The employees are actually always nice. Food is usually okay, you just have to keep an eye on the fries. Often cold. But you can get fresh without any problems if you say something. Cleanliness is so-so, but this is also due to the catty guests who behave like the last person and throw their garbage everywhere. Toilet should be checked more often

Why has there been no soft ice cream for months? Constantly broken ice cream machines can't be normal, can they? And why does the app hang on site when you want to place the order? Even despite the new order, the number for the employee doesn't come up that I can give, why?

We were at McD in Kaarst on Sunday evening. The whole restaurant was completely filthy, the tray trolleys were full to the top, so that the other trays were on the surrounding tables. Every table and chair is dirty, as is the floor. The two ladies at the food counter preferred to chat instead of tidying up. Awful!

During my last visit, I ordered in advance and paid via Paypal, but the app showed that there were problems with the order. The employee had the order in his cash register, but I had to pay again. Didn't have any money with me. When I was home, I had confirmation of payment from Paypal on my cell phone... However, nothing has been debited so far, so maybe things will turn out well after all (except without dinner)

Was there this morning to pick up my order at the DriveIn. Absolutely unfriendly employees there. Was the only customer for miles around and was then asked to use the counter parking lot. Designated area at the end of the DriveIn. I stand there and am immediately waved back to the counter. I drive up again and then I hear that I should stand in the parking lot opposite the counter. First of all in extremely bad German and extremely unfriendly. The good woman can work as a guard in a Russian gulag with the tone of her voice! Definitely belongs at a counter with customer contact. When I asked to speak to the manager in the restaurant, I was asked to complain via email like others do. Great.. simply without words

Was there on 07/22/24 around 1:00 am. Catastrophic conditions, all tables dirty, long waiting times, burgers cold, and the (visibly overwhelmed) crew shouted at each other in a barracks tone and seemed overexcited (at least they were trying). Very unpleasant atmosphere, the guests waiting for their food were obviously intimidated, no one was talking. Yes, it was very crowded, but it was known for a long time that Pink, Coldplay and Parookaville were taking place/ending.

Unfortunately, this branch was the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever experienced. The toilets were absolutely unusable. I asked the branch manager about it and he immediately looked at it. Unfortunately, I didn't see anyone who should take care of it. The floor throughout the restaurant was extremely dirty. The employees didn't seem to care much about it either. The containers for the dirty dishes had not been cleaned for a long time. It's a shame when you consider that parents with small children love going to the branches.

So the branches get full points from me and I don't just say that It's clean, the breakfast is delicious and looks good. The table service too and the staff is also very friendly. The coffee latte was also good and the atmosphere was clean and cozy as well as well-kept.

One of the best McDonald's branches. Employees are generally always on the ball and have always had good experiences. If something doesn't go right, action is always taken in the customer's favor.

The Kaarst branch is always extremely well attended. Unfortunately, the parking lot is too small for this rush and the passage to McDrive is also very narrow and there are often backlogs. The overall other service experience is average.

A very good McDonald's restaurant, the food is always warm and tasty, the service is also friendly and whenever I was there, the inside was clean and tidy. You just doesn't have time to rummage through the depths of his bag while business is going on while equally hungry customers are waiting behind you and 2. My regular order (Big Tasty) is usually at the bottom of the bag in the larger box. Nevertheless, I have enjoyed coming here for years and will continue to do so with pleasure. Clear recommendation.

Positive: Food was warm and complete. Negative: McRib was completely squashed and the sauce in the bag was spread over the leftover food. Bigmac was ordered without salad. The sticker also made it onto the packaging, and unfortunately so did the salad.

“Fast” food...probably hardly. You can tell which shift manager is at the start. Staff at the front are sneaking around.

A standard McDonald's with nice service.

This was my second time here. Both times I was amazed at how nice the staff are. It's a really friendly atmosphere. Come back! 😄

Come here regularly for home accessories or electrical supplies. Friendly staff, often helpful. For small tools and screws it might be better to go to the large praxis or gamma.

Lately, incorrect editions have been noticed more often (drive in), e.g. regarding mc flurry lion without lion or incorrect sauces. Before it was missing burgers or something similar. In the future you can't rely 100 percent but always have a receipt issued and everything, including ice cream, checked in the parking lot. Then drive.

