Have seen nicer Burger King where the staff was friendlier...

Food was always good but the shop wasn't clean. Unfortunately, the friendliness was on vacation. There is more.

Fries were the nastiest thing I've ever eaten. Soft and only lukewarm.

We waited 25 minutes for our order and when we asked where the order was, the staff was rude. D Serves and mayo were also missing Absolute juice loading

Oh well. Stop at Burger King. Not much going on. Ordered at the terminal. While waiting, young people were approached in a harsh tone by the lady behind the counter. The reason was probably a supposedly wrong drink. He probably chose wrong. But the lady's tone didn't work at all. The garbage dump is just scary. Nothing was cleared away in around 30 minutes on site. And as written. Not much going on at 8pm. Disgusting.

We waited 40 minutes for our food. Do I need to say more...worst BK in the area

Brought a single burger 🍔 and it was visually okay with lettuce and cheese, but the taste was pretty bland for €5.45.. I wanted to drink another coffee ☕️ 2.45 (small) but then I left it..🤔 Service was very good friendly 👌🏼

Mostly good but whenever you order 2 menus (cola fries burger) and then 2 burgers and a large fries you almost always forget the 3rd fries. Happened 6 times now.

Not worth a star. Don't order there. Food wasn't delivered. We waited 2 hours, then, according to Lieferando, the message came that the food had been delivered an hour ago.

There were 6 cars in front of us in the drive. Arrived at 11:20 p.m. on 12/30/24 and set off with an order at 12:28 a.m. on 12/31/24. 1 hour and 8 minutes in the drive for 7 cars (including us). At 11:51 p.m. we were at the drive order counter/loudspeaker. We were able to order at 11:58 p.m. Nobody spoke before. After ordering, we were able to drive straight through to the window. We then paid at 12:08 a.m. and were then asked to drive a little ahead, the “order” takes a while. The order was a menu with Cola, fries, BigKing XXL, long chicken and a hot brownie with ice cream. (We received a drink and hot brownie directly when we paid) We then waited another 20 minutes behind the serving window to eat the menu (fries and the 2 burgers). I was about to get out and ask where the food was when the cashier came out with the food. We stood in the drive at BurgerKing for a total of 1 hour and 08 minutes. From ordering on the intercom to receiving the order takes 30 minutes. Waiting time at the intercom for the order to be accepted was 6 minutes. After paying and receiving the drink and the hot brownie, we waited another 20 minutes until we received one of the fries and the two burgers. At least 2 other cars behind us were also waiting for your order in the extra waiting area. That doesn't work at all!!! It may take a little longer, but not that outrageously long. Especially not 30 minutes from ordering to receiving the food. This is called a fast food restaurant? It would probably have been a few minutes faster in a normal restaurant. An apology only came after I spoke to the gentleman when the food was handed over, that was nothing else. Furthermore, the employees were disorganized. Everyone stands in one place in the store. Instead of doing the billing and handing out drinks, everyone waits at the serving hatch from the kitchen to the front. Furthermore, everyone was wearing street clothes and one person in the kitchen was wearing a leather jacket, except for a gentleman at the counter in the shop (cappy on) and a lady from the kitchen (T-shirt from Burger King). A no-go. You would have thought the employees were just normal customers. Then I went to McDonalds in Drive. At 12:10 a.m. on 12/31/24 there were 4 cars in front of us in the drive and we were finished at 12:15 a.m. (order 1 menu + 2 extra burgers). We had told the gentleman from McDonalds (shift manager?!?) about our recent experience at Burger King and he kindly "accidentally" gave us 2 milk shakes too many, we think out of pity. So we give Burger King a wide berth, especially the two branches in Oberhausen. This experience happened 100% like that. Burger King, or rather this branch, should be ashamed.

Subterranean in the cleanliness of the dining area, I have never seen anything like that in a burger joint. The food was Burger King-appropriate.

We went to Burger King on a Tuesday. There were about 10 people in the restaurant, four of them behind the counter. I don't have the slightest idea why Burger King is considered a fast food restaurant. This BK is the lamest I've ever experienced. While we waited for our order, we seriously considered using a pizza service to help us transition. However, my friend didn't feel like pizza. (He is sometimes a bit inflexible and stubborn.) While we were waiting, we noticed that there was a fairly large puddle of cola in front of the counter. We pointed out twice that someone could slip. No reaction. It probably only gets interesting when someone with a tablet does a freestyle at the bar.

The food is just as usual, but the service is terrible. The staff almost fell asleep at work and we had to wait for almost half an hour because the mechanics of a cash register were jammed and the person in charge preferred to "tinker" with it for an incredibly long time instead of opening another cash register, which he ultimately had to do anyway. The rightly growing impatience of the customers was consistently ignored. Not a word of regret. You had the feeling that you were disturbing the cozy craft activity with your purchase intention and were treated accordingly unfriendly. I'd rather go to the competition across the street. Staff overwhelmed even though there were hardly any customers there

Unfortunately the entire restaurant was cold. All customers sat wearing thick jackets, even the employees. I strongly suspect that the heating was broken when I visited. Then I ate in the car even though I wanted to eat in the restaurant.

I don't know why, I think it was the lack of temperature, but the cheese on my burger didn't melt. The cheese on my burger was processed cheese... This has really never happened to me before. This was by far the most disgusting visit I have ever had to Burger King.

