Great Experience at Burger King! I recently visited Burger King and had a really good experience. The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful — especially Shibil, who works there. He was very professional and made sure everything was perfect with my order. Definitely one of the best Burger King branches I’ve been to. Highly recommend visiting!

Recently I visited Burger King and had a really good experience.The staffs were friendly and the service was quick, even though it was a bit busy. My order came out fresh and hot exactly how I wanted. I had the Zinger burger this time, and it was delicious with just the right amount of spice. The fries were crispy too, which made the meal even better.

Just tried the Whopper at Burger King and it was 🔥! Juicy patty, fresh lettuce, and that signature mayo 🤤. Loved the crispy bun and the way it all came together. Definitely a must-try! 💯

Dirty restaurant, dirty restrooms, rude and slow staff, cold food... Numerous reviews confirm this. I have no idea who gives this place 4-5 stars. Even 2 is too many.

First off: I'm really not the type to write negative reviews. In fact, I much prefer writing positive feedback and ignoring places I'm unhappy with. But this place has really crossed the line. A 30-minute wait. The burgers we received were already sitting in the warming tray, then they put them on a tray and left them for 5 minutes. Naturally, they were ice cold. When we complained, they reheated the burgers (with mayonnaise!) in the microwave. The comment: "We don't have time for that right now." Right. Definitely the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Money down the drain for food that was inedible. I hope Burger King sends them out for some retraining. In those 30 minutes, two employees prepared a grand total of two burgers, and the employee behind the counter took four orders. Never again. My sister and I were extremely dissatisfied. Edit: After reading the other reviews: It's noticeable that many of the 5-star reviews are extremely generic and in English. I can't explain where they're coming from, as I'm sure the many 1-star reviews are legitimate (I've been to this place myself). This is a hygiene disaster with bad, slow, unenthusiastic staff and extremely poor service. Burger King has already had its share of scandals in Germany. They need to take action here, because this is exactly what you'd imagine a truly awful, disgusting fast-food restaurant to be. I really like Burger King and always enjoy eating there. But I'll definitely never go back to this place.

Burgers ice cold!!! I ate there today with my brother. We had to wait a very long time for our order, almost 30 minutes. The burgers we received were already in the warming tray when we arrived. Then, long before the fries were ready, they were placed on the tray. The burgers were so ice cold that we couldn't eat them. When we complained, we were told that they couldn't deal with it right then and didn't have time to remake the burgers. She then put the burgers in the microwave!!!! which, of course, didn't exactly improve the taste. I've never experienced anything like this at any other Burger King. Even 2.7 stars is an overrated rating in my opinion.

It's always the same here. We even go to the one in Kirchhain specifically to avoid it. The Burger King in Kirchhain is really, really clean (that's normal there), and the food is warm, often still hot, and everything is generously topped. As if anyone even bothers to care, despite it being a fast-food chain. I went back for the first time in about 12 months, and what can I say? The food was still cold; there was even hair in my Whopper. The other burger was completely burnt. The fries tasted like they were two days old. The trash outside was just as messy as inside. Not a good experience. So, these are exactly the kind of Burger Kings that the Team Wallraff documentary on RTL always reports on. Kirchhain is a showcase Burger King; this one should be shut down. But that's also due to "Schlossburger GmbH"—all their Burger Kings look like this.

I’ve tried a lot of the chicken and beef burgers here, and they’re always great! Recently tried their plant-based options. It was absolutely tasty, satisfying, and a great choice for vegetarians. Friendly staffs and overall a great experience.

Part of the order was forgotten and then had to be prepared again after we received the tablet. A little tip: the kebab box has nothing to do with kebab. The meat is just wobbly. I then wanted to eat a chicken garlic with cheese after the kebab box, which was ice cold. The employee immediately called management. They then told me that they couldn't make a new burger after 10 minutes. They probably don't have a microwave here to heat it up. But it's no wonder the burger was cold and the cheese hadn't even begun to melt, given that the restaurant felt like 8 degrees. The place isn't clean either. The worst Burger King I've visited in years. In my opinion, this branch isn't worth carrying the BK logo and is actually damaging to the brand.

I will never go to this Burger King again. There's a McDonald's next door. You're much better off there.

