I was there today, the food is always fresh and not thrown in three times, so it's great 🙏🏽 the older employees are also super nice and understanding and also love children I was there with my two children and ordered food to eat there with table service. The order came and a Coke Zero 0.4 was missing from my order. I then went to the front and had to leave the children at the table for a moment and politely noted that a Coke Zero 0.4 was missing. The woman pointed this out to the employee who made the order, then he reacted totally pazik and said no, I can't. I made the order and my children were still sitting there No table found it really sad, so pathetic and cheeky. The rest of the staff are always friendly when it comes to being treated, but that really wasn't possible

I'm not sure if I would recommend it, my girlfriend had a total sore throat after getting her cheeseburger. The staff are friendly, there are leftovers at some tables or on the floor.

Good MC Donalds affiliated with the Bero Center in Oberhausen. Food typical McDonald's quality in a positive sense, quick preparation and good service. Toilet facility quite clean, tables wiped clean. Sufficient parking spaces, all in all absolutely recommended!

Very bad service, if you have allergies you can have the make-up removed to get your special request, that's not something you pay attention to.

The order keeps getting messed up, and today there were additional payment problems. The employees are just measures from the job center... I regret ordering there again...

It's not the best food, but unfortunately it tastes really good. 😂 One point deducted for that, you shouldn't overdo it with fast food. The other point is deducted because something is always missing, this time it was McDrive and there were no napkins. There doesn't have to be ice in the winter either, and I don't really like the new ticket system when you go in. Vouchers and pre-ordering via the app is a great invention. Next time I'll give it 4 stars, but the missing napkins really annoyed me, especially with this new, delicious, huge M Burger. 😋

Biggest juice shop doesn't even say hello and packs 2 orders into one and forgets Coke!!!

I only had a latte but found it very, very dirty... there was rubbish everywhere, tables very dirty...

I had something to eat there yesterday (Wednesday January 1st, 2025) and realized that it is no longer what it used to be. The whole store was dirty and the employees were unmotivated. It stuck everywhere. Instead of wiping (on tables, floors and chairs) signs are put up as a warning about delusions. It would be appropriate for the public order office or health department to take a look at this. Just disgusting. If you want to stay healthy, don't go there.

Lukewarm burgers, annoyed or bored staff, dirty floors, sticky tables and chairs!!! The trolley for the tray was full up to the roof, even though NOTHING was going on!!! I don't even want to know how the food is handled here!!!!!! Definitely won't go there again!!!!!!!!! Pooh

Very dirty shop. At least when I was there. Very unfriendly staff, if you even understood what they were saying. Hardly anyone spoke German. My wife's menu was spoiled, she had diarrhea and heresy the morning after. She hadn't eaten anything after visiting the McDonald's restaurant. It's a shame that you can't directly prove that it comes from there. In my opinion they should close immediately. Ice in both drinks even though they were ordered without. The food was cold. Would prefer to rate -10 stars. Never go to the store again.

We go there several times but the quality and friendliness is slowly declining. I was there again earlier. I got three wrong products straight away. Instead of a large chip there was a medium one, instead of the book there was the toy and last but not least, instead of 0.5l drink there was 0.4l. I'm not usually like that, but I went back in and wanted the products I ordered. You might call me petty, but at home I measured the drink and it was 400ml instead of 500ml. I'm really angry. We won't eat there anymore for now. Be rude and get shitty, thank you.

I went to this McDonald's and to be honest I had mixed impressions. The food is delicious and the service is at a normal level - the employees work quickly and politely. But cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Dirty tables, sticky surfaces, garbage on the floor - all this spoils the impression. In addition, there is an unpleasant smell in the hall, which makes staying here extremely unpleasant. I really want management to pay more attention to cleaning. When the place is clean, the food is perceived as much more pleasant.

There was nothing going on there that evening, we were the only customers. The shop was full of dirt. All the tables were filthy with food and drinks, the tray trolleys were overflowing and the rubbish was already lying around on the floor. Instead, the store was filled with Arabic music at such a volume that you couldn't even hold a conversation. The employees had their party there and sang and danced, but didn't work. Food was only lukewarm...

I ordered there via Lieferando. As the driver was on his way, I got a call that half of the order was missing. I should contact Lieferando and complain about the missing part of the order. After not hearing back for over 30 minutes, I called them again. The "manager", who barely spoke German, told me that I could pick up the menu. Why do I order when pickup would be an option for me?! Disastrous service, zero customer focus and communication in German is hardly possible. If I could give 0 stars I would give 0 stars. Furthermore, if you order via Lieferando, you pay even more for the respective menu.

Once again after a long time at mäcces for breakfast, it's slowly becoming outrageous what the chain brings. I just thought the burgers were getting smaller and more expensive, but so was breakfast. What used to be one bacon egg a few years ago, you need 2 for the same amount and then they are almost twice as expensive

Food as good as expected, ambience in the latest design. Unfortunately, the toilet facilities were very dirty and disgusting when we visited. Almost like at the train station. For a "restaurant" underground. Therefore unfortunately only three stars.

