Nice service. Ordered very quickly.

All burgers without sauce, dry and nothing on it!!! Nobody talks when you arrive! I stood in front of the closed window for 10 minutes. Then the window opens, is thrown and then immediately closed!!! No customer contact!!! Don't get dirty!! Dry burgers! Already said at McD. Wellmann does what they want and MCDs says nothing about it.

Since the ice cream machine was always “broken” the last three times, the branch is not exactly recommended. It's better to drive a little further.

If there are more staff at peak times - and if you have trainees, they have no business being there at this time

Parking disc, in a McDonald's parking lot... I didn't notice the signs, I was probably looking forward to the food too much. I can now pay €45. Pure rip-off of your own customers. Next time we'd rather eat at the oasis.

Unfriendly service and disrespectful service

Eternal waiting time, in the end wrong food & not as ordered. Just a juice shop!

Extremely unfriendly atmosphere/staff and dirty. The table service displays are dirty or missing and the staff visibly rolls their eyes when they call up the number and realize that table service has been selected. Then the tray is thrown quite carelessly "at your feet" after one of the ladies shuffles up to the table. The culmination is that of course something is missing and if you want to complain about it, the other waitress (cashier, with microphone/headset) will pounce on you as a "reward". When you ask what the unfriendliness is about, you are immediately "shot back" that you yourself "started it" because you complained about the lack of food... So I am aware that this generation has no longer learned "the customer is king" and you don't have to put up with everything, but you should have learned a little friendliness/how to deal with a customer, especially if you're serving in the front row.... I work in the service sector myself and would never do that with customers deal with it... it's a real shame... The branch actually has potential...

Coke was missing, Happy Neal's games were missing, dirty.

I just wanted to have an MC Flurry but as usual the machine hasn't been usable for 3 weeks, I'm freaking out and you can't blame anyone for that. This Mc Flurry would have saved my day in the sense that you can go for a ride Branches right now in Dinslaken or Wesel Guten Hunger.

A very calm MD. The food here is usually always warm and sometimes even hot. The burgers come well stocked with salad and usually have enough sauce to get your fingers dirty. The table service is always friendly and the food always comes very quickly. When you are here, you should take the parking disc signs seriously.

Gone are the days of walking into a clean branch. Even if it depends on the clientele, the staff has to react. But unfortunately, like almost everywhere, people here practice conflict avoidance. If you have to go to the toilet, it's better to go somewhere else. The food… What you expected, even if what you ordered was in the bag. Here the responsibility for control is passed on to the customer. You don't have to give reasons.

I have never experienced such chaos at a McDonald's. Waiting times of 50 minutes cannot be explained!

I would first like to express my full understanding that a Sunday 9/29/24 at McDonald's can be extremely stressful. I am aware that on such a day there is a high volume of customers and the employees are often under pressure to cope with the rush. It is completely clear to me that there is a lot to do and I have great understanding for that. However, my last visit to the branch was unfortunately not particularly pleasant. I ordered several individual purchases as I was also ordering for friends. I didn't do this to intentionally create more work, but because in my case there was no other way to solve it. If I had the opportunity to combine everything into one order, of course I would have done so. To my dismay, however, I was indirectly criticized for my multiple ordering by the employee who appeared to be the manager of the shift - he was wearing a checked shirt and giving instructions to the other employees. His statement: “We have nothing better to do than create 10 individual orders” was not only exaggerated (it was only 4 orders, not 10), but was also expressed in an inappropriately loud and unfriendly tone. I understand that the workload is high, but as a customer I expect that such frustration is not expressed in front of the guests. In this case, I felt exposed and unwelcome, which shouldn't happen in a chain as large and customer-focused as McDonald's. Instead, I felt guilty because I placed multiple orders, which I find very unfortunate. In addition to my previous experience, as a customer I also had to hear the manager shouting loudly in front of the guests that the employees were not allowed to take breaks. He also complained in an unfriendly tone that an employee was in the toilet for “too long,” even though he had only been gone for two minutes. I find it extremely inappropriate that such internal issues are discussed so loudly and inappropriately in front of customers. Not only does it create an unpleasant atmosphere, but it also raises questions about the work culture in this branch. If employees have to work under such conditions, it understandably affects their motivation and ultimately also their dealings with customers. It is unfortunate to witness something like this as as a customer I now feel that the pressure is being transferred not only to the guests but also to the staff who clearly do not have the opportunity to get adequate rest or basic needs how to fulfill breaks. I'm now wondering how McDonald's views this situation and how the company can ensure that customers are treated with respect even in stressful moments and that employees have their legal rights.

