Breakfast on Sunday was disastrous. Far too few employees (poor planning). The Romanian ladies should pay a little attention to the way they speak - I understand the language and hear how the customers who have been waiting for 30 minutes are gossiped about and everything is made ridiculous. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this McDonalds. Went there for lunch today. As soon as you walked in you could tell that this McDonalds wasn't well maintained. The floor is streaky, greasy and dirty. All tables/benches are dirty - I don't even want to talk about the high chair. The food was typical of McDonald's, although the fries tasted old for a meal at 11 o'clock. All the tableware return carts were overfull - even though it wasn't even lunchtime yet! Hygiene/cleanliness should be discussed here. NO recommendation!

I didn't realize that you could go so wrong when simply preparing a McDonald's order. To put it briefly: the size of the fries was wrong, the nuggets were completely forgotten, the drink was half full, the burger meat was everywhere but not on the bread. Addendum: On our next visit last week, the employee at the checkout was very friendly and also asked us if we wanted to try the new burger. It tasted very good. The only thing that was a shame is that his two colleagues didn't understand German. I would have liked them to be able to speak in English then. Terminals don't work, the touchscreens hardly react or don't react at all, vouchers cannot be scanned and when you enter the codes, error messages usually only appear. Service was subpar. There was hardly anything going on and yet tons of orders were put together incorrectly and handed out to customers. In addition, the waiting time was unusually long. Our order suddenly just disappeared from the screen. An inquiry revealed that they didn't know what happened to our order. At the same time, an incorrectly delivered order came back - ours. Everything was still in its original packaging and was thrown into the trash right before our eyes. Likewise another order. Ours was then remade, some of the cola was spilled when it was being served, so everything was put on a new tray and the fries were thrown away and new ones were given out, even though the previous ones would have been perfectly fine. I ordered ice cream at the terminal and paid at the cash register. When I asked, I wasn't given a number, stating that no number was available. A maximum of four people were already eating in the restaurant. After waiting six minutes, the employee informed me that the ice cream machine was not working. I then asked for my money back. In return they offered me a burger, which I didn't want as I just wanted to eat ice cream. So I insisted on my money. The shift manager came and explained to me that she couldn't give me the money back because I ordered at the terminal and didn't pay with her. However, since I had paid at the checkout, she tried to explain to me again why she couldn't refund it. After I said I would call the police, the money suddenly came out of the cash register and I was banned from the house!

The best McDonald's I've ever been to. Top top friendly staff, shift manager had everything under control, to the extent that I wanted to tell her personally and I decided to write a review. 1 star for our new German skilled workers. I'm already used to McDonald's employees not being the most competent. That's why when I order McFlurries, I always say clearly and politely which ingredients I want. Instead of caramel sauce, the highly motivated newcomer understands chocolate sauce, which I am happy to correct you on several times. Durch die Nähe zur Autobahn und Tankstelle ist hier immer sehr viel los. Kommt wenig gemütlichkeit auf. Das Personal ist fix und freundlich und liefert super an den Tisch. Leider zieht es überall im Restaurant. Das Essen ist wie in allen anderen Filiale auch. Entweder du magst es, oder nicht. Terrasse und Drive in vorhanden. Die stühle auf der Terrassenseite innen sind schon Recht verbraucht, aber dennoch einladend. Aktuell (November 22) läuft wieder die Monopoly Aktion.

Wir sind ab und zu mal hier zu Besuch. Was uns heute sehr positiv aufgefallen ist, dass das Personal im Sercvice TOP war! Essen wurde schnell und freundlich an den Tisch gebracht. Sobald Gäste gingen wurde der Tisch saubergemacht und sah wieder einladend aus. Wenn Tabletts benutzt rumstanden wurde gefragt, ob sie es abräumen dürfen. Böden wurden mehrmals gereinigt. Das überwiegend dunkelhäutige Personal (Afghanen?) sprach zwar nur Englisch, war aber sehr freundlich und hat wirklich TOP gearbeitet! Man kann auch mal sagen, wenn es gut ist! Weiter so, dann kommen wir gerne wieder.

Nah zum IKEA gelegen. Wir kehrten am Nachmittag dort ein, einen Parkplatz zu finden war kein Problem. Das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht, dennoch ging der Bestellvorgang am Terminal recht zügig. Wir setzten uns an einen gerade frei gewordenen Tisch, der umgehend gereinigt wurde. Wenige Minuten später lieferte der Mitarbeiter freundlich die drei Menus. Geschmacklich war alles tadellos, so wie man es sich wünscht. In Summe eine klare Empfehlung zum wieder kommen.

Ware war 5min abholbereit und jeder weiß 5min bei mces ist sehr lang 😅 Essen ich muss schon sagen ein bic Mac von mir war top der andere war schon alt und wurde bereits gegessen, naja den hab ich lieber entsorgt. Der Bürger mit dem Raclette Käse ist ja mal der vollkommene Reinfall, geschmacklich/ preislich ne bodenlose Frechheit. Vor zehn Jahren hat man sich über Bürger King lustig gemacht, jetzt geh ich lieber dahin. Sorry aber sowas ist Frechheit pur. Dies ist meine Einschätzung Erfahrung zu diesem MCes andere wie lech hausen neuburg etc sind besser.

