Oh God never again the drive in worker has problems understanding then the supposed manager came who was even worse and called me by name the whole time and blamed me, if your systems are crazy what do the customers have to do with it then came her best friend supposed woman and said how are you talking sooooo what, who are you 😂 really tough before that there were also strange people or managers and employees, nothing has improved, it's a shame... food here isn't the best either, everyone works without gloves and has a lack of staff.

I order fish , they don’t have it. Then I ask about chicken they don’t have it, finally I said what do you have they said burger I ordered bacon burger menu and I ask them can you please make bacon crispy they flat said no, I said okay I was hungry but next visit will be Hell No.

Simply great. Even though I was the only one in the drive-thru (no other car in sight), I had to wait for what felt like an eternity until someone took pity on me and took my order. Of course, this was not complete. The service didn't seem friendly to me either. That was really the last time I got anything there. It's probably better for your health too.

System catering without a system. Customers order “plant-based” and get meat. Side dishes and sauces are regularly forgotten. Orders are processed for which no customers exist. Points programs (payback) are ignored at the drivein because no one knows how to enter them. If you point out missing items, this is met with an eye roll... Addendum: They still don't get any payback. Staff are now a bit more attentive but still underground. Guest toilet is a bad joke. Dark, no soap, no paper towels or hand dryer doesn't work.

If you are hungry you quickly ignore the bad reviews, unfortunately you will immediately regret it. Impersonal employee who took the order, tasteless burger (how is this possible in a chain where the quality should be the same everywhere) and the fries that are apparently fried in oil which is never replaced. In addition, also dirty toilets and the seating area that could also use a cleaning. Conclusion, if you are hungry after shopping at the Kaufland next door (also not a great store), hang in there and look for a fast food address that lives up to its name!

You wait forever, the food is cold. I've never stood in drive for so long with 4 cars in front of me It only took 30 minutes to order and then we received lukewarm food. This is not fast food. Worst Burger King ever, order is only taken when the previous person has eaten and leaves...what is that?

Ordered at 4:30 p.m. for 5:45 p.m., delivery was at 6:15 p.m. - previously it said it had been delivered for at least 15 minutes. The burgers and fries were cold and mushy. There was no one to answer the phone. The burgers used to be better. The Whopper isn't what it used to be either.

It's been a while but it's still worth mentioning. I was there and ordered a menu with a drink. So far so good, only my drink didn't taste good, it was supposed to be a sprite, well there was a hint of it but it was very small. I then went in to complain about it, which involved a bit of back and forth discussion. I then got a new one that was exactly the same as the first one. So drinks on site such as Cola, Fante or Sprite are not recommended. A few days ago we went there on a motorbike and ordered food to take away for three people and they actually put the drinks in the paper cups. I said to them that I can't take it with me on my motorcycle. I would like a pet bottle. "No there isn't" How isn't there? "The PET bottles are only available for online orders for delivery. Really bad, the store probably won't go there anymore. It was so unfriendly, after asking nicely again whether I could have the drinks I ordered in PET format, they gave us water PET offered. Hmm, water, yes, Cola, Fanta or Sprite.

Anyone who orders there has lost... You get a call 2 hours later that it can't be delivered, and when the dogs deliver it's something completely different... they should all be thrown out and the dirty shop should be closed!!

Absolutely bad service!!!! Order placed via Lieferando, after waiting for over 2 hours and trying to call the branch several times, the order was canceled after complaining to Lieferando. The biggest joke is that the order was marked as delivered for 8 p.m. You should just be left somewhere without any information!!! No more Burger King 👍

Otherwise I'm really happy with the Burger King location, but today, at around 8 p.m., I was disappointed and taken for a fool by the service at the drive through. It's going to be a long text, but I'll have to be upset for a moment, I'm sure you'll understand. Every time I'm in the Burger King drive-thru (not just the branch, also at others) I use the Burger King app to collect the points. To do this, you simply enter the 6-digit code through the intercom and then place the order. I do that sometimes with, sometimes without the coupons, depending on what I want to order. This time I'll pass on the code and say "Code only for the points" right from the start. The app also says that the code was accepted. I then want to place my order and am immediately interrupted and told to drive to the next window. The woman you can hear through the system seems extremely annoyed. It can happen that you have a bad day. When I get to the window, she basically screams at me that you can only get points if you use a coupon (pictures attached; it doesn't say anything about coupons). I try to explain to her that this is how I always get the points and that it doesn't make sense, that you also have the code in the app if you don't have a coupon in it. She doesn't care and explains almost in baby language that it doesn't work, as if I were stupid. Then I ordered without points and googled it again, and SURPRISE I was right. Please only hire people if they actually aren't too stupid about following the simplest things. Completely ruined my day just because some employees were rude for no reason.

