McDonald's in Weinheim

Best MC I've ever been to. Everything totally fresh to the table. Even hot!!!

We were there at the drive-thru 2 months ago. At home, our children discovered that their Sprite tasted strange. When we opened the lid, the Sprite smelled of chlorine. We then called the branch and the shift manager promised us 2x Happy Meals as compensation, but wanted to discuss the incident again with the branch manager because the drinks machine had probably already been blocked the previous shift and we still got out of this machine Got drinks. 2 days later the branch manager called us and secured us an order for the 2 Happy Meals on the house. Today we wanted to get something from McDonald again. In the branch I spoke to the cashier and said that the branch manager had left a note in the office that the order was on the house. After 2 minutes she came back and said there was nothing there. After a long explanation and surrounded by 5 employees, I was told that this was not possible. Only the 2 Happy Meals and one menu for free. I replied that the store manager had said the next order would be on the house. An employee said he spoke to him briefly on the phone. After less than a minute he came back and said he said 2 happy meals and a menu. Nobody can tell me that in less than a minute he goes to the back, calls the branch manager and comes back again. To put an end to it all, I agreed. This means that McDonald's Weinheim is worth the health of its guests, especially children, just €21.97 and a promise not kept. We really regret that we got involved in the "trade" with them and didn't file a complaint for negligent bodily harm. Sorry, but as a branch of such a large chain, you can't afford something like that. In any case, we will never visit this branch again and advise everyone we know not to do so.

Admittedly one of the worse McDonald's I've experienced... But no wonder given the way the building was built... Products tend to be MEH instead of good, but no wonder with filler production that is thawed in the freezer (typically McDonald's) Dishes are priced OK, although there are outliers where you can't believe that a broken, pickled, chopped and ToT disinfected piece of "burger" can have such a price.... but what the heck... all in all = out with MC Donals and instead put in a nutritious successor..... (also very bad WiFi by the way)

Catastrophe now. An order with only one Happy Meal which contains 4 things, 3 of which were packaged incorrectly!!!! The four of us stand there and look into the air instead of properly packaging a Happy Meal. Drove home and back again to show that everything was wrong. Soooo cheeky, when I stand angrily in front of the cashier with a receipt and ask what that's about, I get a "WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU?"!!!! Apparently it's ultimately my fault that my order is packaged incorrectly almost every other time. ADVICE PEOPLE, GO TO THE COMPETITION BECAUSE IT STILL WORKS GREAT

There were three of us there today and we ordered something to take away. First we had to wait 20 minutes for the order to be ready. Then one of four burgers was forgotten, so we had to go back. After a lengthy discussion, the burger was finally corrected. When we finally got home with the burgers now completely cold, we discovered that the wrong burger had been packed twice: instead of Big Mac, it was chicken burgers, which none of us eat. All in all, an absolute disappointment.

The employee didn't mean anything. Nedtelling was received in a completely different way. As I said, there was some drama beforehand because of a can that I brought with me.

At night I ordered something to eat at mc drive from a very unfriendly and rude employee. When I drove home, parked my car and was already changing and about to start, I saw that my burger was missing! I'm sure it was intentional because how can you forget a burger but not the rest of the menu. So I had to get dressed again in the middle of the night to go to this three store and the boss was waiting for me there and just handed me a soggy burger without an apology or compensation for the effort😡 They always forget Employee something!!! It really can't be that you go home and every time something is missing! And the boss is extremely rude!

Absolutely cheeky!! Only 40 minutes. Drive in. Then 4 mistakes in one order cost 35€ for nothing. Thank you very much.. never here again.

Not recommended. They don't know fast food. The only one who had anything was at the drive in. The rest, one worse than the other. Wanted to sell me old, cold fries for 15 minutes. Half of the order was missing or prepared incorrectly. Not to mention the 30 minute wait.

The staff is nice, but complaints were not addressed. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

At 2 out of 3 times the sauce is forgotten.

In the 20 nuggets only 18 nuggets, no mayonnaise and table service was not done despite 3 people behind the counter.

I was there early for a long time. The service at the checkout was ok but the shock came at the table. There was one lying dry at the window Fries and under the benches were not cleaned properly. There were napkins, fries, etc. I learned when I worked in another branch that this wasn't allowed. My boss even went through that in the morning. Cleanliness is the be-all and end-all in gastronomy. Sorry, but that doesn't work.

The fast food shift manager wanted to tell me that soggy cold fries are standard at McDonald's. These were the worst fries ever. Then fresh ones supposedly came... Foam sticks soaked with fat and then warmed up. Never again in Weinheim! Really bad and three times! That's not my standard so Burger King from now on!

