It was definitely a nice experience eating at Burger King for the first time.

Ordering was very quick, even though they don't use tablets here and you still have to order from an employee at the counter, like in the old days. We ate there and the food arrived very quickly. Hot, fresh, and delicious! Sure, it's an older Burger King, but hey, nostalgia! 😁 Unfortunately, it's right next to a parking lot with a view of the main road, but that's pretty much the case with all Burger King locations.

I've been a very frequent customer at this Burger King for two years now and would like to share my impressions of my visits. First of all, let me say that professionals work here, and when I see them at work, I have no doubt about it. The food is always fresh and delicious. In all the two years I've been ordering from here, they've only made one mistake, which was immediately corrected. Honestly, I don't understand people who give it one star.

Rarely have I seen an old-school restaurant like this these days. The burgers were lukewarm, the fries were practically cold, and the staff generally had no control over the place. Customers waited an inordinately long time for their food.

I ordered there twice, and both times they couldn't get the order right. I had to call them 40 times, and no one answered. The food looked like the driver had sat on it.

Regarding the food, it would be nice if you could actually get what you ordered. We ordered 4 nugget burgers, 2 long cheeseburgers, 1 small fries, and 6 small nuggets. What we got: 4 nugget burgers, 2 chili cheeseburgers, 1 small fries, 6 small nuggets, 1 sweet mayo, and a Coke, even though it wasn't ordered! But it's still on the bill. Service: Very absent-minded. He wasn't German either, but you should still understand what the customers want. He could speak German, but then I ask myself, why does this happen? I hope all employees are trained. We were the only ones in the store, so it's not like there was no stress. The McDrive was also empty. The whole point of the chain is that you get what you want, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. I'm a trained restaurateur myself.

There are no ordering terminals, and the checkout area is far too small and crowded. We didn't order at all and went to another branch.

Just left €50 at the drive-thru. Got home and half of it was missing. I can't check it on-site with the kids in the car. Totally annoying 😡 It's too far to drive there now. Never again, I'm really upset. It's not the sauce that's missing. Just a whopper, cheeseburger.

Whenever I visit a Burger King, I try to avoid it. The wait times are often extremely long, the burgers and nuggets aren't particularly fresh, and the service seems rather clueless about what they're doing. The Burger King in Dinslaken is worlds better!

Worst Burger King in my entire city. The way the people at the checkout line talked to us was outrageous. We didn't get our change back, and my colleague didn't get enough. About ten euros for two burgers and a small Coke. The restrooms were completely cleaned, disgusting. The burgers and sides were delicious and well-prepared. The drinks were missing ice cubes, but that didn't bother me.

The worst bakery I've ever been to. No vending machines, but the service was absolutely incompetent. Ketchup and mayo were simply left out, even when ordered. You have to ask a million times for ice cubes. The drinks were all bland and barely carbonated. The employee, who tested them himself, said everything was OK. No, it wasn't. Several people said the same. Still... the machine does the job. Yeah, right! The restrooms are filthy. There are no napkins either. Absolute disaster!!!

Walking to Bavaria would be faster and more pleasant. It feels like a simulation. And the food isn't even good, but it's nice and cold. It's nice that the Coke is room temperature and tastes like the bottom of a Calippo. I wouldn't rely too much on the hygiene either. And with a lot of luck, you'll get the wrong food. The fries have been in the fryer since about the fall of the Berlin Wall (but they're still cold, of course; they taste better frozen). The outdoor play tower is a danger to all children. They use the classic paper towel as a napkin. Many a restroom is more modern than this establishment. Conclusion: I should have burned the €10; that way, you would have gotten more out of it (which, of course, we don't really do). But you can also consider the €10 as admission to this adventure.

No, the team today, Sunday, August 10, 2025, around 3:00 PM, was completely incompetent. It really wasn't busy; two orders had been placed, and the four staff members behind the counter were unable to process them in an organized and timely manner. They repeatedly asked us what exactly was ordered, and then the same employee we had ordered from asked if we had already ordered anything. Instead of working in a structured manner, they acted foolishly in front of the customers. And then there were no clean trays left, although there must have been a maximum of 10 trays outside, as the store wasn't even half full. When we complained that they could have cleaned the trays with four people, the manager standing by didn't really respond. Instead, both the employee who had "served" us and the manager present became very rude. They didn't want to give us their names when we said we wanted to complain. So, that was the last time we were there.

Well, what we experienced today was absolutely disgusting. The service staff don't greet you and are very rude. When I ordered, I wasn't offered ketchup or mayo, and even when I had questions about the product, they didn't want to or couldn't answer them. We were told to wait and sat outside. None of the employees came to tell us that the food was ready. McDonald's has developed a lot further. The shop is also very run down and I won't be going there again because the employees weren't hygienic either, and it seemed very strange to me to be wearing their regular clothes.

The salad on the long chicken burger was definitely not fresh and didn't taste good either. The food was delivered in a squashed and greasy paper bag. The burgers and chicken nuggets were cold, squashed and mushy. And it wasn't possible to contact the branch to clarify the matter. At prices like that, they should make a bit more of an effort.
