What was going on there was absolutely not right. First you had to wait over half an hour before the food came. Cola came out of the machine without any fizz (absolutely stale). I also ordered a milkshake there (chocolate), what arrived was a vanilla shake that looked like rice pudding, didn't taste like anything and wasn't what I wanted... Almost all of the places there hadn't been cleaned yet. In addition, despite being "freshly" prepared, the burgers were cold and not what we had hoped for. Really a shame

Unfortunately not recommended. Location Waiting time even though there were very few people. Some of the burgers were cold. It seemed like the workers didn't know what to do.

Employees are totally incompetent, something is always missing (sold out forks! Or no napkins, how are you supposed to eat properly?) It's been like this for the third time in a row, it really can't be. I'm definitely not coming back here again.

I ordered plant-based nuggets and got some made from meat. That doesn't work at all. Simply disgusting

I stood in the drive-in for half an hour even though I was the only car. And then had to wait another 20 minutes for my food. All of this with just 4 burgers without any side dishes. The icing on the cake was that they didn't even manage to pack the right burgers. Hello & goodbye is also overrated here. I will no longer visit this store and hope for new management so that we can finally get a decent Burger King in Marburg again!

I haven't had anything like this to eat in a long time. You can forget to order food and stand there for 15 minutes before someone tries to take the order. Drinks from vending machines were anything but what you wanted to drink. Food was cold so giving customers something like that is absolute mockery. It's so cold in the restaurant that the customer leaves the store as quickly as possible. Never again. Actually it doesn't deserve a single star but it's closing the shop.

Despite eating them directly in the restaurant, the fries were cold and the burger (Long Texas BBQ) was simply inedible. Due to the staff's lack of knowledge of German, paying in cash was only possible with great difficulty, as the employees could not operate the cash register system. This Burger King was a disaster 10 years ago and I was only there because I wanted to eat somewhere else and I was hoping that something had changed in all these years. All the bad reviews are completely confirmed here. How an operator can still make money with such a branch is a complete mystery to me...

If you really want to break out, I recommend you visit this shop...it's rare to be served such rancid stuff...take a bite once and put it in the bin...I don't understand why the shop isn't closed despite such a bad rating ..Cleanliness and language understanding are not that important there either.. My advice: save your money in this branch

Never again, I really feel sick! Nobody can tell me that anything is freshly prepared there. The burgers were cold and black on the sides. The fries have probably already done 5 laps in the grease and the drinks taste like tap water with a little sugar. There's hair in the burger and you don't have much trouble with the change either. I've never seen such a miserable BK. The fries still bother me after several hours. I would love to have my €20 back! We got a new burger because of the hair, the meat was only lukewarm. So it couldn't have been freshly prepared either.

The food itself was good, although a bit cold in parts. The staff is friendly but hardly understands German and therefore has difficulty understanding what you want - but in the end they came to the end and everything was fine. The restaurant could be cleaner.

What just happened... Just a disaster

I've never waited so long in a BK branch. Not just on the food, especially until I was allowed to order. Only after asking several times did someone come to the counter and take my order, while there were 4 people walking in the background and three others at the front of the counter or packing orders right next to me.

You can't do anything about the location, but you can't do anything about the condition... Men's toilet ugh... Tables not wiped down... Drinks spilled several times on the floor, chairs not really all in their "places"... The food today wasn't great either, onion rings soggy, fries cold and bland, chicken BBQ ok No, it wasn't today at all

Worst Burger King. Food cold, service doesn't speak German, forever waiting time, very dirty. The only positive thing is that the parking lot is pretty empty because there are few guests All in all the worst Burger King I've ever been to.

Update - We gave this branch another chance today and everything worked out again :) The staff was friendly too

It's bad there when there's a rush and one of the ordering panel screens doesn't work. Plus, there's a lot of things you don't want there that you would like. The food is otherwise ok.

Service and food are okay, but the cleanliness in the branch leaves something to be desired, e.g. dirty tables and floors. The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities also needs to be improved.

Absolutely unfriendly for children, no changing area even though there is structural space for it. No toilet paper in the women's toilet... Two burnt burgers out of two ordered... if you order ice cream on the hot brownie at the terminal you pay for it, but you don't get any, when you say "it's broken" so it's a mess... our child had to be cold... Changing outside on the table in wet weather… I would like to give 0 stars!!!

It's unbelievable how long you have to wait for your food in this "quick restaurant". The cola no longer has anything to do with a cola, as it is served without carbonation. Unfortunately I can't recommend this place any more…

It's just fast food. Interaction with staff is minimal but disastrous when necessary. You have to speak Hindi or Arabic to be understood. The opening times are also wrong: no one can be found in the branch after 11 p.m. at the latest. I can't say much about the quality because I only order standard burgers that you can't go wrong with and that were otherwise okay. What's really annoying is the exit from an adjacent arcade, which is plastered with billboards so you can barely see the traffic. That's probably why there are always demolished delivery vehicles in the parking lot.

