The toilets are in a terrible condition.

Whenever I visit a Burger King, I try to avoid it. The wait times are often extremely long, the burgers and nuggets aren't particularly fresh, and the service seems rather clueless about what they're doing. The Burger King in Dinslaken is worlds better!

Just left €50 at the drive-thru. Got home and half of it was missing. I can't check it on-site with the kids in the car. Totally annoying 😡 It's too far to drive there now. Never again, I'm really upset. It's not the sauce that's missing. Just a whopper, cheeseburger.

Worst Burger King in my entire city. The way the people at the checkout line talked to us was outrageous. We didn't get our change back, and my colleague didn't get enough. About ten euros for two burgers and a small Coke. The restrooms were completely cleaned, disgusting. Next time we'll go to McDonald's, ten times better, cheaper, and there's no cashier who yells at us like dirt!!!🤬🤬

The food I took home was simply inedible 😡 I can't remember the last time I had such bad food. The fries were cold and soggy, and I don't even want to mention the long chicken. It's unbelievable that something like that is allowed to be sold 😔 Ugh...

The wait time at the bistro and drive-thru was very long, so the food was already slightly cold. The staff was very incompetent, overwhelmed, and had a poor grasp of German. Some items were missing from the order, the wrong size, or the wrong item was available. The seats were dirty, and everything was sticky. The food itself was positive. The burgers and sides were delicious and well-prepared. The drinks were missing ice cubes, but that didn't bother me.

No children's toys, dirty and unfortunately the staff don't understand you.

Upon entering, the staff gave me a picture of how they weren't in the mood... Furthermore, the view into the kitchen from the guest room was unappealing, the food cold and carelessly slapped onto the tray. In the dining room, there were dead insects on the windowsill.

If I could give negative points, I'd do it now. Slowest Burger King ever. Two people stand behind the counter, hands in their pockets, staring at each other wide-eyed. Truly terrible service.

Absolute incompetence!!! Unbelievable – once again, we received the wrong burgers, forgot the sauces, disinterested and unfriendly staff, and they were clearly overwhelmed with even the simplest tasks. This is no way to represent a global company! Absolutely no-go in this day and age… do decent work or close down, but making money with a do-nothing attitude from the names of major chains is completely wrong!

The worst bakery I've ever been to. No vending machines, but the service was absolutely incompetent. Ketchup and mayo were simply left out, even when ordered. You have to ask a million times for ice cubes. The drinks were all bland and barely carbonated. The employee, who tested them himself, said everything was OK. No, it wasn't. Several people said the same. Still... the machine does the job. Yeah, right! The restrooms are filthy. There are no napkins either. Absolute disaster!!!

Now, no joke, how can it take 20 minutes for two standard meals at 12:13 on a Saturday when absolutely nothing is happening? They should pull their hamstrings!!!!!

Walking to Bavaria would be faster and more pleasant. It feels like a simulation. And the food isn't even good, but it's nice and cold. It's nice that the Coke is room temperature and tastes like the bottom of a Calippo. I wouldn't rely too much on the hygiene either. And with a lot of luck, you'll get the wrong food. The fries have been in the fryer since about the fall of the Berlin Wall (but they're still cold, of course; they taste better frozen). The outdoor play tower is a danger to all children. They use the classic paper towel as a napkin. Many a restroom is more modern than this establishment. Conclusion: I should have burned the €10; that way, you would have gotten more out of it (which, of course, we don't really do). But you can also consider the €10 as admission to this adventure.

No, the team today, Sunday, August 10, 2025, around 3:00 PM, was completely incompetent. It really wasn't busy; two orders had been placed, and the four staff members behind the counter were unable to process them in an organized and timely manner. They repeatedly asked us what exactly was ordered, and then the same employee we had ordered from asked if we had already ordered anything. Instead of working in a structured manner, they acted foolishly in front of the customers. And then there were no clean trays left, although there must have been a maximum of 10 trays outside, as the store wasn't even half full. When we complained that they could have cleaned the trays with four people, the manager standing by didn't really respond. Instead, both the employee who had "served" us and the manager present became very rude. They didn't want to give us their names when we said we wanted to complain. So, that was the last time we were there.

Absolutely terrible! Our drive-thru order took 10+ minutes, was incomplete, and incorrect—but the main thing was that we got the full amount. A place best avoided.

Well, what we experienced today was absolutely disgusting. The service staff don't greet you and are very rude. When I ordered, I wasn't offered ketchup or mayo, and even when I had questions about the product, they didn't want to or couldn't answer them. We were told to wait and sat outside. None of the employees came to tell us that the food was ready. McDonald's has developed a lot further. The shop is also very run down and I won't be going there again because the employees weren't hygienic either, and it seemed very strange to me to be wearing their regular clothes.

We ordered at 10:09 p.m. They said delivery would take 30 minutes. The order was delivered well after 11 p.m. The food was ice cold. The wrong items were included in the delivery. The restaurant couldn't be reached by phone. Never again.

Personally, I won't be ordering or eating there again. It's simply a disgrace to deliver an order like that! Parts of the order were missing completely. The salad on the long chicken burger was definitely not fresh and didn't taste good either. The food was delivered in a squashed and greasy paper bag. The burgers and chicken nuggets were cold, squashed and mushy. And it wasn't possible to contact the branch to clarify the matter. At prices like that, they should make a bit more of an effort.

I've been a frequent customer of this Burger King for two years and would like to share my impressions of my visit with everyone. It was freezing cold in the store. I could see my own breath on the toilet. Although I would have liked to eat there, it was packed to-go. Then I ate in the car, where it was warmer than in the store.

Pros: The opening times are great, especially in Sterkrade nothing else is open after 10 p.m. The food is “mostly” good too Cons: Unfortunately, the speed at which the order is taken and the order is prepared takes a very long time, depending on the shift. Regardless of whether it's busy or not, sometimes you have to wait up to 15 minutes. With another shift, things are definitely quicker. The quality of the food usually depends on the shift. The toilets are mostly clean and the interior looks acceptable too. Overall, it's a Burger King that's not terrible, but it's not one of the best either.

One star is still too many! Starting with cleanliness. The employees go through the rows and put the chairs in the right place, but don't take a cloth to clean the very dirty tables. The women's restroom was also extremely dirty. The King Jr. Meal should also really disappoint the child. The toy was no longer available (okay happened), the only drink available was apple juice, the Quetschi was no longer available and there was no alternative either. Really mean to the child. The other food was lukewarm to cold (even though it was very empty in the shop and drive-in). The employees didn't take any notice of this either!

I ordered from Burgerking today at 11:30 a.m....food wasn't there until 2:24 p.m.!!! Unfortunately the food was cold and there were even a few things missing!!!! I called several times to ask where the food was. Every time they said that the driver should be there in 10 minutes....I will never order again, you have to wait for hours, the food arrives cold, things are missing and you are lied to.