The worst service since I can remember. If you want to ask a question about your order the staff will be rude... Especially the lady with the long curls... she works there as punishment. I was there today and can't recommend it...

We just wanted to order with coupons in the Mc Drive at the Centro Oberhausen/Aquapark. The lady at the counter was completely overwhelmed and couldn't cope at all. We couldn't find a code right away because the app changed and then ordered something else BUT didn't complete the order yet. When we were finally able to call up the code, the lady said: "That doesn't work, she had already completed the order. Go to the counter." Perplexed, we drove up, but we asked nicely again. The lady immediately said rudely: "I've already sent the order, then I have to cancel it. Don't you see what's going on here". We asked to cancel it and she said she would call the shift manager. The window would be slammed shut. End of song, after 15 minutes of waiting we left. Never seen anything so incompetent. You should reconsider the staff!

Look, when I ordered this machine I had to wait 10 minutes for it to arrive. Then I thought to myself, yes, maybe they still have a lot to do, it's okay. Then I had to wait an hour. That's not possible. I still didn't say anything, but the crucial point was when they forgot my toy. That's not possible

Slow service! Tried twice to ask for serviettes as none given, was acknowledged both times but walked away both times as if I wasn't there......very rude! Ordered a Big Mac, no sauce but it came with sauce, decided to eat anyway as I'd only be ignored if I went back to the counter a third time!!! After spending nearly €50, I just found it very poor!!!!

Hello everyone! This is your average McDonalds. Fries are cold and soggy, burgers look like they came from a bin, cola tastes like water and chicken nuggets look like they came from a 3D printer. So everything as usual 🥹

Naughty employees ask you if you have one. You can get a straw and the answer here is no. It's a long wait for a small fries. If you find an mcs near Cologne and ask for a drink with a straw, you'll get it. You should follow their example.

Very friendly staff, food with a short waiting time.

Nice shop, tidy and fast service. Even if the burger is missing, action is taken quickly and easily 👍 The one star deduction comes from a beeping sound that can be heard continuously and the fact that there is a bit of a drag in some places. Was visiting here from Berlin. The term fast food does not apply to this restaurant, I was almost late for my appointment because I waited a long time for the food. The employees seem very listless, no hello, no goodbye

McDonald's ok, parking lot with these new control services basically puts me off. Threatening customers with penalties is simply no way to deal with it.

If I could, I wouldn't give it a star, the branch is dirty and disgusting & that's what the food looks like. We waited almost an hour for our food, while others who came in and ordered were served much earlier. The old orders are put at the bottom and the new ones at the top, so you have to wait longer and longer. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, the Drecks branch is closing, there are plenty of other branches nearby that have much more competent and friendly staff than here.!! Caves bad!!

Waiting time of 30 minutes in a McDonald's was far too long, and my food was only prepared when I asked. There were probably 30 people waiting in the waiting area, some even for over 45 minutes. Burger was cold too. Don't know if it's due to poor planning or the employees themselves.

The MC D at the Aquapark is a total disaster. Best time to eat there. 11:00 o'clock. Otherwise the employees will be overwhelmed. But I think it's not the attitude but really the lack of staff. Sunday afternoon, the shop was full until the end and I counted a total of 6 employees. I felt sorry for the poor MA. A fast food restaurant then became a slow restaurant. I would have had food quicker in any real restaurant. After 25 minutes, a number of customers were upset. There was a lot missing for most of them. But hey, I got 3 more drinks that I didn't even order. If you are nearby, it is better to walk 50 meters further to the Centro. And if you want to order there with coupons, the internet is a complete disaster there. I (Vodafone) had to go to the door to shop for every coupon. Incomprehensible...

