This is truly the worst BK branch I've ever been to!

If I could give 0 stars I would Waited over 2 hours for the food Then the app says the food was delivered, but it didn't arrive. When you call the branch, they barely understand you. Then I was told the food would arrive in 5 minutes. Yes, then it was another 20 minutes and finally it was cold and there was a drink missing

CAUTION!! UNHYGIENIC!! The entire area of ​​the restaurant was very dirty and littered, there was not a table without leftover food even though the restaurant was empty. The floor and seating were sticky. The food was served on a dirty tray that had half-dried ketchup and wet food residue stuck all over the bottom and around the edges. At the checkout there is an unhygienic plexiglass pane that is improvised with adhesive tape and aluminum foil, has surfaces that collect germs and dust and appears unhygienic. Coupons from the current voucher booklet will not be accepted. The employees are annoyed and unfriendly. Currently they barely speak the German language. Since the store is not equipped with ordering terminals, even the ordering process is often a challenge. Furthermore, it is so hot in the restaurant as if you were standing right in front of the deep fryer.

Very unfriendly, listless staff, very slow service and preparation, chaotic, very dirty shop, unhygienic trays. Fries are often burnt, drinks are lacquered and non-carbonated, toilet costs 50ct.

Unfriendly employee, only offered you cola, no other drinks were possible because it was already noted on the receipt. The only thing is that no one asked about the drink when ordering. When you asked to change it as a courtesy, you just grinned cheekily in your face and put down the cola. I will never go to a Burger King like that again. I ordered a Big King XXL as a menu with a colleague and ate it at home. The end result was food poisoning where I vomited all night and had such cramps in my stomach that was no longer normal, I actually don't dare go into a single Burger King anymore. When I was there, I was hardly talked to at all and it wasn't exactly clean. If you want to go to a Burger King, go somewhere else!

I think it's unfair that they charge 0.50 euros for the toilet. In addition, the hamburger is eaten with your hands and there is no disinfectant. In general I found the cleanliness to be inadequate.

Worst Burger King in the Augsburg area! I don't know anyone who is worse. Augsburg city center doesn't deserve this store!!! You can't eat the food, even if you're full! My chicken nuggets were cold and tasted like shoe soles. The cheeseburger bread was rock hard and also cold. Overall this Burger King is an absolute disgrace. Every time I am disappointed here! In my opinion, this place trashes the Burger King name and just adorns itself with its name. We tried the bacon lover menu. It was delicious. In general, I am not a person who likes hamburgers, especially I go to fast food restaurants like this only because my child wants it. App coupon prices are not accepted. Food was very very bad. It wasn't fresh at all. Long chicken and crispy chicken meat burnt. Generally the food was filled and heated from the day before. Never visit again. Cannot recommend anyone. And yes, you have to pay for the toilet.

No ordering terminals, the checkout is immediately overwhelmed when there is a slight influx. Despite opening times until 4 a.m. in some cases, the ice cream machine is switched off over an hour earlier and the consumption of food in the restaurant is arbitrarily refused (EVEN IN POURING RAIN). The employees usually seem listless and unfriendly. The shop is narrow and feels restrictive. There are some minor quality defects in the food, such as fries that were apparently put back in the deep fryer after frying, burnt onion rings, mushy lettuce leaves, etc. The cleanliness in the restaurant and in the toilets is satisfactory.

Update 2024: Gave Burger King a second chance. This time the food was burnt. That's it now 2023: Incompetent and rude! After ordering, the employee told me to sit down somewhere, then she would bring it to me and find me. After 20 minutes I had to stand in the long queue again to ask where my food was and was rudely shouted at by two other underpaid employees that the order had been called out at the checkout. Of course I didn't hear that at the back of the table and it was eventually brought to me. Definitely won't come again! Even the competition is friendly, with more crowds.

The food is just Burger King, standard fast food like in any other BK branch. I've been there a few times. It was under the sun. Garbage stood around on the tables forever. I couldn't even really use the app and the worst thing is, I don't know who the guy is that serves the people, an older guy but when you ask a question and he doesn't understand it he just turns around and leaves 🤔 I had a companion with me who was just as amazed as me and we then went to eat somewhere else! Oh yes, you don't even have a free toilet here, instead you pay €0.50 for a toilet that looks as if there were rioters in there every now and then!

