McDonald's in Schlüchtern

So I won't go there anymore. Order went well. It was taken away, only the visibly annoyed woman who served us the food on the tray and I said that it was take away continued to look annoyed at the colleague who was working at the drive-in. (She took our order) At home we discovered that the Bigmäc was missing. I think this annoyed woman has absolutely failed in her job by appearing like that in front of the customers.

You know, you order something from Megges, and then you're not even asked whether you want your stuff to eat here or to take away, you're then stared at stupidly like you've done something wrong, and then of course some of it is always missing you ordered.

We eat here regularly but are really disappointed, the ice cream machine has broken down far too often 😥😥😥

The McChicken burgers are getting worse and worse... they now taste really strange and the bun is really soft and dry. The nuggets are old and the fries are always cold. Most burgers don't have enough sauce on them and sometimes there's also rotten lettuce. The milkshake often tastes like coffee...

Good morning, I quickly ate something here in the evening, I was there around midnight and unfortunately there were full trays everywhere in the store, the trolleys were completely full and the employees didn't seem to have any time to sort things out 🤷 Yes, eating fast food, nothing to keep you full for long, but unfortunately there are hardly any alternatives at night to eat something quickly. The obviously overwhelmed employee at the drive inn then called a colleague who talked to me for about 2 seconds and then disappeared into the background, but not without insulting me to the point of insult. I then parked and asked for the supervisor. Then the colleague with the questionable vocabulary was introduced to me again as the owner. When asked if this was the owner, the answer was yes. Tired of running against windmills, I left the building, and lo and behold after about 10 minutes I had a credit on my credit card and an invoice in my email inbox that neither matched my order nor the amount charged. Let's see what McDonald Germany says about this process. It's probably logical that this branch won't see me again. Update: See other comments, I have refrained from mentioning the origins of certain continents and the expectation that people from this culture are "reserved". Let everyone form their own opinion.

It took 35 minutes from the entrance to the Drive Inn to the food being handed over at 11:50 p.m. Ordered plant-based nuggets (it says so on the receipt), but received some with meat in plant-based packaging. No complaint possible as it was only noticed later.

Located just two minutes from the motorway exit, the McDonalds is easily accessible. Unfortunately, the staff was unfriendly and you noticed that they were overwhelmed, even though only a few people were in the restaurant and placed orders. We then had to wait a long time for two coffees.

One of the worse branches, the display board for the order numbers is not used, the number is called, nothing more. The branch is poorly cleaned and the staff is somewhat friendly. The children's play area is sticky and the outdoor area is no longer inviting. Straws are no longer provided for drinks, which is particularly important for children. I won't go here anymore.

I was there on Monday June 17th, 2024 and at that time I had diarrhea and was just vomiting. The health department should go there otherwise there will be a report.

Hard to believe. Here in the middle of Berlin's diaspora, they know how to pamper people with friendly service and delicious food. I only had 2 pancakes, but they were freshly made and topped with good salami. Gladly again.

