Everything as usual. Unfortunately, I fell for it again.

I was at McDonald's today and was sadly disappointed: The Big Tasty only had three half-strips of bacon and didn't taste good, the wrap had hardly any sauce and was therefore very dry, the McFlurry wasn't even half full, and the fries were cold. I expected significantly better quality for the money.

The restroom door won't lock, a fundamental problem that's obviously been ignored here for a while. Instead of checking on-site conditions, the management or the boss seems to prefer to get lost in some numbers and systems rather than taking responsibility for their own restaurant. Please have a repair service come over and stop getting lost in the bottom line. PS: The staff were impeccable and the food was good.

The food is good. Only the drinks are extremely watered down. Even the milkshakes contain ice cubes, which is unacceptable.

I can't recommend it. Absolutely filthy, the staff completely overwhelmed, three mistakes in one order: wrong sauces, wrong burgers, and an allergy-related special request that wasn't accommodated. The place is a disaster.

This is by far the filthiest McDonald's I've ever seen! Food all over the floor. Spilled drinks. There was even food in the kids' slide. Trash cans overflowing. The restrooms stink of urine. I'm sorry, but this McDonald's is completely incompetent. We ordered a matcha latte and got a coffee. Then we tried to complain, and the staff claimed it was matcha. After much discussion, they made a matcha. Simply outrageous.

I was there last night. The value for money at McDonald's is generally mediocre these days. However, you should be able to expect clean tables and functioning restrooms. In the men's section, both of the stand-up basins were broken, and the soap dispenser was empty or also broken. The restroom was generally very dirty. The food took almost half an hour for some of my group to arrive, and some of it was even delivered incorrectly. The staff seemed rather annoyed when I complained. It's a shame – the restaurant was much better a few years ago.

Unfortunately, I can't say anything positive about this restaurant either. The wait at the drive-up was unimaginably long (with 10 other cars), a service window that's been broken for months, the order was incomplete and incorrect, and the employees were completely overwhelmed. We ordered a McRib without a pickle, but we got one without sauce. Mayo was missing from all the fries, and the sauce was missing from the nuggets as well. As compensation, they offered to replace the missing items for free on my next visit. Yes, thank you very much, but what am I supposed to do with mayo, sweet and sour sauce, and especially the McRib sauce (alone??)? Such incidents have unfortunately become a habit, so that's it for me.

We order a family package for €30 with four burgers, fries, and nuggets. And we get four ice creams and one donut. It's amazing that you, such a large corporation, aren't embarrassed by this.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. There was hair in a burger and a coffee. The waitress seemed to be on mind-altering substances. There was ash and dirt on the benches and tables. Both squat toilets were broken, and the only sit-down toilet was full of feces. The fact that there was no soap didn't help the situation. The patties were very large, but they didn't taste good at all. The women's restrooms apparently weren't any better, so we switched to the accessible restroom. P.S. At least we got a replacement for the burger and the coffee with the hair in it. Despite the residual alcohol after Parookaville, this wasn't a pleasant experience, and we'll be heading to a different McDonald's next year. You'll have to decide for yourself.

I've never experienced a McDonald's like this before. If one could give zero stars, that would be even more appropriate. Completely intrusive, far too loud music when you walk in. You wait ages for your breakfast order, only to get a croissant for the kids that's so tough it looks like it's from the day before yesterday. There are no cutlery for spreading Nutella. The staff are completely unfriendly and incompetent. When asked for a high chair, they just stare incomprehensibly. The place was a complete disaster. Everyone was overwhelmed. We waited 30 minutes for two drinks in the drive-thru, then they canceled one for no reason. Keep driving if you're thinking about stopping here.

The portions were filling and the prices reasonable, but I was disappointed that they didn't offer onion rings or cheese sticks. It was a great way to unwind after a swim. Thanks, McDonald's.

Saturday morning, 4:00 a.m. Very busy because of the disco, but the McDrive still waited 40 minutes from "just a moment please" until all the vehicles had backed out. This has happened often and is unacceptable.

The food is just standard fare. I thought it was a shame that the apples weren't available for children. I also think it would be great if the tables and chairs were wiped down more often. Otherwise, the branch is fine. Nice and small.

