McDonald's in Augsburg

Da geht man wegen around the world hin und bekommt sowas für echt viel Geld?!?! Wollt ihr Frankreich in Dreck ziehen oder was war eure Mission?

Zweimal war meine Cola schal, ohne Kohlensäure. Freitag, den ersten Tag, und dann Sonntagmorgen – ihr habt ein Problem, McDonald’s, und billig ist sie auch noch nicht! Nicht zu empfehlen :(

Das Essen ist do schlecht, dass selbst die Mitarbeiter lieber ihr Essen von zuhause mitbringen und das dann im Kundenbereich essen.

Aufgrund des Coupons die „20er Shaker Plant Nuggets Curry Flavor“ bestellt. Normale Nuggets (weder Shaker noch Plant Based) bekommen. Anders als bei der Konkurrenz sind die Plant Based Produkte bei McDonalds nicht also solche erkennbar. Dementsprechend wanderte die komplette Bestellung in die Tonne. Schade, wenn man abends hungrig noch schnell was holen will, bevor der Zug fährt…

Wirklich sehr sauber, für einen MC Donald's am Bahnhof....wow..und dazu noch sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Kenn ich leider auch anderst....

Ich habe diesen McDonald's zwei Mal besucht, da die DB Verspätung hatte und kein anderes Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe war. Beide Mal war der Tischservice nicht möglich, was mich nicht gestört hat. Unmöglich empfand ist, dass die Coca-Cola beide Male lauwarm und ohne ausreichende Kohlensäure war, zudem zusätzlich ohne Eiswürfel.

Der Laden ist soweit in Ordnung und für ein Bahnhofslokal gepflegt, aber es gibt im Lokal keine Toilette. Man kommt her bestellt sich Essen das man mit der Hand isst und kann sich vorher nicht mal die Hände waschen, finde ich echt unmöglich. Das ist keine Dönerbude mit 2 Stehtischen, sondern ein Lokal mit ca 100 Sitzplätzen. Und wenn man am Bahnhof Sorge hat, dass zu viele Passanten kommen die nur aufs Klo wollen, aber nichts konsumieren, muss man sich dafür eine Lösung überlegen.

Die Atmosphäre ist typisch für ein McDonald's in einem Bahnhofsgebäude. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass ihnen das Ambiente wichtig ist, denn ich konnte beobachten, wie die Angestellten den Gastraum mit Blumen schmückten. 5 Sterne für die traditionelle Qualität.

Schmutziger Laden. Unprofessionelles Personal und keinerlei Hygienestandards. Fettige Tische voller Müll, die von den Angestellten im Inneren ignoriert werden.

Hallo, als Gast, der nach 00:00 Uhr am einem Samstafabend an den McDonalds an den Hbf gekommen ist, nehme ich die Situation als sehr enttäuschend wahr. Der Schnellimbiss hat zu dieser Uhrzeit keine sanitären Anlagen, die genutzt werden können. Eine gewisse Anzahl an Sitzplätzen ist vorhanden. Die allgemeinen sanitären Anlagen, welche am Gleis 1 in Form des "Sanifairs" für 1€ Gebühr benutzt werden können, sind zu dieser Uhrzeit jedoch bereits geschlossen! So zumindest der Fall am 19.04.2026. Enttäuschend in Richtung des Unternehmens McDonalds, DB InfraGo und Bauaufsicht der Stadt Augsburg.

Ich bin enttäuscht, dass ist jetzt das zweite mal das mir meine Pommes nicht gegeben wurden sind obwohl ich ein normales Burger Set mit Pommes bestellt habe. Ich denke man sollte schon schauen, was die Kunden bestellt haben und prüfen ob alles auch da drin ist.

Ich war im McDonald’s am Hauptbahnhof und muss leider sagen, dass ich ziemlich enttäuscht bin. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten sehr hektisch und unorganisiert – mehrmals ist etwas heruntergefallen, was keinen guten Eindruck gemacht hat. Der Service insgesamt war nicht besonders sorgfältig. Meine Bestellung zum Mitnehmen wurde sehr lieblos verpackt: Alles war durcheinander, als hätte man es einfach schnell hineingeworfen, ohne darauf zu achten, dass es ordentlich bleibt. Außerdem habe ich eine Coca-Cola bestellt, die komplett ohne Kohlensäure war – praktisch abgestanden. Das Ganze war für mich ziemlich unangenehm. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich diesen Standort leider nicht wirklich empfehlen.

