh ya not the best. Toilets terrible, not looked after, no toilet paper, no towels for the hands.Sorry this was 10 o'clock int morning.

The staff is very unfriendly and rude to you. Food is often served cold and unfortunately many people here don't speak German and you have to communicate in English

Everything is actually quite good, except that you can't take off your jacket there because the heating somehow doesn't work or is being pushed to save money 🤷‍♂️

Ordered from Lieferando for €80. The driver doesn't reach us once, we call back after 2 minutes and the driver doesn't answer the phone several times. After consulting with the branch and Mr. Mehmet Kisa, the order was simply canceled and no more orders were delivered. Refund should happen via Lieferando - he's fine. To be enjoyed with caution. Not proportionate for an order of €80.

Very positively surprised - other McDonald's stores can follow an example. Super fast, clean. Top

This thing is a joke, if you have the opportunity you'd rather go somewhere else. Understaffed, unfriendly and an enormous waiting time. First and last time I was here. I prefer to go somewhere where I am still valued as a customer and are happy to leave my money there.

Well, all I can say is that the toilet is very clean and tidy. Because I only ever go to the toilet there for a moment. Still worth mentioning 😁😁😁

McDonald's tastes okay, but after a few minutes you'll be hungry again and that's not healthy either. No comparison to a classic restaurant. The advantage is that it tastes the same everywhere, so you know what to expect and the prices are ok. The ice cream is very tasty.

My girlfriend and I were at the big M yesterday. We ordered at the terminal. The burgers there looked big, juicy, crispy and delicious. What we got...a mini version of the burger in the picture. My girlfriend had nothing to complain about My burger was cold, the cheese wasn't even melted and I like to eat salad but not a handful that made the burger even colder. The fries were super hot. For the price I would have expected more from the big M. The tables were all through the row is dirty. The air conditioning ran in a constant loop (a pleasant 14 degrees outside and rain - super cold inside and that at the beginning of October). The fact that there were no icicles hanging from my nose was the least of the bad things. The quality has really deteriorated. Which I think is a shame. I actually like going for the big M. However, I don't know if I can still afford it given the high prices. I'm more than disappointed. Above all, why can't I get that one? Burger I ordered??? It would be nice if the “so-called” managers could get in touch. Where does quality, well-being and appreciation begin for you!

So how can it be that every time I'm there in the evening/night something gets forgotten? Times the sauces, then instead of 9 only 6 nuggets. It's really not difficult to do the 5 things on the list correctly

Modern McDonalds with nice people. The first two-lane drive-in I've seen... 😉 There is plenty of parking space as the restaurant is located right next to the large P&R parking lot. There is also space for trucks to stay overnight.

Dirty, I saw flies flying on the food that was being prepared. Somehow you're only tempted to go there by the massive advertising, but once you're in you realize that you should go out straight away. The reality is extremely unhealthy food, no hygiene, and regular food poisoning. If advertising were banned, something like McDonalds would no longer exist.

Cheater! Ordered to go and 2 out of three burgers were missing! This is simply fraud. Thank you and never again! Apparently you can't be trusted!

Unfortunately, Alsfeld is very rarely clean and the staff is usually overwhelmed

The seating was much better/more comfortable - better padding. The sofas were higher and the sauces were also significantly better. Not to mention the rape of the Homestyle Crispy Chicken Burger.

The staffing of the night shift could be reconsidered. The employees turn their shift into a comedy show. If they were even as committed to preparing the food, the fries might be warm.

I was just at Mc Donalds here in Marburg it was bad... First of all, I was left standing for 20 minutes to pay for my online order. (There was no one in front of me and nothing was going on) When it came to my turn I was treated very rudely... It looks like a bomb has hit the store. Despite at least 6 employees... who would rather chat behind the desk and be on their cell phones than clean something. Then I get my order, the burgers are thrown together, the cheese is not on the burger but next to it... I don't know what's so difficult about putting a Coke in your order. The recommendation was that you get iced tea instead... when I asked if I was getting the correct drink, I was greeted with rolling eyes...an absolute no go as a customer and as an ex-shift manager at McDonald's, a complaint was not accepted at all because the shift manager was supposedly not available were.

Really crazy, after at least 6 weeks the dip is still on the wall. Unbelievable.

Every time you go to mcdrive you have to check whether everything you ordered is there... is that so difficult? Didn't look today, and what happened? Something is missing again... really annoying

A cheeseburger is now the size of a cookie, lightly topped and costs 2.29. I won't be going to McDonald's any time soon. A PITY!!!

You can't go wrong with McDonald's. The restaurant has been completely remodeled. There are more display ordering stations, but the output has become smaller. What is noticeable is that you now have to take your tray of rubbish away and sort it out yourself. I'm curious to see how this will work during rush hour. As a result, the restaurant is slipping in terms of service.

The service is terrible. They made an order with themselves. At first, they made an order for trays. When I asked to pack it for us, the girl first made a very unhappy face and started packing everything. During packing, she spilled the potatoes (a large part). When I asked if it was supposed to be like that, she laughed and called a colleague, I understand the administrator. He asked me what happened. To which I said, is it supposed to be that 1/4 of the potatoes from our order are spilled on the tray? His reaction was shocking 🤯 He took the tray, and asked something else? If not for me, the manager's behavior is not adequate at all...

