Unfassbar teuer das Ganze. Preis-Leistung ist mE völlig aus dem Rahmen.

Das Essen war total ausgetrocknet , selten so schlechte hotwings bekommen , die Pommes labbrig und dick ungenießbar .

Chestrin und Bachtrin sind so etwas für Deutschland. Immer mehr. Es wird ewig so weitergehen.

Burger teilweise nicht durch, Pommesfrites lapprig/matschig, teilweise roh. Bin sehr enttäuscht

Hervorragender Service, hervorragendes Essen. Besonders die junge Frau mit den roten Haaren. 5 Sterne

Ein absolutes Chaos! Samstagabend um 19 Uhr dort. Eine Gruppe von 20 bis 30 wilden Teenagern drängte sich am Ausgabeschalter herum und schubste umher. Sie sammelten Tabletts mit Hühnchen ein, kamen mit Tabletts voller Knochen zurück und verschwanden mit weiteren Tabletts voller Hühnchen. Normale Kunden wurden beiseitegeschoben und ignoriert, ihre Bestellungen wurden nie bedient, da das Personal die Gruppe scheinbar ungehindert bediente. Meiden!

Das Restaurant ist bei diesen Temperaturen viel zu heiß. Die Wartezeiten sind sehr lang, und für den Preis, den ich bezahlt habe, erwarte ich zumindest, dass das Hähnchen frisch ist. Stattdessen war das Hähnchen, das ich bekommen habe, sehr zäh.

Drei Leute waren im Restaurant, ich war der einzige der bestellt hatte zu diesem Zeitpunkt und trotzdem hat es die Angestellten derart überfordert, das sie meine Sosse beim Kartoffelbrei vergessen haben. Schönen Dank dafür.

Der Maiskolben war eine absolute Katastrophe! 🤢 Halber Maiskolben mit Butter bestellt - die Butter einzeln in die Hand gedrückt bekommen. Und der Maiskolben? Schmeckte nach Schimmel. Unterirdisch! Ich wollte ihn nur mal probieren, weil man hört er gehört zum Standard. Aber niemals wieder 3,50€ für Schimmel ausgeben. Echt pfui!

Ich komme immer wieder sehr gerne in diesen KFC vorbei um zu Essen. Die anderen KFC in Augsburg sind etwas schmuddelig. Diesen hier finde ich immer sauber vor. Das Essen geht recht zügig und schmeckt immer gut. Leider musste ich mit der Zeit feststellen das der Maiskolben(die Hälfte) immer kleiner wird. Ansonsten ist hier alles prima. Die Toiletten sind auch immer sauber.

I paid €10 for a gamer meal with 1 Red Bull and 3 mini chicken wings, and the fries arrived late.

Please write here that it's currently being renovated! We're now forced to go to Burger King.

Unfortunately, I can't give negative marks for the service. After waiting 20 minutes, I was only informed after asking that they had misplaced my order. After the third attempt, the order finally arrived 32 minutes later. Communication was very difficult because no one behind the counter spoke even a basic grasp of German. To top it all off, while waiting, I overheard employees placing small extra items on the trays for friends or acquaintances. This place is highly questionable, as it seems every employee can do whatever they want. I won't be coming back.

I'm disappointed and don't think the price-performance ratio is right anymore. We didn't like the taste and probably won't go to KFC again. It also wasn't cleaned properly. All in all, not good at all for us.

It was already evening and dark outside when I drove through the drive-thru of KFC Augsburg on Derchinger Straße. It really does look like a ghost train at night! The outdoor area is so poorly lit that you almost have to bring a flashlight! Since there were few customers, my food was correspondingly lukewarm and stale. But in defense of the fast-food giant, I have to say, it's hit or miss, hit or miss, or 50/50 whether it's freshly made or lukewarm and stale, what you get! The time before last, I got the (newer?) "thicker" fries for the first time, and they were really hot and delicious, and of course, they tasted really good! However, my joy was immediately dampened the last time; I ordered two fries, and both bags were completely bland and lukewarm! The portion sizes are also catastrophic; these days, you definitely get more for your money at the famous competition! When you see the large portion of fries, you immediately think that's the small portion! As another reviewer/critic wrote, it's true that the hot wings were mini, and that the large chicken pieces no longer have the spicy coating (a completely incomprehensible nightmare decision!), and that they're now completely greasy instead of crispy, making it impossible to enjoy chicken at the moment! The employee at the counter did his duty, but not a bit more than that: no smile, no courtesy as one would expect from this service provider! But now comes the ultimate kicker... There are NO MORE ICE CUBES with your drink!!!, at least that's what they've explained to me several times at the drive-thru! The drink is already cold!!! I was told in a relatively unfriendly manner! (In my personal opinion, it's unfortunately lukewarm rather than cold! It seems like they don't want to give out ice cubes out of laziness!!! Or maybe they can't afford an ice machine anymore, or maybe they don't want to repair it... I don't know, but, SORRY, THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE!!! AN ABSOLUTE NO-GO!!!!! Final conclusion: PLEASE LEAVE YOUR MONEY WHERE IT IS STILL APPRECIATED AND WHERE THE QUALITY AND SERVICE HAVE NOT YET ARRIVED IN THE DESERT!

