So how can it be that every time I'm there in the evening/night something gets forgotten? Times the sauces, then instead of 9 only 6 nuggets. It's really not difficult to do the 5 things on the list correctly

Modern McDonalds with nice people. The first two-lane drive-in I've seen... 😉 There is plenty of parking space as the restaurant is located right next to the large P&R parking lot. There is also space for trucks to stay overnight.

Cheater! Ordered to go and 2 out of three burgers were missing! This is simply fraud. Thank you and never again! Apparently you can't be trusted!

Dirty, I saw flies flying on the food that was being prepared. Somehow you're only tempted to go there by the massive advertising, but once you're in you realize that you should go out straight away. The reality is extremely unhealthy food, no hygiene, and regular food poisoning. If advertising were banned, something like McDonalds would no longer exist.

Unfortunately, Alsfeld is very rarely clean and the staff is usually overwhelmed

The seating was much better/more comfortable - better padding. The sofas were higher and the sauces were also significantly better. Not to mention the rape of the Homestyle Crispy Chicken Burger.

The staffing of the night shift could be reconsidered. The employees turn their shift into a comedy show. If they were even as committed to preparing the food, the fries might be warm.

A Mecces just the way I like it. Bright, friendly, quick and freshly prepared. Food as you know it, the coffee had a strange aftertaste

I was just at Mc Donalds here in Marburg it was bad... First of all, I was left standing for 20 minutes to pay for my online order. (There was no one in front of me and nothing was going on) When it came to my turn I was treated very rudely... It looks like a bomb has hit the store. Despite at least 6 employees... who would rather chat behind the desk and be on their cell phones than clean something. Then I get my order, the burgers are thrown together, the cheese is not on the burger but next to it... I don't know what's so difficult about putting a Coke in your order. The recommendation was that you get iced tea instead... when I asked if I was getting the correct drink, I was greeted with rolling eyes...an absolute no go as a customer and as an ex-shift manager at McDonald's, a complaint was not accepted at all because the shift manager was supposedly not available were.

Really crazy, after at least 6 weeks the dip is still on the wall. Unbelievable.

Every time you go to mcdrive you have to check whether everything you ordered is there... is that so difficult? Didn't look today, and what happened? Something is missing again... really annoying

A cheeseburger is now the size of a cookie, lightly topped and costs 2.29. I won't be going to McDonald's any time soon. A PITY!!!

You can't go wrong with McDonald's. The restaurant has been completely remodeled. There are more display ordering stations, but the output has become smaller. What is noticeable is that you now have to take your tray of rubbish away and sort it out yourself. I'm curious to see how this will work during rush hour. As a result, the restaurant is slipping in terms of service.

The service is terrible. They made an order with themselves. At first, they made an order for trays. When I asked to pack it for us, the girl first made a very unhappy face and started packing everything. During packing, she spilled the potatoes (a large part). When I asked if it was supposed to be like that, she laughed and called a colleague, I understand the administrator. He asked me what happened. To which I said, is it supposed to be that 1/4 of the potatoes from our order are spilled on the tray? His reaction was shocking 🤯 He took the tray, and asked something else? If not for me, the manager's behavior is not adequate at all...

Ordered Big Mac with fries but only got fries with Big Mac sauce

Overall it's just a normal McDonald's. Slightly larger than most branches. That's especially why I don't understand why it's so narrow in the entrance area, you come in with the ordering terminals in front of your face. It's a bit stupid when people are standing there, you want to get in and others want to get out. But otherwise everything else is great, there's enough space to sit down. This review was not posted due to hate speech

Employees were sometimes friendlier. At Mc Drive you feel like you're being processed. And once again something was missing in the drive in and so I had to go there twice 🙄

As usual with McDonald's, everything was very organized and quick. Long opening hours where you can also spend time in the restaurant.

