McDonald's in Augsburg

On December 24th, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. I was at McDonald's and was treated extremely unprofessionally by the store management. At the checkout, I presented my coupons to be scanned, but the employee didn't seem to know how to adjust my order accordingly. The branch management was then called in. Instead of solving the problem, the branch manager seemed equally overwhelmed. Although he asked me what changes I wanted, he was unable to remember all three changes. When I finally received and checked my order, I discovered that it was incorrect: instead of the fries I ordered, I received a salad. I politely asked for the order to be exchanged according to the agreement. But the branch manager, an older Yugoslavian man, replied curtly and without any courtesy: “Too late.” This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable for me. I expect your company to provide its employees with better training, especially in dealing with the ordering system, in order to avoid such errors and the associated hassle in the future.

Very disappointed with the cappuccino. It wasn't done with mccafe either, but rather with a fully automatic machine. It also tastes the same. Very disappointing for €4.29, I've had much better ones at McDonald's

I ordered four hamburgers. The waiting time for this, even though it was quiet and they were freshly prepared, was about 3 minutes. The burgers were still cold. The worst burgers I've ever had from McDonald's. With 3 pieces I didn't even taste the cucumber. Conclusion: Never again. Not recommended.

Visited this MC Donald for the 3rd and last time today!! Every time I order something, something has been forgotten, the wrong food has been given or the staff is more than just rude and very listless! Food for in between really okay but unfortunately unfocused employees. LG

Absolute impudence, I ordered there via the app. 2 damn cheeseburgers. When I asked why my number wasn't on the pickup display, I was sent away in broken German. And I was ignored afterwards. When I then spent 20 minutes on 2 CHEESEBURGERS WHICH TOOK 20 SECONDS EACH TO PREPARE. I left because otherwise I would have missed my train. Completely disgraceful service. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff treats visitors like trash. I made an order, the wait was more than 15 minutes, I asked why it took so long (I was late for the train), so they came at me that I ordered such a dish and they had to cook it (throw the cutlet into deep fat). The staff touches the food with their hands (french fries) and when asked to change it, they answer that this is normal, the staff washes their hands. I hope this is so, but while waiting for the order, the employee touched many items and hardly washed his hands after each one. They work like they're doing you a favor.

Very bad service at the checkout! Branch at Augsburg main station, May 5th, 2024, around 12 p.m., not very busy. I get to it straight away and there are very few customers on site. I would like to redeem a limited voucher from the McDonalds app for which the limited Dark Glow glass is available. To be sure that I don't redeem it for free, I ask whether the limited Dark Glow glass is available, to which the employee answers me yes. I then redeem the code from the employee and he scans it into the cash register, but then deletes it from the cash register (clearly visible). He says, "I deleted the code." No apology or anything like that. Just the statement. I tell him that it only exists once and that I can't create a second one and that it's not my fault and there has to be a solution. He says. "The code is deleted, I can't do anything about it." Then I repeat it again and he says, annoyed, to my companion: "You probably have a cell phone too, then redeem it." We politely answer him that she neither has the app nor is resistant and doesn't want to. He says, "That's for you to decide. I deleted the code." Then I ask for his superior, who he calls reluctantly and only after asking several times (beforehand he just says that she can't do anything) and who then fortunately sorts it out and we can finally place the order. At the end of the order it says that the limited Dark Glow glass is not available and has been out for a while, which I intentionally asked first because you can only redeem the code once. My expectations of fast food cashiers are actually just friendliness and normal interaction with the customer, but the way this was done was really unbelievable. The staff was nice and it was relatively clean, but there was apparently a mistake in the system because you couldn't choose whether you wanted to "eat here" or "take away" from the machines. So you always got something to take with you. These Cola glasses were not given to you in the color you selected.