I would have preferred to read the reviews here. The store is not recommended. It would be nice if you got the food you ordered. But apparently the place is doing so badly that they're giving out the smaller versions of the burgers instead of the large ones you ordered, in order to get the most out of the overpriced stuff. Never here again.

Firstly, we got the wrong food and then we had to wait over an hour. Only after you asked the boss to come did the real food come. That was just lukewarm. On the other hand, there is a large gas bottle outside in the play equipment that has no place there.

It was my first time in this McDonald's branch. The food was prepared quickly and brought to the table. In the entire branch, one person was responsible for the trash and the cleanliness of the tables and that's what it looked like there. The tables were dirty but the floor was a disaster. I was wondering, if the floor in the dining area is so dirty, what does it look like in the kitchen? I missed the food there.

McDonalds like any other solid 5/7

So for 3 or 4 months there has been a new team in this McDonalds. This team can also be described as his father's incompetence. I have nothing to complain about in the drive at the counter. The employees there are super nice and friendly. The problem lies inside the store. My boyfriend and I mainly drive through the drive and every time!! Every time something is missing. Be it sauces, fries or anything else. The fact that something like that can happen - okay, it happens, we're all just human. But really every time?? This was always our favorite place. But it's slowly not being fun anymore. But I have to leave one good point: the McFlurry is prepared in the correct order. :)

The bad rating is now because there hasn't been a milkshake available for purchase for about 6-8 weeks. In the meantime the machine apparently worked again for what felt like 2 days and then was defective again. I live 5 minutes by car from there and when the temperatures are warmer I often like to get a milkshake as I drive past... Actually…. I find it incomprehensible how this can be the case with a company like this. Otherwise typical McDonalds branch...

We were there late last night and were pleased. Clean, few people, the potatoes were hot, the rolls were prepared right away. The staff is friendly. Opening hours are very convenient.

This branch gets (not) one star. We had to pay a €45 fine because the parking disc was set incorrectly. The corpulent lady who gleefully ticketed every car obviously gets too much of a discount at MCs and doesn't use a parking meter herself.

We visited the store on a Sunday evening. First our order was in processing status, then after 30 minutes it was no longer displayed. When asked, the response was annoyed. In the end we had to ask several times, wait 55 minutes and were missing five ordered items that had to be resubmitted. Since the food wasn't warm, the shop wasn't clean, and the general atmosphere there wasn't good, we wouldn't recommend a visit.

Die erste Hälfte unserer Bestellung hatte mehrere Fehler. Der Rest kam gar nicht an. Dann mussten wir jemandem alles von unserem Kassenzettel diktieren. Eine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung gab es nicht. Geburtstagscoupons werden anscheinend auch nicht vergeben. Außerdem war unser Essen dann natürlich kalt. Und dafür haben wir 50€ liegen lassen!

Sorry MC Donalds imagines it differently. The waitress had zero desire to work. Of course I forgot something. You should pay attention to cleanliness when you clean the table but leave the rest on the floor. Nobody even knew where to put my stuff.

So there's really no recommendation here! You can set the alarm clock afterwards! Orders from 30€ upwards always make us forget something! Or for smaller orders every second visit!!! And then even the simplest things!

It's disgraceful that this branch works with the PRS parking service. Parking for 10 minutes means paying a fine of 45 euros. I won't eat burgers anymore. Participating in such a rip-off does not portray the branch operators in a good light.

The attempt to order at the terminal initially failed because 80% of the coupons could not be redeemed. When I tried to clarify this at the checkout, I was simply left without comment by an extremely friendly older man - a store employee judging by his uniform - after his scanner didn't accept the coupon either. If there were no son, it wouldn't be like that If I had been hungry and had been so excited to visit you, I would have gone. The store is absolutely impossible, but unfortunately it's now almost standard at McDonald's.

The MCD is like everyone else. An iron deficiency. The e-charging station there is extremely overpriced. 0.70Eu per kw/h. This is called usury and should be banned. Unfortunately this is the case in many MCD restaurants.