We were there on a Sunday. Like us, several people waited over an hour for their orders. Communication with the staff was hardly possible because only one person actually spoke German. In addition, all Lieferando orders were brought forward. There was no orderly process. Orders were not processed categorically because no one knew what the other was doing. There was almost no proper communication between each other. Not recommended. When we requested a refund for our order because we didn't want to wait any longer and wanted to leave the "fast food restaurant", we were denied this and so the reaction was even more negative, which I don't want to write down here. When we contacted McDonald's, they only said that this was a franchisee and that they therefore had no influence.

An ordinary McDonald's, they don't care about cleanliness at all, the toilets are dirty. There is free WiFi for 3 hours.

Unfortunately I have to say that there is cheating there regarding the service times. When I asked why they didn't have the second window repaired (because you always have to wait on the shoulder), the employee told me that the window wasn't broken, but that it was about the service time. If you stop in front of the window, a timer counts it time and so a service time is created. And to improve it they make you wait in front of the window but on the side strip. I think that's an extreme joke. It's really nice to go to MC with the family, unfortunately no longer

2 family members wanted to order something to drink at the coffee bar, but were completely ignored despite several attempts to attract attention. Customer unworthy and disrespectful.

This time the food didn't deserve a star, especially the ice cream. Ice cream arrived at the table only half full and melted. We ate there... the burger fell apart and the fries were dripping with fat. It was absolutely disgusting

August 5th, 2024 the store is really unclean. Drinks spill on the seat and the staff shrug their shoulders. Pooh

We had to wait half an hour for our order, but we didn't get anything. When we tried to point this out to the employees, they were disrespectful and told us that they had forgotten it. It then took another 20 minutes for our food to arrive. It was cold and not really tasty anymore.

It was a great evening. Great people, great atmosphere and great food. Club FM hits were playing at a loud volume. Wait, didn't I actually want to go to McDonald's? Talk to your staff who like to listen to music...

Various tables and seats were dirty and sticky. For someone with disabilities (e.g. walking difficulties and relying on a walker) it is really not easy to open the doors or keep them open in order to get in. But unfortunately the thing with doors is the same everywhere at McD.

Unfortunately, the staff here is often overwhelmed and it seems as if they have to deal with a "rush" for the first time. Furthermore, the cleanliness here leaves a lot to be desired. Finally, it should be mentioned that anyone who arrives here shortly before closing time (e.g. 30-20 minutes before closing time) should be aware that hospitality is not always a priority here. Whether on site or to take away, this has now been confirmed. When you take it with you, it can suddenly happen that you open the McDonald's bag on the way and "purely by chance of course" 2 out of 3 burgers are vegetarian because the meat was simply left out shortly before the end of the day. All I can say is respect for the action 👍 Unfortunately it was already closed when I turned around and of course it wasn't opened anymore.

I call that rip-off at the highest level. For a bottle of water that you can get in a discount store for 30 cents, 3.74 euros plus a deposit of 0.25 euros, i.e. almost 4 euros, shows that the catering industry no longer has any inhibitions. The adulterated 0.5 liter Cola for 3.99 euros seems almost cheap 😂! The cleanliness also left much to be desired. Tables were all sticky and dirty. The so-called offers are only possible if you have a smartphone 📲. Absolutely not recommended for older people.

The food looked and tasted okay. I can only fully confirm the other reviews on the topic of order and cleanliness. Even if there are a lot of visitors, you can take a moment to clean/tidy up the tables. The visitors don't take the tablets away because everything is already piling up in the tray. Guests already wipe the tables themselves. Only after repeated reports from various angry customers was a small cleaning operation initiated. I understand how stressful the job is, especially during peak times, but for the sake of the overall picture you should perhaps go through it briefly every 1/2 hour.

Was there in the drive earlier. The order was complete, only at home when I was eating I noticed that instead of the two sweet chili wraps that I ordered there were two chicken caesar wraps in it, and I don't like them at all. A pity. Rest was okay.

If you want to put yourself in a bad mood, then this branch is highly recommended 🤢 Staff should be better trained in customer service. Of all the people today, there was exactly one young lady who must have learned her job and how to deal with customers. The operator at the terminal today would have personally given me the notice of termination... cheeky, unfriendly, arrogant and incompetent. You don't scream

We ordered ice cream at the terminal and paid with a card, unfortunately the ice cream machine didn't work and we got a voucher. We were able to redeem it days later without any problems. I have to say I would even give 10 stars for the service if I could

Off to McDonald's and then this. I placed my order at the machine. Afterwards we looked for a clean table, which wasn't so easy. When the food was brought to the table, the McDonalds lady just wanted to take my number and leave without a comment. I said to her that something was missing from the order, and she just said that we don't have any more at the moment and left. I followed up and told her if it doesn't exist at this time, I want my money back for it. The employee tried to force everything on me, I said no thanks, I want my money back. Only then did she go to the cash register and pay the difference. As if that wasn't enough, my son's ice cream was only half full and my daughter's hamburger was almost cold. Bottom line, dirty, poor service, wrong portion size and questionable behavior from the staff. We don't go to this McDonald's anymore.

