The people in the kitchen did the citizens without hair nets and gloves and unfortunately made our food wrong but otherwise it was OK but I'm not going there anymore sorry

A sandwich with a very thin hamburger for 3.79...

It has absolutely changed for the worse. The Fishking was canceled without replacement, as was the Veggieking. After the composition of the patty was changed (less vegetables, more indefinable mass) it no longer exists. But there are tons of "plant-based" products with cheap soy bulettes that are unnecessarily smoked, probably to at least get some taste. The chili cheese nuggets are getting smaller and smaller and have less filling, but everything is getting really expensive! A single burger for €8! This means that you save on the ingredients (cheap ingredients, smaller portions) but you have to dig deeper into your pockets. Was the last time for me!

Was there on Saturday evening. Everything clean. Nice staff. Food has changed a lot for the better. Everything great.

It's a typical average size Burger King restaurant. There are own parking spaces available. The restaurant and tables are clean and there are terminals available for ordering.

I'm still looking for cheese and onion salad.

Still one of the best Burger King branches in the area. Unfortunately more affordable for me. Huge price jumps in the last 3-4 years. But King is not alone.

There was nothing to complain about here. Despite the late hour, we received very friendly service. The burgers were well topped, the fries were hot and crispy and the place looked very clean. We were satisfied, which unfortunately doesn't have to be the case in every BK branch. So very satisfied and after all.

If you like eating at Kurger Bing, this is the right place for you. The food is as you would expect - tastier than at MCD, but also "just" fast food. An eye-catcher is the Cola machine where you can get your own drink. It contains an estimated 50 different drinks (Cola, Cola Light, Cola Zero, Fanta, Sprite - and then combined with e.g. lime, raspberry, lemon, vanilla, cherry vanilla, etc.)

It's especially nice that this Burger King is located next to a Tesla supercharger. Both are super easy and quick to reach from the highway! And it's very nice that the BK is open early!

We were there on a Saturday evening on the way back from vacation. The restaurant seemed well-kept and clean and the burgers we ordered were prepared quickly and freshly. We were very satisfied and told the team so straight away.

We were just at the Burger King in Bensheim on Thursday at 9 p.m. The food was just lukewarm and took about 10 minutes to arrive. The burgers (cheeseburger and long chicken) were okay, the fries seemed quite old, as did the churros. The milkshakes tasted pretty thin; also the cola, as if a lot of water had been mixed with it. Unfortunately, self-dissolving paper straws are now available almost everywhere. Instead of ketchup dip as ordered, there was mayonese and the churros were missing chocolate sauce. The very unfriendly employee at the counter simply poured the sauce into the box and then quickly left. The ambience otherwise seems quite airy due to the generous amount of space and the cleanliness is still below the rating of acceptable. Nevertheless, in the future we will prefer to visit the McDonald's opposite. The food there is fresher, fills you up (possibly due to larger portions) and we've never had any incorrect orders. The flat rate drinks from Burger King and KFC don't help if the cola tastes almost exclusively like water. In general, however, every location is different; For Bensheim, McDonalds is clearly ahead. At least Burger King isn't as far behind as KFC.

The Burger King in Bensheim offers a pleasant experience, especially thanks to the modern drinks machine where you can enjoy a large selection of soft drinks with different flavors - a welcome change. Unfortunately, this machine was recently replaced by a rather boring one that only offers the classic types of soft drinks, which significantly limits the choice. Apart from that, the service is friendly and the food is delicious as usual. It's a shame that the innovative drink choice is no longer available.

The Turkish menu was very nice and there was no parking problem, the inside was spotless.

The fries were absolutely fresh and crispy, the burgers were hot and properly topped. Ordering at the machine went smoothly and after just a few minutes we were able to pick up our food at the counter. Tables and chairs were clean. The staff was friendly.

Very busy Burgerking near the A5. Due to the heavy crowds, the service staff is sometimes a bit overwhelmed. There are not enough seats for the amount of people at peak times, especially on weekends. Still full stars because it is still one of the few BK in Germany that has a drinks station with many different flavors and as much as you want.

Juice shop, no card payment in 2024. So you lose your customers to McDonald's, where you can at least pay by card.

Pleasant facility, clean and well maintained. Sometimes orders take a while, but the staff is mostly friendly. It's just fast food, but I've been in much worse branches, especially when it comes to cleanliness.

I have to say that I've been there several times now and I don't complain about the food etc. but a small tip for improvement would perhaps be a little thicker toilet paper. I just looked at this toilet paper and was afraid that it would fall apart just by looking at it. It felt like - 7 ply toilet paper.

Once again had a great experience with you. I wanted to redeem the coupon, it was valid, I checked specifically and was told it wasn't possible. I wanted ice tea... they don't have it. Wanted a fruit tiger menu for children... They don't have it. And the highlight came at Drive In. When some guy climbed halfway over my engine to hand Chinese food to an employee through the window. No wonder she's busy everywhere.

4 people at BK in Bensheim. Everyone was a bit old school and wanted to order at the counter. But unfortunately that is no longer possible and we should go to the terminals. Luckily there is the Golden M around the corner. Unfortunately, since we didn't have any food, I can't give a review. Service? mh. Ambience good and clean.

Burger King - the practical thing about this Burger King 🍔 is that there are Tesla Suoerchargers next to it. Otherwise, the burgers 🍔 and fries 🍟 taste good as usual for fast food. We don't need to talk about the nutrients and benefits of fast food. The Burger King has a few ordering terminals, several seats inside, the tables could be cleaner - I sometimes have the feeling that the tables are wiped down a maximum of once a day. The toilet is also on the dingy side, otherwise everything is ok.