What use is great service and a nice ambience to me if the food is becoming more and more expensive and worse, if there are more and more incidents of gastrointestinal problems. I noticed that the tables were very dirty inside and out. If you asked, you wouldn't have time to clean them. I have to be honest, I don't know anything about McDonald's. Maybe the franchisee should think about whether he's working in the wrong business if that's his new standard.

Ordered at DriveIn on June 8th, 2024 at 1:05 p.m. Now we have met the absolute nicest McDonalds employee in the world. Only for the man, 5 stars!!

Staff very nice, food just like McDonalds

I'm so shocked during the day when I go to MC everything is super friendly, clean OK, sometimes the order isn't right but that's human nature but this morning at 4.30 a.m. I'm there. Placing the order was quick but at the next counter it's pure catastrophe. Some people dance really disgustingly of them playing catch with the mop rod in the kitchen, totally unfriendly staff then after 14 minutes they come to me and would like to have my receipt because they have deleted the order. No less than 20 minutes later my order came, not even an apology, the food was cold and inedible, it looks like the bag has been opened and closed a thousand times, fries are soggy and cold, the burger is dry, I can just shake my head, 😨🤢I'm so mad. MC should perhaps hire competent employees for the night shift who appreciate their work. Never again at night.

I have always been satisfied with this branch so far. Compared to other branches, they make an effort not to look completely neglected. I think it's good that there are always beautiful decorations to match the respective holidays. Anyone who has already been to a few branches can do this. say this one is fine.

Poor Germany! The place is getting worse and worse. They don't manage to pack the right food. Instead of chicken nuggets there were pizza pockets (chicken nuggets in the packaging). Always wrong or incomplete delivery at the DriveInn counter! When you call them, the answer you get is “We’re sorry, it won’t happen again!” Not a word like “We’ll give you the next time you go shopping...!” Unbelievable

When you eat there, the food is not brought to the table like it is at others. The burgers have become smaller and more expensive. I had to order the fries several times because they were cold. McDonalds has gotten worse

Very unfriendly staff is very disappointing from a global company 🤨

Unfortunately it's always dirty here, the tables are never clean and there's always something lying around. When you close the toilet you suddenly have the handle in your hand and can't get out and the food is often warmed up and then neither crispy nor fresh or even just lukewarm. The staff doesn't speak German, the easiest order has to be repeated 3 or 4 times and yet it happens that you get something different. The only positive aspects are the spatial design of McDonald's and the ice cream, unless the ice cream machine is broken again...

I recently visited the McDonald's in Marburg and was overall very happy with my experience. 8€ for 2 cold latte macchiato in paper cups to be consumed on site because it was too much effort to rinse the cups and then have them complained about.

Soon you won't need to go anywhere without PC or smartphone knowledge. The staff speaks very little German. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Underground! Ordered in MCdrive. 1 BigMac menu with Cola. 1 HappyMeal with cheeseburger, fruit nonsense & also with cola. So nothing earth-shattering. Paid: 15€ The happy meal became a sad meal. No fruit nonsense and no gift included. Only a limp hamburger, even though I ordered a cheeseburger, and a few cold fries. There were no drinks with either menu. The employee simply closed the window and that was it. I'm angry and feel cheated out of my money. The HappyMeal orderer (10) was sad, cried and from now on doesn't want any more MCD. Really “no go”

Food arrives quickly and the building itself is large, so you have a lot of choice where you want to sit. They worked on it for the children. There are tablets on certain tables and on 2 tables there is a kind of projection that children can interact with. There is also a small playground outside for the children. The Mcdrive recently even has 2 entrances!!! Overall, it's a nice quick-service restaurant for families and not a bad McDonald's.

Unfortunately, you have to constantly check whether you are getting everything you have already paid for.

Our youngest son was with a friend for the Easter holidays. We met his parents halfway here. Stopped briefly and then headed home. The food and drinks were top as always 😋👍

24/7 McDonald's location. Can get very busy, especially in the evenings. Huge location with a large parking lot and also a truck stop nearby.