We got Whopper hamburgers and cheeseburgers there yesterday and I have to say I have never experienced such dry cardboard. We took two bites and threw everything away. At home I first did a corona test because I thought I no longer had a sense of taste. If there had been a rating without a star, I would have chosen the option, but the friendliness of the employee was positive.

Unfortunately, the condition of the branch is anything but good. The paint on all of the signs on the outside is crumbling, and the furnishings such as chairs and tables are also not in good condition inside and out. Although the branch was not very busy and there were fewer people in the drive-thru, the employees had difficulty taking orders in a timely manner. Prices are disproportionate to the quantity or size of the burgers. In my opinion, the taste is getting worse and I wasn't full despite the relatively high cost. I do not recommend the chain itself and even less this branch. The latter urgently needs to be renewed.

Good day everybody. I rarely write reviews. So sorry already. It's about delivery. If you order via Lieferando you will be shown a time of approx. 35 minutes. So Burger King gave one like that. After 1 hour and 30 minutes the order is still not there. Does the gentleman from lieferando drive around with it? Is the order, which has been ready for an hour, sitting under the heater? You just don't know where you are.

Was just there. The lady sits outside and would rather have a smoke than work. Doesn't even wash his hands afterwards. Unfriendly and incompetence to the power of 10.

Ordered at 7:39 p.m. It said 35 minutes. The BK is 5 minutes away. called service. The driver was on the way, 😂 half an hour? Delivery then arrived cold at 9:21 p.m. .... he was allowed to take it back and put it in the bin himself. Too bad about the food

Burger totally dry and hardly any toppings. Cheeseburger without cheese, chili cheese burger with 2!! jalapeno pieces. Everything wrapped up soggy. Fries with far too much salt and drinks with far too little carbonation. There are big savings here!!

We were there at 10 in the morning. We were of course the first ones and unfortunately had to discover that the toilets were a mess. Didn't they have the desire or time to clean everything? 😕😕 Sorry, that needs to be improved.

Customer friendliness is unheard of here! Service today annoyed, unfriendly and rude! I placed a small order at the drive-thru and was charged a much higher price when I paid. The cashier is absolutely unfriendly, is visibly stressed and doesn't get anything done, lets random guys hit on her and ignores other customers :) Hats off, this branch is getting worse and worse, no longer worth a visit.

Impudence! After we ordered at 12:20pm and the food arrived at 4:10pm even though we live pretty close to the branch. We discovered that the fries and the 2 sauces we ordered were not included in the delivery, even though we paid for the fries and the 2 sauces. Conclusion: All in all very bad. If we could have given 0 stars we would have done so.

I got a Cola Zero even though I wanted a normal one. She wanted to give me a zero and then I said I would like a normal one. She talked to me and just gave me the same one instead of a normal one.

The worst BK in Germany! ..probably even the world, but I've never been to all of them. If the deep fryer didn't beep, they probably wouldn't even get the fries right. Everything is dirty and broken, you just feel uncomfortable. Burger buns dry and taste old. In general, I've never seen such bland burgers. Cashier makes checkout and order at the same time with her disposable gloves. You get the impression that you don't like working there either. Your own cell phone is more important than the drive-in. Definitely no BK standards are adhered to here. The interior and toilets are a complete disaster and unacceptable. I would prefer not to give a star.

This is the second time that I came out of the drive very dissatisfied. The first time a few months ago I had to wait a whopping 20 minutes for two cheeseburgers in the drive. Today, February 8th, 2024, I ordered a LongChicken from the menu and the cashier simply made it a maxi menu and when I noticed it, I said that I wanted a normal menu and not a maxi. Then the woman said: "You have to tell me that beforehand!" It's an absolute impudence not to tell me as a customer that there are maxi menus and to assume that I have to specifically mention that I don't want a maxi menu. In my opinion it was an attempted rip off. The shift manager had to come to clarify the problem. In addition, the shop is very dirty and the toilets are a terrible disgrace. Never go there again and things aren't any better on Mülheimer Straße in terms of hygiene. Disgusting!