It takes a while; apparently, everything is delivered just-in-time from somewhere. The noise level is like a slaughterhouse. Unfortunately, it's just as cold. If you get your shoes dirty in the sticky sole of the vending machine, you can clean the dirt off with the ice cubes bouncing across the store. You can leave your hat and jacket on here. It's a bit like first grade elementary school.

It's a shame. We actually like going to BK, but unfortunately, this place is the last of us. You can have a bad day sometimes (even as a restaurant). Since we live here, we're unfortunately seeing firsthand how poor the quality of the food has become and how often things are missing from orders. Today was the last time we were here.

Unbearably slow staff, picking their noses. No reusable cups available, refunds only after a complaint, and the ice cubes were all gone. I quite like Burger King, but this is only half the fun.

Negative points: - Closed even though it should be open after its normal opening hours. - Often incredibly long wait times for "fast" food. - Burgers are left sitting for a very long time and then reused. The cheese then sticks completely to the packaging, and the food is cold. - It's very dirty inside, especially in the evenings. - Overworked staff. Positive points: - After much consideration, none were found. Tip: Do Marburg a favor and close the branch. Perhaps you could put a KFC in the building.

We went to the drive-thru on Sunday, August 10, 2025, and bought four milkshakes for the family. Unfortunately, I only tried them on the highway and realized they were all sour. Turning back wasn't an option, as the kids were beside themselves because they weren't allowed to drink the shakes. On the way home, I tried calling, which worked after the fifth attempt. In barely understandable German, we were referred to the manager, who was supposed to be there from 5 p.m. However, it wasn't possible to get anyone on the phone on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. I wouldn't mind, but almost €20 for four shakes is a lot of money I don't want to waste. PS: The wait of more than 10 minutes at the drive-thru was the icing on the cake for the visit. All in all, I know why I avoid these fast food temples.

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. The burgers are inedible, the bread is dry and hard, the meat, like the entire burger, is cold, and the fries are unseasoned, cold, and soggy. There were four of us there, and we all felt the same way. The staff barely understands German and is generally very rude and unfriendly. There's trash on the tables and floor, and the tray return carts are overflowing. Absolutely not recommended; it's a shame Burger King headquarters doesn't even intervene!

One positive aspect is the familiar feeling of security that one is given when one receives one's meal, deliberately avoiding unnecessary greenery that could only confuse the intestinal tract. However, I must also point out the poor attempt at taping the floor in front of the vending machine: Shoes only stick to it to a limited extent, which clearly results in a deduction in my service rating. Of course, the restaurant completely failed with the ceiling being black like the grill creases on the patties, but the power outlets were not color-coordinated – an outrage that makes a return visit by me highly questionable unless this situation is soon repaired.

The floor was completely sticky, and the tables and chairs were dirty. My food was ready in 8 minutes, while we had to wait 18 minutes for my fiancée's. And then the person preparing the food wore gloves, which they also used for everything else, like accepting money and preparing fries. My fiancée and I will never go to this restaurant again.

One of the worst Burger Kings I've been to. We were there on Sunday around 7 p.m.: -The tables and floor were littered with trash. -The tray carts were full. -The drink filling station only served Diet Coke and Fanta. All the others only served water. When asked, the only response was that the rest wasn't available. -The outside area is unkempt and dirty. -The burgers were cold when we ate them in the restaurant.

"McDonald's is simply good!" Burger King too... but not quite so good. We went to BK to try the "Summer Crunch," which is currently being heavily promoted. The food tastes good, ordering (via the machine) is easy, and the food delivery is acceptable. I chose the Chicken Crunch, and the portion is also sufficient. The drinks are cold (a big plus in this weather), but the charm of BK is that of a train station concourse. It gets 5 stars for the food and 2 for the ambiance.

