Sehr kalte und traurige Atmosphäre. Eigentlich auch nichts los. Wie ausgestorben. Die Einrichtung und Stühle sind wie vor 20 Jahren. Alles sehr unbequem und kalt.

Super freundlich und richtig auf zack 🫶🏼 Ihr macht einen super Job ! Danke das ihr euch jeden Tag der Herausforderung stellt oft schlecht gelaunten Menschen ihre Burger zu servieren. 🫶🏼

Hier wird während des Essens lautstark aufgeräumt(statt Stühle zu tragen werden diese geschoben) zudem schmeckt das Essen wirklich unterirdisch schlecht.Vom Parkplatz braucht man garnicht erst anfangen.

Haben heute 40 min auf Whopper und Softeis gewartet. Laden war nicht voll. 4 Leute die nach uns bestellt hatten, haben eher ihr Essen bekommen. Ein Mann mit 2 kleinen Kindern hatte noch vor uns bestellt und 10min nach uns das Essen bekommen. 2x Kindermenu. Also auch nicht s besonders ausgefallenes zu Essen. Es scheint, dass die Bestellungen nicht der Reihe nach abgearbeitet werden. Tische total siffig. Da keine Servietten auslagen, habe ich um etwas zum sauber machen für den Tisch gebeten. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat den Tisch dann abgewischt, danach schwamm der Tisch. Trocken wischen war nicht drin. Ich hätte es auch selber gemacht, wenn irgendwas da gewesen wäre zum abwischen. Die 3 auch total versifften Tische an denen sie vorbei lief, hat sie nicht gereinigt. Burger und Eis waren lecker. Sind sie bei Mc s allerdings auch, ohne dass man 40 min auf Fastfood wartet.

Der schlechteste Lieferdienst seit der Erfindung der Lieferdienste? Um kurz nach 12 schon für 15:05 bestellt, Essen kam dann gegen 15:30. Wurde direkt in den Papiertüten transportiert, also ohne Warmhalteboxen, und war dementsprechend fast kalt. Dazu fehlte noch ein Teil der Bestellung und einer der Burger war nicht entsprechend der Bestellung belegt (sollte ohne Gurken kommen, die waren natürlich drauf, dafür fehlten aber die Tomaten). Der Anruf in der Filiale führte zwar zu dem Ergebnis, dass nachgeliefert wurde, aber dadurch war ein "gemeinsames" Essen mit allen zusammen nicht mehr möglich, was ja eigentlich geplant war. (Naja, eigentlich hätte man auch warten können, die Burger waren eh fast kalt.) Und zum telefonischen Kontakt mit der Filiale: Einfach aufzulegen, ohne zu fragen, ob sonst noch was nicht in Ordnung sei, nachdem ich die fehlenden Pommes bemängelt habe, führte dann leider dazu, dass ich für den falschen Burger nochmal anrufen musste. Da ging dann aber schon keiner mehr ans Telefon und zum Glück hat die Lieferfahrerin zurückgerufen, sonst hätte die nochmal losgemusst. Dass man in dieser Filiale nicht in der Lage ist, eine Bestellung richtig abzulesen und dann dementsprechend zuzubereiten, war mir ja von früheren Begebenheiten schon klar, aber die nummer heute hat echt den Vogel abgeschossen. Und dass die Qualität der Burger zwar besser ist, als die der Burger von Mc Donalds, trotzdem aber den hohen Preis nicht rechtfertigt, sei mal dahingestellt (Darüber ist man saich ja eh im Klaren, wenn man da was kauft). Fazit: Einmal und nie wieder, Null Sterne kann man ja leider nicht geben.

Im Vergleich zu einem anderen Burger King, den wir in Essen besucht haben, war dieser gut. Das Restaurant war sauber, das Essen gut und der Service freundlich.

Schlechter Service keiner vor mir am drive in und im Laden nur 2 bis 3 Leute und die Bestellaufnahme hat ewig gedauert. Ausgabe sollte ein Stück weiter erfolgen Türe? kein Ausgabefenster. Stand 5-7 Minuten und niemand kommt. Bin dann in den Laden rein und da stand eine Tüte, die Mitarbeiterin sagte sorry keiner hat rausgebracht (das ist echt unverschämt) der Karton war nicht ordentlich verschlossen und das Essen kalt. Neu bestellt und nach Hause und es war matschig und mit Sicherheit nur aufgewärmt worden. Nie wieder!!!!

Fast 30 Euro für 2 Menüs bezahlt und nicht mal das Aktionsprodukt erhalten. Der Mitarbeiter konnte nicht weiterhelfen und hat weder Reklamation noch Entschädigung angeboten. Burgerbrot war sehr trocken, die Pommes waren gut. Das war es auch. Schade.