You wait quite a long time at the drive-in to get a mushy burger. Not recommended.

Unfortunately, since the change of ownership, the experience at this restaurant has deteriorated significantly. The once friendly employees now seem unmotivated and sometimes even rude. The guest area and toilets, which were previously always clean and well-maintained, are now often neglected and leave a dingy impression. Questions are answered reluctantly if you get a response at all, and there can no longer be any question of informative service. The drive-in, which used to stand out as a particularly good service, now regularly disappoints. Unfortunately, long waiting times and incorrect orders have become the norm. What was once an insider tip, I can no longer recommend. It's a shame that the restaurant has developed so negatively.

One of many McDonald's branches in Germany. But there are definitely differences among them too. This one is not out of the ordinary. Seemed clean, food was fresh and not cakey. Order through them panels. The extra no ice for the drink was ignored. The gentleman from service was very friendly.

Unfortunately you have to say it: How stupid does a staff actually have to be? When ordering 2 menus (6 items) Packed 4 wrong things. Never again.

Food is like McDonald's food. What is not possible is that the gloves are not changed when the toilets have been inspected and cleaned beforehand and then the tray with the food - in this case my food - has been brought to the table. This is an absolute no-go. If you weren't sick yet, you would feel sick. Urgently needs to be changed. Wish you enjoy your meal.

Worst McDonald's ever!!!! Unfriendly and incompetent staff, NOTHING about our order was correct. You had to look for caramel sauce on the ice cream, it was far too small, and when the child asked, there wasn't any more sauce. Food quality is worse than in other branches. It's dirty and disgusting everywhere. Several customers have complained. Self-service terminals have not been working properly for months. We'll never come back!!!!

Delicious menus. Fast service, you can order at terminals and have the food brought to your table. Sometimes too crowded so you have to choose another option.

Ordered a menu with fries. The fries were not browned and were very undercooked. When you complain, you are laughed at and act as if you don't understand. The young employees also gossip. Not recommendable!

We have always been very satisfied, but today it was pure disappointment as the fries were cold or not seasoned. There was chili sauce on one of the ceaser wraps and people forgot to drink it three times. The apple bag was cold... Purely disappointed!!

So it goes that way… it was a pleasure! We had a wonderful lunch with the family. The restaurant is well maintained and clean both inside and out. There are cut flowers everywhere on the tables, fresh flowers 😲😲😲 The service was quick and professional! They divided and served the food for 5 people into 3 tablets and didn't pile everything up on one tray like at the other Meci's. The food was very tasty and freshly prepared! Thank you very much! Whenever we're in the area, we're always happy to come by!

June 6th, 2024, 10:00 p.m. gives the gentleman on Mc Drive a medal. My daughter was very happy about the opportunity to order herself. Very friendly and extremely warm.

Hello friends of the objective reviews, I was once again at Mc-Donalds in Weinheim on Mc.Drive. Taking the order was great and it went quickly, the burgers were a disaster. I had a "Royal TS" and a Big Mac with cheese and bacon." Both burgers were completely overloaded with sauce and salad, so much so that they were both in the box had moved, the sauce/s had run into the box, it was not possible to remove the burgers. The chicken was great, the curly fries too, they were crispy and I was able to have the "Royal" without any complaints Eating napkins was impossible with the Big Mac. Finally, the apple turnovers, as always a pleasure. P.S. The cola was cold, only there was no straw in the bag, but you can take the lid off and drink.

I wrote a review 6 years ago... which I now have to take back after a long time because the circumstances in Weinheim are simply no longer acceptable. First of all, you have to expect a waiting time of around 10 minutes, even if there is nothing going on. Then you have to check every time to be on the safe side whether the order is complete. When ordering as a family, something will definitely be missing. Incompetent and constantly changing staff. You really see new faces there every few weeks. What should I say about food? You can't really go wrong, the taste is great, but of course I can't judge how fresh it looks. It just got worse over the years.

Not recommended. Once again, various dishes were missing from the "drive in" pick-up. After calling the store several times on June 1st around 7 p.m. to discuss the new breakdown, they didn't want to speak to us.

Had a 20 nuggets and 6 chicken burgers and waited 14 minutes for it. All in all a normal McDonald's which bothered me that it just took so long. Some of the staff were very friendly, some of them were not. Tastes like everywhere else. What made me happy was that the toilet facilities were clean despite the late hour. What bothered me was that they forgot to add sauces to the nuggets, which annoyed me a bit.

