Appears as an attentive client, but is rejected again. Unfortunately, orders from the company in question are treated almost casually. Lack of attention? If you look more consciously, you might notice a negative nature. Improvement would definitely come from basic customer orientation. But there seems to be no appropriate respect.

There is no toilet, you have to pay (!) to use the station toilet, which is 300m away. The fries were also floury. Don’t recommend

There is no toilet, you have to use the paid toilet on the other side of the train station. (One star deducted for that) And the cola was no longer carbonated. (Another point deducted) However, the food arrived quickly and warm.

The service employees at McDonald's did their job inadequately because the employees added a cola to my iced peach tea, which made the sugary soft drink undrinkable.

Filet-O-Fish was tasty and fresh with reasonable prices. The order was completed quickly and efficiently. This doesn't always happen at McDonald's, this time I was lucky. And yes, thank you for the fact that there are places that are still open at midnight on Sundays.

This branch does not stick to its statement, the staff said that the products would take 3 - 4 minutes, which in the end took half an hour, now others have also started to wonder why it took so long, the room also started to fill up more and more with customers because there was hardly any progress with all the orders. Ordered takeaway food for the family. It wasn't very busy or stressful. Nevertheless, almost half of the order was not packed. Both fries and nuggets were missing from the Happy Meal. Also no toys included. It was only noticed on the train. Napkins were not included either. That's really a disgrace for these prices. Since the connecting train has to be reached, there is no time to check the order on site. But you should be able to assume that it is complete.

Today, while waiting for my order, I saw from a distance how an employee in the kitchen dropped a meat patty that he was freshly taking out of the fryer. Instead of throwing it away, he took a blue plastic glove and picked it up from the floor and made it available to the kitchen people who were preparing the food. Absolutely not possible 🤮

Absolute impudence, I ordered there via the app. 2 damn cheeseburgers. When I asked why my number wasn't on the pickup display, I was sent away in broken German. And I was ignored afterwards. When I then spent 20 minutes on 2 CHEESEBURGERS WHICH TOOK 20 SECONDS EACH TO PREPARE. I left because otherwise I would have missed my train. Completely disgraceful service. That is absolute audacity!

A loooong wait. Order was forgotten. Rude statement. The branch manager seemed overwhelmed. Food corresponds to the standard.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff treats visitors like trash. I made an order, the wait was more than 15 minutes, I asked why it took so long (I was late for the train), so they came at me that I ordered such a dish and they had to cook it (throw the cutlet into deep fat). The staff touches the food with their hands (french fries) and when asked to change it, they answer that this is normal, the staff washes their hands. I hope this is so, but while waiting for the order, the employee touched many items and hardly washed his hands after each one. They work like they're doing you a favor.

Best McDonald's I've visited in a long time. The restaurant was clean, the employees were friendly and I only waited 2 minutes for my food. The food was warm and fresh.

Very bad service at the checkout! Branch at Augsburg main station, May 5th, 2024, around 12 p.m., not very busy. I get to it straight away and there are very few customers on site. I would like to redeem a limited voucher from the McDonalds app for which the limited Dark Glow glass is available. To be sure that I don't redeem it for free, I ask whether the limited Dark Glow glass is available, to which the employee answers me yes. I then redeem the code from the employee and he scans it into the cash register, but then deletes it from the cash register (clearly visible). He says, "I deleted the code." No apology or anything like that. Just the statement. I tell him that it only exists once and that I can't create a second one and that it's not my fault and there has to be a solution. He says. "The code is deleted, I can't do anything about it." Then I repeat it again and he says, annoyed, to my companion: "You probably have a cell phone too, then redeem it." We politely answer him that she neither has the app nor is resistant and doesn't want to. He says, "That's for you to decide. I deleted the code." Then I ask for his superior, who he calls reluctantly and only after asking several times (beforehand he just says that she can't do anything) and who then fortunately sorts it out and we can finally place the order. At the end of the order it says that the limited Dark Glow glass is not available and has been out for a while, which I intentionally asked first because you can only redeem the code once. My expectations of fast food cashiers are actually just friendliness and normal interaction with the customer, but the way this was done was really unbelievable. The seller answers the customer's questions incorrectly and makes mistakes for which the customer cannot help, is then rude and annoyed and does not look for a solution or compromise.

