20 minutes in the drive-thru for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 chicken burgers, and only 1 car in front of me... sorry, that's unacceptable.

Very friendly and competent staff! There was a problem with the ice cream machine (with a Lieferando order). Many thanks to the employee I spoke to on the phone today. Very competent and helpful, they resolved my issue immediately and I received a refund. The food was delicious as always! Top service!

It's McDonald's... the service... they don't make the food like they used to. But if you just want fast food... it's okay.

WARNING: SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!! As a buyer, you have to accept that the scale shows green but products are missing!!!!!! There's nothing they can do, it's too late, tough luck!!!!! So, if one product is heavier, they can just leave out the other paid-for products. That's how they make money!!!!!! They simply put in two large fries; the meal only includes small ones, and then the weight matches up with the missing nuggets!!!!

We waited 15 minutes (there was one car ahead) to give our order code. Since we had already paid, I was supposed to drive straight through to the pickup window. After 5 minutes, an employee finally came to the pickup window, but only after we knocked. He didn't even know we wanted our food. After another 7 minutes, he finally handed over our hamburgers and fries. We will never use this McDonald's drive-thru again.

Never experienced this before, getting a fine in the McDonald's parking lot 😡😡, but it's possible in Germany. A €35 fine for dinner and a €45 fine for dessert because you apparently have to use a parking disc. It's not displayed anywhere near the parking spaces. The woman walking around there is handing out ticket after ticket. Disgraceful!!

The food is of good quality and is served promptly. The tables were clean, but the floor could be cleaned more often. Unfortunately, the indoor play equipment has been broken all year. Additionally, the outdoor children's area has already been closed for the winter. This is unacceptable for families with young children.

I can understand that the owner doesn't want their parking lot occupied by unauthorized users. But then to hire a rip-off company like PRS, which comes along with ridiculously inflated charges if someone forgets to display a parking disc... Seriously, McDonald's... there are better and more customer-friendly ways to monitor their parking area. For example, with LPR cameras for license plate recognition.

Typical McDonald's. Be careful, they strongly emphasize that you can only park here for a maximum of 1.5 hours with a parking disc. On a Sunday morning, it was hardly busy and the restrooms were still clean. The staff was friendly. Otherwise, a typical McDonald's. The coffee from the MC Café was good as always, but unfortunately, it's just too expensive in Germany.

I was there today, September 3, 2025, and took a takeaway. Burgers were missing again. A total of four items from the order were missing. This shouldn't happen. It's become a common practice there. Raising prices and then stealing from the customer. Why does it always happen there? If I buy something there again, I'll pack the order myself. It can happen that we forget something. But not for the third time, and not on this scale. Recently, an entire meal was missing, and the person was left home with nothing.

The worst Mecces I've ever been to. I ordered a wrap without sauce and an iced matcha latte. Instead, I got a wrap with sauce and no tomatoes and a warm matcha. A quick breakfast at MCD with five people wasn't possible here. Online ordering and mobile payment worked, so everything was fine up until that point. But waiting over 30 minutes for breakfast seemed extremely long to me. Furthermore, the food wasn't brought to the table as requested, and by the time we called out the order number and ate it at the table, it was already mostly cold. It's a shame we had already paid for the food; otherwise, we certainly wouldn't have waited so long for such a poor result. We won't be going to this restaurant again.

Sure, it was our fault, but then we're charged €45! Perhaps the McDonald's owner should use their influence to convince the parking lot operator that this amount is extortionate. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and will have to pay, whether we like it or not.

Visited on May 25th before the musical, highly recommended! IMPORTANT: Parking disc!!! We were at the McDonald's near the Musical Theater on May 25th from approximately 5:00 PM to 6:15 PM and were very satisfied overall! The store was clean, tidy, and the staff extremely friendly. Particularly worth mentioning is one employee who was tirelessly on the go; he felt like he walked 50,000 steps a day... He was so incredibly cheerful and friendly. It was impressive to see how well the team worked together. The only criticism: The accessible restroom was locked, and unfortunately, there was no information on how to get it opened. For someone who relies on it, that was very unfortunate. Afterwards, however, someone approached us, apologized, and explained how it was handled. We found that very friendly and thoughtful. A great McDonald's, ideal before a musical. Our clear recommendation!

I have not experienced anything so outrageously disgusting in a long time. The staff do "almost" nothing and what they do is simply bad! Disgusting food, you can't hold your burger because they throw the sauces around, the cars are overflowing with rubbish, every table is completely smeared and dirty, for several hours they definitely didn't tidy up at all!!! And then it's apparently compulsory to use a parking disc because otherwise you'll get a 45 euro ticket because that's what private property wants, whereas the law in Germany is only 20. Really bad service, my car was doused with coke by an employee in the drive-in. In the store, it was very difficult to understand each other due to the constant loudness, there were rats and cockatoos running through the kitchen, there was hair in my burger and a caterpillar in my salad. The employees didn't wear gloves or hairnets. We had to wait for 2 hours for our food and when it was ready, after a lot of discussion, we couldn't enjoy it because of the constant shouting from the employees. Due to these disgusting conditions, I won't go to this McDonald's enter more!!!

Another 10 minutes later, a total of 40 minutes after we placed our order, our food arrived. In fact, half of it was missing. So I asked politely again and Zack was again insulted from the side. Once and never again. This has nothing to do with a fast food restaurant and doesn't even deserve a star.

The parking rules and fines are an outrage! For certain reasons we had to stop there and get refreshments at the same time. Unfortunately, the car we had to borrow doesn't have a parking disc.
