Our new regular shop has such delicious food 🤩 It's rare that you get something so delicious. We've often ordered or been there ourselves and it's always just too delicious ❤️ and the staff is also very warm and friendly.

Food great, prices are normal. If we eat kebab then from the American Grillhaus. If you're still hungry at night on the weekend, this is the best place to go because of the opening times ;)

Ordered via lieferando There is 1/4 kebab inside What do you get a mini doner kebab filled 1/8 of the flatbread So it's not 1/4 bread! Pizza was okay I would have liked to take pictures but the kebab was so small that it was empty in less than 2 minutes

Unfortunately, after ordering, we had to wait about 2.5 hours and then the food outside of the pizza rolls didn't taste good and the wrong thing was delivered

Service is super nice, the food tastes very good and I can only recommend it to everyone. And especially when it comes to getting food from somewhere at night.

We had to wait 1 1/2 for our food and pay €4.50 more because they had to drive 7km, but this is nowhere in the flyer. There wasn't really any respectful conversation on the phone, as things like buddy and other things were said. The food is still quite good. But the supplier was very friendly.

We ordered food about 3 hours ago and the order was confirmed to us!! We also paid directly via PayPal. After a little over an hour, we tried to reach someone by phone to ask how long it would take. The voicemail went on. Tried twice by phone and again only the voicemail. It had now been 2 hours since the order was placed. So we went to the snack bar. THE STORE CLOSED!! How can I place an order and have it confirmed if there is no one in the store!!!!???? I would say this is a scam!! One star is still too many!!!!

Ordered 3 hours ago. The delivery hasn't arrived. You call several times and nobody answers. It's really an outrage. We've already paid money. On Lieferando it says the supplier has been coming every minute for the past 2 hours.

Food came quickly. Unfortunately, the fries were limp and so were the burger buns (due to the cardboard box and the condensation). Personally, the sauce from the crispy chicken burger tasted too much like mustard for me. Supplier friendly. Instead of addressing the review, the customer was called again at 11 p.m., the order was canceled 40 minutes later and the review was deleted.

It was my first time in this restaurant with home delivery, the burger is terrible, the meat is as hard as the sole of a shoe and the fries were fried 10 times, everything ended up in the trash. It doesn't look very appealing either

I just had a very interesting experience with this restaurant. I ordered something relatively late at night and the delivery time was stated to be one hour, which I find strange for 2 a.m. on a Monday, but well, if I know in advance, that's okay. On Lieferando you can see where the driver is as soon as he has set off; this route takes less than 10 minutes at this time. The driver drove halfway back towards the restaurant. For no apparent or understandable reason to me, because he didn't go back to the restaurant, so he probably didn't forget anything. I wasn't contacted that it would take a little longer or anything else. Then the wild ride continued. I don't know whether the driver is unfamiliar with a navigation device or whether he just likes to drive for longer, but he didn't just get lost or take a detour once. This journey, which normally takes around 8-10 minutes, ultimately took him 25 minutes; he neither apologized nor tried to explain the situation when he finally arrived. The food wasn't bad, but after the journey that was a bit too long, the fries were soggy and disgusting. That was the last time for me with you people.

We ordered 3 pizzas but only one pizza was the correct order.

I'm sorry, but it's a disgrace to deliver something like that, the food comes more than an hour late. The food is inedible, cold and the delivery fee has never been paid. I will never eat there or order food there because the money is better spent at another snack bar. Wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there. For those who are interested, the kebab meat is not the good thing, the people who understand it know what I mean.

Ordered vegan pizza + dessert According to the email, the delivery should arrive within an hour. Shortly after that hour I received a call that there was no more tiramisu. According to the website you still have 3 alternatives. Answer was there was no dessert at the moment. The man on the phone was friendly and accommodated me. After almost 2 hours the food came. It wasn't vegan pizza. I called again, explained the problem, the lady on the phone told me the boss would call back in 5-10 minutes. I never received the call. So I called again and was told again that I would receive a call back. I never received a call back. I will refund my money.