Was at MC am Kö today, May 1st, 24, around 9 p.m. and ordered on the toitchpat. We had to wait 45 minutes for food, which was cold and two burgers were missing. Employees yell at customers to close the cash register because they have no staff. They hit the cash register and shout. Absolutely not possible. Praise to the cleaning ladies, it used to be clean

The staff was nice and it was relatively clean, but there was apparently a mistake in the system because you couldn't choose whether you wanted to "eat here" or "take away" from the machines. So you always got something to take with you. These Cola glasses were not given to you in the color you selected.

I ordered and paid online and didn't receive a number. The guy at the checkout left me standing there like an idiot! I pointed out that it had been paid for (invoice shown) and that I would miss my train. His statement was bad luck! Ignored me and left me standing there, didn't get an order and missed my train too! I was passing through and just wanted to get something to eat quickly and unfortunately there was nothing else but mc. I had to get something here. I don’t include Yorma’s the staff totally rude. Discuss with each other and eat while they entertain you. When I got on the train I noticed that I was missing half of it. Bottomless impudence.

Hot Coke, cold Hamburger... In places where there is no competition, inadequate personnel and careless work normally occur. It is not possible to get quality service in such places. ..stay away if you don't have to.

The only thing you can't complain about is the environment. The fries are cold, dry and hard and all the machines are broken and don't work. worst MCs and that. The worst is yet to come the sauces have expired if you look closely on the packaging the expiry date is 2022. The cheeseburgers don't have a good taste and are disgusting burnt and they have black spots on the bread, cheese and meat. I would never go there again and I wouldn't recommend McDonald's if you don't want food poisoning.

Der mieseste MC Donalds in Augsburg und Umgebung Heute spät Nachmittag wollte meine Punkte einlösen daraufhin meldete das Terminal Störung. An beiden anderen Terminals wieder nicht funktioniert. Mitarbeiter vor Ort überfordert und unfreundlich. Auch keine Alternative Lösung würde vorgeschlagen. Angeblich verstehen Sie kein Deutsch. Dieser Meinung bin nicht nur ich Essen sieht oftmals aus wie wenn damit Fußball gespielt wurde. Das Lokal nebst Inventar stets schmutzig. Überall liegt Müll Rum.. Fettige Sitze und Tische. Mitarbeiter streiten untereinander dazu sehr laut. Das sollte man an mal undercover mit versteckter Kamera filmen und ans Fernsehen schicken. Herr Hendrixx machen Sie Ihren laden dicht Werde mich zusammen mit vielen Leuten bei MC Donalds Deutschland Geschäftsführung und beim Vorstand beschweren.Bei soviel Sitzplätzen haben Sie weder eine Kundentoilette nicht mal ein urinal oder Waschbecken so ein Armutszeugnis bei den Preisen für Pappmaschessen und gepanschte Cola

McDonald's is McDonald's everywhere, the location of this one is very nice it is inside Augsburg main station so it is a good choice for train meal, coffee or snack.

Essen soweit Geschwindigkeit bis man selbes verzehren kann sind ok. MC Donalds konform, einwandfrei. Keine Toilette. leider ist es oft schwer die Mitarbeiter.innen zu verstehen was bei mir manchmal zu fehbestellungen führt in Inhalt und Quantität. Mfg Christian

Gewohnte Qualität, leider steigen auch hier die Preise.

Ich war 4.12 um 1300 da und war positiv begeistert von der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterin im Kaffeebereich. Namen habe ich nicht mitbekommen aber sie war denke ich von nordafrikanischen Herkunft zwischen 40 und 50. Falls du dies liest: gebe die Kunden weiterhin ein gutes Gefühl. War für mich schön nach den vielen zugausfälle.

Wie man sich etwas an einem Bahnhof vorstellt

Nette Bedienung, aber labbrige, lauwarme Pommes und Burger (Besuch um 22:45 Uhr).

Ich habe ein Big Rösti zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Zuhause stellte sich raus, dass es keinen Burgerpatty drinnen gibt.

Die Erfahrung war leider enttäuschend. Die Mitarbeiterin wirkte wenig aufmerksam und arrogant. Statt des Sweet Chili Wraps erhielt ich versehentlich einen Caesar Wrap, und das Cola wurde sogar vollständig vergessen. Leider bemerkte ich dies erst zu Hause.

Manchmal gut, manchmal schlecht. Es kommt wohl immer drauf an, wer gerade Dienst hat. Inzwischen leider schon viel zu teuer. Außerdem scheint es keine Toiletten zu geben. Update: War heute nach langer Zeit wieder im Restaurant und bin schier erschrocken, wie teuer die inzwischen geworden sind. Bei den Preisen glaube ich nicht mehr an normale Kostenkompensation. Das grenzt schon eher an Wucher! Für mich definitiv das letzte Mal, dass ich auch nur erwägt habe, bei McDonald's einzukaufen! Das könnt ihr gerne so an die Zentrale weiter geben!

