McDonald's in Bensheim

Today I tried out the table service via the app when ordering again. Shortly afterwards an employee walked past me and told me that my order for tables 8 was at the counter. Did he not understand his job or did I understand your system?

Wasn't designed for so many visitors at the same time.

After there was a small problem on a previous visit, the team offered me a solution quickly and easily. I was able to redeem my voucher without any problems and, as usual, the service was excellent. This place is the best place to eat if you're still hungry at 3 a.m. on the weekend

No one can pay anymore and the quality is still lousy

The employees are so bored that they stand at the drinks machine and throw ice cubes into the cups and scoop them out again. And it is precisely in the cups that drinks are served to the customer. In addition, you are not even able to put together an order. A menu with 3 things is also very complicated. You don't even need to start with hello, please, thank you, goodbye, or even friendliness.

Positively striking McDonald’s! Friendly staff, hot and tasty Mc food and very clean. Even paper towels on the toilet! Must be a well run restaurant.

Mcdrive, it has happened several times that I have received the wrong order. Very annoying if you are in a bit of a hurry and notice while driving that it is something different and that you paid more. So be careful!!!!!!

Bisher immer sehr zufrieden, muss ich nun leider 2 Sterne abziehen. Neben einer enormen Wartezeit beim Drive-In Besuch am 19.9., fehlte - wie wir leider erst zu Hause gemerkt hatten - einiges der Bestellung: Alle (13 Stück!) Saucen, 1x6er Nuggets, alle 3 Desserts ("Frucht-Quatsch") der Happy Meals. Leider hat man ja keine Chance, das irgendwie ersetzt zu bekommen.

Having been there for a short time, I wanted to add two Pokemon packs to my Happy Meal. The waitress replied, no, you have to eat/order 1-2 more Happy Meals today, the boss says you can't sell anything individually. AWESOME!!!

Very clean McDonalds. Some tables have decorations and very courteous staff. Compared to the Ruhr area, you don't have to worry about your own organs here.

Unfortunately, the MCPlant Burger I ordered was packaged leaky and the inside of the carrying bag was already smeared with mayonnaise. Despite complaints, no improvement. There was no longer an oat drink for a latte macchiato.

I have to say by far the best mcs in the area when it comes to food. Unfortunately, it cannot be equated with cleanliness. The tables are often dirty and you don't feel comfortable eating. Still nice staff and good food.

I think this restaurant could easily compete with the dirtiest McDonald's restaurant chain in Germany. We were here on Sunday, all the tables were dirty and the food was on the floor. Not once did anyone come to clean, even though the staff wasn't overworked. Authorities should check this place sometimes. We never come here to eat.

Everything is great so far, despite being very busy it's pretty quick and everything is very clean, but unfortunately even though the toilets are clean or look like they are, there is a very unpleasant smell. There is certainly still room for improvement

Everything is basically good. I had a nice time with my son. But there is one nuance, if you are without a car, then you will have to run along the highway, no underground crossings, no traffic lights; if you are on the other side of the road, then this can only be done having flown over it. You can only get to McDonald's by car.

Was at Mcs today and ordered 2 menus and 6 chicken Mcnuggets. Arrive at home. Nuggets are missing like ketchup for the fries. And unfortunately this isn't happening for the first time, even though it wasn't supposed to happen. Restaurant and parking lot clean and well maintained, plants, toilets clean, fresh flowers on the table and every employee courteous and with a smile on their face. Well I have to say that was my best MacDonald's experience in years! The most beautiful thing I've seen, the facility is mega, the playground is wonderful and an employee rounded everything off perfectly. She was so friendly and welcoming. If you're reading this, we were at your branch between 3/4/10 and you have blonde curls glasses and wore pink clocks and a black and white striped top, you made this evening a highlight because you rarely see such warm and hard-working employees and above all such a child-loving person, you caught our attention so warmly ❤️🤗 you had a perfect evening in the restaurant you put so much effort into everything you did that really impressed us Because of you we plan to visit this very MacDonald s 🫶🏻 stay as you are, you're incredibly great 😊

Despite the many employees on site, the burgers were inedible and cold. Instead of apologizing, the staff made fun of the fact that the food wasn't pleasant and they weren't very interested in it. Only one young employee was very polite and attentive. We know the chain's franchise partners who place significantly more value on quality and customer satisfaction.

