Apparently, I waited 10 minutes for fresh nuggets, and for two cheeseburgers, the nuggets took about 3-4 minutes to cook, and the cheeseburger itself took about 2-3 minutes. At 9:30 pm when it was empty, that's outrageous! And then when I asked about it, they snapped at me and told me I should wait in the back. 🥹😂 Great staff, very friendly, and the food wasn't fresh either. Like I said, sad. 😂

Well, it's a McDonald's – so the selection and quality are the same as in all the other branches. We prefer to order via the app – which, by the way, really needs an overhaul in terms of user experience – and use the drive-thru. None of these things are unique to this particular McDonald's. What does make this McDonald's special, however, are the people who work there. Especially one lovely person who often works at the drive-thru. We're always so happy when he answers the phone to take our order and understands my mumbling right away. He's always in a good mood, always up for a joke – and clearly enjoys his job, where he'd rather double-check an order than hand it out incorrectly (and he even does it faster than some of the others). This good mood is often contagious, and even on days when we've had a bad day, we often come home with a smile. We need more people like him – then the world would be a better place. I may only be one customer among many, but I truly appreciate such warm service. Thank you so much, and see you next time for Big Rösti!

It's unbelievable! You can't even go to McDonald's as a customer, especially on holidays. Apparently, the cash registers aren't working. Strangely enough, the drive-thru works. These are bizarre claims, just like Deutsche Bahn (German Rail) making up excuses to avoid serving customers on holidays! You're supposed to be an "experience restaurant," and the only thing you can manage is that your cars are running. Then you should close down or find another place to eat. As a customer, you're fed up with prices that are now outrageously high, the food is incredibly unhealthy, and then you drive customers away. We're sick of these excuses; they're lies. Just like how the ice cream/milkshake machine is supposedly broken so often. It always works, but it needs cleaning, and that's why customers are lied to.

It's actually great, but the staff aren't very nice, and the tables are sometimes dirty. Otherwise, it's nice though.

The restrooms weren't what you'd expect from McDonald's: broken soap dispensers and hand dryers, loose toilet seats, cleanliness...

The service was super friendly and welcoming. I was just there today for the Friends Menu. Since I already have a figure, I asked if she could see if I could get one of the other five. Thank you so much 😊 Now I'm only missing four figures ☺️🙈

Everything's dirty, the food doesn't taste good, and the service is unfriendly. They just throw money on the floor without giving it to us. There's a hair in the burgers, the Coke is rotten, but I'm not going to let you know. Next time, I'll go to Burger King.

Unfortunately, the milkshakes were prepared first and had to sit for several minutes until the rest was ready. These were then just foam, but even worse was that one of the milkshakes had no flavor at all. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until I got home. It wasn't very busy, and I find it really annoying.

This is the fourth time something has been missing from my order. Twice it was a toy, once two or three weeks ago it was the cheeseburger and fries, and this time it was the juice and the squeezable fruit. If I hadn't asked for a specific figure, which I then didn't receive, he would have even forgotten it. This was the last time I went to this McDonald's. I'm disappointed.

Worst McDonald's ever. I'd rather give it no stars. It started with a group of friends going there and two of us paid in cash and didn't get a receipt. One of them still got his food and the other didn't, and then they started arguing with an employee. I took a picture of McDonald's for Snapchat and the employee who was arguing with the boy suddenly snatched the phone from my hand. He couldn't do it, though, and then threatened to call the police. I think he could have done that too, because I didn't do anything wrong, and then the employee said we wouldn't get any more food. I don't recommend this McDonald's, never again. Rudeness to the tenth degree.

The staff is absolutely unfriendly. Customers are treated disrespectfully. They don't allow free use of the restroom, even if you order food.

At around 9:15 p.m. on August 7, 2025, we bought two Happy Meals for our children. When we got home, the children opened the boxes – and there were no toys inside! The children were very disappointed. How could the staff make such a mistake? After all, the company's reputation should be their top priority. By the way, we didn't receive a receipt. We were at the McDrive and were in a hurry. The employee was also unfriendly. We are disappointed.