2 Stunden Lieferzeit? Essen war kalt und falsch. Baconking ohne Bacon 😅 Bei den Gitterkartoffeln waren Pommes dabei.

Das ist im Umkreis dass BurgerKing Restaurant mit den längsten Wartezeiten. Egal ob im Restaurant oder am Drive-In Schalter. Obendrein ist jetzt am Drive-In Schalter die Sprechanlage defekt, so daß man seine Bestellung am Fenster aufgegeben muss, was die Wartezeit dann verdoppelt. Als ich nach dem Kassenbeleg fragte, der normalerweise immer dazu gehört, bekam ich als Antwort "Habe ich schon weggeworfen, finde ihn nicht mehr." Der ganze Laden sollte mal vernünftig strukturiert werden.

Essen war gut, Bedienung freundlich, das Restaurant sehr sauber.

Traurig was aus BK geeorden ist der Laden dreckig obwohl nichts los ist wischt keiner dir Tische ab, der Boden könnte auch mal gefegt werden. Bedingung versteht kaum Deutsch gibt zum Michshake ein Getränketrinkhalm. Die Cheespommes sind kalt der Chickenburger Pfurz trocken kein Salat drauf die Frau wollte nicht das ich mich beschwere. Ich hatte erst 2 andere BK so übel waren. Nie wieder

30 Minuten Wartezeit obwohl die ganze Filiale sowie der Drive leer sind.

Burger, Pommes und Getränke absolut in Ordnung (und vor allen Dingen warm ) für ein Fastfood-Restaurant. Zum Service kann man nicht viel sagen, weil man selbst bestellen und selbst abholen muss. Das Ambiente ist typisch für ein Burger King. Allerdings sind die Toiletten relativ sauber, was eine absoluter Pluspunkt ist.

Ganz normaler Burger King wie alle anderen Filialen auch. Alle Plant Based Produkte waren frisch zubereitet, warm und sehr lecker. Wir haben von unserer Seite aus nichts zu meckern.

Wenigstens ist es sauber... Einigermaßen. Gerne Stapeln sich die vollen Tablets auf den Tischen oder den Wagen dafür. Tische sehen gerne auch mal aus als hätte jemand ein Rittermahl veranstaltet. Der Eingangsbereich in dem sich dann auch die Terminals für die Bestellungen befinden ist extrem klein bemessen. Wenn man Glück hat lassen sich die Terminals auch bedienen ansonsten fummelt man sich einen zurecht. Am Personal merkt man oft auch die Stimmung, teilweise echt mürrisch und nicht sonderlich motiviert überhaupt mit Kunden zu kommunizieren. Zu guter letzt ist der "Parkplatz" dann noch die Krönung. Wenn es hochkommt können da maximal nur 15 Autos Parken.

Wenn man das dann vorsichtig anspricht, reagiert er sofort beleidigt oder wird sauer. Am Ende stellt er mich dann so dar, als wäre ich dumm, nur um von dem eigentlichen Problem abzulenken.“

Getränk mit recup bestellt (+2€ Pfand), Pappe bekommen. Darauf hingewiesen: "was machen wir jetzt?". Hätte mit Umfüllen oder Pfandauszahlung gerechnet. Stattdessen: Getränk in den Müll und neu gezapft. Und dann noch angemotzt worden, weil ich den Beleg nicht ausgedruckt, sondern am Handy habe (wie es der Automat vorschlägt). Wie ignorant kann man sein?! Manchmal lohnt es sich schon bei Ketten auf die Bewertung zu schauen, einer meiner schlechtesten BK-Erfahrungen. Käse natürlich auch labrig.

Burger und Pommes kalt, der ganze Laden scheint unbeheizt, da dauernd die Tür aufgeht, friert man sich einen ab. Bin bedient.

Das Essen war leider kalt und die Tische etc nicht gerade sauber. Es war generell ziemlich kühl im Restaurant. Was wirklich sauber war, waren die Toiletten.

Glaube bessere Francisenehmer als in Wesel, Burger waren super. Pommes heiß. Mitarbeiter sehr nett.

Also, das Burger King ist echt eine gute Anlaufstelle, wenn man Hunger hat. Die obere Etage bietet sogar extra Platz, falls es mal voll wird. Und das Beste? Die Turbinenhalle ist direkt daneben, perfekt für danach. Man kann also easy was essen und dann noch was unternehmen. Rundum eine coole Sache für einen entspannten Abend.

wie kann so ein großes Unternehmen mit Kunden so umgehen? Ihr solltet euch schämen, dass ihr mit Menschen so umgeht. Ihr habt mir und meinem Freund rohe Chicken Tenders verkauft, die sogar alt waren und das sogar bei einem Telefonat bestätigt wurde!!! und ich soll das einfach so hinnehmen? ekelhaft!