Back in 2016, it was really a top shop - not anymore these days, I wanted to order 2 menus at once, there were 3, I politely told him that there was something wrong, he wasn't interested, well then I just have 1 menu for home, I thought to myself. I could have saved myself the 30€ for this meal and service, the fries didn't taste like anything, the burger was soft and greasy and an hour later my stomach thanked me for the toilet...

People who choose to use it block the queue and cause additional anxiety among other customers who resent you. In addition, the waiting time for the food after ordering is extremely long because there are not enough staff in the restaurant. The restaurant is probably very unclean for the same reason. None of this happened to me once, but is constantly repeated (become standard). My recommendation is to give this store a wide berth. I'll never go there again.

The food was actually really good but unfortunately my friend got ChilliCheeseFries that had a lot of jalapenos. According to the BurgerKing recipe there were a maximum of 6 pieces and she had already eaten a few (see photo). The rest of the meal was quite good

My experience at Burger King was disappointing. The food was of poor quality and made me feel sick. Even the cola tasted strange. The service was nice, but overall the visit was a disappointment. Hopefully Burger King will improve its standards to better serve future customers.

The common feature of such places is that you can find the same product and the same taste wherever you go in the world... But this branch is a very interesting place. Sometimes they make burgers that are way above the standard, you forget where you are, but sometimes the cheese is so bad that you can't finish your burger. It's all up to your luck. The last time I went, the burger was bad and the bread was stale, but when I went before, it was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten.

The worst BK in the Augsburg area. Long waiting time for goods to be issued. Food cold although supposedly freshly prepared. Ketchup and mayonnaise were forgotten and had to be complained about. I don't recommend this fast food place.

Food and ambience typical, but why on earth do customers have to pay for the toilet? Shortly after it opened, I and my two children, 2 and 4, were almost the only customers. Burger King just hits the spot, if it's the type of fast food you are hungry for. Don't expect high-quality anything and, for the most part, you won't be disappointed ;)

Mir ist ja klar, dass ich mich hier nur in einer Fastfood Kette befinde, aber ein Mindestmaß an Höflichkeit sollte man doch trotzdem erwarten dürfen. Die junge Frau hinter der Kasse war demonstrativ gelangweilt, "bitte" oder "danke" scheinen nicht zu ihrem Wortschatz zu gehören. Immerhin hat das Essen geschmeckt

Schlechte ungebildete Personal essen falsch und kalt noch dazu und um 3.40 wird man auch noch aufgefordert aufzustehen und gehen ( während man noch am essen ist) Stühle schon um 3 Uhr hoch gestellt … Katastrophe laden

Das Essen ist köstlich, und der Service beeindruckt mit seiner Schnelligkeit. Bedauerlicherweise trübt die schlechte Einrichtung bei Burger King das Gesamterlebnis – das Auge isst schließlich mit. Zudem besteht Unsicherheit hinsichtlich der Veganität mancher Burger.

Extrem unfreundliche Bedienung die gefühlt keine Lust auf ihren Job hat. Obwohl im Menü Mayonnaise inklusive war verlangte man extra 1€ dafür obwohl sie es beim ausgeben vergessen haben. Mein Crispy Chicken war kalt obwohl ich Vorort gegessen habe Pommes waren fast nur pur Salz die Tische waren auch dreckig da ging einem fast der Appetit davon. Am besten woanders essen gehen und nicht seine wertvolle Zeit hier verschwenden.

hab uber liferando essen bestelt fur uber 60€ und der fahrer ist einfach nicht gekommen hab da angerufen und die bedinun hat gemeint das der fahrer da war obwoll wie da waren und er einfach nicht gekommen ist.katastrofe

Burger und Pommes waren lauwarm und die Thekenkraft war genervt und das um 11.45 Uhr

