Food was okay but there was almost nothing going on in the store, but there were endless mistakes when ordering, wrong products and some people forgot. 8 people in the restaurant and the trolley for the empty tablets overflowed. The floor stuck at every step and probably hadn't been cleaned for a long time

From 4 it goes down to 2 stars. The last two times there was always part of the order missing and I'm not talking about ketchup. It has also become far too expensive compared to the products on offer (a Zinger burger felt twice as big 5 years ago). The staff is inattentive and not particularly friendly. Hard downgrade in recent years!!!

DISGUSTING!!! I ordered a burger, fries, a coke and chicken nuggets. Burger cold, it was never warm, the cheese wasn't even melted. Fries were cold and they were never warm. Chicken cold and like bubble gum. (3 pieces!!!) Thank God there were no more... Coke was okay! You can't go wrong when you put a cup on your tablets. Demanding over 16 euros for this impudence is just outrageous.

It's nicely decorated and it has a nice indoor playground and outdoor slide. However it doesn't have the screens to order and it doesn't have click and collect either so it's not possible to order on the website either. We ordered according to the menu that is fixed on the wall and were told that the only dip available is sweet sour even though the menu mentions several different dips. The waitress also took our order wrong and was annoyed at us when we mentioned it. The floor was also very sticky.

We were at the drive in. We behaved in a friendly and polite manner. The waitress (woman from the Balkans) was noticeably reserved and negative. She couldn't look at us or smile in a friendly way. The customer in front of us from southern (eastern) Europe received noticeably friendly service. All that was missing was for her to fall around his neck. The southerner then gave us a mocking grin. One shouldn't be surprised if people vote to the right because of increasing negative everyday experiences with foreigners (mockery, rejection and general hostility towards Germans and Germany).

Today at 12 noon it was more important to repaint the sign outside than to serve people inside. (It's nicely painted though) Thank you Aj**** for the unfriendly service, the half-sized drinking cups and forgetting the sweet and sour sauce. But there wasn't a single roll of toilet paper in the ENTIRE ladies' room. And we were also able to enjoy the long wait because all seven guests at the checkout were served until we got our food from the warming area.

The service was incredibly slow, and when we finally received our order we were given the wrong food. There were five other people waiting around us, and all of their orders were given incorrectly. We had to wait more than 15 minutes to get the cold food! Although the fries were over-fried, they were cold when we received them. The chicken nuggets in the children's menu were severely over-peppered and could not be eaten. We don't come here anymore. KFC used to be a good place, but the quality is getting worse.

If you have to be served at the counter by people who don't understand you, I see that as a shortcoming. A German course could help. Chicken pieces were great. Fries could have used another 2 minutes in the deep fryer.

The prices are going crazy! 4 chicken fillets as a menu for 10.79 euros. They taste good, just like they used to. But do they really have to be that expensive? Mc Donalds also manages to offer a menu for cheap money and with the coupons they make it even cheaper. That's pretty tough for fast food!

I am very satisfied after my visit. The service assistant at the counter took my order and pointed out any sensible adjustments. That excited me. I'm deducting a star from Ambiente because I couldn't use the free WiFi for guests on site. The food was tasty and the outdoor seating was very comfortable. I describe it as “modern longue style”. The parking spaces are spacious, wide and free. It was clean in the restaurant. Particularly noteworthy are the drinks refill area, the toilets, the tables and the shelves where you put the tablet with the food leftovers and packaging waste back after consumption. I had a pleasant customer experience. Therefore overall: five out of five possible rating stars. *****

It's honestly a joke that you can't get a milkshake 55 minutes before closing time because the machine has already been cleaned. This is the third time that we had to leave WITHOUT a milkshake. I understand if it's no longer possible 10-15 minutes before closing, but almost a full hour before and every time? It doesn't work at all!

Stupidity or intent? Definitely a good choice if you want to pay the higher tax rate for food in the restaurant for take-away and if you want to pay for individual items with a higher price difference of almost EUR 5 instead of the bucket, even though you get exactly the same. This way you can make customers who don't know what they're doing look stupid. Absolutely bold and certainly worth checking for tax purposes. The complaint was only met with a shrug. 0 points and a report to the tax office would be exactly the right thing here.

Almost 15€ for a Zinger box 😱 You can also go to a real restaurant. KFC actually used to have the best fast food fries, but that was once - they had lukewarm and limp things. The Zinger tasted good, but was only lukewarm. Oh, and another annoyance: On the menu board, the burgers are shown with cheese, but you can only get it for a 70 cent surcharge.