I picked up my two grandchildren from the pediatrician, whose office is located directly above McDonald's, to take them to McDonald's. That was a huge mistake, because they then claimed I had used the parking lot of the fast-food restaurant where I had parked for my own purposes... Please note that I didn't have an appointment with the pediatrician; I had used the McDonald's parking lot with the intention of taking my grandchildren to McDonald's. Despite having a parking disc, despite having a McDonald's voucher, and despite not having parked in the McDonald's parking lot for longer than the one-hour limit, I received a ticket for €30!!! My statement and written objection were completely ignored, and the parking attendant simply hung up the phone. You can hardly treat a customer worse! McDonald's - I hate it!

The food is completely natural, I felt like I was in Turkey, just like in Trabzon. The owner of the place, Uncle Ali, takes great care of everyone and his service is also great. If I come to Mannheim, I always come here.

Visited McDonald's in Weinheim for the first time in a long time. And the last time... Ordered a Big McVitie's. And no Coke. No taste. Big McVitie's different sauce...has a completely different taste. As I normally know... The only thing was the fries, which, as always... You could just eat them...

I don't really have any complaints about the food, service, etc. But I live in Weinheim, and there's an old man who seems to always be sitting by the restrooms. No matter when we go there, he's always there, sitting there harassing the girls. That's just unacceptable...

Every time you go there, half your order is missing or you get the wrong items. You stand at the checkout for ages and are initially ignored, and then you wait forever for the order that ends up not being satisfactory.

So, the McDonald's in Weinheim is pretty solid. Last night, however, I ordered 9 PLANT-BASED nuggets. These were delivered to our table after a short while. Unfortunately, I discovered that one of the nuggets was NOT plant-based. After I politely pointed this out to the cashier, I received a strange look and the manager was called over. I had the piece with chicken in my hand and tried to explain to the three men that it was meat. They stared at me in disbelief, and one of them said he had to try it first to prove it. He bit into a nugget and angrily said, "THAT'S PLANT-BASED." I tried again to explain that the nugget in my hand was meat. After several unfriendly looks and incomprehensible remarks, I was met with the comment, "Well, then it's just a mixed box" (?!). Oh, no, but it probably wasn't meant to be. In the end, I got my box of four nuggets back (the one with meat and the one the employee had bitten into weren't even refunded), and I was given a dirty look. I don't really have a problem with mistakes being made; there's nothing you can do about it. But to make such a nuisance of me and to draw such illogical conclusions is neither customer-oriented nor discriminatory against vegetarians and people with allergies. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I'm very disappointed.

I didn't rate the food; it's just McDonald's. If you like it, you like it, and if you don't, you don't. But the service was remarkably friendly. We've often experienced something different.

A certain employee is extremely unmotivated and disrespectful towards people with disabilities. This should never be allowed to happen.

1 p.m., tables filthy beyond belief, crumbs and hair everywhere on the benches... disgusting. There are no receipts at the terminal either... Definitely the most disgusting McDonald's in the area south of Darmstadt to Heidelberg.

There's trash everywhere, the tables are dirty, and the staff are incredibly unfriendly!!! The staff refuses to serve tables. It's inhumane to expect someone who can't walk without crutches to fetch their full tray. You can tell the staff are unmotivated and don't want to work. Not to mention the food; the McFlurry only comes half full, the meat is left next to the burger, and the chicken nuggets taste like they've been sitting around since the fall of the Berlin Wall. I wouldn't recommend it unless you expect a lot of dirt, bad food, and unfriendly staff.

It has happened far too often that something was forgotten!!!! We had a coupon for a wrap and chicken nuggets. For €10 we only got chicken nuggets. On top of that, the guy who was working at the McDrive on July 11, 2025 at 12:30 AM was really rude/unfriendly. I won't understand how McDonald's can employ people like that! I've never experienced such impudence in my life. If you don't want to do your work you should change jobs!!!!!! Thanks again for nothing.