Ordered Big Mac with fries but only got fries with Big Mac sauce

Overall it's just a normal McDonald's. Slightly larger than most branches. That's especially why I don't understand why it's so narrow in the entrance area, you come in with the ordering terminals in front of your face. It's a bit stupid when people are standing there, you want to get in and others want to get out. But otherwise everything else is great, there's enough space to sit down. Employees were sometimes friendlier. At Mc Drive you feel like you're being processed. And once again something was missing in the drive in and so I had to go there twice 🙄

As usual with McDonald's, everything was very organized and quick. Long opening hours where you can also spend time in the restaurant.

What use is great service and a nice ambience to me if the food is becoming more and more expensive and worse, if there are more and more incidents of gastrointestinal problems. I noticed that the tables were very dirty inside and out. If you asked, you wouldn't have time to clean them. I have to be honest, I don't know anything about McDonald's. Maybe the franchisee should think about whether he's working in the wrong business if that's his new standard.

Ordered at DriveIn on June 8th, 2024 at 1:05 p.m. Now we have met the absolute nicest McDonalds employee in the world. Only for the man, 5 stars!!

Staff very nice, food just like McDonalds

I'm so shocked during the day when I go to MC everything is super friendly, clean OK, sometimes the order isn't right but that's human nature but this morning at 4.30 a.m. I'm there. Placing the order was quick but at the next counter it's pure catastrophe. Some people dance really disgustingly of them playing catch with the mop rod in the kitchen, totally unfriendly staff then after 14 minutes they come to me and would like to have my receipt because they have deleted the order. No less than 20 minutes later my order came, not even an apology, the food was cold and inedible, it looks like the bag has been opened and closed a thousand times, fries are soggy and cold, the burger is dry, I can just shake my head, 😨🤢I'm so mad. MC should perhaps hire competent employees for the night shift who appreciate their work. Never again at night.

I have always been satisfied with this branch so far. Compared to other branches, they make an effort not to look completely neglected. I think it's good that there are always beautiful decorations to match the respective holidays. Anyone who has already been to a few branches can do this. say this one is fine.

Poor Germany! The place is getting worse and worse. They don't manage to pack the right food. Instead of chicken nuggets there were pizza pockets (chicken nuggets in the packaging). Always wrong or incomplete delivery at the DriveInn counter! When you call them, the answer you get is “We’re sorry, it won’t happen again!” Not a word like “We’ll give you the next time you go shopping...!” Unbelievable

When you eat there, the food is not brought to the table like it is at others. The burgers have become smaller and more expensive. I had to order the fries several times because they were cold. McDonalds has gotten worse

Unfortunately it's always dirty here, the tables are never clean and there's always something lying around. When you close the toilet you suddenly have the handle in your hand and can't get out and the food is often warmed up and then neither crispy nor fresh or even just lukewarm. The staff doesn't speak German, the easiest order has to be repeated 3 or 4 times and yet it happens that you get something different. The only positive aspects are the spatial design of McDonald's and the ice cream, unless the ice cream machine is broken again...

I recently visited the McDonald's in Marburg and was overall very happy with my experience. 8€ for 2 cold latte macchiato in paper cups to be consumed on site because it was too much effort to rinse the cups and then have them complained about.

Underground! Ordered in MCdrive. 1 BigMac menu with Cola. 1 HappyMeal with cheeseburger, fruit nonsense & also with cola. So nothing earth-shattering. Paid: 15€ The happy meal became a sad meal. No fruit nonsense and no gift included. Only a limp hamburger, even though I ordered a cheeseburger, and a few cold fries. There were no drinks with either menu. The employee simply closed the window and that was it. I'm angry and feel cheated out of my money. The HappyMeal orderer (10) was sad, cried and from now on doesn't want any more MCD. Really “no go”

Food arrives quickly and the building itself is large, so you have a lot of choice where you want to sit. They worked on it for the children. There are tablets on certain tables and on 2 tables there is a kind of projection that children can interact with. There is also a small playground outside for the children. The Mcdrive recently even has 2 entrances!!! Overall, it's a nice quick-service restaurant for families and not a bad McDonald's.

Unfortunately, you have to constantly check whether you are getting everything you have already paid for.

Our youngest son was with a friend for the Easter holidays. We met his parents halfway here. Stopped briefly and then headed home. The food and drinks were top as always 😋👍

24/7 McDonald's location. Can get very busy, especially in the evenings. Huge location with a large parking lot and also a truck stop nearby.

The employees are extremely nice and very hardworking. The food is delicious and the prices are great.

The food was delicious and went quickly, but all the sauces were forgotten on 3 menus. Unfortunately, you cannot select table service in the ordering terminal unless you order from an employee. But the signs are still there. You can't choose whether you want to eat it there either. This was then communicated to an employee, who then communicated this with her colleagues, but everything was still packed in a bag. Not bad, it happens. A women's toilet was blocked so only one could be used. It was very busy so a queue quickly formed in front of the toilet. There was no toilet paper. The food was great but we would order take-away next time if we end up there again.

Quick delicious food. No limp fries and a delicious burger. Relatively large and good toilet with paper towels instead of those bland things to dry your hands.

Value: -1! I have just placed my final, final order in this branch. Either the order is incomplete, incorrect, or slapped together so that you lose your appetite.
