Employees sit and smoke right in front of the entrance, forcing customers to walk through the haze; the place is dirty, tables are wiped far too infrequently, and the floor is sometimes sticky; it's not uncommon to wait over 10 minutes for food, which is often carelessly thrown together, cold and soggy burgers, cold fries, and mostly quite unfriendly staff.

Even on the window frames, there were veritable layers of dirt forming at the bottom!

When he had a question, his shift supervisor – a man named Reza – came over. And then the unthinkable happened: He yelled at the young colleague in front of all the customers and treated me with incredible disrespect – just because I politely asked for my burger without mustard. I was loudly and mockingly humiliated, and all the customers stared at me. I have never felt so humiliated – and in front of my children. This situation honestly traumatized me. My children asked me afterward, "Mom, why did that bad man yell at you?" I didn't know the answer. This kind of behavior—especially from a shift supervisor—is completely unacceptable to me. I'm now seriously afraid to even enter a McDonald's restaurant again. I demand that this incident be resolved immediately. If this is ignored, I will be forced to take further action. This kind of behavior cannot go unchallenged.

Hello, We were just at this McDonald's and ordered a meal for almost €80. We got home and the McDonald's crispies were old, hard, and really dry. The drinks were packed with the food, so it was cold, too. We then called McDonald's and got an unfriendly, southern-sounding citizen on the phone who wasn't friendly and didn't seem at all interested in the service. We were wondering why the order was ready so quickly given the quantity... but that explained it. I want a solution!!! Simply outrageous.

Typical McDonald's food, but you should learn how to deal with customers. The friendliness is negative. They barely speak German, so customers are barely understood. If you speak to the staff, they get rude, and not to mention the cleanliness, what a dump. Got a coffee, but they didn't ask if you wanted milk and sugar. You'd search in vain for that in the store.

They've either really gotten smaller or I've grown overnight – which I doubt, given my constant height of 185 cm. Overall, my evening was definitely not enriched by this visit. For a chain that relies on standardization and customer satisfaction, today's visit was anything but standard. Conclusion: I won't be visiting this McDonald's restaurant again, and probably McDonald's in all of Germany. As it turned out today: it was a short visit with a big disappointment.

The tables, which were not only dirty on the surface, but also dirty on the sides and even underneath, gave you the feeling that you were sitting in a poorly maintained restaurant that was long past its heyday. In Saarland you would say: “He came on strong!” – and that’s exactly how it felt. In addition to the grievances already described, the condition of the seating furniture was particularly noticeable. Some chairs were so dilapidated that they were held together with duct tape and masking tape - a sight that is beyond unsightly and completely unacceptable in a McDonald's. It seemed like this was a permanent solution to "fix" broken furniture, which further worsened the already poor appearance of the restaurant. The condition of the chairs themselves was even more serious: some of them were literally filthy, which further underlined the general impression of neglect. The idea of ​​sitting on such unhygienic seats was more than unpleasant. Overall, the visit was culinary satisfactory, but the condition of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. The lack of hygiene awareness and general carelessness in appearance are not only disappointing but also worrying. You'd expect more from a McDonald's known worldwide for its consistency and cleanliness. There is an urgent need for action here to raise the standard back to the level that one can expect from a McDonald's.