The employees are extremely nice and very hardworking. The food is delicious and the prices are great.

The food was delicious and went quickly, but all the sauces were forgotten on 3 menus. Unfortunately, you cannot select table service in the ordering terminal unless you order from an employee. But the signs are still there. You can't choose whether you want to eat it there either. This was then communicated to an employee, who then communicated this with her colleagues, but everything was still packed in a bag. Not bad, it happens. A women's toilet was blocked so only one could be used. It was very busy so a queue quickly formed in front of the toilet. There was no toilet paper. The food was great but we would order take-away next time if we end up there again.

Quick delicious food. No limp fries and a delicious burger. Relatively large and good toilet with paper towels instead of those bland things to dry your hands.

Value: -1! I have just placed my final, final order in this branch. Either the order is incomplete, incorrect, or slapped together so that you lose your appetite.

The food was as usual and expected. And McDonalds is just McDonalds. BUT: Simply withholding the most expensive burger and thus cheating the customer out of the goods they paid for is an impudence! If this is the management's requirement to deceive takeaway customers by not including burgers in the bag, this should actually be legally challenged. The missing burgers in takeaway orders are already known nationwide, so there must be a method behind it. There can't be that many indisposed employees.

Correct, quick and tastes as hoped: good!

I think employees were overwhelmed at the time as our takeaway order was on a tablet and not in a bag and it was clear that the burgers had been slapped on everything so that it would be ready quickly. The taste was good, but the look was terrible.

Alles top! Sehr interessant ist das Konzept und Dekoration/Ausstattung. Also nicht nur gut essen sondern auch bequem sitzen. Alles sehr modern gemacht. Viele Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Parkplatz war unheimlich verschmutzt mit Müll von den Gästen, dafür kann das Personal warscheinlich nichts. Essen war so durchschnittlich. Filet o Fisch ist viel kleiner als vor ein paar Monaten und das Personal war mehr am Kaugummi kauen als freundlich.

Extrem kalt und zugig wenn die türe aufgeht

Nach dem Umbau ist es einfach extrem Kalt hier. Die Türen gehen ständig auf und dadurch ist ständig Durchzug, egal wo man sich hinsetzen es zieht einfach nur! Dachte ein Umbau sollte den Laden besser machen? Hier ist es leider komplett schief gelaufen! Dann sind immer alle Tische dreckig und die Stühle auch. Wenn man sich mal einen Kaffee bestellt und den Tischservice nutzt kriegt man zwar Zucker dabei aber nie einen Löffel oder ein Stäbchen zum umrühren. Also muss man doch wieder nach vorne laufen da könnt man dich den Tischservice auch sparen. Auch bei Bestellungen an Essen wird man öfter vergessen.

Im Restaurant gibt es gefühlt keine Heizung. Alle Gäste sitzen hier dick eingepackt in Jacken. Das Essen braucht bei Zubereitung und Zustellung so lang, dass es maximal lauwarm ankommt. Leider gibt es keine wirkliche Alternative in der näheren Umgebung.

Bin Sauberkeit hat man hier nichts gehört. Mit den Händen in der Tasche und in der Weltgeschichte rumschauen. Wenn das Services ist dann naja Nie wieder

Keine Ahnung was da heute los war. Ganz normal bestellt, mit Tischservice, hingesetzt und gewartet und gewartet und gewartet, nach 30 Minuten Warten eine Mitarbeiterin gefragt: leider hat so kein Wort deutsch gesprochen. Also weiter gewartet.. nach 50 Minuten wurde es mir dann zu blöd. Ich habe mein Geld zurück gefordert, was ich immerhin auch anstandslos bekommen habe. Keine Erklärung, keine Infos an die Kunden.. Schade

Service und Bedienung war nett und freundlich. McDonald's hat Servicepoint.

