There are better McDonald's. The food was anything but hot. Fries total disaster. Didn't see a toilet. Overall below average. I'm not going in there anymore.

Mc Donald's is a large company where I eat and they are obliged to offer toilets when there is a certain number of seats. There are no toilets in this mces and that's not possible!!!! According to the law they are obliged!!!!

The staff there were very unfriendly, the food didn't taste good at all and it smelled very unpleasant.

It was the worst experience when we had this saw the view. We almost vomited and while we were there my son accidentally spilled a cup of coke until the employee came over, looked at us in disgust and told us to clean up the place. This will be the last time. Also the chicken nuggets were not fresh

People don't listen properly, you have to say everything twice and you almost scream. But the worst thing I found was the long fingernails. Is this even allowed when working with food? No

This restaurant is very bad, I found cockroaches in the food and it's curdled, they serve it with yogurt flavor and if you want normal, I still give curdled yogurt flavor

Absolutely last shop. Order not complete after 25 minutes of waiting, no effort to make amends by the staff. Food cold... but the main thing is to pay at the machine beforehand.

Have eaten here regularly, and so far almost always have food on the table within 5 minutes. In the evenings it is often busy and noisy inside due to noisy young people, but McDonalds has no say in that ;)

Unprofessional behavior. While a coupon is being redeemed, an employee comes from the side and opens the terminal to change the receipt roll. The order and, above all, the free coffee are now history as the coupon is considered redeemed. Requests for reparation will not be honored because the coupon. “yes already redeemed”. Never experienced anything like this.

Good day! I don't normally write complaining comments, but! Today around 11 o'clock in the afternoon I went to McDonalds to buy an Iced Coffee Shake Choc Oreo. I couldn't do this in the self-service terminal because the button didn't work there. Then I went to the checkout to order and pay. I ordered my drink and a woman took my order. I was wearing headphones and didn't hear her question "Do you need a check?", I asked her to repeat it, after which she mockingly started gesturing to me the word "check". She probably found it funny that I didn't speak German well. I took my drink and walked to my train. When I found myself on the platform, I first tried the drink prepared for me and it was completely impossible to drink it. I get Iced Coffee Shake Choc all the time in different branches and in different countries of McDonalds and I know what it's supposed to taste like. The drink I got today was more like a chocolate milkshake with extra syrup and Oreo cookies, it was very sweet and warm. There were 2 pieces of ice which didn't cool the drink at all, it didn't taste like coffee at all. I came back and asked for the drink to be replaced and made properly. The woman at the register told me that I was cheating on her and that I had to try the drink immediately, but now she doesn't know what's in my glass and maybe I just want another drink for free. I said that it was impossible to drink, I want this coffee to be remade for me. The woman replied that there is no cold coffee at all and she doesn't understand what I want from her and she didn't offer anything in return. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to continue proving to her that I wanted an Iced Coffee Shake Chok Oreo and in return I was given a milkshake with cookies and had to leave my drink and make my way to the train. I really like coffee at McDonalds and no matter what country I am in (I travel often) I have never had any problems, today it happened for the first time. I think we could solve this problem peacefully in 2 minutes by just repeating the coffee, but the employee decided that it would be better to start arguing and prove to me that everything was right, and then generally say, that they don't have cold coffee 🤦 🏻‍♀️

McDonald’s branch in Oberhausen main station. Okay, but not one of the better branches. The staff doesn't seem to be on the ball and is also rather moderately friendly. When you order at the machine you are approached by beggars. Orders via app are not possible in this branch. Interior neat and clean, including outside seating.

A good fast food restaurant. The food is prepared deliciously, and most importantly quickly. Everything is clean everywhere. This is the best Mac I've seen in the city. Always quiet. no fuss.

I went shopping there with my family today (03/22/24) and I have to say I have never been as disappointed as I was today. We shopped for 33 euros and all the food we got was very cold, the fries were ice cold, curly fries cold. I got a mcdouble chili cheeseburger, the meat wasn't cooked through, there wasn't even a jalapeno in it, the cheese wasn't even melted... I'm honestly very dissatisfied. This is a waste of money for me...