Really arrogant leaders. I ordered a coupon and instead of being told that the new Fanta was no longer there, they simply selected “no side dish” and when I asked where the Fanta can was they said: “oh yes, they went away quickly” Yes, why wasn't I told this when I ordered and no side dish was selected without my knowledge? Otherwise I might have taken another coupon. I was planning on eating here the next few days, but that was really uncool so I won't come again

The speed in the drive in is impressively fast. Sometimes it takes less than 1 minute to complete the entire order. top 👍 👍 🔝

McDonald’s as we know it. Nothing really special. But what annoys me about McDrive is when people politely point out that you would like a picker (fork) and napkins with your fries and in the end one or even both are forgotten.

One star is still too much of a good thing! Incompetent employees who demand the wrong amount of coupons and bill them incorrectly. The employee neither understood me nor the cash register system. Also super cheeky & unfriendly!

Just McDonald's. I don't want to say anything about the food. But about the rest. If I go at peak times where it's busy, I'll probably have to cut corners because all the staff are busy. But if it's so empty that there are 5 employees standing behind the counter twiddling their thumbs, then I ask myself, why isn't there a single clean table? Why is everything so dirty and sticky that we decide to take the food home with us?

Often there for breakfast on Sunday mornings. I've always been satisfied so far. The service was OK and the children can play nicely. I don't have to say much about the food. It's just McDonald's. If you like it, you like it. If you don't, you don't. Otherwise everything is fine.p

Food came immediately after I sat down. (I used table service) And it tastes really fresh and delicious. Best McDonald's I've ever been to.

Mein liebster McDonalds in Oberhausen. Sehr schönes Ambiente, immer nette Mitarbeiter […] Esse ich sehr gerne dort und werde immer freundlich bedient und immer ist sofort jemand da. Toiletten sind auch immer sauber, nicht beschwerbar. Die Terasse draußen finde ich auch sehr schön und esse dort gerne, vor allem wenn nette Damen dort samstags um 23 Uhr singen.

Ziemlich voll und lange Wartezeiten,aber alles frisch und heiß. Keine Beanstandungen.

Eine der besten Filialen in der Umgebung. Nette Mitarbeiter und immer frisches und vorallem heißes Essen. Ein Stern Abzug gibt es für die Damentoilette. Dort roch es beim letzten Mal nach altem Urin.

Mc Donalds halt, aber sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung. Ist in der System Gastronomie nicht immer anzutreffen.

Die einzelne Filiale kann es sich ja nicht aussuchen aber die Preise bei McDonald sind mittlerweile unnormal unverhältnismäßig! Zwei cheese burger, ein fish burger, zwei mcflurry. Fast 20 Euro! Das Problem ist aber größer. Alleine schon die Energiepreise. Sind hierzulande wegen inkompetenten Leuten, welche die hiesigen Interessen nicht an erster Stelle platzieren, explodiert. Würde als Gastronom auch die Preise erhöhen. Aber in einem Rahmen wo es verhältnismäßig ist. Für mich und die Kunden. Das ist bei McDonalds nicht gegeben. Das Essen war an sich genießbar. Dafür gibt es drei Sterne.

Ansich eine schöne MC Donalds Filiale.Schade das einige Tische nicht gesäubert wurden.Das war nicht so schön.Die Burger waren aber wie gewohnt gut.Was mir persönlich gefällt ist der Bestellterminal .Ist auch einfach zu bedienen. Man wartet dann nicht mehr lange bis man seine Bestellung bekommt.

Es ist schon sehr auffällig, daß fast immer etwas bei außer Haus Verkauf fehlt.

Schade, dass man als Kunde, hier vergeblich, nach freundlichen Mitarbeitern sucht. Ganz selten erlebt, dass hier, mal einer freundlich war. Ständig gestresstes, frustriertes Personal..aber ist auch verständlich, wenn nur noch an Mitarbeitern gespart wird und andere sich 3 teilen müssen.

Im Bero Center der MC Donald ist der beste, sauberste, frischeste, freudlichste und geilste überhaupt. Kein Wunder der Besitzer führt schon eine Ewigkeit diese Filialie erfolgreich... Schon viele Filialen getestet, keine kommt an Bero heran!

Es ist jetzt zum 2 mal Passiert das man das Spielzeug im happy meal vergessen worden ist.Das kann doch nicht war sein.