Wir mögen das Essen, gehen nur deshalb und selten hin. Positiv ist, dass es mittlerweile schneller geht, dank der Bestellterminals. Die Speisenauswahl wächst auch weiter. Blöd ist, dass man die Anzeigetafel fürs Abholen nicht von überall einsehen kann. Außerdem ist das ganze gemütlich wie eine Bahnhofsvorhalle, 0 Ambiente, nicht sehr sauber, die Tablettwagen sind fast immer voll, niemand macht sie leer. Toiletten sind grenzwertig. Also es ist wirklich nicht viel los gewesen und die ganze obere Etage war voll gemüllt. Fast jeder Tisch war voll mit dreckigen tablets. Unmöglich

Sehr unsauberer Eindruck, sowohl im Gastraum als auch insgesamt. Bei Barzahlung hieß es lediglich „kein Kleingeld“, konkret fehlte das Kupfergeld. Es gab weder eine Entschuldigung noch die Nachfrage, ob es in Ordnung sei, das Rückgeld nicht vollständig auszuzahlen. Stattdessen wurde einfach vorausgesetzt, dass das für den Kunden akzeptabel ist. In der Summe mag es nur Kleingeld sein, aber bei mehreren Kunden kommt so schnell ein netter Zusatzbetrag zusammen. Wirkt unprofessionell und hinterlässt kein gutes Gefühl.

Sehr Freundliche Mitarbeiter, frisches Essen und gute Plant-Based Auswahl.

Personal - Unterbesetzt, dreckig und überfüllte Mülleimer, Heizung gibt es anscheinend nicht. Es ist sehr kalt im Laden. Eigentlich ist das Essen ganz okay, aber es gibt hier nur noch lauwarme Burger und Pommes. War mein letzter Besuch hier

I have no idea what's wrong with the store clock or the staff at this particular branch, but it seems to be standard practice to turn away customers who arrive well before closing time. While this might be understandable in exceptional circumstances, it's unacceptable when it's the norm and the employees are clearly exploiting it with smug smiles and obvious disrespect. I think this is a case for the press.

The staff seemed very irritable and tense, I didn't like that at all.

We ordered the food 3 hours ago and it still hasn't arrived. When I spoke to the employee, he was rude, even though I was promised a 40-minute delivery time when I placed the order. Absolutely no reliability. A terrible restaurant, definitely not recommended.

It was more or less good, we paid huge amounts and still half of it was forgotten.

I've noticed several times that the sauces, like ketchup, always stick to my hand because the packaging is smeared with sauce. It seems to me that they're handing the packages from used trays to the next customers without even wiping them off. My next problem is the somewhat older lady with black hair. She's too loud for me, and whenever she's there, she interferes in everything, which is why my orders often arrive incorrectly. It also happened once that she charged me an extra euro for my "King of the Month" order just because I wanted a burger. She claimed that the burger had to be prepared especially for me. I found out that this was incorrect after I called the main branch.

The food arrived earlier than shown in the app, however, two items were missing from the order. I tried calling ten times, but no one answered, and Lieferando's website also says there's no way to contact them. It's simply embarrassing and speaks volumes about their poor management.

Endless waiting time. Even when it's empty. Always understaffed. The same thing every time. A 15-minute wait for two chicken burgers and a Coke.

We waited more than 15 minutes for two burgers. And they weren't even that tasty.

We ate there late last night with a large group. It wasn't very busy, but the staff were motivated, friendly, and helpful. The food arrived quickly and was very good. Thank you.

This place is seriously the absolute worst! There was only ONE car in front of me at the drive-thru, and not a single customer waiting at the counter inside. Despite that, you still have to wait at least 10 minutes from ordering to receiving your order. Then the employees finally understand my German. I ordered three Chicken Nugget Burgers and only got one! It's just sad that places like this still exist! If they worked at McDonald's, they'd be bankrupt. And you can really tell they don't care. The absolute worst place! I hope it closes down soon!

A nice, large Burger King location. Friendly staff who clearly enjoy their work. You can eat here at a great price using the app coupons. Even without the app, the King of the Month meals for €5.99 or individual burgers offer a quick and affordable meal. And if any problems do arise, the managers are always eager to find a good solution.

This Burger King has a good atmosphere, good staff, not too long a wait, and the food was good too. However, the fries got cold quickly. They had those cool paper crowns for kids, and we were lucky that it wasn't very busy. The stairs were sticky, but the view was good, and the restrooms were clean. I can definitely recommend it if you're in the area.

Before the event at the Turbine Hall, I quickly grabbed some junk food to fuel my various cold beers. Parking is available here, though not exactly encouraged. It's better than parking directly at the Turbine Hall, which usually gets very crowded during events. 😉

The floor was dirty, and the entire staircase was sticky on a Sunday afternoon, so not exactly prime time. Unfortunately, the mess continued in the toilet...