Wow, McDonald's food is also available hot. It took 40 years to experience that here. Furthermore, every employee gave the impression that they actually enjoyed working at McDonald's. A doubly confusing experience in Weinheim, but good.

We rarely go to McDonald's but when we go it has often happened that something is missing and usually from the junior bag. After the complaint there was something to make amends for, but it's still annoying.

The smaller, fat employee who only spoke 10% German treated us catastrophically. Very disrespectful and at 12 o'clock at night. I will never understand how McDonald's can hire such employees. The alleged "assistant to the boss" didn't even bother to apologize for this disrespectful behavior. Real juice. How you can treat a woman like that at that time and send her away is more than disrespectful. This behavior has been recorded by us and will be published.

Went there for the first time today... The same problem: incomplete order - out of 9 citizens, 3 would "forget" The way I read the other reviews, it seems more than a scam scam. How can it be that almost every customer who has written here liked something when they ordered?? Really bad!!! Never there again!! Disaster and evil! It may be that your inventories are "top" (with money from customers for goods that were never received) but at some point the wheel turns. Either change the personnel technically or, better: please do it!

I was with my son and ordered takeout, including a Happy Meal (#121). My son chose a toy on display but wanted another one. I asked to sell the second toy separately but was refused. (Although in the past toys were always available separately for 2.5 euros). I paid for another order (#122) for a second Happy Meal that I didn't need. For the sake of the second toy that was also on display (a bee from Minecraft). But they refused to give it to me saying they didn't have it. The administrator (a man with a beard and glasses) joined the conversation and initially scolded me for speaking English and not German. Sorry, I've been to McDonald's in more than 30 countries, but this is the first time I've been subjected to such aggression because I don't speak the language of that country. He refused to give me the toy that was in the window that I bought the Happy Meal for. I asked for a refund when I wasn't given the goods displayed in the window - I was also refused. It seems like a small thing, but in the end the evening was ruined for me and my son because the administrator fundamentally refused to open the showcase and get the right toys from it.

Every now and then you have an appetite for Big Mäc or something else. There's usually a lot going on here. Everything still happens pretty quickly. It's right next to the OEG Bahnhof Weinheim stop. There are parking spaces right in front of it.

We were there at the drive-thru 2 months ago. At home, our children discovered that their Sprite tasted strange. When we opened the lid, the Sprite smelled of chlorine. We then called the branch and the shift manager promised us 2x Happy Meals as compensation, but wanted to discuss the incident again with the branch manager because the drinks machine had probably already been blocked the previous shift and we still got out of this machine Got drinks. 2 days later the branch manager called us and secured us an order for the 2 Happy Meals on the house. Today we wanted to get something from McDonald again. In the branch I spoke to the cashier and said that the branch manager had left a note in the office that the order was on the house. After 2 minutes she came back and said there was nothing there. After a long explanation and surrounded by 5 employees, I was told that this was not possible. Only the 2 Happy Meals and one menu for free. I replied that the store manager had said the next order would be on the house. An employee said he spoke to him briefly on the phone. After less than a minute he came back and said he said 2 happy meals and a menu. Nobody can tell me that in less than a minute he goes to the back, calls the branch manager and comes back again. To put an end to it all, I agreed. This means that McDonald's Weinheim is worth the health of its guests, especially children, just €21.97 and a promise not kept. We really regret that we got involved in the "trade" with them and didn't file a complaint for negligent bodily harm. Sorry, but as a branch of such a large chain, you can't afford something like that. In any case, we will never visit this branch again and advise everyone we know not to do so.

