A friend and I ordered something from Burger King, we waited almost 3 hours and then gave up and made something ourselves. We also called twice and they just tried to make excuses. We never order there again, the food simply never arrived

Quick, tasty. It's really good for in between meals. Be it eating inside or mc drive. Nice staff

Top new equipment and now also with order terminals. And of course the best fries. The staff could be a little friendlier.

First of all I have to mention the unprofessional and very unfriendly staff. When we ordered, the good lady kept doing other things and kept us waiting for what felt like an eternity. She was also mushy! Food was okay, burgers were dry and the meat was almost burnt. The deep fryer smoked the whole place. The unfriendly lady therefore opened all the doors and drove away all the customers with the freezing cold. There wasn't much room for people to sit as the first two rows were blocked by chairs. Apparently friends and acquaintances of the staff are also allowed to come and go through the kitchen. That really annoyed me... food is prepared there, but apparently no one cares. I found it almost anti-social. We're guaranteed not to come back. I can also recommend that everyone look for another BK, it couldn't be any worse.

The food was fresh, friendly staff and the restaurant was clean, the outside area was also visibly better looked after than the last time we visited. Overall, the restaurant is very positive for me.

Basically Burger King like many others. Apparently not very busy. Cleanliness of the toilet isn't great (floor totally sticky, that's probably more of a permanent condition than a current one). Food is standard, but apparently not all promotional products are available. Whether I would go there again - probably not. There are better alternatives nearby.

Completely godless experience. We waited about 15 minutes for 3 coffees to go, none of which tasted good, with hardly anyone in the store. Everything dirty and musty. Toilets probably haven't been cleaned for 3 weeks. Werder soap and paper towels. Disgusting.

When I first entered the room it was full of smoke. After about 10 minutes, the employee opened the door to ventilate, but it was -4 degrees outside, which made waiting for the food very uncomfortable. The food was dry and overcooked, hence probably all the smoke. Even though the cashier said the meat was burnt, I still got it that way. My drink came without ice even though I ordered it with ice. The employees who work there are completely unprofessional.

I'm moderately enthusiastic. Bacon King was carelessly put together, way too much ketchup and mayo on top. The fries were colder than lukewarm, but at least not ice cold. There was no soap in the men's toilet and the entrance area and sink had probably not been cleaned for a long time... Highlight: there is Heineken beer!

I ordered from Lieferando and after 2 hours nothing was delivered, because my bell is broken you have to call, which is what I wrote about it. Unfortunately my food was left at the door and no call was made. Now I found it on my doorstep in the morning a day later. Is it so difficult to simply read instructions like please call??? Unfortunately I ate the worst bacon imaginable today. Staff, as always, totally uninterested in what was going on... The meat on the burger tasted slightly rancid. The bacon was way too much and had dry, brown spots and tasted strange. When I unpacked it, half of it was hanging off the burger and everything was drowned in ketchup and mayo... Lately it's been "not good" several times, but unfortunately that was my last visit!

I had to wait 20 minutes for my order only to have to eat everything cold. Definitely not recommended!!

Was the last order. Save yourself the money and go out for a nice meal in a pleasant environment where the guest is still king. Given the prices it's a disgrace.

Absolute chaos. We waited 30 minutes for 3 (!) burgers at Mcdrive. In the end, the burgers weren't the ones we ordered and something was missing. This store is a disappointment every time. At first you think "oh, it's busy" or "just a bad day" - but nothing works there.

I don't understand how the store can still be open. The staff is unfriendly, unprofessional and rude, the shop is endlessly dirty. The toilets have no water or towels at the sink and they were probably cleaned a year ago. You can watch the staff behind the counter, snacking on fries and licking their fingers without gloves - all engrossed in a conversation on their private cell phones. The food is anything but fast food and therefore cold. Since we all had stomach pains one day after eating it, we will no longer visit this company and can only advise against visiting. Actually -10 stars I ordered from Lieferando the food never arrived the delivery person was supposedly there and went back when I called they were disrespectful and just hung up on me

I understand a delay if the store is full after a football game, for example, but I find 45 minutes to be a bit too much. The staff has always been very nice, even if they occasionally seem a bit overwhelmed. Finding a clean place can sometimes be difficult, and don't even get me started on the toilets. Even washing your hands takes effort here. There is a parking lot with sufficient space in front of the restaurant. The drive-in takes unusually longer compared to other BK, but is still within reasonable limits.

I ordered 4 menus of burgers, a single burger and 6 nuggets. After about 15 minutes of waiting (when it was relatively busy), I received my takeaway order. Since we saw several customers complaining about incomplete or incorrect orders while waiting, we decided to check our order for completeness before leaving the store. The (small) size of the bag suggested that either something was missing or everything had been compressed - both were true. In the bag there were only 3 menu burgers, 3 menu fries and the single burger, while 4 drinks were correctly dispensed (in the cardboard carrier at least). The individual burger was already cold because it was probably already ready at the counter when the order was placed. When we made the complaint, we had to wait another almost 10 minutes for the missing Whopper and the missing portion of fries. Keeping the burgers that had already been handed over warm was only offered upon our express request. At other providers, this is usually offered proactively by the staff, and fresh portions of fries are often prepared straight away. When the supposedly completed order was handed over to us, I asked specifically whether everything was really included. Surprisingly, it was only then that the waitress realized that the fries were still missing. At home, while unpacking the now cold burgers and fries, we noticed that the change requests for 3 out of 5 burgers - which were an additional charge - were not implemented. The fries were pressed together in a lump and some of them were not completely fried. Thanks to the hot air fryer, we were at least able to save something. Nevertheless, there was great disappointment and frustration, especially with regard to the lost costs for the special requests that were not carried out. It was also noticeable that the staff didn't know “please”, “thank you” or “sorry”. That was probably our last visit to this branch. No recommendation!!