Die Qualität des Essens ist gut, der Kaffee ist heiß, die Nuggets sind köstlich, alles ist sehr, sehr lecker, das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich. Ich kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Tische werden nicht abgewischt, aber ansonsten ist alles perfekt. ❤️

Sehr zufrieden, Essen war heiß für McDonald’s Verhältnisse. Durchgängig wurde auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung geachtet.

Das ist eine Überraschung. Der schwarze Kaffee, den ich heute bekommen habe, war schlecht. Ich gehe vier- bis fünfmal pro Woche zu McDonald’s. Das war nur noch Wasser statt Kaffee. :(

capuccino war gut. auch das softeis. die dame die die bestellung an den tisch gebracht hat war äusserst freundlich...die ausgabe am tresen war ok.

Apfeltasche bestellt: Die haben ja immer einen Haltbarkeitszettel wie lange sie noch gut sind…. 20 Uhr bestellt Produkt war: haltbar bis:17.30 Hab es leider zu alltäglich gesehen u konnte nicht umtauschen (Zug) Vielen Dank dafür - die war nicht mehr gut - eiskalt u nicht genießbar

Heute morgen habe ich mit im McCafe einen Kaffee bestellt. Ich bekam die ekelhafteste Vollautomaten-Plörre die ich je getrunken habe. Nach einem Schluck habe ich den ganzen Kaffee weggeschmissen. Nach der Arbeit hatte ich dann Lust einen Burger. Der war dann falsch belegt und zu hoch abgerechnet. (Ich hatte Double bestellt, bekam aber nur ein Patty, gezahlt habe ich aber Double) Beides ist innerhalb kurzer Zeit passiert in der Filiale. Vielleicht wäre eine Schulung der Personals angebracht.

Kalter Burger und gebratener Speck

Sehr lecker (leckerer als vei königsplatz) sehr netter serviece sehr nett aber es stört nur das manchmal obdachlose sind natürlich versteh ich das im winter aber anstonten auch sehr guter mcdonalds

Wenn man bei einem leeren Restaurant 10 Minuten für nen Kaffe braucht ist das sehr peinlich. Musste nen Zug erwischen und hatte dann keine Zeit mehr weiter zu warten. Ne Rückerstattung in der App gibt's auch nicht, mal davon abgesehen das die jetzt noch beschissener ist als vorher

Ich vor ca. Im Jahr 2023 Ende Mai hab ich mir ein Cheeseburger bestellt zum Mitnehmen den habe ich unterwegs gegessen und war Super lecker auch super Service

Gerne an den Chef - wie die Angestellte meinte: ich finde es ehrlich gesagt bodenlos, dass man in einem Restaurant mit überwiegend Fingerfood nicht einmal die Möglichkeit hat, sich vor dem Essen die Hände zu säubern. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass man davon erst nach der Bestellung erfährt. Der ausgegebene Wertcoupon ist in diesem Zusammenhang vollkommen nutzlos, vor allem, wenn man nur einmal in Augsburg ist und nicht vorher wissen kann, worauf man sich einlässt. Meine Schwiegermutter war zuvor hingeflogen und hatte entsprechend verschmutzte Hände. Dass sie ihr Essen dann genau so essen musste, weil es schlicht keine Alternative oder Ausnahme gab, spricht für sich. Sehr guter Service. Das Essen war in Ordnung, allerdings dauerte es recht lange, bis wir es erhalten haben. Für uns steht fest: Das war unser erster und zugleich letzter Besuch. Notiz für alle, die noch nicht gegessen haben & das hier lesen: Der Bäcker gegenüber ist vgl ähnlich teuer, man bekommt dafür aber bessere Qualität vom Essen und auch schneller, achja und wichtig - Die bekommen es geregelt, dass man Hände waschen kann und aufs Klo gehen, auch in der Nähe des Hbf. Stellt euch das vor! Die haben da eine tolle Erfindung Namens ✨Schlüssel✨, den man bekommt, wenn man eine Rechnung vorzeigt bzw sie wissen, dass man hier etwas verzehrt hat. Als ob sich ein Mc sowas nicht leisten könnte.. sogar Mc an der Autobahn haben Tokens, die man bei einer Bestellung bekommt - wäre ne Überlegung.