I travel a lot and have seen some good and bad McDonald's restaurants. But this McDonald's restaurant today tops everything I've seen so far. It starts outside in the parking lot, which is unfortunately completely littered. It's not a pretty sight and shouldn't look that way. Unfortunately, it wasn't particularly tidy inside either. The fish burger came back to me for a total of two hours before my body took pity and threw it up. After that, I felt much better. I really enjoy eating a fish burger, but I think today was the last time. I can't imagine McDonald's would want such poor standards and such poor quality of products and environment. Dear manager, there's still a lot of room for improvement, and I simply hope you retrain your kitchen and service staff. Otherwise, sooner or later, you'll lose customers.

Very disappointing – paid twice but didn't get everything I've ordered twice now from the drive-thru at this McDonald's branch – and both times, something was missing from the bag. No one seems to check if the order is complete. You pay the full price, but you don't get what you ordered. We were there around 11 p.m. on Sunday. The outside area was absolutely disgusting. We would have preferred to sit outside. All the tables were filthy, with fries and leftovers all over the floor. The drinks were almost just water; you couldn't really taste the other ingredients. The crispy chicken wasn't crispy and the chicken was very soft. The cheeseburger was very inedible. I was there today... I ordered an iced tea in a reusable cup WITHOUT ice. I got a disposable cup – they changed it immediately when I mentioned it, but the reusable cup was extremely dirty inside and out, plus it had ice cubes in it and there was no lid. On April 28th I went to McDonald's at 9:15 a.m. and had an unacceptable experience. The toilets were in an unacceptable condition: the toilet seat was completely dirty, there was paper and dirt on the floor. The restaurant area was equally unkempt - the floor was sticky, tables were dirty and the overall impression was extremely dirty and disgusting. In addition, there was completely inappropriate behavior from one of the employees: he followed us to the toilet and sent my partner out. It would have been completely sufficient if he had waited outside the door. This behavior was invasive, disrespectful and completely out of place. As if that wasn't enough, it took all of 25 minutes for us to receive our order. There can be no talk of “fast food” here. Such a poor experience - both in terms of cleanliness, service and waiting time - is simply shameful and will have consequences for my future restaurant choices.

Unfortunately the quality isn't getting better, but in my opinion it's decreasing. The fries are just soft and not hot and in general the food I have ordered so far is not worth the money.

What actually happened here? I'm not from here, but because of the locations in the area you always end up here and have known the branch for many years. You order at the self-service counter and wait for ages. You can safely leave out the screen that says it's being prepared/ready for collection, it will print everything as ready pretty quickly anyway, even if you can wait another 5 minutes+. If it takes too long you should listen. Recently a receipt was obviously lost because it was only "found" when asked. But no reason to lie to the customer and say it will take a moment. In total it was almost a quarter of an hour. The store now seems constantly dirty, but you can't see anyone in the store because the employees behind the counter are already overwhelmed. The seating area upstairs is almost always closed, even if the shop downstairs is full. You can generally pick it up yourself, because if you choose table service, no one here will care. The signs at the self-service counters are always missing and if you choose service anyway, you will notice later when the people at the counter call your number through the store (it will have long since disappeared from the screen)... And now there are errors in orders. Sometimes the products are not the way you know them or you simply have different drinks (e.g. I order a Diet Coke and get an iced tea). At least the food is always hot since everything seems to come fresh from the kitchen. I hope that things will change for the better here in the future, because that's how it normally is and you wouldn't drive there again...

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Been back for a long time, got 5 items: drink, fries, double chili cheese, McRib and an ice cream. 2 out of 5 products were defective. Wrong and cold burger, fries without salt. A 40% reject rate is really bad. Of course I only noticed it at home. I also ate there again, I really like the taste of the food but the prices are so high these days. I also know that McD is not solely responsible for this, but you really can't afford that often.

Well, it's a McDonalds, you know what to expect in terms of food, nothing spectacular or anything. The inside is a pretty neat location, it is cleaned regularly and there are plenty of seats.

The ice cream machine for Mac Flurry, milkshakes and more was unfortunately broken on December 30th, 2019 in Oberhausen, Mülheimer Straße. That can always happen. When I asked if they could give me a free cinnamon cake instead, the answer was no?! You have to accept it. But otherwise: this branch was pretty well structured that evening.