Stopped by KFC in Augsburg for a quick lunch while passing through and tried the Double Colonel Chicken Burger with coleslaw on the side. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming and not quite meeting my expectations. The burger bun was far too soft and fell apart easily, and the toppings looked like they’d been thrown together without much care. The chicken itself tasted okay, but the pieces were unevenly shaped and made the burger awkward to eat. The coleslaw was fine, but overall the meal didn’t quite live up to my expectations based on the usual KFC standard. On the plus: the location was very clean and well maintained and the value for the money was good compared to other fast food outlets…

Extremely poor service. We waited 30 minutes for our food because the incompetent staff couldn't finish frying the chicken. There was no refund, and no one cared, even though we had already paid. The service became increasingly unfriendly, even though they were already extremely unfriendly. Very rude and aggressive.

Ordered a cheese bucket, got no cheese. Baba service. Got fries, no sauce. Baba service. Fries are dry anyway. The best part: it happens every single time you forget something. And then no one even answers the phone. Never again from this KFC. I'd gladly drive to the other end of Augsburg to another KFC.

I'm almost sorry, but KFC was once the best junk food in Augsburg. We're a long way from that. I was there again yesterday and it was definitely the last time. The quality has deteriorated considerably, but what I found really rude was the way the staff treated them. If you don't want to work with people, you shouldn't. A colleague asked because he hadn't been given a wooden fork. The server then threw it onto his tray from 1.5 meters away and said, "There you go." Considering how expensive it is, how the quality has declined, and how you get fobbed off... that's just unacceptable.

Yes, it's a fast-food restaurant, what else can you say? Since the place is still quite new, it's also "nice." It's perfectly adequate.

These days, you probably have to order from a vending machine. The menu is very confusing. I didn't order what I wanted. It's probably only meant for regulars. The food is the same as always. In my opinion, the best among American fast food chains.

I went to KFC today for the first time in a long time. I was really looking forward to spicy, crispy chicken pieces. But they're not available anymore. Fine, then I'll try the ones they have now. Unfortunately, they were a complete disaster. Neither crispy nor tasty, and completely dry. The so-called fries have nothing to do with fries anymore, but are now a kind of country potatoes with the skin on. Neither crispy nor tasty. I paid €14.69 for my meal. I'd rather go to my favorite restaurant and enjoy a great schnitzel with delicious fries and a side salad. They won't be seeing me there again. It was Sunday lunchtime, and there were only three customers there. That should have given me pause.

Very disappointing! I ordered at the drive-thru and, upon unpacking at home, realized that half of my order was missing. So I drove back to complain. Instead of understanding or an apology, the employee at the drive-thru responded, "That can't be happening." – as if I were making it up. I find that completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. Mistakes can happen, but how you handle them determines whether you feel well taken care of or not. In this case, unfortunately, a total failure.

Yes, it's true, the branch is getting worse and worse. Actually, everything is worse, but the worst are the dirty tables and the overflowing clearing cart. And that's at 10:30 a.m., when it's still very quiet. Maybe it's from the day before... And if it looks like this in the dining area, what's it like in the kitchen???? It can only get better; I'll definitely avoid it in the future.

We went there with the kids. The food was quite expensive. Unfortunately, we didn't get the chicken pieces we ordered, but rather spicy ones (bad for kids). However, we were quite shocked when a child came back to the counter with his box and said there were spicy pieces in it, which he didn't like. The waitress then took the chicken pieces that had already been handed out and put them back in the display with the new pieces. I find that absolutely unacceptable!!!

Tables dirty, unwashed, and some still covered in trash from the last customer. The fries were a disaster (not even close to freshly fried). The drink cups and a burger were left behind when ordering (only two burgers were ordered). The restrooms were dirty, smelled like a train station. Not recommended!

