There was a dead wasp in my fries. When I called to report this, the employee simply hung up in the middle of the conversation. Absolutely rude. Burger King doesn't take hygiene seriously!

You have to wait for hours at the drive-thru for your food and then you can't even pay with a card - that's called fast food.

Simply horrible. You want to buy a quick snack at the drive-thru, but it takes half an hour, even though there are only two cars in front of you. Extremely slow staff. The food was good. But the wait is horrible.

Such a long wait... 3 people in front of me, all 3 small orders, 35 minutes until it was my turn. Is that even possible? I've never experienced anything like that at BK! The restroom wasn't clean either.

Tables should be cleaned more often.

Most of the coupons and promotions aren't available at this Burger King, so be prepared with backup orders. It's a bit disappointing not to have all the coupons when they've already drastically reduced prices across all Burger King locations. The food is okay, but the wait can be a bit tricky due to a lack of staff. The store is okay.

Worst visit I've ever had to Burger King. You order with the app, then you're told they're out of the product you want and you're fobbed off with another, cheaper product. You also order a coupon for the new cheese dip. After receiving the order, we're told that the cheese dip is out, and we have to understand that, but of course, everything is explained to the cashier in advance. Then you order a kids' menu, and upon receipt, you're told that there are no toys in stock. That wasn't even the end of it; the employees would rather have private conversations or snack in the kitchen than take care of paying customers. The terminals were also out of order, and when it got busier, an employee said we should turn them on. I believe these were meant to avoid too much work at once. The restrooms were clean where Solana was. I will write down my visit again and email it to the appropriate department.

I don't even know where to begin... Ambience: what an ambiance! Order terminals not working, tables dirty, floor sticky with every step. Staff: seemingly overwhelmed with 10 customers, 30-minute wait, the latest form of slow food, orders not complete. No change, Arguments with the 10 customers at the counter. A team leader who just ran around like a scared chicken. Once and never again.

After being fobbed off by the rather rude waitress, you sit down at one of the many dirty tables and bite into your cold burger and fries for €12. That pretty much sums up the experience.

Everything was fine. Preparation was very quick. Restrooms and the interior were clean. Thanks to vouchers (Burger King app), we didn't pay much.

I ordered plant-based and bit into it… lo and behold, real meat… I find that outrageous! Totally unacceptable in my opinion.

Another incomplete order at the drive-thru – very disappointing! Unfortunately, you can't give 0 stars!! I ordered 6 burgers at the drive-thru, but only received 3 of them – that's absolutely unacceptable. This isn't the first time this has happened. You pay full price and only get half of your order. Of course, when you realize it at home, it's too late. I expect much more care from a large company like Burger King! But I went there in a case like this. They were really offended that we didn't check it immediately!! And such rude behavior for paying for food that you didn't get is the absolute worst!! You didn't even get an apology!!!!!! Worst service I've ever experienced at Burger King! No hello, no bye, have a nice day... NOTHING! The store is dirty, and if you have a question for an employee, you're ignored. At some point, you're allowed to ask your question. The answer is "I don't know," and the employee just walks away, leaving you standing there.

This service is an absolute catastrophe. I drove to Burger King today to the drive-thru and ordered something there. I told the woman that I wanted ketchup with the fries that came with it and the employee wasn't even able to fulfill these instructions or fulfill the customer's request. I think that's really disgraceful. If the customer wants ketchup with the fries, then the customer wants ketchup with the fries and no mayo. If I carry on like this, no one will order from Burger King anymore. Hopefully, all Burger King restaurants will close by then. 🤬😡 I will complain in writing to head office about the poor customer service and poor order taking. I think this will be the last time I order something from the drive-thru at this Burger King. The employees are completely unable to fulfill the wishes of the customers this year by ordering something that took seconds and unfortunately they are not able to do that. I hope that no one orders from this Burger King restaurant anymore and that they go under. Nobody orders anymore and that this place is closing down.

We stopped briefly while passing through and got a burger, nuggets, and two shakes. An employee misread an item, but corrected it at the second window. The nuggets were hot. We didn't go inside.

The restaurant was clean and our food was ready quickly, even though it was already a bit busy. Unfortunately, the nugget burger only had two burgers instead of three, though I don't know if that's standard these days.

We ordered from Burger King Oberhausen Mülheimerste. We waited over two hours. Even though the app said "almost there" [was] on your phone, we couldn't reach anyone. The burgers were completely squashed, as if something was written on them. Two burgers were missing completely. Sorry, but it was a complete disaster. P.S.: Unfortunately, I have to give it one star otherwise.