Nothing could be worse... you don't get what you pay for... when I mentioned it, they just smiled stupidly and said that it was the right thing... when they pointed it out and said that they should take a closer look at it told to take this and go…. A very clean Burger King. We were there at 10:30 a.m. - so you can't say whether that's always the case - but it was great for us. Cleanliness top Food - Burger King Service - fast (but there were still few guests) Ambience - Burger King (I would give 5 stars to a corresponding menu in a corresponding (expensive) restaurant. I consider the 4 stars for a BK to be 1+)

I just went to Burger King in Bensheim. What upsets me here is that you can only order through this machine and when you need help, you're just laughed at, they turn around and leave you standing there. Why don't you say, wait a minute, I'll help you right away, is that so difficult? But no, you'll just be laughed at, turned around and left standing. Was here the last time.

BK app installed, scanning the code of a menu didn't work, entering the code manually didn't work either. An employee's assertion that we had to register (which is nonsense) didn't lead to anything, so we left without food because we couldn't pay at the checkout and they argued with us instead of simply taking an order. BK is simply no good in Germany, poor service like here, plus always the disgusting reports... well, then not.

The drive-in appears not to have been maintained for years. You can't get through with a high car without hitting branches. Building itself looks dilapidated. Toilets smell of urine.

You can load perfectly here. Plenty of superchargers available. Very clean toilets and good Burger King quality.

I always go through the drive-thru because they couldn't tell me how to order individual burgers instead of a menu on the device in the branch. Personal orders were not possible...Please be careful in the drive-thru. Several times something was wrong or overcharged or you got something different than what you ordered. Even if you are often asked to drive into the waiting area (even if there are no other cars behind you), it is always best to take the time to go through the order. And definitely insist on an invoice!

Impossible in summer. Glass box without air conditioning, eating under sauna conditions. The competition 300m away is already three steps further. It's a shame that BK doesn't invest any more in its stores. I used to enjoy going there, but will avoid it in the future. Staff: Brutally annoyed due to what felt like 50 degrees in the store.

Burger King is always "just not" compared to McDonald's. Outside, the terrace is apparently on the old playground, but the terrace has not been adapted after the playground equipment was removed (some rubber rules, some pavers, a piece of concrete and a rickety fence). Restaurant is a bit dingy, just not clean.

Ordered individual burgers and shakes there. The appointment function was very clear and paying cashless went very well. The undercooked fries and the slightly burnt burgers were very disappointing. The shakes tasted as always and the coffee was okay too.

If the customer is forced to order from the ordering machine in order to save manpower, it shows poor service. WE ARE THEN 500 M. CONTINUE TO MC DONALDS THERE IT GOES.

I usually go to Burger King here. Conveniently located and enough parking spaces. With order terminals and two beverage machines. My order has always been complete. The staff is mostly friendly. All in all really okay.

In the “restaurant” you can no longer order at a cash register, only at the touch display self-ordering systems. The self-ordering system crashed after I searched for a Doppelwopper menu and the screen froze. Then I didn’t feel like making a service call anymore and left the “restaurant”. Do you have to cook something yourself later when there isn't even a human backup fund anymore - then just don't. The money goes somewhere else.

But if in the afternoon at 4 p.m., with a total capacity of 2 customers (me in the drive-in and 1 customer in yours) the staff doesn't manage to hand out the full order (4 individual burgers, 1 fries)... are there any words for that?

The food was ready quickly and freshly prepared. The employees were friendly and competent. Very good for a Burger King.

I don't know what happened to Burger King. A few years ago it was better than McDonald's in my opinion. Now that has been reversed. When you see the burgers in the photo when you order, you think... delicious! What you get then has nothing to do with the picture. From the crisp salad... not a trace. You can be happy with two slices of pickled cucumber slapped in. It's clear that you rarely get what was previously advertised in the advertising picture, but McDonald's has definitely gotten better at this ratio now.

We were there pretty early, around 10:45 a.m. Although there were only 2 other guests there, we had to wait 20 minutes for our food. That's unacceptable for a burger restaurant, but the food wasn't really warm. We'll be back soon branch, give it a wide berth.

Eat or die would be a much more appropriate name for this establishment. Instead of lettuce there were 3-4 snippets on the Gouda-Lover, although Gouda-Coldler would have been better. Despite the extra ingredients, the burger was only lukewarm. Extremely unfriendly staff, we had ordered extra sauces, one was missing and the person shouted after us across the full shop, “stupid people are arguing about a sauce even though there are so many customers here” For a brief moment you could have heard a needle fall on the floor. Literally everyone was horrified. Sorry! But something like that just doesn't work! Absolute no-go!! Even for Burger King, this is a really bad level. If only I had listened to my daughter and driven 500m further to McDonald’s. Recommendation: If you are not stress-resistant, look for another job. A franchise is not defined by “you can treat your customers like dirt” but by compliance with the franchisor’s requirements. Dear Burger King administration, please take a psychological aptitude test for potential franchisees in the future!!

I've often been to Burger King branches and I've never experienced anything like this before. Some of the staff plus the manager or head of the team are so uncooperative and unfriendly, I wouldn't recommend you eat there. I went there hungry, and since they were so uncooperative and unfriendly, I left the store. I drove around the corner to McDonald's, which was also the right decision for you.

Well...I actually like going to BK! Unfortunately, quality fluctuates repeatedly and is no longer worth the money to me. BigKing/Nuggets were OK...ALL fries & vegan, lukewarm and, mind you, fresh from the counter. I don't like to complain, hunger drove it in.