Für einen „Bahnhof“ McDonald’s ist diese Filiale in Augsburg sehr groß und in einem guten Zustand. Es gibt sehr viele Sitzplätze im Innenbereich. Das Servicepersonal war freundlich und die Bestellung wurde schnell erledigt. Leider waren die Burger (2x Cheeseburger, 1x Chickenburger) nicht mal lauwarm, Pommes nicht knusprig und die Cola Zero hatte so gut wie keine Kohlensäure, insgesamt eher enttäuschend.

essen schmeckt gut und bedienung ist nett aber frauenfeindlich. hab 4 happy meals bestellt und beim spielzeug immer diese adopt me katze bekommen!! aber sobald meine zwei männlichen freunde bestellt haben, haben die die giraffe bekommen (krasses tier). bin empört.

Außergewöhnliche Kinderfreundlichkeit! Wahnsinnig freundliches, aufmerksames, lächelndes Personal sobald man mit Kind reinkommt! Man fühlt sich mit Kind nicht wie sonst in Restaurants als „Störfaktor“ sondern herzlich Willkommen. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Süßes, Spielsachen oder Luftballons etc. lassen Kinderaugen strahlen! Danke für diesen Service!

Das Essen war in Ordnung, typischer McDonald's-Standard... Die öffentlichen Parkplätze sind gebührenpflichtig und es gibt leider keine Toilette. Eine Toilette befindet sich etwa 200 m entfernt und ist ebenfalls gebührenpflichtig.

Normalerweise ein McDonalds den ich gerne besuche, nur leider vom Kundenservice sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe mich am 1.1.2026 um 0:45 auf den Weg zu diesem McDonalds gemacht, und habe um Zeit zu sparen über die App bestellt und auch gleich bezahlt. In der App stand „dieses Menü ist noch bis 00:59 Uhr verfügbar“. Ja, ich kam an, Mc Donalds war zu. Klar Fehler können passieren. Als ich am nächsten Tag angerufen habe, wurde mir gesagt ich soll vorbeikommen und ich bekomme das Geld zurück. Als ich ankam wurde mir gesagt, man könne mir das Geld nicht zurückgeben weil kein Manager da sei. Also hab ich am nächsten Tag wieder angerufen und gefragt ob der Manager da sei. Ich habe die Situation wieder erklärt, bin (wiederholt) da hin gegangen - dann wurde mir eine Rückzahlung sehr laut vor den anderen Kunden verweigert, am Anfang wurde mir unterstellt, dass ich lüge (hatte aber die Quittung auf meinem Handy, also konnte ich’s beweisen) dann wurde gesagt, es stehe doch online dass der Mc Donalds am 1.1 früher geschlossen hatte (ja aber nicht in der App - als ob ich doppelt prüfe ob der Laden geöffnet ist, wenn ich eine Bestellung absenden kann und diese bezahlt werden kann?) Und dann wurde mir gesagt ich muss die Quittung ausgedruckt mitbringen. Nachdem ich mich umgedreht hab, und gesagt habe „ok“ (man hat mir meinen Unmut in meinem Gesicht sicherlich angesehen) hat der Manager mich doch zurückgerufen, hat mich auf der Rückseite eines Kassenzettels unterschreiben lassen und mir dann 11,39€ zurückgegeben. Warum nur 11,39 von 11,64 erschließt sich mir nicht, ich wollte aber dann nicht noch weiter diskutieren. 750 Punkte in der Mc-Donalds App sind auch Weg. Das schlimmste an dem ganzen war aber vor allem: - dass meine Aussage im Laden vor den anderen Kunden lautstark als Lüge dargestellt wurde - ich das Geld nicht einfach zurückbekommen habe, dafür mehrmals in die Filiale kommen musste, obwohl ich zweifelsfrei für eine Dienstleistung gezahlt habe, die die Filiale nicht erbracht hat.

Essen hat ewig gedauert und war dann überhaupt nicht frisch. Alle freien Tische waren total schmutzig.

An sich tolles Restaurant. Ging auch schnell. Nur leider ist uns bei der Bestellung erst im Zug aufgefallen, dass bei beiden Happy Meals das Spielzeug gefehlt hat. Gerne komme ich morgen Nachmittag nochmals nach Augsburg, um die beiden Spielzeuge nachträglich abzuholen.