Lieferungsfahrer!!! Da es keine schlechten Beispiele von Leuten gibt,die dies lesen,möchte ich nicht darüber schreiben,was die 2 Burger king mitarbeiter zu mir angetan haben. Ich leide seit mehr als zwei Jahren an der Krankheit,Magen Entzündung (Helicobacter-pylori)Erkrankung. Zwischen der Zeit,ich hatte dreimal eine Endoskopie,Ich blieb eine Woche hier und eine Woche in meinem Heimatland im Krankenhaus. Ich habe mir jetzt eine weitere Krankheit Zeit Der 7-8 Monaten,Darmpilz (Candida Albicans)zugezogen,weil mein İmmunsystem sehr Schwach ist und ich zu viele Antibiotika eingenommen habe,(2×2 wochen lang)zwischen dieser zeit habe ich 30 kg abgenommen. Aufgrund der verantwortungslosigkeit und des neides dieser leute,bin ich aktuell in solch einem schrecklichen zustand. Um seine eigenen Arbeiter in Schutz zu nehmen und deren Schuld abzudecken,liefert der angebliche chef völlig irrationale sinnbefreite erklärungen für das Auftreten meiner Krankheit. Burger King ist in keiner Weise verantwortlich für das,was ich hier geschrieben habe,die einzige Verantwortung liegt bei den 2 Mitarbeitern von Burger King. Aktuell erhalte ich seit ca. 2 Monaten beim Heilpraktiker eine Biorezonans Therapie,und Ich möchte,dass jetzt jemand meine Stimme zu diesem Thema hört,weil ich nicht mear kann...

Das Ambiente ist unter dem Niveau eines Burgerkings. Inventar abgenutzt und gehört dringend renoviert. Gelegentlich wird man in der Filiale von Obdachlosen angebettelt, die dann nebenbei liegengebliebene Reste essen und trinken.

Unfreundlicher Verkäufer, dreckige Tische, überall liegt Müll, für Ketchup muß man extra zahlen und due Toiletten sind auch kostenpflichtig.

Extrem unfreundliche Bedienung die gefühlt keine Lust auf ihren Job hat. Hat mich erst angemault weil sie etwas falsch getippt hat, hat mich dann 5 min warten lassen um irgendwas für ein Storno zu holen und hat es dann trotzdem wieder falsch eingegeben was ich dann einfach genommen habe weil es mir zu doof wurde (wollte einen einfachen burger und sie hat einen doppelten berechnet.) Im Anschluss hat sie erstmal mit ihrem Kollegen in der Küche über mich gelästert in einer Lautstärke das ich an der Kasse alles verstehen konnte. Alles in allem habe ich dann 15 min auf ein Standard Menü gewartet und war der einzige Kunde im kompletten laden. Der Burger hat am Ende vor fett getrieft (als hätte man ihn einmal durch die Fritteuse gezogen). So ziemlich der ganze laden sieht aus wie das Plakat auf dem bild. (Könnte das gar nicht richtig mit der Kamera festhalten da waren auch mehrere Soßen und Senf Flecken drauf die definitiv schon paar Wochen alt sind) Bedienung: komplett unmotiviert und unfreundlich Essen: es war einfach die schlimmste Burger King Erfahrung die ich in 15 Jahren hatte Restaurant: einfach nur ekelhaft Selbst von einem Burger King hätte man etwas mehr erwarten können

Wir haben hier heute als Gruppe (5 Personen) über Lieferando auf 13:15 Uhr bestellt. Um 14:30 Uhr hatten wir unsere Bestellung immer immer noch nicht, obwohl seit einer Stunde in der App stand, dass es gleich da sein wird. Nach 2 h Wartezeit kam dann unser Essen endlich. Die Fahrerin sprach kein Deutsch, kannte sich in Augsburg nicht aus und hatte sich offensichtilich verfahren. Unsere Bestellungen waren komplett kalt, zerdrückt und unvollständig. Wie hatten über Lieferando Kontakt aufgenommen und keine Entschädigung erhalten!! Nie wieder

Keine Klimaanlage, aber das Essen schmeckt besser als bei der Konkurrenz ;-)

Am Liebsten Null Sterne. Ich hab heute bestellt. Die Bestellung richtig kalt. Salat vergessen. Andere Saucen geliefert als Bestellt. Die Nuggets hast und Kalt. Nie wieder. Eine Beschwerde bei Burgerking Deutschland geht auch raus.