I have never been to such a messy, unhygienic and disorganized McDonalds! The toilets were not checked, which should be done at least every 2 hours. The ladies in the kitchen had their hair half down and were constantly stroking their hair. No hands were washed or gloves were worn, only the young man had gloves on. UPDATE 04/09/24 Unfortunately there is still nothing good to report. I was there with my daughter (3 years). Order a Big Mc menu with nuggets and Fanta. Ketchup as a sauce. There was also a small fries for which I was refused ketchup again when I asked. Very unfriendly and stroppy "it doesn't exist!" When I wanted to eat the burger I noticed that the patties looked different. One lighter and larger (think fresh), the other shrunken, rubbery, smaller and dark (old!) I took a closer look at the burger. On top the old patty, lettuce old, tips brown to black, 2 cucumber slices and also old, no sauce so dry. Lower half patty ok, a hint of sauce and also a rotten salad! I brought the burger back and complained to the employee. Very rude again (it was the same person) and spoke extremely loudly (more like shouting) so that everyone in the restaurant could hear it "of course the gentleman will get a new burger as you wish!). I went back to my seat and a short time later came the same person, slammed the burger on the table with a facial expression I'll call it mild ""Not amused" and a loud "Here" so that a couple at the next table was startled and shook their heads and asked me "What was that? " The burger was so full of salad and sauce that I could have used a spoon to eat it. So a reaction of defiance instead of insight! I can't imagine that this behavior and service is what MC Donalt Germany wants. Happened to me 4 out of 5 times! Excuse no delivery every time. I can't understand! The franchisor may have to check whether there are any discrepancies in the quantity of glasses and menus sold, or whether glasses disappear mysteriously and the disappearance is capped by making excuses to the customer. It has only happened to me nationwide once in 30 years that promotional items were not available in the middle of the advertising campaign. Unfortunately in this branch 80%! I was there yesterday I thought I couldn't believe my eyes the tables were terribly dirty greasy all the tables plus all the seats it was just disgusting the return things were full the condition was really bad the employees just didn't want to go either there were too many laid off or I know Not what was going on there was really not recommended. Thistle lawn used to be there and I don't need to go there anymore

The floor was very sticky. My friendly suggestion was accepted. But nothing else happened during our stay. We ordered the food at the Risch, but then had to pick it up at the counter. The burgers were very bland. The salad actually belongs in the burger and not on top. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this McDonalds.

Well, I am not discriminating, it's just that most of the employees are old and unmotivated. They also lack coordination in their team and mostly the services are poorly slow. The resto is quite clean but honestly speaking, hygiene everywhere is noticeably poor. Smelly WC and sticky in every corner, knowing the resto's location is on the Highway, it has to have enough employees but I guess, the management is simply to make profit rather than giving customers a good experience.

All tables were dirty. I cleaned it myself with a paper towel and disinfectant. Food wasn't warm enough.

Waiting time for food was normal, but the burgers were once again cold. In general it was also very cold in the restaurant. Tables weren't cleaned. Tablet return carts were completely overcrowded and were not emptied even within our presence (35 minutes). There was garbage everywhere and the floor was very dirty (by that I don't mean the residue from road salt that is acceptable at this time of year). For the prices that are now being quoted, there should be an absolutely different standard here.

Essen war pampig und zu viel Soße. Stellenweise kalt wie ausm Kühlschrank. 3 Artikel hatten gefehlt. Service lustlos und ausreichend freundlich. Mir ist jetzt noch schlecht.

Wir wurden gerade von einer sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin bedient. Die Burger und Nuggets wurden frisch für uns zubereitet und waren heiß und lecker. Das Essen wurde uns an den Platz gebracht. Zur Info: ab 0:00Uhr nur noch Drive in. Wir durften dennoch innen essen. Sehr freundlich!

Sauberkeit wird hier noch groß geschrieben, allerdings wohl nur, damit die Mitarbeiter hier wissen, was sie zu tun haben

schneller und guter Service, angenehme Atmosphäre und das Essen hat alle Ansprüche erfüllt.

Parkplatz führung finde ich immer etwas problematisch ansonsten ein super McDonald's Lokal.

Es ging sehr fix. Die Burger waren mir aber zu kalt und ich habe mal wieder festgestellt, dass das Essen bei McDonald's nicht statt macht.

Tablet Wagen könnte leerer gemacht werden, da 4 Mitarbeiter sinnlos an den Kassen gestanden haben und Schwätzchen gehalten haben.

