Avanti in Marburg

I don't understand. Their food tastes really great, but the delivery service is terrible. How can it be that the supplier cannot find the address and still wants to be in the right? If you don't know the area, you shouldn't offer a delivery service. Your delivery person asked me to meet him in the parking garage. I specifically went to the parking garage, but no one was there. Instead, he called me and ended up waiting across the street. I have back pain. If I was able to walk around, I would have either picked up the food myself or gone to a restaurant. If you can't deliver the order to your door, why even offer a delivery service? In addition, the supplier's attitude was extremely unfriendly. I'm really upset.

I order there very often, both for delivery and for collection. When I've picked up my food there, I've never had to wait for it. The food is very tasty and the staff is always super friendly!

We have ordered there many times and picked them up directly and have always been completely satisfied. The Hawaiian pizza with cranberries is particularly delicious!

It was my first time ordering here and I have to say the food arrived on time and warm, even though I read a lot of negative things. I ordered the pizza basilico with extra sucuk and onion and the pizza bread Garlic. My pizza wasn't cut but the pizza bread was, which makes very little sense and above all I'm in the hospital. In terms of taste, the pizza bread is okay, but a bit dry, despite the olive oil. The pizza was limp, but it was crispy on the outside so that was a plus. In the end it was a complete disaster because I had to leave the pizza with clean hands and it was a big mess. The best part was the garlic dip, very tasty, flavorful to the point. I wouldn't order regularly, but if you need it, like in my case, you can order. I can't say anything about the ambience since I ordered.

That was the last time we ordered from Avanti! Since we ordered on a Sunday, we assumed there might be delays - completely legitimate. The order confirmation stated 45 minutes, after 1.5 hours we called again to make sure our order had come through, we were told that the driver would arrive at any moment... more waiting... after being hungry overall After 2 hours of waiting, the driver finally arrived. Since everything is online these days, you could at least expect to be notified if your food arrives later if you give a time. Now to the food - the food was lukewarm and tasted absolutely bland, the curly fries were absolutely soggy, which is not surprising given this type of packaging - there are other options for fries and the like. to keep it somewhat cross, as well as the side salad from dishes that came with the initially warm/hot food is so mushy that I wouldn't even offer it to a stable bunny. Salad simply doesn't belong in the warming container like the other salads, they aren't in there either. Time management and packaging absolutely need to be optimized!!! Well, you can argue about tastes, we as a family didn't like it, only the child was happy with his chicken nuggets - you can't go wrong! Conclusion: Avanti has declined massively in recent years and is absolutely no longer recommended!

Expensive and bad. Pizza arrived and was completely soggy because it had probably been in the box for a long time. They probably didn't wash the lettuce on the pizza beforehand because eating it felt like eating a pound cake and last but not least, the pizzas were delivered twice as late as originally announced. In addition, the pizzas have very absurd toppings. Who puts anchovies on a Diavola?! But if you have the pizza individually topped, it quickly becomes significantly more expensive. I simply cannot recommend you to eat here.

I hate to do it but I'll do it! Ordered Tortellini al Forno with cream sauce I got sour sauce 🫥 1. You don't even want to touch the food just because of the smell! 2. Taste inedible! 3. Not recommended. 4. After a delivery like that, I can't and don't want to order food from you anymore!

Today we ordered again from work with 11 people. Delivery arrived on time at the requested time and everything was still hot. Nothing was missing and the driver was very friendly. 👍 This is what I experience again and again when I place a larger order from Avanti. By the way, our favorite dishes here are usually Asian dishes. My personal favorite is breaded chicken with peanut sauce and vegetables. Breaded chicken in Thai curry, coconut milk and vegetables as well as fried noodles with tofu (vegetarian) with various vegetables and eggs are also very popular. Everything can be seen in the photos.

Ordered a Viennese schnitzel with freshly fried mushrooms and fries, what's rubbish for over 10 euros, fries not edible, schnitzel minni, no mushrooms, warm salt, you can get the Fanta in the menu for 2.50, call the website and pay 4 euros straight away extra.