Dear McDonald's team, I would like to share my feedback on my recent experience at one of your branches, which unfortunately was extremely disappointing. Despite my previous positive experiences with your company, my most recent visit was very disappointing. First of all, the quality of the food was way below my expectations. The burgers were cold and didn't seem to be freshly made. The meat was dry and tasteless, and the fries were limp and bland. It was obvious that the food was not prepared with the usual care and freshness that I expect from McDonald's. Furthermore, customer service was inadequate. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. I was neither greeted nor adequately served, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of the food, I was offered little accommodation or solution. In addition, cleanliness in the branch was a problem. The tables were dirty and sticky and the floor appeared unkempt. This significantly detracted from my dining experience and made me question whether your standards of cleanliness and hygiene are being met. Overall, my visit to McDonald's was extremely disappointing and I am disappointed with the quality of the food and customer service I received. The curly fries tasted like they had been fried three times in a row, the burgers were simply stale, and instead of a double chilli cheese you just got a normal one. If you get your order in your hand after 30 seconds, you should try it straight away Take a look before you take it with you, they don't take the freshness there very seriously ;)

Klassischer Bahnhofs Imbiss, alles sollte schnell gehen was allerdings nicht wirklich klappt. Preise sind natürlich gestiegen und etwas überteuert aber was soll man machen. freundlich sind da auch nur ein paar Mitarbeiter, der Rest ist Recht patzig und harsch.

1.Freundliche und Schnelle Bedienung. 2.Produkte frisch zubereitet. 3.Restaurant in sauberen Zustand. 4. Genügend Sitzplätze vorhanden.

Auch kurz vor Feierabend noch absolut freundlich und schnell genau wie es seien sollte.

Nettes Personal. Entspannte Umgebung mit ruhiger Musik. Lohnt sich sehr, wenn man Zeit überbrücken muss, oder auf etwas wartet.

Overall a solid experience, the food was your average mcdonalds quality and the staff was nice. However during the evening it might be a slightly unsafe place due to a lot of drunk and/or homeless people going around. During the morning it was all good.

Das Personal spricht kaum Deutsch. Extra Wünsche werden entgegen genommen aber nicht umgesetzt.

Könnte nicht über die App bestellen und am Terminal nur Kartenzahlung. An der Theke bestellen und bezahlen geht gar nicht . Ein No Go für mich . Werd diese Filiale nur im Notfall besuchen.

Wir waren vor paar Wochen in diesem McDonald‘s. Wir hatten uns drei Chicken Burger und drei Cheeseburger bestellt. Zum hier Essen… waren etwas kalt zum da essen. Paar Dinge wurden manchmal vergessen, zumindest nicht bei uns, jedoch bei anderen wie zum Beispiel Spielzeuge oder der Burger war einfach nur kalt. Wir hatten uns außerdem erstmal an einen Tisch nah an der Kasse hingesetzt der war total klebrig! Mein ganzer Arm war total klebrig danach… hätte man putzen sollten, nachdem andere Leute da gegessen haben, meiner Meinung nach. Danach gingen wir an einen anderen Tisch und der war noch in Ordnung aber war trotzdem etwas klebrig.

Na ja, ist halt Fastfood. Das Essen ist in Ordnung und der Service war gut. Die Einrichtung ist nur leider sehr unbequem und hatte die besten Zeiten hinter sich.

Eher etwas runtergekommen. Mag aber, zumindest in Bezug auf die Kunden dort, an der Uhrzeit gelegen haben. Nicht so angenehm war, dass offenkundig hinter der Kasse unter den Mitarbeitern/Mitarbeiterinnen ausschließlich Türkisch gesprochen wurde. Man fühlt sich dadurch eher nicht willkommen.

Ist unser Lieblings-mcdonalds. So liebenswerte Mitarbeiter, tolles Team und super Service.👍🍀

It was a small McDonald's but very convenient when you need to wait till your train arrives. It was easy to order on the order column and we didn't have to wait long till our food was there. In the McDonald's is also free WiFi and we could charge our phones because of the USB outlets.
