Food was okay. Even if the Big Tasty was only lukewarm. Unfortunately, without exception, all the tables were dirty.

Waited forever, then the wrong product was delivered and no napkins were given. Bad service

Fast, friendly service. The fries were a bit cold but otherwise the food was good. It's nice that there is something for the children to play inside and outside.

Clean, quite modern. Lots of charging options for cell phones etc. Breakfast was delicious and fresh.

Was at Mcs today and ordered 2 menus and 6 chicken Mcnuggets. Arrive at home. Nuggets are missing like ketchup for the fries. And unfortunately this isn't happening for the first time, even though it wasn't supposed to happen. Unfortunately, in the future you will probably have to check again before leaving whether everything from your order is there.

Very clean toilets. Nice staff, food is prepared quickly, is warm and tasty. The tables, floor, chairs etc. are clean. There is also vegetarian food. (The ice cream maker works 🫡)

This McDonalds stands out! I've been to countless but this is my first time writing a review because this restaurant deserves it. Restaurant and parking lot clean and well maintained, plants, toilets clean, fresh flowers on the table and every employee courteous and with a smile on their face. Well I have to say that was my best MacDonald's experience in years! The most beautiful thing I've seen, the facility is mega, the playground is wonderful and an employee rounded everything off perfectly. She was so friendly and welcoming. If you're reading this, we were at your branch between 3/4/10 and you have blonde curls glasses and wore pink clocks and a black and white striped top, you made this evening a highlight because you rarely see such warm and hard-working employees and above all such a child-loving person, you caught our attention so warmly ❤️🤗 you had a perfect evening in the restaurant you put so much effort into everything you did that really impressed us Because of you we plan to visit this very MacDonald s 🫶🏻 stay as you are, you're incredibly great 😊

Tempered table, no more room for return trays, one person working and three chatting, four customers in the room

Despite the many employees on site, the burgers were inedible and cold. Instead of apologizing, the staff made fun of the fact that the food wasn't pleasant and they weren't very interested in it. Only one young employee was very polite and attentive. We know the chain's franchise partners who place significantly more value on quality and customer satisfaction.

Not as good as you would expect from McDonalds. (Sunday 2:00 p.m.) Simple order, nothing special: the coffee is made and placed on the tray, but the rest is not included. After 4 minutes the next part of the order comes... and the rest doesn't arrive again. It took 8 minutes until everything was together...and the coffee wasn't hot anymore...well

Everything is basically good. I had a nice time with my son. But there is one nuance, if you are without a car, then you will have to run along the highway, no underground crossings, no traffic lights; if you are on the other side of the road, then this can only be done having flown over it. You can only get to McDonald's by car.

Ordered breakfast at the drive in, paid for it. Waited almost 10 minutes. Didn't get breakfast.🤷🏼‍♂️ I then drove because no employee was visible anymore. It doesn't work at all!!! Especially when you are pressed for time.

Service is courteous. Eating well, the images of the burgers in the pictures look better than the original. The taste is okay.

So it's good in itself, the staff are really nice, but you can forget about breakfast. If only employees would work as much as they talk. We waited 15 minutes for breakfast, there were 12 mini pancakes and 6 drinks. Where the pancakes came from they were rock hard. So service is terrible because you wait so incredibly long, you can't call it fast food anymore. The best part of the meal was the Vio water, because otherwise the food wasn't fresh.

Food like you would expect from McDonald's, but served quickly and warm, despite the BAB stop with a lot of traffic. Service very helpful, very friendly. The ambience is also really nice for a McDonald's. Also pleasing to the eye (if you appreciate it) with real flowers (cost, time, work) on the tables. Toilet tip top clean.

We just wanted to give the kids a little exercise and a milkshake halfway through the journey. We were very positively surprised that the playground was completely open, there was plenty of space outside and they even put plants on the table. We have saved the space here so that we can take a break here again on the return journey.

Got a coffee shake without coffee...

Tables were dirty and you had to be careful not to take your shoes off because the floor was sticky. Food was ok, staff incompetent and customer friendliness leaves more than to be desired. We were horrified and will prefer to go to Heppenheim in the future because at least it's clean and the staff is friendly and the food is good.

Train your employees properly! For prices like that, people can't even manage to properly top a burger! Ordered strawberry milkshake, got vanilla! Overall, everything just tasted old and dried out.

This McDonalds is clean, has very good facilities and is well attended. I can't say much about the staff, except that they were always friendly with some questions/complaints. The processing time is relatively quick and we rarely had lukewarm fries or nuggets. I would say it's a pretty decent McDonald's but I haven't been around that much yet.