I ordered via Lieferando and was told there would be a wait time of about 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, the friendly employee was at my door. The food was still warm, too warm considering the 30+ degrees outside, so I had to wait to eat it. :D Thank you! :)

I like to eat there, the staff are (mostly) friendly when it is not too busy, I rarely get cold food

EVERY TIME!! Vomiting and stomach upset after this Burger King visit! Months always go by before we decide to get something from Burger King again, and we regret it EVERY TIME! People - DON'T DO IT! PLUS, I think it's the slowest Burger King fast food chain there is.

Unfortunately, you can't give this restaurant 0 stars. Aside from the fact that the waiting times at this restaurant are always ridiculous and the food is always cold, the interior today was in a disgusting state. After complaining about the food because the fries and burgers were cold, we sat upstairs. ALL the tables were dirty; there was even trash stuck to the walls. You couldn't return tablets because they were full. No wonder there are ants crawling there in this filth. Simply disgusting, just like the restrooms, which you can't use.

A very cold and dreary atmosphere. Nothing really going on. It's deserted. The furniture and chairs are like they were 20 years ago. Everything is very uncomfortable and cold.

A great place where you can sit downstairs or upstairs. There's not much service except at the cash register, and the atmosphere is quite good with the large windows.

This store is run by unfriendly employees. Ask a question and you get irritated answers, and they pay absolutely no attention to the customer. The food was carelessly slapped together, you got 2 napkins for 2 burgers with fries and 2 snacks, you couldn't get one, the dispensers were empty and full of germs. The food was prepared quite quickly and the restaurant was empty when we arrived. A burger was too cold, the bun wasn't really warm and the cheese wasn't melted. The table and the seating area were dirty, the glass elements around the seating area were so dirty that we were shaking. The location is dilapidated and some of the inventory is very worn out. Cobwebs hang from the ceiling, the last coat of paint seems to have been a long time ago, paint is peeling from the ceiling. The fact that door leaves in the hygiene sector should be cleaned regularly is apparently unknown there. Actually everything was dirty and uninviting. The employees seemed unambitious. There was an accident vehicle in the parking lot and the outside area looked unkempt. No umbrella outside, the chairs are falling apart. Overall, I wouldn't want to go back, things are much better. You get the feeling that people there hate their job and would rather not be there. Too bad.

The food was delicious as always, but it was catastrophic how loud it was there. It felt like a children's birthday party was being held upstairs. There are some nice workers working there, but I still waited half an hour for my food on March 13th, 2025. There are 3 employees in the restaurant, which is far too little. And the maintenance of the restaurant, you don't want to talk about it.

Unfriendly staff and catastrophic service! I have never had such a bad experience at Burger King. When I politely asked when my food would be ready after waiting 20 minutes (with drive in, the number of visitors at that time wasn't even double digits), I was shouted at by an extremely unfriendly employee - in front of all the guests! Everyone was staring at me, it was just embarrassing and uncomfortable. When I asked for the employee number, I was completely ignored. No answer, no interest, just ignorance! Instead of giving me clear information. Nobody bothered to give me a reasonable answer. That's not how you treat customers! I definitely won't eat here again. Absolutely disappointing! I have a photo of the MA if the tenant is interested.

I have rarely seen such slow working staff in a Burger King branch. If you would like to buy some fast food here, please bring some time. But the food was good so far.

Basically you can recommend the restaurant. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the tables is not that good. But it's also due to the people who sat there before.

Oh well. Stop at Burger King. Not much going on. Ordered at the terminal. While waiting, young people were approached in a harsh tone by the lady behind the counter. The reason was probably a supposedly wrong drink. He probably chose wrong. But the lady's tone didn't work at all. The garbage dump is just scary. Nothing was cleared away in around 30 minutes on site. And as written. Not much going on at 8pm. Disgusting.

Not worth a star. Don't order there. Food wasn't delivered. We waited 2 hours, then, according to Lieferando, the message came that the food had been delivered an hour ago.