Letzter Saftladen!!! Freitagmittag im Drive in über 10 Minuten als erstes Auto am Bestellterminel gewartet. Bei der Hinfahrt zu diesem kam aus dem Lautsprecher eine EINMALIGE Info:'einen Moment bitte", 10 Minuten gewartet, hinter ins war auch eine Schlange von Autos, das dass Rückwärtsfahren unmöglich machte. Habe dann vom Auto aus in dieser Filiale angerufen und gefragt auf was wir ihr über 10 Minuten als erstes Auto warten. Darauf gab es SELBSTVERSTÄNDLICH KEINE Erklärung , sondern wir durften gnädigerweise dann am ersten Fenster bestellen! Von der Bestellung bis zur Ausgabe des Essens wieder 8 Minuten gewartet. Als erstes Auto. Kein Mensch dort informiert, dass man warten muss, oder wie lange nichts. Man steht direkt am Fenster und das Personal schaut demonstrativ weg! Keine Entschulfigung!!! Kein Gratisgetränk! Lachhaftes, extrem unprofessioneller Umgang mit Kunden!!!

Lässt echt langsam nach diese Filiale, leider stellen wir immer öfter Mängel fest . Cheeseburger ohne Käse , trocken und kalt genauso wie die Pommes lätschig fertig und kalt , da macht das Essen richtig Spaß. Naja also die Qualität war schon mal besser und euer Personal aufmerksamer. Wenn ich jetzt nicht zu faul gewesen wäre , dann wäre ich echt wieder zurück Gefahrenzone hätte es euch um die Ohren gehauen .

Ist meistens in meiner Reichweite. Die Räume sind gefühlt immer etwas sauberer als die anderen Filialen und die Mitarbeiter sind auf Zack. Auch wenn ich größere Mengen bestelle und abhole stimmt der Inhalt der Tüten meistens auch mit der Bestellung. Woanders hab ich da schon schlechtere Erfahrungen gemacht.

An und für sich ist diese McDonald's Filiale in Ordnung aber man merkt das wenn es Mal stressig wird durch viel Kundschaft, das es sehr stressig ist für die Mitarbeiter, da Mal bei Bestellungen Sachen des öfteren fehlen oder die Bürger einfach hingeklatscht sind, was ich aber am ekelhaftesten finde war ein einziges Mal wo in den Herrentoiletten mit stückchen auf dem Boden verteilt waren, und es keinen interessiert hat, da fehlt mittlerweile auch noch das Papier zum hände trocknen. Die Filiale hat noch Besserungsbedarf aber an und für sich esse ich hier schon gerne weil, es einfach eine normale Atmosphäre mit sich führt. Ich will der Filiale keinen schlechten Ruf geben da ich hier fast jedes Wochenende was esse, bloß manche Sachen werden vernachlässigt und sollten gebessert werden. Mfg Filippos Sarvanidis

Super Service, Bestellung per App an den Tisch hat wunderbar funktioniert. Leider waren unsere Nuggets "drüber". Deshalb ei Stern Abzug beim Essen. Wir haben sie zurück gebracht und sofort super frische bekommen. 😃

Am Self Terminal mit Karte bezahlt, System schrieb am Ende Bestellung nicht möglich, da Kassenrolle leer. An der Kasse Mitarbeiter Kartenzahlung abgebrochen, nochmal bar bezahlt,und jetzt ist doppelt kassiert worden! Gut dass ich Kassenbeleg mitgenommen habe, sonst bekommt man anscheinend das Geld nicht zurück. Frag mich nur wie das doppelt kassierte Geld versteuert wird, wenn nicht erstattet werden kann? Mitarbeiterin am Telefon, nein wir können das Geld nicht zurückgeben!!!😂

Wir waren um 04:30 Uhr bei McDonalds, da es laut Google Maps geöffnet hat. Die Lichter waren an, im Restaurant saß eine Gruppe Menschen und aßen. Allerdings war die Eingangstür geschlossen und wir kamen nicht in das Restaurant rein. Nach dem wir einen Mitarbeiter beim Hinteren Ausgang gefunden haben, meinte dieser, dass man Innen nicht essen kann und wir das Essen per Drive-In bestellen sollen. Gesagt getan. Wir standen an der Sprechanlage und wollten McMuffins bestellen. Der Mitarbeiter hat von dem Produkt noch nie was gehört und meinte es gibt normale Burger. Nach dem wir ihn zum 3x gefragt haben ob die denn um diese Uhrzeit kein Frühstück anbieten meinte er, diese Filiale kein Frühstück hat: „Was ist Frühstück- kein Frühstück, nur Burger“. Es hat uns 10min Lebenszeit gekostet.

Never had such bad Asian food. I should have looked at the reviews first. The foods used such as vegetables, tofu etc. are of no quality at all. Dyes are certainly used as the curries have a very abnormal color. In addition, the curries have no coconut milk note at all, but rather taste like a cheap, milk-like substitute. Stay away from this fast food!