The food is okay, but the air conditioning in the place doesn't work or is set incorrectly, it's terribly hot, and it's 33© outside and not much cooler in the place.

Fine, too bad you can't park there with a trailer tent.

Was today Wed July 17th. in the men's toilet at Mc Donald Wormserstr. and it was so disgusting, it smelled like urine, as if it hadn't been cleaned for 8 days and at 10 a.m. in the morning.

Please check your bags after ordering from MC Drive, this is now the third time that fries are missing or packed incorrectly. Meanwhile, the people in Bensheim are overwhelmed and don't know their way around.

Extremely unfriendly lady at the drive in counter. Today on June 12th. At 7:00 a.m. I was approached extremely rudely at the drive-in counter. The woman was completely incomprehensible both in terms of language and content. When I pointed out that I unfortunately didn't understand her, she reacted extremely unfriendly. Now that wasn't the best McDonalds experience. Everyone seemed overwhelmed and hectic. This also meant that my meal initially came to the table without fries.

It's been a long time since I've had breakfast at MC. Coffee was pretty good so far. The selected side dishes for the meal were once again delicious. I just had the impression that they used to be bigger. We were in the outdoor area, which was ideal given the good weather. Unfortunately, some of the tables were quite dirty and sticky. Seldom seen such a good McDonald's. I had breakfast here on Monday June 3rd. Unfortunately, since I'm not very familiar with the order monitors, I ordered from the young lady at the checkout who was able to help me a lot. My food was brought very quickly by the young man who was also very nice and asked me if I needed milk or sugar with my coffee :) Rarely have I seen such a good McDonald's with such nice employees and such good service. Gladly again 🤗

Food was ok. But the toilets were terrible. The floor was sticky and it smelled of ammonia like a pigsty.

Unfortunately, in this branch you are unable or unwilling to fill a cappuccino into a reusable cup that you have brought with you. The staff fills the drink into a disposable cup and then empties it into the reusable cup - the used disposable cup ends up in the trash. This is exactly what should be prevented.

Please leave out the paper bags in which breakfast and burgers are served, because the bun is stuck in it and you can't get it out, or only half of it.

Toilets I have rarely found McDonald's men's toilets so dirty and smelling of urine. The toilet cubicles and seat glasses were both "peed all over" At the checkout, three employees stood in front of and behind the checkout and talked, including the boss or foreman. Someone should at least take care of the hygiene of the toilets. I can only judge the food to a limited extent, I only had a cheeseburger and a very bitter cappuccino.

Were only in the drive. It was quick, everything was hot and there were enough parking spaces to eat there. The caretaker probably watered the flowers at night. I think it's good that this is being done.

The cashier was unfriendly, no hello, no thank you, felt like she was something better. Top model in a fast food chain. As a customer you are looked over from head to toe. And the team leader in the shirt stands next to them and joins in. I will never enter this store again

A McDonald's without drinks... At least as useful as a car without wheels. Went off the highway and wasted time. If you are a fast food restaurant and don't have any drinks then you can honestly close the shop and set it to closed online.

Ordered plant based... got meat nuggets. Never again!!!

Drive online order picked up on April 25th, 2024 at around 3 p.m. I forgot to pack an iced tea. When I complained, the young lady at the counter was incredibly unfriendly... No apology, nothing... As we continued our journey, we discovered that the milkshake we ordered was not vanilla as ordered, but chocolate. Went there again! Complained again! And what can I say, once again the lady was extremely unfriendly. There are always situations in life in which something can go wrong... But being stroppy and unfriendly... that's not acceptable. Very bad style, not to mention completely wrong! Luckily the rest of the staff is friendly

Food consistently cold. As for the prices...

Ordered a simple savings menu. Two products were ordered without ketchup. These special requests were not taken into account!! Bad if you have an allergy to tomatoes!! This is negligent. Furthermore, this branch is not clean, the floor and tables are dirty. No ice was requested in the drink, half the cup was full of...ice. So 0 stars for this visit.

What should you write about a McDonald? You're glad it exists, but somehow the food isn't convincing. However, I was positively surprised by the vegan chicken nuggets. Overall the restaurant is clean.

Today we were in Bensheim again on our way home! Long waiting times at the terminals too! It took a while until our order was ready - the first things were already cold! How lucky my kids also eat cold Curley Fries and cold nugetts with the burgers It wasn't like that anymore! It's a shame, as my son said, tick it off, it'll be better next time because we'll continue driving on the highway!

Lots of new staff, hardworking and friendly. Food is also well prepared for “fast food”. However, you have to have a “good day” to really get everything fresh and hot at the drive-thru. What puzzles me a bit is that the staff don't wear gloves when preparing the food.

Very suitable for a quick meal, friendly staff, free parking.
