ToGo or Drive in - both require intensive control as there is always something missing. Moreover, after the missing item was addressed, the reaction of the staff and later of the responsible persons was more of a discussion than an admission of the mistake. Therefore, only two stars. Ambiance, completely overcrowded at McDonald's.

Very poor service, unfriendly, disrespectful, and rude. Not recommended.

I was there today, September 3, 2025, and took a takeaway. Burgers were missing again. A total of four items from the order were missing. This shouldn't happen. It's become a common practice there. Raising prices and then stealing from the customer. Why does it always happen there? If I buy something there again, I'll pack the order myself. It can happen that we forget something. But not for the third time, and not on this scale. Recently, an entire meal was missing, and the person was left home with nothing.

The worst Mecces I've ever been to. I ordered a wrap without sauce and an iced matcha latte. Instead, I got a wrap with sauce and no tomatoes and a warm matcha. I complained, and after 20 minutes I was finally able to eat, but my boyfriend was already finished and the drink didn't arrive either. He had ordered the new nuggets with the new sauce, but got the standard nuggets with mustard sauce. The staff was clearly overwhelmed. Neither the drinks nor the food tasted good, and the cucumber in the wrap was probably no longer good, given how it tasted. I'm very disappointed. The cashier was a woman with a headscarf on August 30th at 1:30 PM. Maybe they should explain to her how the system works again. Not only was she unfriendly, but she also typed everything in incorrectly... What a shame

Everything's OK here. The wait is longer today, but it's Saturday evening, so it's OK.

Unfortunately, the prices for fast food are rising ever higher, even though a lot of flavor is created with few ingredients. The service was good, and so was the food.

Tables seem to never be cleaned here. Cleanliness is not a given here.

A quick breakfast at MCD with five people wasn't possible here. Online ordering and mobile payment worked, so everything was fine up until that point. But waiting over 30 minutes for breakfast seemed extremely long to me. Furthermore, the food wasn't brought to the table as requested, and by the time we called out the order number and ate it at the table, it was already mostly cold. It's a shame we had already paid for the food; otherwise, we certainly wouldn't have waited so long for such a poor result. We won't be going to this restaurant again.

Maybe McDonald's should rethink its parking policy. The food was great, and then we were surprised to get a parking ticket for forgetting our parking disc. Sure, it was our fault, but then we're charged €45! Perhaps the McDonald's owner should use their influence to convince the parking lot operator that this amount is extortionate. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and will have to pay, whether we like it or not.

The food was somehow strange, not what you'd expect from McDonald's. The Big Mac tasted different, as if it had no sauce on it at all... The staff was also very listless and unmotivated, to put it mildly...

Incomprehensible – admittedly my own mistake, I didn't check right away. Ordered a plain hamburger (3 times), got a burger in a cheeseburger wrapper with a "Plain Hamburger" label on it, and it turned out to be a burger with cheese. Easiest job, and I was too stupid even for that. Sincerely

It was a disappointment. I had to wait 20 minutes. I ordered a double chicken burger and got a cheeseburger with ketchup. I ordered it without hot sauce, and the note said "no pickles." I was really disappointed. Plus, it was crowded, and there weren't many employees.

McDonald's near Centro. Food is typical of McDonald's, but with hot food and no soggy fries, which is definitely a plus. However, you should know when events are taking place and plan for a bit more staff. I think you were very thinly staffed that evening, which is why there were extreme wait times.

It was an absolute disaster. We ordered and had to wait a full 30 minutes for our food. The burgers were thrown together very carelessly. The staff was obviously overwhelmed and reacted very irritably when asked for our order. So, stay away from this place.

It was very busy at the McDrive and inside. It was disorganized and hectic. Some people who came after me got their orders first, even though I only ordered nuggets and a drink. I had to wait more than 15 minutes after ordering before I could take my food.