I come here every now and then when I'm in Augsburg and order something. There are parking spaces in front of the restaurant, but it can be tight when it's busy, as there aren't many. Ordering kiosks like those at other fast-food chains are also available here. So far, everything has been pretty quick after ordering. However, you should definitely check to see if everything you ordered is on the tray or in the bag. Regarding the friendliness of the staff, I have to say that it depends on who's there. I've experienced everything from friendly to rude. Cleanliness is also a different story. I've had everything from clean to sticky (tables and floor). The same can be true of the restrooms. The food has always been okay and tasted as expected. Only once was a burger cold, but I was promptly replaced. It's probably common knowledge that KFC isn't cheap. But since the recent price increases, it's become really expensive. You should definitely keep an eye on your order, otherwise you might end up paying a pretty penny for extra little extras. Overall, though, everything's fine if the food is prepared properly.

It's just fast food. Restrooms are often not that clean. The restaurant is more or less clean, which is not only due to the cleaning schedule but also to the customers. The food is sometimes warmer, sometimes less. In the past, 6 hot wings would fill you up, but these days, 9 more (mini) wings are usually enough. Sometimes the employees notice and add one more.

A very nice Kentucky Fried Chicken. Very large and well located if you're traveling by car. The food is okay, but it's fast food and, of course, not very healthy overall.

I was very happy with my visit to KFC! The food was fresh and really tasty – exactly how you want it. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly staff. The employees were very helpful, courteous and customer-oriented. You immediately felt welcome. I would definitely like to come back!

What is going on in this place? The floor is greasy and oily throughout the restaurant. My wife almost slipped with her Maxi-Cosi in her hand. We will never go here again and will advise everyone against it. Will the health department even come by???

We were there once this week, but it was a one-time visit. We received our order after 45 minutes. The chicken pieces and corn on the cob had to be prepared first. It's a real joke, there are three of these stores in Augsburg, and none of them had us wait that long. The hot food shelf was completely empty.

I was really disappointed with my visit to KFC. I paid a whopping €18 for a box of chicken wings – and what did I get for that? Almost empty boxes with a few small wings inside. The value for money is simply outrageous! So much money for so little is absolutely unjustified. KFC has always been a good option for me for quick, tasty snacks – but after this experience, I really can't recommend anyone go there anymore. Save your money and get something to eat somewhere else.

I've been there several times now, and it gets worse each time. The tables are dirty and not cleaned. You order online, but it doesn't save you any time because you end up standing in a completely disorganized line for ages. Only one cash register is open, while other employees just stand around and watch. This isn't just inefficient, it's unfriendly to customers. Clearly, they either lack proper human resources or a dedication to good service. Absolutely disappointing.

Well, what can I say? KFC is expensive, no question, but when I get something, I expect a certain level of quality for that price. Unfortunately, it wasn't there; it was more mushy than crispy. The staff were very unmotivated, but still reasonably friendly. The store could be cleaner.

It was so crowded that the line spilled out onto the street. I had to cut my visit short due to time constraints. I know KFC from previous visits and have never been disappointed. However, I don't expect 5-star food from a fast food restaurant. Update: I went there again and left very disappointed this time. I ordered a large meal, but I got a small one. When I pointed this out to the clerk, she just stared at me in disbelief. It took a few minutes to persuade her to at least give me a large cup, but the fries were small. After I ate them, though, I was glad I didn't get large fries. The food was only lukewarm by then. It's a real shame what's become of this branch. I usually like going to KFC, but after my last visit, I was already wondering whether I should come back again.

Horrible establishment Korean menu cobbled together with something else (Korean menu should be spicy, but prepared with regular, sour ketchup) They didn't give a milkshake in the paid menu. The only musical accompaniment to the atmosphere is screaming advertising. The floors are so dirty that your feet stick to the floor. Finding a clean table and even clean sofas is a quest. We waited for about 15 minutes, no one ordered after us, the kitchen worker shouted out the order number until we came up (at Mc Donalds they brought it to our table).

Not everything is always given out at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, this isn't discovered until you get home, so you can't complain. I ordered a separate meal and a wrap. The burger and wrap weren't handed out. But I paid the full price.

KFC Augsburg East used to be a really good place. After years of abstinence, we decided to pay a visit. I can only agree with the previous reviewer: absolute hygiene deficiencies. Who is responsible for cleanliness and hygiene there? Were those positions eliminated by DOGE as well? ;)?! All three branches in Augsburg have similar reviews and problems. It's a real shame if the hygiene concept fails, as the food was quite good as always. Still, only one star to highlight the lack of cleanliness. ;)
