Over 2 hours delivery time. In the end not delivered. Went there myself. A major catastrophe. Please do better with the delivery service!!!!

The worst branch I've ever been to! I have never seen such an unfriendly manager. I thought I was talking to a robot - that person at the McDrive was just as communicative and helpful. There is also no ability to criticize because it was then said - if they don't like it, they take their money back and leave. Just funny...

It's a tragedy, I usually come here when I need to refuel at the station nearby and I was disappointed once again - the coffee machine didn't work on more than one occasion I think I'd rather go hungry next time I come here, there are always some problems They can't even make a wrap for breakfast Avoid it and don't waste your money in the trash because you won't eat anything good here

Eating in the drive in takes forever. Sodas sometimes you have to drive into the parking lot and wait there... Very disappointing

I'll be entering this store again. When I wanted to order at the terminals (large tablets for ordering) at noon on Wednesday, September 11th, 2024, several devices were in synchronization mode. Only one terminal was free, so a long queue formed. Ordering directly at the checkout counter was only possible with cash. As I was standing in line at the terminal, an employee walked up to me and asked me bluntly what I was doing here? I told her I wanted to place my order (2 people were in line before me). "Then why don't you go to the cash register? Don't you have any cash?" "No, I only have the EC card to hand" “Then just get money from the cash counter, it’s not that difficult to get money,” she said. Thank you very much for the extremely "friendly" manner. Very clumsy and annoyed answer, I have to say. That was the last time I entered this store. This woman (long brown hair with glasses and a headset) was more than just unfriendly. Never again

You know, you order something from Megges, and then you're not even asked whether you want your stuff to eat here or to take away, you're then stared at stupidly like you've done something wrong, and then of course some of it is always missing you ordered.

Extremely unfriendly, ordering incorrectly twice in a row. After asking “Can you please repeat that?” The order was simply taken twice and of course only noticed afterwards

Habe heute eine Bestullung, bei MC geholt und zu Hause leider gesehen, dass die Pommes gefehlt haben. Das ist mir das zweite mal passiert.

Totally normal, average Mäcces. Nothing special

Some of the burgers weren't really warm and were rather dry. When ordering, parts were forgotten or included incorrectly. But it could at least be easily corrected after complaints were made. Unfortunately the tables were greasy and the toilet was unclean. There is an unpleasant smell of garbage/vomit etc. in front of the restaurant and in the outdoor area.

Super friendly staff, quick preparation. All attention, general clientele of a rather questionable nature.
