Extremely disgusting surprise today, a shard in the side dish of curly fries. Lots of missing parts!

I've been sure for a while - everything is just getting smaller and more expensive - today I got the worst Big Mac in years! The patties were paper thin and not nearly as big as the bread - there was a lot of lettuce stuffed so that it wasn't noticeable! What an impudence - you won't see me anymore!

It's just sad what is served to the customer here.

Cold atmosphere Curly Fries had already been fried at least 2-3 times. They were rock hard, lukewarm and delivered with leftover “normal” fries. Not a gourmet experience.

Too stupid to... We stand at the McDrive counter and wait for the 10 pieces of cheeseburger that we ordered and have already paid for. Meanwhile, the customer parks in the alternate parking space in front of us, goes into the building and complains about the lack of a cheeseburger in the order he received. An employee actually goes to his car, has the inmate show him the bag, puts it on the cold floor of the parking lot and unpacks everything. Apparently a cheeseburger was actually missing and the customer was handed it! Then a service lady came to our window and handed us our bag with the words: “Your 10 cheeseburgers”. We drove off and I say, "What do we bet where our 10th cheeseburger is?". And that's how it was, in our bag there were 100 napkins and exactly 9 pieces of cheeseburger. You didn't have to be a clairvoyant, it was so obvious and clear. A little tip: Lying always requires a high level of skill and intelligence and the ability to control your own facial expressions even in stressful situations. So exactly the opposite of what I just experienced with the service staff at this McD branch. I find the mere fact that a customer complaint about a missing cheeseburger is first processed by reclaiming the issued goods, clearing them out and storing them on the ice-cold parking lot floor to be cheeky! But to then satisfy this customer and satisfy his paid claim by not handing over all of the goods he has paid for to the next customer cannot be surpassed in terms of unprofessionalism and impudence. I treat the customer in front of me to the burger, we didn't miss it in the end. The incident isn't dramatic or annoying at all, just funny because it's so predictable and stupid.

Burgers and fries were hot and tasty. There wasn't too much ice in the drink, so it was at an optimal temperature. Employees were very friendly. Points deducted because it was very crowded and therefore quite loud. There is also still room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness (trays full and toilets). But overall okay.

If you drive into the drive just before closing time, you won't get any response from the intercom and if you want to order inside, you'll be directed outside in a relatively unfriendly manner

Well, in my opinion, the drinks are unpalatable because the ice content is way too excessive and it's difficult to just drink it. I think my pig is whistling!!

My wife ordered a cheeseburger with just ketchup. We were glad there was meat on our burger. 🤔 It's been five years and we can still laugh about it but can't get over it. There are hamburgers and cheeseburgers, everyone knows the difference.

Typical Mcce's. Noisy, crowded and bad internet. But you can't complain about Mcces because the kids always like the food.

Drive as well as inside, service super fast and also freshly prepared. So far there have been no problems at this McDonald's. The employees are always very friendly and service-oriented. Hence the 5 stars. I haven't tried the delivery service yet because it's only a 10-minute walk away.

Over 40 minutes in MC Drive because the store is completely overwhelmed. Driving out is no longer possible Drive in and the parking lot is completely closed. The quality of the food was accordingly.

We had two Mc menus. Some of the fries were super fresh as they should be, the other fries were mushy...I gave them back and was cheekily told they were from a chute... ***Girl, kid yourself ****I got new ones after 4 minutes. After a long time, tried the branch on Weierstrasse again. Hardly anything changes. Long waiting times and, above all, no order is ever correct. Either you get something else that you didn't order, or worse, it isn't packed at all. It can't be that difficult to read an order from a screen and pack it accordingly. 9 out of 10 orders here were simply wrong.

So far the ordering experience has been good. However, today (ordered at 7:30 p.m.) the delivery changed/extended every ten minutes. I don't expect delivery within 10-30 minutes at this time. However, after waiting almost two hours to then hear on the phone that the driver was already on the way - and then after another 10 minutes to get the information on the app that the order had been canceled - this is more than inadequate. Then in the future it would be better to use other providers for burgers etc.

It is and remains a McDonald's. No atmosphere and the food in reality never looks like it does in the photo or in the advertising

Tonight 9/12/24 It was bad here at 9 p.m., I got a cold Royal Ts. After the complaint, he quickly replied, "It's not normal." Coke without ice, no food served. Mc Chicken was also only lukewarm and peppered together, all in a pile. Fries also cold. Staff snappy. Toilets no soap.

Worst service ever. After half an hour, our food was still not ready. We asked for the manager, and while talking, he walked away! Only after that they started preparing our food. While preparing food they constantly move food from one tray to another. Big mess in the kitchen. Not McDonald's worth.

The frozen yogurt ice cream is often sour and bad. When I complained the boss said it was normal, which it wasn't. Real sleaze shop.