I waited 3 hours for delivery!! Called 10 times. Disaster.

We only used the drive-thru, mind you. The service was acceptable, even friendly. The food was delicious, as always, in my opinion. It's one of the few restaurants that hasn't forgotten anything when I've ordered from them so far.

Do what a fast-food restaurant should do. Food is okay. Place is clean. Everything is fine.

You have to wait for hours at the drive-thru for your food and then you can't even pay with a card - that's called fast food.

Such a long wait... 3 people in front of me, all 3 small orders, 35 minutes until it was my turn. Is that even possible? I've never experienced anything like that at BK! The restroom wasn't clean either.

Most of the coupons and promotions aren't available at this Burger King, so be prepared with backup orders. It's a bit disappointing not to have all the coupons when they've already drastically reduced prices across all Burger King locations. The food is okay, but the wait can be a bit tricky due to a lack of staff. The store is okay.

Worst visit I've ever had to Burger King. You order with the app, then you're told they're out of the product you want and you're fobbed off with another, cheaper product. You also order a coupon for the new cheese dip. After receiving the order, we're told that the cheese dip is out, and we have to understand that, but of course, everything is explained to the cashier in advance. Then you order a kids' menu, and upon receipt, you're told that there are no toys in stock. That wasn't even the end of it; the employees would rather have private conversations or snack in the kitchen than take care of paying customers. The terminals were also out of order, and when it got busier, an employee said we should turn them on. I believe these were meant to avoid too much work at once. The restrooms were clean where Solana was. I will write down my visit again and email it to the appropriate department.

I don't even know where to begin... Ambience: what an ambiance! Order terminals not working, tables dirty, floor sticky with every step. Staff: seemingly overwhelmed with 10 customers, 30-minute wait, the latest form of slow food, orders not complete. No change, Arguments with the 10 customers at the counter. A team leader who just ran around like a scared chicken. Once and never again.

After being fobbed off by the rather rude waitress, you sit down at one of the many dirty tables and bite into your cold burger and fries for €12. That pretty much sums up the experience.

Everything was fine. Preparation was very quick. Restrooms and the interior were clean. Thanks to vouchers (Burger King app), we didn't pay much.

I ordered plant-based and bit into it… lo and behold, real meat… I find that outrageous! Totally unacceptable in my opinion.

After a 5-minute drive to the food counter, the miracle happened: all the burgers had been swapped, there was no dip even though I had paid, and the fries were too salty. Furthermore, the burgers were unfortunately very cold... I would recommend that no one eat at this Burger King again. It's too much waste for the money and the food. We called 6 times, but no one answered. And our Lieferando order was also canceled. All on the same day and within 30 minutes.

Coke was warm and still, milkshake was completely warm, burger was dripping with grease, you can see how shiny it is in the picture...only the fries were okay.

Another incomplete order at the drive-thru – very disappointing! Unfortunately, you can't give 0 stars!! I ordered 6 burgers at the drive-thru, but only received 3 of them – that's absolutely unacceptable. This isn't the first time this has happened. You pay full price and only get half of your order. Of course, when you realize it at home, it's too late. I expect much more care from a large company like Burger King! But I went there in a case like this. They were really offended that we didn't check it immediately!! And such rude behavior for paying for food that you didn't get is the absolute worst!! You didn't even get an apology!!!!!! Simply awful!!!! Please train your staff better and check orders before they're handed out.

Disgusting!!! Dirty... wait times were way too long... wrong drink... sticky floor... tables not clean... tray carts overflowing... unfriendly staff... it couldn't be worse! And the place was empty.

Worst service I've ever experienced at Burger King! No hello, no bye, have a nice day... NOTHING! The store is dirty, and if you have a question for an employee, you're ignored. At some point, you're allowed to ask your question. The answer is "I don't know," and the employee just walks away, leaving you standing there.

This service is an absolute catastrophe. I drove to Burger King today to the drive-thru and ordered something there. I told the woman that I wanted ketchup with the fries that came with it and the employee wasn't even able to fulfill these instructions or fulfill the customer's request. I think that's really disgraceful. If the customer wants ketchup with the fries, then the customer wants ketchup with the fries and no mayo. If I carry on like this, no one will order from Burger King anymore. Hopefully, all Burger King restaurants will close by then. 🤬😡 I will complain in writing to head office about the poor customer service and poor order taking. I think this will be the last time I order something from the drive-thru at this Burger King. The employees are completely unable to fulfill the wishes of the customers this year by ordering something that took seconds and unfortunately they are not able to do that. I hope that no one orders from this Burger King restaurant anymore and that they go under. Nobody orders anymore and that this place is closing down.

We stopped briefly while passing through and got a burger, nuggets, and two shakes. An employee misread an item, but corrected it at the second window. The nuggets were hot. We didn't go inside.