Delivery time: the targeted 45 became 70 minutes. Well, it was better. Service: had to go to the car because the driver wasn't able to find the house number (others haven't had a problem with this so far). He was on the phone privately the whole time, which meant I wasn't given enough of a dish at first. Since he got the missing dish from another box, I asked whether that was also the correct order for the other dishes. But he didn't seem to be interested because when I asked, I got the answer: "I don't know, I'll drive on now, call my boss." He was already in the car and drove away while still talking on the phone. Quality: Lettuce consisted of 1/3 stalk material; Pizza was completely overloaded with cheese. CONCLUSION: not again!

We ordered pizza and fried noodles on Saturday. Delivery after 1.5 hours. The pizza was like bubble gum and the rice tasted like nothing. Consistency like it was a few days old. Now we have gastrointestinal problems. I'm still thinking about whether I should report this to the health department. People please don’t order there. Friends of ours also ordered there a few weeks ago and had terrible gastrointestinal problems. Never again!

We ordered 3 different schnitzels with 3 people: 1 x with a gorgonzola sauce, 1 x with cream sauce and 1 x with hunter's sauce. The schnitzel in gorgonzola sauce had nothing to do with it just by its appearance. All three tasted closer to a disaster than a delicious meal. The mini side salad that was served was terrible. I don't know if the salad dressing got ruined by the weather or something else went wrong. It's a shame that you spent €14.99 per schnitzel. That literally hurt. Please, dear Avanti team: work on it very quickly or take it off the map!!!

The food was really good, I/we had something from the ASIA menus. But: I/we will NEVER order again because the delivery took a whopping 2 hours. The promise was 45 minutes. I don't care if "it was busy" was given as an excuse, then a delivery time should be adjusted upwards. I'm also sorry that the delivery driver had to act as a lightning rod, but the delivery time of 2 hours isn't possible. While I was waiting = my hunger time, I fried fried eggs. After my meal the delivery service arrived. As I said: Then NEVER AGAIN AVANTI Marburg.

I've been ordering there for over 20 years now and it's always delicious, I have no idea what the others are doing wrong. My food is always warm, on time and tasty. And this throughout the entire time. The only thing, that's why it's not five stars. Unfortunately, the salad has become much smaller over the years and the quality is no longer what it used to be. Otherwise everything was great.

Avanti driver races through our play street just past our children. When asked to clarify the driver over the phone, the man on the phone replied angrily that he was not responsible for it. The boss would come at 5 p.m., but he shouldn't be interested in that. Bad and sad picture of a company and unfortunately I can no longer order there.

I would prefer to give only 0 stars for this delivery and the food. Order placed by phone, sent to new address. Unfortunately delivery first to the old address (otherwise it would probably have arrived on time). When the delivery person arrived at the new address (extremely stressed), I just briefly asked why communication was so difficult. In addition to verbal discrimination towards me, there was also not much left to a violent confrontation. Completely disrespectful. And that leaves a pretty anti-social impression. Pizzas were also burnt.

Never again! Never deliver on the stated delivery times and for the second time not the right thing you ordered. In addition, the Styrofoam in the container dissolved and was almost eaten! Absolutely unsatisfactory!

We ordered food, we waited for over half an hour, it didn't arrive after a call and it was said it would be in 5 minutes because about 40 minutes later it still wasn't there because about 2 hours later it was as ordered, which was for an order that was announced 24 hours in advance

What has improved extremely compared to before is the delivery. In the past, unannounced delivery times of 2.5 hours used to occur, but this has no longer been the case for a long time. Errors in orders also virtually no longer exist. Avanti has improved greatly here. The food was always okay by Marburg standards, but not outstanding either. Since Corona, prices have increased sportily. I find some things to be too expensive for the quality. But apparently the money was also invested in better service and that's okay.

We came back from vacation on Friday and after a long drive we decided to order something to eat at home. We chose Asian dishes from Avanti: Chop Suye with chicken and vegetables and breaded chicken with vegetables and peanut sauce. 30 minutes after ordering over the phone our food was there, very tasty and hot. The driver was friendly as always. So ...... all for the best and really happy again.

After the mediocre pizza, I thought it couldn't get any worse. Yesterday I was taught otherwise. Mold in the (actually fresh) salad. This is probably already prepared and waiting for delivery. Very unfortunate. For me, after the many negative experiences, this is now completely over.

We have always enjoyed ordering from Avanti. Today's order via the homepage was confirmed with 45 minutes, but when we asked (100 minutes after ordering) we were told that no order had been received at all. We could order again. This is unacceptable. In the future we will order somewhere else, which we regret as we have always enjoyed the food.