Lieferservice einfach nur schlecht. Kaltes essen. Hälfte der Bestellung falsch... extra Saucen bezahlt aber nicht mitgeliefert. Anstatt mein bestelltes Getränk bekomm ich ne warme Cola zero für das bestellte kindermenü. Ich werde meinem 9 jährigen Sohn bestimmt keine Cola hinstellen !!!!!

Sehr enttäuscht. Unfreundlich, Eis schmeckt überhaupt nicht nach Eis, Fläche ist sehr schmutzig. Nie wieder!!!

Service war sehr langsam, obwohl nicht viel los war. Wir wollten nur 2 Eis. Das Eis und die Soßen schmecken sehr künstlich. Das Ambiente ist wenig ansprechend.

Bestelle öfters dort, mir ist auch diese RTL Reportage, wenn man überhaupt davon reden kann egal. Leckeres Essen, gutes Ambiente. Ich bin nicht wirklich glücklich darüber, dass man für den Toilettengang bezahlen muss, aber die Putzfrau muss ja auch davon leben können, den Unrat von manchen Verschmutzern zu entsorgen.

Die Servietten kommen nicht mehr aus den Spendern, sondern mit Trinkhalm und Salz aus einem Pappkarton auf dem Tisch darüber. Alles ist wild hineingeschüttet. Das Lokal hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Und wir haben hier nur den Gastraum gesehen...

Good food, the Hamburger meat was juicy. The chicken burger was good. The customer service was good, the guy was nice. There was some black spots on the burger but it was only there because it was a little burned.

Das Essen dort habe ich habe ich mit zwei Sternen bewertet es das Ambiente und das Service auch mit zwei Sternen durch mehrere Skandale und das das bei Burger King entlarvt wurde deshalb habe ich Burger king mit zwei jeweils mit zwei Sternen bewertet es ist furchtbar dass mehrere Skandalen durch den Bürger und den Service zustande gekommen ist ich Speise nicht bei Burger King deshalb auch jeweils zwei Sternen

Wir sind hier immer, wenn wir zu Besuch sind und hatten NIE Probleme, weder vor Ort, noch beim Liefern ins Hotel. Man möge unbedingt erwähnen, dass die Bewertung von linesplitter91 nicht ernst zu nehmen ist, da sie ausschließlich 1* Bewertungen abgibt und wohl generell mit sich unzufrieden zu sein scheint..

Die Dame mit kurzen haaren ist sehr unfreundlich. Haben jetzt schon paar mal dort was zu essen geholt. Die hat immer schlechte Laune und die lässt das einen auch spüren.

Betrug. Ein Plant-Based Big King XXL Menü steht ganz groß für 5,99€ auf der Karte und uns werden einfach 9,99€ berechnet. Als wir den Restaurantchef freundlich darauf angesprochen haben, beleidigt dieser nur uns und seine Mitarbeiterin. Wir haben zwar unser Geld zurückbekommen aber auch nichts zu Essen. Arschladen und ein Besitzer der untersten Schublade. Wir und alle die wir kennen gehen dort sicher nie wieder hin.

SCHLECHTER GEHT ES KAUM: Nach einer Bestellung über 12 Euro und einer sehr unfreundlichen Bedienung(immer wieder fragte sie: Alles??? Alles??? Alles???), als dürfte ich nicht weiter bestellen, sollte ich noch eine extra Gebühr bezahlen um aufs Klo zu gehen. Selbstverständlich wollte ich darauf hin die Bestellung stornieren, worauf der "Manager " geholt wurde uns dieser mich urplötzlich DOCH gratis aufs Klo gehen lassen wollte. NEIN DANKE Darauf habe ich verzichtet und bin in einer anständigen Döner Bude gegangen. einfach nur erbärmlich

Diesen BK besuche ich sehr selten in Augsburg. Mir ist schon länger aufgefallen, dass dieser nicht sehr stark frequentiert ist. Egal zu welcher Zeit und an welchem Tag. Und das obwohl er im absoluten Zentrum von Augsburg ist. Der Grund könnte hierfür am definitiv gleichgültigsten Personal in Augsburg liegen. NULL Lächeln im Gesicht. Herzliche, freundliche oder irgendwie um den Gast bemühte Kommunikation - FEHLANZEIGE !! Lieblos, gleichgültiges Abfertigen. Keine Begrüßung - nur ein lustloses "Was wollen Sie?" .