Products tend to be MEH instead of good, but no wonder with filler production that is thawed in the freezer (typically McDonald's) Dishes Priced OK, although there are outliers where you can't believe that a broken, pickled, chopped and ToT disinfected piece of "burger" can have such a price... but what the heck... all in all = out with MC Donals and instead put in a nutritious successor..... (also very bad WiFi by the way)

Catastrophe now. An order with only one Happy Meal which contains 4 things, 3 of which were packaged incorrectly!!!! The four of us stand there and look into the air instead of properly packaging a Happy Meal. Drove home and back again to show that everything was wrong. Soooo cheeky, when I stand angrily in front of the cashier with a receipt and ask what that's about, I get a "WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU?"!!!! The employee didn't mean anything. Nedtelling was received in a completely different way. As I said, there was some drama beforehand because of a can that I brought with me.

At night I ordered something to eat at mc drive from a very unfriendly and rude employee. When I drove home, parked my car and was already changing and about to start, I saw that my burger was missing! I'm sure it was intentional because how can you forget a burger but not the rest of the menu. So I had to get dressed again in the middle of the night to go to this three store and the boss was waiting for me there and just handed me a soggy burger without an apology or compensation for the effort😡 They always forget Employee something!!! It really can't be that you go home and every time something is missing! And the boss is extremely rude!

There were three of us there today and we ordered something to take away. First we had to wait 20 minutes for the order to be ready. Then one of four burgers was forgotten, so we had to go back. After a lengthy discussion, the burger was finally corrected. When we finally got home with the burgers now completely cold, we discovered that the wrong burger had been packed twice: instead of Big Mac, it was chicken burgers, which none of us eat. All in all, an absolute disappointment.

The fast food shift manager wanted to tell me that soggy cold fries are standard at McDonald's. These were the worst fries ever. Then fresh ones supposedly came... Foam sticks soaked with fat and then warmed up. Never again in Weinheim! Really bad and three times! That's not my standard so Burger King from now on!

Unfortunately, since the change of ownership, the experience at this restaurant has deteriorated significantly. The once friendly employees now seem unmotivated and sometimes even rude. The guest area and toilets, which were previously always clean and well-maintained, are now often neglected and leave a dingy impression. Questions are answered reluctantly if you get a response at all, and there can no longer be any question of informative service. The drive-in, which used to stand out as a particularly good service, now regularly disappoints. Unfortunately, long waiting times and incorrect orders have become the norm. What was once an insider tip, I can no longer recommend. It's a shame that the restaurant has developed so negatively.

One of many McDonald's branches in Germany. But there are definitely differences among them too. This one is not out of the ordinary. Seemed clean, food was fresh and not cakey. Order through them panels. The extra no ice for the drink was ignored. The gentleman from service was very friendly.

Food is like McDonald's food. What is not possible is that the gloves are not changed when the toilets have been inspected and cleaned beforehand and then the tray with the food - in this case my food - has been brought to the table. Worst McDonald's ever!!!! Unfriendly and incompetent staff, NOTHING about our order was correct. You had to look for caramel sauce on the ice cream, it was far too small, and when the child asked, there wasn't any more sauce. Food quality is worse than in other branches. It's dirty and disgusting everywhere. Several customers have complained. Self-service terminals have not been working properly for months. We'll never come back!!!!

Delicious menus. Fast service, you can order at terminals and have the food brought to your table. Sometimes too crowded so you have to choose another option.

Ordered a menu with fries. The fries were not browned and were very undercooked. When you complain, you are laughed at and act as if you don't understand. The young employees also gossip. Not recommendable!

We have always been very satisfied, but today it was pure disappointment as the fries were cold or not seasoned. There was chili sauce on one of the ceaser wraps and people forgot to drink it three times. The apple bag was cold... Purely disappointed!!

So it goes that way… it was a pleasure! We had a wonderful lunch with the family. The restaurant is well maintained and clean both inside and out. There are cut flowers everywhere on the tables, fresh flowers 😲😲😲 The service was quick and professional! They divided and served the food for 5 people into 3 tablets and didn't pile everything up on one tray like at the other Meci's. The food was very tasty and freshly prepared! Thank you very much! Whenever we're in the area, we're always happy to come by!

June 6th, 2024, 10:00 p.m. gives the gentleman on Mc Drive a medal. My daughter was very happy about the opportunity to order herself. Very friendly and extremely warm.