The customer is not king at all! Customers who pay in advance via Paypal in particular have a right to their goods. It cannot be the case that if you ask why a delivery takes more than 2 hours, you will be shouted at and insulted. The alleged boss then claims that they were cheeky and pushed the driver. I've never experienced anything like this in my life.

I've hardly ever had anything to complain about, except once when the food came a little later than announced ( Lieferando ) but usually the driver comes with the food on time and is friendly. The food is always delicious and special requests are listened to, I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Unfortunately it's getting worse and worse. Last time the delivery took 3 hours instead of the promised 45 minutes. I order very often from Avanti. The food usually comes very timely. Sometimes it happens that the sauce (for me that green Thai curry and the salad yogurt dressing) is a bit thin. All salad ingredients are always crisp and fresh! The rest of the food was always very good too.

Highly recommended order sucuc pizza + curry sauce and eat pizza with the sauce :) but unfortunately outrageously expensive :( 2x pizza (3 extra toppings) 2x curry sauce & 1xgarlic sauce + 1 Fanta 1L = 50 euros including delivery costs xD that's crazy.. But on New Year's Eve you can you can treat yourself lol

Ich habe dort bestellt seit dem ich in Marburg im Klinikum bin und muss sagen , ich wurde kein einziges Mal enttäuscht. Habe dort mehrere Gerichte probiert. Immer wieder gerne.

Katastrophe! Lieferant kann nicht mal „Hallo“ sagen, Essen war kalt und kam 2 Stunden zu spät. Erste und letzte mal da bestellt.

Die Bifteki waren ungefüllte Frikadellen ohne Gewürz, aber mit großen Zwiebelstücken, der Krautsalat war Eisbergsalat mit Joghurtdressing, der Tzatziki ein milder Gurkendipp und der Reis pappig. Dass das Essen mit gutem Willen gerade mal lauwarm war, ist da fast geschenkt.

Freundliche Leute arbeiten da ! Muss nicht lange warten, in 8 Minuten , vor Ort Pizza fertig! Nach eigene Geschmack kann mann alles bestellen! Und für mich war sehr gut ,👌hat geschmeckt ! ( Hawaii Pizza) 😁

Wir hatten Pizza, 2x asiatisch und einmal griechisch bestellt. Pizza und asiatisch war gut. Mein panierter Feta Käse und die Pommes waren leider nicht so gut. Die Verpackung war verschweißt - die Pommes waren daher weich! Warum wird dies so gehandhabt?! Nachhaltig sind die Plastik Verpackungen auch nicht. Vielleicht sollte man auf Papier umsteigen, dann könnten die Pommes auch knusprig sein.

Sehr lecker und schnelle Lieferung

Für einen reinen Lieferservice - der nahezu alles anbietet - stabiles Essen. Ich bevorzuge die asiatischen Gerichte. Pizza eine „Standard“-Lieferpizza. Lieferzeiten durchschnittlich. Kann man prinzipiell nichts falsch machen.

Das Essen ist grundsätzlich, an Lieferdienstmaßstäben gemessen, gut. Es ist allerdings sehr schade, wenn extra die online "Vorbestellen-Funktion" für 19:00 Uhr genutzt wird, das Essen jedoch schon um 17:30 Uhr geliefert wird. Da musste das Essen dann um 19:00 Uhr aufgewärmt werden. Das ist Schade, sonst sind immer zufriedenstellend.

Das Essen war gut und lecker. Die Portionen waren sehr Reichhaltig und die Preise angemessen.

Also wenn ich die Bewertungen hier lese bin ich etwas verwirrt. Ich bestelle Regelmäßig bei Avanti und das schon seit Jahren und habe auch schon viel Erlebt an Manchen Tagen stimmt die Qualität vom Essen einfach nicht aber für Jeden Tag in der Woche einen GUTEN koch zur Hand zu haben ist sicher auch Nicht einfach aber wenn ich das Essen nicht meistens Sehr Gut finden würde würde ich vielleicht auch nicht so häufig bestellen, weiter zu ich bestelle auch schon mal Essen das Überhaupt nicht auf der Karte steht was aber auch immer wieder Klappt nur auch nicht immer Möglich ist. Alles zusammen ist Avanti einer der Besseren Lieferdienste für Essen in Marburg diese Probleme mit Lieferungen und Qualität vom Essen kenne ich von allen Liefern Diensten ohne Ausnahme. ps. eine der Bewertungen beschwert sich über das Fahrverhalten von einem Avanti Lieferfahrer, dies kann ich auch verstehen würde ich aber Generell auf Autos nicht auf Avanti Fahrer beziehen was wir brauchen ist ein Auto Verbot in der Innenstadt das löst so Probleme Sofort... essen Liefern geht auch ohne Auto keine Frage!