This is one of the slowest McDonald's I know. And they have short opening hours.

Difficult location, always have different experiences there. The visit there depends very much on the performance of the team on site, some hardly speak German, others more, sometimes the portions are decent, sometimes the Bigmac falls apart. If there are any problems, the manager is always there, after all. A little tip: Simply order at the terminal and pay directly, then the food will arrive even faster.

Normally we have always been satisfied in this restaurant! Service was always good and everything was nice, but today it was different. I wanted to have an MC Flurry and an MC Sunday. After the checkout process, I was told that the ice cream machine was broken, but shortly beforehand a young man spoke to the restaurant management The boss said, I don't know anything about this machine. Actually, I've never had any problems here. If something does happen, it will be put right again without any problem. The employees are always friendly and do their best. The waiting time is usually not long either. The restaurant leaves a good impression because attention is paid to cleanliness.

The employees are friendly and the process is efficient, so there are usually no long waiting times. The only downside is that the restaurant (probably the first in Germany) has to close at 10 p.m. However, this is not the fault of McDonald's itself.

I picked up cardboard again. Portions of edible paper with ketchup and mustard are getting smaller and smaller, the price is getting more and more expensive, and the staff is getting more and more confused. Always happy when I'm in my masochistic streak.

Ordered food via Lieferando, a couple bundle was ordered which also included an apple turnover in the bundle. When it was delivered, it was noticed that the best-before date label was torn off and the package had already been opened. In addition, the apple turnover was very fish-like. After speaking over the phone, I was clearly told that I was lying. The service is getting worse day by day and so is the quality.

We were there today and wanted to order 2 McFlurry. One via the app because we had enough points. We had to pay an extra €2 for this because of the deposit. Attention: It was exactly the same cup as without a deposit. The other McFlurry wasn't included at all and after discussions we ordered the second one. This was completely liquid (so liquid that you could drink it). The employees were unfriendly, didn't understand what we wanted and immediately started discussing it. In my opinion not recommended.

We had ordered food to take away and noticed at home that the Mc Chicken and the Cola glass were missing. Unfortunately we live 7 km away otherwise I would have driven there again. It's a shame that something was missing again☹

Toilets clean. Veggi burger was delicious and cappuccino with oat milk was surprisingly good. Pleasantly quiet and friendly service at lunchtime.

The Double Chili Cheese, Doublecheesys and many others are really great in terms of taste. However, the prices have apparently increased so much in the last few months/years: a menu and two small burgers for €20. That wasn't enough to feed a man and a child. For this type of food it's not worth it.

- Food was only lukewarm (burger and apple turnover) - Ordering takes a long time by McDonald's standards - Tables and floors are dirty and are not cleaned (at least the employees are standing outside and smoking). - Visit was at 11:00 p.m. - evening stories were played over the speakers instead of ambient music...

The first McDonalds with a clean toilet with no smell and urine stains in the toilet. The burger looked like it was advertised, was warm and tasted really good. hammer

I ordered my burger without salad... the employee said he would pass it on because he couldn't set it on the terminal... When I got home, I had lettuce on the burger... Better training would be useful ...... I ordered my daughter's salad with Caesar dressing, I unpacked it with balsamic vinegar... They take the order only to put it together incorrectly... and now I would have to exchange everything there after work, which is why I I don't feel like it anymore because my day was also very busy...

Schnelle Bedienung und es war wie immer lecker.

Dies ist eine der guten McDonald’s. Ich esse häufig vor Ort und das Essen ist immer schnell fertig und wird an den Tisch gebracht, im Vergleich zu anderen Fillialen. Die Mitarbeiter diskutieren auch nicht, wenn mal was fehlt. Außerdem ist der Laden sauber.

Ich mag das Konzept einfach nicht. Esse nur im "Notfall" hier.

Musste am Drive länger warten weil beim Kunden vor mir was nicht in Ordnung war. Die hätten ihn aber auch auf dem Seitenstreifen schicken können damit andere Kunden ihre Bestellung abholen können. Essen war okay, aber auch nicht der Hit. Frisch gemacht waren die Burger nicht.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, schneller Service, Essen schmeckt gut. Nur leider der Preis der etwas hoch ist. Ansonsten zufrieden 😄

Es ist ein sehr sauberes und nettes McDonald's die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und nett da können sich so andere Filialen mal ne Scheibe von abschneiden. Vor allem sind sie sehr nett zu Kindern

Sobald mehr als 2 Kunden bedient werden müssen bricht hier das Chaos aus, ich erwarte von McDonald's kein Top gepflegtes 3-Sterne-Lokal. Aber der "Lobby Service" kommt seinen Aufgaben nicht nach, sprich dauerhaft volle Rollcontainer für Tablets, somit bleiben die Tablets an den Sitzplätzen stehen, Tische meist verklebt und allgemein dreckig. Dazu noch auf der Toilette die überfüllte Mülltonne, so dass man über Berge von Papier stampft. Für so einen abgelegnen McDonald's erstaunlich. Trotzdem geh ich hier hin und wieder vor der Arbeit mal was essen wenn es schnell gehen muss.

