Kentucky Fried Chicken in Augsburg

I was actually a fan, unfortunately I've had to experience a lot of changes in the last few years. First there were no more spicy chicken parts and then the cheese fries would no longer be offered in every branch. Now the self-service terminals. Now the only problem is that the drinks can no longer be refilled. I also noticed that the prices had increased and the size of the chicken pieces had become smaller. Given the price we have to spend now, I'd rather pay a little more and go to an inn.

The fries were almost raw or inedible...the burger was just about edible

The citizen was cold... the piece of chicken wasn't even big enough to touch the edge of the citizen anywhere and the bill of cheese was fridge cold... That's a disgrace at these prices

Rarely have I had such bad food at a fast food restaurant. The burgers taste underground and the fries were in the fryer for about 30 seconds. I can't help KFC.

I ordered wings and fries and was really disappointed. The wings were way too small, there was hardly any meat on them, and the fries weren't cooked properly. For the price I would have expected much more. Unfortunately not a recommendation!

Far too expensive and far too little... a small piece of breading is counted as a piece of chicken. The tables are sticky and you can hardly get enough... no thanks, we won't be able to eat here anymore

I recently ordered the Hot Wings menu from KFC, which in my opinion is quite expensive at 10.90 euros. Unfortunately the quality of the food was very disappointing. The hot wings, which should normally be crispy and fresh, were soggy and tasted like they had been sitting for a long time. The fries were even worse – soft, bland and barely edible. For the price I expect a lot more. In addition, the portion of the hot wings was far too small to really fill you up. I was still hungry after the menu, which makes the value for money absolutely outrageous. What made things even worse was the unmotivated staff. It seemed like no one wanted to work there - the employees just looked grumpy and made you feel unwanted. The service was correspondingly lackluster and unfriendly. Overall a very disappointing experience. For the money I expect not only better quality, but also better service. So I'll think twice about going to KFC again.

We haven't been there for a long time and today we left again. Surprise...several employees, new options for ordering, wonderful. But... such a cheek! The employee simply threw away our order without any interest. I wanted to check it and he just told me I could do it somewhere in the back, but he wanted to take my note. I asked how can I do it without a note, then he gave me his note back... the bags are missing kids 🍔, toys and 2 sauces. I went to him again and he just threw the rest in the bag and then he took away my receipt again. I went home and...Kids 🍔 was having a chili cheeseburger😡...I couldn't call anymore because I didn't have any paper with me...I will never go to that branch again.

Price performance doesn't fit here at all. Way too expensive for such small portions and the burgers aren't really that good either.

impudence. Staff should be thrown out. Half forgotten. ALL drinks (syrup) empty, only water plörre. Nobody cares. Will not be replenished. Women's toilet paper empty - woman is fobbed off with napkins. Nobody cares! Men's toilet is a mess. Manager and staff fired and replaced!!!

Fantastic experience at KFC! The food was fresh, tasty and exactly what you would expect from KFC. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I particularly liked the cleanliness of the restaurant and the atmosphere was pleasant. I will definitely come back. Absolute recommendation for everyone who loves good fast food!

The food was horrible! The wings we ordered were smaller than before and they were dry and had almost no meat on them. I was there with three friends and we all got diarrhea and stomach pains the day after. When we asked the staff for help with the order, the employee had to ask three colleagues if any of them spoke German. I really wish the old KFC was back 5 years ago where everything was fine.

I was eating there with three children, we had ordered and paid for everything at the self-service counter, and the food was there. Oh, it took about 10-15 minutes to prepare, the fries were cold, I ordered water in a bottle where I paid a separate deposit and got it I got a cup to fill myself at the drinks SB where there was simply different water. When I wanted to complain about it, the man just said SB no more and it was done for him, the food was lukewarm, the tables and floors were very dirty! We will no longer visit the restaurant and cannot recommend it.

I love chicken, but firstly, the service, almost by foreigners, leaves a lot to be desired, i.e. you don't always get what you order, and secondly, more importantly, when I look at the dirt in the room and in the toilet, my imagination says that the kitchen can't be better and at this point it's good the breaded looking chicken sticks in my throat...👎👎👎 06/10. It's probably been about a year since my last visit to this restaurant and I must say that the cleanliness of the room and toilet has improved, I have no complaints 👍

I ordered a menu as take away. They called me and said that the menu is ready and I took bag , went to home. As I am at home I opened the bag and realized that there isn’t any burger inside of this bag. It was really disappointing. Such a bad experience. So I extremely don’t recommend this kfc restaurant.

So this branch has improved a lot. There are several order machines. Tables are wiped down. Food is delicious. Star deduction: Prices have been raised significantly.

Serving something like that is not okay. We recently went to this KFC and ordered 2 menus. The day after we both had incredible stomach and intestinal problems. You should take a look at what is being cooked in the kitchen. I can only advise against it.