Plankton's trash can is cleaner. The burgers taste like they're three days old, and I don't even want to talk about the fries. The soft drinks are so warm I burned my tongue, and when I tried to put ice cubes in them, there were none. Also, this wasn't my first time eating there. I've been there at least 20 times now, and unfortunately, for the 22nd time, I've had to experience that it's just dirty, warm, and unappealing. I don't usually give such bad reviews, even if it's bad once in a while, it's completely understandable, but unfortunately, it's consistently this bad. The wait time for a meal is about 10-20 minutes, especially if the employees are in a good mood. Hopefully, they'll change that in the future. After all, Burger King is usually delicious, but not as unappealing as this one. So please don't take this review negatively, but rather invest some time and think about how to solve the problems that almost all guests have.

Well, the food was okay. The waitress at the cash register was very friendly. The other lady who gave me my food, however, was very listless and didn't say a word. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong sauce. The tray carts were overflowing and could have been cleared.

It takes at least 25 minutes for the order to arrive if the store is empty or there are only two people in front of you. If there are three people in front of you, it can take up to 45 minutes. I was the only car in the drive-thru twice, and yet I had to wait a whopping 30 minutes. There are four or five employees in the store, but they have no idea what they're doing.

I almost froze to death in that store. It was also very, very dirty. But the food was delicious.

The food was quite good, but every single coupon doesn't work there. I also think it's a real shame that the Kingsmart Menu was removed. It was the highlight there, and definitely surpassed the mcsmart. But they had to remove that too, Burger King has much more potential but is too lazy to care about it.

Food was good and warm. Fries hot and fresh. You can save a lot of money with the coupons from the app. The staff is super nice and very honest and helpful. I had forgotten my backpack there, including my wallet and everything important. After an hour I noticed it. I called the branch and the employee immediately said the backpack was there with all its contents. I got back there shortly before midnight. It was already locked but I was able to reach someone by phone and a very nice employee came to the door and brought me my backpack. Thank you dear Burger King branch for your great employees. There is only one star deducted because of the temperature. The air conditioning was freezing. In April it is still quite cold outside at night. But it felt colder in there than outside.

The ordering process was apparently acoustically difficult - after several failed attempts to order Spezi - Mezzo - “cold coffee” at the drive-in, only the spontaneous switch to the good old “Fanta” helped. But when the King Box also started to malfunction acoustically, their patience was completely exhausted and the sound changed to being completely annoyed. The result was an order that was complete, but absolutely inedible!!! The fries tasted rancid and were limp and the burgers were (without exaggeration!!!!) fluffy Day before!!! Cold, dry and rock hard!!! Since we were just passing through, we couldn't even complain!!! Super annoying!!!! I can only recommend that everyone eat somewhere else and save themselves this frustration - and possible food poisoning too!

But above all, it was unbearably cold, almost colder than outside. The air conditioning blew constantly; we were freezing even with our jackets on, so we left quickly. We were in Marburg today and wanted to order baklava milkshake and order milkshake via coupon. We paid and then suddenly they said they had cleaned the shaker and the points were gone too. Very rude and the boss wasn't in the house. Very rude, it's best if you don't advertise what you can't achieve with your cooperation.

Whether the tables or the floor or even the ordering machines... everything is dirty, I've never been in such a dirty shop like this... we were the first to order and waited a good 25 minutes for our food, so much too fast food... then you think well, at least there's fresh food! No, the meat was dry, cold and tough, the fries were mushy, cold and extremely oversalted... we didn't have a citizen who was warm... then the food was snatched out of your hand again because the waitress couldn't read numbers, and the whole thing was emphasized very rudely with a cheeky no... The toilets are dirty and unhygienic, your feet stick to the floor... because of cleanliness 🤦🏼‍♂️ I lose all good faith... and then you look into the sliding door that leads to the kitchen, it's dirty, everything really disappears, it was the last, you won't see us again... the health department should stop by... I ate a Big King there again after a long time, and the meat patties are now barely thicker than a cardboard box. The price is way too expensive for such a burger. In the future we won't be getting it from B K anymore, but rather the small snack bar on site.

What was going on there was absolutely not right. First you had to wait over half an hour before the food came. Cola came out of the machine without any fizz (absolutely stale). I also ordered a milkshake there (chocolate), what arrived was a vanilla shake that looked like rice pudding, didn't taste like anything and wasn't what I wanted... Almost all of the places there hadn't been cleaned yet. In addition, despite being "freshly" prepared, the burgers were cold and not what we had hoped for. Really a shame