In the Drive Inn, the term fast restaurant takes on a whole new meaning with 15 minutes and the MacRib looked like it had been run over by a tractor, it had no resemblance to the online picture, the outside of the packaging was smeared with sauce and had already been soaked in before the first bite 👍👍 a great experience 👍

Bester Ort für ein romantisches Dinner

Ein kleine aber ein sehr gemütliche Mc. Essen ist sehr frisch und heiß gewesen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Solides McDonalds. Gutscheine funktionieren und Eis gibt es bisher auch immer.

December 2023 rond twee uur Kleine parkeerplekken en de toerit is krap. Auto's staan te wachten om de parkeerplaats op of af te rijden. Bij binnenkomst kwamen de niet afgeruimde tafels ons tegemoet. We stonden als aan de grond "genageld" niet vanwege verbazing, maar vanwege de plakkerige vloer. Bij het binnengaan van het herentoilet werd mij de keel dichtgeknepen door de penetrante urinelucht , alsof ik een varkensstal op een boerderij binnen liep. De optie om via een bestelzuil rustig je eigen eten te bestellen is aanwezig. Het bestelde eten was lauw. Je mag bij een Mac Donalds wel verwachten dat je rond dit tijdstip warm voedsel krijgt. Mocht je na het lezen van deze review je twijfels hebben om naar deze Mac Donalds te gaan ? Geen probleem ! De KFC en de Subway liggen op hetzelfde terrein. Dus dat is ook een optie.

Essen ist wie immer, aber der Service ist nicht gut, es dauert ewig lang! Fast food war einmal.

Direkt an einer Autobahnauffahrt gelegen ist dss natürlich kein schönes Ambiente. Leider war das Essen lauwarm und der Service auch nicht freundlich.

Die sind unverschämt teuer geworden! Da helfen auch die Gutscheine nicht mehr viel!

An der Autobahn gelegen direkt an einer mehrstufigen Straße ein McDonalds wie andere eben auch. Essen wie immer Bestellung wie immer

Haben zwei mc flurry mit schokosoße bestellt, bekamen pro Eis nur drei läppische ein Cent große Flecken schokosoße rein. Einfach geizig. Wenigsten war die Eis maschine nicht kaputt

Dreckigster MCDONALD'S den ich je gesehen habe. Mitarbeiter läuft mit Lappen durch die Gänge, wischt aber gar nicht sondern ignoriert den Dreck. Alle Sitzplätze und Tische dreckig. Sorry aber so geht's nicht.

Leider kein guter McDonalds. Burger (McRib, ChickenClassic und Chickenburger) wirkten aufgewärmt und nicht frisch zubereitet. Der Salat große Katastrophe, wirkte ausgetrocknet und alt. Widerwille beim Essen. Lediglich die Pommes waren heiß und frisch. Zu allem Überfluss war die Kaffeemaschine kaputt. Ein McCafe ist nicht vorhanden. Die Tischlieferung erfolgte sehr schnell (weil wohl alles schon vorbereitet war). Toiletten - sauber ist anders. Beim Stehen rutscht man weg. Es war auch nicht viel los.

Service wasn't very fast but that was the best MickeyD's we had in a LONG time! Perfectly made fries, perfectly made McTasty, and perfectly made McNuggets. I usually feel regret after a McDonalds meal, but not this time! (We were there at 23:00 and used the drive-in)

Wir waren zu zweit dort. Tische waren absolut versifft und wurden weder abgeräumt noch gewischt und innerhalb von 30 Minuten hat sich auch niemand vom Personal bemüht. Demnächst nur noch Drive. Sowas muss man sich echt nicht antun.

War ok wir haben 1€für big mag bezahlt, wir waren nur bei Mc drive wir waren nicht drin.

Endlich ein McDonald's, dem ich ruhigen Gewissens 5 Sterne geben kann. So schnell hatten wir unser Essen bisher in keiner anderen Filiale bekommen, und alles war richtig frisch und lecker. Auch der Laden selbst war sehr sauber, keine klebrigen Tische oder Pommes auf dem Boden. Daumen hoch!

Alles im allem war es gut. Die Burger und auch die Beilagen waren heiß und frisch zubereitet. Toilette wünschte ich mir etwas mehr Sauberkeit. Aber ich gehe ja zum Essen dort hin und nur im Notfall für das WC.

Ab und an mal kann man mal hin.

Kein Strohhalm bekommen trotz Nachfrage angeblich gibt es keine mehr, meine Freunde die selber bestellt haben bekamen auf einmal Strohhalme. Inakzeptabel