This is by far the slowest Mc I know!!

The food was good, fresh and was hot too. But I still had to wait 20 minutes to get my food. Inside was clean and there weren't many people inside.

Habe heute eine Bestullung, bei MC geholt und zu Hause leider gesehen, dass die Pommes gefehlt haben. Das ist mir das zweite mal passiert.

Very rude staff... The staff literally shouts at you

Didn't receive all of the goods at the drive-thru. When asked while still in drive, the response was simply to close the window. The employee apparently wanted to finish work instead. The next employee at the counter in the store was almost overwhelmed. The ice cream that was ordered and missing was not available. Complaint about the employee who did the drive-thru was ignored. At least the money was returned.

Simply the worst and most unfriendly staff at night in all of Germany. I would advise anyone not to go there. Wait hours until you get to the mc drive and then they are so unfriendly. Change jobs if you don't want the job

My favorite McDonald's in the region. Always delicious. Unfortunately, I often have problems with the McDonald's app. Which is a real shame.

I've only ever been here late in the evening or at night. The only thing that stands out negatively is the crowd at times (the store can't do anything about that, but McDrive would be preferable late at night) and the poor organization, at least on my last visit. It took 20 minutes and one demand to make a McFlurry. Then it was fine. In individual cases that wasn't so bad, but it shouldn't happen in system catering. Why else would there be half a million screens hanging around for the employees in a store like this? During the above-mentioned visit, the employees were not unfriendly when I asked, but no one apologized or communicated well.

This has got to be one of the worst McDonalds i have ever been to. Fast food is not available here. Order took about 30 minutes to be ready. Half the items were done and getting cold while the uninspired folks behind the counter gazed into the abyss while waiting for other items to be available. The entire front staff worked on every order together so pretty much everyone working at this facility touched my entire order. One lady was standing in the front handing out the trays and bringing the orders to the tables if required. She also made me feel like i was constantly in her way when positioning myself in the designated waiting area. This franchise is a shame to the brand!!

We were there in January and there was a cashier who obviously knew everything better, for example "you can't pay with American Express at McDonald's nationwide" And why is this happening in our hometown in Saarbrücken!?!?!?!?

The worst thing there is in a locality is a lack of hygiene!!! Every table is dirty and stained. So we wiped our table with a napkin and disinfected ourselves. Other people also wiped their tables themselves because they were just too dirty. Not a single table was wiped. A customer who has to wipe his table clean himself to eat will certainly not come back! We definitely won't be coming back!

Very pleasant to eat there, especially when Zekiye is at work you feel very comfortable and can even go to the toilet and leave your jacket unattended. Recommend it.

Opening hours declared incorrectly. This morning I wanted to go to McDonald's with my girlfriend and have some breakfast. The opening time on the Internet is 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. When we get there we see that on the board with the opening times the 8 has been pasted over with a 9. However, there is also a note on the door with opening time 8:00 a.m. It's not a bad thing if you change opening times. But if you should communicate it everywhere, i.e. notices on the door and especially on the Internet!

The stay at McDonald's in Weinheim was disappointing. The customer service was extremely poor, especially the restaurant manager who tried to turn us away before we even received our food without any explanation. The app proved to be problematic and, unfortunately, did not work in 95% of on-site visits and in the drive. The employees showed little understanding for longer loading times and were not very cooperative. Complaints only resulted in being sent away unreasonably without receiving your food. This is the worst service I have ever experienced in the catering industry. On future visits we will prefer to go to Viernheim, where the staff is much more customer friendly and has the patience and understanding for such situations. Unfortunately, it seems that my experience today was not the first. See previous app reviews and coupons and staff.

Bin immer zufrieden gewesen. Heute waren andere Mitarbeiter wie sonst da. Die waren mega unhöflich und konnten bzw wollten anscheinend auch garnicht behilflich sein. Es gab probleme mit den Coupons und da wurd uns ständig nur gesagt wir haben probleme mit der IT. Das kennt man von Mcdonalds normalerweise nicht die tun alles um ihre Kunden glücklich zu machen. Die Filiale bzw. die Mitarbeiter haben uns enttäuscht

Absolut unterirdisch dieses Personal. Die eine konnte mir nicht bei der App helfen, weil sie ihrer Meining nach diese App selbst nicht besitzt und auch nicht benötigt und die andere sagte im absolut unfreundlichen Ton, dass sie das Angebot der App heute nicht verkauft. Als ich dann ungläubig nachgefragt habe warum sagte sie im noch Schnippcheren Ton, weil sie die Zutaten nicht da hat . Da geh ich doch in Zukunft lieber wieder zum Burger King, die si d absolut freundlich!!!