I ordered food at home, delivery was 4 hours! Everything arrived cold and everything was not tasty. When I came in person it was still tolerable, but still not perfect, so 1 star.

At rush hour there are only 2 employees, completely understaffed and the two of them are completely overwhelmed.

Completely understaffed store, the waiting times are impossible (30 minutes at the drive-thru, then the card reader stopped and we had to pay inside). The staff often only speaks shaky German and has problems taking orders correctly. Overall very disappointing.

Under no circumstances order!!! Delivery services only brought half the price and left with the words "That's right" when you asked to wait to take a quick look at the delivery. Stupidly paid in advance and didn't receive a replacement, even though you were legally entitled to one. Never again!!!

By far the worst store in this chain that I have ever been to. Staff unfriendly and hard to understand due to the language barrier. Food arrives almost cold after sometimes more than 10 minutes despite not being very crowded. There was even an attempt to withhold change because there was supposedly no change in the cash register. If it were possible, NO star would be given! I don't want to know what the hygiene is like. In my opinion, a visit from the health department would probably be the end of the location!

I came by spontaneously to just have a local meal, you have to notice that it's a bit run down, there's rubbish on the ground everywhere, the rubbish bin has been burnt and overflowing, so I have the feeling that electricity isn't being taken care of very much

Drinking sucks!! If you order a cola you can just take water straight away and it would be the same. In sweet drinks there is more water than the drink itself. I like to drink water but that's exactly what bothers ALL people who go to Burgerking

If you order, you have to expect a delivery time of over 2 hours. I don't recommend anyone to eat or order there, the food itself doesn't taste good either. There are a lot of better options nearby

The food and ambience are simply amazing. We are addicted to this Burger King. Service is simply top. The service is a dream. I look forward to meeting these enchanting people again and again. Unfortunately I don't want this to become a new hotspot for locals and tourists, hence the poor review. Do I feel guilty because I would like to support my favorite restaurant with a five-star review? -Yes. Will I still do it for the selfish reasons I mentioned earlier? - yes. Musty, dirty, that's how you find the guest room. The wet rooms are even worse; because there is no other way to describe it. Filthy, dirty, unhygienic - without toilet paper etc. The notice about the cleaning service is probably only mandatory. Otherwise it can only be interpreted as a refusal to work. It's best not to visit at all!!!! So all the fast food something!!!!

Das Essen frisch zubereitet??? Es war alles kalt, Pommes und Burger. Auf Nachfrage ob ich bitte einen warmen Burger bekomme wurde er ohne Kommentar in die Mikrowelle gesteckt. Danach war er matschig Das einzige was am Menü warm war, war die Cola. War früher immer ein gute Adresse heute besser Abstand. 200m weiter das goldene M ist noch zu empfehlen.

Unfortunately not recommended. Dirty and carelessly furnished. The food was lukewarm, as were the soft drinks. Opening times aren't correct either. Closes at 11pm not 1am. That was my last visit to Burger King!!! Nowadays you can get better for the same money in real burger shops!

It wasn't what was advertised, it was a bit difficult to communicate, but friendly service. Nothing special and not particularly modern either.

I've eaten around 50 Big Kings in total so far. They were always warm and delicious. And today I had the first Big King... The cheese was already melted on the outside of the packaging. That means the thing has been sitting back there for 20 minutes and the Big Tasty, err I mean Big King, had nothing to do with a Big King, except for its appearance.

I'm really upset. Really every time for months: warm non-carbonated drinks, burgers lukewarm and soggy, dirty dining area, even the floor in the toilets sticks and waiting times longer than in a restaurant. At the end, the employees burp while smoking in front of the entrance. Finally change something!

This fast food restaurant is the absolute last one, my criticism is not aimed at the employees themselves but definitely only at the management! I was there on Friday evening to get something to eat. I waited at the drive-in counter for about 15 minutes, which was probably because only 2 employees were working, they looked very exhausted and overworked. Additionally, the drinks were warm. This is definitely the most terrible BK I've ever seen! All the tables were dirty, a long wait and then we got a cold burger too! If you complain, you won't be taken seriously, "It's fresh." The cola was non-carbonated and warm, unlike the burger. In the women's toilet you had to be careful not to fall over, because there was a broken soap dispenser including all the contents and paper on the floor and it was greasy like crazy! I don't want to know when this store last saw a cleaning lady! Next time it's better to go home hungry than ever eat here again!

