I've never seen anything like it before; that was the first and last time. Unfriendly and barely speaking German, they told me I could go to McDonald's. Thanks, I'll be doing that in the future. This place will never see me or anyone else again. 10 out of 10 negative points

Unfortunately, several items that had already been paid for were forgotten. The cotton candy for the lemonade had already melted into a sugar lump.

Aylin took excellent care of our order. The food arrived very quickly and tasted fantastic!

Samet and Mansoor are both the best

I ordered online and it took 110 minutes to arrive. Upon unpacking, I discovered I'd received the completely wrong order. Instead of meat, it was just plant-based stuff. But that wasn't the worst of it. Besides everything being cold, the burger buns were partly hard and bone dry. It was simply stale bread. Surely you can tell something like that when you're preparing it?! Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time something like this has happened, but it's definitely the last. You've lost a customer.

These employees are absolutely the worst. Their disrespect and rudeness are beyond belief. And then they advertise their tortillas so heavily, but strangely enough, they NEVER have any in stock. Never. This place is a complete joke. That was definitely the last time I'll ever go there.

Ordered via Lieferando. Food was left at the doorstep and I received no notification, let alone a phone call. The order status remained "Almost there" the entire time.

Wrong meal items! We ordered a small and a large meal. We received: 2 small meals. Fries… inedible. Guys, it's just fries. Well, lesson learned, and we won't be back!

I went to the drive-thru again today and saw Ali, one of the best, if not the best, employees there. Whenever he takes my order, I know right away that everything is correct and I don't need to double-check anything. He even takes a moment to ask how I am and how my day was. He's a really great guy! Every time I go to Burger King, I'm happy when he's there to take my order.

I just drove out of the drive-thru for the third (3rd!) time and got home to find that half my order was missing. A burger, sauces, no napkins, and of course I paid full price. There's just no structure or organization in this place!

The only fast-food place with great vegan options! Unfortunately, delivery is a complete disaster (usually a 2-hour wait, nobody answers) and the toilets on-site are pretty disgusting. This has to be better, Burger King! 🥹🥹🥹

I had a rather bad experience here some time ago, but I have to say: things have really improved! The staff is much friendlier now, they accommodate special requests, and the wait time is short. The drive-thru is also running smoothly – I'd especially like to mention Hassan, who is very polite and attentive. The branch as a whole seems clean and well-organized. It's great to see that things have really changed – keep it up!

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this Burger King. Even though my order number was the first one placed and no one was in the restaurant when I ordered, I had to wait over 30 minutes. In the meantime, other customers arrived and were served more quickly – my order was clearly forgotten. After the long wait, I received the worst burger I've ever had at Burger King. I ordered a King Double – the meat was tough, there was little to no sauce, and no cheese. The burger was extremely dry and simply inedible. 🤮 There were at least five employees present, yet the tables hadn't been wiped down, the tray rack was full, and the restroom smelled terrible. I will definitely never visit this branch again. 🫡

We were there late in the evening. The food was prepared quickly. Everything was fresh. The service was very friendly. Everything was clean.

On October 27, 2025, I was yelled at and insulted in an extremely unprofessional manner by an employee at the drive-thru of this branch when I tried to redeem a coupon from the app. Although there was obviously a technical error, I was accused of "already being at fault last week," even though I wasn't even there at the time. I was yelled at several times ("You're the fault," "Get out of here quickly, I have other customers"), and ultimately, a complete refusal to serve me. Such a tone and behavior are completely unacceptable for a large company. I was polite, remained calm, and even offered to try ordering again with them – but I was still insulted and sent away. Very disappointing; I've never experienced anything like this at Burger King before.

The term "fast-food restaurant" is completely inappropriate here. From ordering to receiving it, it took a full 16 minutes. And we weren't the only ones who waited that long. Customers are annoying when they ask for napkins or want to exchange the wrong dip. The staff is absolutely unfriendly, and I don't even want to start on the cleanliness: the tables are dirty, covered in grease, and dust is falling from the lamps above the tables... We were just passing through, but we certainly won't be stopping here again.

An excellent restaurant, the staff are superb. The manager, Lady, is an expert in his excellent work and has a great command of events. He can find a quick and efficient solution.

Unfortunately, the restrooms have been smeared with permanent marker and similar inks for months, and some of them are also broken. The lighting also flickers, but the worst thing is that something is wrong with the order every time. Last time (it was really quiet), they forgot to bring 6 chicken nuggets and ketchup, even though I specifically mentioned it. The quality of the food, of course, is exactly the same as at any bakery.

I've experienced this situation twice (edit: now 3 times, someone at the store just can't read): I ordered 3 extra-long chili cheeses without jalapenos from Lieferando. I got them without chili cheese sauce but with jalapenos. (Actually, I got 3 cheeseburgers with jalapenos for €25.) There was no apology or compensation. The second time, it was exactly the same, only I called them after ordering to make sure I got what I wanted. That didn't work either. Then I called again, and the bored employee said he'd send me the correct ones again, but apparently his colleague ate them because I was waiting at home hungry.

Very slow, dirty, zero atmosphere.

Overall, the visit was okay, but the restrooms could be a bit better maintained. Unfortunately, there was no toilet paper, and the cleanliness wasn't optimal. I hope more attention is paid to hygiene next time.

Top-notch new equipment and now with ordering terminals. And, of course, the best fries. The staff could be a bit friendlier.

Everything's good, but the food is cold. For this much money, the food shouldn't be cold.

We had three orders, each with a mistake. The burgers were lukewarm, or rather, cold on top and warm on the bottom, and from yesterday. The nuggets were definitely NOT from today. Ice cubes were left in the drinks. Instead, I got teriyaki sauce and a straw with my coffee. I don't know if people were high, but today was disastrous.