Nachdem wir unsere Bestellung abgegeben und uns das Essen zum Tisch bringen lassen haben, hat man unsere Curly Fries, Pommes und das Spiel aus dem Happy Meal vergessen abzugeben. Die Burger sahen nicht lecker aus, haben aber geschmeckt wie McDonald's Burger.

Damen WC schon um halb zwölf so am riechen, dass man sie gar nicht benutzen kann.

Hatte das erste Mal seit langem wieder was von McDonald's bestellt, qualitativ immer noch besser als von BK. Bestellung war komplett, der Salat auf dem Burger ist viel frischer als von der Konkurrenz. Danke auch an Samuel von Lieferando für die schnelle Lieferung.

Eine typische Mc Donalds Filiale, Ich bin schnell bedient worden, Die Bürger waren heiß und lecker

Ich habe mir einen McChicken classic mit doppelt Mayonnaise bestellt und anstatt Mayonnaise kam so eine komische glitschige soße in meinen Burger vor, bitte holt bessere Soßen.

Zum Ambiente kann ich nichts sagen ich war nicht drin, aber die Soße wir im Mc'Rip immer weniger das ist schade Einen Strohhalm gibt es auch nicht mehr. Was soll man dazu noch sagen

Die online Bestellungen sind eine super Idee und sparen echt Zeit am Schalter. Das Essen ist wie gewohnt McDonald's, nichts besonderes aber okay. Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung, Personal freundlich. Die ältere Dame mit der Brille am Drive In Schalter hat einen Orden für kundenfreundlich verdient 😊👍 Immer nett und hilfsbereit. Generell verdient jedes Personal freundlich behandelt zu werden, wenn sie selbst freundlich sind.

War vor ein paar Monaten mal mit meiner kleinen Tochter dort. Wir haben Happy Meal bestellt. Dabei wurde die Spielzeugfigur einfach vergessen. Beim Nachfragen NullEinsicht. Service ist relativ unfreundlich. Niemals wieder

Dieses Restaurant ist wirklich eine Entdeckung. Allerlei Köstlichkeiten auf der Karte. Die servieren ein innovatives Sandwich mit zwei Etagen und einer köstlich cremigen Remouladensauce und fein gehackten Zwiebeln sowie Salat. Sie nennen das "BigMac". Außerdem gibt es frische und knusprige Pommes sowie köstliche Milchshakes und verschiedene Eissorten. Die mannigfaltige Auswahl an diversen Burgern ist umwerfend hier gibt es was für jeden Geschmack. Sogar Kindermenüs werden angeboten. Alles in allem ein kulinarisches Erlebnis für die gesamte Familie. Volle Punktzahl und voller Weiterempfehlung. Und das beste ist: ich habe gesehen das gibt es sogar in verschiedenen Städten. Mir unbegreiflich, dass ich das noch nicht früher entdeckt habe. Es könnte sich zu einem echten Erfolgsmodell in ganz Deutschland, ja sogar in Amerika mausern.

Wir waren zum Frühstück im McDonald’s. Fazit: so schnell nicht wieder. - Personal zwar freundlich, aber überfordert - lange Dauer bis Bestellung gebracht wurde - Tische und Sitzmöglichkeiten dreckig - total überfüllte Rückgabe, trotz wenigen Gästen - und über Geschmack lässt sich eben auch streiten ;)

Immer wieder muss man feststellen, das bei Bestellungen zum mitnehmen etwas fehlt. Mal ein Burger, die Soßen,Servierten,Strohhalme oder das Spielzeug. Im Innenbereich klappt es besser, hier ist die Reklamationsrate zurückgegangen. Die Bestellnummern, die den Tisch anzeigen sind super. Man muss nicht mehr stehen und sich mit dem Essen einen Tisch suchen. Ärgerlich ist das ständig die Spielecke im Indoorbereich defekt ist. Das könnte man ebenso abstellen, wie die Ausführung einer Bestellung von 2-3 Mitarbeitern. Das führt zu ständigen Nachfragen und Fehlern. Effektiv ist diese Methode auch nicht schneller. Der McDonalds im Berlin ist da das beste Beispiel. 1 Mitarbeiter arbeitet die Bestellung von A bis Z ab. Schnell und Effektiv. Man bestellt am Terminal oder an der Kasse. Selbst zu Stoßzeiten ist man in kürzester Zeit fertig.
