I've eaten around 50 Big Kings in total so far. They were always warm and delicious. And today I had the first Big King... The cheese was already melted on the outside of the packaging. That means the thing has been sitting back there for 20 minutes and the Big Tasty, err I mean Big King, had nothing to do with a Big King, except for its appearance.

I'm really upset. Really every time for months: warm non-carbonated drinks, burgers lukewarm and soggy, dirty dining area, even the floor in the toilets sticks and waiting times longer than in a restaurant. At the end, the employees burp while smoking in front of the entrance. Finally change something!

This fast food restaurant is the absolute last one, my criticism is not aimed at the employees themselves but definitely only at the management! I was there on Friday evening to get something to eat. I waited at the drive-in counter for about 15 minutes, which was probably because only 2 employees were working, they looked very exhausted and overworked. Additionally, the drinks were warm. I wanted to use the new bonus program but neither that nor collecting Payback points was possible. I seriously ask myself why this program is offered. These problems I have described are not the exception but the rule. And most of the time the food is still cold!

We were passing through and wanted something quick to eat. We have never seen a Burger King that was so littered and dirty. The tables are smeared, the floor is littered with fries, napkins, leftover burgers and whatever else there is. So I don't mean a french fry that was lying around, but rather you had to be careful where you put your feet at the table. The drinks machine had already seen better days. The Fanta was brown (???) and the drinks were not chilled. The thing hasn't seen a cleaning rag for a while and there were used cups next to it - delicious. Even when there were no more customers placing orders, they didn't bother to clean up, wipe down the tables, sweep the floors, or clear the leftover trash from the tables, even though I asked the staff directly about it and asked them to do so . The drinks machine wasn't checked either, even though we complained. The health department should urgently carry out unannounced checks here and give Burger King a warning to the franchisee and terminate the contract as quickly as possible.

Information sign on the machine is the size of a fingernail. (No exaggeration) Fuzetea from my wife pi warm. My chosen Fanta is almost non-carbonated and has a mixing ratio of 90% syrup, 10% water. Also warm. Food: The fries had a very strange consistency. It felt like they had been there for a day. The burgers were actually okay, but... Ambiance: The air conditioning is completely clogged with dust mice and can never work in its life. You just hope that nothing falls on your neck or on your food. Ice machine broken. Makes bad noises. I highly doubt that there are any regular customers here. The store can actually only make its sales through travel.

Worst Burger King so far. No air conditioning, was hot and stuffy. 15 min wait, way too long. There were no squeezes in the children's menu and no alternative was offered. When I asked, I got a musty answer and then at least a second toy instead. Cola had too much syrup in it, too sweet. Ice cube machine broken. The tap in the women's toilet didn't work, so I had to go to the men's toilet to wash my hands. Men's toilet very dirty. Everything is pretty run down. Service chaotic, without structure, you have to look for things first, unfriendly.

My visit to Bürger King Marburg was simply catastrophic. The drinks were an absolute disgrace: non-carbonated, warm and the cola didn't taste like cola at all. That's not a service, that's a disgrace! And the fries? Barely inedible – limp, cold and obviously from the day before. It is unbelievable that a company like Citizen King would allow something like this. It is urgently time for the company to take a closer look at this branch before it scares away even more customers. Something like this simply shouldn't happen!

No carbonation in drinks, warm drinks, burger meat fried for too long, black and dry. Reusable cups are charged a deposit of 2€ and you only get one euro back - if you ask, you get the second.

The tray tray was always full and some of the employees were working in street clothes. Parking spaces were available but from what it looks like inside, the outside also looks completely littered. The taste was just like that of other citizens of King.

Schlichtweg der schlechteste Burger King-Besuch meines Lebens. Ich habe einen Raclette-Burger am Terminal bestellt und einige Zutaten gestrichen, bekommen haben ich trotzdem den normalen Burger mit allen Zutaten darauf. Das Patty war lauwarm, Käse und Bacon waren kalt (nicht im Sinne von "nicht aufgewärmt", sondern kühlschrank-kalt). Ich habe daraufhin daraum gebeten, den Burger nochmal kurz aufzuwärmen. Die Mitarbeiterin hat mich kaum verstanden und dann sehr gebrochen erklärt, Käse und Bacon müssen kalt sein (wohl gemerkt: Raclettekäse!). Ich habe dennoch darum gebeten, den Burger einfach nochmal kurz auf das Rost zu legen, was verneint wurde. Zu allem Überfluss war es im Restaurant so kalt, dass man seine Jacke anlassen musste und die Cola war ungenießbar abgestanden. Ich habe nicht gedacht das mal zu sagen, aber ich empfehle jedem den McDonals ein paar hunder Meter weiter...

Es war drin annähernd so kalt wie draußen! Warum stellt man die Klimaanlage im Winter auf "Kühlkammer"? Nicht nur, dass man sich dann nicht wohlfühlt, das Essen (was ohnehin nicht sehr warm ist) hat in kürzester Zeit Kühlschranktemperatur...

28.12.2023, 13:15 Uhr. Da der McDonald's völlig überlaufen war, wichen wir auf diesen Burger King aus. Diese Filliale war trotz Mittagszeit personell nicht auf Besucher vorbereitet. Faultierartige Geschwindigkeit und Abarbeitung der Bestellungen nach persönlichem Schönheitsempfinden der Bestellnummer. D088 (unsere zweite Bestellung) scheint unbeliebt zu sein. Bestellnummern davor (D087, unsere erste Bestellung) und danach werden immerhin im Schneckentempo bearbeitet. Trotzdem passieren Fehler beim Aufnehmen der Bestellung. Getränk vergessen, Pommes-Sauce nicht notiert. Beides auf Nachfrage dann doch noch bekommen. Getränke wie üblich abgestandene Sirupschorle, Burger und Pommes auf gewohnt mittelmäßigem Niveau. Wir wären bei McDonald's trotz der langen Schlangen drinnen und im McDrive schneller und weniger frustriert gewesen.

Soweit in Ordnung, leider hatte etwas gefehlt beim letzten Mal

Bei 13 anwesenden Gästen, 7 waren bereits am Essen mal wieder eine gute halbe Stunde gewartet Die Konkurrenz 300 Meter weiter schafft es bei 4-5 mal so vielen Gästen die Bestellung in unter 10 min abzuwickeln. Jetzt weiß ich warum ich diese Kette die letzten 2 Jahre gemieden habe

Wir sind auf der Durchreise gewesen und 8 Minuten vor Ladenschluss angekommen und wurde frisches warmes Essen noch gemacht und waren sehr zufrieden. Seid seit langer Zeit mal wieder gut geschmeckt bei Burger King Superteam.