There were 6 cars in front of us in the drive. Arrived at 11:20 p.m. on 12/30/24 and set off with an order at 12:28 a.m. on 12/31/24. 1 hour and 8 minutes in the drive for 7 cars (including us). At 11:51 p.m. we were at the drive order counter/loudspeaker. We were able to order at 11:58 p.m. Nobody spoke before. After ordering, we were able to drive straight through to the window. We then paid at 12:08 a.m. and were then asked to drive a little ahead, the “order” takes a while. The order was a menu with Cola, fries, BigKing XXL, long chicken and a hot brownie with ice cream. (We received a drink and hot brownie directly when we paid) We then waited another 20 minutes behind the serving window to eat the menu (fries and the 2 burgers). I was about to get out and ask where the food was when the cashier came out with the food. We stood in the drive at BurgerKing for a total of 1 hour and 08 minutes. From ordering on the intercom to receiving the order takes 30 minutes. Waiting time at the intercom for the order to be accepted was 6 minutes. After paying and receiving the drink and the hot brownie, we waited another 20 minutes until we received one of the fries and the two burgers. At least 2 other cars behind us were also waiting for your order in the extra waiting area. That doesn't work at all!!! It may take a little longer, but not that outrageously long. Especially not 30 minutes from ordering to receiving the food. This is called a fast food restaurant? It would probably have been a few minutes faster in a normal restaurant. An apology only came after I spoke to the gentleman when the food was handed over, that was nothing else. Furthermore, the employees were disorganized. Everyone stands in one place in the store. Instead of doing the billing and handing out drinks, everyone waits at the serving hatch from the kitchen to the front. Furthermore, everyone was wearing street clothes and one person in the kitchen was wearing a leather jacket, except for a gentleman at the counter in the shop (cappy on) and a lady from the kitchen (T-shirt from Burger King). A no-go. You would have thought the employees were just normal customers. Then I went to McDonalds in Drive. At 12:10 a.m. on 12/31/24 there were 4 cars in front of us in the drive and we were finished at 12:15 a.m. (order 1 menu + 2 extra burgers). We had told the gentleman from McDonalds (shift manager?!?) about our recent experience at Burger King and he kindly "accidentally" gave us 2 milk shakes too many, we think out of pity. So we give Burger King a wide berth, especially the two branches in Oberhausen. This experience happened 100% like that. Burger King, or rather this branch, should be ashamed.

We went to Burger King on a Tuesday. There were about 10 people in the restaurant, four of them behind the counter. I don't have the slightest idea why Burger King is considered a fast food restaurant. This BK is the lamest I've ever experienced. While we waited for our order, we seriously considered using a pizza service to help us transition. However, my friend didn't feel like pizza. (He is sometimes a bit inflexible and stubborn.) While we were waiting, we noticed that there was a fairly large puddle of cola in front of the counter. We pointed out twice that someone could slip. No reaction. It probably only gets interesting when someone with a tablet does a freestyle at the bar.

The store itself doesn't look that good. Unfortunately, service takes a while, but the food is well prepared.

The food is just as usual, but the service is terrible. The staff almost fell asleep at work and we had to wait for almost half an hour because the mechanics of a cash register were jammed and the person in charge preferred to "tinker" with it for an incredibly long time instead of opening another cash register, which he ultimately had to do anyway. The rightly growing impatience of the customers was consistently ignored. Not a word of regret. You had the feeling that you were disturbing the cozy craft activity with your purchase intention and were treated accordingly unfriendly. I'd rather go to the competition across the street. Unfortunately the entire restaurant was cold. All customers sat wearing thick jackets, even the employees. I strongly suspect that the heating was broken when I visited. Then I ate in the car even though I wanted to eat in the restaurant.

I don't know why, I think it was the lack of temperature, but the cheese on my burger didn't melt. The cheese on my burger was processed cheese... This has really never happened to me before. This was by far the most disgusting visit I have ever had to Burger King.

After a long time I treated myself to a plant based Whopper. Unfortunately this time it was absolutely tasteless. I couldn't even taste the typical grilled taste. Should this be the new fluffy recipe??? I was super disappointed. Also that although there was a lot of staff there on Saturday, none of them had to wear gloves. Not even the kitchen staff. I was alone in the drive-thru at 2 p.m. on a Sunday and had to wait 15 minutes to even be able to order. Now I'm waiting another 15 minutes for the order...

Typical of a fast food shop, here you can take away or eat in quickly. The cleanliness is a 4 out of 5, although the employees regularly go through and clean. This could also be due to the customers. Unfortunately, friendly service is only 4 out of 5 points. The later the evening, the less attention is paid to friendliness. But to be honest, I don't care because I just want to eat burgers and can't enjoy the great service like in a 3 star restaurant. The food has always been good so far. The speed at the drive in is quite good so far. It takes a little longer on the weekend but it's good overall.