I ordered two burgers, one fries and chicken nuggets from this Burger King and had to wait a full 25 minutes for my food to finally arrive. This is absolutely unacceptable! A fast food restaurant shouldn't be slower than a Sit-down restaurant. This store desperately needs an overhaul and better staff! Incomprehensible!

I experienced this situation there twice: At Lieferando I ordered 3x Xtra Long Chili cheese without jalapenos. I got them without chili cheese sauce but with jalapenos. (So ​​actually I got 3 cheeseburgers with jalapenos for 25€) There was no apology or compensation. The second time it was exactly the same, only I called there after ordering to make sure I got what I wanted. Didn't work either. Then I call them again and the bored employee said he would send me the right ones again, but apparently his colleague ate them because I was waiting at home hungry in the meantime.

Ordered at 5:48 p.m. At 8:00 p.m. an employee finally answered the phone. People were rudely put off with excuses. Order paid in advance and still hungry three hours later!!! This branch is truly the worst BurgerKing has to offer. I'm questionable as to whether I'll get my money back.

If that were possible, I wouldn't give it any stars at all. Worst service in the world!! Delay in delivery 1 hour, sending a Telegram by post would also be much faster than trying to reach someone by phone! Just stress and no more appetite - promise!

Super unfriendly ladies behind the counter.... No hello, no nothing, but that's what you're used to in Augsburg. The food was an absolute failure...burger bread hard and crumbly...meat cold, the small cola so diluted with water that you can't taste cola anymore. In front of the restaurant there was an absolute mess...everything was dirty with paper and run down...desolate!! No thanks....not anymore!!

In the end I waited almost 1.5 hours and when the driver arrived he didn't have the right change and gave me less change. The only statement I received was a sorry, which I couldn't do anything with. When I unpacked the food, three quarters of it was cold and the burger was inedible. One of my sauces split open and two were missing. Well, I worked at McDonalds for nine months and it didn't last that long, no matter how busy it was; I will never order from them again and if the store closes because no one buys anything there anymore, then so be it. Tables are not clean, even when there is no customer in the store, the tables are full of leftover food or they simply have not been wiped down. Copy of my email (01/18/2024) to BK, unfortunately without a response Ladies and Gentlemen Unfortunately, at the Augsburg Pferrsee/Göggingen location today I had to observe how your employees (drivers), I think three or four people, simply went into the kitchen in their street clothes without observing hygiene regulations. They topped the burgers or took the food out of the microwaves without washing or disinfecting their hands first. I was standing at the drive-thru and was able to watch this through the spending window for a long time. As a long-time customer, I find something like that frightening and beneath all... For some reason there were several dates and a girls' meeting (Turkish women around 40 years old) in this BK this Wednesday evening. A young couple played UNO. I found it cute and speaks for this BK.

Eine Katastrophe! Totales Chaos! Hinter dem Tresen wirbelten gefühlt 15 Leute umher. Keiner wusste Bescheid. Das Kartenlesegerät ging nicht… kein Wunder- war auch 10x mit Klebeband geklebt. Die Bestellung wurde falsch zusammengestellt. Also nein - nie wieder!

Immer die gleiche Katastrophe, es kommt nie pünktlich. Jedes Mal VIEL später als in der App beschrieben. Und 2/3 davon dann kalt. Ich hab echt die Schnauze voll. Dann stell mehr Fahrer ein wenn es zu viel ist!!!!!! Hab 20 Jahre in der Gastronomie mit Lieferungen gearbeitet, wer so arbeitet wie du mit deinem Laden hat keinen Plan vom Job.

War schon lange nicht mehr in diesem Laden. Hatte 2 kalte Burger und kalte Chili Cheese Fritten. Das was da Abgeliefert wird hat mit den Dargestellten Produkten ja mal überhaupt nichts zu tun und ist fast schon Unverschämt.

Leider wird man hier als Kunde sehr schlecht behandelt. Die Hälfte der Bestellung fehlte, weshalb ich telefonisch um Nachlieferung bat. Nach 1 Stunde wurde noch immer nichts geliefert, weshalb ich nochmal anrief. Hier wurde mir gesagt, dass der Fahrer viel zu tun hat, aber schnellstmöglich liefert. Was soll ich sagen, das war vor 8 Wochen, es kam nichts an und es gab auch keine Entschuldigung. Nach einer Beschwerde wurde mir ein Formular geschickt um das verlorene Geld zurück zu fordern. Auf Rückfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Formular nie ankam, weshalb ich es erneut sendete. Wieder kam keine Bestätigung und ich warte bis heute auf eine Erstattung. Scheinbar ist dieses Restaurant nicht auf zufriedene Kunden angewiesen.

Burger war saftig und lecker. Das Bestellen am Bildschirm gehört wohl in solchen Läden dazu, mir gefällt es nicht. Das Ambiente ist ist vergleichbar mit einer Bahnhofsvorhalle.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Fast Food Restaurant, Freundliches Personal und sauber ist es auch.