Today, December 25, 2025 Around 3:15 PM, order number 250 I find this absolutely appalling and would fire the cook immediately. I ordered two cheeseburgers for my 5-year-old son, and they were so oversalted with way too much pepper... Absolutely appalling! I'd give the cook a 5-... A small child goes to McDonald's maybe once a month, and then to get something like this—it's just awful! Many tables are dirty and are not cleaned.

A restaurant without a toilet. Even as a paying customer, there is no toilet available. Legally questionable.

The place is packed, yet three-quarters of the seats are blocked off. After politely asking, I'm spoken to rudely.

The employee who serves the food gets angry pretty quickly (the food is still good though), but that puts me off coming here again (plus, forgetting the sauce, especially with nuggets, is really uncool).

Often the only way to get something to eat quickly

Overall, I had a positive experience at the branch. My order was processed quickly and correctly. The food was hot. Only the table numbers on the vending machines could be better distributed. During my visit, everyone was using one terminal; the others didn't have any.

If I want something "cold" to eat, I'll get a pretzel for €1! And I'm not paying €6 for a cold wrap. The vegan nugget was barely warm, the wrap was cold. After pointing this out, they at least warmed it up, but that doesn't make it much better when the nuggets are almost cold! I'm going to report this to HQ in Solln and ask if this is what the test kitchen expects. Do you even understand the point of fast food? Quick, hot food!

Today I had a very unpleasant experience at McCafé. I wanted to order an espresso, but the staff refused to take my order and sent me to the cashier. At the cashier, I was then sent back to McCafé. When I explained that I had just been sent away from there, I finally received a coffee—but not the one I wanted, rather one from the vending machine. I have never experienced such customer service at McDonald's: no one wanted to take responsibility, I was simply passed around, and in the end, I received a drink I hadn't ordered. Very disappointing service.

This McDonald's is so bad, I'm fed up with this place. Whenever I order something through the app, it's never ready. But I can't wait forever because I have to catch my train. I waited 15 minutes at the counter for my McFlurry. It was just an ice cream, nothing more. I wasted my money for nothing. Edit: The app says my order has already been picked up. Who took my ice cream? 🤨

Unfortunately, you can't get good, hot food at the train station.

One star is too much! The curly fries were cold, and the employee replaced them with the same, equally cold ones. They should have been fresh! The burger was also cold and poorly prepared. The staff have absolutely no respect for their customers and serve such rubbish! They should close the place down and open a restaurant where tired travelers can get a decent meal instead of this garbage. A disgrace!

So the food was okay, like at a normal McDonald's, nothing special. Service was pretty much the same as always. But the problem is (and if this doesn't change) there are no toilets. I don't know what they were thinking. The situation: I just wanted to go to the bathroom after eating. I couldn't find the toilet, so what does a normal person do? Ask! So I did, and their answer was: "Sorry, but we don't have a toilet." And I was like, "Excuse me?" At that moment, she knew she was cooked. That was hell. I can only be glad there was a toilet on the train.

I paid with a card at the quick-order terminal, but didn't receive a receipt or order number. Despite the debit, I couldn't prove at the counter that I had ordered – extremely frustrating and time-consuming. Please maintain the terminals and always provide a receipt (receipt/QR/email). This kind of thing is simply a headache.

I just bought a coffee to go from you and realized it only tasted like dish soap... totally unacceptable! Unfortunately, I couldn't go back to complain because I had to catch the train... now I feel sick and hope I don't throw up bubbles 🤣

I've had food poisoning twice!!! I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I wouldn't go to that McDonald's! This is going to the health department!

Waiter didn't want to give me my food

The food is delicious, a typical MCI at a train station. In other words, the tables aren't freshly wiped. But in my opinion, it doesn't deserve the bad reviews.

The tables could be wiped more often. The McCafe is closed every time I come, what's the point of it? The music was way too loud. Impersonal, unfriendly, food goes over the counter without even looking at you. It's getting more and more expensive, and the quality is getting worse.

This McColl's is located right inside Augsburg Central Station. It's not exactly nice, but it's a good place to pass the time. Our tables were clean. The cell phone charging stations at the tables are a plus.

For breakfast at McDonald's, I opted for the Bacon McMuffin. The product tastes okay, but it's smaller than it used to be. It's prepared quickly, and the sandwich often seems more practical than carefully prepared. I was disappointed that my concern about the app wasn't addressed. I couldn't log in for breakfast this morning, and the server didn't elaborate on it. Overall, an average experience, suitable for a quick snack.

