First of all, this branch is modern and sufficiently large, but that's about it. After ordering, I went to the restroom and immediately complained that there was no soap left. Afterwards, we noticed that all the tables were dirty, the ashtrays were full, and some of them still had lettuce leaves and the like lying around. Even when the server rolled her eyes and wiped the table when asked, they could have cleaned several more at once. But sure, if you don't feel like it... hmm. The tray trolleys were also overflowing with trash! Oh yeah, and at the end, the soap still wasn't refilled, of course, but when the servers even roll their eyes, that's no surprise...! Conclusion: Not exactly recommended, and a shame about the jobs being taken away from those who actually enjoy their work!
Just a regular McDonald's, like any other. It's good that there are plenty of self-service ordering kiosks. Tip: Wipe the floor often before using the food; the sour cream sticks to your shoes like glue.
Food was delicious! It's been a long time now... unfortunately a reasonable order wasn't possible! The young woman at the McDrive counter couldn't speak our language! She didn't understand me and I didn't understand her! It's a shame...because I didn't get what I wanted!
The food is no longer what it used to be. The cleanliness in the restaurant and the toilets leaves a lot to be desired. Ultimately, this also costs a lot of money that would be better spent in a real restaurant.
Tortillas are an absolute game changer! My wife is also blown away by the plant-based version.
Would suggest re-branding:
“Tortilla King”😉.
Lattice potatoes were perfect too.
If I could, I wouldn't give a single star.
Completely incompetent person at the drive-in who, after repeatedly asking us to please place our order correctly, simply stopped speaking to us and only had the nerve to say a word to us again after 5 minutes.
The burger was just in the bag without any packaging. A cheeseburger without meat (which wasn't what was ordered).
The friendliness of the entire workforce in Schlüchtern has really left something to be desired for months.
Articles are constantly missing - if you talk to the staff about it you still have to discuss it. It's sad what's happening here
I was with my son and ordered takeout, including a Happy Meal (#121). My son chose a toy on display but wanted another one. I asked to sell the second toy separately but was refused. (Although in the past toys were always available separately for 2.5 euros). I paid for another order (#122) for a second Happy Meal that I didn't need. For the sake of the second toy that was also on display (a bee from Minecraft). But they refused to give it to me saying they didn't have it. The administrator (a man with a beard and glasses) joined the conversation and initially scolded me for speaking English and not German. Sorry, I've been to McDonald's in more than 30 countries, but this is the first time I've been subjected to such aggression because I don't speak the language of that country. He refused to give me the toy that was in the window that I bought the Happy Meal for. I asked for a refund when I wasn't given the goods displayed in the window - I was also refused. It seems like a small thing, but in the end the evening was ruined for me and my son because the administrator fundamentally refused to open the showcase and get the right toys from it.