Also essen war sehr lecker wenn ich nur das nächste mal auch bekomme was ich bestellt habe anstatt Pommes hab ich curly Fiese bestellt und die bekam ich nicht sondern doch Pommes ich bestellte Cola ohne Eis ich bekam Cola mit Eis. Na ja kann ja Mal passieren.Nächstes Mal bin ich wieder zufrieden,bestimmt!! Ich musste nicht so lange warten wie bei McDonald's in Gründau Lieblos denen kann man beim laufen die Schuhe besohlen.Daging es hier in Schlüchtern viel schneller.Dsnke danke weiter so. Mit dem Vorbestellen und Punkte sammeln klappt das ganz gut, auf der andere Seite zu teuer, mit Pkt einlösen und Coupons geht es

Essen war okay, Pommes leider schon ziemlich kühl, nicht mehr warm und knusprig. Burger waren so wie überall aber etwas weniger Soße als sonst bekannt. Das ist vor allem beim Big Tasty Bacon und dem McRib aufgefallen. Die Tablett-Rückgabe war überfüllt. Mitarbeiter freundlich. Stühle & Bänke sehr sehr unbequem!

War zufrieden aber wie immer waren die Pommes kalt

Hatte lediglich vom Auto aus was zu Essen und Trinken gekauft. Restaurant nicht betreten. Mitarbeiter freundlich und schnell. McCrispy wirklich crispy!

Leider waren unsere Burger fast kalt und das Eis bei der Abholung am Tresen bereits geschmolzen. Auf die Frage, wo denn die bestellte Karamelsoße sei, erhielten wir als Antwort: Die ist nach unten durchgesuppt, weil die Soße ja warm ist... Ich sag mal: Guten Appetit

Hat etwas länger gedauert als sonst und leider sind die Pommes jedesmal mit Salz, wenn man die ohne bestellt.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Kind wollte eine bestimmte Figur aus dem happy meal - wurde mehr als unfreundlich und patzig abgelehnt.

Ich fahre gern von der Autobahn runter um dem Monopolist Tank&Rast zu entgehen. Hier weiß ich was ich bekomme, und ich bin ein großer Fan vom Tischservice.

Ein in die Jahre gekommene Filiale die durchaus eine rundum Erneuerung gut gebrauchen könnte. Die Burger sind schob echt sparsam. Die Verpackung groß und der Burger rutscht drin rum. Naja geht anders und besser.

Tische drUßen haben ja fast alle McDonald‘s, aber hier kommt fast Pick ich-Feeling auf. Die Bänke stehen zum Teil mit Sonnenschirmen auf der Wiese, das ist echt mal was anderes.

Einer von den säubersten . Immer alles super sauber. Freundlich sind sie noch dazu. Alles bestens. Nur die Aussenanlage könnte etwas besseren Pepp bekommen . Ist sehr Kahl gehalten. Deshalb beim Ambiente etwas Abzug von den Sternchen.

Male Personal an the kasse very unfreundlich!

Hatten am Sonntag Essen für 3 Mann im Mc Drive geholt, es ist ja nix neues dass mal Ketchup oder Mayo in der Tüte fehlt, für mich ärgerlich aber nicht so schlimm. Aber dass Mayo/Ketchup UND die Soßen für die ChickenMcNuggets fehlen ist schon der Knaller ! Zu spät gesehen wir waren schon weitergefahren, echt Schade aber mann muss bevor mann losfährt nachschauen ob alles in der Großen Tüte ist.

Leider hat der McD in Schlüchtern seine besten Tage hinter sich. Einst beliebtes Ausflugsziel der Region mit Kindern als Tageshighlight ist es vor allem eines geworden: Schmutzig und der Service nicht selten fragwürdig. Ich bin beruflich ab und zu gezwungen schnell etwas zu mir zu nehmen und leider war von mehreren Anfahrten zuletzt Getränke (Lipton, Fanta, Apfelschorle) 'ausverkauft'. Auch das Interieur lädt nicht mehr ein wie zu alten Zeiten. Schade.

Es ist ein McDonald's. Da weiß man was man bekommt. Daher gehen unsere Kinder und die Eltern gerne dort essen. Hier haben wir das erste Mal gegessen. Die Anfahrt war etwas kompliziert. Ein Schild mehr am Zubringer hilft. Wir sind erst beim dritten Versuch angekommen. Aber sonst alles gut. Nicht wirklich überlaufen, zum Glück. Und noch zwei Rutschen für die Kinder. Wir kommen wieder.