The food quality is mixed; some dishes taste like they've been sitting for a while, the dining room is often not 100% clean, and the staff are always relatively taciturn. On the other hand, the error rate in orders is very satisfactory; I've never had to complain, even though I stop here 2-3 times a month.

The tables and benches were dirty, even though the restaurant was quiet. The cheeseburgers we ordered were cold. No restrooms in the restaurant. Only the paid restroom 100 meters away. If I have to go to McDonald's again, I'd rather walk the few meters further to Königsplatz.

It's bad food on everything wrong never again sick at night

It's one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. Dirty, unmotivated employees, and flies everywhere. Fast food, and even McDonald's, can do much better.

I go there often and today they did not make my order correctly. I said ice tea without ice cubes and they made it bad, just bad. I am disappointed.

To be honest, I don't understand many of the negative reviews. Of all the McDonald's I've visited, this was by far the best. On my multiple visits, I've always encountered friendly employees, and the burgers were much better than in other branches I've known. The only thing was that the fries were probably left in the fryer for a bit too short a time. The McPlant nuggets were very dry and not really my thing, but since I've only had them once, I don't want to judge. It also occurs to me that the last time they served chicken nuggets instead of McPlant nuggets. That's unfortunately not possible, and in that respect I understand some of the negative reviews. Without this mistake, it would still have been a 5-star rating for me, so the otherwise outstanding service saved it from a bad rating.

I ordered coffee. After my order was registered and placed on the waiting list, the employee told me the machine was broken. When I asked about the solution, he gave me an inappropriate response and tried to throw me out. The money was not refunded because the employee shouted in a crude and uncivilized manner.

I recently went to McDonald's, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't what I had hoped for. The food was only lukewarm, and the fries were soft instead of crispy. We ordered vegan nuggets twice. We were confused by the different packaging, especially since one package said "bacon." When we asked, we were assured they were vegan. However, as you can see in the following picture, it quickly became clear that we had received different nuggets, and one package contained meat. Disappointing.

Unfortunately, there is no customer restroom - you have to walk about 300 meters to the next paid restroom.

The male staff obviously haven't been taught not to whistle at female customers or women in general. First and last time here.

Burger extremely tasteless and dry.

I would like to write a review about the staff who work here. There were 2 things I witnessed that were quite disturbing. The first is when a female staff member saw a person on crutches struggling to get through the door and did nothing to help, she just went about her own business while only a few feet from the door. The second is when a male member of staff brought an order to the table and then went to the self-service kiosks and removed all the plastic things with numbers on them, making sure that no one would place an order on the table. Such despicable representatives of humanity work here.

Received different order than ordered. Glasses were only given upon request.

Mc Smart menu and 6 pieces of chicken nuggets were ordered. I got 6 Mc plant nuggets and a chicken burger plus a drink. A chicken burger and fries were forgotten. I have no idea how to get that. Incompetent staff. The order took over 20 minutes.

I got the wrong food and when I said it I was scolded and only after constantly asking did I get the right things!

Waited forever, then received the order on a tray even though I had selected "take away". When I asked, a paper bag and a drink lid were slammed onto the counter without a word. There were already some crumbs floating in the drink and the order wasn't correct either.

Unfriendly employees' food is simply poorly prepared and not packaged well.

I ordered and picked up via the app. Apparently the technology on site is not able to transfer this from the app. I didn't get my entire order and what I did get was ice cold. Absolutely not recommended.

Muslims should not order here. I'm a vegetarian and this is the second time I've had to find bacon in my order of scrambled eggs and cheese wrap. The second time I looked at the receipt again to make sure I hadn't accidentally ordered something else. Vegetarians, vegans and Muslims should really be careful here. Doesn't seem to be an isolated case.

It's the same thing over and over again! Whenever I go to order something, I want to take it with me for some reason. That's why I say it at the checkout. The problem is that it is even asked but not done. At the checkout you will be asked “eat here or take away”? Then I say “take away” and when I go to pick it up it’s the opposite. Today this happened for the 3rd time. And when I say, “I said take away”! The woman says to me: “Oh, you said take with you, oh lala, sorry, you said take with you”!!! You may be wondering, yes it was probably busy, but it actually wasn't busy at all, the scoreboard was completely empty and I was the only one. It's best to improve your team and throw out those who come to sing "oh lala".