Der mieseste MC Donalds in Augsburg und Umgebung Heute spät Nachmittag wollte meine Punkte einlösen daraufhin meldete das Terminal Störung. An beiden anderen Terminals wieder nicht funktioniert. Mitarbeiter vor Ort überfordert und unfreundlich. Auch keine Alternative Lösung würde vorgeschlagen. Angeblich verstehen Sie kein Deutsch. Dieser Meinung bin nicht nur ich Essen sieht oftmals aus wie wenn damit Fußball gespielt wurde. Das Lokal nebst Inventar stets schmutzig. Überall liegt Müll Rum.. Fettige Sitze und Tische. Mitarbeiter streiten untereinander dazu sehr laut. Das sollte man an mal undercover mit versteckter Kamera filmen und ans Fernsehen schicken. Herr Hendrixx machen Sie Ihren laden dicht Werde mich zusammen mit vielen Leuten bei MC Donalds Deutschland Geschäftsführung und beim Vorstand beschweren.Bei soviel Sitzplätzen haben Sie weder eine Kundentoilette nicht mal ein urinal oder Waschbecken so ein Armutszeugnis bei den Preisen für Pappmaschessen und gepanschte Cola

McDonald's is McDonald's everywhere, the location of this one is very nice it is inside Augsburg main station so it is a good choice for train meal, coffee or snack.

Essen soweit Geschwindigkeit bis man selbes verzehren kann sind ok. MC Donalds konform, einwandfrei. Keine Toilette. leider ist es oft schwer die Mitarbeiter.innen zu verstehen was bei mir manchmal zu fehbestellungen führt in Inhalt und Quantität. Mfg Christian

Ich war 4.12 um 1300 da und war positiv begeistert von der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterin im Kaffeebereich. Namen habe ich nicht mitbekommen aber sie war denke ich von nordafrikanischen Herkunft zwischen 40 und 50. Falls du dies liest: gebe die Kunden weiterhin ein gutes Gefühl. War für mich schön nach den vielen zugausfälle.

Wie man sich etwas an einem Bahnhof vorstellt

Nette Bedienung, aber labbrige, lauwarme Pommes und Burger (Besuch um 22:45 Uhr).

Die Erfahrung war leider enttäuschend. Die Mitarbeiterin wirkte wenig aufmerksam und arrogant. Statt des Sweet Chili Wraps erhielt ich versehentlich einen Caesar Wrap, und das Cola wurde sogar vollständig vergessen. Leider bemerkte ich dies erst zu Hause.

Ich habe ein Big Rösti zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Zuhause stellte sich raus, dass es keinen Burgerpatty drinnen gibt.

Manchmal gut, manchmal schlecht. Es kommt wohl immer drauf an, wer gerade Dienst hat. Inzwischen leider schon viel zu teuer. Außerdem scheint es keine Toiletten zu geben. Update: War heute nach langer Zeit wieder im Restaurant und bin schier erschrocken, wie teuer die inzwischen geworden sind. Bei den Preisen glaube ich nicht mehr an normale Kostenkompensation. Das grenzt schon eher an Wucher! Für mich definitiv das letzte Mal, dass ich auch nur erwägt habe, bei McDonald's einzukaufen! Das könnt ihr gerne so an die Zentrale weiter geben!

My experience was disappointing. Having ordered from the kiosk a caramel shot cappuccino with oat milk, due to lactose intolerance, I observed the woman working the order disbursing counter use full dairy milk to prepare my drink. Because of prior bad experience in attempting to advocate for myself when my order is wrong at this location, I remained silent in my observation. She then shortly afterwards readily announced my order number as ready for pickup. I then asked her directly, whilst looking at my receipt, if it was indeed an oat milk cappuccino with caramel shot. Despite having observed her use whole milk in preparation of my drink, she exclaimed it to be oat milk with the caramel shot in. Neither were in reality in the cappuccino she prepared and only by reviewing what my order was to be, and hastily declaring that there was no caramel shot included, did she then add the caramel after confirming my statement as true on the digital order queue. Service here is abysmal. Speaking specifically to the public-facing order counter, for hot meal items. Having been at this location before, I had a feeling of what could be expected - but held out hope that things had improved in some meaningful measure. However, with will be my last experience at this location. I will not be coming back here myself and hope other options spring forth with the train station main hall reopening after 8 years closure. Atmosphere is okay - when it is clean. But the energy you can get from staff is trash. No matter how positive I have been, same result. Cannot recommend this place that would have disengaged staff willingly ignore dietary restrictions of someone patronizing the restaurant .. just because.

An sich relativ schmutziger Mcs. Schlimm ist aber, dass es keine Toiletten im Restaurant gibt. Eigentlich ist jedes Restaurant Gesetzlich verpflichtet eine Toilette zu besitzen!!