Dass der Lieferant anruft, wenn er da ist - super, nichts zu meckern. Ich laufe also barfuß runter (ohne Schlüssel, da ich annehme, der Lieferboy wartet bereits unten) - und niemand ist da. Ich stehe also barfuß gut und gerne 3 Minuten rufend im Hauseingang, bis der dezent genervt wirkende Liefertyp angehetzt kommt und mich des Umstandes belehrt, gerade "mitten auf der Straße zu parken" und "wie ätzend das doch sei". Sorry Jung, dafür kann ich nichts 🤔. Ist halt Marburg Innenstadt - und wenn ihr den Service anbietet zu liefern, ist es ganz niedriges Niveau, mir als zahlender Kundin den Umstand anzukreiden, wie schlecht man hier nen Parkplatz findet 🤷‍♀️. Dann bietet halt keine Lieferung im Stadtzentrum an - oder nehmt 3 Euro Liefergebühr für MR-Mitte und schaut, ob sich das rentiert. Nachdem ich dann sah, wie unbeschreiblich lieblos und vertrocknet meine Pizza zubereitet war, war ich froh, intuitiv zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben kein Trinkgeld gegeben zu haben❤️.

Ich bestelle öfter bei Avanti u kann es empfehlen. Das Essen war immer heiß,reichlich u sehr schmackhaft.

Hallo an alle Avanti fans. Ich bin stammkunde bei Avanti und mir schmeckt das essen immer sehr gut. Ich bin wirklich ein grosser fan von Avanti. Aber einen ganz bestimmten tag in der woche ist die qualität eine ganz andere. Das schnitzel ist auf einmal zäh, die pommes total laprig und die fahrer sind sehr unfreundlich. Ich vermute das der koch einmal in der woche seinen freien tag braucht und das dann ein koch da ist der nichts drauf hat. PS: Soll keine kritik sein, ist nur meine erfahrung.

Den zahlreichen schlechten Bewerungen zum Trotz, steig ich mal mit einem kleinen Reim ein. Ich bin verliebt, gar verzückt von Avantis großen Pizza Glück. In einem Stück ich ganz allein, fraß die Pizza auf - oh nein. Mit piri piri und Sauce Holandaise und ich sag euch, nehmt auch den extra käs. Also traut euch und speist wie die Asen. Glaubt mir, dass sind nicht nur Phrasen. Im Ernst, ich habe lange in Marburg studiert und Avanti war immer qualitativ der beste Lieferdienst. Ich besuche Marburg allein, um bei Avanti zu bestellen. Nicht nur die Pizzen sind gut auch die asiatischen und indischen Gerichte sind für einen Lieferdienst lecker. Nichts geht aber über die Magnumpizza!

Avanti ist einer der wenigen verlässlichen Lieferdiense in Marburg. Noch nie wurde eine Bestellung vergessen oder etwas falsches geliefert. Auch an Sonn- und Feiertagen beträgt die Lieferzeit nicht länger als 60 min. Ich bin seit 13 Jahren Stammkunde und die Qualität der Gerichte war stets auf einem hohen Niveau. Man bekommt bei Avanti immer genau das, was man erwartet. Ein Lob an die Küche! Dennoch möchte ich hier erwähnen, dass die Magnumpizza wahrhaftig das Highlight ist. Etwas dickerer Teig, viel Soße und Käse. Nirgends bekommt man so viel Belag für sein Geld. Weitere Empfehlungen: Pizza Fiesta Mexicana, Pizza Crudo, Bruschetta.