It's pretty sad when you wait an hour for your food and it still isn't ready. Even if it was a bit busy, it still doesn't justify the wait. We asked for our money back and left.

Visited on May 25th before the musical, highly recommended! IMPORTANT: Parking disc!!! We were at the McDonald's near the Musical Theater on May 25th from approximately 5:00 PM to 6:15 PM and were very satisfied overall! The store was clean, tidy, and the staff extremely friendly. Particularly worth mentioning is one employee who was tirelessly on the go; he felt like he walked 50,000 steps a day... He was so incredibly cheerful and friendly. It was impressive to see how well the team worked together. The only criticism: The accessible restroom was locked, and unfortunately, there was no information on how to get it opened. For someone who relies on it, that was very unfortunate. Afterwards, however, someone approached us, apologized, and explained how it was handled. We found that very friendly and thoughtful. A great McDonald's, ideal before a musical. Our clear recommendation!

Unfortunately, it's very slow, and things are often forgotten (e.g., dips). Edit: After almost a year, it's gotten even slower, so I've adjusted the rating to 1 star. Waiting 10 minutes for two burgers is really exhausting, annoying, and unfortunately has nothing to do with fast food anymore.

I have not experienced anything so outrageously disgusting in a long time. The staff do "almost" nothing and what they do is simply bad! Disgusting food, you can't hold your burger because they throw the sauces around, the cars are overflowing with rubbish, every table is completely smeared and dirty, for several hours they definitely didn't tidy up at all!!! And then it's apparently compulsory to use a parking disc because otherwise you'll get a 45 euro ticket because that's what private property wants, whereas the law in Germany is only 20. Thanks for the stay!!! Never again! Many more reviews like this will follow in the next few days.

Absolute rip-off. We had barely been there for five minutes and there was a note hanging on the car with a €45 fine for parking without a parking disc. The location is no longer visited. It's better to park for free in the Centro and eat there. Of course I will take legal action against it because the executing agency is a private company.

Really bad service, my car was doused with coke by an employee in the drive-in. In the store, it was very difficult to understand each other due to the constant loudness, there were rats and cockatoos running through the kitchen, there was hair in my burger and a caterpillar in my salad. The employees didn't wear gloves or hairnets. We had to wait for 2 hours for our food and when it was ready, after a lot of discussion, we couldn't enjoy it because of the constant shouting from the employees. Due to these disgusting conditions, I won't go to this McDonald's enter more!!!

Yes definitely, I was there with my grandson and I have to say the young man at the checkout was just great. Very patient with the children, something I have never seen anywhere else, I can only recommend it.

Especially the McRib, Double Chili Cheese and Quarter Pounder are the best burgers!

The parking space in front of the MC Donalds was rented to PRS GmbH, and if you forget the parking disc... it costs directly 45€!! ... it's GREAT, the whole center is free parking, no sign of a parking disc... and in front of the MC's you had to make sure that you put the parking disc in... you can tell me what you want!!! They're trying to make sure that someone forgets their parking disc... probably the managing director of MC's also makes money from it?!? ... I wouldn't be surprised ... Stupid business model ... only earn this 45€ from me once!!

I just ordered food when I got home and discovered that half of the order was missing - everyone who works here belongs back to school!

Staff, absolutely overwhelmed and unfriendly. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked how far our order was and was stupidly contacted by the site. Another 10 minutes later, a total of 40 minutes after we placed our order, our food arrived. In fact, half of it was missing. So I asked politely again and Zack was again insulted from the side. Once and never again. This has nothing to do with a fast food restaurant and doesn't even deserve a star.

The parking lot is too small and cramped, the restaurant floor is completely dirty, the tables are sticky, and the ice cream is runny when served. The employees seem more annoyed than anything else. This McDonald's is an absolute disaster. Palmer Gastro GmbH should be avoided.