Es ist McDonald's. Nichts Weltbewegendes oder richtig Geiles, aber schon ganz nett. Und natürlich ganz schön billig, vor allem mit den Coupons aus der App.👀

Typischer MC Donalds, Parkplätze sind auf dem Messeplatz direkt vorm Gebäude ausreichend vorhanden. Bestellung am Terminal und Tischservice funktionieren meist gut hier. Allerdings finde ich, dass bei MC Donalds Preis-Leistung nicht mehr passt, da ich hier ähnlich viel bezahle wie bei einem günstigen Italiener, was mir persönlich dann doch lieber ist. Insgesamt alles ok bei MC Donalds am Messeplatz in MR.

War früher besser, der Belag ist bei manchen Produkten mehr als dürftig. Heute wurde wiedermal ein Produkt vergessen ( Pommes ). Ganz schlimm ist der Telefonservice. Habe heute ca. 15 mal probiert anzurufen. Es klingelt und klingelt und klingelt ..............

Mc donalds ist viel zu teuer geworden und die cupons sind auch nichtmehr was sie mal waren. Wenn man schon so ein trash food kauft will man es wenigstens billig. Das war damals der einzigste Vorteil an mc donalds aber jetzt haben sie nichtmal mehr das.

Leider wurde die Hälfte unserer Bestellung vergessen, und erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage wurde die fehlenden Bestellungen nachgereicht. Sauberkeit war Mittelmäßig.

Gemütliche Atmosphäre, sauber, schön dekoriert, genug Platz, sher gut aufgeteilt. Mitarbeiter fände ich tüchtig. Essen wird auch schnell gemacht und ist richtig frisch und heiß. Leider haben nicht alle Bestell Automaten funktioniert.

Gut Mitarbeiter freundlichen Team und schneller Service. Eine Mitarbeiter war im mc drive Kasse Hr Mehra sehr gut sehr freundlich. Toll Toll Toll.

Ich habe dieses Lokal mehrmals besucht, das Essen ist köstlich, der Service ist gut. Aber Toiletten sind immer in schlechtem Zustand, dreckig, verstopft. Auch die Türklinken in den Toiletten sind in einem schrecklichen Zustand, das hinterlässt einen schlechten Eindruck.

Bei meiner Bestellung hat leider das Dessert gefehlt. Der Fahrer war telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Schade

Wozu gibt man Becher mit Öffnung für Strohhalme raus, wenn es dazu keine Strohhalme gibt? Und wenn man nachfragt gibt es nur fadenscheinige Ausreden… ganz schlecht!!!!

War schon ein paar Mal in dem McDonalds.Innendrin ist es oft rammelvoll und leicht chaotisch.Drive-In geht eigentlich meiner Meinung nach relativ in Ordnung,da gibt's schlimmere.Das Essen wird leider oft lieblos zusammengeklatscht.Für den späten Hunger ganz ok,wenn sonst nichts offen hat.Aber ein Vorzeigesystemgastronom ist das nicht.

Der neue Big Mac ist nicht so meins der alte hat mir persönlich besser geschmeckt (Geschmackssache). Werden weitere Burger verändert spar ich mir zumindest bald die Besuche hat auch so seine Vorteile. Umbau ist gut gelungen ob notwendig sei mal dahin gestellt. Ich kenne diesen MC jetzt schon 15 Jahre und habe die Veränderungen alle verfolgt... Die Veränderungen wurden von mal zu mal besser und rückten das Ambiente in ein besseres Licht... Doch al ich das letzte Mal da war war ich doch verwundert als ich die Bedienung ansprach und diese nur englisch sprach und mich auf deutsch nicht verstanden hat.... Wieso muss das so sein ich bin doch zu Hause in Deutschland und nicht in England

Personal überfordert und unfreundlich, Essen kalt und Burger fehlten. Reklamation unmöglich. Lange Wartezeiten.

Ihr Pimmelberger habt meinen 6er chicken nuggets vergessen! Danke für NICHTS ihr NULLINGER! Was soll ich mit Soße ohne nuggets!?