The best Mc's I've ever been to. I was here in the morning, service was really top! Everything was made and served completely fresh. Remember that it was the morning and hardly anyone was there. But none of course. The burgers were fluffy & especially the pattie was bigger than the bun (haven't had it since 2012) Really, thrilled with the overall package of the store! Keep it up, dear ones!

Totally understaffed. Waited outside in the car for 20 minutes. Then went in and ordered 2 cheeseburgers at the checkout. The waitress yelled at me that I should order from the machine soon. I would like to see what's going on here. Waited another 10 minutes. Fast food works differently.

We were in the "restaurant" at lunchtime. The "food" is standard McDonald's. However, the service staff were a little over the limit. Our meal number was already switched to pick up before we started putting it together. I assume that time pressure from the company leads to the errors. Later we were missing a drink and were given food bags instead of a tablet. BUT: the employees were just friendly. One person even pointed out the two euro deposit cups. Conclusion: humanely completely fine, but just a McDonald's...

Das Essen war gut. Kein freundliches Personal, alle alle mürrisch. Zum Abschluss wurde die Saftflasche zurück genommen, aber das Pfand wurde nicht ausgezahlt, auch auf Nachfrage nicht.

Hier gibt es noch fast food ! Ruckzuck bis an den Tisch gebracht . Die Sanitäranlage ist sauber und das Restaurant Tip Top sauber ! Weiter so !

Und wieder fehlen in meinem Chicken Caesar Salat die Tomaten...der Parmesan...Croutons gibt es schon lange nicht mehr Es war lediglich grüner Salat und 6 kleine Stücke Hähnchenfleisch im Salatkarton.Leider erst zuhause gesehen....:-/

Es war sehr angenehm.. Vor allem war die Bedienung nett.. Wir wurden sogar hingewiesen das wir auf unser Handy achten sollen, dass wir es nicht verlieren.. Top!

Wer Unfähigkeit in Perfektion erleben möchte ist hier genau richtig! 45 min auf 2 Cheeseburger gewartet, die zweite Bestellung war gänzlich falsch! Aber es stapeln sich 25 fertige Burger, in der Pommesablage wächst ein Berg - man ist nur nicht in der Lage das einzupacken! Macht den Laden am besten ZU !!!

Typisches McDonald's Restaurant mit genügend Parkplätzen.

Ich bzw meine Kinder essen seit ein paar Jahren regelmäßig dort, wegen des Schwimmtrainings. Ich habe es unglaublicherweise NICHT EINMAL erlebt, dass eine Bestellung auf Anhieb vollständig war. Immer fehlt irgendetwas, mal ist es "nur" eine Beilage, mal ist es bei einer Bestellung wie z.B. zwei Milchshakes, eine Apfeltasche (also eine recht übersichtliche Bestellung) ein ganzer Milchshake, der fehlt. Einmal wurden meinem Sohn statt chicken nuggets scharfe jalapenos nuggets in die kids box gepackt. Einfach unglaublich. Wenn das Ausnahmen wären, kein Problem, aber da wir fast jede Woche nach dem Training da sind und es einfach immer vor kommt, frage ich mich, ob da nicht System hinter ist... Ich weiß nicht, was für Leute dort arbeiten, die entweder nicht lesen können, sich nicht konzentrieren, zu überarbeitet sind oder von oben dazu angehalten werden, Sachen nicht einzupacken ( was ja bekanntlich Usus bei MC Donalds ist, dies zu tun). Wenn es nach mir gehen würde, und nicht nach meinen Kindern, würde ich diesen Laden nie wieder betreten und nehme mir das auch vor. Ich empfehle auch allen Oberhausenern nach Möglichkeit nicht dort hin zu gehen und sich einen anderen Standort zu suchen.

Vergessen immer wieder etwas einzupacken!

Ein ohnehin viel zu kleiner Store, der auch noch ein McCafé verpasst bekommen hat. Das Interieur ist unschön. McDonald's wird immer teurer und die Burger immer kleiner. Alleine das Fleisch auf dem Cheeseburger ist nur noch lächerlich groß. Es schmeckt nicht mehr ansatzweise so wie früher. Ein McD Mitarbeiter muss wahrscheinlich schon mehr als eine Stunde arbeiten, um sich selbst ein Menü dort leisten zu können.