Without exception, all tables were super dirty and greasy. There were boxes behind the cash register. It doesn't give the impression that the processes here are under control. One employee was very unfriendly, the other was very friendly. The food and speed were still okay, hence two stars. One of the worst BK branches I know.

If I couldn't give a star, I would. We have visited the store several times and each time there was something wrong with the order and it took forever. The last time, however, the bird was killed when the entire order was wrong, not one burger was right, neither were the drinks, the sauces were missing. If, like me, you don't eat meat and are actually happy about the alternatives at BK, but then everything is just wrong and with meat then it's really depressing. For better or for worse, we will have to look for an alternative to this BK. In addition, I also have to say that the mistakes also happen there because the boss wants to save money and there are far too few staff on site and sometimes the employees have to do the drive and other orders alone.

Mitarbeiter leider restlos überfordert. Nach nachfragen, ob wir denn nun bestellen können, sagte man uns sehr genervt, dass der Drive voll wäre. Zu dem Zeitpunkt haben wir schon 10 min im Laden gewartet. Nach der Bestellung haben wir dann nochmal 20 min warten müssen, wobei sich dann herausgestellt hat, dass ein Burger fehlte. Und man redet hier über eine kleine Bestellung

Die Blonde Dame am Schalter, Sonntag, 07.01.24, ging garnicht. So lustlos und unhöflich, dass sie uns das Essen nicht ins Auto geworfen hat ist auch alles… Wenn man keine Lust hat sollte man über nen Jobwechsel nachdenken…

Diesmal hat es ausgerechnet unseren Kleinsten getroffen... Im Rahmen einer größeren Bestellung am Drive-In kam noch ein King Jr. Menü dazu. Als die Bestellung herausgeben wurde, gab es das nicht im entsprechenden Karton. Auf die Nachfrage zum King Jr. Menü wurde gesagt, dass es z.Zt. keine Kartons gäbe und alles in den Tüten sei. Zu Hause fehlte dann der Fruchttiger und der Cheeseburger - also bestand das Menü aus Kleiner Pommes und Spielzeug. Weiterhin keine Sauce zu den übrigen Nuggets und Ketchup statt Mayo. Das Kindergartenkind war entäuscht und Papa sauer. Anruf endete in der Mailbox. Zur Klarstellung: wir sind große BK-Fans, aber das darf bei den deutlich gestiegen Preisen - auch bei den Gutscheinen - nicht passieren.

Der langsamste Burger King der Welt! Andauernd wechselndes Personal. Immer zu wenig Leute hinter der Theke. Hier wird das Fast in Fast Food sehr sehr klein geschrieben. Die Lüftung ist abartig laut. Eine erholsame Pause sieht anders aus. Meistens bildet sich eine sehr lange Schlange an der Essensausgabe. Es gibt ja keinen Tischservice, der es erlauben würde sich schon einmal hinzusetzen. Viele gehen auch wieder wenn die Wartezeit zu lang wird. Habe ich auch schon oftmals gemacht…

Das Essen ist so schlecht, dass es nicht in Worte zu fassen ist. Ich würde es nicht empfehlen.

Bedienung sehr ungehalten und inkompetent. Wirkte sehr genervt. Parkplatz sieht aus als wäre eine Bombe eingeschlagen. Alles sehr dreckig und nicht weiter zu empfehlen

Wir waren mit den Kindern bei BK, da es am Montagnachmittag eher leer war, sind wir unverzüglich dran gekommen, die Bedienung war freundlich, die Zubereitungszeit angemessen. Die KinderMenüs und die Burger der Erwachsenen waren geschmacklich wie erwartet. Es fehlten erst Majo und Ketchup. Die Getränke waren lauwarm, also de facto ungenießbar. Die vorherige Suche nach einem Platz im leeren Restaurant gestaltete sich als schwierig, da alle Vierertische verschmutzt waren. Keine Müllmengen, aber überall Krümel. Wir haben letztendlich einen Vierertisch selber gereinigt.

10 von 10 Arbeiten geben sich mühe service wunderbar essen schmeckt baba!!!! empfehle ich jeden alt jung jugendlich!!!

Nach privaten Gesprächen zwischen den Mitarbeitern wurden wir dann endlich bedient!
