Disaster, I've never been to a McDonalds so dirty and disorganized. There wasn't much going on, but you still have to wait over 50 minutes!!! waiting for his food. When you ask (what you do after this time) you only get annoyed answers. I'm surprised that the store is holding up like this. Once and never again!!

Every time it's the same, something is always missing from the order & today it gave me the last bit to write this review. Paid 33 euros, in the end the nasty surprise at home...everything in the bags was wrong. 3 cheeseburgers that had special wishes with stickers, 2 fries & chicken burgers. Although a lot more and completely different things were ordered. I will never visit this restaurant again

This McDonalds is definitely not recommended - no planning or structure in the processes. Table service orders are simply ignored and not processed. The order of numbers is not followed - everyone just does what they like about the order. There is no teamwork! Everyone completes their order alone or simply takes the burgers/fries etc. down from the tray for their colleagues. Really poorly staffed and personnel planning needs significant optimization in terms of German and English language as well as in the process planning of what needs to be done and when. Today we had to wait 50(!) minutes for our order. Some of the burgers and fries were cold. A refund was refused because the order was no longer in the system after the first request due to the half hour wait. The Happy Meal book was rejected at the first attempt, but we would have gotten something. We just didn't want a toy - when we asked the branch manager what the problem was with exchanging it, we were told: "It's too much work to get them out of the warehouse now." I wouldn't recommend visiting here!!!!

Little Mc, I can't say anything about the atmosphere, we were alone. Excellent food and friendly staff. So you can feel free to drop by there to grab a bite to eat or pick it up.

Ordered there three times recently and only received the food I ordered once. Order via Wolt was first postponed, then canceled by McDonald's, for which I waited about an hour. I'm not one for swearing, but what a bastard McDonalds this is. As a Dutch person you are severely discriminated against here. Consciously, 6 items are 'forgotten', after indicating this they said they would correct it. In the end I am still missing 2 items. Either these people are bad guys or just super unprofessional. If you plan to eat here, don't speak Dutch or English, otherwise everything will go wrong and yes, don't order a large, unless you are German. I hope this McDonalds goes bankrupt soon.

The dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. There was food leftovers everywhere on the floor, on the tables and benches. The table was only cleaned after request. I saved myself from going to the toilet after taking a quick look at the location. I don't even want to imagine what the kitchen looks like!

A McDonald's like any other BUT I've never seen a McDonald's so clean. The lady was constantly cleaning the tables, disposing of the garbage or cleaning. Really big compliments to the lady.

Everything seemed to be going wrong today. Cash register systems are down. BUT: the service employee (I think her name is Ms. Bakir) has neither lost the overview nor her friendliness. She took all orders professionally, especially those who had to come to the restaurant upset because the drive-thru wasn't working, worked quickly and even responded to special requests (in my case: chai latte). Thank you Ms. Bekir, that was far too competent for a fast food restaurant.

McDonald's with not enough parking spaces

Ohweh, wie schrecklich... Ich weiß nicht woran es gelegen hat, Ob es die Nähe zur Turbinenhalle war (Eventlocation) oder einfach nur zu wenig Personal da war... Auf dem Herren WC liefen beide urinal fast über,das Klo lief ab, dafür kein Klopapier, leider zu spät bemerkt und schon war die erste Katastrophe perfekt, danach im Kundenbereich einen nicht zugemüllten Tisch gesucht (OK, sauber mache msste man den dann auch selber) und über die App einen Kaffee an den Tisch bestellt... (Bedienung Kasse wollte lieber die Kunden an Automaten etc vertreiben)... Auf diesen habe ich dann 20 Minuten gewartet, also dann auf zur Theke und gefragt... "Wir haben sie mehrfach aufgerufen und den Kaffee eben weggeschüttet... Wir machen ihnen einen neuen...) Den konnte man zwar in guter alter MCD. Quality dann auch trinken, alles in allem fand ich diesen Abend dort aber alles andere als toll... Leider...

McDonalds in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Turbinenhalle in Oberhausen. Daher sehr gut besucht in den Stunden vor einer Veranstaltung. Mit Tischservice, allerdings war das Obergeschoss geschlossen, so dass die Sitzplätze im Erdgeschoss fast komplett belegt waren.

Ich hab vorhin veraucht über MC DRIVE was zu bestellen ungelegon über 5 Minuten hab an der Schalter gestanden kein Bild kein Ton !! Dann fahre ich rüber mit der Hoffnung villeicht bestell ich am Fenster.. da kam jmnd und LÜGT !!! dass ich dort garnicht gestanden hab..NIE WIEDER !! Hier ein Stern den ich geben muss geht nicht auf Service !!

Got a quick bite here because I was hungry but wished I went somewhere else. Service is bad (they're just screaming through the place when your food is ready) There are no straws for your drinks, there are no trays. They just stuff everything in a bag and you can sort it our yourself. No decent trash bins so people are just placing their trash everywhere.

Essen und Ambiente an sich ganz OK aber die Klos sind komplett unterirdisch. Riechen unangenehm, kaum gepflegt und und auch einfach nicht wirklich schön, man fühlt sich wie in einer Muffigen Abstellkammer.

Wie es so bei MC ist... halt Schnellrestaurant. Aber was die Sauberkeit des Gästebereich und die Sanitäranlagen angeht, war es sehr schmutzig. Die Tische klebten und Essenreste lagen auf den Tischen und dem Boden. Vom WC möchte ich gar nicht erst reden. Da muss allgemein im Haus etwas passieren und mehr drauf geachtet werden.

McDonald's. Was soll man sagen. Überall auf der Welt die gleichen Burger und der gleiche Geschmack. Über diesen lässt sich ja bekanntlich nicht streiten. Nicht gesund aber wenn man mal unterwegs oder in unbekanntem Terrain ist, weiss man immer wo man hingehen kann. Wie gesagt schmeckt überall auf der Welt gleich.
