The long chili cheese burgers were okay. The fries with the chili cheese sauce didn't work at all. You couldn't taste the cheese at all because the chilies were way too acidic and the fries were not only not in the deep fryer long enough, but also extremely mushy due to the liquid in the sauce. :-( The service was okay and the order was ready quickly. The ambience was so-so, some tables had not been wiped after the last guests and it was unpleasantly loud.

Disaster. Waited 20 minutes for a burger. After escalation at the checkout, it was delivered after another 10 minutes. Asked for redress, received none. Incredible store. Never again!

As always, you order in the drive where you wait for 20 minutes even though there is only one car in front of you which is unbearable, unpack something at home that does NOT correspond to the order. I'm not even talking about the missing mayo anymore. That's standard that it's missing even though you ordered twice in the Hope there is at least one in there 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 like 90% of the time this branch is a disaster

Wrong burgers, long waiting times, not enough employees. The owner fills his pockets and the poor, few employees have to work hard. The store is a major disaster.

Went there and wanted to order something at the ordering machine, the floor there was sticky and black. Then we waited a long time for our order. We ate two burgers in the meantime until our friends' orders were ready. We then put our trash on the tray cart since there are no trash cans in this store. The employee then complains to us that we should throw our garbage and the garbage can in the front area. We didn't look anywhere and there wasn't a trash can! Then we wanted to go out, the employee shouted something after us and then we went back in and discussed with him that we were so polite and wanted to throw away the garbage. Then we pointed out to him that we don't get anything dirty and that he should clean the tables and floor. He says that he is not responsible for the cleanliness. And he won't clean anything in this store.

Whoever is responsible for the roster or workforce. Hire more people and relieve the burden on the employees you have. Drive in is a disaster. But that's not the fault of the people who already have to do 5 positions at the same time. Respect to the people for staying so cool at the counter.

I ordered food from BK today at 8 p.m. that was supposed to be there at 9 p.m., now I'm still sitting at 11:47 p.m. waiting for the food to be delivered that I've already paid for. We do not take back reusable cups (recups) that were issued by another BK branch. When referring to the regulations for Recup, the restaurant management became unfriendly.

I waited a full 25 minutes for the Whopper I ordered from the machine. I mean, it's not like we're in a fancy restaurant here. This is fast food, quick in, quick out. The burger itself was nothing either. The bun is matchy, the ingredients are just thrown together somehow. It's the worst branch I've seen so far.

The visit was an absolute disaster. The lack of motivation or willingness to work was clearly visible on the faces of the employees, so the food took forever even though business was normal. Then the wrong things were released, for example plant-based nuggets instead of normal ones. Burgers were absolutely cold and the sauces included in the menu were not given out. Fries were also cold and old. It's a shame we won't be visiting this BurgerKing anymore.

Overwhelmed with the number of guests

The employees work incredibly slowly. The store was crowded and they had locked the top floor. The woman who takes orders at the drive-thru screamed so loudly that she could be heard all the way to the parking lot. Plus my Bruger roll was wet?!! Therefore only one star (:(

All in all, like every other Burger King, but with only two employees working in the kitchen and one in sales around 6:30 p.m., it is perhaps a little understaffed considering the proximity to an event location. But still friendly... you just need a lot of time...

I was in this store today and ordered fries and a King Selection. The waiting time was 20 minutes and when I saw that they weren't using gloves I asked "Where are the gloves?" We were there today at 4:03 p.m. and ordered three menus. We had to wait a whopping 24 minutes for this. This is not acceptable! And since the introduction of ordering terminals, people have been waiting longer for their orders anyway.

It has to be something, whether it's the poor pay, the super-rich are putting everything into their pockets and we're suffering and or it's the people who are struggling to get to work... these fast food shops used to do really well, which is useful switch it to digital when people are making us burgers and it doesn't work... the basic principle should be in tact before modernizing! I'm not going to buy a Porsche if I can't even ride a bike, right?

You can't wait almost 20 minutes for a Coke and a Whopper. The cola then has no taste and the Whopper is just cold and the sauces run down the sides. A colleague was given a completely wrong order. Rarely have I experienced such an incompetent Burger King.

Not recommended, employees may have soles on their shoes while walking. The staff does not speak the language. The waiting time for a menu is approximately one hour.