Extremely slow service, so the line in the drive was forever long. After waiting forever on the intercom, I was only able to read the information that tortilla products were not available in this Burger King. Couldn't this have been pointed out somewhere up front? After a long time I treated myself to a plant based Whopper. Unfortunately this time it was absolutely tasteless. I couldn't even taste the typical grilled taste. Should this be the new fluffy recipe??? I was super disappointed. Also that although there was a lot of staff there on Saturday, none of them had to wear gloves. Not even the kitchen staff. I was alone in the drive-thru at 2 p.m. on a Sunday and had to wait 15 minutes to even be able to order. Now I'm waiting another 15 minutes for the order...

Typical of a fast food shop, here you can take away or eat in quickly. The cleanliness is a 4 out of 5, although the employees regularly go through and clean. This could also be due to the customers. Unfortunately, friendly service is only 4 out of 5 points. The later the evening, the less attention is paid to friendliness. But to be honest, I don't care because I just want to eat burgers and can't enjoy the great service like in a 3 star restaurant. The food has always been good so far. The speed at the drive in is quite good so far. It takes a little longer on the weekend but it's good overall.

Sorry but don't order there! We placed our order online yesterday at 12:32 p.m. and it said our food should arrive at 1:07 p.m. Then we called there. We were ignored until someone answered and then of course we were told the driver was in a traffic jam (supposedly because of an accident). Then we called again after 20 minutes, driver still in traffic. Just don't order there. You should close the shop or, if necessary, hire better staff + 2-3 suppliers.

Where should I start: 1. Had to wait 45 minutes for our food because the employees work very slowly. 2. There were a lot of people getting used to the atmosphere, I felt really uncomfortable, I would recommend the McDonalds one street further. 3. The tablets were contaminated with a certain substance (I don't want to know what it was). The food didn't even meet Burger King standards. Unfortunately, the bacon on my Bacon King XXL burger was already cold and therefore no longer tasted like bacon The fries were okay, but I also tasted better. My Crispy Chicken was without chicken. The toilet experience wasn't there either, I'm really the type of person who can go to the toilet anywhere, but not in this Burger King. If I could 0 stars, I ordered something to eat at 1:25 p.m. 3x nuggets burgers and 1 cheeseburger I've been waiting for 2 hours and an hour ago they told me it would be there in 10 minutes. Had dinner yesterday after the concert. We decided against McDonalds. Was a mistake. Staff unfriendly and listless. Waited for and burgers were cold. Every table on the upper floor was full of rubbish. The last of the shops.

I was aware beforehand that fast food wasn't the best food, but the fact that it was so disgusting and unhygienic was actually new to me. The burgers were of good quality and the hygiene standards were at the lowest level. Eating on site was the worst decision and the highlight came at night in the toilet at home. I would recommend anyone who cares about their health to stay away from this store.

The long chili cheese burgers were okay. The fries with the chili cheese sauce didn't work at all. You couldn't taste the cheese at all because the chilies were way too acidic and the fries were not only not in the deep fryer long enough, but also extremely mushy due to the liquid in the sauce. :-( The service was okay and the order was ready quickly. The ambience was so-so, some tables had not been wiped after the last guests and it was unpleasantly loud.

Wrong burgers, long waiting times, not enough employees. The owner fills his pockets and the poor, few employees have to work hard. The store is a major disaster.

Went there and wanted to order something at the ordering machine, the floor there was sticky and black. Then we waited a long time for our order. We ate two burgers in the meantime until our friends' orders were ready. We then put our trash on the tray cart since there are no trash cans in this store. The employee then complains to us that we should throw our garbage and the garbage can in the front area. We didn't look anywhere and there wasn't a trash can! Then we wanted to go out, the employee shouted something after us and then we went back in and discussed with him that we were so polite and wanted to throw away the garbage. Then we pointed out to him that we don't get anything dirty and that he should clean the tables and floor. He says that he is not responsible for the cleanliness. And he won't clean anything in this store.

I ordered food from BK today at 8 p.m. that was supposed to be there at 9 p.m., now I'm still sitting at 11:47 p.m. waiting for the food to be delivered that I've already paid for. We do not take back reusable cups (recups) that were issued by another BK branch. When referring to the regulations for Recup, the restaurant management became unfriendly.

I waited a full 25 minutes for the Whopper I ordered from the machine. I mean, it's not like we're in a fancy restaurant here. This is fast food, quick in, quick out. The burger itself was nothing either. The bun is matchy, the ingredients are just thrown together somehow. It's the worst branch I've seen so far.

The visit was an absolute disaster. The lack of motivation or willingness to work was clearly visible on the faces of the employees, so the food took forever even though business was normal. Then the wrong things were released, for example plant-based nuggets instead of normal ones. Burgers were absolutely cold and the sauces included in the menu were not given out. Fries were also cold and old. It's a shame we won't be visiting this BurgerKing anymore.

All in all, like every other Burger King, but with only two employees working in the kitchen and one in sales around 6:30 p.m., it is perhaps a little understaffed considering the proximity to an event location. But still friendly... you just need a lot of time...

The employees work incredibly slowly. The store was crowded and they had locked the top floor. The woman who takes orders at the drive-thru screamed so loudly that she could be heard all the way to the parking lot. Plus my Bruger roll was wet?!! Therefore only one star (:(

I was in this store today and ordered fries and a King Selection. The waiting time was 20 minutes and when I saw that they weren't using gloves I asked "Where are the gloves?" The employee then said, “We don’t have any gloves,” and grinned. In my opinion the worst service at Burger King in the world! And when I asked a little angrier but still politely after 10 minutes "Excuse me, where is my burger?" It gave the impression that they had made me wait a long time. The burger didn't taste good either and the fries were too salty and cold. I wish I had gone to the competition. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this branch.