We were passing through and wanted something quick to eat. We have never seen a Burger King that was so littered and dirty. The tables are smeared, the floor is littered with fries, napkins, leftover burgers and whatever else there is. So I don't mean a french fry that was lying around, but rather you had to be careful where you put your feet at the table. The drinks machine had already seen better days. The Fanta was brown (???) and the drinks were not chilled. The thing hasn't seen a cleaning rag for a while and there were used cups next to it - delicious. Even when there were no more customers placing orders, they didn't bother to clean up, wipe down the tables, sweep the floors, or clear the leftover trash from the tables, even though I asked the staff directly about it and asked them to do so . The drinks machine wasn't checked either, even though we complained. The health department should urgently carry out unannounced checks here and give Burger King a warning to the franchisee and terminate the contract as quickly as possible.

Were in transit and thought 2.7 stars couldn't be justified for a Burger King. Our expectations were exceeded. Otherwise I'm an absolute BK fan. Drinks: Coke and Coke Zero were completely out. Information sign on the machine is the size of a fingernail. (No exaggeration) Fuzetea from my wife pi warm. My chosen Fanta is almost non-carbonated and has a mixing ratio of 90% syrup, 10% water. Also warm. Food: The fries had a very strange consistency. It felt like they had been there for a day. The burgers were actually okay, but... Ambiance: The air conditioning is completely clogged with dust mice and can never work in its life. You just hope that nothing falls on your neck or on your food. Ice machine broken. Makes bad noises. I highly doubt that there are any regular customers here. The store can actually only make its sales through travel.

Worst Burger King so far. No air conditioning, was hot and stuffy. 15 min wait, way too long. There were no squeezes in the children's menu and no alternative was offered. When I asked, I got a musty answer and then at least a second toy instead. Cola had too much syrup in it, too sweet. Ice cube machine broken. The tap in the women's toilet didn't work, so I had to go to the men's toilet to wash my hands. Men's toilet very dirty. Everything is pretty run down. Service chaotic, without structure, you have to look for things first, unfriendly.

My visit to Bürger King Marburg was simply catastrophic. The drinks were an absolute disgrace: non-carbonated, warm and the cola didn't taste like cola at all. That's not a service, that's a disgrace! And the fries? Barely inedible – limp, cold and obviously from the day before. It is unbelievable that a company like Citizen King would allow something like this. It is urgently time for the company to take a closer look at this branch before it scares away even more customers. Something like this simply shouldn't happen!

No carbonation in drinks, warm drinks, burger meat fried for too long, black and dry. Reusable cups are charged a deposit of 2€ and you only get one euro back - if you ask, you get the second.

Long wait even though there wasn't much going on. Questions to the employee couldn't be answered because she didn't seem to understand. Apparently there is no cash payment, but the deposit for the reusable cups could still be paid out. The food was as always at BK.

One star is still too many here. The whole place is dirty, the service is bad, the ice cream machine is either being cleaned or broken, the Sprite tastes like something other than Sprite, the staff is rude. Absolute disaster. I don't understand why Burger King doesn't change something with so many bad statements. A different management and new staff would be urgently needed here. Let's learn a lesson from other branches. It's better to drive 200m further to McDonald's!! Really by far the worst Burger King I know! Two employees were working at the counter but couldn't get an order ready, even though the shelf was full of Burger Rappel. I waited 30 minutes for my food, two customers asked for their money back and left and there's just no one in the store bothering. Drinks station and the floor in front of it extremely dirty and sticky. I'm surprised the store even has 2.7 stars on Google.

Anyone who still goes here has themselves to blame. The drinks are as warm as the food should be. The service is non-existent and the people there have given up. So please avoid this store.

Just had dinner here again...all good things come in threes, I thought 😀 And well, disappointed again. 😞 The staff is totally unfriendly (you're not greeted with "Hello", but very friendly with "Disinfect your hands!!!" 👍) But they're not really that good with cleanliness either 🤣😅 (the main thing is that the customer has clean hands, even though he's there nothing tackled 🤣 better that way, with the clean tables 😉) and as always with the children's menu, no toys...as always they supposedly ran out 🤣 the same thing every time 👍you get rubbish that they haven't gotten rid of. Incredibly bad service. I'm the only car at the pillar. A voice said: just a moment please. This turned into a quarter of an hour. I couldn't drive out because there was another vehicle right in front of the ticket office that also had to wait forever. When this guest received his food, I drove out and my lunch break was over. The food is like in a fast food restaurant, but what bothers me is the layout inside. The displays for ordering are located in one aisle on a wall, meaning only two can order at the same time. It would be better if these machines were open so 4 people could order at the same time.