Not as good as you would expect from McDonalds. (Sunday 2:00 p.m.) Simple order, nothing special: the coffee is made and placed on the tray, but the rest is not included. After 4 minutes the next part of the order comes... and the rest doesn't arrive again. It took 8 minutes until everything was together...and the coffee wasn't hot anymore...well

Ordered breakfast at the drive in, paid for it. Waited almost 10 minutes. Didn't get breakfast.🤷🏼‍♂️ I then drove because no employee was visible anymore. It doesn't work at all!!! Especially when you are pressed for time.

Service is courteous. Eating well, the images of the burgers in the pictures look better than the original. The taste is okay.

So it's good in itself, the staff are really nice, but you can forget about breakfast. If only employees would work as much as they talk. We waited 15 minutes for breakfast, there were 12 mini pancakes and 6 drinks. Where the pancakes came from they were rock hard. So service is terrible because you wait so incredibly long, you can't call it fast food anymore. The best part of the meal was the Vio water, because otherwise the food wasn't fresh.

Food like you would expect from McDonald's, but served quickly and warm, despite the BAB stop with a lot of traffic. Service very helpful, very friendly. The ambience is also really nice for a McDonald's. Also pleasing to the eye (if you appreciate it) with real flowers (cost, time, work) on the tables. Toilet tip top clean.

Got a coffee shake without coffee...

We just wanted to give the kids a little exercise and a milkshake halfway through the journey. We were very positively surprised that the playground was completely open, there was plenty of space outside and they even put plants on the table. We have saved the space here so that we can take a break here again on the return journey.

Tables were dirty and you had to be careful not to take your shoes off because the floor was sticky. Food was ok, staff incompetent and customer friendliness leaves more than to be desired. We were horrified and will prefer to go to Heppenheim in the future because at least it's clean and the staff is friendly and the food is good.

Train your employees properly! For prices like that, people can't even manage to properly top a burger! Ordered strawberry milkshake, got vanilla! Overall, everything just tasted old and dried out.

This McDonalds is clean, has very good facilities and is well attended. I can't say much about the staff, except that they were always friendly with some questions/complaints. The processing time is relatively quick and we rarely had lukewarm fries or nuggets. I would say it's a pretty decent McDonald's but I haven't been around that much yet.

The food is okay, but the air conditioning in the place doesn't work or is set incorrectly, it's terribly hot, and it's 33© outside and not much cooler in the place.

Was today Wed July 17th. in the men's toilet at Mc Donald Wormserstr. and it was so disgusting, it smelled like urine, as if it hadn't been cleaned for 8 days and at 10 a.m. in the morning.

Table service is also possible in the app 👌🏻however... When eating breakfast on site, the coffee is unfortunately only served in paper cups without a spoon etc... I've had much better experiences with this at other MC Café locations.

Please check your bags after ordering from MC Drive, this is now the third time that fries are missing or packed incorrectly. Meanwhile, the people in Bensheim are overwhelmed and don't know their way around.

Extremely unfriendly lady at the drive in counter. Today on June 12th. At 7:00 a.m. I was approached extremely rudely at the drive-in counter. The woman was completely incomprehensible both in terms of language and content. When I pointed out that I unfortunately didn't understand her, she reacted extremely unfriendly. It's been a long time since I've had breakfast at MC. Coffee was pretty good so far. The selected side dishes for the meal were once again delicious. I just had the impression that they used to be bigger. We were in the outdoor area, which was ideal given the good weather. Unfortunately, some of the tables were quite dirty and sticky. Seldom seen such a good McDonald's. I had breakfast here on Monday June 3rd. Unfortunately, since I'm not very familiar with the order monitors, I ordered from the young lady at the checkout who was able to help me a lot. My food was brought very quickly by the young man who was also very nice and asked me if I needed milk or sugar with my coffee :) Rarely have I seen such a good McDonald's with such nice employees and such good service. Gladly again 🤗

Food was ok. But the toilets were terrible. The floor was sticky and it smelled of ammonia like a pigsty.

Cheffin tells customers to wait until the fries are ready... even though they were forgotten.

Unfortunately, in this branch you are unable or unwilling to fill a cappuccino into a reusable cup that you have brought with you. The staff fills the drink into a disposable cup and then empties it into the reusable cup - the used disposable cup ends up in the trash. This is exactly what should be prevented.

Please leave out the paper bags in which breakfast and burgers are served, because the bun is stuck in it and you can't get it out, or only half of it.