Terrible! Dirty tables, benches and floors! While I used my child's wet wipes to clear the table of a lot of leftover food, SIX employees stood around and talked loudly. After the third complaint I finally had my complete and correct menu. Of course, if you don't understand a word of German, it's no wonder that half of my order is forgotten or prepared incorrectly. This juice shop will never see me again! What happened to KFC?

Well, it's my third visit to Kentucky Fried Chicken and every time it's been disappointing. Tables weren't cleaned, everything was left on the floor. (There were enough staff there) Unfortunately I won't be coming back...

Food was okay but there was almost nothing going on in the store, but there were endless mistakes when ordering, wrong products and some people forgot. 8 people in the restaurant and the trolley for the empty tablets overflowed. The floor stuck at every step and probably hadn't been cleaned for a long time

From 4 it goes down to 2 stars. The last two times there was always part of the order missing and I'm not talking about ketchup. It has also become far too expensive compared to the products on offer (a Zinger burger felt twice as big 5 years ago). The staff is inattentive and not particularly friendly. DISGUSTING!!! I ordered a burger, fries, a coke and chicken nuggets. Burger cold, it was never warm, the cheese wasn't even melted. Fries were cold and they were never warm. Chicken cold and like bubble gum. (3 pieces!!!) Thank God there were no more... Coke was okay! You can't go wrong when you put a cup on your tablets. Demanding over 16 euros for this impudence is just outrageous.

It's nicely decorated and it has a nice indoor playground and outdoor slide. However it doesn't have the screens to order and it doesn't have click and collect either so it's not possible to order on the website either. We ordered according to the menu that is fixed on the wall and were told that the only dip available is sweet sour even though the menu mentions several different dips. The waitress also took our order wrong and was annoyed at us when we mentioned it. The floor was also very sticky.

It's a nice and well-kept facility, I didn't go in and shop.

We were at the drive in. We behaved in a friendly and polite manner. The waitress (woman from the Balkans) was noticeably reserved and negative. She couldn't look at us or smile in a friendly way. The customer in front of us from southern (eastern) Europe received noticeably friendly service. All that was missing was for her to fall around his neck. The southerner then gave us a mocking grin. One shouldn't be surprised if people vote to the right because of increasing negative everyday experiences with foreigners (mockery, rejection and general hostility towards Germans and Germany).

Today at 12 noon it was more important to repaint the sign outside than to serve people inside. (It's nicely painted though) Thank you Aj**** for the unfriendly service, the half-sized drinking cups and forgetting the sweet and sour sauce. But there wasn't a single roll of toilet paper in the ENTIRE ladies' room. And we were also able to enjoy the long wait because all seven guests at the checkout were served until we got our food from the warming area.

The service was incredibly slow, and when we finally received our order we were given the wrong food. There were five other people waiting around us, and all of their orders were given incorrectly. We had to wait more than 15 minutes to get the cold food! Although the fries were over-fried, they were cold when we received them. The chicken nuggets in the children's menu were severely over-peppered and could not be eaten. We don't come here anymore. KFC used to be a good place, but the quality is getting worse.

If you have to be served at the counter by people who don't understand you, I see that as a shortcoming. A German course could help. Chicken pieces were great. Fries could have used another 2 minutes in the deep fryer.

The prices are going crazy! 4 chicken fillets as a menu for 10.79 euros. They taste good, just like they used to. But do they really have to be that expensive? Mc Donalds also manages to offer a menu for cheap money and with the coupons they make it even cheaper. That's pretty tough for fast food!

Everything was just gone and had to be remade. We have a big rush right in front of us to thank for this. So we give it a “good”.

I am very satisfied after my visit. The service assistant at the counter took my order and pointed out any sensible adjustments. That excited me. I'm deducting a star from Ambiente because I couldn't use the free WiFi for guests on site. The food was tasty and the outdoor seating was very comfortable. I describe it as “modern longue style”. The parking spaces are spacious, wide and free. It was clean in the restaurant. Particularly noteworthy are the drinks refill area, the toilets, the tables and the shelves where you put the tablet with the food leftovers and packaging waste back after consumption. I had a pleasant customer experience. Therefore overall: five out of five possible rating stars. *****

It's honestly a joke that you can't get a milkshake 55 minutes before closing time because the machine has already been cleaned. This is the third time that we had to leave WITHOUT a milkshake. I understand if it's no longer possible 10-15 minutes before closing, but almost a full hour before and every time? It doesn't work at all!

I thought it was better before. The burgers don't taste the same anymore. Coffee corner has been missing for a long time. TV is dismantled. The whole thing looks like they're going to close up shop soon, sorry. Something has to happen urgently.

Stupidity or intent? Definitely a good choice if you want to pay the higher tax rate for food in the restaurant for take-away and if you want to pay for individual items with a higher price difference of almost EUR 5 instead of the bucket, even though you get exactly the same. This way you can make customers who don't know what they're doing look stupid. Absolutely bold and certainly worth checking for tax purposes. The complaint was only met with a shrug. 0 points and a report to the tax office would be exactly the right thing here.

2 out of 3 chicken pieces dry as straw!!! Probably been there forever... Coleslaw and fries very good.