My experience was disappointing. Having ordered from the kiosk a caramel shot cappuccino with oat milk, due to lactose intolerance, I observed the woman working the order disbursing counter use full dairy milk to prepare my drink. Because of prior bad experience in attempting to advocate for myself when my order is wrong at this location, I remained silent in my observation. She then shortly afterwards readily announced my order number as ready for pickup. I then asked her directly, whilst looking at my receipt, if it was indeed an oat milk cappuccino with caramel shot. Despite having observed her use whole milk in preparation of my drink, she exclaimed it to be oat milk with the caramel shot in. Neither were in reality in the cappuccino she prepared and only by reviewing what my order was to be, and hastily declaring that there was no caramel shot included, did she then add the caramel after confirming my statement as true on the digital order queue. Service here is abysmal. Speaking specifically to the public-facing order counter, for hot meal items. Having been at this location before, I had a feeling of what could be expected - but held out hope that things had improved in some meaningful measure. However, with will be my last experience at this location. I will not be coming back here myself and hope other options spring forth with the train station main hall reopening after 8 years closure. Atmosphere is okay - when it is clean. But the energy you can get from staff is trash. No matter how positive I have been, same result. Cannot recommend this place that would have disengaged staff willingly ignore dietary restrictions of someone patronizing the restaurant .. just because.

An sich relativ schmutziger Mcs. Schlimm ist aber, dass es keine Toiletten im Restaurant gibt. Eigentlich ist jedes Restaurant Gesetzlich verpflichtet eine Toilette zu besitzen!!

Es wurde ein Extra bei meinem Burger vergessen und es wurde kein Tablet gegeben. Erst auf anfrage bekam ich beides. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt zum Zeit überbrücken sehr angenehm.

Die Burger sind frisch, das Ambiente leider häufig verdreckt, da stark frequentiert.

Schlechteste Burgers die ich in McD gegessen habe, Burgers waren nicht essbar. Mcchicken war hard. Und Hackfleisch bei Grand Bqq Cheese war nicht richtig gekocht. Käse in beiden Brugers war kalt. 7€ für diesen Müll ist einfach verrückt.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und wollten eine Kleinigkeit essen. Ich habe, wie wohl viele andere auch, gefragt, ob es eine Toilette gibt. Daraufhin wurde ich von einem Mitarbeiter angeblafft: „Nein. 100 Meter weiter, läufst du!“ 👌🏻 Die Bestellung war sehr schnell fertig, das muss ich denen lassen. Beim Essen hat der gleiche MA, der mich zuvor angeblafft hat, ständig die leeren Verpackungen von unserem Tablett eingesammelt, während wir noch gegessen haben. Wir persönlich fanden das ziemlich bescheiden, denn man kann nicht mal in Ruhe aufessen, wenn jemand fremdes einem ständig vor der Nase rumfuchtelt. Wir haben den Rest auch mitgenommen, weil wir keine Sekunde länger in diesem Etablissement bleiben wollten. PS. Dreckig war’s trotzdem und zwar an den ganzen leeren Tischen. Seine Bemühungen wären da besser zur Geltung gekommen.

Für meine Bestellung (5 cheeseburger) wurde mir gesagt maximal 10 minuten. Habe 30 minuten warten müssen. Ok es war viel los, aber habe meinen Zug daher verpasst also 50 euro taxi 👍 hat es jemand eilig bitte nicht bestellen unfreundlich auf die frage hin wo die Burger bleiben zu „willst mein Personal beleidigen“ bis oh sry haben ihre Bestellung übersehen daher Zug verpasst und 50‘euro taxi bezahlt Danke Mc Donalds Letzte mal bei euch bestellt 👍