Totally understaffed, 15 people have been standing here waiting for 20 minutes. The colleague behind the counter is doing his best but it's taking an incredibly long time. Store is dirty. I don't understand why they couldn't hand me the order. Instead, the orders were processed chronologically. To cancel the order I should have filled out a form and then waited 10 days for my money. Sorry, the employee can't do anything about it, but it was really bad here. Make sure you have enough staff!

Unfriendly, dirty and drive takes at least 30 minutes. Chronically no bread left on Friday evening. Better to avoid. Ideal compared to McDonald’s.

Voll, lange Bestellzeit und noch längere Wartezeit, Personal entweder total überfordert oder aber unterbesetzt, wir wissen es nicht. Burger lau warm, Fritten heiß. Der Whopper von meinem Mann war kalt. Da haben wir in so ziemlich jeder anderen Filiale bessere Erfahrungen gemacht.

Ein Burger King wie man ihn kennt. Das Essen sollte jedem bekannt sein. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Und das Restaurant allgemein würde ich als sauber bezeichnen. Es ist dort sehr geräumig da das Restaurant über 2 Etagen verfügt.

Langsame Zubereitung,das Essen war eher durchschnittlich

Sucht euch bitte Mitarbeiter ich stehe seit einer halben Stunde im Drive und habe Spaß mit dem Typ hinter mir der seine katzenaugen hoch und runter macht von seinem Auto ansonsten ist da eine richtig hübsche blonde Mitarbeiterin

Ich denk immer wenn an einem Ort, so viel essen umgesetzt wird. Müsste es eigentlich maximal frisch sein leider nicht der Fall war genießbar aber kein King... Ansonsten der Service ist noch das beste am Laden

Ich finde es nicht gut, daß man sich in Oberhausen beim Getränk nicht selbst bedienen kann. Ich war im Schwarzwald (Freudenstadt) bei BK, dort kann man sich die Cola selbst holen und auch weiter Auffüllen. Ist das auch Diskriminierung? Die Läden waren sehr leer.

Junge hat das gedauert noch nie so lange bei BK gewartet 😕

Elendig lange Wartezeit bis das Essen fertig war, war das erste Mal wieder da seit man am Terminal bestellt.

Ich muss den heutigen Schichtführer defintiv einfach mal loben. Sonst wenn wir aufs Essen warten mussten, kam keine Benachrichtigung, diesmal wurden wir angerufen uns wurde die Situation erklärt und somit konnten wir auch Verständniss entgegenbringen. Nur sprechenden Menschen kann man helfen. Das muss ich einfach mal loben! Weiter so, das ist Kundenfreundlichkeit!

Ich hatte vor kurzem das Vergnügen, die Burger King Filiale zu besuchen, und ich war sehr zufrieden mit meiner Erfahrung. Obwohl der Laden nicht überfüllt war, herrschte eine angenehme Atmosphäre, die mich sofort willkommen fühlte. Besonders möchte ich einen dunkelhäutigen Mitarbeiter hervorheben, der äußerst nett und zuvorkommend war. Er sorgte dafür, dass meine Bestellung schnell bearbeitet wurde und beantwortete geduldig alle Fragen, die ich hatte. Seine Freundlichkeit hat meine Erfahrung wirklich bereichert.

Musste Heute (05.08.2023 - um ca. 15:30 Uhr) mehrere Minuten an der leeren Kasse warten bis endlich ein Mitarbeiter kam. Anschließend musste ich 24min auf mein Essen warten, nicht weil es noch nicht fertig zubereitet war. Sondern weil die zwei armen Mitarbeiter unterbesetzt sind. Essen war in gewohnter guter Qualität, sauber war es auch! Der Parkplatz ist recht eng und allgemein nicht sehr groß.

Das Personal war nett, aber überfordert. Oder gerade in der Einarbeitung. Toilette war sauber. Von der Cola mussten wir uns fast übergeben, eine Mischung aus Cola, Aschenbecher und schimmel trifft es am besten. Die Cola wurde aber anstandslos gegen eine Flasche Wasser getauscht. Irgendwas war mit den Leitungen und das wäre nicht bedenklich. In dem Fall würde ich keine Getränke verkaufen oder wenigstens den Kunden sagen, dass die anders schmecken als sonst. An meinem Burger waren irgendwelche pappreste mit Schrift drauf. Salat etc knackte frisch.

Zu lange Wartezeiten… Essen war immerhin frisch.