We picked up food on Sunday evening and it was an absolute disaster. The hot wings tasted like old fat, the fries were soggy, the salad was sandy, the dressing was forgotten and the meat in it was cold and unfortunately not at all tasty. That was our last visit to KFC. Only the service was nice and it was quick.

Mainly because: We ordered through Lieferando, where there are only TINY pictures of each product that cannot be enlarged - that's why you couldn't see the product itself, just the cup. Yes, that’s right, a big MUG. We expected to order large pieces of chicken. And a meaningless description from the kit for hip, meaningless TokTok English ("Wicky Fricky Slices Slubber Whatnot" etc.) Instead of 18 juicy chicken pieces, as I said: a tiny box with 18 small nuggets - for 20€!!! The most expensive chicken nuggets of our lives. Oh yes - and the fries were half raw and barely salted. I didn't know that something like this was even possible at System-Gastro... In total we got rid of over €50 - and have to cook again today because none of us, not even the children, were really full! Thank you, never again!

Ein fast food Laden halt Leckere burger Etwas teuer Langsamer Service

Der sauberste und ordentlichste KFC in ganz Augsburg. Modern eingerichtet und sehr saubere Toiletten. Einzig die (fehlenden) Deutschkenntnisse der Bedienung verhindern eine bessere Bewertung.

Wir wurden von einem sehr netten dunkelhäutigen Mann bedient, der wirklich am falschen Ort arbeitet. Ambiente wäre evtl schön, aber es wirkt eher kalt, weil es so viel ungenutze fläche gibt. Auch dieser "Ofen" wo mal künstliches Feuer an war, wird einfach nicht angemacht. Das nächste ist, die Burger sind mit 1 Streifen Speck belegt! 1 Streifen!!! Da legt Mcs sogar mehr drauf! Auch die Dip-Saucen sind teilweise nicht mal voll gefüllt. Die Preise sind dafür echt unterirdisch oder soll ich eher sagen oberirdische?! Wirklich unglaublich. Haste nicht gesehen...

Ich habe 22€ gezahlt für 10 Chicken Filets und eine Pommes mit Getränk echt unterirdisch dazu waren die Filets sehr trocken und die Pommes waren ungesalzen und haben nach nichts geschmeckt nie wieder Viele Kunden haben sie an der Kasse beschwert das ihr Essen falsch gegeben wurde und auch die Bedienung hat mir den Eindruck vermittelt das sie gar kein Bock auf ihren Job haben Zudem war es überall dreckig die Toiletten waren noch ekliger haben gestunken und Seife gab es auch nicht mehr Das der Laden noch läuft vermeidet es geht lieber zum Restaurant oder einfach zum Mc seit besser bedient

Waren gegen 18:30 vor Ort und wollten Essen zum Mitnehmen! Mussten 40 Minuten warten bis es fertig war, an der Kasse, mit weiteren 20 Personen! Bei einem Zinger wurde der Käse vergessen, aber natürlich berechnet! Die anderen waren sehr spärlich belegt, teilweise ohne Salat und völlig lieblos! Anstatt Filet Bites bekamen wir Hot Wings, die die Kinder natürlich nicht essen konnten! Bei den Getränken war wohl der Sirup aus, es war nur farbiges Sprudelwasser! Das waren definitiv 40€ aus dem Fenster geworfen!

Die Hotwings sind Lächerlich für 6€

Die Dame an der Bestellung war sehr unfreundlich und wollte mir unbedingt ein Menü aufdrängen. Als ich wiederholt verneinte, wurde sie dann richtig frech, zuckte mit den Schultern und meinte, ich müsste dann halt mehr bezahlen. Die wings und die Pommes frites waren gut, aber aufgrund des unfreundlichen Verhaltens werde ich so schnell nicht wieder hingehen.

Wir waren um 22.40 Uhr bei diesem KFC und auf Google stand das er um 23..00 Uhr schließt. Wir wollten uns Chickenwings kaufen aber die Dame sagte dass das zu aufwendig wäre und wir nur einen Burger kaufen könnten und sonst nix. Das beste war es waren noch Chicken in dieser Theke aber sie haben das in eine Box eingepackt und in ihre eigene Handtasche reingelegt. Zudem haben sie uns rausgeschmissen. Sehr unhöflich.

Schön, gemütlich und sehr lecker. Für die Kinder gibt es ein Indoor Spielplatz :)

Der Preis für die Mahlzeit ist sehr hoch geworden. Wir können nicht mehr ständig davon essen. Früher haben wir mindestens einmal pro Woche gegessen, jetzt einmal im Monat.