Wer amerikanische Pizzen mag, wird die Magnum Pizza von Avanti lieben. Ich habe die Rezensionen gelesen und muss jetzt mal eine Lanze für die Magnum Pizza brechen. Seitdem ich mit meinem Studium in Marburg angefangen habe lebe ich nun bereits über 10 Jahre hier. In dieser langen Zeit hat Avanti stets eine gleiche Qualität geliefert. Heute haben wir eine Magnum Pizza mit extra Käse, Sucuk, Bacon, Sauce Hollendaise und Brokkoli bestellt - Wer eine italienische Pizza erwartet wird hier wahrscheinlich enttäuscht werden. Der Boden ist etwas dicker und es gibt viel Belag und viel Käse. Die Sauce Hollendaise verbindet Teig und Belag zu einer gehaltvollen Masse, welche auch geschmacklich zu überzeugen weiss. (Anmerkung der Redaktion: ich bekomme beim schreiben gerade wieder hunger). Der Brokkoli hat eine gewisse "Restknackigheit" und fügt dem ganzen etwas Frisches hinzu. Die Lieferung hat 40 min gedauert (Sonntag Nachmittag) Generell muss man sagen, dass es um Pizzalieferungen in Marburg schlecht steht sofern man den Service mit Großstädten wie Berlin oder Frankfurt vergleicht, aber Avanti hält die Fahne hoch und die Stammkundschaft kennt den Wert der Magnumpizzen. Wenn man zwei Magnum Pizzen bestellt bekommt man einen guten Lambrusco (7.50 Euro bei Amazon) kostenlos dazu. Für 25 Euro pro Magnum Pizza werden 3 Leute satt. Ein Tipp noch, wenn man die Pizza ein zweites Mal im Backhofen aufbackt wird der Teig unten knusprig und bleibt im Inneren fluffig. Das einzige Manko an der Pizza für mich ist der Rand, welcher etwas trocken ist, dieser wird beim zweiten Aufbacken aber auch knuspriger. Das zweite Aufbacken ist immer nochmal besser (Wenn was übrig bleibt)

Lieferung f. Samstags sehr schnell. Preis- naja. Aber alles ist teurer geworden. Bei der lieferung noch zusätzliche Pommes, die haben wir aber nicht bestellt. Alles in allem: nicht so zufrieden wie sonst.

Pro: Geschmacklich war die Pizza ganz gut Contra: Haben eine Familienpizza bestellt. Diese ist aber sehr viel kleiner als erwartet, 2-3 Leute werden davon satt. Für einen Preis von 25€+ eine Frechheit.

Unpünktliche Lieferung (50min Verzögerung) obwohl wir eine Stunde Vorbestellzeit hatten. Andere Lieferdienste sind da besser organisiert. Die „scharfe“ Ente mit rotem Thai-Curry war für mich maximal pikant, aber das ist vermutlich Geschmacksache. Die Kroketten meines Sohnes waren matschig und lauwarm. Fazit: Eher nicht mehr.

Beste Lieferanten in Marburg und von Geschmack und preislich kann ich nur empfehlen.

Heute alles super: schnelle Lieferung, Qualität und Geschmack hervorragend (Asia Gericht). Dankeschön muss auch mal gesagt werden!

Hier hat sich irgendwas geändert. Haben seit langem (7 Monate) mal wieder bestellt. Das Essen nicht gut (von kalt bis angebrannt war alles dabei) die Lieferungen verspätet. Die Fahrer voll im Stress aber freundlich. Werden hier erst mal sicher nichts mehr bestellen.

Es sind eigentlich keine 5 Sterne sondern eher 3-4 oder so aber die anderen Rezensionen hier lassen den Laden sehr schlecht aussehen, was er meiner Meinung nach nicht verdient. Das meiste sind wie ich das sehe Menschen, die einfach nur ihr Essen zu spät bekommen haben (Und sich dann total darüber aufregen (wie kleine Kinder an der Kasse)). Es kann ungefähr eine Stunde bis anderthalb Stunden dauern bis das Essen da ist. Ich habe drunter noch nicht erlebt. Das Essen ist nicht sonderlich gut aber für den Preis sehr vertretbar.

Bin seit Jahren sehr zufrieden! Ok ab und an geht mal was daneben! Aber auch da Arbeiten nur Menschen ein netter Anruf und der Fehler wurde Korrigiert oder Gutschein!

Bestelle ich eigentlich sehr gerne, top Service und auch leckeres Essen, die Lieferzeit kann sich mal am Wochenende verzögern sonst eigentlich immer sehr schnell da Nur leider sind manchmal Teile des Essens schon kalt