So this stay was really wild. First of all, you had to wait at least 15 minutes before you could pay for your order in cash at the counter because the store was simply overcrowded. There were far too few staff. The staff was also visibly stressed to the maximum. Then another 15 minutes were added to prepare the order. When we arrived at the table, the "M" burger had slipped and a slice of cheese was lying loose in the packaging. But since we had already waited a good 30 minutes beforehand, complaining wasn't an option for me. The ambience on the upper floor is a 5/5. Very stylish and cozy.

To be honest, I come in there and all I see is oily eyes and incompetent staff who don't even serve you at the checkout, every staff member looks at me but keeps walking past and doing something else. Everyone is overwhelmed and not cut out for the job. Anyway, it's a joke that they have completely closed the upper dining area since Corna was there and haven't reopened it, probably because they don't feel like working. I'm surprised how the store can still survive.

We weren't served here after 7 minutes at the drive in (first the only car, then the first of several cars). I then drove up to see what was going on and was then told to order at the order counter (where we waited 7 minutes). This was pointed out to us and we were told that the guy in charge had done something else and is now back, we have to get in line again.

Ordered Diet Coke today, January 12, 2025. It tasted extremely like mold, maybe clean the system. It ended up straight in the trash can. Found in bigmac nugget, strange. Sometimes the meat (beef) has some kind of spice on it (super tasty). Sometimes without, mmhhh.

Hello dear management or branch management, on December 30th. I was in the branch in the evening. What I found out was that there were only male employees there and there was a young lady working there who was cleaning the whole time. I can't comment on the division of work, I don't know it and it's not important in this case either. The male employees are also good employees, they actually work quickly and are friendly. The problem is the constellation of employees. When these male employees work together, mutual sympathies are so high that they call each other like big brother is called in Turkish. As a result, the employees' euphoria grows so strong that they even start giving the lady inappropriate comments and looks out of whim. You shouldn't blame the employees, because it's due to the wrong employee planning by the final management. The employees haven't just been there since yesterday and things like this have to be regulated by management. When I'm at it, I don't even go to the McDonald's at Aqua Park anymore, because when the branch is full I ride my e-bike through the drive. It's allowed at one branch and not at the other, it all depends. whether I am likeable in the eyes of the management or not. It said only vehicles with motors, ok I have a bike with a motor????? None of this is possible - the old saying that the customer is king has been forgotten and the employees themselves decide how the customer is treated. Since I didn't have a lock that day, I would have expected a solution from the management (as a regular customer) and next time I would have accepted the branch management's rule, but not like that. If you would like, I can take over the management of both branches in order to get back on track so that in the future I can again have the feeling that I, as a customer, come first. But with this working concept everyone sets their own rules, that doesn't work. Best regards

The night I ate at this place with my friends and said some very entertaining jokes, I was thrown into some sort of fight club setting behind the scenes and received a few painful blows. It's ok if you can ignore rats in your food :)

You don't expect too much when you go to McDonald's, but a certain level of cleanliness, just a little bit, kind of. The shop was empty, there were 6 other people there next to us and 20 of the 25 tables were full of rubbish, but the tray trolleys were also overfilled, so even if you wanted to, you couldn't put anything there. There was an old apple kitche on a table and the floor was littered with old chips and nuggets.

Actually a normal McDonald's restaurant. So far I've been happy here too. But not today. I was there with my two grandchildren. The restaurant wasn't exactly clean today. The tables were not cleaned. The crumbs from our predecessors were still there. Not just on our table. We had a menu and two happy meals. When we wanted to eat at the table, a drink was missing. Then the children looked for their ketchup and mayonnaise. These were also missing from my menu. Complained again and picked it up. For this day I can say we got the missing things.

Update 12/18/24 Nuggets max. lukewarm, which makes the breading sticky. Fries are a bit older. Burger okay - seems to lack BBQ sauce, the McRib is dry. Instead of the apple turnover there was a chocolate... that was nothing at all. As a corporate you were good at the location. Not anymore. To be honest, a 25 minute wait at the drive is too long. Then wait another 5 to 10 minutes until the order came, out of 20 nuggets more than half were old and at most lukewarm. That was nothing, unfortunately everything else in the area was already closed.

I never recommend someone to order there, they don't understand a single word and send you away because they are too incompetent to do their job, go to any McDonald's except here, I recommend that everyone orders are simply pushed away without processing them
