We were there late in the evening. The food was prepared quickly. Everything was fresh. The service was very friendly. Everything was clean.

On October 27, 2025, I was yelled at and insulted in an extremely unprofessional manner by an employee at the drive-thru of this branch when I tried to redeem a coupon from the app. Although there was obviously a technical error, I was accused of "already being at fault last week," even though I wasn't even there at the time. I was yelled at several times ("You're the fault," "Get out of here quickly, I have other customers"), and ultimately, a complete refusal to serve me. Such a tone and behavior are completely unacceptable for a large company. I was polite, remained calm, and even offered to try ordering again with them – but I was still insulted and sent away. Very disappointing; I've never experienced anything like this at Burger King before.

The term "fast-food restaurant" is completely inappropriate here. From ordering to receiving it, it took a full 16 minutes. And we weren't the only ones who waited that long. Customers are annoying when they ask for napkins or want to exchange the wrong dip. The staff is absolutely unfriendly, and I don't even want to start on the cleanliness: the tables are dirty, covered in grease, and dust is falling from the lamps above the tables... We were just passing through, but we certainly won't be stopping here again.

An excellent restaurant, the staff are superb. The manager, Lady, is an expert in his excellent work and has a great command of events. He can find a quick and efficient solution.

Unfortunately, the restrooms have been smeared with permanent marker and similar inks for months, and some of them are also broken. The lighting also flickers, but the worst thing is that something is wrong with the order every time. Last time (it was really quiet), they forgot to bring 6 chicken nuggets and ketchup, even though I specifically mentioned it. The quality of the food, of course, is exactly the same as at any bakery.

I've experienced this situation twice (edit: now 3 times, someone at the store just can't read): I ordered 3 extra-long chili cheeses without jalapenos from Lieferando. I got them without chili cheese sauce but with jalapenos. (Actually, I got 3 cheeseburgers with jalapenos for €25.) There was no apology or compensation. The second time, it was exactly the same, only I called them after ordering to make sure I got what I wanted. That didn't work either. Then I called again, and the bored employee said he'd send me the correct ones again, but apparently his colleague ate them because I was waiting at home hungry.

We had three orders, each with a mistake. The burgers were lukewarm, or rather, cold on top and warm on the bottom, and from yesterday. The nuggets were definitely NOT from today. Ice cubes were left in the drinks. Instead, I got teriyaki sauce and a straw with my coffee. I don't know if people were high, but today was disastrous.

I bought a bottle of water. The receipt said: Water €4.20, €0.25 deposit, which was still reasonable. However, an additional €2 was charged for a reusable deposit system with a cup. This means you have to drink the bottled water from an unhygienic cup, and the deposit bottle is kept by the staff. This seems to be a new way to make customers pay for expensive water and an additional deposit without even getting the bottle.

I don't eat at Burger King often and wasn't sure if the food would be brought to your table like at McDonald's if you eat in. I actually dared to politely ask, to which the short, dark-haired lady, probably in her mid-40s, replied snippily, "I'm alone." As if I should have guessed, despite the fact that I'd spotted several employees beforehand.

I stop here every now and then when I'm traveling on the B17. Unfortunately, it often leaves a lot to be desired. The nuggets were rock-hard and dry, the service from an older woman was completely rude (I asked for a few more wipes because I value cleanliness, and the woman at the counter literally ripped the wipes out of my hand and said it wasn't okay), the music was as loud as a disco, so you have to shout to have a conversation, and the floor was sticky, as if someone had wiped over sauce and it had spread all over the place. Disgusting!

We quickly grabbed something to eat at the drive-thru today. I ordered a meal with Coca-Cola, and what did I see while waiting at the drive-thru window? The employee simply poured the 1.5-liter discount Coke from Norma into the cup, not even chilled and still carbonated... I don't know what's going wrong here... You can't write Coca-Cola in the menu description and then pour discount Coke from Norma into it. I'm truly speechless...

Not recommended. We just wanted a spontaneous coffee. The outside area was horribly dirty, and not a single table was clean. There was vomit on the floor. I certainly won't be eating there.

I come here every now and then. But unfortunately, one thing is always the case: Orders are simply not processed properly. I ordered a Bacon King and the like with a single note: NO MAYO. And what was on the burger? - Mayonnaise, of course. It's annoying when you don't get your €9 burger the way you want it, when it should be so simple. I even paid extra for double ketchup...

I came for the first time. I ordered three burgers. I left when my order was ready. However, the employee in the safe gave two serving plates. When I told him I needed a third platter he said two would be enough with an arrogant attitude.

I waited a very, very, very long time for my order. The processes don't seem to work. The whole store was full of people waiting and nothing was happening. Otherwise, usual BK food.

As a long-time follower of Sally's World, I was delighted to finally try their first collaboration with the world-famous Burger King franchise. I ordered a King Shake Baklava Style Chocolate and a King Fusion Baklava Style. The shake was initially served with a vanilla base, so I pointed this out to the staff. On the second attempt, it came in chocolate, but without sprinkles. As if that weren't enough, the caramel sauce was also missing. I didn't even dare to ask again, as the staff had already reacted annoyed. I'm giving it two stars because that's still a lower error rate than at other Burger King locations. Next time, though, I'll probably be better off quickly sneaking behind the counter and preparing my order myself while no one's watching.

Absolutely not recommended! It's very dirty no matter where you look. No towels in the toilets or paper to dry your hands. Knowledge of Turkish is an advantage.