I recently discovered the store at night when I was out with my buddy and I needed to clear my head. I came across the store on Google and was fascinated. The burger was like a glass of water when you walk through the desert, Like a sandwich after a day at work and like a plaster on a wound. The taste, the meat, the preparation... EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! The boss is also really very personable and even lets someone see how freshly his burgers are made. I love it! I'd love to come back 😍 Kind regards, Uarwin Zeyden

I ordered Pizza Milano with cheese on the crust. She was really tasty. But the long wait for it to be delivered is not good. 95 minutes is too long. Thanks for the free drink. As I said, something needs to be changed in the service. Thanks .

I can't say anything about the ambience. The food was ordered through Wolt and did not arrive at the specified time. The address is incorrect and the phone number was found through Google. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, we called and asked because according to the app, the food should have been there. They said they wanted to call us because something needed to be changed. Food would come straight away. After 1 hour later, still no food. Call number 2, food is on the way. 30 minutes later, the food arrived lukewarm to cold. The delivery person was rude and openly asked for a tip. (Which didn't exist for this service)! Rate ordering from there.

Ordered on Lieferando at 12:20 a.m., the order didn't arrive until 2:46 a.m. When we asked after an hour where our order was, the man on the phone said it was on the way and would be there in about 10 minutes. We called again after 40 minutes and were told the order had been delivered to the wrong people. We then had to wait until the food was brought to us from there. A lasagne was opened and torn apart, so we didn't eat it. The food was tasty, but we would prefer other suppliers.

Anyone who orders there should expect a delivery time of at least 1:30 hours

Ordered via Lieferando, delivery took a very long time. Something was missing. The food (vegan carbonara) was disastrous but what upsets me the most is the driver's audacity to try to flirt instead of handing over the food. Stared at me and asked if he could get to know me. You don't do that at work or with paying customers.

The burgers are always delicious and the delivery people are always friendly. The fries are never soggy like many others. We would be happy to order from you!

Ordered via Lieferando. After an hour and a half it said that the delivery was already on its way. After a while I saw that I was being called. I called back and was told that you always have to confirm by phone in the evening that you have ordered. I wanted to enjoy the evening and not spend the whole time on my cell phone. You don't order without a reason. I was then given a first name call and told that I couldn't be reached when I called and that the food wasn't prepared. I canceled the order straight away...

I can't rate the ambience because I've never been there. But unfortunately they always come much too late (just 2 1/2 hours after ordering) and sometimes the food is cold or not cooked through (e.g. cheese from the baguette). And unfortunately, when 9 spring rolls were ordered and paid for, only 6 were delivered.

Das Essen ist immer null, heute habe ich über 40 Euro bezahlt, nur um zwei Stunden zu warten und dann Haare auf meinem Burger zu finden. Kalp Rippchen waren alles andere als Fleisch, voller Fett und Knochen. Ich habe das Essen direkt weggeworfen und dies ist das letzte Mal, dass ich hier Geld ausgebe, es ist das Gleiche, als würde ich Geld wegwerfen.

Leider nicht der Renner. Haben eben mit Kollegen von der Arbeit bestellt und sind enttäuscht. Es wurde zu spät geliefert (Pausenzeit war schon vorbei) und in meiner Pizza waren Haare. Total widerlich. Für mich war es das erste und letzte Mal, dass ich hier bestellt habe

Ich habe mich über das Essen beschwert, und der Chef ist mir entgegengekommen (sehr nett )mit einer neuen frischen Bestellung. Ich bestelle nämlich immer hier und und war dementsprechend sehr enttäuscht, als meine gestrige Bestellung nicht dem Standard entsprochen hat aber das sie mir so entgegengekommen sind, finde ich professionell und es zeigt auch sehr viel aus.

Essen geht eigentlich klar aber die haben auf wann die auf haben. Öffnungszeiten werden komplett außer acht gelassen.

Bekam Thunfisch anstatt Salami, Kräuterbutter auch vergessen. Essen schmeckt aber.