The parking rules and fines are an outrage! For certain reasons we had to stop there and get refreshments at the same time. Unfortunately, the car we had to borrow doesn't have a parking disc. Now the meal didn't cost us €13 but €58 because the fine is €45. A disgrace to his customers 😡😡😡 As a customer you would also have to charge a fine for the smelly and dirty toilet facility...

Today on February 26th, 2025 at around 8:00-8:30 p.m. an older gentleman was distributing food. He was so sweet and super friendly! Thank you that there are such nice people like him!

Even beforehand you felt like you were in great hands. We clarified by phone with an employee whether it would be possible to reserve tables and happy meals for a children's birthday party with 15 children and 2 adults. Everything went smoothly. The tables were set very nicely. Pens, meal slips and craft supplies were provided. The Happy Meals arrived quickly. The place was right next to a play area, a little away from everyday life. This optimally compensated for the closed outdoor play area. Children were all happy, had fun and were fed. Overall it is very clean there despite a rainy Sunday. Even the floor and the toilets. The employees were always helpful and extremely friendly. We would like to thank you very much and would recommend this restaurant again and again!

Despite there being fewer guests in the restaurant, there were numerous deficiencies that made the stay seem uncomfortable and unprofessional. We had ordered food with table service, but were loudly asked from across the restaurant to pick up our own food. This does not match the advertised service. We also didn't get any napkins. When we asked politely, we were greeted with an unfriendly look - such a customer-unfriendly reaction is not acceptable. The food itself was mixed: the meat patties seemed completely unseasoned, which significantly spoiled the enjoyment. What was positive, however, were the curly fries, which were well prepared and had a bright spot in terms of taste. Lacks in hygiene could not be overlooked: the tables and benches were sticky and dirty, and the return trolleys for trays were overflowing. But instead of caring about cleanliness or service, employees stood behind the cash register chatting instead of doing their jobs. Additionally, the musical background was disturbing: within the 30 minutes we were there, the music was constantly changing, and the volume fluctuated every few minutes between unpleasantly loud and barely audible. This seemed chaotic and created an unpleasant atmosphere. All in all, this was a disappointing visit to a branch that we definitely won't be visiting again. Cleanliness, service and professionalism should be urgently reconsidered here.

I went to the drive-thru in the evening after work to get something to eat. Don't want to judge, but I don't understand how hard it can be to count to 4. 4 burgers are ordered and 3 arrive. “Check the contents before you drive” How often does it happen that you pack something incorrectly that I, as a guest, have to check whether you can count higher than 3. Honestly always sad and of course not the first time. I don't want to judge anyone, but if I pay 30 euros for food, I expect the meal to be complete. If that's not a solution, then approach the guest somehow. But when I read this I realize that it's not that popular here.

When taking away, I always recommend checking what you order

No customer contact!!! Don't get dirty!! Dry burgers! Already said at McD. Wellmann does what they want and MCDs says nothing about it.

Extremely unfriendly atmosphere/staff and dirty. The table service displays are dirty or missing and the staff visibly rolls their eyes when they call up the number and realize that table service has been selected. Then the tray is thrown quite carelessly "at your feet" after one of the ladies shuffles up to the table. The culmination is that of course something is missing and if you want to complain about it, the other waitress (cashier, with microphone/headset) will pounce on you as a "reward". When you ask what the unfriendliness is about, you are immediately "shot back" that you yourself "started it" because you complained about the lack of food... So I am aware that this generation has no longer learned "the customer is king" and you don't have to put up with everything, but you should have learned a little friendliness/how to deal with a customer, especially if you're serving in the front row.... I work in the service sector myself and would never do that with customers deal with it... it's a real shame... The branch actually has potential...

Coke was missing, Happy Neal's games were missing, dirty.

I just wanted to have an MC Flurry but as usual the machine hasn't been usable for 3 weeks, I'm freaking out and you can't blame anyone for that. This Mc Flurry would have saved my day in the sense that you can go for a ride Branches right now in Dinslaken or Wesel Guten Hunger.