Das Personal war stets bemüht. Es war sehr kalt dort.

Meine Frau und ich waren vor einigen Tagen dort und mussten feststellen das ein Obdachloser, erst draußen den Müll nach Essensresten durchsucht hat bevor er dann schließlich ins Restaurant kam und dort weiter gemacht hat. Mitarbeit haben es gesehen jedoch nichts unternommen. Wir und auch andere Kunden fanden dies ziemlich unangenehm da der Mann nur darauf gewartet das man sein Tablett in den Wagen zurück stellt.

Sehr geehrte Frau Günther, es fällt mir zusehens auf, dass McDonald's nicht mehr den Qualitätsstandard aufweist, den es mal hatte. Das Essen ist lauwarm und die Sauberkeit im Restaurant, sowie den Toilettenanlagen lassen zu wünschen übrig. Dies betrifft nicht nur ihr Restaurant, sondern auch andere Standorte. MfG Mirco Ludwig

Super! Mit 3 Promille dort zu Bestellen ist ein absolutes Erlebnis. Das Essen das dort überreicht wird, löst in diesem Moment Glückgefühle aus. Ich bin froh, dass man auch zu später Stunde dort immer noch etwas zu essen bekommt. Bei meiner nächsten Trunkstunde, werde ich wieder kommen.

Ich weiss die Filiale kann dafür nichts, aber da die App nur sporadisch funktioniert, gibt's einen Punkt abzug. Ansonsten ist die Filiale Weinheim definitiv zu empfehlen!

Auch wenn man nicht lange da ist zum Essen, frieren zu müssen in einem Restaurant geht gar nicht. Etwas heizen für die zahlenden Gäste wäre zuvorkommend. Essen selbst war warm und Servicemitarbeiter freundlich.

Laden nicht wirklich sauber, Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich und vergessen oft Artikel, Drive-Thru oft längere Wartezeiten.

Essen war oke ,leider kalt und nur die Hälfte wurde an der Bestellung erledigt, erst auch Nachfrage und drum bitten die Bestellung zu beerdigen wurde mit widerwillig das erledigt

Dreckig, unaufgeräumt das Essen insgesamt ist ok.

Die gewohnte McDonald's Qualität wie überall, da gibt es nix neues zu berichten. Das Essen war sehr schnell fertig und das ganze Lokal sauber. Angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Ein einfacher aber ordentlicher Mces!

McDonald... Ich weiß nicht wie oft wir im Drive schon beschissen worden sind 🤔 Bitte schaut in euren Tüten rein ob auch alles drin ist und vorallem auch richtig ist. Entweder sind die Soßen falsch oder es ist ein falscher Bürger drin oder es fehlen Sachen. Die Qualität lässt auch zu wünschen übrig, eigentlich schade für eine solch große Kette.. Einen Milchshake, werde ich NIE wieder dort bestellen, nachdem ich einen Bericht gesehen habe wie dieser Zubereitet wird 🙊 Da ist nichts frisches drin alles nur pure Chemie! ( Pulver und ganz viele Geschmacksverstärker) Das Ambiente finde ich ok Das Personal ist freundlich Allerdings sind die Bestellungen fast immer FALSCH!!! Preislich muss ich sagen, dass ich es sehr Teuer finde. €€€

Mega lecker 😋 esse oft dort eigentlich ganz normal nur heute am 10.8.2023 habe ich ganz normal ein Cheeseburger gekauft und habe einfach ein GRATIS Pokémon Boster bekommen.Waren sogar echte Karten. Unzweifelhaft Krokel,Sanaconda,Flatutu und Kirlia.Krokel war sogar glitzer. Deswegen 5/5 Sterne 🤩

Also die Toilette bei den männern ist bsl Schrott der Seifenspender da kommt Gefüht Sperma raus meine hände wurden schwarz. Und die Lampen sind sehr dreckig

Ich war letzter Zeit Abends öfter dort, aber Sauberkeit in der Küche und Co. Nicht so. Mitarbeiter waren auch nicht nett. Man holt McSunday aber nur halb voll statt ganz. Essen war immer kalt. Bei ansprechen können wir nichts machen.

Hab solange gewartet bis jemand Kasse kommt also ist nicht normal .

Sauber und gepflegt, Pommes sind salzig und in der Cola ist Kohlensäure. So soll es sein. 😎