Super leckeres Essen. Bisher jedes Mal alles top gewesen. pünktlich heiß und lecker. Die Lieferanten waren auch immer sehr nett Empfehle ich gerne weiter

Dort gibts vegane Sahne, vegane Wurstsorten und veganen Käse. Das Essen schmeckt gut und die Portionen sind schon ziemlich gut. Zumindest reichen mir die Portionen aus. Ich hab ein Stern Abzug, weil man es Optimieren könnte. Beispielsweise, bei der veganen Carbonara könnte man besser Vivera "Speck" oder anderen veganen "Speck" verwenden, statt der veganen Mortadella. Es vermiest das Essen jetzt nicht, tut aber auch nicht dafür ^^ Meiner Meinung nach, von dem was ich bis jetzt Probiert habe, ist es ganz gut.

Seit zwei Wochen ist ein neuer Besitzer drin, schmeckt super lecker und alle sind wirklich freundlich. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen :)

Unfassbar gut.... Extrem kundenorientiert... Fahrer sind sehr pünktlich und freundlich... Und der Tiramisu erst... Wer Tiramisu ohne Alkohol mag, ist hier genau richtig. 10 von 10 Punkten....

Hatte dort über Lieferando Bestellt ein Cheeseburger/Pizza/Chilli cheese nugget War alles sehr lecker die Verpackung war gut und einfach und mal was anderes als ne plastiktüte. Lieferzeit hat um die 30 min Gedauert wobei eine Stunde angegeben war daher Top, essen war noch Schön warm und Definitiv genießbar werde wieder dort Bestellen. Lieferant war dazu auch sehr Freundlich also ein Trinkgeld wert👍🏻

Wir hatten die Döner-Pizza mit Käserand und das Hollandaise-Schnitzel und fanden es mega lecker! Wir wurden sogar noch um 22Uhr sehr freundlich von der Belegschaft begrüßt und alle hatten eine super Stimmung. Der Chef hat uns noch mit Nachtisch verwöhnt, den wir uns zuhause gegönnt haben. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und auch gerne die veganen Gerichte probieren. Danke!

Direkt nach der Eröffnung des American Grillhaus haben wir vegane Pizzen und gefüllte vegane Pizzabrötchen bestellt. Wirklich sehr lecker! Keine Pizzeria im Umkreis bietet so eine große vegane Auswahl an, weiter so! :)

Ich habe heute dort eine pizza online bestellt, lieferung war ok. Ich frage mich nur warum man kostenpflichtig zutataten dazu bestellen kann, diese aber ignoriert werden... Dazu wollte ich die pizza noch geschnitten haben, war auch nicht der Fall... Zum Glück gibt es genug pizzarien 🤷🏽‍♀️

Wir haben 3 Burger bestellt. Bei meinem Rösti burger fehlte leider die Souce bzw die da drauf sein sollte fehlte und es wurde Majo drauf gemacht. Der Hamburger war ganz okay und der 3 Burger in der Runde ging auch. Die Caramellisierten Zwiebeln schmeckte man jedoch nicht da drauf heraus. Ich würde eine 2.Chance geben, da ich denke, dass es denen einfach zu voll war. An der Freundlichkeit kann ich nichts aussetzen, denn das waren sie. Hatten in dem Menü etwas nicht vorhanden und sind nach Nachfrage preislich runter gegangen. Pommes waren gut. Das Essen wurde aber frisch vorbereitet. Lieben Gruß

Der Burger war für nen Lieferdienst voll okay. Es gab eine Portion Pizzabrötchen gratis dazu, die waren echt lecker. Allerdings waren die Pommes zu salzig um sie zu essen. Und der Gurkensalat waren einfach nur kleingeschnittene Gurken ohne alles. Frech. Hat mir etwas den Abend verdorben. Ich gebe nicht gerne schlechte Bewertungen aber da ist definitiv Luft nach oben

Burrito war Top, haben noch eine "Cola" (koffeinfrei und ohne zucker hat nur nach wasser mit colasirup geschmeckt) dazu bekommen. Preise stimmen. pizza naja nach einem Stück wurde uns ein wenig schlecht( zu viel Käse zu wenig tomatensoße ein wenig versalzen) Peperoni hat auf der pizza gefehlt. ist aber nicht schlimm. Lieferzeit ganz ok Personal sehr freundlich. 😀 pizza nie wieder aber burrito immer wieder gerne.