Essenwar zwar warm,aber in miniaturausgabe. Die Burger waren schon mal größer. Reine Bahnhofsabzocke. Man isst eh nur auf der Durchreise.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, zu meiner Lieferando-Bestellung 7CHRVT möchte ich mich hiermit beschweren und deutlichst bekunden, dass hier Service und Qualität seitens Ihres Unternehmens massiv zu wünschen übrig ließen! Ich erwarte, dass Sie sich hierzu etwas einfallen lassen. Die erste Lieferung war falsch (mit Zwiebeln, aufgrund einer Allergie war ohne bestellt worden), auf meine telefonische Beschwerde hin (21:09 Uhr) erfolgte nicht einmal ein Wort der Entschuldigung ("Kann ja `mal passieren... "). Es wurde erst auf mein nachdrückliches Verlangen hin eine Ersatzlieferung binnen 20 Minuten zugesagt. Diese kam nach, nachdem zwischenzeitlich nochmal telefonisch nachgehakt werden musste (21:55 Uhr) einer Stunde kalt an, was dann so nicht weiter verwunderlich gewesen ist, da mir Ihr Mitarbeiter bereits beim Telefonat um kurz vor Zehn mitgeteilt hatte, dass die Burger fertig wären und schon seit geraumer Zeit auf den Boten warten würden. Ihr Mitarbeiter, mit dem ich telefoniert habe, ist mir bei meinen Besuchen im Restaurant schon mehrfach durch sein schnoddriges und unfreundliches Benehmen gegenüber Kunden und Mitarbeitern aufgefallen. Er hat mir auf Anfrage hin die Nennung seines Namens unter Verweis auf Datenschutzgründe verweigert. Ich denke, es bedarf keiner weiterer Ausführungen, dass die komplette Handhabung Ihres Unternehmens nicht einmal den Mindeststandards von Mc Donald´s entspricht. Eine entsprechende Bewertung sowie eine gleichlautende Beschwerde habe ich auf bei Lieferando hinterlassen. Mit BESTEM DANK und freundlichen Grüßen, CHRISTOPH NOWAK

Es ist mir unerklärlich, wie ein McDonalds dieser Größe an einem Bahnhof keine Toilette haben kann. Hauptsache 5 Mio elektrische Bestellschalter. Überall liegen Tabletts mit Verpackungen herum die niemand wegräumt.

Was soll man zu MC Donalds sagen kennst du einen kennst du alle was ich etwas kritisieren muß ich finde es nicht in Ordnung das der MC kein eigenes WC hat man muss aus dem MC raus auf den Bahnsteig und auf das Bahnhofs WC und was dann natürlich logisch ist wie auf jeden Bahnhof man muß für seinen Toiletten Gang zahlen Meine Idee wäre wer bei MC was kauft sollte einfach eine Freimarke oder Toiletten Gutschein bekommen

Habe McPlant Nuggets bestellt und musste dann daheim feststellen, dass ich welche mit Fleisch bekommen habe. So etwas sollte nicht passieren! Edit: Wir haben nochmal neue Nuggets bekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Willkommen bei McDonalds, hier bekommt jeder eine Chance auf einen Arbeitsplatz. Qualifikation sind nicht viele gefragt, weder einen Mindestmaß an der deutschen Sprache noch braucht man Verstand. Natürlich musst man auch nicht gelegentlich die Tische, Ablageflächen oder den Laden putzen, höchstens einmal pro Tag, wenn es hoch kommt. Die Reinigung der Toilette entfällt natürlich auch, denn wo keins ist, muss auch nicht geputzt werden. Das Essen ist wie immer das Übliche. "Kann man schon essen" - ist einfach was schnelles. Aber der McCafé ist ein Witz. Ich verweise hier auf den ersten Absatz. Hier dürfte man den Mitarbeiter erklären, wie man einen Latte Macchiato macht und dass dieser in einem Glas gehört statt in einer Cappuccino Tasse. Demnach empfehle ich einfach auf den Laden nebenan, dieser bietet auch teuren Kaffee für ungefähr ähnliche Preise an. Aber definitiv mit einem Know-How unterscheiden zu können bzw. beim Einlernen aufzupassen, was wofür benutzt wird oder was die Kunden überhaupt bestellen. Natürlich besuchte ich dieses Etablissement aufgrund des wunderbaren Service der Deutschen Bahn und seine Zugausfälle. Dankeschön für diese Erfahrung :)

Essen wie von McDonalds gewohnt, leider weit und breit kein sauberer Tisch, haben dann spontan beschlossen, unser Essen doch mitzunehmen. Daheim ist uns dann aufgefallen, dass unsere HappyMeals unvollständig waren, in einem fehlten die Chicken Nuggets, in einem anderen der Fruchtquetsch. Auch die Geschenke waren nicht wie bei der Bestellung am Automaten ausgewählt. Sehr enttäuschend...

0,5l Wasser 3,79€ des ist echt ne Frechheit. Wasser sollte für alle Leute bezahlbar sein.
